There is not just a no 30_06 bullet signature in his head and neck movement, but there is no signature of any bullet hit at all, of any caliber, from any direction. The head simply can not stop its movement completely after just 2 frames of a 60 fps film, which is only 1/30 of a second, and then restart its movement in a different direction. That is simply not possible, no matter what kind of bullet it might have been. The second video may explain what is exactly is that signature off.

Almost no neck movement, maybe just half an inch at the most. The chin movement, however, is quite considerable, and that movement is downward.
A very important small detail. While Charlie's chin goes down, his eyebrow remains stationary. So the neck is almost stationary. The eyebrow is almost stationary. The chin goes considerably down.
Frames one to two. Very similar situation of what we just saw between the two previous frames. Very minor neck movement continues backwards, but maybe only by one quarter of an inch. The chin, however, continues its downward movement. The eyebrow has also started moving considerably down.
This is still the same frame number two. I am just adding additional pointers here as they will be needed with the next frame. Frames two to three. All backward movement has stopped completely. Just the very slight movement down, but very insignificant.
However, the huge new movement on the top front of Charlie's hairline. His hairline at the very front gets compressed quite considerably. You have to follow the newly added blue and red pointers to see the movement between frames two and three. The front red pointer shows that compression of the hairline. So these two frames may be the most significant of them all, at least so on this side view, because they show a complete halt of any backward movement and a brand new movement on Charlie's hairline.
Again, in order to see all movements starting from the frame number two, you have to follow all new set of pointers in blue and red. Yellow pointers mark the original stationary points on frame number zero. Frames three to four. Slight backwards movement starts again, but very minor. Very similar to what happened in the first two segments.
The top of the hairline now gets decompressed on the front a little bit, but gets compressed in the top center instead. Frames four to five. The backwards movement is a little stronger during this segment than on any other previous segments.
