I’m not disagreeing that there could be nefarious aspects beyond what I’m trained in, in this tech. The delivery method of the message is what is caustic. I’ve gone to the papers, listened to the talks. As a scientist I find that some of what is alleged in the papers posted is not what is being presented in the papers. Any disagreement gets my viewpoint immediately blocked. As I’ve said before. Get some qualified scientists in this area to come forward and explain the tech. Not hobbyists, not midnight researchers. This will go a lot further in getting your warnings out.

Of course. I agree that this whole agenda of trans humanism and the merging of humans with AI which I also believe is their agenda is evil and satanic. I’m not dismissing the tech it’s where to put my resources as a molecular biologist and toxicologist in dealing with what I know and have been trained in. Should divert my attention to learning a new topic or stay on my path of exploring the DNA altering aspects even of this tech? If you want the involvement of someone that truly understands this tech and how to stop it it seems that if as Sabrina says there are all kinds of people working in this discrete field then they should be the ones interfacing with the molecular biologists on how these technologies merge with the molecular biological systems to actuate secondary control systems with AI. It’s not a matter of not wanting to understand… truly I’ve spent many hours on this.. it’s whether my expertise retrained is an appropriate surrogate for someone else that knows the system because they do it for a living. I’m not at all dismissing the potential of this tech being more advanced than we realize as strictly “humanists”. It’s trying to put my time and research into what I feel I can credibly support and rebut with my own knowledge base. Please don’t get me wrong. Speaker 1: The researchers work on opposite sides of the campus and through the Internet. Rao, the sender, sits in front of the computer game in which he has to defend a city by firing a cannon. Speaker 0: The research is conducted by the US Military's Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency or DARPA, which we know too well by these robot videos.
Speaker 6: And they're talking about their program, restoring restoring active memory. Look at that acronym, RAM. Does that sound familiar? If you know anything about a computer, it does. RAM is the computer's memory.
Speaker 7: I'm a former naval officer. I'm a graduate of the United States Naval Academy.

Speaker 7: a degree in control systems engineering. I worked as a surface warfare officer in electronics warfare and nuclear engineering jobs. While I was in the service, I found out there's an ongoing nonconsensual human experiment, and it's testing a human machine interface with us.
Speaker 6: And, of course, part of that program is Obama's BRAIN Initiative, a multibillion dollar program. DARPA's got a huge chunk of that.
Speaker 5: A $1,000,000,000 a $1,000,000,000 to map the brain. But you see, once you map the brain, then you can begin to connect the mind to computers.
Speaker 0: The new program is called Neural Engineering System Design or NESD, which aims to develop an implantable neural interface connecting humans directly to computers. Philip Rivel, the NESD manager for DARPA said, its goal was to upgrade the tools that we have to really open the channel between the human brain and modern electronics. At the moment, human computer interfaces are able to connect between a 100 and a 1000 brain neurons to a machine at the time. DARPA aims to refine this technology to connect individual neurons. This will give much finer control, reduce noise, and speed up communications between a human and a computer.
Speaker 6: So, basically, they're they look at you as essentially a computer that they can hack. That's why they're talking about brain hacking. That's why they're talking about their RAM program. We should be very concerned if they were genuinely concerned about medical issues. And, of course, that's not at all what the defense department and DARPA are focused on.
They're about creating war machines. Okay? They're not about doing medical research. If they had any real concern about the veterans, they would be doing something for them in just ordinary care at the VA. So you should be very skeptical of anything that they tell you.
If they do come up with a treatment, will they make it available to the vets? I seriously doubt it. They're always saying they're gonna do that. We should remember the history of what they did to World War 2 veterans with PTSD. They gave them lobotomies.
Speaker 0: DARPA's website confirms the news also citing that among the program's potential applications are devices that could possible with current technology. Considering that DARPA's research has an end goal of military application, it's not hard to imagine where that could be used.
Speaker 6: And, of course, they're being joined by Lawrence Livermore National Labs. They have, get this, high fidelity neural recordings. They're trying to do everything they can to map and to record your memory. It's not enough for them to record all of our metadata, not enough for them to record all of our phone conversations as the former head of the NSA said. He said they want total population control.
That's how you do it with these BRAIN projects.
Speaker 1: Out of disclosure, some of the work that I'm doing here today is funded by the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories. I'm also funded by the European Union Human Brain Project, specifically the sub project 12 where I'm task leader for dual use brain science. And I've also done some ongoing work with the strategic multi level assessment crew over the past 10 years at Pentagon, the dot Avayan's group, and with DARPA.

What has gone from the drawing board to the reality is this, the use of neural interfacing and physiological interfacing to the idea of remote controlled small scale systems to create a nano swarm of biopentrable materials that you cannot see, that can penetrate all the most robust biochemical filters that are able to integrate themselves through a variety of membranes, mucus membranes, and wherever mouth, nose, ears, eyes, and they can be done in such a level that their presence is almost impossible to detect.
And as such, into the brain function in real time, remotely. And by affecting the way that brain is built and the way it functions, influence in ways that are kinetic and non kinetic, the attitudes, beliefs, thoughts, emotions, activities, and relative vulnerabilities and predispositions of those individuals for whom they threaten. It used to be that I need to be exceedingly close to someone to now influence them with a weapon, And now, what we see is we create both digital potential as well as much more capable potential to affect them in a variety of different ways. This amount of nano material, if we able to maintain and sustain with regard to its deliverability and aerosolization, could in fact affect all of you. Look at this. Look at this. I'm carrying that material. You see it?
Would I have to lug a giant weapon into the room? No, I wouldn't. And what if in fact, I utilize some form of an unmanned aerial device or unmanned ground device as delivery vehicle, something like a drone or a bug. Could I do something with that? The answer is increasingly yes.

There will exist a non accountable fascist system of governance. WHO is a global bureaucracy of appointees Starting in 1948, the goal was access to better health. But since the year 2000, WHO has become heavily dependent on private foundations and pharmaceutical companies for funding.
WHO amended its pandemic Herd immunity was also redefined and mass vaccination Herd immunity was also redefined, and mass vaccination became the main thing. Abandoning its stated principles, the WHO now mines the machinery of global population control. Now according to the Brownstone Institute's David Bell, quote, the WHO proposes that the term with full respect for the dignity, human rights, and fundamental freedoms of persons be deleted from the text of the IHR replacing them with equity, coherence, and inclusivity. Vague terms, the applications of which are then specifically differentiated in the text according to levels of social and economic development. The underlying equality of individuals is removed and rights become subject to a status determined by others based on a set of criteria that they define, unquote.
Under the new IHR article 13 a, states are required to follow WHO recommendations and could be compelled to incarcerate, inject, require identification of medical status, medically examine, isolate, and or restrict the travel of individuals. So there you've got a digital ID, all over the place. Now the proposed legally binding agreements would incorporate wos and WOG models of operation. Whole of society and whole of government. Now these envisioned the enlistment of people at all levels in the support of a single narrative for the common good.
Government, the medical cartel, social and other media, banks, lawyers, and other professionals would be mustered in support of a single preferred story handed down by the WHO. The WOS approach, whole of society means that religious organizations, churches, churches owning hospitals, etcetera, will be expected to support a single story. The proposed accord especially addresses wrong thing. In article 1 c, the proposed PPPR Accord defines terms. Quote, infodemic means too much information.
False or misleading information in digital and physical environments during a disease outbreak. It causes confusion and risk taking behaviors that can harm health. It also leads to mistrust of health authorities and undermines the public health and social measures. Unquote. Yeah.
Too much information during a a global public health emergency? What's that? That means information that they don't like or don't want you to have. Now article 18 1 of the PPPR Accord says this, quote, the parties shall strengthen science, public health, then pandemic literacy in the population, as well as access to information on pandemics and their effects and drivers. He goes on to say that they will combat false misleading, misinformation, or disinformation, including through effective international collaboration and cooperation as referred to in Article 16, unquote.
So, yes, somebody, of these unelected elites declares that certain information is false or misleading or disinformation. And now here comes the censor with his scissors. Governments signing the accord are required to act against content having been labeled as false, misleading, misinformation, or disinformation. But how can this commitment be reconciled with America's constitutional right to free speech? Now a special concern it under the PPPR are the powers that are granted to the WHO Director General.
Quote, the Director General shall determine on the basis of information received, in particular from the state party within whose territory any event is occurring, whether an event constitutes a public health emergency of International Concern in accordance with the criteria and procedures set out in these regulations. So this empowers a single individual to declare a PHEIC, a public health emergency of international concern. With one stroke, you see. One stroke of his pen, such a declaration enables the local rule of law to be replaced by the WHO's rule of emergency. Now the accord also requires nations to embrace WHO's one health emphasis.
One health is a technocratic approach combining study and management of people, animals, plants, and the environment. While seeking to study interrelationships and gain new insights, it also proposes to manage these resources globally. The United States CDC has already adopted the one health approach advocated by the UN, the world economic forum, and others. The PPPR requires signatory nations to adopt the one health approach. One health is is broader than many realize.
Do you know that it actually includes the global food supply? So revelation 13 verse 16 describes a global economic lockout of those who resist the exercise of power to compel conscience. The machinery to enforce compliance on a global scale has never before existed and would have to be deployed before enacting such commands. So in summary, the pandemic prevention preparedness and response accord due to be signed in in May 2024, along with changes to WHO International Health Regulations. I don't know how else to say it.
It's ominous. These changes include granting powers to 1 unelected individual to declare a to declare a public health emergency anywhere globally suspending the rule of law. The power to compel persons to be vaccinated or incarcerated, the use of 1 health ideology to control human populations and climate resources, including food on the basis of climate change theory and heralds an unprecedented surrender of liberty. Interestingly, 2000 years ago, bible prophecy foretold a crisis, global in scope, in which governments would exercise force over individual conscience, isn't it time to look again at what the Bible has foretold was coming? Speaker 0: We're undergoing a soft coup, and the idea is to create a whole new set of laws and ignore the existing human rights laws and other laws under the pretext of pandemic preparedness and the biosecurity agenda. The WHO is developing through all its nations, but with the WHO director in the United States in charge, a pandemic treaty and amendments to the existing international health regulations that will remove the human rights protections currently, embedded in the IHRs, will enforce surveillance censorship, get rid of freedom of speech, require governments to censor and only push a single narrative. Also, we will be sub subject, if if they can make this work, to vaccines developed in a 100 days, which the organization CEPI is planning to do. And one of the people who founded CEPI was Jeremy Farrar, who is now the chief scientist at the WHO, to bring this forward. Other things that amendments do is to bind the state so there are no longer recommendations, but enforceable edicts.
Provide a liability shield, get rid of intellectual property rights, move supplies from one country to another, enforce digital passports, and the director general of who can demand that a pandemic or a potential pandemic exists. He can just declare it with no standards, and then countries around the world will have to obey. Also, the who will tell you what drugs you can and can't use in your nation once a pandemic is declared. Obviously, the budget will increase. One Health is another part of this.

Speaker 1: And yet it has the intelligence and memory or whatever that's equivalent to 7,000,000,000 human brains.
Speaker 0: That's correct. Now, this is a housing, this is a shield that separates it from all electromagnetic interference to maintain the stability of the processor. Okay. It's what's called coherence and decoherence in computer science. But inside the cube is something that is arranged just like the spinal column of a human and it has what are known as cubits that are essentially constructed of gold but other components, but these are not transistor based.
Cubits are a complete departure the transistors which are Silicon Gate Model Processors. This is a complete quantum leap into another way of processing information. And it does so, so quickly that it has no relevance, no comparison to the gate model transistor based even transistor quantum computer. So we are talking about something that most people who have not studied the adiabatic quantum computer process can't wrap their heads around. It's a very deep topic, but I want to be succinct here.
It operates interdimensional. When I spoke of earlier that they are already communicating with the other side without having opened a gateway, a portal, a physical portal in the dimension, They are communicating using this computer because and this comes right from the manufacturers, this is public disclosure information. I didn't have to get this in a secretive manner. They do what are called combinatorial programming. They take all possible solutions and at one time feed it into the machine through an interface which happens to be a black cube itself, the interface device and by their own admission it enters into another dimension where the processing takes place and then they extract from that other dimension the solution to the combinatorial problem.
That is communication with an actual physical tool to another dimension.
Speaker 1: Now, when it's communicating to another dimension, is it communicating to a consciousness or an intelligence in another dimension?
Speaker 0: Yes. It is. Yes. Because it happens definitively, repeatedly, measurably. They are able to do this consistently.
There was a lot of doubt in the transistor based world of quantum computing that the company that put this Quantum or Cubit based processor together that they really were achieving any definitive answers and that were reliable and coherent, okay, that were stable. But they have proven over and over again. Let me give you one example of who is purchasing Google. The first model was purchased by Lockheed and USC with an open public computer laboratory that the public can access with their first model and it has advanced through 5 12 model for example, where 2 of which were purchased by Google a few years ago, they now have the 2048. The 2,048 represents the number of cubits that is connected to the Large Hadron Collider for the purpose of opening the portal and maintaining the stability of it.

Speaker 0: to It's no different than our computer networking setup.

Speaker 1: So we we have literally it's like reminds me of 2,001 A Space Odyssey. There's there's the ape

Speaker 1: Yeah. And then there's the ape and the obelisk and then pal. Sure. And yet, I believe in the biblical worldview. Sure.
But it would seem to me that with this level of 7,000,000,000 human brains of intelligence and and This is the b system. Yeah. The b system. It it seems to me that it is already well, it's already artificially intelligent. Absolutely.
But it must be advanced self advancing itself. Yes. So it it it it's moving towards a singularity where its intelligence surpasses man. Mhmm.

Speaker 0: It is. That is the goal. The question often arises, is it yet sentient? Is it self aware?
Speaker 1: I don't believe it is. Okay. I
Speaker 0: don't and I base that only on the evidence that I look at, at, not conjecture or speculation. I think it has.
Speaker 1: So tell us how in a biblical sense this connects with the BEAST system in the book of Revelation.
Speaker 0: Well, the Beast system we hear of, if you don't accept the mark of the beast then no man can buy or sell. All of that control mechanism. How do you control over 7,000,000,000 people? You have a computer that is equivalent to 7,000,000,000 people. That is why I cite that coming from the manufacturer's own citation.
Okay. So I am just repeating their information but the point is, you have to have a sophisticated system to be able to control not just the movement of people and the movement of goods and transactions and governments, but the minds of people. You are creating a surf class of human beings. Right. When you accept the mark of the beast, you lose all awareness that you have even been modified.
You don't even know that you've been changed.
Speaker 1: So your memories erased like some of the sci fi movies?
Speaker 0: Well, in the sense of your own self awareness, your own knowledge of your soul. Okay.
Speaker 1: So when you take the biblical mark of the beast, which is technology, it's it's deeper than than it goes to the DNA. Tell us how it goes to the DNA.
Speaker 0: This sounds far fetched, but when you accept the mark of the beast, what you are actually doing is accepting into your body and there will be numerous routes to this. This can be through inhalation of nanoparticles, This can be the acceptance of a vaccine for you and your children, your loved ones. Once it is introduced into the body by any route, it then is a modifier to the DNA. I call it the 3rd strand of DNA. We have a double helix, this is going to be a triple helix.
This is an artificial construct that can be digitally imparted with information and then controlled from an external source. That control mechanism, the linkage comes through the electromagnetic connection. We can call it microwaves or whatever or ELF, extremely low frequency, be it whatever frequency, but that is the link to humans from that computer and that is the B system that controls us through our DNA which has been modified and then it changes our thought processes. It rewires our synapses in our own mind. Right.
Because our brains are constructed from our DNA.

Joining me today is, to my immediate left, Alex Fronde Fasel, State Secretary of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, FDFA. Next to him, Professor Christian Wolfram, vice president of, Wolfram, Swiss AI and, next to him, Professor, Bernhard Schonkoff, excuse me if I get the name wrong, director, Max Planck Institute For Intelligent System and Atlas Chair. And next to him is Professor, Ki Sierra Manna, board chair, Data Science Africa. This initiative is a big step in rebalancing global AI efforts led by the Swiss Foreign Ministry and involves Swiss AI leaders such as the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, ETH Zurich and the Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, EPFL as well as ICON is a unique collaboration. It brings together the government, private sector, civil society, academia to tackle the power, imbalances and societal issues linked to AI.
This initiative also shares a common perspective with the World Economic Forum's AI governance alliance and aligning with AIGA's mission and core working areas. Today's press conference marks the official start of ICON's incubation phase, a crucial step in their mission to promote large scale AI research and development across different fields. This initiative goes beyond just technology. It aligns with the United Nations' sustainable development goals to ensure that AI progress benefits all of humanity. So my first question is to you, State Secretary Faisel.
Can you please provide some insights into Switzerland's specific motivations and also objectives for participating in this extremely important initiative.
Speaker 1: Thank you very much, Kathy. We all know that AI is amongst the key technologies of our time and that it will have a lasting impact on society, the economy, politics and that it will have an important probably determining role to play in tackling the global challenges we face as an international community, be it climate change, pandemics, economic inequality and so on. Now unfortunately, not all countries have the same access to the resources needed to implement AI projects. And so if we do not change that, if we do not address this problem, then potentially artificial intelligence becomes a driver of a new global inequality. At the moment where we are fast closing the digital gap, we must avoid opening AI gap.
And so with ICANN, we believe that we can ensure that all voices are heard in AI research and that AI solutions are perceived as a global public goods, that are available to everyone around the globe and that is our approach and you mentioned the United Nations. So in this way with that project, we are able to specifically support what the United Nations are doing notably through its high level advisory board on AI to which the head of the AI Center of ETH, Professor Andreas Krause has been appointed. And so our commitment emphasizes Switzerland's leading position in an eye research, but is also an expression of Switzerland's constant concern and engagement for an equitable international order brought about notably through this leading location center of global governance, which is Geneva.

What I wanted to epitomize with the Internet of bodies is this notion that we will be under assessment, we will be under measure of computation in every aspect of our lives in the future, from what you eat, who you date, what you buy on the Internet, how much energy you use, but also what are your vital signs, or what are you doing in terms of health. What's your genome telling about your health, about your mental health, about how well you are doing, how well you are aging, what kind of disease you are susceptible to.

More advanced medical digital twins will be essential to making precision medicine a reality. Because the immune system plays an important role in such a wide range of diseases and health conditions, from fighting pathogens to autoimmune disorders, digital twins of the immune system will have an especially high impact. However, their development presents major challenges, stemming from the inherent complexity of the immune system and the difficulty of measuring many aspects of a patient’s immune state in vivo. Performance Analysis of the IEEE 802.15.4 Protocol for Smart Environments under Jamming Attacks
Jamming attacks in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) scenarios are detrimental to the performance of these networks and affect the security and stability of the service perceived by users. Therefore, the evaluation of the effectiveness of smart environment platforms based on WSNs has to consider the system performance when data collection is executed under jamming attacks. In this work, we propose an experimental testbed to analyze the performance of a WSN using the IEEE 802.15.4 CSMA/CA unslotted mode under jamming attacks in terms of goodput, packet receive rate (PRR), and energy consumption to assess the risk for users and the network in the smart scenario. The experimental results show that constant and reactive jamming strategies severely impact the evaluated performance metrics and the variance’ of the received signal strength (RSS) for some signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) ranges. The measurements obtained using the experimental testbed were correlated with analytical models. The results show that in the presence of one interferer, for SINR values higher than 4.5 dB, the PRR is almost 0.99, and the goodput 3.05 Kbps, but the system performance is significantly degraded when the amount of interferers increases. Additionally, the energy efficiency associated with reactive strategies is superior to the constant attack strategy. Finally, based on the evaluated metrics and with the proposed experimental testbed, our findings offer a better understanding of jamming attacks on the sensor devices in real smart scenarios.
