🚨 BREAKING: Dr. Adnan Ahmed Al-Barsh (50 years old) and Ismail Abdelbari Khader (33 years old) from #Gaza ascended to martyrdom while being detained by the IOF as a result of torture in deliberate assassinations. Dr. Al-Barsh, the head of the orthopedic department at Al-Shifa picture, is one of a a number of steadfast doctors who provided medical services and care in several hospitals, pictured here treating a child during the December 2023 siege of Al-Awda Hospital, where he was abducted alongside a number of doctors. Dr. Al-Barsh suffered an injury while he was serving at the Indonesian Hospital in the beginning of the war. Dr. Al-Barsh was martyred in the "Ofer" prison in #Ramallah on April 19th, but his martyrdom was not known of until today. The body of martyr Ismail Khader were returned along with 64 prisoners released to Gaza today, while the body of Dr. Al-Barsh is still kidnapped by the occupation. The martyrdom of Al-Barsh and Khader brings the number of martyrs who ascended in zionist prisons since October 7th to 18. At least 27 detainees from Gaza were also reported martyred in IOF prison camps in March. Glory to the martyrs. #PressForPalestine @IntlCrimCourt @CIJ_ICJ

🚨 Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Observatory: We call on the international community to support the work of the International Criminal Court in its potential step to issue arrest warrants for "israeli" security and political leaders. The potential arrest warrants from the International Criminal Court stem from crimes committed against the Palestinian people on the occupied Palestinian territory since 1967. The arrest warrants threaten senior "israeli" officials including Prime Minister "Benjamin Netanyahu", Defense Minister "Yoav Gallant", and Chief of General Staff "Herzi Halevi". We warn against any attempts to obstruct the course of justice amid repeated talks about political pressure campaigns launched by "israel" and its allies, aimed at preventing the International Criminal Court from issuing arrest warrants for "israeli" officials. Any attempts to undermine the work of the International Criminal Court and affect its integrity and independence should be countered, and there should be no pursuit to elevate political interests over considerations of achieving international justice. We condemn the smear campaigns and incitement by "israeli" officials against the International Court to deter it from taking actions against them. We emphasize the importance of the International Criminal Court moving forward with its investigations in the case file in Palestine and taking the long-awaited judicial measures to issue arrest warrants for the "israeli" officials involved in committing crimes and prosecuting them. If achieved, this matter will represent a first step towards achieving international justice for the Palestinian people, a partial compensation for the historical injustice still suffered, and ending the actual state of impunity that "israel" has long enjoyed. We urge the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court "Karim Khan" @KarimKhanQC to make decisions and take legal actions according to the Rome Statute, procedural rules, and evidentiary rules of the court as swiftly as possible for the sake of accountability for the victims and in the interest of peace and justice in the region and the world. @CIJ_ICJ @IntlCrimCourt

🚨 Civil Defense in Gaza: We recovered about 392 bodies in the Nasser complex after the occupation’s withdrawal, 58% of which we could not identify. We do not know the reason for the presence of children’s bodies in the mass graves in Nasser Hospital We discovered traces of torture on the bodies of some martyrs in Nasser Medical Hospital The occupation committed field executions at Nasser Medical Complex, and we demand the opening of an international investigation into these crimes. The occupation buried a number of bodies in the Nasser complex in plastic bags at a depth of 3 meters, which quickly decomposed them. We believe that the occupation buried at least 20 people alive in the Nasser Medical Complex.
