Your body’s forgotten fat-burning network: The Lymphatic System When it works, you burn fat fast. When it’s clogged, you store fat — no matter how clean you eat. Here are 7 daily habits that block it:🧵 1. Sitting all day

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Your lymphatic system relies on movement to circulate. Sitting all day causes lymph to stagnate: • Toxins build up • Fat remains trapped Here’s exactly what you need to do:

Video Transcript AI Summary
Sitting is the new smoking, so get up every hour and do 10 squats or some other activity. Stretch, walk, and change positions often. Getting out of your chair as much as possible will prevent stagnation in your body. The more you sit, the more you stagnate.

Speaker 0: This is your reminder that sitting is the new smoking. So every hour, get up and do 10 squats, or do something. Do a little back stretch, do a walk. Change positions often, make sure you stretch, and make sure you get out of your chair as much as possible. That way your body is going to create stagnation, and it's not gonna be good. The more we sit, the more we stagnate. Don't forget to follow for more healthy tips.

2. Dehydration Your lymph is 95% water. Without proper hydration, lymph fluid becomes thick and sluggish. Isn’t it crazy that some people struggle to lose fat… Just because they’re not drinking enough water?

Video Transcript AI Summary
Lack of hydration sabotages lymphatic drainage results. Many people only drink one or two glasses of water a day, which can cause fatigue, bloating, puffiness, and water retention. The body is over 60% water, and every cell, tissue, and organ depends on it. Lymph fluid is mostly water, so the lymphatic system relies on hydration for drainage. Not drinking enough water slows down the entire drainage process. If you don't feel a difference when you drink water, it's likely because your baseline is already dehydrated. Hydration is a simple way to support your body, so back up lymphatic drainage treatments with adequate water intake.

Speaker 0: The one thing that's sabotaging your lymphatic drainage results. When clients tell me they only drink one or two glasses of water a day, it completely blows my mind. I'm not surprised they feel fatigued, bloated, puffy and have water retention. If you're getting lymphatic drainage treatments, that lack of hydration is sabotaging your results. Here's a bit of your body is over 60% water. Every cell, every tissue, every organ depends on it. But most people think that hydration is just about not feeling thirsty. 3. Tight Clothing Skinny jeans. Compression gear. Underwire bras. Not saying they don’t make you look good. But they restrict flow in your armpits, groin, and abdomen... Gradually blocking your body’s ability to flush waste and burn fat:

Video Transcript AI Summary
Ladies, your bra may be sabotaging lymphatic flow. According to Dr. Aubrey Hindershot, wearing an underwire bra is not recommended because the underwire traps lymphatic flow, preventing it from reaching the axillary lymph nodes. Similarly, wearing a sports bra all day is also not ideal. While compression can be beneficial, sports bras can create too much compression in certain areas, resulting in a bottleneck effect that hinders lymphatic flow to the axillary lymph nodes in the armpits.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Could this clothing item be sabotaging your lymphatic flow? I'm Aubrey Hindershot, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Certified Lymphatic Specialist, and a Cellular Detox Practitioner. Ladies, listen up! The bra you wear on a daily basis makes a huge impact as far as lymphatic flow goes. So if you're wearing an underwire bra, that's a big no no. The underwire itself will trap lymphatic flow and keep it from getting to those axillary lymph nodes where they drain to. On the flip side, if you're wearing a sports bra all day, that's not good either. So while I love some good compression, the problem with sports bras is that they provide too much compression in certain areas, thus creating a bottleneck in places where we want the lymphatic flow to go. Again, axillary lymph nodes in the armpits.

4. High Insulin Chronically elevated insulin disrupts your lymphatic system by: • Stiffening lymph vessels • Slowing drainage • Trapping fat-storing waste But don’t worry, I’ve found the quickest fix...

Berberine One of the most powerful natural compounds for metabolic health: • Lowers blood glucose • Improves insulin sensitivity • Reduces inflammation • Supports mitochondrial function Make sure to take it before your largest meal — here's why:

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker tests berberine's effect on blood sugar by eating oatmeal after taking one berberine capsule. Starting glucose was 94. Thirty minutes later, glucose was 118. One hour later, it was 94, and two hours later, 97. The speaker claims that berberine made a huge difference. Eating oatmeal alone previously caused a 79-point spike, but with berberine, the spike was only 24 points. The speaker's blood sugar stabilized back to baseline within one and two hours. The speaker asks viewers for their opinions on berberine and whether they would incorporate it before meals.

Speaker 0: Does berberine actually work? We're gonna find out. So what we have right here, guys, is a bowl of oatmeal. You know what happened when I ate my bowl of oatmeal last time. Boom. So we're actually gonna take one capsule of berberine before we eat this oatmeal, and let's see if it affects my blood sugar spike. Alright. One capsule going in. Starting glucose 94. Damn. That's hot. Thirty minutes later, 118. One hour later, 94. Two hours later, 97. So there you go. That is what berberine did for me. As you can see, it made a huge difference. So the first time I ate oatmeal by itself, I had a 79 spike. Now this time, I had one capsule of berberine, and my spike was only 24. And then you can see within the hour and then two hour mark, my blood sugar was stabilized back from baseline. I'm interested to know what you guys think. Do you like berberine? Do you take berberine? Is this something that you're gonna start incorporating before every meal?

To keep skin healthy and cleanse the lymphatic system, stimulate the clavicle with crossed fingers. The right side contains a lymphatic duct, and the left side contains a thoracic duct, both draining into the subclavian vein, feeding into the superior vena cava, carrying lymph and blood back to the heart. After opening the ducts, tap the face for thirty seconds to stimulate blood supply, then slap the face to bring in more hyperemia. After another thirty seconds, bring everything from the face to the ears. Then, every thirty seconds or a minute, take your fingers from the ears and bring it down to the ducts.

Speaker 0: I'm initially had to keep your skin healthy, help cleanse your lymphatic system, and immediately feel good once again. Take these fingers on both hands, cross them, stimulate right on top of the clavicle like this. On the right side is a lymphatic duct. On the left side is a thoracic duct. These are the ducts where everything drains into the lymphatic system. And these ducts are so important because this drains into the subclavian vein. This feeds into the superior vena cava, which carries a lymph along with the blood back into the heart, integrating it into the circulatory system. And now that these ducts are open, let's go to the face, start tapping the face. You're gonna tap it for about thirty seconds, stimulate the blood supply. Now you're gonna slap the face. This is gonna bring in more hyperemia. Now you're to take your fingers after thirty seconds and bring everything to the ears, to the whole entire face. Just bring everything to the ears. After you do that, every thirty seconds or a minute, take your fingers from ears and bring it right down to those ducts just like this. And bring it right down, and you're ready to take on the day.

7. Poor Posture It’s not just bad for your spine... It also compresses the lymphatic pathways in your neck, chest, and abdomen. Do yourself a favour and bookmark this hack for later: https://t.co/91QQ1yDTT8

Video Transcript AI Summary
Dealing with neck compression and poor posture can affect the vagus nerve and lymphatic drainage, leading to stress, agitation, and puffiness. Slouching can cause rounded shoulders and a weak upper back. To improve posture, stand with your back to a wall, feet six inches away and shoulder-width apart. Press shoulders, upper back, and lower back against the wall. Tuck your chin to your chest, raise your arms in a W shape (elbows at 90 degrees), and slowly raise your arms overhead while keeping your arms and back pressed against the wall. Then, slowly lower them back to the starting position. This exercise opens the chest and improves neck, mid-back, and core alignment, which may improve vagus nerve flow, the rest and digest nervous system, and lymphatic drainage.

Speaker 0: Did you know dealing with a neck comp and board posture can not only leave us stuck in fightflight affecting our vagus nerve but also lymphatic drainage. It can leave us stressed, agitated, and contribute to puffiness. One thing that can happen is that we are slouched over, we can start to get rounded shoulders and a weak upper back. What I do to help this posture that's affecting how I look and feel is I back up to a wall, making sure my feet are about six inches away shoulder width apart. I press my shoulders, upper back, and lower back to the wall. I tuck my chin to my chest and raise my arms in a W shape, elbows bent at 90 degrees. I slowly raise my arms overhead while keeping my arms and back, pressing against the wall as much as possible. Slowly lowering them back at the starting position, maintaining control. This is not only going to help open up the chest, but helps the posture of my neck, mid back, and coolant. Allowing for better flow of our vagus nerve and our rest digest healing nervous system help boost lymphatic drainage.

Men today have significantly lower testosterone levels than previous generations, primarily due to daily habits rather than genetics. I've identified four silent testosterone killers: poor diet, supplement deficiencies, lack of sleep, and microplastic exposure. Processed foods, sugar, and certain oils should be avoided, while key minerals like Vitamin D3, magnesium, and zinc are essential. Quality sleep is crucial for testosterone production, and microplastics, including BPA, can disrupt hormone levels. Understanding these factors is vital for maintaining health and vitality.

I’ve been exploring magnesium deficiency, which affects 75% of people and is linked to various health issues like depression, anxiety, and poor sleep. Magnesium is crucial for over 300 bodily functions, including muscle and nerve function, energy production, and bone health. Modern diets often lack magnesium-rich foods, leading to symptoms like muscle cramps, fatigue, and irregular heartbeats. Supplementing with magnesium glycinate can improve sleep and mood. Always consult a doctor before starting any new health protocols.

Taking magnesium for two weeks could alleviate magnesium deficiency symptoms, which are difficult to detect via blood tests. Anxiety would decrease, and a sense of calm would develop, along with improved sleep. Muscle spasms and leg cramps would disappear. Heart-related issues like high blood pressure and arrhythmias could improve. Magnesium glycinate is recommended as it doesn't typically cause diarrhea and can aid sleep. A dosage of 400 to 800 milligrams should be taken in the evening before bed.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: What would happen if you took magnesium for two weeks? You have to realize that a huge percent of the population is deficient in magnesium. Unfortunately, you can't accurately test magnesium in the blood since only one percent of it is in the blood. But if you took magnesium, your anxiety would start going away. You would feel calmer. You would sleep a lot better. All those muscle spasms and leg cramps will go away. And if you had any heart problems like high blood pressure, arrhythmias, you would find that those will start clearing up. The best magnesium to take is something called magnesium glycinate. This is the type that won't cause diarrhea but will help you sleep. Take between four hundred and eight hundred milligrams in the evening before sleep.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

The problem? Modern diets lack magnesium-rich foods. And deficiency comes with scary consequences... Let’s take a look at the symptoms first: https://t.co/60e2rQFHUg

Video Transcript AI Summary
Magnesium deficiency may manifest in several ways. Twitching muscles, such as random eye twitches or leg cramps, can indicate a need for magnesium, which helps muscles relax. Frequent headaches, including migraines or tension headaches, may also signal low magnesium levels, as it aids in blood vessel relaxation and nerve calming. An irregular heartbeat, like skipping beats or racing, can occur due to magnesium's role in maintaining a steady heart rhythm. Persistent fatigue, despite sufficient sleep, may stem from magnesium's involvement in energy production. Insomnia, characterized by difficulty relaxing the brain, can also point to a deficiency. Unusual chocolate cravings, particularly for dark chocolate, might be the body's way of seeking magnesium. Finally, numbness or tingling sensations in the hands or feet can arise from impaired nerve function due to low magnesium levels.

Speaker 0: Seven Strange Signs Your Body Needs Magnesium. Number one: Twitching Muscles. Random eye twitches or leg cramps. That's your body saying, Hey, I need magnesium. It helps your muscles chill out, and without it, they act up. You keep getting headaches. Migraines or tension headaches on repeat? Magnesium helps relax your blood vessels and calm your nerves. Low levels equals more headaches. Number three, your heart feels weird. Ever feel like your heart is skipping beats or racing for no reason? Magnesium keeps your heartbeat steady. If it's low, things can get out of sync. Four. Constant fatigue. Feeling tired no matter how much you sleep? Magnesium plays a key role in energy production. When levels are low, your body struggles to keep up, leaving you drained. Number five. You can't sleep tossing and turning all night? Magnesium helps your brain relax. Without it, your mind stays on overdrive, making sleep impossible. Six. Craving chocolate. Randomly craving chocolate. Dark chocolate is high in magnesium, so your body might be hinting at what it needs. Listen to those cravings. Number seven. Numbness or tingling. Feeling pins and needles in your hands or feet? Magnesium supports nerve function, and low levels can lead to weird sensations like numbness or tingling. If you want to learn more about magnesium, comment the signs you noticed in your body.

Deficiency is probably why you feel depressed. It’s also been linked to anxiety and irritability. That’s because magnesium regulates neurotransmitters and the stress response system. https://t.co/UQK1XuGU8j

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Consequence #1: High blood pressure Magnesium helps relax blood vessels. Low magnesium = vasoconstriction → higher blood pressure. Here’s what happens inside your body: https://t.co/nnK1RCKHi7

Video Transcript AI Summary
The most common cause of high blood pressure is a magnesium deficiency. Arteries, unlike veins, have muscles that constrict and relax to help the heart pump blood. This muscle function relies on magnesium and calcium. Without enough magnesium, the arterial muscle constricts but cannot relax, narrowing the artery. This constriction increases blood pressure, similar to squeezing a garden hose. High blood pressure isn't due to the circulatory system, genetics, age, or curses, but because the body lacks the necessary magnesium to maintain proper blood pressure.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: The single most common cause of high blood pressure is a deficiency in the mineral magnesium. Really? Yeah. You have two types of blood vessels in the human body. You have arteries and you have veins. Arteries carry blood away from the heart, veins carry blood back to the heart. Well, what's the difference? Well, there's one significant difference between the two. Arteries have muscles, veins do not. Why does an artery have muscle? Because God is smart. When the heart pumps blood, it goes into the artery and the muscle in the constricts and relaxes. Constriction relaxes constriction relaxes in order to help the heart pump the blood. That's fantastic. Well, how does the muscle constrict and relax? The same way that a bicep constricts and relaxes or any muscle in the body. It's done through magnesium and calcium. If you do not have enough magnesium, the muscle will constrict, but it cannot relax. So it stays constricted. Now if you have a garden hose and there's water coming out of it and you squeeze the hose just a little bit, the water comes out faster. Right? Mhmm. It's because you've decreased the volume, the pressure goes up. So when the artery gets collapsed because of not enough magnesium, the blood pressure spikes. So you don't have high blood pressure because you have a circulatory system. You don't have high blood pressure because you have a bad gene. You don't have high blood pressure because you're getting older or because you have a voodoo curse. You have high blood pressure because your body ran out of the stuff it needed to maintain proper blood pressure. Period.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Consequence #2: Weaker bones 60% of your body’s magnesium is stored in your bones. If you’re deficient, your body can’t absorb calcium properly—leading to brittle bones and a higher risk of osteoporosis: https://t.co/8R7KGz7F2A

Video Transcript AI Summary
Magnesium activates vitamin D, which must be in its active form to work. Vitamin D3 boosts calcium absorption. Vitamin K2 then directs the increased calcium from the blood vessels into the bones. Magnesium, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, and calcium are all essential nutrients. Sufficient intake of these nutrients through diet and lifestyle is necessary for proper bodily function, including maintaining bone strength.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Magnesium helps activate vitamin D, which we need vitamin D in its active form. Vitamin D3 increases calcium absorption. And vitamin K2 helps move the increased calcium out of the blood vessels and into the bones. All four of these nutrients are considered essential, which means for your body to function properly on areas like your bone strength, that you're getting enough of these key nutrients into your diet and your lifestyle every single day.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Consequence #3: Poor sleep quality Ever wake up and still feel like a brick? Magnesium deficiency might be one of the reasons. Here’s how magnesium helps your body relax: https://t.co/VaFCChdDT3

Video Transcript AI Summary
Magnesium can improve sleep by activating the parasympathetic system, regulating melatonin, and blocking NMDA receptors. The optimal dose is 200-400mg of magnesium glycinate, malate, or citrate 30 minutes before bed. Glycinate is preferred because citrate can have a laxative effect, while malate is better for muscle tension. Glycinate also enhances magnesium absorption. The speaker suggests trying a magnesium supplement for sleep issues.

All these signal your body that it's time for a deeper, more restorative sleep. Magnesium comes in different forms and dosages. Studies show the optimal dose should be around two hundred to four hundred milligrams of magnesium glycinate, malate or citrate about thirty minutes before bedtime. I personally like glycinate a little bit more because citrate has a more laxative effect, which really isn't too sexy when going to bed. And malate's good if you have muscle tension along with insomnia. So glycinate's my preferred method because it enhances the absorption of magnesium as well. So if you're having trouble sleeping, give this magnesium supplement a try and let me know what questions you have.

Nitric Oxide is a crucial molecule that enhances workouts by improving blood flow, lowering blood pressure, and boosting brain function. Its levels start to decline significantly after age 30, leading to issues like brain fog, low stamina, and erectile dysfunction. To naturally boost nitric oxide, I recommend getting sun exposure, exercising regularly, and consuming nitrate-rich foods like beets and spinach. If you're over 45, restoring your nitric oxide levels can be transformative for your health and performance.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

The molecule behind your best workouts: Nitric Oxide. It boosts blood flow, lowers blood pressure, & promotes fertility. And by 70, you've lost about 75%... Here's how to restore your lost levels & feel 10 years younger:🧵

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Nitric Oxide (NO) is one of the most powerful molecules in your body. And by the time you feel the decline… It’s already impacting your energy, brain function—even bedroom performance:

Video Transcript AI Summary
Nitric oxide is a natural substance in our bodies, and we produce less of it as we age. When nitric oxide production decreases, negative health consequences may arise. There is a connection between low nitric oxide levels and degenerative diseases, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, heart attacks, strokes, and even dementia.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: If you want to live a long and healthy life, stick around. I'm gonna talk to you about something that is crucial. It's a natural substance in our bodies called nitric oxide. And as we age, we gradually produce less of it. As nitric oxide production goes down, a lot of bad things can happen in our bodies. And there is a connection between low nitric oxide and all degenerative diseases, including high blood pressure, heart disease, heart attacks, strokes, even dementia.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

By 30, nitric oxide starts to decline. By 40–50, levels have dropped by 20–50%. By 70, you’ve lost 75% of it. The result?

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

• Brain fog • Low stamina • Poor blood flow • High blood pressure • Erectile dysfunction Let’s dive into 4 of its most powerful benefits:

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

1. Improves Blood Flow NO boosts circulation and lowers blood pressure. What does that mean? More oxygen delivered to your brain, muscles, and organs. That’s why it’s essential for elite athletes:

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

2. Boosts Brain Function & Focus As mentioned earlier, NO increases blood flow to the brain, promoting: • Sharper focus • Better memory • Faster mental processing Some say it may even help prevent Alzheimer’s...

Video Transcript AI Summary
Nitric oxide purportedly corrects every aspect of Alzheimer's disease. It improves cerebral blood flow and glucose uptake, addressing the metabolic component of the disease. Nitric oxide also reduces inflammation, a process for which the speaker holds multiple patents. Additionally, nitric oxide inhibits oxidative stress and prevents immune dysfunction, both of which are observed in Alzheimer's and other neurological diseases. By restoring blood flow, delivering nutrients and oxygen, and removing metabolic waste, nitric oxide prevents protein misfolding. The speaker believes nitric oxide gas will eradicate and cure Alzheimer's.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: And nitric oxide corrects every single thing we know about Alzheimer's. It improves blood flow to the brain. It improves glucose uptake, so it overcomes the metabolic aspect of Alzheimer's. It reduces inflammation. In fact, a number of my patents are on a method of reducing inflammation. Inhibits the oxidative stress we see in Alzheimer's and neurological disease. And it prevents the immune dysfunction. And when you do that, when you restore blood flow and you get nutrients and oxygen in and you take out the metabolic waste products, there's no misfolding of protein. So this simple molecule, nitric oxide gas, I'm absolutely convinced will eradicate and cure Alzheimer's.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

3. Better Workout Performance NO increases blood flow to your muscles. The result? Faster recovery, less soreness, and even improved strength:

Video Transcript AI Summary
Nitric oxide purportedly decreases post-workout muscle soreness. Studies allegedly show that almost 40% of people who took nitric oxide experienced less muscle soreness within 24 to 48 hours compared to those who took a placebo. The supplement supposedly offers health benefits for both men and women. It is claimed to contain no harmful fillers or banned substances, is non-GMO, and GMP certified in the USA. A coupon code "BODY" is offered for peak performance.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Now trust me when I say you'll see the benefits of using nitric oxide immediately. Now in the gym, nitrous oxide is proven to decrease that uncomfortable feeling, that soreness that you get twenty four to forty eight hours after working out, which is why most people hate going to the gym. They know they're going to get that soreness. In fact, almost forty percent of those people that took nitric oxide have seen less of that muscle soreness within that twenty four to forty eight hour period compared to those who took a placebo. And the health benefits for men and women don't stop there. Now there are no harmful fillers, banned substances, and it's non GMO and GMP certified in The USA. Try a bottle now and use the coupon code BODY to get peak performance and get your body back.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

4. Supports Erectile Function Low NO = weak circulation = performance issues. Just think—Viagra works by enhancing nitric oxide’s effects:

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

After 45, your nitric oxide drops by up to 75%. The results? Less blood flow, energy, & poor performance. This formula helps restore your levels—fast. Thousands feel the difference. Now it’s your turn: https://871127g1wf0-prli00t80iatab.hop.clickbank.net

Home getnitricboost.com

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

5. Reduces Inflammation & Oxidative Stress NO neutralizes free radicals and supports your immune response. This helps reduce chronic inflammation—the root of aging, fatigue, and disease. So how can you boost NO naturally?

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ 2 Nitric Oxide wreckers: • Mouthwash • High-sugar, highly processed foods Here’s how they silently destroy your performance: https://t.co/SZUaD4wXZV

Video Transcript AI Summary
Data indicates that mouthwash use negates the cardioprotective benefits of exercise. Diet and exercise are considered the best medicine, but mouthwash eliminates the benefits of exercise. This is significant because nitric oxide benefits are already reduced by diet. Two-thirds of Americans use mouthwash daily and also have elevated blood pressure. The mechanism involves mouthwash killing the oral microbiome, which is partly responsible for nitric oxide production. Reduced nitric oxide leads to blood vessel constriction and high blood pressure.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: There's also data showing that if you use mouthwash, you lose the cardioprotective benefits of exercise. So think about this. We know that diet and exercise is the best medicine. And many people aspire to do that. They go and they try to eat good. They avoid the temptations of sugars and sweets. They exercise every day to try to increase their longevity and cardiovascular health. If you do that and you're using mouthwash, you no longer get the benefits from exercise. And we've already established you don't get the nitric oxide benefits from diet. So two out of three Americans wake up every morning and use a mouthwash. And two out of three Americans have an unsafe elevation in blood pressure. What's the mechanism there? Well, because you're killing the oral microbiome that's partly responsible for production of nitric oxide. Without nitric oxide, you get constriction of blood vessels, and it leads to high blood pressure.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Boost NO naturally in 3 simple steps: 1) Get sun exposure 2) Exercise regularly 3) Eat nitrate-rich foods & antioxidants Let’s break them down:

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Step 1: Get Sun Exposure Sunlight triggers your skin to release nitric oxide into the bloodstream. The best part? You only need 10–20 minutes a day for maximum results: https://t.co/XVDA281j17

Video Transcript AI Summary
The number one anti-aging therapy is sunlight, not Botox or collagen. Regular, sufficient sun exposure provides vitamin D and nitric oxide, which aids circulation. Over 50% of sun rays provide infrared, supporting the mitochondria and offering antioxidant effects. Sunlight naturally helps increase testosterone, estrogen, and brain-derived neurotrophic factor.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: The number one anti aging therapy in the world is not Botox. It's not collagen, and it's definitely not anti wrinkle creams. The number one most anti aging therapy in the world is actually sunlight. And I'm not talking about excessive sunlight where you burn yourself, I'm just talking about the regular sufficient exposure to the sun. The sun not only will give you vitamin D, but it will also give you nitric oxide, which will help your circulation. Over 50% of the sun rays will give you infrared, which directly supports the mitochondria, which is not just about helping you sleep, but to give you powerful antioxidant effects. The sun will also naturally help you increase your testosterone, estrogen, as well as a brain boosting chemical called brain derived neurotrophic factor.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Step 2: Exercise Regularly Movement triggers your blood vessels to release nitric oxide. • Better circulation • Lower blood pressure • More oxygen to your muscles and brain Quick tip: High-intensity cardio can skyrocket NO production. https://t.co/R7ujhtz4Tr

I’ve learned that 2 in 3 men start losing hair before 35, often due to daily habits rather than aging. Stress, hormones, and inflammation can halt hair growth, signaling issues like high DHT and nutrient deficiencies. To promote regrowth, I need to cut out harmful practices, balance DHT, address nutrient deficiencies, heal my gut, and improve scalp circulation. Results take time, so patience is essential. This journey is about biology, not just cosmetics. Thanks for following along!

2 in 3 men start losing hair before 35. Most think it’s just aging… But it’s actually daily habits wrecking your follicles that no one warned you about. Here are 5 steps to trigger new hair growth naturally (starting TODAY):🧵

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

When your body's under attack (stress, hormones, inflammation), it focuses on survival. It stops prioritizing hair growth. Here are 3 signs you'll losing your hair:

Video Transcript AI Summary
Three signs indicate hair loss: changes in hair shape and character, lighter hair color with less pigmentation, and miniaturization, which is fine baby hair appearing in the hairline, crown, or in between existing hairs. Miniaturization is the primary predictor of hair loss, indicating microscopic changes and active hair loss. It is recommended to consult a doctor for evaluation and potential medication.

Speaker 0: The first three signs that tell you you are losing your hair. Number three, you have any change in the shape and character of your hair. So that's the first sign that your hair is going through a transformation toward hair loss. Number two, you're changing the hair color. Hair color is becoming lighter and less pigmented. Number one, when you have miniaturization, when you have fine baby hair in the hairline, on the crown or in between. That's a sign of microscopic changes that shows active hair loss and that's the first predictor of hair loss. You have to get on a medication after seeing a doctor who has evaluated your hair properly.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Hair loss is your body’s early warning sign: • High DHT • Nutrient deficiencies • Poor scalp blood flow • Stress + bad sleep • Gut inflammation The good news?

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Follicles don’t just die—they go dormant. And if you catch the problem early, you can revive them: Step 1: Cut the triggers

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

• Seed oils • Super hot showers • Tight hairstyles • Harsh shampoos They all kill your follicles. If you're serious about healing, you need to cut them out ASAP:

The speaker shares tips on reversing gray hair, outlining a daily, weekly, and monthly protocol. The first step involves wearing a red light therapy cap every morning to increase blood flow and stimulate hair follicle activity. Next, a topical is applied to the scalp daily, similar to Rogaine or Minoxidil 5%, but with additional ingredients. To enhance the benefits of topicals, microneedling is performed. The speaker also advises being gentle with hair, avoiding harsh combing or pulling to protect the follicles.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: I'm also going share with you some special tips on how we've reversed my gray hair. I'm going to walk you through my protocol what I do on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. First thing I do in the morning every day is I wear this red light therapy cap. It increases blood flow and also stimulates hair follicle activity. The next thing I do is I apply this topical to my scalp on a daily basis. You've probably heard of it of topicals like Rogaine and Minoxidil five percent. We added a bunch of other goodies to our formulation. And the one thing we do to enhance the benefits of the topicals, this and others, is we do microneedling. Then also, there's just some basic stuff like being careful with your hair, you know, not combing too hard, not pulling really hard at the follicles. It's delicate, so just being mindful about that.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Step 2: Balance DHT Too much makes follicles shrink. Get more deep sleep (REM), manage your stress (breathwork, meditation), use rosemary oil or pumkin seed oil. And don't forget... Concistency is key here:

Video Transcript AI Summary
DHT, or dihydrotestosterone, is testosterone with an extra hydrogen molecule. DHT interacts with hormone receptors in the body, acting as a key to open up different mechanisms. The presence of DHT alone does not guarantee hair loss. Hair loss occurs only if an individual has the gene that creates sensitivity to DHT.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: What is DHT? DHT is dihydrotestosterone. So it's literally a single molecule different than testosterone. So it's basically testosterone with an extra hydrogen molecule. And the difference is that there are hormone receptors inside your body that actually sort of open up different mechanisms within your body. If you have the hormone DHT and you would actually have to have a very specific sort of lock for that key to open up. Meaning that if you have DHT, then ultimately it doesn't mean that you're necessarily going to lose hair because of it. You actually have to have the gene that will then create the sensitivity to the DHT.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Step 3: Fix nutrient deficiencies Lacking these causes hair loss—especially if your scalp is inflamed or clogged: • Biotin • Zinc • Iron • Vitamin D • Protein But nutrients alone won't help if your scalp is blocked…

Video Transcript AI Summary
Nutritional status impacts overall health, and hair loss can indicate poor nutrition. Vitamin A helps the scalp produce sebum, moisturizing hair. B complex vitamins create red blood cells, carrying oxygen and nutrients to hair follicles. Biotin, a B complex vitamin, prevents dry, brittle, thinning hair by stimulating keratin production and supporting new follicle growth. Vitamin C, an antioxidant, protects against oxidative stress and helps produce collagen, important for healthy hair, skin, and nails. Vitamin D helps create new hair follicles and is best obtained through supplementation and sunshine.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Your nutritional status plays a huge role in your whole body health, and oftentimes hair loss is a symptom of poor nutrition. So here are five nutrients that support healthy hair. First up is vitamin a, which helps the scalp produce sebum, which moisturizes your hair, thus keeping your hair healthy and shiny looking. Next up are b complex vitamins, which help to create red blood cells, carry oxygen and nutrients to the scalp to the hair follicles. Biotin. Now this is a B complex vitamin, but it's worth talking about it all on its own because a deficiency sign of it is dry, brittle, thinning hair. It stimulates keratin production, which is what your hair is literally made of, and it also supports new follicle growth. Vitamin C is number four, and this is the all important antioxidant, the most widely used antioxidant in the entire body protecting your body from oxidative stress. It's also, you knew this one already, super important to help produce collagen, and collagen is so important for healthy hair and skin too and nails. And lastly, vitamin d, which helps to create new hair follicles. This is one that's harder to get from your diet, so it's important to supplement with vitamin d and also get sunshine on your skin so your body makes vitamin d.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The video discusses eight foods high in vitamin B7 (biotin), which may help with thinning hair or hair loss. The highest sources are beef liver, chicken liver, wild-caught salmon, and egg yolks. Vegetarian and vegan options include broccoli, cauliflower, romaine lettuce, almonds, and tomatoes. However, those with autoimmune, thyroid, or gastrointestinal issues like candida or leaky gut may find the vegetarian and vegan options difficult to digest. Animal products may be more easily digestible in these cases. Vegans and vegetarians may choose to supplement while maintaining their diet. More information is available below.

The first one is beef liver, then we have chicken liver, wild caught salmon, egg yolks, and then we have vegetarian and vegan options, which is broccoli and cauliflower, romaine lettuce, almonds, and of course tomatoes. The problem with this vegan and vegetarian options is that many often in autoimmune and thyroid disease, you are struggling with GI issue, like for example, candida or leaky gut or any other gastrointestinal issue, which makes you bloated, you are having lots of gas and problems with digestion. And these vegetarian and vegan foods, they may not be that easy to digest if you already have these issues. That's why animal products win in this case. However, I understand that if you are, you know, vegan or vegetarian, you may want to supplement and still be on the diet. So I leave the choice free to you, and read below for more info.

Joint pain doesn’t come from age. It comes from silent damage no one warned you about. By the time you feel pain, it’s been happening for 5–10 years. Here are 7 habits silently k*lling your joints (& how to fix them):🧵

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

1. Sitting (8+ hours) Sitting itself isn't something unhealthy. The problem? It takes you too long to stand up and walk. Some people sit 8 hours straight without getting up once:

Video Transcript AI Summary
Sitting for eight hours compresses the spine, tightens hip flexors, and slows blood flow. This can lead to back pain, poor posture, and heart issues. Standing up and stretching every thirty minutes can help reverse the damage. Walking for two minutes can also be beneficial. The speaker encourages viewers to prioritize their health by setting a timer and moving regularly, and to share this reminder with others.

Speaker 0: Sitting all day is wrecking your body. Here's what happens after just eight hours. Your spine compresses, the hip flexors become tight and blood flow slows down. Over time this leads to back pain, poor posture and even heart issues. Stand up every thirty minutes and stretch. Even going for a walk for just two minutes can undo this damage. Your health matters. Start small, set that timer and get moving. Tag someone who needs this reminder.

Fix #1: Sit properly • Feet flat on the ground • Keep knees at a 90° angle • Hips level or slightly above your knees A little fix with a huge impact:

Video Transcript AI Summary
Proper ergonomic posture is important for preventing back and neck pain. When seated, both feet should be flat on the floor, with knees at the same height or slightly higher than the hips. Buttocks should be against the back of the chair to avoid arching the back. Maintain a neutral, erect shoulder and head posture. When looking at a computer screen, eyes should align with the top third of the screen. To avoid prolonged static posture, stand, stretch, and walk around for a minute or two every half hour, or five to ten minutes every hour.

Speaker 0: Sitting in the proper ergonomic position is so important when it comes to preventing back and neck pain. There are certain things that you can do to help establish the ideal seated posture. First, both your feet should be flat on the floor. Crossing your ankles or legs, slouching and other postures which cause your feet not to be on the floor are habits that you need to break. Your knees should be at the same height or a little higher than your hips if possible, and your buttocks should be against the back of the chair so that you're not arching your back. As well as monitoring your shoulder position and the position of your head. You should be in a neutral, erect posture, and when looking at the computer screen, your eyes should be aligned with the top onethree of the screen. Finally, no matter how comfortable you are at your desk, prolonged static posture is not good for your back. So try to remember to stand, stretch, and walk around at least a minute or two every half hour or five to ten minutes every hour.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Fix #2: Get up every 20–30 minutes Why? It takes pressure off your discs, preventing stiffness. Here are 2 more tips to fix your posture:

Video Transcript AI Summary
Sitting is the worst posture, pulling stabilizing muscles forward and causing them to shorten and tighten. To add rotation to the hips, cross one leg over the other, try to get the knee and the ankle level, lean forward, taking three deep breaths, repeating on both sides. Get up every twenty to thirty minutes to circulate energy and take pressure off discs. Open the front of the hips to help stabilize posture by pulling one leg back as far as possible while looking up, taking three deep breaths, repeating on both sides. Loosen hamstring muscles, which pull on the pelvis and tighten the lower back, by putting one leg up on a chair and bending forward, taking deep breaths three times on each side.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: If you're someone who sits all day, you're gonna wanna know this. Sitting is the worst posture for our body. It pulls all the muscles that we need to stabilize our posture into that forward seat. The longer we sit, the more we shorten and tighten those muscles. Here are a few stretches you can do to help. To add rotation to the hips, cross one leg over the other, try to get the knee and the ankle level, lean forward, taking three deep breaths, repeating on both sides. You wanna make sure you get up every twenty to thirty minutes to not only circulate that energy through the body, but take the pressure off your discs. And now's the perfect time to open up the front of those hips, which helps stabilize your posture. So you're going to pull one leg back, try to get your knee back as far as possible as you look up and take three deep breaths, repeating on both sides. And last and most important, you wanna loosen up those hamstring muscles because they pull so hard on the pelvis that they tighten the whole lower back. 4. Take collagen It’s the glue that holds your joints together. It cushions your cartilage, supports flexibility, and keeps your movement smooth. Here’s what happens if you take collagen for 14 days straight:

Video Transcript AI Summary
Collagen is a protein that acts as a glue to hold joints intact, prevent gum bleeding, and maintain bone and teeth strength. Taking collagen daily for two weeks may result in tighter skin, less hair loss, stronger nails, and better digestion. Workouts may also result in better recovery. Good sources of collagen include bone broth, skin on chicken and fish, pork rinds, and gelatin in stews.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: What would happen if you took collagen every single day for two weeks? Collagen is different than other proteins. It forms the glue that holds your joints intact, and it keeps your gums from having internal bleeding. It also allows your bones and your teeth to maintain their strength. Your skin will be tighter, you'll have less hair loss, your nails will be stronger, better digestion. When you work out, you'll have better recovery. Some of the best sources of collagen are bone broth, skin on chicken and fish, pork rinds, and even gelatin in stews that you make.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ At 25, your body starts making less collagen. Each year after, you lose ~1%. By your 40s or 50s, that adds up—causing: • Wrinkles • Joint pain • Weaker hair, skin & nails And it gets even worse...

Video Transcript AI Summary
After the age of 25, people lose approximately 1% of their collagen per year, affecting skin, hair, nails, and other bodily functions. By age 55, an individual may have lost around 30% of the collagen they had in their early twenties, leading to visible signs of aging. This collagen loss can be slightly prevented through increased hydration, a good diet, skincare, and sun protection. While aging and collagen loss are inevitable, taking care of the skin and body can help promote graceful aging.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Did you know that you lose 1% of your collagen every year after the age of 25? I know it's depressing, but that's why I'm here to tell you a little bit more about it so you can be depressed and informed. Ultimately, what ends up happening after the age of 25 is you lose about 1% of your collagen, which is included in your skin, your hair, your nails, and other functions of your body. And that's why over time we begin to age and the signs of aging become more and more visible as we get into our thirties, forties, and fifties. So imagine by the time you're 55, you could be losing on average about 30% of the collagen that you had in your early twenties. Now, what does that mean? This can be combated and slightly prevented by things such as increased hydration, good diet, taking care of your skin, and most importantly, staying out of the sun. So ultimately, know that that's going to be your baseline level of loss because we are going to age whether we like it or not, and ultimately plan for the future by taking care of your skin, taking care of your body, and making sure that you age as gracefully as possible.

5. Inflammation The real damage often starts on your plate: • Refined sugar • Seed oils • Processed meats • Alcohol They fuel chronic inflammation — and your joints feel it first: https://t.co/YQePOhZTMW

Video Transcript AI Summary
Seed oils, such as soybean oil, are inflammatory because they cause linoleic acid to accumulate in cells and tissues, including LDL cholesterol particles. Linoleic acid, an omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid, is fragile and prone to oxidation, and seed oils contain high amounts of it. The medical literature shows that increased seed oil consumption raises inflammatory markers like oxidized LDL, LP, PLA2, and CRP. Therefore, to decrease inflammation and improve health, seed oils should be completely removed from the diet. Anyone claiming seed oils are not inflammatory has not read the relevant research.

Speaker 0: Oils are inflammatory. When you eat seed oils like this soybean oil, large amounts of linoleic acid accumulate in all of your cells and tissues, including your LDL cholesterol particles. Linoleic acid is an 18 carbon omega six polyunsaturated fatty acid that is very fragile and prone to oxidation, and these seed oils are full of it. Having lots of this fatty acid in your cells and LDL particles is a very bad idea. We see this very clearly in the medical literature, which shows that when more seed oils are introduced into the human diet, inflammatory markers like oxidized LDL, LP, PLA2, and CRP, c reactive protein, go up. These are not good things, and they are clearly indications of increased inflammation with seed oils like this. Anyone who says seed oils aren't inflammatory has never read this research. If you want to decrease inflammation and be healthier, completely remove seed oils like all of these from your diet.

Here's a summary of the transcript: Five anti-inflammatory foods to add to your diet include ginger, which improves digestion and circulation. Cayenne pepper is also beneficial for circulation, opening up capillaries for free blood flow. Garlic is antifungal, antiparasitic, and antiviral, cleaning the blood and killing pathogens. It can be eaten raw or cooked, but raw garlic should be cycled on and off due to its medicinal properties. Apple cider vinegar aids digestion and blood flow, potentially reducing inflammation indirectly. It can be taken in water with baking soda. Finally, eliminating pasteurized dairy and gluten for sixty days may reduce inflammation.

Speaker 0: Five anti inflammatory foods to add to your diet. Number one, ginger. Ginger is a great way to reduce inflammation, improve digestion, and overall bring circulation to the body. When the body has proper circulation, it naturally carries waste out. In Chinese medicine, it's all about the circulation. Circulation of the lymph, the blood, and the qi, the energy that's all around us. So try ginger tea, try fresh ginger juiced. You can boil ginger in water. That makes good ginger tea. Maybe add a little bit of honey. You can also add ginger to your food. Number two, cayenne pepper. It's great for the circulation. It opens up the capillaries and allows the blood to flow freely. Number three, I like garlic. Garlic is antifungal, antiparasitic, antiviral. And again, it's going to clean the blood, take arterial plaque. It's gonna mobilize everything and kill pathogens that could be pooping inside your inner environment. Garlic is an excellent tool. Now garlic is also medicinal. You can cook with it, which makes it more of a food substance. If you eat it raw, cycle on and cycle off of it because it can be very medicinal. Medicinal means it can create imbalances. Number four, apple cider vinegar. Now we may argue whether it's directly anti inflammatory. However, all the medicinal properties of apple cider vinegar helping with digestion, helping with blood flow, kidney stones, kidney function, mainly that digestive fire, hydrochloric acid, etcetera. If the digestion is working better, the body's gonna flow freely and there's to be less inflammation in the body. Apple cider vinegar is excellent for all functions of the body. Try that at home and see if it works for you. I like to use apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning, one or two tablespoons in water, and a little bit of baking soda. It will make a volcano fizz. Chuck that down the neck and see what happens. Number five, anti inflammatory food is more of an elimination element. Try getting rid of pasteurized dairy and gluten. Do that for sixty days and see if that reduces inflammation in your body. And have a great day.

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has been valued for its health benefits for over 2,000 years. It aids digestion, controls blood sugar, and supports weight management. Key benefits include reducing blood sugar spikes, boosting insulin sensitivity, and improving gut health. ACV activates AMPK, enhancing fat burning and metabolism. For maximum effects, I recommend taking it before meals. Additionally, ACV with cinnamon can further support blood sugar control. If you've tried ACV, I’d love to hear about your experiences in the comments.

Apple Cider Vinegar has been a natural remedy for centuries. In 2025, research shows it supports: • Digestion • Blood sugar control • Healthy weight management Let’s dive into ACV's insane benefits:

Video Transcript AI Summary
A tablespoon of vinegar in a tall glass of water before a meal can reduce the glucose spike of the meal by up to 30% and the insulin spike by up to 20%. This is due to acetic acid, which slows down the breakdown of food into glucose molecules, thus reducing the velocity of glucose entering the bloodstream. Acetic acid also signals muscles to absorb glucose as it enters the body. These actions can reduce the glucose spike of a meal without altering the meal itself. Therefore, consuming a vinegar drink beforehand is suggested to mitigate glucose spikes.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Studies show us that if we have one tablespoon of vinegar in a tall glass of water, so this is a pretty this is a pretty good size. One tablespoon of vinegar in a tall glass of water before a meal can reduce the glucose spike of the meal by up to 30% and insulin spike by up to 20%, which is important because it contains another cool molecule called acetic acid. And acetic acid does two main things that help our glucose levels. Number one, acid slows down that process. So it slows down how quickly, for example, a piece of bread is going to break down into individual molecules. So it slows down how quickly the molecules of glucose arrive in your bloodstream, which is again what we want. We want to slow down the velocity. And acetic acid goes to your muscles and it tells your muscles to soak up glucose as it arrives into your body. Those two actions reduce the spike of the meal without you needing to change any part of that meal. So if you want to have that cookie without setting off a glucose rollercoaster, without setting off that sugar addiction, having a vinegar drink before would be a really good idea.

1. Reduces blood sugar spikes ACV slows the digestion of carbs for steadier energy and fewer cravings. One man even tested it before eating pizza...

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker is testing if apple cider vinegar reduces a blood sugar spike from eating pizza. They will drink one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with eight ounces of water, then eat the pizza. Previous tests showed a blood sugar spike of 66 milligrams from pizza alone, and 49 milligrams when eating a salad beforehand. The apple cider vinegar test resulted in a spike of only 39 milligrams, which is the best result. The speaker also spent less time in the "red zone" compared to the other two tests, especially the pizza-only test. The speaker concludes that apple cider vinegar effectively reduces their blood sugar spike from pizza. Individual results may vary, and personal testing is recommended.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Today I'm testing apple cider vinegar in pizza to see if it'll help reduce a blood sugar spike. Previously, I tested pizza by itself and pizza with a salad beforehand. And today I'm gonna test apple cider vinegar to see if it's gonna reduce a blood sugar spike. To do this, I'm gonna take one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with eight ounces of water. I'm gonna drink the vinegar water and then I'm gonna eat the pizza. I've done the apple cider vinegar test before, and it had some pretty good results, so I'm hoping today is gonna be the same. Okay. Now it's time for the pizza. Alright. It's been a few hours. Let's have a look at the previous results This is the pizza by itself. It went up sixty six milligrams, which is a big spike. And this is the pizza with a salad beforehand. That went up forty nine milligrams, which is better. And now let's look at today's results with the apple cider vinegar. You can see here there's a big difference. These are the best results of all. The spike here only went up thirty nine milligrams, which is a really good result. And what's really important to look at here with all of these tests is the amount of time that I'm spending in that red zone. And you can see here with the apple cider vinegar, there's much less time spent than there was in the other two tests, especially the test without anything at all, just the pizza. Pizza by itself is not good for me, but the apple cider vinegar really does a great job of reducing a blood sugar spike for me. Remember that individual results will vary. This stuff works really well for me, but you should always test it for yourself to be certain. Stay tuned for more.

2. Boosts insulin sensitivity ACV stabilizes energy levels, lowers blood sugar, and improves metabolism. How? By helping your body use carbs more effectively:

Video Transcript AI Summary
Apple cider vinegar may offer several health benefits. It can improve insulin sensitivity, allowing insulin to function normally and help regulate blood sugar levels. By improving insulin function, apple cider vinegar can also help remove fat from the liver, addressing the root cause of fatty liver. Additionally, consuming apple cider vinegar may aid in reducing belly fat, again by positively influencing insulin. It can also help balance cholesterol levels, specifically HDL and LDL. Apple cider vinegar may alleviate acid reflux, GERD, bloating, and indigestion. The recommended dosage is one tablespoon in a glass of water before each meal.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Now if you're not consuming apple cider vinegar, you might wanna start. Let me tell you some of the benefits. Number one, it helps insulin become more sensitive. In other words, insulin can now work normally, which is gonna help your blood sugars. Another benefit is to help remove fat off your liver. How does it do that? By fixing insulin because insulin is behind a fatty liver. Another big benefit is losing belly fat, which is also related to, number one, fixing insulin. Another benefit is to help your lipids or your cholesterol levels, helping you balance HDL with your LDL. But how does it do that? Well, with number one, fixing insulin. And lastly, if you have like acid reflux or GERD or bloating or indigestion, apple cider vinegar will fix that. Simply just add one tablespoon to a glass of water before each meal, and you're good.

3. Supports weight loss Not only does it make it easier to stay in a calorie deficit... ACV also reduces cravings and boosts fullness. A small habit — with a big impact on fat loss:

Video Transcript AI Summary
Apple cider vinegar may help with weight loss by increasing fat oxidation due to its acetic acid content. It can also improve blood sugar control, potentially reducing energy crashes and cravings. Apple cider vinegar may aid digestion by increasing stomach acid, which helps in nutrient absorption. Studies suggest it might assist with appetite regulation and has antimicrobial properties that support gut health, which can indirectly contribute to fat loss. While it may not cause a significant weight loss of one kg per week, apple cider vinegar can be a useful tool for overall health improvement.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Did you know that using apple cider vinegar can make you lose an extra one kg per week? It does this because of the acetic acid increasing fat oxidation, meaning that you can utilize more fat as fuel. Now before you go and deep throw the bottle of apple cider vinegar, hold on a It may not melt your fat like magic, but apple cider vinegar does have some real health benefits. And some may even indirectly help with fat loss. Apple cider vinegar can help with better blood sugar control, making it easier to stabilize your blood sugars, which means less energy crashes and cravings. It can also help with your digestion by increasing stomach acid, making it easier to digest things like proteins and actually get more nutrients from the food that you're eating. There's also some studies that show that it may help with appetite regulation as well. It also has a ton of antimicrobial properties as well, which can support a healthy gut. And usually, better gut health means easier fat loss. And as I mentioned at the start, the acetic acid in the apple cider vinegar can help with fat oxidation or breaking down fats to use it as fuel, but don't expect any miracles here. So although it may not directly help you drop an extra kilo per week, it can still be a useful tool to improving your health. That's if you can handle the taste. Drop a comment below if you've used apple cider vinegar before and share this with someone who you know loves their apple cider vinegar.

Most of the fat on our livers is coming because of insulin resistance. And out of all the things that are very powerful to help reverse insulin resistance, apple cider vinegar is at the top of the list. What you're simply going to do is take a glass of water and you're gonna add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. My favorite is Fairchild's, not Bragg's, because Bragg's dilutes their apple cider vinegar. Then you're gonna add to it lemon juice. You can do a tablespoon of lemon juice or just squeeze the juice from an actual lemon. The combination of lemon, which by the way helps to remove fat off your liver, and apple cider vinegar, which helps you with insulin resistance, can put you in a condition where your body actually releases the fat from the liver. Video Transcript AI Summary
Apple cider vinegar is beneficial for gut and overall health because it contains probiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics, which inoculate and feed the microbiome in the stomach, intestines, and colon. Apple cider vinegar is acidic, with a pH of two, which aids in the digestion of processed meals. The acid in apple cider vinegar is also important for preventing reflux. To supplement, mix one or two tablespoons (5-10 ml) of apple cider vinegar with four to seven times the amount of water and consume it with a meal to improve digestion. Additional benefits can be gained by consuming it between meals.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Apple cider vinegar is absolutely fantastic for gut health and overall health as well. I'll share some of that with you later. But the reason it's so effective is it works through a half a dozen different strategies. And the one is it has probiotics, prebiotics, and you're ready, postbiotics. And as a result of that, it becomes great for inoculating and feeding your good and healthy microbiome in your stomach, in your intestines, and in your colon, in your large intestine where it really, really counts. So those three alone make it absolutely marvelous to have and you have it with a meal. Now you have it with a meal because it is also acidic. It has a pH of two. And most of the meals you consume, because you live in the 20 century, are processed. And those processed meals are very hard to digest. So the apple cider vinegar acid part of it makes it much easier to digest food. So it adds the probiotics, adds the acid to it. Yet your stomach has to be acid. If you want to stop reflux, it has to be acid. But check out my longer videos on these topics I've got on my YouTube channel. But at the moment, start supplementing. How do you supplement? It's really simple. You do one or two tablespoons, so about five to ten ml of apple cider vinegar mixed in with about four or five or six or seven times the amount of water. And you have it with the meal. Now there are other benefits to it and you can also get benefits by having it in between meals but for digestion and that's what everybody really needs to improve their digestion. Take it with a meal. Check out all my other media and my YouTube YouTube station now that I'm working on.

Apple cider vinegar acts as a prebiotic for good gut bacteria and kills pathogens like Candida, which causes sugar cravings. It can also kill E. Coli, which may cause bloating or cravings. A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in water during a fasting window can accelerate microbiome changes. This may benefit those with SIBO, constipation, or diarrhea, and help with weight loss. Apple cider vinegar can shift the microbial makeup of the gut to enhance the benefits of fasting.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Apple cider vinegar changes your microbiome of your gut because we have good bacteria and we have bad bacteria in our gut. And apple cider vinegar, it is a prebiotic for these good bacteria. But the other thing it does that's really cool is that it'll kill pathogens. So like a lot of you have sugar cravings. And this can be from a fungus called candida. What we'll see is that you're trying so hard to bring the blood sugar levels down by not eating carbs, not doing eating a lot of sugar, but you can't. So when you're eating apple cider vinegar, you're helping to kill that pathogen. We also know that apple cider vinegar can kill things like E. Coli, bacteria in the gut that might be causing you things like bloating or might be causing you to have craved other foods that you are trying to stay away from. Just a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in your fasting window when you're already changing your microbiome through fast fasting can really accelerate your microbiome state. So those of you that have SIBO, those of you that are constipated, you have diarrhea, those of you that are getting the weight loss benefit you want over here, try something as simple as a scoop of tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and water in your fasting window and see if that starts to make a difference in the microbial makeup of your gut so that you do start to get more benefit from the fasted state.

Aging itself doesn't cause low energy, depression, or inflammation. Your leaky gut does. If you're over 40 and blame aging for feeling miserable... Here are 9 foods to help your gut detox effortlessly:🧵 1. Greek Yogurt

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

It contains two of the most powerful probiotics on Earth: • Lactobacillus • Bifidobacterium And their effects can be miraculous:

Video Transcript AI Summary
Probiotics can help fix your gut microbiome. A combination of lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum has clinically shown the most success. Lactobacillus helps make the gut more acidic, which helps with mineral absorption. Iron needs to be in an acidic environment to be absorbed properly. Bifidum is important for the large intestine and helps move things through the digestive tract, which can help with constipation. It also helps with vitamin K2 production. When looking for probiotics, ensure they don't have fillers or magnesium stearate, a flow agent that has never been tested for long-term safety for human consumption.

Speaker 0: Fix your gut microbiome with this and it is probiotics. Now there's a ton of different probiotics on the market. The one that I've always had the most success with clinically with my patients is a combination of lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum. Now that lactobacillus helps to make the gut more acidic, which helps with your proper absorption of your minerals, which is so important. Things like iron need to be in that acidic environment. As well as the bifidum. Now this is important for the large intestine, helps to move things through the digestive tract for constipation, helps with your vitamin K2 production. So that combination is always what has worked best for me. And making sure when you're looking for probiotics that it doesn't have any fillers and no magnesium steroid, a flow agent that they use because probiotics by their nature are sticky. It's never been tested for long term safety for human consumption. Follow for more natural health tips.

2. Turmeric Most inflammation starts in the gut. Turmeric is loaded with antioxidants and powerful anti-inflammatory compounds. Here’s exactly how it heals your gut & eliminates inflammation for good:

Video Transcript AI Summary
For arthritis, adopt a highly alkaline diet, as arthritis thrives in acidic conditions. Consume plenty of alkaline foods. Take a high dose of turmeric, such as 2000-3000 mg daily, to reduce inflammation. Use ginger, including ginger poultices on sore joints. Start jumping, as it strengthens every cell in the body without jarring. Jumping defies gravity during ascent (acceleration) and descent (deceleration). A rebounder is ideal for this exercise.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: With arthritis, number one, go on a highly alkaline diet. Lots of alkaline foods because arthritis loves an acid condition. Start taking large dose turmeric, even two thousand-three thousand mg a day of turmeric, that'll get the inflammation down, rake ginger and put ginger poultices on the sore joints and start jumping, because there's no jarring with that. Strengthens every Do you know it is the only exercise that strengthens every single cell in the body. Because you know what you're doing? You define gravity when you go up, and when you go up, you're accelerating, and when you come down, you're decelerating. So the jumping up and down. If you have a little rebounder in your house and your grandchildren visit, guess where they'll be? They know.

3. Ginger Ginger is the No. 1 natural metabolism booster. When combined with turmeric, it can heal your gut in zero time. But there’s one big problem with using both…

Video Transcript AI Summary
Ginger can be used internally and externally. Internally, it's an anti-inflammatory known for its anti-nausea effect; car and seasickness tablets are compressed ginger. A teaspoon of grated ginger in boiling water, steeped for ten minutes, makes a strong tea that can be watered down if needed. Hot ginger tea can warm someone who is chilled or cold and is an ingredient in the flu bomb recipe. A singer who lost her voice in Greece was given hot ginger tea by a Greek lady and was able to sing that night. Therefore, ginger is good for a sore or hoarse throat.

Speaker 0: Ginger can be used internally and ginger can be used externally. Internally, it's an anti inflammatory, but it's probably mostly known for its anti nausea effect. If you buy car sickness or seasickness tablets, it's compressed ginger. Now the easiest way I think to have this is to grate it. So you grate it on that little grater, and you'll grate about a teaspoon, and you put it in a little teapot and pour boiling water on it. And let it sit probably ten minutes. Now that might be too strong for you, but I love it. I love it like that. If it's too strong, you just water it down a little bit. If someone's very cold, maybe they've been caught out in the cold or something, and it's very hard to warm them up, give them a cup of hot ginger tea and it will warm them up very nicely. So it can be used for nausea. It can be used to warm a person if they're chilled or cold. And you saw too, it is one of the recipes in the flu bomb. I was at a function was a health seminar, and in the break everyone went and had their herb teas and there was a girl with a tiny little grater grating ginger and I said ah ginger! She said I'm an entertainer, I'm a singer. She said I was in Greece last year and I lost my voice and a little a little Greek lady made me a hot ginger tea. She said, I sung that night. So I said she said, I travel with my little grater everywhere I go. So very nice on a sore throat or hoarse throat. Now we're going to look at what she can do with Ginger externally. So I always take

They’re too spicy to eat on their own. Luckily, I found a dead-simple recipe to make them delicious (in less than 3 minutes):

To make ginger turmeric shots, blend ginger, whole oranges (including skin), a whole lemon, water, black pepper, and olive oil. The olive oil and black pepper are included to increase curcumin absorption by 2000%. Add turmeric last to avoid staining the blender. Bottle the mixture and drink one shot daily for vitamins and antioxidants. The leftover pulp can be used to make dark chocolate energy balls, which will be shown in the next video.

Speaker 0: Here's how you can make your own ginger turmeric shots without wasting anything. Alright. Just add the ginger, whole oranges including their skin, a whole lemon and water, as well as black pepper and olive oil which can increase the absorption of curcumin compounds by 2000%. I'm adding the turmeric afterwards to avoid staining the blender. Then just bottle it and drink one of these a day for a vitamin and antioxidant kick. But don't waste the leftover pulp. You can use it in these dark chocolate energy balls, which I'll share in my next video.

4. Leafy greens • Spinach • Kale • Arugula Your gut begs for them:

Video Transcript AI Summary
To improve gut health and detox, eat only three meals a day, avoiding snacks, to allow the migrating motor complex to function properly for peristalsis. Increase consumption of green leafy vegetables to detoxify the liver, promote bowel movement due to fiber content, and boost the immune system with antioxidants. Also, increase water consumption, potentially adding fresh lemon, to aid liver detoxification and reduce gas and bloating.

Speaker 0: If you're trying to fix your gut health, you want some detox tips, I've got three of my famous detox tips. Okay, so you're going to eat just three meals a day, no snacking. And the reason for this is there's something called your migrating motor complex, And that means that you need to be in a fasted state. So between meals for that proper peristalsis to happen and that MMC to work properly to move that food through the digestive tract. Number two, you wanna eat more green leafy veggies. This is really important for your liver health, helping to detoxify your liver and helps to move the bowels because of the fiber in there, loaded with antioxidants as well, helping to protect your immune system. And number three for that gut health is to increase your water consumption. Now you can squeeze a little bit of fresh lemon in your water, really helps with that liver as well, but helping to detoxify and helps with that gas and bloating for good gut health.

For four days, follow a supercharged cabbage soup diet with ingredients that activate intestinal alkaline phosphatase (IAP), a hormone that repairs damage to the gut wall. Onions, garlic, and turmeric are effective at increasing IAP. Black pepper should be added to activate and improve the absorption of these compounds. Enhance the regular cabbage soup diet with root vegetables like Japanese radishes, carrots, sweet potatoes, and turnips. This soup should be the only meal consumed during the four days.

Speaker 0: And I want you to just do a supercharged cabbage soup diet for four days. But what I want you to do is add some super ingredients that will activate a hormone called intestinal alkaline phosphatase, IAP. Why do I want you to do that? It turns out that IAP is one of the better hormones that repairs damage to the gut wall. So the cruciferous vegetables are good at this, but onions, garlic, and turmeric are super ways to increase IAP. And don't forget to put in black pepper. Why? There's a compound in black pepper that activates all these compounds so that you absorb them even better. So get out your regular cabbage soup diet, throw in some root vegetables like Japanese radishes, like carrots, like sweet potatoes, turnips, and eat that for four days. That's your meal.

7. Wild-caught salmon • Omega-3 fatty acids • Potassium • Selenium Here's how to spot the difference between a regular and a wild-caught salmon: https://t.co/Jo7vv016xr

Video Transcript AI Summary
Wild caught salmon is preferable to farm raised salmon. Farm raised salmon is naturally gray, but is dyed orange through additives in its feed. Wild caught salmon is a darker orange color naturally. Wild caught salmon is also cheaper than farm raised. Wild caught salmon has more nutrients, is better for the fish, and is better for you.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: This is wild caught, this is farm raised. The only reason that this is slightly orange is because they add color through the feed. This is what you really want. This is what you need to know about salmon. There's two salmons right here. You have the wild caught and the farm raised. This farm raised is actually gray in color, and then they feed the salmon and oranges feed to make the flesh orange. Look how dark orange this wild caught is. Also the wild caught is cheaper than the farm so why would you go with farm? Always go wild caught. There's more nutrients in it. It's better for the fish and better for you.

Caffeine is a powerful natural enhancer that boosts performance, energy, and dopamine levels. It’s not just a morning crutch; it can improve focus, physical performance, and cognitive function. To maximize its benefits, I recommend delaying your first cup by 60-90 minutes, combining caffeine with L-Theanine for smoother energy, and taking breaks to reset your receptors. I personally enjoy two coffees a day for clean focus and performance. This thread offers educational insights, not medical advice, and I encourage others to share their experiences with coffee.

Caffeine is the most powerful natural enhancer on Earth. It boosts performance by 12%, energy by 24%, and increases dopamine like no other stimulant. Yet most people treat it like a morning crutch… Here’s how to use it as a performance tool—not a daily addiction:🧵

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Drinking more coffee won’t give you more energy. Caffeine isn’t just a “wake-up” habit. Before we reveal how to boost its effects, here’s what it actually does to your body: https://t.co/fh12C6HjLV

Video Transcript AI Summary
Drinking more coffee increases the body's need for magnesium and calcium because caffeine can increase urination, leading to mineral loss and reduced reabsorption of magnesium and calcium by the kidneys. Magnesium is important for energy and sleep, while calcium supports muscle contraction and bone health. Therefore, individuals who consume a lot of coffee should prioritize magnesium- and calcium-rich foods such as dark leafy green vegetables, avocados, and pumpkin seeds, as well as good quality, ideally organic, dairy.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: The more coffee you drink, the more your body needs magnesium and calcium, which magnesium plays a key role in energy and sleep, and calcium supports muscle contraction and bone health. This is because caffeine can increase how much you go to the toilet, which the more you go to the toilet, the more minerals you lose, and how much magnesium and calcium is reabsorbed from your kidneys and back into the bloodstream. So if you're someone like who likes to drink a lot of coffee, make sure that you're prioritising foods that are rich in magnesium and calcium, like dark leafy green vegetables, avocados, and pumpkin seeds, and if possible, good quality, and ideally organic, dairy.

4. Increases Fat Burning Caffeine boosts adrenaline and mobilizes fat from fat cells. It also increases your metabolic rate—helping you burn more calories even at rest: https://t.co/HcyGFyHLGB

Video Transcript AI Summary
Coffee can help burn more fat due to its caffeine content, which is a stimulant that raises the resting metabolic rate. This allows you to burn more calories throughout the day. When combined with a calorie-restricted diet, coffee can create a more profound negative energy balance, resulting in increased fat mobilization and weight loss. All stimulants can help burn more fat and suppress appetite. Consuming caffeine in the morning in a fasted state, when glycogen levels are low, provides the best opportunity to mobilize fat tissue. Therefore, including coffee, sugar-free energy drinks, or caffeine pills can increase metabolic rate and burn more fat.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Believe it or not, coffee is going to help you burn more fat than anything you'll find in GNC, and here's why. So it should be pretty obvious. Coffee has caffeine in it. Caffeine is a stimulant, and the stimulant raises your resting metabolic rate, allowing you to burn more calories throughout the day. So if you're in a calorie restricted diet, coffee will actually help you create an even more profound negative energy balance resulting in a little more fat mobilization and weight loss. So all stimulants will actually help burn more fat and believe it or not, suppress your appetite. So if you're dieting, you're trying to lose more fat, including a little caffeine in your diet is actually going to help. Especially if you're including this caffeine first thing in the morning in a fasted state when your glycogen levels are low, that's gonna give you the best opportunity to mobilize fat tissue. So include some coffee or a sugar free energy drink, even caffeine pills to increase your metabolic rate and burn a little bit more fat.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

The coffee you drink isn’t the only thing you need to watch for. How you consume it plays a crucial role in what you get in return. 3 tips to boost its effects: 1. Delay your first cup

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Your body produces natural cortisol in the morning, which helps wake you up. Drinking caffeine too early blunts this response and leads to dependency. How long should you delay it? 60–90 minutes: https://t.co/25WSblVZff

Video Transcript AI Summary
Delaying caffeine intake for 90-120 minutes after waking may prevent the afternoon energy crash. People often consume caffeine soon after waking, which initially increases alertness by blocking adenosine. However, this can lead to a significant drop in energy levels later in the day, especially after lunch, resulting in the common "afternoon crash."
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Why would you want to delay your caffeine intake to ninety to one hundred and twenty minutes after waking? The answer to that is very simple. Many people wake up in the morning, they drink caffeine within ten, twenty, thirty, sometimes within two minutes of waking and they feel more alert naturally, that makes sense because of the effects of caffeine in blocking the effects of adenosine. But then what they find is that in the early afternoon, in particular after lunch, they experience a dramatic dip in their overall levels of energy, the so called afternoon crash.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

2. Combine it with L-Theanine Why? It smooths out the jitters, sharpens focus, and extends the energy boost. 200mg caffeine + 100mg L-theanine = clean, calm productivity: https://t.co/gdzXJQ5rqy

Video Transcript AI Summary
L-theanine and caffeine can be combined for a more balanced energy effect. A typical dose is 100-200mg of L-theanine with a similar amount of caffeine, such as that found in a small coffee or two espresso shots. It's recommended to start with the lower end of the dosage range for 3-5 days before increasing. Caffeine increases excitatory neurotransmitters like norepinephrine, epinephrine, and possibly dopamine. L-theanine increases GABA and can also help with dopamine. This combination can be beneficial.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: L theanine can be combined really nicely with caffeine to give you a more level energy based effect. How much? One hundred milligrams to two hundred milligrams of L theanine with about the same amount of caffeine. Hundred milligrams to two hundred milligrams of caffeine. For most people, that's a small coffee or two shots of espresso with one hundred milligrams to two hundred milligrams of L theanine. Now, for all of these nutritional supplements, I recommend going on the lower side, trying that for three to five days, and then if you need to, you can try increasing that dosage. Now, the nice thing is because the caffeine will start to spike your excitatory neurotransmitters, definitely norepinephrine, epinephrine, maybe dopamine, but what else happens? Well, L theanine then will start to increase GABA, and it can also help with dopamine as well. So a really nice combination to be able to add that L theanine in.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

3. Take 1-2 days/week off It helps reset your adenosine receptors — so your morning coffee actually works again: https://t.co/9AVFeKiunk

Video Transcript AI Summary
People who regularly consume caffeine often lose its performance-enhancing effects and use it to feel normal. To reduce caffeine intake, maintain a consistent volume for two to three days. For example, switch from an eight-ounce coffee to four ounces of regular coffee mixed with four ounces of decaf, or just four ounces of regular coffee. After this period, take one or two full days off from caffeine. Then, resume caffeine consumption at 50% of the original dose.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: A lot of people fall into this category. They drink caffeine every day. They're no longer getting the performance enhancing effect of caffeine, so they're taking it just to be normal or feel like they can focus normally and have normal amounts of energy. But then if they try and come off, they feel worse. First of all, just have your amount of caffeine intake for two or three days, probably easiest to do by volume. And so instead of drinking an eight ounce coffee in the morning, maybe you do four ounces of regular coffee, four ounces of decaf, or you just have the four ounces of coffee. You do that for three or four days, and then you take perhaps one full day off from caffeine, maybe another full day off, and then you go back to ingesting caffeine, but you go back to ingesting caffeine at that fifty percent dose or what used to represent that fifty percent dose of caffeine for you.

@achilleas_ghost - Achilleas Nikolaidis

Caffeine is backed by thousands of studies. It’s definitely not a placebo effect. I drink 2 coffees a day. Do you drink coffee? Let me know in the comments.
