Charlie, a young Christian man—husband and daddy—took a bullet for speaking his mind, a voice for the kids. 'Truth on a mic and a life attack.' He talked about hope in a storming land. Bible in the heart and a promise in his hands. A 'shadow reached from a coward's perch' and he was 'cut down a sun in the middle church.' If the shoe was flipped, you'd hear a different cry. Instead we stand with candles and a folded flag, begging God for mercy on the road we drive. They cry, 'How dare they steal the breath from a faithful man. How dare they stain the grass where his boots won't stand.' Charlie, we ain't night. Be We're when a voice falls silent that we're speaking love. We'll choose the truth and we won't reply. We'll stand for justice and we won't back down.

Speaker 0: Breaker. This one hurts. A young Christian man took a bullet for speaking his mind. Name was Charlie. Husband, daddy. Voice for the kids. Lord, why'd it go down like that? Stage lights cold as the winter rain. One breath, one prayer, then the world went strange. Crowd froze up when the thunder cracked. Truth on a mic and a life attack. He talked about hope in a storming land. Bible in the heart and a promise in his hands, but a shadow reached from a coward's perch. Cut down a sun in the middle church, and I swear if the tables turn the other way. Y'all know there'd be fires in the streets today, but here we stand with candles and a folded flag begging God for mercy on the road we drive. How dare they steal the breath from a faithful man. How dare they stain the grass where his boots won't stand. They call us sirens and flames, but we're praying for truth while we whisper his name. Charlie, we ain't night. Be We're when a voice falls silent that we're speaking love. He stirred up halls where the lion's roar, told young souls they were made for mourning. How we kneel in the quiet where the echoes rain and promise to carry what he came to bring. If the shoe was flipped, you'd hear a different cry. But we'll choose the truth and we won't reply. We're fire for fire, stone for stone. We'll stand for justice and we won't back down. How dare they steal

Speaker 0: So you're probably tracking this, but Texas wants to gerrymander their maps again, do a mid decade reapportionment. And why? Because Donald Trump is terrified he's gonna lose the majority in the House of Representatives. And they're gonna lose it because of that big ugly bill that massively cut health care for millions of people that's gonna dramatically raise health insurance premiums, the food they took from hungry families, the tax cuts they're given to rich people, the fact they're gonna blow up the deficit in debt, all of that is so deeply unpopular. They're convinced they can't hold the house unless they redo the lines in Texas and try to grab more Republican seats even though the lines in Texas are already gerrymandered to elect Republicans. Now if they go forward with this, as it looks like they will, California needs to respond. We need to do our own mid decade reapportionment. It's sad, tragic that we would have to go down that road. But if Texas acts, we have to act. Otherwise, Californians' votes are diluted. We have less influence because they're rigging the game in other states. So we will have to go forward. I hope at the end of this that we have a national redistricting reform that ends the gerrymander all across the country that would simply require an act of congress. We should have done it during the first two years of the Biden administration, and we damn well are gonna need to get it done in the future. But if Texas goes down that terrible road, California will have to respond because we have to look out for our interests and can't let them rig the game.

ICE is continuing operations despite protests, having made 18 arrests yesterday via criminal warrants related to a criminal investigation. More resources are being brought in to counter protesters, with a warning that crossing the line into impeding officers, physical contact, or property destruction will result in prosecution. The Trump administration, with DOJ involvement, will take action against public officials threatening ICE agents. ICE agents are facing threats and doxxing, leading them to wear masks for protection. Arrests include child sex offenders, individuals convicted of robbery, gang members, and those posing public safety and national security threats. The term "illegal aliens" is used to describe individuals who committed crimes by illegally crossing the border and committing further offenses, such as money laundering and tax evasion to fund cartels. Democrats are demanding ICE agents be unmasked, while ICE claims agents are being doxxed and their families threatened. Comparisons of ICE to the KKK and Nazis by elected officials are fueling hatred and raising concerns about potential violence against ICE agents.

Speaker 0: ICE responding to these protests, and thanks for joining us tonight. Speaker 1: Look. We're gonna continue doing our job. And, yesterday, we had a 18 arrests. You know, I was out here yesterday to kick off this operation. And, what people aren't talking about is ICE served, you know, several warrants yesterday. These were criminal warrants. This is a criminal investigation. And and and then today, we're continuing operations. They're not gonna shut us down. We're out there right now doing operations. We're keep doing operations. We brought in more resources to push back to protesters, but I'll say it again, a a serious warning. You can protest all you want. You got your First Amendment rights. But if you cross that line of impediment or you're putting hands on officers or destroy property, you will be prosecuted. There's zero tolerance on on crossing that lines, and that's what we're standing by. We're bringing more resources as we speak. We have more resources tonight. We're gonna continue doing the job that American people voted Donald Trump in the office to do, and we're not gonna apologize for doing it. Speaker 2: Tom, it's Alicia Acuna. Again, thank you so much for being here. During the protest yesterday, a Los Angeles City Council Member called for mobilization against ICE. Listen. Speaker 3: They know how quickly we mobilize. That's why they're changing tactics because community defense works and our resistance has slowed them down before. And if they're escalating their tactics, then so are we. When they show up, we gotta show up even stronger. Speaker 2: So, Tom, will the Trump administration take action against these public officials who are threatening ICE agents with resistance? Speaker 1: Absolutely. And I think Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice are looking at that. And, you know, like I said many times, these elected officials or these nongovernment organizations, they can't cross the line either. I mean, we got people like, you know, Hakim Jeffries saying he's gonna doxize employees, you know, ICE agents out there with mask on. They're wearing masks to protect themselves and their families because they've been doxxed. Their families have been doxxed. Their lives have been threatened. Their families have been threatened. I know myself. I had over a thousand protesters in my house. I expect that as a border czar, but these men and women are putting their lives online every day. They arrest a lot of bad people yesterday and today. They arrested child sex offenders. They arrested people convicted of robbery. They arrested public safety not only significant public safety threats, but national security threats. They arrested gang members. We're making Los Angeles safer. And mayor and mayor Bass ought to be thanking us for making her city safer. And the term migrant, as as Joe Concha rightfully said earlier, they're illegal aliens. There are there are illegal aliens in in this country, and we welcome. We're the most given country in the world. But these are illegal aliens who committed a crime by crossing this border illegally, then yet committed another crime. Again, yesterday's about a criminal investigation into mother laundering, tax evasion, and and and and some of the funds going to, cartels in Mexico and and and Colombia that fund their operations of sending narcotics to this country, killing American people. This is about enforcing the law. And, we're not gonna apologize for doing it. We're stepping up. She says they're gonna they're gonna mobilize. Well, guess what? We're already ahead of the game. We were already mobilizing. We're gonna bring National Guard in tonight. We're gonna continue doing our job. We're we're gonna push back on these people, and we're gonna force the law. Speaker 4: Tom, it's Lydia Hu. And I wanna ask you a little bit more about these democrat demands that ICE agents be unmasked. Some democrats are saying that if they don't unmask, they're threatening to dox them. Listen to this. Speaker 5: I don't know of any police department that routinely wears masks. We know that there are other groups that routinely wear masks. NSC one thirty one routinely wears masks. Speaker 2: Sending masked men to snatch, kidnap, and disappear immigrants of all legal statuses across the country. Speaker 6: Every single one of them, no matter what it takes, no matter how long it takes, will, of course, be identified. Speaker 4: Tom, I wonder if you can speak to that a little bit. Explain to us more. Help everyone understand the threat that our ICE agents are facing by just doing their job, why they need to wear these masks, and also what actions need to be taken against Democrats who are demanding that they be unmasked. And what what would happen if they do dox them and unleash unleash, publish their identities? Speaker 1: Look. This is incredible. We're at a place where the the the guys the men and women who enforce law were the they're the bad guys. They're the ones who break the law of the victims. You kidding me? How come they didn't say anything about BLM? They're all there. They they wear a mask. How about the protesters, all the college campers, they were protesting against Israel and and the Jewish students? They're wearing masks. I didn't hear a word about that for what these protesters wearing masks, but all these agents are wearing masks for one reason. Because the the sultan ICE officers up over 400%, the sultan ICE officers. They're being doxxed across the country, and and their families are being attacked. Their families are being doxxed. Their families are being threatened. And I certainly understand it. I allowed death threats. I've been doxed. My family's been doxed. I understand it. But they're they're wearing masks for one reason only, protect themselves and their families. They're doing a dangerous job. This is already dangerous job. They gotta wear a gun. They gotta pair of Kevlar vests every day because they're doing a dangerous job every day. While the rest of these people, like Hakim Jeffries, are sleeping in his bed at night at 3AM nice and comfortably and safe, there's men and women of ICE on the street doing surveillance on significant public safety threats, really bad characters in national security threats. They're taking it on every day. The men and women in border patrol standing on a dirt trail every night, 3AM, taking on the bad guy. So this is another threat against ICE agents, and we're asking the Department of Justice to look at these statements and see if there's something we can do. When when do you cross that line on threatening ICE officers? And here's the problem. You know, you got all these people now attacking ICE. You saw they're they're writing the death ICE agents. ICE agents been threatened. Their family's been threatened. And you got members of congress. You got some judges out there that compare ICE to the KKK, ICE to the Nazis. You got you got city council people saying ICE are terrorists. They're feeding the hatred. And here's my concern. I've been doing this a long time. It's a matter of time before ICE takes a life or an ICE agent loses their life because the rhetoric is at an all time high, and it's being fed by people who should be more responsible. The elected officials, who should who keep firing up this rhetoric. I'm telling you, it's coming. There's gonna be a tragedy because they keep throwing gas on this flame. Speaker 0: Tom, it's Guy Benson. Good of you to be with us this evening. The US Attorney General Pam Bondi just announced yesterday that Kilmar Abrego

Video Transcript AI Summary
The Biden White House is under investigation regarding the use of an "auto pen" to sign documents, with Trump now calling Biden "the auto pen." Bondi's team is investigating Biden's competence and whether others exploited him, questioning if he knew what he was signing. Concerns arose over last-minute pardons, with signatures appearing identical, suggesting auto pen use. The Heritage Foundation found consistent auto pen signatures on Biden's documents, except for the announcement of Trump dropping out of the race. While Truman used the auto pen for simple tasks, Obama used a portable one to sign major legislation. The Justice Department allows auto pen use if the president approves the decision. Speaker Johnson suggests Biden was out of the loop, with claims that a top aide misused the auto pen, possibly Elizabeth Warren controlling it to target crypto. If Biden didn't approve the auto pen use, it constitutes forgery. Questions about his competence are also raised. Jake Tapper's coverage of Biden prompted CNN to cover the auto pen investigation. MSNBC is critical of CNN's focus on Biden's mental acuity. Joy Reid says Comcast was worried she would blame the Jews. The Democratic party is divided between "team restraint" and "team resistance" regarding Trump.

Speaker 0: Fox News alert. The Biden White House is under investigation, and Trump's got a new nickname for the big guy. He's now called the auto pen. Bondi and her team are investigating whether Biden was competent and whether others were taking advantage of him. Did the auto pen know what it was signing? The auto pen signed 8,000 pardons. But did Joe know? Was the pen going behind Joe's back and letting Hunter sign with it? Did Doctor. Jill use the pen? Did donors? We're not sure. But we're finally gonna get answers. Speaker 1: When you look at these last minute Biden pardons, the big ones, Biden siblings, Fauci, January sixth committee. Speaker 2: That's right. Speaker 1: Most of the big ones have the same very neat signature. Speaker 0: Mhmm. Speaker 1: We would expect that probably to be the auto pen. Is this White House of the opinion that the only pardon that would count is one that the president signed himself? Speaker 3: The president is making a good point when he discusses the usage of the auto pen. Who was running the country for the past four years? Perhaps those documents were signed with the auto pen. As you saw, Ed Martin made an announcement at the Department of Justice this morning to launch an investigation because the American people deserve answers. Speaker 0: Donald Trump had his hand an inch from the Bible, about to be sworn in a second time, and the auto pen was on a pardon bender. The Heritage Foundation did their own investigation. Quote, We gathered every document we could find with Biden's signature over the course of his presidency. All used the same auto pen signature, except for the announcement that the former president was dropping out of the race last year. Then they did a side by side. These are the signatures from Biden's final day: Pardons for the family, the J-six committee, Fauci, Milley, all neatly signed, identical. This 82 year old's penmanship never wavered, not even a smidge. But this goes back decades. The auto pen was first used regularly by President Truman. He used it for simple stuff like thank you notes, nothing serious. Obama changed that. Barry had a portable auto pen that he used in Europe to sign major legislation. First time a machine ever signed an actual bill. The pen was the best kept secret in the Oval. It lives in the White House, typically in the office of presidential records. How does it work? Simple. The president gives a thumbs up, the dock gets stacked, auto pen goes to work, and then a final verification. W's Justice Department codified it. They said, Yeah, AutoPen counts, but one catch. Quote, We emphasize that we are not suggesting the president may delegate the decision to approve and sign a bill, only that, having made this decision, he may direct a subordinate to affix the president's signature on the bill. The big question, did Biden direct someone to sign his name or not? Or did aides have free rein? Speaker Johnson says Biden was out of the loop. Speaker 4: Sir, why did you pause LNG exports to Europe? Like, I don't under you know, liquefied natural gas is in great demand by our allies. Why would you do that? Because you understand we just talked about Ukraine. You understand you're fueling Vladimir Putin's war machine because they gotta get their gas from him, you know. And he looks at me stunned with his and he said, I didn't I didn't do that. And I said, mister president, you yes, you did. It was an executive order, like, you know, three weeks ago. He goes, no, I didn't do that. He's arguing with me. He genuinely did not know what he had signed. Speaker 0: Even Biden's west wing knew the auto pen was the real chief. Two former White House sources said a top Biden aide may have gone rogue using the auto pen like it was their own magic wand. Cryptozar David Sacks says Pocahontas wielded the wand. Speaker 5: What the Biden administration was doing and let's face it, it wasn't Biden. Elizabeth Warren controlled the auto pen during that administration. She, for some reason, has this pathological hatred of the crypto community. She wants to drive this community offshore. She doesn't want it happening in The United States. That's the wrong policy for The United States. Speaker 0: If Biden didn't approve the use of the auto pen for a certain order, then that's forgery. It's falsifying a federal document. That's a major felony. Also, if the president isn't competent to be president, then he's not competent to use the auto pen. All the books, all the videos, all the casts we saw for four years could be used as evidence to prove he wasn't competent. Investigators should be looking at emails from White House insiders discussing auto pen protocol. A smoking gun document or a whistleblower could blow the whole thing wide open and invalidate pardons, executive orders, even legislation. Simone Sanders was there, but don't you dare ask her about a pen that ran the country. Speaker 2: I have to ask who's actually making the decisions. Who is actually running the country? Everybody wants to say Joe Biden wasn't running the country. I know for a fact he not only read his presidential daily brief, he was engaged in the meeting, he asked questions, and he gave directives. Donald Trump can't even get to can't even won't even bother to read the iPad. Speaker 0: Yeah. Simone knows better. No one thinks Trump needs a CAT scan. Biden's the one who got lost in a closet. Jake Tapper, he already confessed and cashed in on the truth. And since he did, CNN has to cover the auto pen investigation. Right? They better if he's talking like this. Speaker 6: Somebody asked me, I forget who it was, because we've but somebody asked me, like, was there an effect when Fox News covered something about Biden that you would revolve from it? And actually, it was the exact opposite. I I would be like, what is this? What is this point? What happened? What happened? What happened? I had the opposite effect. But I think you're right that that is a phenomenon. Oh, Fox is covering it. It must be false, and that's not the case. Speaker 0: Yeah, no kidding. We don't write books to break news. That's why we have TV shows. But we tell the truth right away. All these tell alls aren't helping the media's credibility. They made it worse. Their ratings look like border crossings, way down. And now the knives are out. MSNBC wants to burn Tapper's book in a bonfire. Speaker 7: No huge banners on the cable news network that recently devoted itself to the issue of presidential mental acuity. That network did not dare devote itself to the mental acuity of Donald Trump. That network decided that the mental acuity of Joe Biden last year is a more important story now. No one at that network suggested that Joe Biden was ever incapable of doing the job of president. Their critique of Joe Biden is that he was incapable of delivering a sharp and polished television debate performance, which would have been true of every single president prior to John Fitzgerald Kennedy. Speaker 0: That's Lawrence O'Donnell. The guy, he needed a vacation, remember, fifty days into Trump's term? Because he was exhausted? Maybe he should take a cognitive test. Hey, your rules, not mine. The machine's never been weaker. When there's fighting between MSNBC and CNN, we've divided and conquered. Joy Reid, she has her own war stories. She says Comcast tried to put parental controls on her phone. Speaker 8: Once I got to, you know, NBC, and I too joined, Twitter back in 2000 I think I joined in o eight or o nine, and the bosses were horrified. And anytime I would tweet anything, I would get calls. I would get, please get off Twitter. We hate it. They just they had they don't like that it pulls their talent and their reporters out of their control because now you're not running what you're tweeting through standards and practices. It's giving your personality directly to the audience, which they don't like because it's no longer managed and curated by them, and they don't want people breaking news. Speaker 0: Comcast wasn't worried Joy was gonna break news. They were worried she was gonna blame the Jews. Democrats were smart. They'd treat their machine like a Tesla and firebomb it and build back better. It's the only way to cure TDS. Speaker 9: You know, there's a divide between what I would say two teams in the Democratic Party. There's team restraint and team resistance, right? There were those in team resistance who feel like we should react hysterically to everything that Donald Trump says or does. Mhmm. And then there were those who feel like we should pick and choose our battles and be strategic. But I worry that the momentum is on the side of hysterical, hyperbolic resistance, and the enormous expenditure of time and energy and resistance might crowd out the restructuring and moderation that needs to happen within the Democratic Party. Speaker 0: Good luck. Nobody believes a Democrat anymore. Half the party just confessed to the crime of the century, and the other half's having margaritas with MS-thirteen. When you're hooked on TDS harder than Iris Rosy on Xanax, an auto pen investigation is not what the doctor ordered. They're gonna need a united front once the subpoenas start flying.

Michelle Obama is viewed as a traitor because she has pushed Black people away from politics and made them feel like strangers in their own country. She allegedly makes them feel unwelcome in America, as if white people are oppressing them and they still face discrimination even in powerful positions. This causes Black people to not care about the country, leading them to litter, destroy, rob, steal, and kill. While the speaker believes Michelle Obama is a woman, they don't think Barack Obama and Michelle's kids are actually theirs, suggesting they are Martin Nesbitt's children. Barack Obama reportedly built a $30,000,000 home in Hawaii where he and Martin Nesbitt were living, while Michelle Obama has lived in a separate house since January. The speaker thinks Barack Obama is fine, implying he is gay.

Speaker 0: Do you think that this person is a patriot or a traitor? That person would definitely be a traitor. Why? Everything that Michelle Obama has done in America has pushed black people away from politics as a whole, and that's the worst thing you can do. See, Michelle Obama Obama has made black people feel like they're a stranger in their own country. She made people feel like they're not welcome in America, that white people are here to oppress them, even that in their powerful positions that they still face discrimination. So it makes you feel like a stranger in all your own land. Now I'll tell you, it's one thing about having something and using something is completely different. You take more pride in something that's yours. You clean up after it. You sweep it. You mop the floors. You clean the counter. You make sure it's it's clean. You take pride in your thing. Same thing for your cars. They have black people in this country feeling like they're strangers in they land, So they don't care about it. They'll lure. They'll destroy it. They'll rob. They'll steal. They'll kill. They'll destroy the same land they own because they feel like they visitors in their own countries. Thanks to the propaganda of people like her. So they're a traitor. They create nothing but havoc and destruction in this country. Do you think that Michelle Obama is a man? I believe she'd be a a woman, but I don't necessarily think that Barack Obama and her kids are theirs. I think that it would be Martin Nesbitt kids, most likely, just because the stakes is behind it. Even now, they just had a confirmation that Barack Obama built over $30,000,000 home in Hawaii that him and Martin Nesbitt was living in while Michelle Obama lived in a separate house ever since January. Interesting. So that's strange in itself. So I don't know about her being a man, but I think the whole scenario with the kids is a little bit odd and about Barack Obama being gay. I think he's a fine.

Speaker 0: This man just threw away his entire career because he wanted to key a Tesla, and of course, he was caught on camera doing it. No. I don't know what happened. You didn't key that Tesla? No. Okay. His name is Jim Pellis, a former regional sales director for Armour Code in Massachusetts. He waited until no one was around, casually walked up to the Tesla and thinking no one would see him, dragged his key across the car's paint, leaving a deep scratch. What he didn't realize was that Tesla's built in cameras were recording everything. Crystal clear footage, no denying it. It didn't take long for the internet to track him down. His company put out a statement distancing themselves, saying they don't condone vandalism and that this is now in the hands of the authorities. And Jim? He went into full panic mode, deleted his LinkedIn, tried to erase himself from the internet. But it's too late, this is going to haunt him for the rest of his life. Imagine being a grown adult and doing something this stupid. If you don't like Musk or Tesla, fine. But damaging someone else's car doesn't hurt Elon. It hurts a regular person who worked hard for it. And thanks to Tesla's cameras, he's now facing the consequences of his actions.

Mom in @DPS109 says her daughter was forced to use the bathroom and locker room with a male. When girls complained and didn’t want to change in front of a male for gym class, school staff went into the locker room to make sure they undressed. Not only is @DPS109 violating Trump’s EO, but they’re violating their female students’ privacy and safety. They need to be investigated immediately @usedgov.

Video Transcript AI Summary
A parent is demanding that District 109 designate locker rooms and bathrooms as biological male and biological female, citing an existing gender-neutral option. The parent claims their 13-year-old daughter was frightened and upset after encountering a biological male in the girls' bathroom on February 5. The administration allegedly stated that a student identifying as female can use the girls' facilities, which the parent believes violates federal policy. The parent filed a civil rights complaint with the Department of Justice, now referred to the Department of Education, after the incident. The parent claims the situation worsened when the same male student was present in the girls' locker room, leading the girls to refuse to change. Assistant Principal Kathy Van Trieste and others allegedly pressured the girls to change in the locker room. The parent says their daughter refused and sought help. The parent rejected the offer of a new PE class. The parent argues that allowing biological males into girls' facilities endangers female privacy and safety.

Speaker 0: I'm here to demand that the locker rooms and bathrooms at district one zero nine be designated as biological male and biological female as there already is a gender neutral option. The girls want their locker rooms and bathrooms back. They want their privacy back. This is why I'm here tonight. My 13 year old daughter's well-being and mental health and privacy is is at stake. This nightmare began on February 5 when my daughter was using the girl's bathroom and was stunned that a biological male student was using it as well. She came home frightened and was extremely upset. I asked her to talk with her teachers and find out more information. She was told by the administration that a student can use the bathroom as well as a female locker room because they now identify as female. I was sent an email to the teachers involved and received a call from principal Wegley. He verbally reiterated that under Joanna Ford's direction and their legal counsel that the student could use both the locker room and bathroom. I expressed that the school was in clear violation of federal policy. The Trump administration issued an executive order restricting biological males from participating in sports and accessing female locker rooms. That day, I filed a civil rights complaint on behalf of my daughter with the Department of Justice. It has now been referred to the Department of Education. A federal complaint has been filed with the district to protect the students. The situation went from bad to worse. A few days later, the male student was present in the girls locker room. Feeling violated, the girls made the choice to not change into their PE clothes with a biological male student present. The next day, Assistant Principal Kathy Van Trieste pulled the girls into their office questioning them. The same day Assistant Superintendent Joanna Ford, Kathy Van Trieste and multiple teachers all came into the girls locker room making them change into uniform. This went on all week with the addition of Ginger Laugeman. My daughter refused to take part in having her privacy being violated. How dare they? She ran out and called for me for help. Principal Wegley answered, we're offering my daughter a new, her answers was offering my daughter a new PE class. The answer was no. She is not changing for the remainder of the year and she's not changing into another class. The girls just want their privacy and they want their locker room back. There are gender neutral options. This is my daughter's story and the story of many other young girls who have been forced at the difficult age to do something they know and most adults know is wrong. Do the right thing Deerfield and give these girls their locker room and bathrooms back. Allowing biological males to access girls locker rooms sets a dangerous precedent that erodes the very foundation of female privacy and safety. By making this decision, the school board is not only disregarding the concerns of young female students and making their families, but also establishing a legal and policy framework that will make it increasingly difficult to protect the integrity of female only spaces in the future. Thank you.

Tucker: “I will not stop making fun of Kamala Harris.” https://t.co/p2zqJoJENN

Video Transcript AI Summary
I've always mocked Kamala Harris and will continue to do so. However, watching her last night, I realized she's not just a buffoon. She's someone with a mission to take power, dutifully reciting lines fed to her. It was actually scary, especially considering her track record. Despite this, I'm not leaving America. This is my country, and I won't let it be taken over. The spirit of resistance lives on through things like cat memes on the internet. It's funny making fun of Harris when she was unpopular, but power requires the consent of the governed. We, the citizens, own this country, not those who work in the government. They serve at our pleasure.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Anyway, here's what I thought. So I'm watching last night and I thought to myself, a couple of things. One, and I've made fun of Kamala Harris since Kamala Harris was dating Montel Williams. I mean there's really there's really nobody I'm an I'm a kind of an OG Kamala Harris mocker. I've had more fun making fun of Kamala Harris. I will never stop. I don't care if she becomes emperor of the universe. I will make fun of her. I recall her Montell Williams' side piece. I will play the school bus video. Like I will never stop making fun of Kamala Harris because it brings me such deep joy. And I think we should do that. It's a sign of life when we can laugh, at someone like Kamala Harris and she's inherently ridiculous. She's not sinister and creepy like the guy she's running with. Can't even laugh about that guy. Woo! Not babysitting in my house. But, sorry Tim Walls, I know you want to. You can't. But watching Kamala Harris last night actually made the hair in my arms go up because I realized something that I had felt before, which is that she has no limits at all. At all. This woman has no limits whatsoever. This is someone who is clearly not a person of faith, doesn't think God is watching, thinks she is God, has no kids, so doesn't care about the future and the way that people who have descendants, I'm just being honest, do care. And feels like she can do anything, actually, and would do anything. And I thought, man, I'm glad I'm not someone she hates because I could Oh, wait. Because if I'm being totally honest, she didn't seem like a buffoon last night at all. She seemed like someone with a mission. The mission is to take power. The process for taking power is memorizing a series of lines fed to her by her friends in Hollywood. She did it. She's dutiful. She's hard working. And she's absolutely scary as hell. And she has a long track record of putting people she doesn't like in prison. As one of those people, it gave me pause. And so I had a couple of quick quick thoughts like, can I go anywhere? No. I'm American. I'm not going anywhere. I'm 55. I will die here buried with my ancestors. I'm not going anywhere. So I'm staying. And and I mean that. I mean that. Especially, I don't know how much time you spend around rich people, but there is like, there is this kind of conversation that you hear if you're around rich people which is like, well I'm going to so and so, I'm going to so and so. And it's like, no. Actually, there's something about burning your boats. And my ancestors burned their boats hundreds of years ago actually here. So like I literally am tied to this country as deeply as anybody can be, but that's the right mindset. No, it's my country actually and you're not allowed to come in and just take it over. You know what I mean? And send in new voters from around the world to like eat my cat and get you elected. No. I'm not doing that. By the way, the spirit of hilarious resistance lives on the internet. If you haven't looked up cat memes in the last twenty four hours, treat yourself. It's like no matter how dark it gets, there will always be somebody on Twitter who's just like a brilliant person, like brilliant person who comes up with an even funnier Save Our Cats meme. Anyway, but I thought, no, I'm not going anywhere. And I thought, you know, this woman actually scares me for the first time. You know, it was funny to make fun of her when she was this person who no one has ever voted for or ever liked. She has no fans anywhere. And for those of us who grew up in a system based on the idea that, you know, in order to wield power, you have to have the consent of the governed. Do you remember that? That was the, actually the idea the country was founded on. That government has no legitimacy apart from the approval of citizens period because we own the country and they don't. Kamala Harris does not own the country. The people who work for Kamala Harris do not own the country. Federal bureaucrats don't own the country. The mayor of your town doesn't own the country. Anybody who works for the government works for you because you own the country, period. Kind like any other job, you serve at the pleasure of the employer, as I found out personally a year and a half ago. And that's alright. I wasn't mad about it. That's fair. That seemed fair to me.

It says on the front, the Epstein files phase one by order of attorney general Pamela Bondi and FBI director Cash Patel, the most transparent administration in history, the forty fifth and forty seventh president of The United States, Donald J Trump. Now what's interesting is we're all waiting for bombshells. We're all waiting for juicy stuff, and that's not what's in this binder. That's not what's in this binder at all. And that's exactly how the attorney general presented it to us. She handed us this binder, and she said, the president of The United States, Donald Trump, has given me an order to, declassify the Epstein Epstein files, and I have been quickly working on doing just that because we wanna be the most transparent administration in history. We know that as of a week ago, she went on, I believe it was Fox News, and said that she had the Epstein files on her desk. And when the I think it was Jesse Waters asked her, well, is there anything? Have you found anything juicy yet? She said, not yet. So her message to me when she handed me this binder was, we expected to release bombshells. We expected to find the dark stuff, the dirty stuff, the the names of the people that were involved in Ep in what Epstein was doing. And when these files were put on my desk and I and she was relating how she looked through them. Orlando. She was relating how she looked through them. She said, it wasn't what I was expecting. And I said, is this it? Is this is this this is it? And she said something is not right here. Now just because she had that feeling, she still wanted to not only fulfill the president's order to release these. She wanted to, do it in a timely manner, and so they prepared this binder. They were going to release what's in this binder, I'll show you what's in it. It's also going to be available online here shortly so that all of us can go through it. And we're gonna talk about too, how this has bypassed the legacy media and how this is this is the Trump administration is harnessing new media to release this sort of exclusive, which is a good thing. But late last night, after attorney general Pam Bondi and FBI director Cash Patel prepared this binder, the Epstein files, a source called attorney general Pam Bondi, a source from within the FBI, from within the Southern District Of New York. And the source told Pam Bondi that even though she had been told that this was the extent of the Epstein files, it's not the extent of the Epstein files, that there were hundreds, if not thousands, of other documents and files and pieces of evidence that the SDNY, the most corrupt district in The United States, was hiding. They were hiding from president Trump. They were hiding from vice president They were hiding from attorney general Pam Bondi. They were hiding from FBI director Kash Patel. They were hiding from you. And so you should is it? Okay. I'm I apologize that it's buffering so badly. Guys, I know that's really frustrating. We are sitting in an airport term

The Jeffrey Epstein files are about to be released, and the scale is far worse than anyone realized, potentially involving well over 200 victims. I saw Pam and Cash in the White House, and I know this information is coming out today. We are going to keep promises that were made. This case was vetted, went through trial, and was prosecuted correctly. The flight logs and names that will come out are incredibly disturbing. It's shocking how many individuals were hidden and not held accountable. I believe in accountability. It's time to go through the process. I won't say they're guilty until their time in court. There's been a general frustration with accountability in this country, but with Cash and Pam, there will be accountability. It would be negligent not to hold these individuals accountable. We have to try these rapists.

Speaker 0: Jeffrey Epstein files, we're told are to be imminently unleashed, and already we saw the Attorney General Pam Bondi say that it's the scale of what happened is far worse than anyone realized. Well over 200, maybe two fifty victims, and that we're gonna get information either later today or tomorrow from these files. What can you tell me about that? Speaker 1: I believe it will be today. I was just with, I saw Pam and Cash, in the White House just before coming on your show. And, I can tell you that I haven't been privy to it yet, but I know it is coming out. They will be, taking portions of it. We have to be patient. And I said this last night at a dinner, with some media and I said, I think America needs to remember one thing. We are going to be promises made, promises kept. But when you're dealing with victims, and by the way, this is a perfect example of a case that was vetted, that went through trial, that had testimony and was prosecuted the right way. And, I don't I don't preemptively attack. That's just not the way I operate. But in this case, in Epstein's case, is incredibly disturbing. We have, flight logs. We have information, names that will come out. Speaker 0: Is it gonna be shocking? Speaker 1: I don't see how it's not shocking that there were so many individuals that were hidden and kept secret and not been held accountable. Let's talk about the reverse. I believe in accountability. So you have to now go through your process. Now, I won't say they're guilty until they go through their time in court. But again, now it's time for accountability. We have seen for so many years, Pierce, in this country, many investigations, subpoenas, testimonies in Congress, etcetera, etcetera. But there's a general frustration with accountability. We take it halfway. We don't take it home. And I really believe that now with Cash and Pam, there will be accountability. Speaker 0: And we know that only one person so far has actually gone to prison over that whole scandal. It was Ghislain Maxwell, the former lover of Jeffrey Epstein. No man so far has actually been put in prison as a result of what happened. Do you think by releasing information from these files, we are likely to see criminal actions being taken? Speaker 1: Absolutely. Really? I think it would be negligent for us not to. You you have to hold, individuals who are indeed rapists accountable. We have to have them tried, in my opinion. And and I do believe Speaker 0: in

I was told this morning that the binder we received was empty. Pam Bondi and the President said he ordered the release of this binder, which Kash Patel delivered last week. It was expected to contain everything Kash Patel has mentioned in the past. Liz reports that Pam Bondi and others believe the Southern District of New York FBI has the tapes and won't release them to the White House. If this is true, we have an internal civil war. A duly elected president is being opposed by the Southern District Of New York FBI, who are bucking the orders of the president and their bosses. I believe the President, Kash, and Pam are serious about rooting out this evil. If it is true that the Southern District of New York is refusing to comply, President Trump should go to New York and fire everyone involved.

Speaker 0: Were told this morning given this binder, which is has absolutely nothing in it, and they were told that by Pam Bondi and the president that she had, because the president asked, ordered for the release of this. Kash Patel delivered it to her desk last week. They were going through it. They expected this to be full of everything, that Kash Patel has told me he has seen in the past, but it was there was nothing. There was nothing left in it. And Liz reports that she was told that the the feeling from Pam Bondi and others is that the Southern District Of New York, the FBI in the Southern District Of New York, actually has the tapes and everything else and will not turn it over to, the White House or to Pam Bondi. If that is true, and I understand Liz correctly, and Liz is gonna be on my radio program tomorrow and my podcast tomorrow to talk about her experience. If that indeed is true, then we have a civil war on our hands, an internal civil war. You have a duly elected president, his duly elected con confirmed leaders of, the FBI and the Department of Justice, and then you have the Southern District Of New York FBI and Department of Justice bucking the orders of the president and their direct bosses. There is no other way to describe it. If that is true, there is no other way to describe it than you have a department or two departments under the president that are in complete rebellion. And that would have to be I mean, that that's not something you take a a doge scalpel to. That's something you take an axe to, and you cut it out, because that's a cancer, and it is a rebellious cancer, and, honestly, a civil war against the president and his duly, processed appointees. I I this is this is not what I expected from Kash Patel and Pam Bondi and the president, and the vice president, and I take them at this point at their word because I know them. I know how serious each of them are about rooting out this cancer. But this looks really, really horrible for the president because what others will say is, well, this is just the same old stuff, and names of people that they were friends of were on, and so they they had to blame it on somebody else. Well, a, I just don't believe that of the president and Cash and Pam. I know the passionate, response in private about these names and about this list and how how Cash in particular couldn't wait to release this. He is on a I mean, he is a dog with a bone. He is on a mission, and so is the president, and I believe Pam Bondi is too, on a mission to rat this evil out. If it's true, we're in civil war. The state is at civil war with itself. If it's not true, then we will see this administration not move against the Southern District Of New York. If I were president Trump and I I gotta give him the benefit of the doubt here because I think this is I think giving him the benefit of the doubt. He is focused on Russia and everything else. But if I were Donald Trump, and no matter what I had planned, if I had an agency in rebellion, I would get on my plane and I would fly to New York, and I would personally fire every single person and I put a padlock on that door in Southern District Of New York. That's what the president, I believe, should do if I understand what Liz is saying, is correct, and if it is indeed true.

Holy Shlit!!! Where did the US Treasury send $4.7 Trillion???? They made it untraceable!!!

@DOGE - Department of Government Efficiency

The Treasury Access Symbol (TAS) is an identification code linking a Treasury payment to a budget line item (standard financial process). In the Federal Government, the TAS field was optional for ~$4.7 Trillion in payments and was often left blank, making traceability almost impossible. As of Saturday, this is now a required field, increasing insight into where money is actually going. Thanks to @USTreasury for the great work. https://tfx.treasury.gov/taxonomy/term/10257

Account Symbol (also known as the Treasury Account Symbol or TAS) | TFX: Treasury Financial Experience A Treasury Account Symbol (TAS) is an identification code assigned by the Department of the Treasury (Treasury), in collaboration with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the owner agency, to an individual appropriation, receipt, or other fund account. The term "Treasury Account Symbol" is a generic term used to describe any one of the account identification codes assigned by Treasury and is also referred to as the "account". All financial transactions of the federal government are classified by TAS for reporting to Treasury and OMB. For more information on account symbols and titles, Fiscal Service issues a Treasury Financial Manual supplement titled "Federal Account Symbols and Titles Book". tfx.treasury.gov

Our government is obligated to correct historical injustices and offer reparations to descendants of enslaved Africans. This is essential to close the racial wealth gap and support the Black community. White supremacy is widespread in the U.S., evident even in our current administration and legislature, which have worsened social and economic disparities and racial terror against Black people. It's crucial now to recognize and repair these damages.

They have contributed to the social and economic harms, to racial terror black folks have experienced in this country. Now more than ever, we must acknowledge and repair those harms.

Together with the help of the White House, our intelligence allies, the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, we'll be conducting investigations into the following. The assassinations of JFK, RFK, and doctor Martin Luther King, unidentified aerial phenomena, also known as UAPs, unidentified submerged objects, also known as USOs, the Epstein client list, the origins of COVID nineteen, and the nine eleven files. This should infuriate anyone who has worked all their lives and paid into Social Security. Marci Rubio: “People work their entire lives, retire and get $800 or $1000 in SS. Then someone who just got here and doesn’t work is given $1500 a month.” https://t.co/yghfQjPTDt

Video Transcript AI Summary
I'm seeing a lot of unfairness in South Florida. Long-term residents, some who arrived from Cuba 45 years ago, retire on Social Security checks of $800-$1000 a month after a lifetime of work. Yet, new arrivals from Cuba, sometimes just months in the country, receive $1500 monthly in benefits as refugees, even if they are able-bodied and not working. I've seen cases where these refugees then make frequent trips back to Cuba. They receive extensive government aid – Medicaid, food stamps, healthcare, and cash payments. It's frustrating to see people who have contributed to this country for decades receiving less than those who recently arrived. This disparity is unjust and needs to be addressed.

Speaker 0: Of the things I see a lot in South Florida are people that have been in this country. They may have came from Cuba Forty Five Years ago. They've worked here their entire lives. They retire. They get $800, 9 hundred dollars, a thousand dollars a month from Social Security. And then they run into somebody who just got here from Cuba Three Months ago, is 29 years old, doesn't work, and is given $1,500 a month in benefits by our government because they're refugees. That refugee, a year later, is traveling back to Cuba Fifteen times. So you're a refugee fleeing oppression from a place that you now go back and visit 15 times the following year. And in the meantime, we're giving you Medicaid, food stamps, health care for your children, cash payments from the refugee fund. So imagine if you've been working here for forty years and your Social Security check is smaller than the benefits going to a 28 year old, Able-bodied person who just got here. That's real. That happens. That's happening every day. That makes no sense.
