Good morning and welcome to Washington! We met Senator Schumer at the Hay Adams Hotel, which has a stunning view of the White House. This is my first time seeing it. The hotel suite offers one of the best views of DC. I was born in Brooklyn, where Donald Trump's family also comes from, and my grandfather worked with his father as builders. Senator Schumer and Trump share a passion for life, and it's clear they care about their work. I have a little test: when you wake up on Monday morning, do you feel excited to go to work? If the answer is yes, you're in great shape. I really like this Monday morning test and plan to implement it in my life.

Speaker 0: Good morning. Good morning. Welcome to Washington. Thank you so much. Andrea Lake. How are you? Andrea, nice to see you. We met senator Schumer in the lobby of the Hey Adams Hotel. He is a senator from the state of New York. Come. Let's go upstairs and have breakfast. This is the presidential suite of the most famous hotel in Washington, the Hay Adams. Wow. There's the White House. This is the first time I ever seen the White House. Isn't that isn't that amazing? It is great. The hotel suite was overlooking the White House and had perhaps the most beautiful view of Washington DC one could ever imagine. So why don't we sit down? Great. Please make yourselves at home. I was born in Brooklyn, the same place where Donald Trump's family comes from. His father and my grandfather were builders together in Brooklyn. Really? Yeah. Really? Even when he was much younger, you knew that he was gonna go places. So it's no Senator Schumer and and mister Trump are good friends. They both have a passion for life, and you get that immediately talking to him that he actually cares about what he does. But you know what my advice to you is? I have a little test. Pity. When you wake up Monday morning, do you feel in the pit of your stomach you wanna go to work? And if you can say yes to that, you're in great shape. Flutter Super was so wonderful. I like the Monday morning test. I think I'm going to implement it in my life.

Speaker 0: Is this a man that Americans can trust? I looked the man in the eye. I found it to be very straightforward and trustworthy. We had a very good dialogue. I was able to, get a sense of his soul. I wouldn't have invited him to my ranch if I didn't trust him. Speaker 1: Well, here's Biden 20 years ago praising Vladimir Putin for moving toward democracy. Speaker 2: I'm close to amazed by how far Putin seems to have come in making throwing his lot with the west. I don't think anybody since Peter the Great has made such a significant, at least Initial move to the west. Speaker 3: Mister Putin is got he got all he's very smart. You know him better than most people. Yeah. I do. We had a really good blunt relationship. If you didn't ever renege on a personal agreement he made to you? He did not. So behind closed doors, he could be trusted? He kept his word and all the deals we made. Speaker 1: We have to understand the scale of the problems that the president of Russia has to deal with, and Unlike any of the problems that any of the rest of us in in the Western world have to deal with. I mean, he's dealing with an economy that needs absolutely fundamental Restructuring, civic society that needs to be rebuilt after the years of of of communism, and external relations that have a whole series Historical legacies that have to be overcome. So I don't think it's surprising that he is and presents himself as A strong leader is a patriotic leader for Russia. Speaker 0: I am confident that this new level of cooperation between NATO's members and Russia will now change
