25-year-old Kyle Spitze went unintentionally viral in January of 2024, when a POV video of him getting shot in the ear by his stepdad started circulating online. Lacking context, many large outlets shared the video while framing Kyle as a victim. As it turns out, Kyle was a monster with dozens of child victims from all over the world. When the real story got out, many people switched sides and began lauding the stepdad as a hero, while others were mad at him for missing. The truth was far less glamorous. Jeffrey Scott West, the boyfriend of Kyle's mom, Melanie Spitze, was a violent and abusive junkie. After missing a point blank shot at Kyle Spitze's face, the SWAT team was called and a standoff ensued, during which West killed himself.

But Kyle's troubles were just beginning. While he was riding the wave of his virality, his victims were using the opportunity to plead for help. It worked. After doing some digging and speaking with some victims, I became convinced that Kyle was a member of a little known online cult called 764. Members of 764 befriend children and teens they meet online and then coerce them into performing sexual and violent acts on camera. They extort their victims into creating more and more vile content, like carving their abusers name into their bodies with sharp objects, killing pets, and drawing Satanic symbols and pledges to the cult on the wall in blood. 764 members compete with each other to see who can get their victims to create the most extreme content - a contest that sometimes results in victims taking their own lives on camera. Kyle Spitze bragged about having dozens of child victims.

Only a couple weeks after Kyle Spitze's POV shooting went viral, I was sent something far darker. Kyle's mother, Melanie Spitze, had also died. Kyle posted a video of her dead body laying in a motel room in a pool of blood. Kyle sobbed that he woke up and found blood everywhere. In between sobs, it sounded as if he were stifling maniacal laughter. At one point, he leaned over and groped his dead mother's breast. Although many of us were convinced at the time that Kyle murdered his mom, the official investigation found that Melanie died of an overdose of Fentanyl. The blood came from her esophagus which ruptured during the overdose due to her alcoholism. A police report later obtained from the incident revealed that Kyle woke up to find his mother dead and then Facetimed two of her coworkers to show them her body instead of calling 911.

So, who was Melanie Spitze, and how in the world did she end up with an evil monster as a son? Melanie was a long-time heroin addict and a former employee of Lockheed Martin. Kyle told one of his victims that he was helping his mother shoot up heroin when he was only 10 years old. After divorcing Kyle's father (who also claims to work for the government with a Top Secret clearance), Melanie and Kyle moved in with West, a violent and abusive drunk. All three of them were junkies with extensive criminal histories. Kyle was also a drug addict who posted frequently about his drug abuse and also sold drugs he bought off the black market. He and his mother were shooting up heroin together on the night she died.

Melanie also let Kyle move out of state with a 36 year old woman named Tara Dozier when he was only 17. Dozier had a long history of dating and grooming teenage boys. According to Kyle's dad, Dozier taught Kyle how to hack and extort victims online. Kyle began to crossdress and extort children when he was still a teenager. Kyle joined 764 under the name "Criminal" and quickly became one of the cult's most prolific members.

In February 2024, not long after his mother's death, Kyle Spitze was arrested by US Marshals on 3 counts of production of child pornography, 1 count of possession of child pornography, 1 count of enticement, and 3 counts of distributing animal crush videos. In addition to extorting a 12-year-old girl into cutting herself and performing sex acts on camera, threatening to dox and swat her if he didn't comply, Kyle also allegedly filmed himself beheading several live chickens and posted videos of the killings online. The criminal allegations only cover a small number of Kyle's victims within the United States, despite him reportedly having dozens of victims in several different countries.

Kyle Spitze pleaded guilty to multiple charges and will be sentenced on July 29, 2025. Several victims, including an Australian girl, will give impact statements in front of the court to demonstrate the widespread impact of his crimes, far beyond what is included in his indictment. The most likely range of sentencing will be between 15-30 years in prison, but a life sentence is still on the table for Spitze. The case of Kyle Spitze illustrates the absolute worst of humanity. In addition, Kyle paid a hefty toll for virality. After his video went viral, he was interviewed by Law & Crime where he was framed as the victim of a violent maniac with a gun. Little did L&C host Jesse Weber know, he was interviewing one of the most evil men who ever lived. Law & Crime never responded to the new developments. The video of Kyle Spitze being interviewed as a "victim" is still live on their YouTube channel today.

A thread of the worst 764 network members caught so far 🧵 1. Angel Almeida, 23, New York Almeida was one of the first high profile members to be arrested in November 2021. The details of his arrest revealed the link between Order of Nine Angles for the first time. Almeida was caught after the FBI received an anonymous tip directing them towards his social media profiles, which contained images of violence against children and animals. The investigation uncovered a hoard of guns and hundreds of thousands of digital files of child abuse, including self-produced CSAM. Also found in his apartment was a blood oath to Satanic Front and to the O9A dark gods, indicating his genuine ideological committment to the cult. Almeida has been disruptive and combative at court appearances, leading the state to commit him to a BOP mental facility. Consequently, his proceedings are still stalled.

EXCLUSIVE: Unmasking the Minneapolis Church Shooter A thread of what we know so far, and what's been debunked. 1/5 On Wednesday, a 23 year old transgender named Robin Westman opened fire on a group of children in a Catholic church, killing 2 and injuring over a dozen others. Westman left behind video manifestos on a YouTube channel, but otherwise had a very minimal online footprint. Right off the bat it was obvious this was another case of a shooter influenced by subversive online groups and acting in the interest of accelerationism. Misinformation began swirling right away. 2/5 The shooting had all the usual hallmarks of accelerationism – Contradictory political opinions (“Kill Israel!”, “Kill Hamas!”, “Kill Trump!”, “Release the [Epstein] files!”), a cache of guns, including an AR-15, a plan that aimed to inflict the highest number of child casualties, and fictitious shout-outs to YouTubers like @TheAKGuy Brandon Herrera. Westman wanted fame, he wanted notoriety, but more than anything else, he wanted us to react. A few things immediately stood out to me: - Numerous references to Satanism and to hating Christianity, pointing to an anti-Christian motive - A reference to Samantha Rupnow, the 764 influenced Madison school shooter - A manifesto written (mostly nonsensically) in Cyrillic - An obsession with other mass shooters and aesthetics (like his KMFDM shirt) which pointed to a connection to the "TCC" (mass shooter fan club) community. But even more notably, here is what was missing: - No obvious references to 764 or "Larpercore" themes (as seen with Samantha Rupnow and Solomon Henderson). - No use of O9A sigils or imagery - No references to self-harm, grooming or extortion - No obvious reference to Terrorgram or use of Fashwave aesthetics, and no reliable evidence that he was ideologically driven by neo-Nazism (just a lot of contradictory trolling, as previously mentioned). Final assessment - Westman was heavily influenced by the TCC mass shooter fan club groups. That said, TCC and other Com spaces are becoming more fluid and overlapping with Satanic accelerationist communities more frequently now than ever before. Westman is definitely a fit for the FBI's new "nihilistic violent extremist" (NVE) category.

3/5 Misinformation spread quickly. Unfortunately, history has taught us that most early information about mass shootings ends up being false. This shooting was no exception. An account on the 764-adjacent website Skibidi Farms was said to belong to Westman. There was never any real evidence to support this. Several hours later, the user continued posting on the site (very much not dead) debunking this rumor. But it was too late. Millions of people already saw and spread this fake rumor, and used it to support a direct connection between Westman and 764/O9A. As of today, no direct connection exists. (If one did, I would be the first to jump on it)

4/5 The misinformation snowball continued rolling, with people incorrectly interpreting Bobby Crimo's Awake The Rapper logo as an O9A symbol. (In case you're wondering, the name of the symbol is XADA 159) Yes, there are other obscure and completely irrelevant groups that have used similar logos, but none of them make as much sense as the one connected to another mass shooter. In this thread I'll try to give a concise breakdown of his link to the groups I’ve been researching for the past two years. TLDR, it wasn’t Candace Owens. It wasn’t Nick Fuentes. It was Satanists. 1/ Recap Solomon Henderson went by the X account @Groidcell and he was mutuals with Samantha Rupnow, the shooter from Madison last month. Both Henderson and Rupnow were connected to 764/Com and the Satanic Accelerationist group Order of Nine Angles. Many people, including myself, tried to warn authorities about Henderson's account and other accounts connected to Rupnow, as it was pretty obvious they were likely planning attacks of their own. For all we know, the others are still out there doing just that.

2/ TLDR Henderson was a troll. He identified himself as a black antisemitic racist, and a groyper, and an incel. He blamed Candace Owens, Nick Fuentes, Destiny, Hasan Piker and a ton of other people in a bogus "manifesto". In reality, Henderson was influenced by Satanic Accelerationist groups which have had a heavy hand in the recent uptick in stabbings and shootings across the globe. This is not a conspiracy! It's real and literally every Western country has acknowledged it! 764 is designated as a Tier 1 terror threat in the US. Look it up. Just bc you haven't heard about it doesn't mean it isn't real. 3/ The Manifesto The majority of Henderson's manifesto was copied/pasted from other peoples' writings. Large portions came from Payton Gendron and Brenton Tarrant, including the portion about Candace Owens. That part is plagiarized and therefore fake. He also copied heavily from Terrorgram publications like Hard Reset, Matthew Harris's "Death Sentences" (which supposedly uses the N-word in all caps nearly 1000 times) and referenced other Satanic terror groups like MKU and NLM throughout. Refer to my Part 4 video in my pinned tweet thread for more details on all this stuff. There's a lot of other crap in this bogus manifesto but I'm not going to spend too much time on it because it's very fake and gay. 4/ The Element Diary Henderson had another document, a "diary" copied and pasted from his Element account, which contained more genuine content. He described living with an abusive mother, struggling with mental health, and growing to hate humanity. There are many references to Satanic accelerationism in the diary, including to 764, No Lives Matter (NLM), MKU, and certain gross online communities like Skibidi Farms and other pedophile-ridden hellholes. VERY PROMINENTLY, his diary featured his obsession with a Satanic individual called Liberoflove (more on that later). There was also an entry where Henderson said, "My sister has a Discord it’s over. I have to commit the attack. She’s 100% gonna get groomed." This is a somber indicator that Henderson may have been involved in, and even possibly been a victim of, grooming and extortion networks like Com and 764.

5/ The Discord Server(s) It turns out I was in a Discord server with Henderson, too. He had only made a few posts, a few days before the shooting. First posting an archive of Rupnow's content, then posting an MKU video edit. The Discord server contained people affiliated with 764 and other nasty Com groups. They all started panicking after the shooting and were deleting comments, privating channels like crazy as I watched. Then they coordinated a spamming campaign to pin the blame on Encyclopedia Dramatic and Kiwi Farms. In a message sent just 3 days prior to the attack, Henderson posted an image of a cartoon man in a hockey mask next to "Drill Sergeant Gray" a common Tempel ov Blood icon, along with a Totenation logo (note the pedophilia symbols) and a voice message that said, “Attacking my school for 764 and MKY!”

6/ The Social Media Accounts Henderson had a massive social media footprint with accounts on nearly every social media site. He used his new X Account, EndingPoint, to advertise his manifesto and his Kick stream. The people he followed on X confirmed he had extensive connections in Satanic accelerationist circles. He attempted to livestream his shooting on Kick, but wrote in his diary that he couldn’t afford a GoPro and would have to try to stream from his phone. The screen was black the majority of the time, aside from the final frame. On Bluesky, his username was "victimofMKU". On the account, Henderson posted even more references to Liberoflove, MKU/NLM and 764. His YouTube bio read, "Total Human Death. Free Slain Free Tobbz Rip Samantha Rupnow. I did for the LULZ.” Slain and Tobbz are both MKU-linked stabbers and Total Human Death is a slogan adopted by MKU as well.

7/ WTF IS HAPPENING? The evidence found in Henderson’s online footprint was overwhelming. This was a Satanic Accelerationist inspired shooting. All. The. Way. Simply put, there are tons of fringe websites and communities centered around violence, child abuse content, gore, and other awful things. They drape themselves in memes and irony to distract people from how awful they are. Satanic accelerationists infiltrate these communities, target the most mentally ill members and convince them to commit mass shootings and other horrific acts. The also form new groups and fuse O9A aesthetics with those of the old group. That's how we ended up with Noctulian Spongebob and My Little Pony alters (eww). As for Henderson, it seems he experienced a lot of grief and self-loathing about being black. This was definitely a motivating factor. He was also involved in a number of radical online subcultures influenced by Satanic Accelerationism, which led him to embrace misanthropy and dehumanize people. His ties to communities which glorify mass shooters led him to a point of obsession. He hoped that committing a mass shooting of his own would allow him to live up to his idols, however, he turned the gun on himself after killing only one person – Josselin Escalante. Perhaps he realized in the moment what he had done, panicked, and chose not to continue his rampage. Many such cases.

8/ Who's to Blame? While some individuals panicked and privated, other groups attempted to take credit. An NLM account sent me messages claiming responsibility and warning of more attacks to come. Tempel ov Bob, an irony-laced, satirical nexion of O9A that features a "Noctulian Spongebob" character, claimed that they created Henderson during a “Noctulian niggerfication ritual for the Dark Gods". Of course, this group is only meant to troll and confuse onlookers. But of all the influences emphasized by Henderson, only Liberoflove, the Satanic Accelerationist with obvious links to Tempel ov Blood, had direct contact with him in the days or weeks prior to the shooting. Earlier this morning, Liberoflove privated his Twitter and posted, “Police just took all of my tech besides my phone FUCK my life.” Fingers crossed this really happened. This guy sent me some really nasty threats in the past.

I want to give Lara and her team the biggest shoutout ever. Lara is an incredibly talented and respected investigative journalist and she is also a genuinely amazing person. I don't even feel deserving of her praise or her platform, but I am so, so grateful for it. When Kyle Seraphin gatekept me from the Shawn Ryan Show in March and then had his friends attack me, I was devastated, confused, and scared. But whatever their intent was, it backfired tremendously. The FBI soon came out to vindicate the seriousness of 764, and other platforms were eager to give me a spot to tell my story. The cat is out of the bag. I was going to wait until tomorrow to come out and say it, but oh well. The show that Kyle Seraphin got me uninvited from was the Shawn Ryan Show. They canceled my appearance with only 3 days notice, not even enough time to recover my trip costs (which I paid for myself, despite being an unpaid advocate). When Kyle came into my DMs and gloated about getting my slot canceled, I messaged Shawn's producer and asked him to address it with me privately. He told me, "I don't do drama. I'm not going to get involved in this." This was the opportunity of a lifetime for me, and would have gotten our message about the dangers posed by the 764 child predator network to millions of American parents. This was one of the biggest disappointments of my entire life.

For even more context, the only prior interactions I'd had with Kyle Seraphin on X were months prior to him getting me uninvited from the show. I hadn't thought of him in months. Immediately after I got the news that my appearance was canceled, Kyle and his friends started a smear campaign against me here on X. I was, and still am, blindsided and confused. Ironically, I would have never known that Kyle got me canceled had he not come into my DMs gloating. He could have gotten away with it, if not for his massive ego. This is because Shawn's producer lied and told me Shawn had an "emergency trip" come up.

EXCLUSIVE - Madison shooter linked to Satanic accelerationism and child abuse networks I spent the last two days digging into the school shooting in Madison, WI and can report a link between the shooter, Samantha Rupnow, and the Satanic accelerationist groups that I've spent the past 2-1/2 years researching and reporting on… Including a link to the 764 child extortion and exploitation network. This is only the 2nd time I've been able to draw a direct link from a shooter to such groups, with the first being Payton Gendron. Rupnow was also influenced by a mish-mash of fringe online subcultures (my specialty!). These influences include the TCC community, incel culture, Terrorgram, and nihilist/anti-humanist groups. Though there is no proof that Rupnow herself was an active member of any Satanic accelerationist groups, she and her orbiters have direct links to the harmful online network known as "Com", as well as to the 764 network, which is centered around child sexual abuse. Rupnow admired other mass killers, in particular, Eastern Europeans who were motivated by extreme nihilism and anti-humanist views. She refers to Arda Küçükyetim, an MKU-influenced mass stabber from Turkey, as an "Ultimate Saint” and says he inspired her shooting. As a disclaimer, the authorities haven't released any specific statements about Rupnow’s motives or about the authenticity of the manifesto (which I believe to be credible). While much remains unknown, one thing is for sure – Rupnow’s case is that of a troubled and terminally online teen who was frequently left to her own devices and allowed to fall prey to toxic online communities that radicalized her. I will break down what we know so far in this thread.

About the manifesto – While the authenticity hasn’t been officially confirmed, @slatzism was kind enough to walk me through how she obtained the info, and I have no doubt it is credible. This is mainly due to the fact that the manifesto contained the name of the shooter, Samantha Rupnow, along with her correct date of birth. Slatzism obtained this information 5 hours prior to officials reporting it. The manifesto also contains far too many personal details for me to think it’s faked. Finally, the shooter’s alleged X account posted a link to this document 40 minutes prior to the shooting (though it was inaccessible due to privacy settings). There is reason to suspect that Rupnow gave another person access to her X account prior to the shooting. The entirety of the manifesto can be viewed in the tweet thread below.

Out of only 11 accounts being followed by the shooter’s alleged account, @postalbrained, two were immediately identified as being connected to Satanic extremist groups. The first had the handle @Tempel0vBl00d (it has since changed handles). Tempel ov Blood is an ultra-violent offshoot of the Satanic accelerationist group Order of Nine Angles, with a heavy focus on child sex abuse and violent extremism. Even more surprising, @Tempel0vBl00d was following me! Many such individuals follow my work closely and often send me violent threats over my reporting. Another account being followed by the shooter, @GroidCell, was following accounts affiliated with the 764 pedophilia network. Link to Terrorgram, Saint culture and MKU – Rupnow’s manifesto contains nods to Terrorgram and to a Satanic Ukrainian accelerationist cult known as MKU. Rupnow referred to other mass killers as “Saints”, a word commonly associated with the Terrogram Collective. Link to TCC community – The shooter was obviously connected to the TCC community. TCC stands for “True Crime Community” and is inhabited by a niche group of hybristophiles – people who are obsessed with mass killers. The teens in these groups are ticking time bombs, and many of them plan out their own future mass shootings in Discord servers. Two recent school shooters, Colt Gray in Georgia and Dylan Butler in Iowa, were reported to have been involved in Discord servers devoted to glorifying mass shootings. Rupnow’s social media footprint places her squarely within the TCC community across several platforms, including X, Tumblr, TikTok, and the gore website, Watchpeopledie. In her manifesto, Rupnow praises two mass shooters well-known for their participation in early iterations of TCC – Pekka Eric Auvinen and Vladislav Roslyakov. TCC members make video edits of the shooters set to trendy music to commemorate and celebrate their heinous acts. Other influences – Rupnow had several other apparent influences that came from all corners of the internet. The X account allegedly belonging to Rupnow followed the popular “incelcore” musician Fried By Fluoride. FBF is very popular among incels, but also has a strong presence in the TCC community due to their violent and nihilistic aesthetic, which often focuses on mass shooters and suicide. Rupnow’s Telegram account, “crossixir”, was a member of a Telegram channel called Gypsy’s Continental 6.0. This channel is run by a man named Paul Miller who dresses up like The Joker and fills his feed with rants about white power, antisemitism, and violent extremist rhetoric. Dallas Humber, the woman who was recently arrested for leading the Terrorgram Collective, was also a member of Gypsy’s Continental 6.0.

Apparently there’s a crowd of accounts on here pushing a narrative against someone named Radfemhitler. I know nothing about this account, however, my research has not shown any conclusive link to her. The Discord screenshot that’s being passed around, claiming this account was mentioned in Rupnow’s manifesto, is not verifiable. It was posted by a person that we quickly sussed out as a bad actor, and the writing style does not match the rest of the alleged manifesto. Additionally, the network of accounts pushing this narrative have a clear bias against RFH, and their bot farm is dogpiling everyone with an alternative perspective. which makes me doubt the legitimacy even more. The Transmaxxing subreddit is a feeder to a network of websites and forums which link to a 157 page manifesto from a cult-like movement called Vintologi. The content of this manifesto includes: Description of the laws/ideologies of the group, written as if the community already exists. Graphic descriptions of how to r*pe and s*xually abuse children, including pre-pubescent, and attempts to make arguments justifying child s*x slaves. Pornographic images and instructions on how to brutalize and r*pe women of all ages. A section dedicated to persuading incels to transition to females and a how to guide that includes links to pornographic material intended to “hypnotize” the person into becoming gender dysphoric, followed by instructions on how to convince doctors to prescribe treatment. Instructions for underage readers on how to lie to and manipulate parents to hide their activities, obtain black market HRT drugs, encouragement to refuse mental health treatment and to seek out ways to leave their parents and homes. Discussions of alt-right mass murderers such as Brenton Tarrant and Anders Breivik in an attempt to broaden and expand on their propaganda, while encouraging “lone wolf” domestic terrorism. (2/7)

Vintologi/transmaxxing movement also has several Discord servers, run by the same people associated with Nathan Larson and the Vintologi child s*x cult, that links back to the material mentioned above. The server is full of underage users that claim to be as young as 13 years old and who are being instructed on how to self transition. There have been multiple confirmed member suicides in the forums. The server contains a large amount of fetish porn, including images in which the subjects appear to be very young, and “Loli” type anime porn. These servers are being used to groom kids and violate @discord policy in multiple ways. They need to be shut down immediately.

This network promotes websites that sell black market HRT drugs. Some sellers are clearly marketing towards children and include instructions of how to purchase and use products without arousing suspicion. There are also threads about self-mutilation, including self-castration. The admins of the forums repeatedly post links to these websites, recommend sellers and endorse various doctors and surgeons for procedures. Searching “transmaxxing” on Twitter should make it obvious who the perpetrators are. Vintologi has several Twitter accounts to act as back up. I have reported all of them and encourage you to do it too. Submit reports to @missingkids any time you come across a website with illicit content involving minors, even though it’s often difficult or impossible to get LE to act without knowing an overt act has taken place Finally, talk to your kids about online dangers. It is NOT ENOUGH to say “I don’t let my kid online” – they will find a way. It is not enough to say “He/she’s a good kid, they know better” – don’t bet your child’s life on this. Helicopter their internet usage! If they are old enough, share stories like that of the Nathan Larson arrest with them so they can see the dangers for themselves, and don’t sugarcoat it! Gamergate 2.0 has little to do with the gaming industry. Let's rip the mask off this beast, shall we? Part 1 - The Homeland Security TVTP Grant Program In 2021, The US Department of Homeland Security hosted a Digital Forum on Terrorism Prevention with a focus on online gaming. https://dhs.gov/blog/2021/04/16/dhs-hosts-6th-digital-forum-terrorism-prevention-focus-online-gaming The purpose was to highlight the emerging threat of terrorism in the gaming and esports space - A worthwhile discussion to have, as terrorists have ABSOLUTELY infiltrated these spaces and used them to prey on kids. The 764 child exploitation and extortion cult is a great example of this, they infiltrated Minecraft and Roblox to target our kids in disgusting ways. https://wired.com/story/764-com-child-predator-network/ There's just one small problem - The DHS Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention (TVTP) grant program has never effectively combatted terrorism. Instead, it's allowed shady NGOs with political agendas to misuse federal grant money under the guise of terrorism prevention. "TakeThis", one of the NGOs at the center of GamerGate 2.0, is a great example of this (linking a thread by @madamsavvy in the comments). The DHS Digital Forum intended to discuss how to prevent gamers from radicalizing into extremism (a worthy endeavor) but much of the forum focused on DEI in game development, with no clear indication of how those two goals aligned. The result of such initiatives isn't a reduction in terrorism, it's a rise in diversity agenda pushing with a very real risk of back-firing, which is exactly what is happening now. Are we expected to believe that adding diversity to games will reduce terrorist infiltration of gaming spaces and radicalization of gamers? That makes no sense. It's more likely to do the opposite - terrorists will use the existence of these initiatives to validate their extremist beliefs. Meanwhile, creators in the gaming space use them as fuel to fan culture war flames about wokeness in gaming. The TVTP grant program lacks oversight, allowing politically motivated orgs to draft lengthy grant proposals, vaguely gesturing about how their initiatives will reduce terrorism when their intent is actually something quite different. In addition, some of these grant proposals also operate quid pro quo - In exchange for the grant money to push out their initiatives (and pay their hefty salaries) they monitor and surveil the threat landscape, in this case gaming communities, and collect data for DHS to use to justify even more Congressional spending. More money for everyone! It's also worth noting that these programs rely on the debunked concept of "behavioral indicators" of radicalization in target groups. Such state-funded initiatives have long been criticized for unfairly targeting law abiding citizens, creating serious constitutional concerns. Not to mention, such programs tend to further stigmatize groups that are already approaching extremist viewpoints, which can push them even closer towards that point of no return (like it did with the incel community, another group targeted by the DHS TVTP program). Part 2 - Twitch, NASEF and Black Girl Gamers People acknowledged long ago that Radical Islam was nowhere near as big of a threat as the War on Terror made it seem. DHS continually needs a new Bogeyman to justify it's entire existence, so they hype up the threat of incels, or white supremacists, or gamers to keep the public in fear and supportive of counterterrorism initiatives. An exchange of freedom for safety. So, in 2021, DHS honed in on gaming and esports as a conduit for counterterrorism operations. It relied not only on NGOs described in Part 1, but also on gaming platforms like Twitch, YouTube and Facebook, all of which maintain a dedicated counterterrorism apparatus to collab with federal agencies and platform their associated NGOs and Think Tanks. This is not meant to diminish the importance of such collabs between big tech and gov agencies, which are critical to stopping the real terrorists and child predators that run rampant online. But with so much time, energy and spending going towards DEI initiatives in the gaming space, one has to wonder how many opportunities to stop REAL criminals may be missed. The DHS gaming focus represents an opportunity to use kids as vehicles for information gathering, as seen with the DHS funded esports organization NASEF https://www.twitch.tv/nasefedu. NASEF is a program geared towards middle and high school students, who they lure into their state-funded data collection scheme by cranking out cringe videos to promote recruitment (as seen in the video attached). DHS's 2021 Digital Forum also featured Twitch's Global Law Enforcement Response Team as a keynote speaker, and hosted a virtual happy hour livestream via "Black Girl Gamers" Twitch channel. This gives us a direct link between BGG and Homeland Security operations, although their funding is murkier. Upon reading a few TVTP grants, it's obvious that the money is washed and filtered through various organizations and universities in order to obfuscate the recipients. This is why it's so hard to trace the money flow (it's intentional). I also have to laugh at DHS and Twitch's "Global Law Enforcement Response Team" collaborating. If you'll recall, I exposed Twitch in 2022 for their failure to address a child predator ring which targeted 300,000 kids on the platform. Watch that video here: But the biggest issue is the lack of transparency, independent oversight, and reasons to trust that these "studies" being funded by DHS as part of an information sharing campaign to combat terrorism aren't being used as a way for the fed to overstep their authority and spy on citizens. After a bit of digging, I have located their most recent report in which they quantify the success of their diversion campaign and use the research to advocate for policy reform. Diverting Hate used something called the “Male Supremacy Scale” to give each of these creators an extremism score. This scoring system is a product of PERIL, which you can read more about in the quoted tweet. The goal of the DH campaign was to suppress the growth of the targeted creators. DH notes that they were unable to run the campaign on a few of their planned targets due to YouTube demonetization. Later in the report, they claim that demonetization doesn’t slow the growth of large channels, and use this to advocate for demonetizing creators when they are still small and unable to fight back.

The grant proposal states it will use "short form video inoculation strategies" to interrupt pathways to violent extremism, and that PERIL has teamed up Google’s Jigsaw and with a media production company called Long Story Short Media (LSS) to do this. Among the target populations for the PERIL program are content creators and social media influencers who are trained in the techniques of “narrative storytelling, short-form video, and evidence-based inoculation-style scripting and production.” The grant states that it will use its “support partners" in the military and tech sectors to recruit these people, though these pages seem to be withheld from the FOIA. Also redacted from the FOIA is the name of a YouTube influencer with 585,000 subscribers who agreed to support the project by producing content and training others. Over on the PERIL website, we find an example of an inoculation video about the Great Replacement theory, made in collaboration between PERIL, Jigsaw and Define American media, and disseminated by large YouTube content creator, Matt Beat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pyUQP-R48yg A closer look at Define American reveals it's another media group similar to LSS which specializes in “pre-bunking” immigration narratives. Beat does disclose the collaboration at the end of his video, however, the specific funding avenues are murkier. Propaganda used to fight more propaganda. So what’s the problem? For one thing, there’s no oversight in place to ensure that these NGOs operate ethically and that their work aligns with the intent of the DHS TVTP grant program. In addition to the propaganda, such programs also serve to collect massive amounts of data from online platforms which they use to for more nefarious tasks, like: - Training AI machines that are used by social media platforms to find and censor vaguely defined “hate speech”. - Justifying more counter-terrorism operations targeted at specific online groups who haven't broken any laws. - Coercing Big Tech platforms to collaborate with the federal government and NGOs to censor specific people and topics. Look around and ask yourself if terrorism is better in the US than it was 5 years ago. In my opinion, it hasn't. These programs, taken as a whole, serve mainly to fuel the vast online censorship machine and justify even more Congressional spending on such ineffective counter-terrorism initiatives.

Now for the absolute WORST PART of this debacle. Diverting Hates intends to use AI to build a massive database of hate speech, then use that data to lobby for policy change. They even reference research from @Everytown and claim that it "underscores the importance of gun safety measures and the role of law enforcement in preventing individuals with extremist views from posing threats to public safety." In other words, "extremists" like those who follow @RationalMale shouldn't be able to access guns. They also issue a call to action for social media platforms, specifically X and Youtube, to expand their definitions of hate speech and to employ the use AI surveillance technology to moderate their platforms. They specifically advocate for the use of AI FACIAL RECOGNITION technology to stop other people from spreading content by wrong think creators. Their end goal is expanding the definitions of terrorism and extremism to include large, non-violent online communities, and to use this expanded definition to justify expansive government overreach and the advancement/normalization of AI surveillance. They then use this to extort their victims into sending more and more extreme content under the threat of sending it to their friends and family. The predators find kids by making accounts on popular social and gaming platforms, most notably in Minecraft and Roblox communities and in fringe groups of users on X and Instagram which promote self-harm and eating disorders. The unique hashtags used by these small groups act as attractants for the predators looking for young victims. X and other platforms have consistently failed to moderate such content, which allowed it to grow and spread.

2) On the surface, 764 appears to be full of kids exploiting and extorting other kids. But in reality, the network is more like an onion with many deeper layers. 3) The next layer seems to be where the Order of Nine Angles comes in to play. O9A adherents are best known for their discrete infiltration of fringe communities, a tactic they call “insight roles”. O9A members are instructed to join the groups and rise up in the ranks, ultimately using their status to provoke them to violence or to further various anti-Western political goals. O9A is an example of an accelerationist terrorist group. Their ultimate goal is to hasten the collapse of Western society. If you do one thing today, watch this video about accelerationism. This video focuses on the incels, another fringe online community that was infiltrated by this terrorist group. 764 is yet another example of accelerationist infiltration. in addition to encouraging child predators to incorporate elements of Satanism and the occult into their abuse, accelerationists also attempt to provoke both the predators and their victims to commit acts of domestic terrorism, notably mass shootings and other politically motivated violence.

4) It's worth pointing out that these child extortion groups have been around longer than the last couple of years, when mainstream began taking notice. 764 related groups started over a decade ago as a group called ComConnect, which evolved from communities related to Minecraft and other online groups targeted at kids. Only in the past couple of years did the Satanic elements begin to peek through. It makes sense that this is when O9A set their sights on the group and decided to infiltrate. It's rumored that it was Angel Almeida who seeded O9A ideologies into 764 and related communities. He started his own "Nexion" (the word for an O9A chapter) within Com to extort girls for an Islamic demon called Shaitan. Other members started adopting similar occultist aesthetics and rituals around this time. Most victims I've spoken to claim the occultist elements started only in the past couple of years, which tracks with the Almeida rumor. Today, O9A adherents still float around Com/764 channels. We mainly see them trying to provoke the 764 members to commit acts of violence and spreading O9A literature around encouraging them to read it and become familiar with the ideology. O9A adherents are known to spread a type of content called "Hurtcore" which involves acts of extreme child abuse, including both physical and sexual abuse of babies and toddlers. They also post extreme gore and animal abuse content. Such disgusting content is used to groom and desensitize the young members of 764.

When they are engaged in an insight role, their goal is to seemlessly blend in with their target community, and they are good at it! Now that we've covered what this IS, let's cover what it IS NOT. This is not an anti-trans agenda opportunity. There are a lot of people passing around this image of Spitze dressed as a femboy. Spitze is not trans. He has an entire Instagram alt account devoted to this aesthetic. This is a common tactic utilized by groomers to help them prey on LGBT youth. The FBI bulletin also recognizes LGBT youth to be at a greater risk of being exploited by 764. This is the true takeaway. This is not a "conspiracy theory". They then use this to extort their victims into sending more and more extreme content under the threat of sending it to their friends and family. The predators find kids by making accounts on popular social and gaming platforms, most notably in Minecraft and Roblox communities and in fringe groups of users on X and Instagram which promote self-harm and eating disorders. The unique hashtags used by these small groups act as attractants for the predators looking for young victims. X and other platforms have consistently failed to moderate such content, which allowed it to grow and spread.

DHS CENSORSHIP OF THE MANOSPHERE Following my reporting on the DHS sponsored program Diverting Hate, which involved a plan to suppress creators in the Manosphere under the guise of terrorism prevention, I confirmed that specific creators were targeted by the program. After a bit of digging, I have located their most recent report in which they quantify the success of their diversion campaign and use the research to advocate for policy reform. Part 1 - The Homeland Security TVTP Grant Program In 2021, The US Department of Homeland Security hosted a Digital Forum on Terrorism Prevention with a focus on online gaming. https://www.dhs.gov/blog/2021/04/16/dhs-hosts-6th-digital-forum-terrorism-prevention-focus-online-gaming The purpose was to highlight the emerging threat of terrorism in the gaming and esports space - A worthwhile discussion to have, as terrorists have ABSOLUTELY infiltrated these spaces and used them to prey on kids. The 764 child exploitation and extortion cult is a great example of this, they infiltrated Minecraft and Roblox to target our kids in disgusting ways. https://www.wired.com/story/764-com-child-predator-network/ There's just one small problem - The DHS Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention (TVTP) grant program has never effectively combatted terrorism. Instead, it's allowed shady NGOs with political agendas to misuse federal grant money under the guise of terrorism prevention. "TakeThis", one of the NGOs at the center of GamerGate 2.0, is a great example of this (linking a thread by @madamsavvy in the comments). The DHS Digital Forum intended to discuss how to prevent gamers from radicalizing into extremism (a worthy endeavor) but much of the forum focused on DEI in game development, with no clear indication of how those two goals aligned. The result of such initiatives isn't a reduction in terrorism, it's a rise in diversity agenda pushing with a very real risk of back-firing, which is exactly what is happening now. Are we expected to believe that adding diversity to games will reduce terrorist infiltration of gaming spaces and radicalization of gamers? That makes no sense. It's more likely to do the opposite - terrorists will use the existence of these initiatives to validate their extremist beliefs. Meanwhile, creators in the gaming space use them as fuel to fan culture war flames about wokeness in gaming. The TVTP grant program lacks oversight, allowing politically motivated orgs to draft lengthy grant proposals, vaguely gesturing about how their initiatives will reduce terrorism when their intent is actually something quite different. In addition, some of these grant proposals also operate quid pro quo - In exchange for the grant money to push out their initiatives (and pay their hefty salaries) they monitor and surveil the threat landscape, in this case gaming communities, and collect data for DHS to use to justify even more Congressional spending. More money for everyone! It's also worth noting that these programs rely on the debunked concept of "behavioral indicators" of radicalization in target groups. Such state-funded initiatives have long been criticized for unfairly targeting law abiding citizens, creating serious constitutional concerns. Not to mention, such programs tend to further stigmatize groups that are already approaching extremist viewpoints, which can push them even closer towards that point of no return (like it did with the incel community, another group targeted by the DHS TVTP program). JOSIAH MIZUKAMI ARREST Last year we raised awareness about a horrific child predator who was operating a @YouTube kids channel and using it to groom children into joining his new age pedophile cult. Josiah believed he was the Messiah, and that pedophilia was “harm-free” and “righteous”. This man was clearly suffering from schizophrenia and posed a serious danger to the public. With a lot of effort and some help from @OrdinaryGamers we were finally able to get his YouTube channel removed and escalate the situation to law enforcement, which resulted in a Homeland Security investigation. The investigation dragged on. Thankfully, @iFightForKids stepped in to help speed up the process up and get Josiah arrested. Josiah has been in custody for over a year. He is institutionalized and has not gone to trial due to his mental status. I’ve been following his court case and providing updates as I get them in the thread below.

Kenneth Peter Hoover, 26, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, the self-proclaimed incel making threats against his "ex-girlfriend" on X, has been indicted on two federal counts of Threatening Interstate Communicatons and Interstate Domestic Violence. Back in January Hoover unleashed a frenzy of tweets involving his intent to commit a murder-suicide, including an ominous reference to a college campus. Hoover's X account repeatedly tweeted at the main incel account on X using a litany of buzz words associated with the community. In one tweet, Hoover exclaimed, "Incels radicalized me!" Hoover's arraignment is scheduled to occur on 4/18 in Birmingham, AL.
