The speaker claims there is more evidence that was doctored than what was previously disclosed, asserting that they uncovered additional manipulations and suggesting this may come out in the future. Despite winning the case, the speaker accuseS house managers of unconscionable conduct and due process violations affecting the defendant, and says the media should scrutinize this conduct as well. The speaker criticizes media coverage for being biased, stating that different stations show opposite weather forecasts at the same time and calling for reporting to be more like PBS rather than a TV news show with no journalistic integrity. They allege that prosecutors or government officials doctored evidence and that the media have not held them accountable. Specific allegations include a Twitter check-in with a date changed by a year to connect it to the case, which the speaker says is not a minor issue. They also claim that a check mark was added to make something appear as a validated account when it was not, and that there was no explanation given when this was uncovered. The speaker emphasizes that the described actions are not acceptable for prosecutors or government officials, and insists that the media should not let such conduct go unchallenged. They express frustration with what they view as biased media coverage.

Speaker 0: Already set up with a fact pattern. I can't believe you would ask me a question indicating that it's alright just to doctor a little bit of evidence. There's more stuff that we uncovered that they doctored, to be frank with you. And perhaps that will come out one day. But we won this case. And I'm not a sore loser, but what happened, or a sore winner, I should say, but what should happen is somebody should look at the conduct of these house managers. It it it it's unconscionable aside from all of the due process violations that my client had. And the media should be looking that at a square straight way. A straight way. When I watch the news, I watch one station and it's raining. I watch another station at the same time and it's sunny. Your coverage is so slanted. It's gotta stop. You guys have to stop and start reporting more like PBS does rather than a TV news show that doesn't have any journalistic integrity at all. What I'm telling you is that they doctored evidence. And I believe your question says, well, it's only a Twitter check-in a and changing a year of a date here. They switched the date of a Twitter a year to try to connect it to this case. That's not a small thing, ma'am. The other thing they did is they put a check mark on something to to make it look like it was a validated account when it wasn't. And when they were caught, they didn't say anything about it. They didn't even try to come up with an excuse about it. And that's not the way our prosecutors or our government officials should be conducting themselves. And the media shouldn't be letting them get away with it either. I'm tired of the biased media.

An employee expresses their frustration with customers. They state they are a part-time employee on their two-week notice and don't care about customer complaints. The employee says customers often ask for discounts after sales end and questions why they shop at this store if their orders are always wrong or if items are cheaper elsewhere. They suggest customers look inward and order the right items. The employee mocks the idea of speaking to a manager, stating the manager is unaware of what's happening. They sarcastically respond to customer requests, such as checking in the back for items or opening more registers. The employee criticizes customers who shop on Thanksgiving and those who think they're always right. They sarcastically address coupon requests and joke about charging double for items. They mock a customer who asks if they are open for ten more minutes and another who asks if they work there.

Speaker 0: You just lost yourself a customer. You think I own this business? You think I own IKEA? I'm a part time employee halfway through a two week notice. I don't give a shit. I'm telling all my friends not to shop here. Tell them. You think I want five other yous running around the store? Have them call me. I'll tell them. You think you hate this place more than me? I work here. I know the sale ended last week, but can I still get a discount? Do you hear yourself? We can't go backwards. Time marches on. You want the sale from fifteen years ago too? When's it end, Diane? You want that price? You're gonna have to go through the quantum realm with Ant Man. Do you know how much money I spend here more than you should? Meatballs ain't that good. Save your money and my time. Doesn't matter how much you spend here. We don't thank our donors. This isn't PBS. Every time I come here, my order gets messed up. Then stop coming. Make my day. Every time you come here, your order's messed up. Sounds like you're making the mistake. Look inward. You're ordering the wrong shit. I'd like to speak to your manager. I'd like to speak to your mother. Tell her she should be embarrassed. She'll raise someone to act like a baby in public. You wanna speak to the manager, please? Manager doesn't know what's going on. Haven't you ever worked anywhere before? I know that's not right. I used to work here. Well, things change. Sorry they didn't run it by you first. You used to work here. Well, I used to be happy. Then you walked in. Can you just check-in the back? Can you just accept we don't have it? The back ain't some magical place. What do you think is back there? Santa's workshop? The only thing back there is a clipboard with our schedules and some brownies Darcy brought in. The website said it was in stock. And what do your eyes say? Sometimes it's wrong. The website also has pictures of employees smiling. You see that? You should go yell at your computer instead of me. It'll get you the same result. Nothing. This is cheaper at other stores than shop there. Why are you here? Do you need directions? I'll get you some. I'll call you an Uber. Cheaper at other stores. I don't set the prices. I'm a seasonal employee. You working hard or hardly working? I'm hardly laughing. I'm already at work. I don't have time for a second job pretending you're funny. Why don't you tell me something I don't hear every day? Like, thank you. You should open up more registers, and who's gonna work them? You think I'm the only one ringing you up because I called dibs? You want me to clone myself or you're saying you wanna apply? Well, you see, we're short handed. Where's your resume? I can't believe they have you working Thanksgiving. I can't believe you're shopping. Why do you think I'm here? It's because of you. I have to stand here for fifteen hours so you can yell at me instead of your family. I work retail. I don't even remember what Thanksgiving is. The customer is always right about what? How to piss me off? Think you're God because you went shopping? You're not infallible, Susan. You're at the mall. Always right. That's why you're on your ninth try hitting the button for credit. Do you have any coupons for me? That's what I ask you. We all have our roles to play. What? You think you just found a cheat code for the store? Oh, yeah. I gave a few 100% offs back here for the smart customers. Bring your own InScan must be free, and you must be out of your mind. I think you're the first person to say that you're not even the first one today. Don't worry about the scan. I'll type in the product code and charge you double. I swear, I fake laugh at this job so much, I forget how my real one sounds. You're open for ten more minutes? I'll be quick. Quickly moving to the exit? This ain't a basketball game. We're not playing to the buzzer. You had the choice to hold a bunch of minimum wage workers hostage or go shopping tomorrow. You chose wrong. Get out. What's wrong with me? Do you work here? Obviously, yes. How many people you know wear a name tag recreationally? What do you think I'm behind the counter because I got lost? Do I work here? No. I'm just dressed like this because I'm going to the midnight premiere of IKEA the movie.

🚨EXCLUSIVE🚨Chief Judge Boasberg Blocked the deportation of Tren de Aragua gang member’s without disclosing the fact that his daughter works for a 501c3 called “Partners For Justice” that gives criminal illegal aliens and gang members legal advice. I have exclusively uncovered a massive CONFLICT OF INTEREST involving Judge James Boasberg, the chief judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Judge Boasberg recently made the decision to prevent the deportation of criminal illegal alien gang members on planes out of the country. ‼️CONFLICT OF INTEREST EXPOSED‼️ The Judge has a daughter named Katherine Boasberg, who works for a 501(c)(3) organization called Partners for Justice @PFJ_USA as a “capacity building associate". In her position, she helps coordinate and administer grant activities, ensuring compliance, and supporting the delivery of capacity-building programs to strengthen nonprofit infrastructure.  Katherine Boasberg also has pronouns in her bio. She goes by SHE/HER, proving her affiliation with the Left. The Judge’s daughter focuses on criminal defense and advocacy as an employee of Partners For Justice. Partners for Justice is an organization that derives 76% of its funding from GOVERNMENT GRANTS! From the Partners For Justice website: “Our Impact: “Supporting those in need, transforming the system. Partners for Justice is transforming public defenders into a robust network of dynamic, people-centered service centers to reduce incarceration, increase equity, and positively impact the lives of those harmed by cycles of incarceration, poor health, and poverty. Since 2018 they have connected thousands of people with stabilizing services and eliminated an estimated 5,000 years of jail and prison time, compared to maximum exposure.” Partners for Justice strongly opposes mass deportations and legislation targeting members of criminal gangs, and has been a vocal critic of the Laken Riley Act. In a screenshot below, Emily Galvin-Almanza @GalvinAlmanza, the founder of “Partners for Justice” tweeted an article about Judge Boasberg blocking @realDonaldTrump’s deportations of Venezuelan gang bangers. She employs the Judge’s daughter. Such a close familial relationship brings into question how the judge may render decisions and how his decisions may impact the professional career of his daughter, who’s employment is based upon defending criminal illegal aliens, gang members, and opposing mass deportations. It seems that Judge Boasberg has a clear conflict of interest & is obligated to recuse himself from this case, as outlined in the Code of Conduct for United States Judges, which specifies the circumstances under which a judge must disqualify themselves from a proceeding. The disqualification clause states the following: “A judge shall disqualify himself or herself in a proceeding in which the judge’s impartiality might reasonably be questioned, including but not limited to instances in which: The judge or the judge’s spouse, or a person related to either within the third degree of relationship, or the spouse of such a person is: Known by the judge to have an interest that could be substantially affected by the outcome of the proceeding.” The mass deportation of criminal illegal aliens and gang members could lead to a substantial reduction in urban crime rates, potentially decreasing the caseload for Partners for Justice, while also reducing gang-related incidents that may, in turn, diminish funding opportunities for Partners For Justice from U.S. government grants and private foundations. Judge Boasberg MUST RECUSE HIMSELF! Given his daughter’s employment at a group that advocates for criminal illegal Aliens & is funded by US Government grants, Judge Boasberg should not be granted any sensitive information about deportation flights. His family is a national security threat. @Sec_Noem @RealTomHoman See receipts below 👇🏻 Cc: @LoomerUnleashed @CcpSkipTracer @realDonaldTrump

President Trump’s latest reckless decision to fire thousands of employees at the Department of Education jeopardizes critical student aid programs, weakens protections for students’ civil rights, and undermines essential support for students with disabilities. This move severely threatens every child’s access to a quality education nationwide. Trump and Musk are prioritizing tax cuts for the wealthy over the future of our students. It’s selfish, and it’s illegal. This radical gutting of the Department will mean funding cuts for every student: - 26 million kids across every school district—rural, suburban and urban—will lose access to critical funding to help them get succeed. - 12 million students will lose access to career and technical education, including pathways to good-paying jobs through apprenticeship programs in trades and STEM careers. - 10 million students from low-income families could lose access to higher education. - 7.5 million students with Individualized Education Plans—accounting for 15 percent of all students nationwide —will lose access to special education services.

We recently learned that the Southern District of New York is holding thousands more documents. We will obtain these documents and make them public after redacting grand jury information and confidential witnesses. The American people have a right to know. We're also reviewing whether Jack Smith's team complied with the Presidential Records Act and the Espionage Act, and we're looking into whether they stored all materials for us to review. Speaker 0: Welcome back America. We're here with and I'm very excited about this attorney general Pam Bonney, good friend, especially good friend of my wife and a wonderful lady, a great lawyer. Welcome to the program, madam attorney General. I want to get into this Epstein thing a little bit. I think the American people are very curious about who's on this list or these lists. You have been doggedly trying to get all the information. And now we learn, thanks to you, that you been stonewalled by people in New York. Do you want to explain that? Speaker 1: Yes, Mark. So as you know, we released about 120 pages of documents. And I started asking for these documents right when I came into office. And before Kash Patel was in there. So I ended up getting about 120 pages. Carefully redacted them, of course, to be sure the two fifty four young girls, women who are victims of sex crimes and sex trafficking, their personal information was redacted and out of there to protect them. So I'm going through it and I kept saying there has to be more. There has to be more. I'm assured that's it. Cash. Ask the same questions. Assured there's no more. Last I found out, you know, this week that a source told me New York SDNY, they're sitting on thousands of pages of documents regarding Epstein. Thousands. Thousands. And of course, you've seen the very strong letter. We will get everything. We will have it in our possession. We will redact it, of course, to protect grand jury information and confidential witnesses. But the American people have a right to know. And Donald Trump is the most transparent president in our nation's history. So not only will America get the full Epstein files, they will get JFK, they will get Martin Luther King. Speaker 0: Well, that's fantastic. But I assume the Southern District Of New York is or has been holding on to this information for a reason. That is they don't like the names on the list. And of course, we know New York is a hotbed of the Democrat party and that includes in legal circles. Do you think that's part of the issue here that they're trying to protect a lot of names and individuals? Speaker 1: You know, Mark, I have not reviewed the information yet. And as a lawyer, as a prosecutor, I want to review everything before I make a firm conclusion. But I think it's very interesting that they withheld that from us. And I will find out who withheld it and they will not be working for us anymore. Speaker 0: So once all that's gathered, you're just going to put it out in the public with the obvious necessary redactions, including the people who were the victims and the phone numbers and so forth. But for the for the perpetrators, I assume that we'll see those names. Yes? Speaker 1: Well, certainly. There is nothing can be withheld on that. Of course, as you know, grand jury information, anything confidential will be withheld under the law. And we're gonna do everything in our power to protect the victims so they're not further victimized also. Speaker 0: Let me ask you a question kind of in this vein. And it may be too early to know because you literally just got to the Department of Justice. This guy Jack Smith, his team of lawyers and so forth and so on, do we know yet and I happen to know that is a big damn department with a lot of people and so it just takes time to figure things out. But do we happen to know yet whether they complied with all requirements of the Presidential Records Act and the Espionage Act? That is, did they store all their materials for you folks to look at when you choose to look at it? Do we know that? Or did they remove or destroy any of it? Speaker 1: Mark, that's what we're looking at now. We're going through all of that. And now that I just got Kash Patel in as FBI director, he's of course a tremendous help. I've been in office, what, barely two weeks and it feels like two years. We are years. We are Jack Smith team. That was the ultimate weaponization of our country and our government. BREAKING: Worcester City Council votes to become a transgender sanctuary city. NOT SATIRE… https://t.co/5e85r3fSKp

I need the city to protect me because the federal government won't. If you're afraid of Trump, prepare for trans people to make this a very unsafe space. How many of my friends need to die before you do anything? We need to continue celebrating Black History Month. Be aware that you are a guest in my house when you come. My name in drag is Didi Delight, and out of drag is Dewey Cosgrove Batienza. I'm Laddie LaRouge. My name is Olivia D'Ambrosio, also known as Libby Scanlon. I'm always misgendered and afraid to use public toilets. Imagine fearing our marriage rights will be stripped away. How many lives have to be lost before you consider fighting back against fascism? I'm speaking in support of agenda items 10 b and 14 b. Trump is threatening the trans and gender diverse community. We should make Westborough a sanctuary city for trans people. Everybody deserves to feel safe.

Speaker 0: I need the city to protect me because the federal government won't. And if you think you're afraid of Trump, you should say how afraid of Trump I am. Speaker 1: Can you wrap up, please? Speaker 0: Yes. I can. If you say that you're afraid of Trump and that's why you don't want city to be the city to be a space safe space for trans people, you better prepare for trans people to make this a very unsafe space. Speaker 1: I'm shaking right now. I don't want to be here. Please. I'm sorry. Am I taking too long pleading for my life? Speaker 2: You remembered how many children I have and how many and that two of them are trans. Speaker 3: I speak as both the b and the t in the LGBT. Speaker 0: I'm multiply disabled. I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome, which is a connective tissue disorder that causes me immense physical pain. I, I'm on the autism spectrum, and I have narcolepsy, and I couldn't drive myself here. So I had to hide from my driver that I was in drag, which is not an easy thing to do in drag. Speaker 1: I do not want to be here. It's my day off. I do not want to be in your DMs. I do not want to be in your email inboxes. I do not want my creativity writing diss tracks like Kendrick. I don't want to spend an hour applying glitter on my face so that you will hear and see me. I want you to listen to me. Speaker 4: Let us remember that the Nazis burned the books that, the the Nazis burned books on gender sciences first. Now the administration has villainized and marginalized migrant workers, trans, l g l g LGBT people, and even special needs, denying life saving and affirming care. Speaker 1: Can you look at me and tell me how many of my friends need to die before you do anything? Please wrap up. Look at me. Okay. We're all done here. Fucking pathetic. Well done. Come on. Speaker 2: Of course, we need to continue celebrating Black History Month because in spite of what's coming down from Washington, we all know that we all exist and we all need to be recognized for our existence. Speaker 5: But be aware that you are a guest in my house when you come. And when you come, know that there are strong queer and trans people in my classroom who will collect you with the quickness. Speaker 0: My name and drag is Didi Delight, and my name out of drag is Dewey Cosgrove Batienza. Speaker 1: Laddie LaRouge, hethey in Drag District 3. Speaker 6: My legal name is Olivia D'Ambrosio. My public name is Libby Scanlon. My wife and I own a home in the Canal District. Speaker 3: I speak as someone who is always misgendered, like, all the time. People refer to me as sir when I prefer to be referred to as ma'am. I speak as someone who is afraid to use public toilets. I speak as someone who is a member of this community and is a queer person. Speaker 6: You have to imagine being me and my wife, fearing that our marriage rights will be stripped away at any moment. Speaker 1: Please. I I only have so much time. Please. Please. Joe's gonna cut me off. Speaker 7: Which matters more? Covering the legal fees of systemic police brutality or protecting the lives of queer people in our community. How many lives have to be lost before you consider fighting back against fascism and corruption? Now is the time to say that if federal money relies on the dehumanization of trans people, that we don't want your goddamn money. Speaker 4: I get that some of you care more about fuss about easy funding than trans lives, and don't mind Nazis for some whatever reason, but Speaker 5: Normally, I would say good evening, but through the chair, I will only impart my sour grapes. Speaker 8: It's an extremely emotional and taxing thing to stand up here as someone as part of the trans and gender diverse community. Speaker 9: My name is Katie. I'm from District 5, and I'm speaking in support of agenda items 10 b and 14 b. Right now in our country, Trump is threatening the trans and gender diverse community. Speaker 10: Noticing people here are trying to control the rights of others, and that's not right. We should make Westborough a sanctuary city for trans people. Everybody deserves to feel safe, and everybody needs to feel safe. I I've lived here for four years, and there hasn't really been any changes in how people feel safe in the city. My birthday is this Saturday, and all I want is peace and for you to vote yes. Please don't let me down for my birthday. There's a lot of queer people that I love. And to Candy Carlson, you should know to never call someone it. I'm seven, and I know better. The kids are watching, and we're ready to vote you out. Speaker 3: Oh my gosh.

🚨🔥Karoline Leavitt shuts CNN hack Kaitlan Collins down after whining about an AP reporter losing access over ‘Gulf of America': “Let me just set the record straight. Video Transcript AI Summary
It's a privilege to cover the White House, and no one has the right to ask the President questions in the Oval Office. We decide who gets invited, and many outlets don't have that privilege. Regarding the AP being barred, we reserve the right to hold outlets accountable for pushing lies. The body of water off the coast of Louisiana is called the Gulf Of America. The Secretary of Interior has made it the official designation, and Apple, Google, and most other outlets recognize it as such. It's important for this administration to get it right for people here and the rest of the world.

Speaker 0: I don't think for you, which White House official made the decision to bar the AP reporter from the Oval Office and the Diplomatic Reception Room last night? Speaker 1: Well, first of all, let me just set the record straight. It is a privilege to cover this White House. It's a privilege to be the White House press secretary. And nobody has the right to go into the Oval Office and ask the president of The United States questions. That's an invitation that is given, and there are hundreds of outlets on this campus. Many of you in this room who don't have the privilege of being part of that pool every single day and getting to ask the president questions. We reserve the right, to decide who gets to go into the Oval Office, and you all have credentials to be here including the Associated Press who is in this briefing room today. Speaker 0: But isn't it retaliatory in nature? Is is the argument because the reason that the AP was barred, which they said was because they're not using the phrase Gulf Of America. They're using Gulf Of Mexico in line with their standards. And so the question here is, is this setting a precedent that this White House will retaliate against reporters who don't use the language that you guys believe reporters should use? And how Speaker 1: does that align with the Speaker 0: first amendment commitment that you were just talking about? Speaker 1: I was very upfront in my briefing on day one, that if we feel that there are lies being pushed by outlets in this room, we are going to hold those lies accountable. And it is a fact that the body of water off the coast of Louisiana is called the Gulf Of America. And I'm not sure why news outlets don't want to call it that, but that is what it is. The secretary of interior has made that the official designation in the, geographical identification name server. And Apple has recognized that. Google has recognized that. Pretty much every other outlet in this room has recognized that body of water as the Gulf Of America and it's very important to this administration that we get that right. Not just for people here at home but also for the rest of the world. Sure.

Constituents are contacting our offices in record numbers due to healthcare chaos. People are worried about vital programs like cancer trials and childcare. We're facing unprecedented challenges, and the current situation isn't what voters wanted. The response involves three key strategies: court challenges based on constitutional principles, congressional oversight and hearings to hold officials accountable, and constituent engagement, such as emails, which become part of the official record. While marching is an option, these legal and legislative actions are a more strategic approach. It's vital that Republican colleagues join in opposing these actions; oversight is key, and Congress can pass legislation to clarify power limits. The courts have already had an impact, and ultimately, those in power are responsible for their actions, regardless of who they employ. Congressional oversight, Senate actions, and House actions hold significant weight—far exceeding the influence of social media.

Speaker 0: Health care. But instead, what we're seeing is chaos. And so what I'm starting to hear from my constituents, especially when they start to think, oh, my this is you know, my niece, I got one yesterday. My niece, she has three kids, and she's barely holding in there because of a cancer trial that's improving her condition. And she doesn't know if that's gonna continue anymore. Or someone not knowing if they can bring their kids to childcare. That's what's happening right now. And I don't think you can expect that people are gonna say overnight, what's what's going on here? But I do think what you see is that I have there has never been this many calls to our office. It broke the phone lines, emails coming in all the time. And that's what's starting to stir the hearts of Americans. They wanted change. They wanted to bring costs down. That's not what's happening right now. It is pure chaos. Speaker 1: Well, I I wonder though I mean, you've answered part of this question. Your phones are ringing off the hook. But two things here. When will the consequences of this really become clear to the American people to the point where they see something is going wrong? That's number one. Because, so far I've heard the only recourse is is marching, and I don't necessarily think that ends well. Who knows? Speaker 0: I don't actually Speaker 1: What? Go ahead. Speaker 0: I think I actually think that there's three parts of this. One is courts, one is Congress, and one is our constituents. And these cases are brought by Democratic attorney generals and others throughout our country, and they're based on what Joe was bringing up early. They're based on the constitution and what our founding fathers set forth as our form of government. This is not a dictatorship. And there's ways for him to work on the budget, work on reform, bring government efficiency than what they're doing. Secondly, you've got oversight in Congress. You've got these hearings where we're getting them on the record. And our constituents, yeah, they're calling. That's important. But I keep telling them, send us emails. Those emails actually are part of the record. If they're Speaker 1: consenting to allow us to Speaker 0: tell their stories, it's part of the record that people the AGs are bringing cases, and they're showing this is the harm that real people are feeling. It's not just marching. It's actually a strategy. Go ahead. Speaker 1: I hear you. But we're potentially dealing with according so far to what we've seen. And by the way, I'm I'm, you know, not opposed to thinking it might be trolling, but we have to consider if the courts make a ruling and the administration decides to run over the courts, what then? What can Congress do? You say it's our job in Congress to stand up to it. Speaker 0: There's two major functions here. One is the oversight of what they're doing. Right? And one of the things that we haven't even talked about is that our Republican colleagues have been acquiescing in all of this. I know this. I've seen a few of them stand up from time to time. Maybe they'll stand up to cancer trials being cut. Watch for it. Maybe they'll stand up to Kash Patel, which they sure better do as this man who has shown no regard for the truth is about to become head of the FBI unless they stand up for it. But they have to stand up here to make this really work. Then you have oversight, and you can also pass legislation to make very clear what the limits are on this power. But that being said, I still believe the courts have power. I still believe that this comes up through the court system. You can already see the effects. They stopped the freeze on the funds. They stopped them from getting the treasury data. They would be personal personally liable in points for violating these laws. And so I don't care what intern that, you know, he brings in, that Elon Musk brings in, or someone that is not doesn't even have the necessarily security clearances. At some point, they are responsible for what they do. So I will not concede that what the courts say doesn't matter. I think it does matter. Speaker 2: Well and and as you said, what the United States Senate does and the House does matter, a congressional oversight matters, Speaker 0: all of Speaker 2: this matters more than a handful of tweets. We will wait and see what happens next. But Democratic senator Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota

CBS Democrat activist Margaret Brennan conducted an interview with a USAID employee whose identity is concealed. While legacy media is actively investigating and doxxing DOGE employees, they respect the USAID employee’s wish not to be publicly named. In this three-minute excerpt (edits are marked with white flashes), the employee claims: - An atmosphere of “massive insecurity" - A fear of being doxxed - Their personal data is compromised - DOGE actions have not been approved by President Trump and are the actions of a “few rogue individuals" - DOGE actions are dangerous and illegal - DOGE actions are not serving President Trump’s mandate - Elon is unilaterally making decisions that take help away from the poorest people in the world Many of these claims are clearly untrue on their face, yet no pushback from Brennan was offered. Legacy media is working to undermine DOGE efforts to cut government waste and expose fraud, because legacy media is part of the waste and fraud. The full transcript of this excerpt is provided below, and the full interview is linked in threaded post. --- BRENNAN: Why in our conversation do you think you need to remain anonymous? EMPLOYEE: It has been a very hard, a very hard week. Personally. Professionally, as I said, I live in Washington, D.C. Many of my colleagues work in this field. Starting from January 21st, so the first day of the new administration, things started to go sideways very quickly. The atmosphere of fear that was in the USAID building, which we're no longer in, the atmosphere of fear, in terms of not knowing who was in the building, not knowing what their motivations were, not knowing if our emails or channels were safe, not knowing how to interpret these executive orders right around DEIA or administration priorities. EMPLOYEE: All of that created an atmosphere of massive insecurity. And so people have, I think, lost the ability to know what's true for what's not. At this point, everyone is really scared. EMPLOYEE: And so, you know, I have a daughter, I have a family, like most Americans. And I want to be brave. I think it's really important to share our personal stories at this time, but I am afraid, and I just don't want to put them at any more risk than we have to. BRENNAN: When you say doxxed, there is fear of public sharing of your name and possibly targeting? EMPLOYEE: Absolutely. BRENNAN: By who? EMPLOYEE: Well, I mean, at this point, those members, including Elon Musk, have access to not just the data within the USAID world. Right. And the USAID system, which includes my personal email address, my Social Security number, my entire security file in that security file is every contact I've ever known, every country I've traveled to, every home address I've had. EMPLOYEE: So no matter which way I look at it, my information is entirely compromised and it's in hands that I don't know and don't trust. EMPLOYEE: And yes, the government can be slow. It can be inefficient. It can cost taxpayers money. I do not doubt that at all. What is absolutely clear to me is that methods being used to achieve this so-called efficiency, not only do they not seem to be vetted and approved by the president of the United States or our Secretary, Marco Rubio. EMPLOYEE: They are entirely the actions of a rogue few individuals. They're dangerous. They're illegal. They're cruel more than anything. And so, no, I don't think this is serving American interests or answering to the president's mandates. EMPLOYEE: And so to have this sort of, to be vilified by a billionaire who has decided that he's unilaterally going to take help away from the poorest people in the world, and he's doing it on behalf of the American people is particularly gross and horrifying. And I am angry. I am sad, I am devastated for my colleagues, for myself, for my family, and for the American people.

This past week has been incredibly difficult, both personally and professionally. Since the new administration began, there's been a climate of fear and uncertainty, impacting my colleagues and me. We've felt unsafe, unsure of who to trust, and worried about the security of our communications. This has created a widespread sense of insecurity. My anonymity is crucial because my personal information – including my Social Security number and contact details – has been compromised. I fear that Doge members, including Elon Musk, have access to this sensitive data. I'm concerned about potential targeting. The current methods being used are dangerous, illegal, and cruel. They don't align with the President's mandate and are being carried out by a rogue few. The actions of a billionaire unilaterally removing aid to the world's poorest is horrifying. I didn't see anyone get arrested or any violence against officers, which was surprising. One person was breaking a window, but in other areas, when barriers were breached, guards just stepped aside. Shocking information from the newest Senator from Florida! The FBI and the DOJ obstructed the state of Florida from investigating Trump’s assassination attempt in Florida! https://t.co/A77wH7kaCo

Video Transcript AI Summary
A second assassination attempt occurred in Florida against President Donald Trump, surprising many due to its proximity to a previous incident. This raised demands for a transparent investigation. As Florida's attorney general, I was involved in pursuing this investigation, but faced significant obstacles from federal law enforcement, particularly the FBI. They restricted access to the crime scene, withheld evidence, and suggested that our investigation would violate the law, despite the serious implications of the attempt, including the near-death of a six-year-old girl. Frustrated by these challenges, I had to sue the DOJ and Merrick Garland to assert our right to investigate and prosecute the matter under our state laws.

Speaker 0: Second assassination attempt, which took place in the state of Florida against a Florida resident, now President Donald Trump. Many people were surprised that that could happen in just over 2 months. Many people were shocked that a would be assassin could get that close to a president after it had just happened so quickly. So needless to say, many Americans and certainly for Floridians demanded a transparent and accountable investigation of that second assassination attempt. I was tasked along with law enforcement in Florida to pursue that investigation and every step of the way. Federal law enforcement, the FBI specifically, and the attorneys, federal attorneys frustrated our efforts, told us we couldn't go on the crime scene. They wouldn't share evidence. They, suggested that we would be violating the law if we pursued our own investigation, even in the face of us telling them and informing them that a 6 year old girl almost died as a result of state and local law enforcement having to shut down the roads to pursue that would be assassin. And I'm not gonna use his name. In an unprecedented action, because of these frustrated efforts, I, as the attorney general of Florida, had to sue the DOJ and Merrick Garland because they refused and obstructed our ability to prosecute and investigate our own laws against one of our own citizens even in the face of such distrust.

This approach to pardons and policy-making, particularly through social media, will not be part of our administration. We will adopt a fundamentally different approach to the justice system.

Speaker 0: President Trump is, reportedly considering a wave of of preemptive pardons. Does this concern you, all these preemptive pardons? Speaker 1: Well, it's, it concerns me in terms of, what kind of precedent it sets and how the rest of the world looks at us as a nation of laws and injustice. You're not gonna see, in our administration that kind of approach to pardons, nor are you gonna see in our administration, the approach to making policy by tweets. You know, it's just gonna be a totally different way in which we approach the justice system.

I want to acknowledge that many in Hollywood, whom I disagree with politically, have lost their homes in the fires. It's important to set aside our differences as Americans. I pray for their safety and am genuinely sorry for their loss. I'm here to help in any way I can.

Just so you know - many people in Hollywood, who I can’t stand politically, lost their homes in these fires. But this is a time to put political differences aside as Americans, so I pray for them and their families to be safe and I’m truly sorry for their loss. And I’ll be glad to help them in anyway I can.

I see Mike Johnson and RINO Republicans holding the gavel, yet they refuse to write a simple 3-month CR with just hurricane relief and no extras. If Democrats oppose it, they’ll look bad for denying aid. It’s frustrating that they prioritize their own interests over hardworking Americans. ENOUGH!

@catturd2 - Catturd ™

Don't let Mike Johnson and RINO Republicans lie to you ... they have the gavel. They could write a short bill today with a clean 3-month CR, only adding hurricane relief, zero pork, and no raise. Then if Democrats vote against it, they can honestly say they voted against hurricane relief victims. It's that freaking simple. They don't want to because they're used to getting themselves, their lobbyists, and their donors filthy rich off the backs of hardworking Americans. ENOUGH !!!

This was a significant security failure. A man was murdered, and three people, including President Trump, were shot on live television. Despite the severity, media coverage has been minimal. Having worked in the Secret Service for 12 years, I see three major issues: 1. **Technology**: The agency relies on outdated systems and equipment, which is unacceptable. 2. **Budget Mismanagement**: The "more with less" approach is flawed; they received more funding but produced less effective security. 3. **Investigative Focus**: The Secret Service should prioritize protection over counterfeiting investigations, which can be handled by other agencies. We need to address these problems to prevent future failures. Thank you for your time.

Speaker 0: Well, thanks for your time. Thank you for doing this. Sound okay? Everybody hear me back there? Great. Fantastic. Listen, let's just get right to the point. This was an apocalyptic security failure. A man was murdered in front of his family. 3 people were shot on live television, including president Trump. And the head who came within 2 millimeters of having his head explode on national television in front of millions of people. There's no sugarcoating it. There's no time for b s. Unfortunately, as, congressman Crane and Mills both indicated, the story seems to have vanquished been vanquished to the phantom zone, a media coverage. It's amazing how we're still talking about JFK's assassination, but nobody seems to wanna talk about president Trump being shot in the head on national television despite the fact that we have no answers. So I have 5 minutes, so I wanna keep it quick, and I wanna make 3 points. I worked in the Secret Service for 12 years. I loved it. I worked with some really amazing men and women, who gave everything. I mean, I I a couple of them literally gave everything. I know guys who've gotten bizarre diseases overseas, like chicken, guinea, fever, and protection operations. Everybody gave a little bit of something in the Secret Service, And it was a real honor to say it was part of it. But they have 3 institutional problems, I believe in the macro, will help us get to the bottom of how this Secret Service apocalyptic failure won't happen again. 1st, they have a technology problem. The joke in the Secret Service, which is sadly no longer funny when I was there, and it wasn't funny then either, is they rely on yesterday's technology tomorrow. Think about that. Yesterday's technology tomorrow. Everything from computer systems that waste agents times, filling out time and attendance records they were doing, to, congressman Crane and I discussing the fact that they only implemented slings, a technology as old as the wheel, about, I don't know, 5 or 6 years into my time in the Secret Service, which is embarrassing. The weaponry was old, everything was old. These are things I would have talked about sooner if they didn't create a security crisis, and I obviously don't want to air them publicly. Now you're seeing what happens when you don't have a drone up at a site you could have bought for 39.99 on Amazon second. Another adage in the Secret Service, you've heard even the new acting director discusses the more with less approach. There is no more with less. There's less with less. Okay? The Secret Service more with less approach only works if you produce more. That's how capitalism works. You produce a flat screen TV that was probably 20 years ago, $10,000, it's $200 at Walmart now. They produce a better TV with less. That's not what the Secret Service did. They produce less with more. They were given more money and produce less. A 20 year old criminal outsmarted them on a $40 drone technology piece of device. You're telling me that's more with less? That's disgusting. That's not that's nothing with less. That's less with more. Their budget went up. You guys know. You're appropriators. You know that. 3rd, and I'll wrap it up with this, turn it over to mister Prince. The investigative mission, the Secret Service that they're telling you they need to make them better agents is total crap. That's garbage. Their agents are are talented smart people. They can figure out how to do protection without running out cheap $20 counterfeit notes at 7:11 on a Friday night while the president's getting shot in the head. How is it we have a DEA, we have an FBI, we have TIGDA, the IRS, CBP, and a 1,000 other entities with a $6,000,000,000,000 budget, which I I know a lot of you guys have been fighting against this grotesque spending. $3,000,000,000 goes to the Secret Service, and we're wasting time running out counterfeit notes. It's a serious problem counterfeiting, granted. It might be a legacy item. They started doing counterfeiting. That's not what we do now. Get rid of the investigative mission, turn it over to other people, let them do what they do best and should do best, protection. Thanks a lot for your time. Thank you for doing this. Thanks to the panelists as well and everyone attending. Appreciate it.

The speaker believes the individual in question did not act alone in what they consider a significant attack on democracy. They question the media's quick dismissal and suggest the individual could have been targeted by a foreign enemy. Senator Ron Johnson questions the rush to dispose of evidence, such as washing the roof and cremating the body, before autopsy and toxicology reports were released. He notes the FBI quickly declared the individual acted alone without a thorough investigation. Johnson also mentions the individual had encrypted accounts in different countries. The speaker highlights concerns about the FBI's history of spying and suggests they possess the individual's metadata. They challenge the FBI to release the information if the individual acted alone. They cite a counter sniper who found it concerning that the roof was scrubbed down so quickly. Johnson states that the Secret Service and FBI are stonewalling the senate investigation by providing heavily redacted documents and delaying transcribed interviews. He believes this behavior is suspicious and fuels conspiracy theories. The speaker argues that the FBI and Secret Service should be transparent with congressional representatives to address concerns, and their lack of transparency suggests they are hiding something.

Speaker 0: 4,000 already. Barely hit our 1st break there. Nice. Love you guys so much. I'd give you the pound over the heart, but my elbows don't work, so it's not worth it. Folks, I'm sorry, but I don't believe this guy was acting alone. I don't. And it's based on a body of facts and data that indicate that this guy did not have the requisite skill level to pull off what he pulled off without some form of assistance. Could he have acted alone? He could have. I'm not precluding that possibility either. Again, I don't want to be first to be wrong. I'd rather be the last to be right. Okay? However, when you look at the, I mean, think about it. Right? This is only one of the most significant political attacks and assaults on our democracy, genuinely. In modern American history, we're not even 2 months out, and the media is acting like, oh, yeah. It's just business as usual. Let's go on. And I'm not really concerned what this kid was up to. Is it possible this guy was honey trapped by an enemy of the United States? Possibly Iran or someone else? He looked like a young kind of loner type, the exact type of people they target. Are they gonna do a press conference ever again? Ron Roe, the FBI? Do we get to ask these questions? No. Here's senator Ron Johnson. And he's he's asking a real good a a great question, not a good question. What the hell is the rush here to disappear all the evidence? Washing the roof, burning the guy's body. Does this make any sense? If anything, it invites people to engage in theorizing about what happened and to be confused. Watch this. Speaker 1: How was it that within, like, a day, they said the guy was acting alone? Crooks was acting alone. They didn't do an investigation at that point. Speaker 2: Yeah. I I have no idea. I mean, I don't know who those 5 individuals are. They were placed on administrative leave Especially what positions they held, why they were placed on leave. And, again, it's it's it's baffling to me, for example, that they released the body through cremation Yeah. Before we've seen any autopsy reports, any toxicology reports. Again, you just can't explain these things. Speaker 1: Senator, what would the body tell you? I mean, would there be tattoos? Would there be what what would you look for in a body? I mean, why cremate it so quickly? Speaker 2: Well, first of all, again, acting director Rowe didn't tell the public that it was actually a local law enforcement individual who took the first shot. Was was Crooks hit twice? And we don't know. I mean, the toxicology reports. I mean, was he being administered certain types of drugs like SSRIs? Do they wanna cover that up? I mean, there are reports that he had encrypted accounts in different countries around the world. Speaker 1: Yep. We still don't know Speaker 2: what they said. About. Yes. That's not normal behavior. So, again, I I agree with you. The FBI immediately said it's, you know, one guy acting alone. Speaker 1: I Crazy. Speaker 2: What basis have they made that call? Speaker 0: Yeah. What basis have they made that call? Folks, you understand the FBI has been spying on us for a long time. Right? They can deny it all they want. That FISA thing that you and I fought against and are still fighting against, the foreign intelligence surveillance act, where it's not not no normal, sane, rational actor can question the fact that there is a backdoor in that to spy on Americans. What I'm getting at is they likely have this guy's metadata, emails, texts, and everything. If he's acting alone, then just put the information out there and show us. Listen to me. I have not iced out the idea that he was acting alone. It's possible. Correct? It's one of 5, 6 different scenarios. If that's the case, show us. Nobody trusts you. Show us the evidence. Instead, again, put the New York post article up. I was sitting there with, Ben Schaeffer when I was on the congressional panel. Great guy. Counter sniper, Washington regional SWAT. He was at the scene that day. One of the congressmen asked him on the panel. Hey. Do you find it concerning as a law enforcement officer that they quickly scrubbed the roof down? Thomas, Crooks' body was disposed of before the official autopsy report could even be released, like, you and here we go. He was like, yeah. You're damn right. I absolutely find it concerning, and so do I. Encrypted overseas accounts. The family has this high powered attorney. I mean, they have the folks, let me just be absolutely clear. They have the constitutional big r god given right to an attorney. That doesn't mean they did anything wrong. I'm just saying, like, if the information out there is that he acted alone, you know, no problem, case is closed, then why is no one telling us why the case should be closed and how they drew the conclusion that he acted alone? Nobody finds this weird. You know what? Before I put the sweet up, can you play the other Ron Johnson clip too? Ron Johnson saying, here's what an additional thing that makes me believe this is Ron Johnson with Maria Bartiromo. An additional clip that makes me believe they're hiding information. Why would you stonewall the investigation? Folks, can you get seriously in the chat? If it just for a a second, I'm asking you to put your investigator hat on. Assuming he did work alone. Everything's done. Investigations over. This horrible thing happened. Let's fix it. Why can you give me one single sound reason why you wouldn't do a press conference? Put out a bunch of charts and data and a PowerPoint, and say we wanna clear this up with the American people. We don't want any conspiracy theories. Why wouldn't you? Why wouldn't you? They're doing the exact opposite. They're not telling congressional investigators in the senate anything of significance. Here, listen to this. Speaker 2: Well, I'm part part of the senate bipartisan investigation. It's led by the chairman of the committee and the subcommittee. All I can really tell you is the, Secret Service of Fed you know, FedBI are basically dragging their feet. They're stowling us. And we've gotten some transcribed interviews, but, the documents we request are are heavily redacted. They're delivered, you know, the day of the invest the interview. So we really can't use the documents to conduct the interviews effectively. So we're we're we're not getting squat from my standpoint from the Secret Service or or the FBI. We've requested all their their 3 o twos, their their transcriptions, their interviews with hundreds of individuals. They're not turning those over to us as well. So, Marie, if if you were if you wanna design investigation to raise suspicions and drive conspiracy theories, this is exactly how you do that investigation. I mean, I was, you know, just jaw dropping that they release the body for cremation before anybody seen any autopsy or toxicology reports. Again, that's again, it's just driving suspicion and conspiracy theories. Speaker 0: Folks, I'm telling you as an investigator who worked a couple pretty high profile investigations, what you do is you get out, and if there's any questions, you answer them. Why would you be presenting heavily redacted material to oversight members of congress and the senate when you can take them in the skiff and explain to the representatives of the people? We do not live in a direct democracy. We live in a republic, a form of a representative democracy. Ron Johnson is our representative. Yes. He is from the state of Wisconsin. However, he takes very important votes on issues that affect all of us. Why wouldn't the secret service and the FBI say, senator, we deeply appreciate your concerns. We're gonna meet you in this skiff on such and such a day if you have time. We're sensitive compartmented information facility. And we are going to tell you what happens, and we're gonna trust you with this information. So at least we can clear up for you who can diplomatically explain to the constituents why we can't tell them everything right now. Why wouldn't they do that? Folks, the answer, Occam's razor, is because somebody's hiding something. This isn't hard. Producer Jim, text me the answer to this. Why do you think the FBI and Secret Service are hiding something? Do you have the answer, Jim? This is not a trick question. Waiting. Speaker 1: Okay. Here it is. Let's see if he got the answer, folks. Speaker 0: Because they want to. Yes. Because they want to. Thank you, producer Jim.
