Speaker 0: In a show of spiritual force, hundreds of Christians and their allies went scorched earth on mayor Bruce Harrell outside Seattle City Hall. Speaker 1: It's time for the mayor to resign. Speaker 0: Pastor Russell Johnson led the charge demanding an apology or a resignation from Harrell after he labeled their peaceful concert at Cal Anderson Park over the weekend an extreme right wing rally. Then victim blamed the evangelicals for Antifa chaos and violence implying they had it coming to them. Speaker 1: Fuck you, son, dad. Speaker 0: As Johnson continued to pick apart the mayor's abysmal record in office. Speaker 1: Drug overdoses are up 89. Property crimes, rapes, and violent assaults are all He Speaker 0: announced the White House was aware of what was going on in Seattle and would be taking swift action. Speaker 2: Serving a search warrant. Speaker 0: On queue, deputy FBI director Dan Bongino posted on x, we have asked our team to fully investigate allegations of targeted violence against religious groups at the Seattle Concert. Freedom of religion isn't a suggestion. Speaker 1: And we're just here not to ask for special treatment. I'm here to ask for ordinary treatment. Speaker 0: Pastor Johnson is also threatening to sue the city for first amendment violations after the mayor implied he would deny Christians any future permits for concerts at certain city parks. Meanwhile, Antifa counter protesters outside the barricaded perimeter continue to cause chaos and target Christians trying to get into the rally. Look at this woman with her baby being accosted by the crowd and these people cornered and assaulted by the mob. Journalist Katie Davis Court was chased by militants before police intervened. Speaker 1: They all hunted me down. Seattle police had to save me. You mother Speaker 0: Alright. We're now here at the corner of Cherry. And I was also menaced on the streets. Speaker 1: Oh my god. I don't have time for you. I don't have time for Speaker 0: Surrounded by these goons and this masked man who lunged at me with his camera, body checking me as I walked towards City Hall. I defended myself as I tried to leave the scene. Speaker 1: Get off my face, man. Speaker 0: Police eventually arrested him along with seven other activists throughout the day. Another Antipa militant arrested here right now. Fallout for the mayor has been swift. His approval ratings continued to plummet, and local media critics are having a field day. Speaker 2: It's probably because he's trying to score political points with the left. Speaker 0: In the end, the mayor refused to apologize or resign and is doubling down, releasing a statement saying he will not be intimidated by fear mongering or a divisive rally. Speaker 1: Bye bye, Bruce. Bye bye, Bruce. Not to drop an album here at City Hall. Speaker 0: Pastor Johnson says the hubris and lack of humility being exhibited by the mayor will ultimately be his downfall. Speaker 2: And so, you know, my hope is that he's sensing and and feeling and knowing, hey, there's a real weight to this thing. I screwed Speaker 3: up and I either better fix Speaker 1: it or pack my bags and head in the next direction.

Hundreds of Christian worshipers gathered in Seattle's Cal Anderson Park to pray for the city and traditional family values, specifically against transgender ideology targeting children, as part of the Mayday USA revival. Left-wing activists and Antifa militants disrupted the event, throwing water balloons, menacing attendees, and attempting to rush the stage, leading to clashes with police. According to Russell Johnson with Pursuit Church, some volunteers were assaulted. Trans activists also arrived, targeting followers of Jesus Christ. Twenty-three people were arrested, and one officer was injured. Mayor Bruce Harrell called the Christian concert an extreme right-wing rally against the city's LGBTQ values and questioned the permit, drawing criticism. Assistant Attorney General Harmony Dillon stated that denying a permit to pray due to crowd reaction is a First Amendment violation. Pastor Johnson condemned the mayor's remarks and is mobilizing evangelicals for a protest at City Hall, demanding an apology for victim blaming. Christians did not retaliate and were escorted out by police, viewing the persecution as energizing their faith and planning to pray harder for Seattle.

Speaker 0: Hundreds of Christian worshipers flooded Seattle's Cal Anderson Park Saturday afternoon to pray for the city and take a stand for traditional family values. Speaker 1: You will not disrespect the blood of Jesus Christ. Speaker 0: Especially against transgender ideology targeting children, all part of the Mayday USA revival movement sweeping across the nation. And the Lord says, Speaker 1: sound the alarm. Sound the alarm. Lift up your voice. Speaker 0: But a time of blessing and praise quickly devolved into chaos. Speaker 1: Go Far Speaker 0: left activists and antifa militants tried to disrupt the concert. Speaker 2: Pushing cops, fighting, absolutely nothing really insane. Speaker 0: Throwing water balloons at the crowd, menacing attendees, and some activists even tried rushing the stage. Speaker 3: I would say there's two kingdoms clashing here today. There's the kingdom of God, and then there's the kingdom of of Satan. Speaker 0: Which led to numerous clashes and scuffles with police. Speaker 2: All these Antifa activists. Yeah. And then you got Speaker 0: the concert going on here right now. What's it what's it been like today? Speaker 2: And I think it just illustrates the the the idea that people who champion free speech and champion free expression are ultimately threatened and irritated by anybody else who has an opposing message. Speaker 0: So Russell Johnson with Pursuit Church was one of several pastors from Seattle participating with their congregations. Speaker 2: The mayor is trying to declare a state of emergency to shut down the event, but we're not going anywhere. Speaker 0: He says some of his volunteers were assaulted during the melee. Speaker 2: We've got people with bloody faces. Speaker 0: That's his worship pastor, Michael Leidy, stopping a man from crashing the gathering. Speaker 2: It's absolutely crazy. Help. Help. Help. Speaker 0: As the day progressed, another group of trans activists marched into the park, adding to the number of people targeting followers of Jesus Christ with nasty messages. Filed curse words and full blown debauchery. But even with the taunting, middle fingers, and disparaging comments, Kellogg says prayers of love and forgiveness were sent to their attackers on the other side. Speaker 3: Not only do we come here Speaker 4: to show the love of God, but we hope that by the Speaker 3: time we are done here, that the atmosphere in Seattle will change. Speaker 5: We will be setting back up the fence line, Speaker 1: and any counter protesters are going to be escorted back behind it. Speaker 0: Officers eventually put up a metal barricade, separating the violent mob from concertgoers after more militants tried to breach the police line. When all was said and done, 23 people were hauled away in handcuffs, one officer injured, and a city left in desperate need of healing and leadership. Instead, mayor Bruce Harrell sent out a controversial statement that appeared to be more divisive, calling the Christian concert an extreme right wing rally that went against the LGBTQ values of the city. That one with green hair. Implying the peaceful worshipers brought this on themselves over the weekend. Harrell also questioned questioned why a permit to use the park was issued to the group. I think they're gonna have changes. This got the attention of the Trump administration. Speaker 2: This is the president's agenda. Speaker 0: Assistant attorney general for civil rights, Harmony Dillon, wrote on x To deny a group a permit to pray in a public space because of crowd reaction is the classic heckler's veto, which is barred by the first amendment. Seattle's Mayor clearly needs an education in viewpoint discrimination. Speaker 2: The mayor of Seattle owes Christians in Washington state an apology for his bigoted remarks. Speaker 0: Pastor Johnson eviscerated the mayor during his Sunday sermon. Speaker 2: Church people were assaulted, and the mayor of Seattle has the audacity to blame Christians for the violence. Speaker 0: And is mobilizing hundreds of evangelicals for a protest in front of city hall on Tuesday. Speaker 2: I mean, it's not just us who've been assaulted. Cops have been beat up as well. Johnson Speaker 0: says they're demanding an apology after Harrell victim blamed Christians. Speaker 2: No. The police know because they see it on the front lines. Who are the real agitators? Speaker 0: The pastor says it's also time to send a strong message to political leaders in Washington state who have failed to condemn far left violence for years. In the end, none of the Christians retaliated and were safely escorted out by police after the concert. Many saying the persecution energized their faith. Speaker 2: Bible says this is gonna happen. You know? This is nothing new. It's something we're used to, and we just love the opportunity to love on them and share the gospel. Speaker 0: And are now planning to pray even harder for Seattle. Speaker 1: Everyone receives Jesus in a different way. Hoping Speaker 0: to conquer hate with the love of Christ.

According to Patrick, the hat-wearer then "came at" him, initiating physical contact. Patrick says his friend, Gerald, witnessed the event and intervened. Patrick admits to hitting the hat-wearer once, in the jaw, before stopping the assault. Patrick states that he and his friends walked away from the scene and were later contacted by the police. He expresses confusion about potential charges, questioning if taking the hat constitutes assault. He denies that anyone in his group tripped the hat-wearer or touched his food. Patrick is informed of his rights, searched, and taken to a holding facility. He and the officer discuss the reasonableness of his actions, with the officer stating that Patrick had no right to touch the other individual, regardless of the hat.

Speaker 0: Let me Speaker 1: talk with Speaker 0: you about what Yeah. Okay. Speaker 1: So I walked down. I see old boy walk around. Right? He's got I've seen this guy fucking on campus before. Okay. I know he's like fucking like right wing dude. Okay. He's got a fucking like make America great kind of hat. Okay. Right? Pardon my French? Like, I'm not gonna actually take your hat off. Speaker 0: But no. Don't touch it. Speaker 1: Okay. Sure. Probably that's probably not good. Speaker 0: No. Speaker 1: It's not. But for the thing, I like grabbed his hat, threw it, and I said, like, go get it. You know what I'm saying? Because I'm like, you know, you're fucking wearing that hat. You're fucking you want it to fucking you want you want someone to fucking look at it. Right? Didn't I didn't fucking hit him. Didn't fucking, you know, like, check body check him, anything like that. Took the hat, threw it. Right? I was like, that's gonna be end of it. Fucking he's gonna pick up his hat. He's been gone. Right? Do my thing. I threw it. And then I, like, heard him say something, turn around, and old boy, like, fucking came at me. Fucking I don't know to what extent he hit me or where he body checked me. I don't know what he did. Right? He can corroborate. Right? But, like, he came at me. Right? This is the first time where, like, I touched his hat full. I I admit to touching his hat. Right? I didn't hit him. Right? Like, I didn't do anything to As soon as I turn around, he hit me. Right? How do you hit you? I I I honestly, like, cannot recall exactly how it happened. It was either a body check or like a grab you sorry. Yeah. Speaker 0: You're you're Speaker 1: doing a man. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm gonna, like, Speaker 0: back up from Thank you. Speaker 1: I don't know how to explain it with you without, like, doing it, you know, like, to my boy. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Like and so I'm like, okay. He hit me. Right? And immediately, he isn't seeing, like, what's going on. Right? He just sees him hit me. Yeah. Right? So this stuff happens so fast like he just sees hit him hit me. Right? I see like him praising protect me. Right? Like, oh, this guy's attacking you. I'm gonna get you. At the basically, at the same second, like, as soon as he attacks me, I'm reacting. I'm grabbing him. I I can't say, like, how exactly I reacted to him, but I can say, like, I grabbed him. Right? We take him down the ground. Right? I give him a fucking shot, right, to be like, hey. Don't fuck with me. Right? Speaker 0: Where'd you hit him? I Speaker 1: think in I think in the jaw. Yeah. Like so I'm like, alright. He's done. I didn't hit him after that. Get get him the hit. I'm not gonna fuck this guy up. Like, I'm not gonna fucking stomp on him or anything like that. Like, he's fucking he's done. He he and he made it like from what I recall, like, he made it very clear like he's not fighting anymore. Like, he's done. Right? Okay. Cool. Fucking pick up my glasses, put them on, fucking walk away, fucking we're done. Right? He wanted to fight, he fucking got what was coming to him. We're done. We're gonna walk away. We're not gonna fucking pursue it anymore. Right? We walked away to the Emporium. Right? We went there with a girlfriend of his. Right? And then we fucking moved on to fucking here. Right? I get this call. I'm I'm literally thinking people are fucking with me. Right? I'm like, well, if it is the fucking police, like, I'd rather deal with them tonight than fucking deal with them fucking two weeks from now or some bullshit like that. Right? I don't think I did fucking something illegal. Right? Like I unless taking a guy's hat is legal. Right? Like I'm not the one like I didn't I didn't wanna start a fight with this guy. Right? I wanted to be like, oh, you have a hat? You fucking wanna fucking make a statement about it? Okay. I'm fucking tossing it. Fucking you can go pick it up. Right? And go about your day and then fucking you know, you got what you wanted out of that. Right? Old boy fucking came at me first. Right? In terms of, like, physically, like, trying to hit me. Right? My understanding of that is, like, that's him starting a fight with me. Right? I'm gonna finish it to the extent that, like, I'm gonna show him, like, you're done, but I'm not gonna fucking stomp on this guy or fucking, you know, put him in the fucking hospital or anything like that. I mean Speaker 0: So so I was told one of your buddies, possibly him that well, I was told that you were with a few a few people, like tripped Speaker 1: him? No. Nobody tripped anyone. Yeah. Like, for here's the thing that happened. It's like, I'm telling you straight up. Because there's a lot of people around. Yeah. There's a lot of people around. I'm telling you straight up, both of And there's video cameras. And there's video cameras. We're gonna tell you the truth. This is and, like, if there was tripping going on, like, that was not intentional at all. I'm I'm telling you right now, full disclosure, I did not intend to trip this guy. I completely thought, and I think he did too. Right? Completely. Like, because I didn't talk to him like, oh, I'm gonna fuck this guy up or anything like that. Right? He was acting as like from my understanding, I I was actually, you know, like being like, okay. He's coming. He's protecting me like, wow. Speaker 0: You're fine. Speaker 1: You're fine. My boy. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? He's protecting me because this guy's he he I don't even think he was looking when this happened. I don't even think he saw me grab the hat. Think he just saw this guy attack me and was like Where Speaker 0: are the other people that were with you? Speaker 1: They were like I think they were behind us. I think I do not know what they were doing, but they have they're not from here. Like, they don't know, like, what's going on. Right? Like, my understanding is, like, when this all happened, they were like, what the fuck? You know, that was my understanding. Right? So my understanding is that like he doesn't see what's going on. The only thing he sees is like old boy like basically attacking me basically. And I'm like okay, well we'll deal with this. We dealt with it. Right? We didn't we didn't we didn't say like, do you wanna fight us? Or anything like that. I didn't fucking hit old boy. You know what I'm saying? Took his hat, threw it. That's the only thing I did. Right? I didn't I didn't when he was walking by go or anything like that. To my understanding No. Speaker 0: I didn't No. I didn't Speaker 1: Yeah. Speaker 0: I I wasn't told that you tripped him. I was told one of your friends tripped him. Speaker 1: No. Listen. Like, I was the one If you wanna fucking ding anybody tonight, if if if taking someone's hat is a ding enough offense in terms of like taking somebody to jail or something like that, it's me. Okay? I don't think taking someone's correct me if I'm wrong. I don't think taking someone's hat and drawing it like is assault. Right? Speaker 0: It's unwanted touching. Speaker 1: It's unwanted touching. I don't know what that is. Right? I did that. Right? He did not. Right? Nobody in our group did. I thought Speaker 0: you said both of you guys hit him. Speaker 1: He only intervened after he attacked me. It's after old boy. Right? That's the only thing that happened. Right? I mean, not gonna touch you. Right? I'm not gonna come you away from you. Right? But this is me. Do do do do. See the hat? Go get it. Right? And then I think he either grabbed me or like said something and I turned around and fucking that's when he comes at me. Right? I don't know like to what extent he like give me a hint or something, but he came at me. Right? He got my hands. He his hands are on me. Right? He's not letting me go away. Right? Or at least in the two seconds for this to happen. Right? At this point, Gerald sees him on me. Right? Speaker 0: That's my friend. Speaker 1: Yeah. My friend. Okay. Grabs grabs him. Right? Takes him. I grab him too. We're taking the ground because he wants to he wants to put his hands on me. Right? He puts his hands on me. Speaker 0: Oh, okay. Speaker 1: Right? We're taking the ground. Right? I I give him a hit to be like, yo, don't fuck with us anymore. Right? Like, we're done. As soon as he as soon as I give him a hit, he's done. He's not moving any like, he's moving he's not dead or anything like that, but like, he's not like getting back up and trying to fight us or whatever. And at that point, don't we're not trying to have a fist fight in it like Was there was there any food involved? Speaker 0: Food? Like, did somebody have some food Speaker 1: I think he might have had food I never touched his food Speaker 0: at all. Okay. What happened to his food? Speaker 1: I have no idea at all. The only thing I touched is his head. That's the only thing. Right? Speaker 0: There's there's there's food up in the road up there. Speaker 1: I mean, like, maybe, like, he was headed in his hand and he tried to, like, attack me and then, like, it got spilled. But, like, I didn't, like when he was coming like, when he was walking down the street, I didn't like see his food, like slap his food Speaker 0: at him. No. I wasn't saying that. I was Speaker 1: just Okay. Yeah. Like, mean, like Speaker 0: Why would he in the road? Speaker 1: Because that's where like okay. If I can explain things to you. Right? He comes to me. Right? Like throw the hat. Hat goes pretty much in the road, think. It's like basically in the sidewalk. Right? So then this hat. Go on the road. Right? I have no idea if you let go of the food. I I'm not paying attention to that. You know what I'm saying? Like, I have no idea what happened to the food. Right? But at some point, maybe the food got on the road. Maybe he just held on to it the entire time he's tossing with us. Right? It goes in the in the road. Right? There is what it has. But, like, at no point was I like, did I take his hat and then his food and throw it in the road, you know, or anything like that. Yeah. Not sure if he's saying it. Speaker 0: Can can you can you see from me back here? Yeah. For sure. For sure. Sure. Sure. Speaker 1: For Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0: Oh, Speaker 1: excuse me. Yeah. Go ahead. It's. Alright. No. Speaker 0: I'm just wanting to clarify because I talked with somebody that was very certain food got pushed up into the guy wearing a Trump hat's pants. Speaker 1: So I, like, I think I moved completely honest with you guys. Like, I'm telling you exactly, like, I started it by throwing the guy's hat. I did not touch his fucking food. I did not, like, do anything like that. Yeah. Right? Like, the idea was and I'm I think both of us, right, were thinking, like, well, he I don't think he was thinking at all. Right? Gerald was probably I don't even know if this is what. In my mind, I'm like, I wanna throw the hat. You know, he's gonna pick it up. It's gonna be funny with me. Yada yada yada. I'm not gonna fuck this guy's fucking life up. Like, I'm not gonna fucking destroy his food or anything like that. I saw he had a had a bag of food. Right? I didn't touch his hands at Speaker 0: all. Only Speaker 1: thing I did, grab his hat, toss it. Sick him like that. I I think I've been pretty straightforward here. Speaker 0: Did you take him down to the ground? Speaker 1: Here's exactly what happened. Okay. Like, I'll just stay seated because, like, sorry. Like Yes. When I'm standing up, it's like, I wanna, like, act it out. It's kinda scary. Speaker 0: No. You're fine. Whatever makes you more comfortable, I'm Speaker 1: good. I wanna make you guys comfortable. Like, you know, mean, what I don't want you guys to think, like, you know, crazy. Exactly what happened was I walked up to the guy. Take the hat. Throw it. I told him, go grab it, bitch. Right? You know, you don't wear the hat? Hey. There's gonna be a price to Speaker 0: pay for it. Speaker 1: Right? Same way fucking you know, I've got my political opinions. Fucking people come up to me, fucking say shit to me. You know? Speaker 0: Did he do any of that tonight? No. Speaker 1: No. No. You know, old as fuck. I I saw this guy walking down. You know, I saw the hat. Toss. I didn't touch his hands at all. Okay. Right? I threw it. I started walking. I'm sure the video like, I'm almost completely sure. Speaker 0: Yeah. Okay. So, Patrick, right now, Speaker 1: I'm gonna Speaker 0: remove your rest of your salt. Speaker 1: You can leave that down there. I gotcha. Go ahead and stand up for me. K. You Speaker 0: have the right to an attorney if you can log in to the first one, and I'll be providing for you. I'm gonna advise you that you are being audio and video recorder. Sure. Sure. Sure. It is zero zero seventeen hours on 03/01/2025. Speaker 1: Yeah. So how does this work? Like, am I getting booked tonight? Speaker 0: Or We are gonna go through some things with you. Yeah. We gotta read you your constitutional rights. We're gonna switch into arrest, and then we're gonna talk you through some things. Okay? Speaker 1: Right. Speaker 0: Oh, I can do it. Speaker 1: You got it? Yeah. K. I mean, I'm I'm aware of it. Speaker 0: I know. And as much Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. I I I go with you. Actually, now that I now that I remember it, yeah, it's like Even You have to say it. Exactly. Yeah. Speaker 0: Still have to tell you your rights, and it's because I Speaker 1: What's am I gonna I'm gonna go to jail tonight or something like that. Speaker 0: So you're gonna go to a holding facility? Yeah. Do want me to grab that one? Speaker 1: Yeah. Can you grab that for me? So Speaker 0: I'm gonna tell you that you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court law. You have the right at this time to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you're in Houston. Yeah. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Speaker 1: Yeah. Speaker 0: Do you understand if I'm right, Finite? Speaker 1: Yeah. I understand. Speaker 0: Oh, yeah. Going through the motions that I have to. Speaker 1: So Yeah. So so, like, the the way this is gonna work is that you guys are gonna hold for six hours. Speaker 0: Right? So we can hold you up to six hours. I can't give you a guarantee on, like, we're gonna get you in. We'll get you out. Because normally when I do that, then everything goes to shit, and I can't get you out until six hours. So I try not to jinx myself because I do believe in that. Speaker 1: I'm a little confused if I don't know they work. Speaker 0: Oh, because normally when I'm like, I'll get you out of here in an hour, that's when I have to go out and deal Speaker 1: with I I have go for a long time. Speaker 0: You, you you live in town. Right? Speaker 1: Yeah. Speaker 0: Okay. And you're gonna show up to court when they say Speaker 1: I mean, for sure. I kind of figured that this might be a kind of thing. Speaker 0: Feet apart. You don't have to go super wide. Not Speaker 1: that drastic, man. Speaker 0: But just a little bit. Okay. Speaker 1: I'll check that for Speaker 0: you. Thank you. Speaker 1: Alright. Using the back of my hand, I'm gonna go up in between your legs. Speaker 0: Go ahead, man. Yeah. Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. Oh, I guess I didn't realize that was your car. I I didn't realize that was your car. Speaker 1: So, like, what's the deal here? Because, like, guys are talking to me charges assault for fickering? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, like, that's that's not a that's a misdemeanor. Right? Speaker 0: Right. Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Like, I mean, like, what's the deal? Because, like, my understanding is this is, like, I throw hands with this guy. Like, old boy threw hands with me too. Is this guy getting arrested? Speaker 0: So we are basically taking a compilation of the various things that we were told and making decisions based off of that. Speaker 1: Yeah. Speaker 0: I Speaker 1: mean, I guess this doesn't matter that much. Like, I know where I'm going. You know what I'm saying? Right? Speaker 0: Well, you're not going to I'm Speaker 1: not going to jail, but I'm going to jail to court. Yeah. Speaker 0: Yeah. You're heading to a holding facility. We'll go on the other side. Speaker 1: K. Alright. We'll wait for this court to pass. Speaker 0: Yeah. Because we Speaker 1: Fortunately, people don't pay attention. Speaker 0: And they get really nervous around the house for some reason. Speaker 1: I can't imagine why. Speaker 0: Alright. Leave it Speaker 1: on your know while you're in the back, you're being audio and video recorded. Okay? Okay. Push on that light to the other side. Speaker 0: Oh, I'm gonna go. My bag. Here. Can you unlock it and then lock all the doors for me? K. Swing your feet out and watch your head as you get out. Speaker 1: No. Well, that would be pretty funny. Speaker 0: Funny for you, maybe. Speaker 1: Okay. Sorry. Speaker 0: You're fine. Speaker 1: Just trying to introduce a little humor. Right? Speaker 0: I I get it. I I appreciate it. I get it. Okay. Speaker 1: I can shut up if you want me to. Speaker 0: No. You're fine. Alright. Thank you. Okay. We're gonna head inside. Speaker 1: Okay. Let's do it. Speaker 0: Watch your step. Thank you so much. Have a good night. You too. Thank you. Yeah. Do have to go to the door? I do. Oops. Sorry. And I'm just gonna have you stand in that what we call the pass through. Speaker 1: Stand right here. Speaker 0: No. You're gonna come over here, and I will meet you on the other side. Speaker 1: Okay. Speaker 0: No. I thought you Speaker 1: were putting stuff in there. Speaker 0: Oh, no. Well Yeah. Remembered somewhere on the other side. Camera on. Oh, sure. One next door to mine. Speaker 1: Alright. Last name? Paul, j o f f. First name? Gerald, g r a o g r a l t. Middle our middle name? Speaker 0: Right. I gotta get my guy. Speaker 1: Alright, Speaker 0: Patrick. Sorry. I want it. Yeah. Speaker 1: Yeah. I'll Speaker 0: have you stand over by the wall. Speaker 1: Go over there now. Speaker 0: Yeah. Is it telephoto? Thought you're a professor. Speaker 1: I'm a grad student. Oh, okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0: You're not Speaker 1: We'll deal with that stuff, I think, later on. Speaker 0: I already asked your buddy this question, so I'm gonna I'm gonna ask you as well. Yeah. Speaker 1: Go ahead. How reasonable do you Speaker 0: think your actions are tonight? Well, do Speaker 1: I think, like, on the verge of, like, unreasonable, but, like, I I I I wanna Speaker 0: start if I'm still covered. You you made a comment about him asking for it because of the hat. Speaker 1: Yeah. Not asking for a fight. Asking for, like Confrontation. I don't think, like I said, like I I didn't I didn't the the hit here. Like, if it's confrontation, to me, that's like Speaker 0: What was he asking for? Speaker 1: Square up. Right? Like, he was asking for, like, okay. You're wearing the hat. Like, it's gonna get tossed, then you deal with it. We're good. Right? You know what I'm saying? Like, very easily Let me Speaker 0: paint you a different picture. Go ahead. Go ahead. I I I really enjoy I I really like Nike. I prefer Nike. How would you feel if when I see you wearing an Adidas sweatshirt down the street, I pull it off and you wanna throw it? Speaker 1: I mean, like, pulling it off of me requires me to take it over my, like, head and my arms and stuff. Right? What is the difference? Mean, like, I never touched this guy's arms. I never, like, I never restrained him in any way. Right? Like, soon as that he came off his hat, we were we kept walking. The video showed us, like we kept walking. We didn't say, like Let's say, Johnny's or we're now next. We're gonna fuck you up or anything like that. Speaker 0: So let's let's switch it up then. Sure. You're wearing an Adidas hat. Speaker 1: I mean, like, do I think I have the right to start throwing hands? Probably not. I mean, like Speaker 0: So you're saying if I see you wearing an Adidas hat walking down the street Speaker 1: If you take it off me and throw it, do I think I have the right to throw a hat? I'm not saying it's okay, but I Alright. Do I have the right to throw throwing hands? Speaker 0: I mean, Speaker 1: I've I would not start throwing hands. Speaker 0: I'll sit down. You have the right to defend yourself with your problem. Speaker 1: I mean, like, is defending myself with my property, like, after it is off my head, I can throw hands? Speaker 0: So let me let me let me just end this for you because I don't I don't see us meeting to a common conclusion. I don't care what his hat says. You have no right to touch him. Speaker 1: Okay. I did not I at no point did I touch his body. I touched his That Speaker 0: is him. That is Speaker 1: him. Okay. I mean, maybe you know better than me, but to me, right Speaker 0: I I don't even Speaker 1: There's there's one decision that was made. Right? Speaker 0: I don't even like that's a law enforcement Home enforcement. I will take that after we cleared the Speaker 1: holding facility. Five. Okay. Speaker 0: Mean, like I couldn't hear that. Speaker 1: Kindergarten in, like, first grade, kids act like this. Right? Speaker 0: And, like Exactly. Speaker 1: You're you're Speaker 0: to my point. Speaker 1: Yeah. And individuals act like this. Right? And it's like Speaker 0: True and correct. Speaker 1: Certain people, like, want to they put that on there because, like, they wanna get a rise out of people. Like you? Well, you got a rise out of me. I'll give them that. But, like, I wasn't trying to fight with him. Right? Like Before I knew it Speaker 0: was a question. Sorry. I just have to get this done so that we can work on things. What is your And how tall are you? Speaker 1: Five eight? Five seven? I don't know. I'll be honest. I don't Speaker 0: I so I'm five six ish. How much Speaker 1: You guys telling me, man. I said five eight. Speaker 0: Five eight. Okay. Speaker 1: K. I think it's taller than I usually am. Speaker 0: How much do you weigh? Speaker 1: One seventy. Speaker 0: And you got hazel eyes? Speaker 1: Green eyes. Speaker 0: Green. Okay. Yeah. Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. No. This is tall. Speaker 0: Okay. Cool. Cool. Speaker 1: Can I have you stand up with me? Yep. Speaker 0: And when's your birthday? Speaker 1: 09/21/1998. We're gonna go into Sophie. Okay. So That just didn't hurt. Never mind. Sophie needs to Speaker 0: Go ahead and turn around. I'll take your handcuffs off. We're gonna go through your property and make sure that oh, you can release your hands. I don't know Speaker 1: how. You said you seen them any more than they are now? So Speaker 0: just keep your hands relaxed, and Okay. I'll let you know when Relax Speaker 1: them as much as possible. Speaker 0: Alright. Okay. Okay. You can have a seat right there. Okay. Sure. Bring it right. Yeah. So I am gonna have you take your sweatshirt off. Yeah. Do you wanna finish going through this property? Okay. Yeah. And then I'll head up to do the noise complaint. Thank you. Thank you. Oh, and FYI, Jason Johansson's out front roaming around. No. There was nothing on the board for him. That goes on top of there. Sure. You okay. You have the keys? Yeah. Okay.

WSU student Jay Sonny says he was attacked by Patrick Mahoney and Gerald Hoff for wearing a Trump hat. The incident, caught on camera outside a campus bar, left Sonny with scrapes and bruises. Police arrested Mahoney and Hoff, who admitted to grabbing the hat and bringing Sonny to the ground, but downplayed the assault. They face misdemeanor assault charges. Sonny believes his conservative views and involvement with Turning Point USA led to the attack, as Mahoney is a far-left activist, a WSU graduate student and instructor, and is allegedly associated with the Democratic Socialists of America and admires the communist party. Mahoney was temporarily suspended from WSU. He refused to comment on the incident. Hoff's LinkedIn indicates he is employed at WSU, but the school would not comment on his status. Despite the incident, Sonny continues to wear his MAGA hat. WSU is preparing for a Turning Point USA event that is drawing threats of disruption from left-leaning groups.

Speaker 0: Pullman is farm country and is home to Washington State University, a campus that's focused on academic excellence and is supposed to be welcoming to diverse values and ideas. Speaker 1: So I I was walking like this, my head down. Speaker 0: That's why Jay Sonny says he never imagined his political leanings would make him a target. Speaker 1: Patrick just just probably hates Trump. Speaker 0: After a long day at work, the WSU junior says he got ambushed and jumped by Patrick Mahoney and Gerald Hoff Speaker 1: Patrick, ripped the hat off my head. Speaker 0: For wearing this bright red Trump cap. Speaker 1: He said to me, go get it, or punch me a bunch of times on the back. Speaker 0: Sonny says they unleashed a vicious beatdown all caught on surveillance cameras right in front of the Coug, a popular campus bar packed with students. Speaker 1: Gerald also kicked me also a bunch of times too. Patrick, he he grabbed my chest, slammed it on the concrete as I was falling. Speaker 0: He tried to defend himself. Speaker 1: So I have go throw my food at his face. Speaker 0: But Sonny says two against one was just unfair. Speaker 1: And I was like, what the hell just happened? Speaker 0: And the melee left him with multiple scrapes and bruises. Speaker 1: Oh, because of this. Yeah. Speaker 0: Pullman police eventually found the pair nearby within hours of the chaos. Speaker 2: I've seen this guy campus before. Okay. I know he's like being like right wing dude. Speaker 0: Mahoney and Hoff pretty much admitted to the allegations. Speaker 2: I like grabbed his hat, threw it, and I said like go get it. We did grab him and bring him to the ground. Speaker 0: But tried to downplay the incident. Speaker 2: I didn't hit him. I don't think I did something illegal. Right? Someone in touching. Someone in touching, I don't know what that is. Right? Speaker 0: In fact, Mahoney tried to victim blame. Speaker 2: He wanted to fight. He got what's coming to him. Speaker 0: The officers didn't buy that story and arrested them on the spot. Speaker 3: You have the right to an attorney if you cannot Speaker 0: afford one. They're now facing fourth degree misdemeanor assault charges. Speaker 1: See, the thing is is that this country, you know, was, you know, was also built, you know, around tolerance. Speaker 0: Sonny says he doesn't know Hoff, but his prior interactions with Mahoney may have played a role in this assault since the two are at opposite ends of the political spectrum. Speaker 1: Patrick said I'm a communist because the system fails people. Speaker 0: Sahni is a Republican and volunteers with conservative groups on campus like Turning Point USA. Can you tell me about Patrick? Speaker 1: He seems like a nice dude. Speaker 0: Mahoney is a WSU graduate student and instructor, teaching a freshman level political science class. Speaker 1: Had his beliefs and. Speaker 0: By all accounts, Mahoney is a notorious far left activist. Speaker 1: Of course, I'm gonna think you are beyond insane. Speaker 0: Who hates conservative values and is a regular at pro Hamas Speaker 2: protests in the city. Almost 30,000 Gazan civilians have been killed. Speaker 0: Recently, he was part of a group pressuring the Pullman City Council to pass a resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza, but that went nowhere. Speaker 2: To support the revolution. Support the resolution. Speaker 3: Workers everywhere are rising up. Speaker 0: Sahni says Mahoney has strong ties to the Democratic Socialists of America, progressive pro labor groups, and is someone who publicly touts his admiration for the communist party. Look at the hammer and sickle pin he's wearing in this official school photo. Speaker 1: My only goal is to is to turn this country into a communist dictatorship or a communist authoritarian system. Speaker 2: I'm a hit to be like, yo, don't fuck with us anymore. Speaker 0: This violent incident happened in late February, and the school temporarily suspended Mahoney from classes and teaching duties. But Sonny is speaking up now since he's hearing his attacker could be reinstated and doesn't want that to happen. Speaker 1: He really shouldn't be teaching here in my opinion because, you know, if you can't tolerate different different opinions, then then then what's the point? Speaker 0: School leaders would not comment on this matter citing student privacy laws. I wanna see if mister Mahoney wants to tell his side of the story. Speaker 2: No. Go away. Speaker 0: Mahoney refused to talk after I door knocked him at his off campus apartment. Speaker 2: Gerald's in the black. Gerald Hoff is in the black. And I'm black. Speaker 0: We were unable to reach Hoff to get his side of the story but found his LinkedIn account indicating he's employed at WSU. Again, the school would not comment on Hoff's status either. Speaker 1: You know, Trump won the elections because the left was so toxic like Speaker 0: Meanwhile, Sonny is still wearing that MAGA cap and frequently getting dirty looks on campus. But he's also getting tons of love from students and faculty who respect him for sticking to his convictions. You must be sick and tired of getting bullied? Speaker 1: It does become exhausting. Yes. Speaker 0: The university is now preparing for an event on April 17 featuring TPUSA founder and CEO Charlie Kirk. Speaker 3: You can't express your beliefs, like, as openly as some of the left leaning students can. Like, when I'm tabling for Turning Point here on campus, I've been cussed out. I've been flipped off. Speaker 0: It's already drawing online chat from violent militant groups like Antifa and other left leaning students who are promising to disrupt and cause chaos.

Right? Like, I didn't do anything to him. As soon as I turn around, he hit me. Yeah. Go ahead. It's. Alright. No. Speaker 2: I'm just wanting to clarify because I talked with somebody that was very certain food got pushed up into the guy wearing a Trump hat's pants. Right? I didn't touch his hands at Speaker 2: all. Only Speaker 1: thing I did, grab his hat, toss it. Sick him like that. I I think I've been pretty straightforward here. Speaker 2: Did you take him down to the ground? Speaker 1: Here's exactly what happened. Okay. Like, I'll just stay seated because, like, sorry. Like Yes. When I'm standing up, it's like, I wanna, like, act it out. It's kinda scary. Speaker 2: No. You know? Speaker 2: Did he do any of that tonight? No. Speaker 1: No. No. You know, old as fuck. I I saw this guy walking down. You know, I saw the hat. Toss. I didn't touch his hands at all. Okay. Right? I threw it. I started walking. I'm sure the video like, I'm almost completely sure. Speaker 2: Yeah. Okay. So, Patrick, right now, Speaker 1: I'm gonna Speaker 2: remove your rest of your salt. Speaker 1: You can leave that down there. I gotcha. Go ahead and stand up for me. K. You Speaker 2: have the right to an attorney if you can log in Speaker 0: to the first one, Speaker 2: and I'll be providing for you. I'm gonna advise you that you are being audio and video recorder. Speaker 0: Sure. Sure. Sure. Speaker 2: It is zero zero seventeen hours on 03/01/2025. Speaker 1: Yeah. So how does this work? Like, am I getting booked tonight? Speaker 0: Or Speaker 2: We are gonna go through some things with you. Yeah. We gotta read you your constitutional rights. We're gonna switch into arrest, and then we're gonna talk you through some things. Okay? Speaker 1: Right. Speaker 2: Oh, I can do it. Speaker 1: You got it? Yeah. K. I mean, I'm I'm aware of it. Speaker 2: I know. And as much Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. I I I go with you. Actually, now that I now that I remember it, yeah, it's like Even You have to say it. Exactly. Yeah. Speaker 2: Still have to tell you your rights, and it's because I Speaker 1: What's am I gonna I'm gonna go to jail tonight or something like that. Speaker 2: So you're gonna go to a holding facility? Yeah. Speaker 0: Do want me to grab that one? Speaker 1: Yeah. Can you grab that for me? So Speaker 2: I'm gonna tell you that you have the right to remain silent. Speaker 2: Do you understand if I'm right, Finite? Speaker 1: Yeah. I understand. Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. Going through the motions that I have to. Speaker 1: So Yeah. So so, like, the the way this is gonna work is that you guys are gonna hold for six hours. Speaker 2: Right? So we can hold you up to six hours. I can't give you a guarantee on, like, we're gonna get you in. We'll get you out. Because normally when I do that, then everything goes to shit, and I can't get you out until six hours. So I try not to jinx myself because I do believe in that. Speaker 1: I'm a little confused if I don't know they work. Speaker 2: Oh, because normally when I'm like, I'll get you out of here in an hour, that's when I have to go out and deal Speaker 1: with I I have go for a long time. Speaker 2: You, you you live in town. Right? Speaker 1: Yeah. Speaker 2: Okay. And you're gonna show up to court when they say Speaker 1: I mean, for sure. I mean, like, you guys called me, and I showed up. I Speaker 2: just don't know. Absolutely. And so that is my impression. So we we absolutely can release you. Speaker 1: Do I want the car? Speaker 2: Can you search him, and then we'll Yeah. Speaker 1: For sure. For sure. Right here or wait till he gets to the car? No. It doesn't be better, man. Like, I'm not I'm not worried about people. Speaker 0: Do you Speaker 1: have anything on you that's sick me, stab me, not anything like that? Everything that's in my pockets, he's got. Alright. I kind of figured that this might be a kind of thing. Speaker 2: Feet apart. You don't have to go super wide. Not Speaker 1: that drastic, man. Speaker 2: But just a little bit. Okay. Speaker 1: I'll check that for Speaker 2: you. Thank you. Speaker 1: Alright. Using the back of my hand, I'm gonna go up in between your legs. Speaker 2: Go ahead, man. Like, I'm I'm Speaker 1: not worried about what you guys are doing. I I know the procedure. Speaker 2: We try and give people a heads up. Speaker 1: Alright. I appreciate it. You can stand right back up, man. There we go. Okay. Alright. Which car would you like to take? Speaker 2: We can heads by car. Speaker 1: Okay. Alright. Cool. Speaker 0: Let's go. So Speaker 1: it's like the booking process is just like, do you get bored? I'll put one in here. Okay. Cool. Speaker 0: We have we only put one in each. So Yeah. Speaker 1: I mean, I Sounds good. Yeah. Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 2: Oh, I guess I didn't realize that was your car. Speaker 2: So we are basically taking a compilation of the various things that we were told and making decisions based off of that. Speaker 1: Yeah. Speaker 2: I Speaker 1: mean, I guess this doesn't matter that much. Like, I know where I'm going. You know what I'm saying? Right? Speaker 2: Well, you're not going to I'm Speaker 1: not going to jail, but I'm going to jail to court. Yeah. Speaker 2: Yeah. You're heading to a holding facility. We'll go on the other side. Speaker 1: K. Alright. We'll wait for this court to pass. Speaker 2: Yeah. Because we Speaker 1: Fortunately, people don't pay attention. Speaker 2: And they get really nervous around the house for some reason. Speaker 1: I can't imagine why. Speaker 2: Alright. Leave it Speaker 1: on your know while you're in the back, you're being audio and video recorded. Okay? Okay. Push on that light to the other side. Speaker 2: Oh, I'm gonna go. My bag. Here. Can you unlock it and then lock all the doors for me? K. Swing your feet out and watch your head as you get out. Speaker 1: No. Well, that would be pretty funny. Speaker 2: Funny for you, maybe. Speaker 1: Okay. Sorry. Speaker 2: You're fine. Speaker 1: Just trying to introduce a little humor. Right? Speaker 2: I I get it. I I appreciate it. I get Speaker 0: it. Okay. Speaker 1: I can shut up if you want me to. Speaker 2: No. You're fine. Alright. Thank you. Okay. We're gonna head inside. Speaker 1: Okay. Let's do it. Speaker 2: Watch your step. Thank you so much. Have a good night. You too. Thank you. Speaker 0: Yeah. Do have to go to the door? I do. Speaker 2: Oops. Sorry. And I'm just gonna have you stand in that what we call the pass through. Speaker 1: Stand right here. Speaker 2: No. You're gonna come over here, and I will meet you on the other side. Speaker 1: Okay. Speaker 0: No. I thought you Speaker 1: were putting stuff in there. Speaker 2: Oh, no. Well Speaker 0: Yeah. Remembered somewhere on the other side. Speaker 2: Camera on. Oh, sure. One next door to mine. Speaker 1: Alright. Last name? Paul, j o f f. First name? Gerald, g r a o g r a l t. Middle our middle name? Speaker 2: Right. I gotta get my guy. Speaker 1: Alright, Speaker 2: Patrick. Sorry. I want it. Yeah. Speaker 1: Yeah. I'll Speaker 2: have you stand over by the wall. Speaker 1: Go over there now. Yeah. Is it telephoto? Thought you're a professor. I'm a grad student. Oh, okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0: You're not Speaker 1: We'll deal with that stuff, I think, later on. Speaker 0: I already asked your buddy this question, so I'm gonna I'm gonna ask you as well. Yeah. Speaker 1: Go ahead. How reasonable do you think your actions are tonight? Well, do I think, like, on the verge of, like, unreasonable, but, like, I I I I wanna start if I'm Speaker 0: still covered. Like, very easily Let me paint you a different picture. Go ahead. Go ahead. Speaker 0: I I I really enjoy I I really like Nike. You have the right to defend yourself with Speaker 2: your problem. Speaker 1: I mean, like, is defending myself with my property, like, after it is off my head, I can throw hands? Speaker 0: So let me let me let me just end this for you because I don't I don't see us meeting to a common conclusion. I don't care what his hat says. You have no right to Speaker 1: touch him. Okay. I did not I at no point did I touch his body. I touched his That Speaker 0: is him. That is Speaker 1: him. Okay. I mean, maybe you know better than me, but to me, right Speaker 0: I I don't even Speaker 1: There's there's one decision that was made. Right? Speaker 0: I don't even like that's a law enforcement Speaker 2: Home enforcement. I will take that after we cleared the Speaker 1: holding facility. Five. Okay. Speaker 2: Mean, like I couldn't hear that. Speaker 1: Kindergarten in, like, first grade, kids act like this. Right? Speaker 0: And, like Exactly. Speaker 1: You're you're Speaker 0: to my point. Speaker 1: Yeah. And individuals act like this. Right? And it's like True and correct. Certain people, like, want to they put that on there because, like, they wanna get a rise out of people. Like you? Well, you got a rise out of me. I'll give them that. But, like, I wasn't trying to fight with him. Right? Like Before I knew it Speaker 0: was a question. Speaker 2: Sorry. I just have to get this done so that we can work on things. What is your And how tall are you? Speaker 1: Five eight? Five seven? I don't know. I'll be honest. I don't Speaker 2: I so I'm five six ish. How much Speaker 1: You guys telling me, man. I said five eight. Speaker 2: Five eight. Okay. Speaker 1: K. I think it's taller than I usually am. Speaker 2: How much do you weigh? Speaker 1: One seventy. Speaker 2: And you got hazel eyes? Speaker 1: Green eyes. Speaker 2: Green. Okay. Yeah. Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. No. This is tall. Speaker 0: Okay. Cool. Speaker 1: Cool. Can I have you stand up with me? Yep. Speaker 2: And when's your birthday? Speaker 1: 09/21/1998. We're gonna go into Sophie. Okay. So That just didn't hurt. Never mind. Sophie needs to Speaker 2: Go ahead and turn around. I'll take your handcuffs off. We're gonna go through your property and make sure that oh, you can release your hands. Speaker 0: I don't know Speaker 1: how. You said you seen them any more than they are now? So Speaker 2: just keep your hands relaxed, and Okay. Speaker 0: I'll let you Speaker 2: know when Relax Speaker 1: them as much as possible. Speaker 2: Alright. Speaker 0: Okay. Speaker 2: Okay. You can have a seat right there. Speaker 0: Okay. Sure. Bring it right. Speaker 2: Yeah. So I am gonna have you take your sweatshirt off. Speaker 0: Yeah. Do Speaker 2: you wanna finish going through this property? Okay. Yeah. And then I'll head up to do the noise complaint. Speaker 0: Thank you. Thank you. Speaker 2: Oh, and FYI, Jason Johansson's out front roaming around. No. There was nothing on the board for him. That goes on top of there. Sure. You okay. You have the keys? Speaker 0: Yeah. Speaker 2: Okay.

NEW: Washington State University(@WSUPullman) is facing enormous pressure to fire a communist instructor who allegedly roughed up a conservative student for wearing a Trump cap. Meanwhile, WA Democrats have yet to condemn this far-left political violence. https://t.co/aBylCxLMQ3

WSU student Jay Sonny says he was attacked by Patrick Mahoney and Gerald Hoff for wearing a Trump hat. The incident, caught on camera outside a campus bar, left Sonny with scrapes and bruises. Police arrested Mahoney and Hoff, who admitted to grabbing the hat and bringing Sonny to the ground but downplayed the assault. They face misdemeanor assault charges. Sonny believes his conservative views and involvement with Turning Point USA led to the attack, as Mahoney is a known far-left activist, a WSU graduate student and instructor, and a supporter of pro-Hamas protests and the communist party. Mahoney was temporarily suspended from his duties, but Sonny is speaking out against his possible reinstatement. Mahoney declined to comment. Hoff's LinkedIn indicates he is a WSU employee. The university would not comment on either's status. Despite the incident, Sonny continues to wear his MAGA hat. The university is preparing for a Turning Point USA event that is drawing threats of disruption.

NEW: Tesla road rage suspect Kamelia Enzler is now making global headlines for all the wrong reasons. The 55 year-old is facing charges for Malicious Mischief in the Third Degree for keying the electric vehicle in Issaquah, WA last week. According to Daily Mail Online, she's married to Jeff Enzler, the lead software engineer at DocuSign. The couple lives in a $1.5million home in Bellevue and she owns a fitness company called IPEAK FITNESS. Btw, not a single Seattle area news outlet has picked up on this story even after Issaquah PD sent out a press release corroborating my reporting. I wonder why?

Issaquah, WA police have charged 55-year-old Kamelia Enzler with Malicious Mischief for keying a Tesla, a case that gained significant attention online. Enzler, who lives nearby in Bellevue, was identified by neighbors who recognized her vehicle. She has since deleted her social media and is reportedly keeping a low profile. The Tesla owners wish to remain anonymous, and there was initial confusion about whether they filed a police report, which has since been clarified. Authorities state that the incident stemmed from road rage, not political motivations.

Enzler lives in Bellevue, which is only a 10 minute drive from the location of this incident. Several neighbors spotted her now infamous white Toyota 4Runner in the driveway with the matching license plate and bike rack. The Internet wins again. https://t.co/OuvSS81g5U

Enzler has wiped her social media profiles and is now laying low according to people who know her. https://t.co/x6DwF7JSqF

As for the actual Tesla owners, they want to remain anonymous. With that said, always follow up. Issaquah PD initially said the owners DID NOT file a police report. That did muddy the waters and implied to some that something was off with my reporting. But now cops say a report was filed right after the incident. Apparently wires got crossed. Without the viral video, there is a chance this does not get solved. Once again, I stand by all my reporting.

@choeshow - Jonathan Choe

As for the reason behind this keying incident, I don't think anyone really knows what was going on inside Enzler's head that day. But cops say this was not politically motivated since Enzler did not say anything related to hating Trump, Tesla, or Musk. PD says it was just road rage.

Seattle activists marched to the police guild HQ, but the building was empty. Residents criticized them for disrupting traffic and distorting the truth about the police. While acknowledging the need for accountability, they also appreciate the majority of officers who risk their lives daily. The activists were called out for using ChinatownID as a backdrop, and community members defended the neighborhood. The marchers exploited a tragic incident to push their defunding agenda. Seattle media ignored the far-left insanity. A truck driver who honked at protesters blocking traffic was praised. The activists' constant hijacking of causes was questioned.

@choeshow - Jonathan Choe Journalist (Seattle)

SEATTLE IS WAKING UP: On Saturday, the usual fringe group of FAR-LEFT activists along with ANTIFA militants marched to Seattle Police Officers Guild HQ to air out their grievances against the agency. The building was empty, so they were basically yelling into the air and pounding sand. Along the way, something unusual happened. Neighbors, business owners, and motorists blasted the marchers for holding up traffic and twisting the truth about police. The reasonable people of Seattle know SPD is not perfect and the bad apples need to be held accountable. Trust must also be rebuilt. But the community also knows the vast majority of officers do an incredible job each day, putting their lives on the line for others. And the reality is, being down more than 600 officers has contributed to the lawlessness in the city. The activists also got called out for using Chinatown-ID as a backdrop. If you recall during the height of Black Lives Matter protests in 2020, ANTIFA marched through the CID and trashed Asian immigrant owned businesses. Afterwards, Councilmember Tammy Morales(@CMTammyMorales, @TammyMoralesSEA) endorsed looting and destruction. That's why over the weekend, multiple community volunteers were on standby to defend the neighborhood and throw down. The protesters should be counting their blessings nothing happened to them. As usual, some of the green haired white kids started accosting me, and tried to prevent me from reporting what was actually happening on the ground. But they were in my CID hood. The moment these nut jobs wearing ninja outfits chased me down the street, several guys in the community came out to defend me. Finally, the marchers also got called out for using the name of Jaahnavi Kandula to further their failed "defund the police" agenda. Kandula was the young student tragically killed by a police cruiser speeding to an emergency call earlier this year. Once again, the reasonable people of this city are patiently waiting for all investigations to play out. They also know the controversies related to this incident are not representative of every SPD officer. On a side note, none of the other Seattle media outlets mentioned the FAR-LEFT insanity at this rally. And they certainly did not feature the voices of the reasonable people of Seattle who are now tired of this Marxist/Socialist/Commie nonsense. All politicians should take note, hitching your wagon to this lunacy is now a massive liability. Stop the virtue signaling, just show up and serve your community. *Btw, that SDOT truck driver is a hero for blasting his horn at the protesters blocking traffic. They're the same activist crew associated with Stop The Sweeps Seattle. l also want to give a shout out to my man who advised these kids to go, "lay the fuck down and play some Fortnite or some shit." And fair question, why is there always a pride flag being flown at these FAR LEFT anti-cop rallies? Whatever happened to all their Black Lives Matter flags? It's like they always hijack someone else's cause to further their agenda. #Seattle #KingCounty #Police #Crime #Antifa #Protest @mayorofseattle @govinslee @kcexec @seattlecouncil @kccouncil @cmsaranelson @CMTMosqueda @cmdanstrauss @cmandrewjlewis @cmkshama @lisa_herbold @seattlepd @SPOG1952 @downtownseattle @VisitSeattle @SeattleChamber
