2/ “Your microbiome is your immunity.” - Dr. Sabine Hazan. Let’s follow her amazing findings and information… The source/place these good microbes live is to great extent, in our GUT. (GI tract - from our mouth, to esophagus, to stomach, to small intestine to large intestine/colon and rectum.). Two VERY important microbes that YOU NEED to have living in your gut: -Bifidobacteria (“Bifido”) -Lactobacillus strains Bifido are one of the most beneficial bacteria in your gut. “Out of 1000 [patient] samples we’ve analyzed in the last year, less than 5% had bifidobacteria, and 1 out of 1000 had lactobacillus in them,” reports Dr, Hazan. NO WONDER PEOPLE ARE SICK!!! We don’t have the bacteria we NEED!!

3/ THE MICROBIOME FIRST, WHAT IS THE MICROBIOME? it is made up of microbes WHICH include ALL microorganisms, bacteria, viruses, fungi, protozoa, that live in your body. SECOND, WHERE IS THE MICROBIOME? Your microbiome is in your gut, skin, mouth, lungs and reproductive organs, with the gut being the largest mass of the microbiome. THIRD, WHAT IS THE ROLE OF YOUR MICROBIOME? 4/ WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE MISSING KEY MICROBES, BIFIDO AND LACTOBACILLUS? The wrong microbes in your MICROBIOME is called “gut Dysbiosis.” Dr. Hazan found that “gut dysbiosis is present in Long-COVID oatients. She confirmed in larger studies that Long-COVID patients may be treated for dysbiosis to alleviate this condition’s symptoms. (Amer College Gastroenterology. Hazan, et al. 5/ SO HOW DOES THE COVID VIRUS AND C19vaccine FIT INTO THIS PROBLEM? Dr. Hazan says: -COVID-19 virus often starts in the GUT— not the lungs. -Patients with severe C19 were missing bifido in their stools. -Diarrhea emits Evaporated Virus → Inhaled by other people →INFECTION -Airplane bathrooms may be a major transmission hub-not just coughing passengers. - "There's a smell to COVID stools... I can tell if someone with COVID was just in the bathroom.” Says Dr. Hazan. -A game-changer in how we understand spread. -Are we looking in the wrong places? As to the vaccine: Dr.H tested her MD colleagues BEFORE and AFTER they got their mandated vaccine (for their jobs) and said that the mRNA killed their bifido.

HOW CAN I INCREASE BIFIDOBACTERIA IN MY GUT/BODY? 7/ WHAT YOU CAN EAT to increase your bifido: -Probiotic supplements WITH HIGHEST LEVELS of bifido and lactobacillus. are Kombucha and other fermented foods like yogurt, kefir and kimchi, . Dr. Hazan tested probiotic capsules and yogurts and explains: -16 out of 17 probiotic capsules she's tested lack bifidobacteria. 'I don't just say this about yogurt or kefir—it's the probiotic capsules, too,' -‘A study linked yogurt to lower colon cancer rates, but they didn't test the yogurt or the patients' microbiomes,' she points out. -Loss of bifidobacteria is tied to invasive cancer, yet even the 'right' yogurt may not help. Why? 'It's more complicated, 'Drinking a gallon of kefir doesn't guarantee it implants in your gut. -For one, Your kefir and/or yogurt must have active cultures of bifido and lactobacilli. -Foods with high levels of the microbes, particularly: -high fiber foods, like blueberries, artichokes, cranberries, apples all make bifido thrive. -prebiotic foods (pre = before the probiotics), like onions, garlic, bananas. -polyphenols - plant phenols that your gut bacteria use, including flavonols, cyanidin, tannins and quercetin. found in tea and fruits, citrus and grapes and berries, apples, cocoa, and flax seed. -cranberries and cranberry extract—study at Laval University and published in Nature Partner Journal showed cranberry extract for 4 days can significantly boost bifido right away! (Bayer is replacing Glyphosate weedkiller with DIQUAT, which is even more neurotoxic, and The Guardian reporting on this replacement, called it a “regrettable substitution.” . -Buy local from farmers who do not use weedkillers/herbicides and pesticides. -Reduce your exposure to glyphosate and Diquat, other herbicides: Avoid flours wherever possible. -Dr. Mercola, @mercola says, “Flood your body with glycine - it may help provide some protection from glyphosate.” (Dr. Stephanie Seneff, @StephanieSeneff, a senior research scientist at MIT has studied glyphosate for many years, and may know more about it than anyone. She says, “ONE of the ways glyphosate is harmful is via disruption of glycine homeostasis.” Dr. Mercola explains that Glyphosate has a glycine molecule as part of its structure (hence the “gly”in glyphosate). Glycine is a very common amino acid your body uses to make proteins. Dr Seneff explains that your body can substitute glyphosate and its metabolite aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA) into peptides and proteins, which results in DAMAGED peptides and proteins being produced.

8/ HOW else to strengthen your microbiome? 1. DO NOT TAKE any (more) mRNA VACCINES!!!! 2. stay healthy - illness depletes the microbiome 3. have a healthy lifestyle: diet, exercise prayer /meditation (An EpochTimes article explains stress relief can modify the microbiome for the better! Gratitude maintain a healthy weight. -exercise - studies suggest that exercise may increase bifido by enhancing beneficial bacteria over pathogenic bacteria 5. breastfeed your baby to increase his or her bifidobacteria. 6. have vaginal birth because your baby will have more bifido than with C-section. -hat tip to article by Caitlin Morgan, 2021. 7. take no prescription medications or as FEW AS POSSIBLE - these often kill your microbiome. Antibiotics for example… 8. Get/Supplement Vitamin C and take Ivermectin. Dr. Hazan says both increase the level of bifido! IN FACT, SPECIFICALLY, -Ivermectin (IVM) increases bifido within 24 hours of taking it. (IVM is a fermented product of a bacteria similar to bifido.) IN CLOSING, “If you're healthy, [survive pandemics and other illnesses,] and feel good, THEN - keep doing what works. Your gut knows. Testing isn't always needed when instinct aligns with results,” says Dr. Hazan.
