You want to lose FAT not weight. You burn fat while at rest not while exercising. 😳 ⭐️⭐️Gary Brecka is spot on, ⭐️⭐️ https://t.co/uIDCq13Geh

Video Transcript AI Summary
To burn fat, it's important to understand how the body burns energy. The body first uses sugar in the blood as an energy source, and insulin blocks other forms of energy utilization. After sugar, the body taps into glycogen stored in the liver and muscles. When glycogen runs out, the body can get energy from lean muscle or fat. Many people make the mistake of exercising without enough sugar in their bloodstream, leading to the body breaking down lean muscle for energy. To effectively lose fat, try the 30-30-30 method: consume 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up, followed by 30 minutes of steady-state cardio exercise. Additionally, check hormone levels as high estrogen can cause water retention.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: You burn fat at rest. You do not burn fat during exercise. There are a whole lot of myths about weight gain, but I'm gonna clear this up for you right now. You see, once we understand the physiological rules of how the body burns energy, we can strip fat off our body. So when most people say I wanna lose weight, they really mean I wanna lose fat. So here is how your body burns energy. By the way, there are no exceptions to this rule. Here's how your body burns energy. If you have sugar in your blood, which is glucose, your body will always go to that energy source first. In fact, when sugar rises in your blood, your body secretes something called insulin. Most people think the primary role of insulin is to lower blood sugar. That's not true. Primary role of insulin is to block any other form of energy utilization in the body. If insulin is high, you cannot burn fat. So sugar will burn out of your first, the next source of energy is something called glycogen. That's stored sugar stored in your liver, stored in your muscles. You have a 20 minute reserve of glycogen in your body, And then your body can get energy from lean muscle or it can get energy from fat. This is where everybody makes the biggest steak in trying to lose weight. So I have women all the time coming into the clinic and say, Gary, I don't get it. I wake up in the morning. I'm fasted. I have a cup of black coffee. I go to Orangetheory. I go hammer down for 55 minutes. I've been doing that 5 days a week for 3 months. I haven't lost a single pound. How is that possible? Like, I'm not even eating. I go, well, you're not eating, but your body is. It's just eating you. Because what happens when you don't have any sugar in your bloodstream is you get to the gym, and now you have a 20 minute reserve of glycogen. 20 minutes into your workout, you're out of energy. Your body needs energy now. It takes 3 minutes to liquefy lean muscle. It takes 5 hours to turn fat into energy. Where do you think your body's getting energy? Burning your own lean muscle. So what happens is you're going hammer down on the treadmill. You are actually digesting your own lean muscle. And then that night, you're building it back. And then the next that you work out, and then you build it back, and you work out, and you build it back. So I'm gonna tell you something. There's something called 30, 30, 30. I've never seen anything in my life strip fat off of a human being faster than this. I wish I could have patented. There's an entire book written by Tim Ferriss called The 4 Hour Body explaining this whole theory. It says 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking Followed by 30 minutes of steady state cardiovascular exercise. Steady state cardio is where your heart rate is at or below a 135 beats a minute. You should be able to walk on the phone, read a Kindle. You are not panting. Right? As soon as you go hammer down, your body switches sources. Do that for a month and watch it This one. The second thing that you need to do, look at your blood work and look at your hormone levels because if estrogen gin is high, but it will also hold water.

Root Canals are dangerous Barbara O’Neil explains why.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Root canals and mercury fillings are the most dangerous things for oral health. Root canals create a dead tooth, allowing microbes to thrive without blood or lymph to clean it. Infections can occur, and the body may reject the dead tooth. Discoloration or tenderness in a root canal filling should prompt immediate removal. Even if there are no apparent issues, it is still recommended to have them removed. Mercury fillings, which are neurotoxic, can slowly leach into the body and cause illness. They were banned in some countries and were only legalized in the US in the 1920s. Mercury is the leading cause of multiple sclerosis. Crowns may or may not be problematic, depending on what is underneath them. X-rays can help determine the best course of action.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: The most dangerous thing you can have in your mouth is root canals and the reason for this is a root canal filling is a dead tooth. So there's your jaw, there's the tooth, and it's connected by a periodontal ligament. I'll give it another color, so that's the periodontal ligament that's connecting it. Now when someone's got a root canal filling, The root has been taken out so there is now no blood, no lymph going through that tooth to clean it, and the inside of a tooth is like honeycomb. So you just picture this dead tooth in your mouth, no blood, no lymph, microbes can live in there. Not only this, the body tries to reject something dead so an infection can be set up here. And sometimes you don't know because you've got No nerves or feeling in that tooth. I've got a book at home called Root Canal Cover Up and it's by the head of the Orthodontic Association in America. He's written a book. Well, he's not the head anymore of how dangerous root canals are. So that What you've got here, that's the jawbone. You've got you've got blood. Let's say that's blood, and you've got your lymphatic system also So going through there. So if that gets rotten, it can affect your lymphatic system. It can affect your blood system, and it can make a Person very sick, just a root canal filling. So I say to people, if you've got a root canal filling that it is all tender at all tender, If it has any discoloration, my advice is try and get it out this week. If you have root canal fillings that don't appear to be a problem, I would still get them out because they are a piece of dead teeth tooth. And if your dentist says, this is ridiculous. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that tooth. I'm not gonna do it. I would Say, well, if you don't do it, I'll go to someone that will. It's your mouth. It's your tooth. But you put root canal fillings into the web and you'll get a whole lot of scary stories coming out of there. So the root canal fillings are dangerous for many reasons. Another one is that every tooth has a link for different parts of the body. So So a person can have, you know, kidneys not working well because the tooth that has the connection to the kidney part has a root canal in it. Now the other danger in the mouth is mercury fillings. Mercury is a neurotoxin. There is no safe dose of that. In some countries, mercury fillings are totally banned and they were banned in America for 300 years till the 1920s. Three 3, dentists came over from Europe and started their own dental association where they legalized mercury. They don't even look nice, do they? The mercury fillings are the silver colored fillings. Now mercury little by little leaches into the body and it's a neurotoxin So some people can be sick especially if someone says, but I'm doing everything right. And then I ask Any mold exposure? No. Chemical exposure? No. Have you got any root canal fillings? Yes. Have you got any mercury in your mouth? Yes. And mercury is the number one cause of multiple sclerosis because it eats away that myelin sheath. Now crowns, I I am not sure on a crown. It would depend what was under the crown, if there was mercury under the crown, if there was a root caneling canal under the crown. So basically, I think for the person asking this question, it would be good maybe for them to have an x-ray of the tooth to just see Exactly what's happening under them. But if there's if it's a dead tooth, if it's root canal underneath or mercury, then it would certainly be better to to have it out.

Do you suffer from PSORIASIS and/or ECZEMA? Follow this Natural Remedy! Part 1, 2, and 3 in THREAD

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker emphasizes the importance of allowing the skin to breathe and throw off waste. They discuss how the skin absorbs substances and caution against touching or using products that may inhibit its functions. The focus of the presentation is on two common skin diseases, psoriasis and eczema. The speaker shares stories of individuals who have successfully conquered these conditions by making dietary changes, such as avoiding dairy, wheat, refined sugar, and peanuts. They also mention the potential role of environmental factors like mold and chemicals. The speaker advises against using topical remedies and suggests using ice for relief from itching.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Very important. Remember what skin does? We've looked at that in a few other presentation. It breathes, which means it cannot be blocked because it's breathing. And apparently, when they painted the model for for the James Bond movie Goldfinger, they had to paint the front part of her gold and film it, wash that off and paint the back part gold and then film it because you can't cover the whole skin or the person will die. It breathes, the skin breathes, so be very mindful to allow your skin to breathe. The skin also throws off waste, another reason why the skin should be allowed to have as much air and and probably play, I suppose, as much as possible, so be careful what you're putting on the skin because it can inhibit its ability to breathe and it can also inhibit its ability to throw off waste and the skin also absorbs, another reason why we should be careful what we touch. I was consulting with a lady, she was only in her early forties, who'd had a stroke. So I was immediately intrigued why did she have a stroke. She's a chemist or a pharmacist and she was from one of the Caribbean islands, and she said she mixes all the tablets up together with bare hands, so the chemicals from the, from the tablets are all going into her hands. The same thing happened, I met a vet once, a vet nurse, and she did the same thing and she had major liver problems. You see the skin absorbs, so one must be very careful as to what one touches and also what one puts on their skin, but what I want to target in this presentation is two sadly very common diseases today called psoriasis and eczema. Eczema is usually the name given for a baby or a child, and psoriasis is usually the name given to the skin disease in in the latter years. When I say latter years, I don't mean the elderly years, I'm probably meaning latter past teenage years. So getting into the 20s, 30s, 40s, it's often called psoriasis and I've seen many people suffer extremely with this and again we need to know why because remember Newton's third law of motion that to every action there is an equal and an opposite reaction. So as I go through this presentation looking at some of the causes, I'm gonna be using a couple of stories of people that have come across my path, and the factors that came together to cause their psoriasis. And I'm also going to be, as I weave through this story, show you how they totally conquered it. Did you hear that? Every case of psoriasis eczema that I have come across they have been able to conquer it, but I think what we'll do is we'll begin with the babies. So if a baby has psoriasis I begin to investigate, I talked to the mother and I say to the mother, is the baby bottle fed? And if the baby is bottle fed, I inquire as to the type of milk the baby's on, and if the mother says it's on a cow's milk formula then my suggestion is to change over to a goat's milk formula. I don't know about other countries, but I know in Australia you can buy some very nice goat milk formulas. In fact, I think 3 of my grandchildren were raised on the goat milk formulas so you can get some very good ones. So go over to the goat milk formula because an allergy to dairy is one of the big factors in the skin diseases, and if the mother is breastfeeding, then I inquire to the mother if the mother's having dairy. Another factor can be wheat, the hybridized wheat, we looked at that in an earlier lecture, how the wheat was hybridized in the 1950s, so created a a structure in the protein or the gluten part of the, of the wheat that is very, very difficult to fully break down for the body and if it's not fully broken down by the body, gets into the blood, then antibodies are created, and you get this whole this whole reaction in the body, and it's one of the contributing factors to eczema. So I'll give you the story of 1 lady, and she said, yes. I I am having wheat. Yes. I am having dairy. Refined sugar. She said, no. I don't have refined sugar. Peanuts. Peanuts can be another factor. So I suggest that she have the almond milk instead of the, peanut butter, so almond butter instead of peanut butter and almond or organic soy milk instead of dairy milk and for the wheat, I said initially it would be good to go off all bred. Now once the baby's eczema is conquered you could start with the ancient grain breads, but initially to stop all breads. So she can eat rice, she can eat millet, and buckwheat, there are many grains she could eat. After 1 month the mother sent me a picture and the baby still had patches of eczema on it. The baby was about 8 months of age and I said, please keep going, please don't give up because a slice of bread can be out of your body within 24 hours but the effect can remain for even up to 2 months. At 2 months I get an email with photographs of a baby with no eczema. She said, thank thank you so much. I I I didn't realize, and, of course, most people don't realize it. And there are ladies that are breastfeeding their babies, and they're eating dairy, and they're eating wheat, and their baby doesn't have eczema. I find that when a situation arises in the body there can be many factors. That's why these 8 laws are used as the investigators, are they having fresh air? Another lady told me that her baby developed eczema when they went into a new house and when we investigated in the house, the little cot where her baby slept, there was black mold. Now it wasn't there when she prefers to put the cot there, but they found out there was a leaking tap behind the wall and because the cot was nestled into the corner and had the bedding in there that they never saw it. Another lady told me that her baby developed eczema after they moved into a new house and the baby was always sick, so I, I suggested that they go to the real estate and find out if the house was sprayed. Sometimes houses were sprayed with strong chemicals just before the person moves in and she found out that was the case, and the baby felt it more than anyone because the baby was crawling down down on the floor, and the baby had no eczema until they'd gone into that house. So that's a fairly obvious connection. It could be chemicals, it could be moulds, these can be contributing factors. Definitely there's usually an inherited factor, but remember genetics loads the gun but it is lifestyle that pulls the trigger, so you can have a whole family move into into a house that has just been sprayed with with, chemicals not long before, and the crawling baby will feel it more because they're crawling on the on the floor, and the parents didn't realize the danger because they thought well this is a great floor, it's a wooden floor, which means that it will be healthy, but then one also has to investigate where there are chemicals in the in the lacquer that was used to paint the floor, so there are many factors that come in, that's why we should all be private investigators investigating why these things are so. So let's move on to the adults, but before I go on to the adults, I'll just have 1 more story, and it was a guest that came to our health retreat about 3 years ago. She said, my grandson had eczema and my daughter took him to a a pediatrician, and this pediatrician was known to be more on the natural side. He wasn't ready to do drugs like others may be, and and the pediatrician said to her daughter, remember the daughter of the guest that was with us, stop the wheat, dairy, refined sugar, peanuts and oats. Isn't it nice to hear that there are pediatricians who are recognising the role that the the food has to play? She said, my son totally recovered from his eczema, and that, she said, that's, as you have just explained, it took about 2 months. If the baby doesn't recover in 2 months then you would investigate a moles factor or a, a chemical factor could come into play there. What can you do meanwhile? Is there anything you can put on the skin? Well, unfortunately there isn't because it's from the inside. Now, a little coconut oil might bring a little relief, sometimes aloe vera can bring a little relief, if the baby's itching, ice. Ice is the best. If you scratch and itch, it feels good, but then after you've scratched it, oh, dear. It's even itchier and even now it's hurting and maybe the the skin is broken. But if you
