Elon Musk expressed surprise regarding Judge Beryl A. Howell, an Obama appointee known for opposing Donald Trump. A user highlighted five significant rulings by Howell against Trump: blocking parts of an executive order targeting Perkins Coie, ordering Trump lawyers to testify in the January 6 probe, upholding a subpoena for Trump Hotel records, holding Trump in contempt for non-compliance with a grand jury subpoena, and rejecting Trump's attempt to block access to White House records related to the January 6 Committee.

It's DC's Judge Howell again. Judge Howell (Obama appointed) has always fought anything Trump does. Here are five notable rulings by U.S. District Judge Beryl A. Howell against Donald Trump or his administration: March 12, 2025 - Perkins Coie Executive Order: Howell blocked parts of Trump’s March 6 order targeting Perkins Coie, halting contract terminations and access bans. She ruled it violated free speech and due process, deeming it a loyalty punishment, though security clearance restrictions await further review. November 18, 2022 - Trump Attorney Testimony: Howell ordered Trump lawyers, including Evan Corcoran, to testify in a January 6 probe, rejecting privilege claims. She found evidence of potential crimes (obstruction, fraud) in Mar-a-Lago document handling, advancing Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation. August 31, 2021 - Trump Hotel Records: Howell upheld a House subpoena for Trump Organization’s D.C. hotel financials, dismissing executive privilege. She ruled Congress had a legitimate need to probe conflicts of interest during Trump’s presidency, favoring oversight over privacy claims. December 9, 2022 - Trump Contempt Ruling: Howell held Trump’s office in contempt for failing to fully comply with a grand jury subpoena for classified documents. She imposed no immediate penalty but warned of sanctions, escalating pressure in the Mar-a-Lago investigation. October 29, 2021 - Trump White House Records: Howell rejected Trump’s bid to block January 6 Committee access to White House records, denying executive privilege. She ruled Biden’s waiver and Congress’s need to investigate the Capitol riot outweighed Trump’s claims, releasing call logs and memos.

CHICAGO MAYOR BRANDON JOHNSON TO CONGRESS: The city is safer because of our welcoming city ordinance [sanctuary status]. There is trust between cities, residents, and the police, undocumented immigrants come forward to report crimes. https://t.co/HfwAcDuEL6

Video Transcript AI Summary
Our efforts to enhance public safety through community trust and investment are yielding positive results. Chicago concluded 2024 with its lowest homicide rate in five years, marking a significant decrease in violent crime. Our welcoming city ordinance plays a crucial role in this achievement, ensuring that police resources are directed towards local priorities. For forty years, Chicago's leaders have understood that our approach to civil immigration matters aids in crime prevention and resolution. Actions that heighten deportation fears undermine public safety by deterring witnesses and victims from cooperating with law enforcement. Cooperation from all residents, irrespective of immigration status, is vital for reducing crime and delivering justice. Trust between residents and the police encourages undocumented immigrants to report crimes and provide crucial information, ultimately helping us solve cases.

The American people will not accept an unelected group controlling the executive branch. Innovation is important, but public institutions like Social Security, Medicare, and national defense serve the well-being of the citizens. The public deserves a voice in these matters. Elections reflect the will of the people, and just because one viewpoint wins does not mean we abandon democracy. We cannot replace centuries of democratic practice with a small group that believes it knows better than the collective wisdom of the American populace.

But mister Musk, this isn't a tech startup. These are public institutions that deal with things like social security and Medicare and national defense and provide for the well-being of the American people. And the American people have a right to be part of that debate. Part of that debate. The elections occurred and once one viewpoint got a few more votes than the other, but that doesn't mean we throw out democracy. That doesn't mean what's been done for centuries in this country should just go out the window and be substituted by a small group of people who think they know a lot more than the wisdom of the American people.

I shared a post highlighting Catherine Herridge's reporting on the Army and National Guard's treatment of a 24-year-old soldier, Karoline Stancik, who has a serious heart condition linked to the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine. New military records confirm her injury was "In Line of Duty," detailing complications after her second dose of the Moderna vaccine. Despite the situation, Moderna has not responded to inquiries, leaving her with over $70,000 in medical debt. This is the first episode titled “The Cost of Following Orders.”

I am 24 years old and have suffered three heart attacks and a mini stroke, now needing a pacemaker. I believe the COVID vaccine is to blame. I had no heart issues before joining the military, but after receiving the vaccine, my health deteriorated significantly. Despite my struggles, the Army took 19 months to acknowledge my condition as related to the vaccine. I faced neglect and lost my health insurance, accumulating over $70,000 in medical debt. I experienced severe health crises, including suicidal thoughts. Finally, in October 2023, the Army recognized my heart injury as in the line of duty, which is crucial for my benefits. I hope this recognition helps others who feel vaccine-injured. The cost of following orders has been my whole life, and I feel abandoned by the Army and National Guard.

Speaker 0: I am 24 years old. I have had 3 heart attacks, a mini stroke, and I am now getting a pacemaker. What's to blame? The COVID vaccine, and that's when everything flipped upside down for me. Speaker 1: So is this army memo an acknowledgment that your heart condition is the result of the COVID vaccine? It 100% is. Were you left behind by the army and the national guard? Speaker 0: I was left behind and trampled. Speaker 2: Meet Carolina Stancic, a specialist in the army national guard. She takes 27 pills every day after suffering her first heart attack while on active duty. Speaker 1: Did you have heart issues before you joined the military? Not a single heart issue. I could run 10 miles at a Speaker 0: time and play basketball, and now I Speaker 1: have trouble just standing up. What's to blame? Speaker 0: I mean, the only thing that would have changed was the COVID vaccine, and that's when everything flipped upside down for me. Speaker 2: Government records obtained by our investigative team confirm Stancic has a serious heart condition, and her case may open the door to service members who believe they were harmed by the defense department's COVID vaccine mandate. Speaker 1: According to this army memo, your debilitating heart condition can be caused by either COVID 19 infection or the COVID 19 vaccine. Have you ever tested positive for COVID 19? Speaker 0: I don't have a single positive test for COVID 19. Speaker 1: So is this Army memo an acknowledgment that your heart condition is the result of the COVID vaccine? Speaker 0: It 100% is an acknowledgment that it was a result of a vaccine. Speaker 1: How hard did you have to fight within the bureaucracy to get this memo? It really was a 19 month grueling process. Does, the Defense Department have a special responsibility to you and others who believe their COVID vaccine injured? They're fully responsible. Speaker 0: I was neglected, and the medical care that I needed to get was not happening. And so the damage was more by delaying the response. Speaker 2: Born in Lithuania, Carolina and her brother were adopted in 2003 by Lisa Stancic. 2 decades later in college, she enlisted, inspired to serve by her grandfather, a World War 2 veteran. Speaker 0: I always looked up to him. He was a great leader, great role model, and I wanted to go ahead and follow in his footsteps. Speaker 2: In early 2021, she received her first COVID shot. Speaker 0: I received Moderna 1 and 2. What was the reaction? Cough, chest pain, sinus, pressure. There was, like, a headache. Speaker 2: A month later, she received a second COVID shot. The reaction was intense. Speaker 0: I was experiencing severe neuropathic pain. Felt like burning sensation throughout my whole body. And I was having chest pain, breathing issues, and really high heart rate and dizziness. It felt like a balloon was blowing up in my chest. Speaker 2: Military records independently reviewed by our team confirm a debilitating heart condition known as postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome or POTS. Speaker 0: It's where your heart and your blood pressure don't work in accordance with each other. Speaker 1: What does it mean day Speaker 0: to day? Day to day, you don't know what's gonna happen. Right? And so I will wake up. My heart rate will hit the 180s, 190s. Speaker 2: On social media, Stancic documented her struggle to get an accurate diagnosis and timely medical help. Speaker 0: I don't know if I sound good or not. I feel like I can't breathe. Speaker 2: In April 2022, Stancic was released from active duty and told us she lost her health insurance and about $33100 in monthly income. Speaker 1: I would say it's a culture Speaker 0: of silence, but also at the same time, there's a fear of retaliation from the military and the government. Speaker 3: Having served for 21 years myself and having, in a in a role most of that time as an officer, it's absolutely abhorrent to me that we would treat any young service member this way. Speaker 2: Jeremy Sorensen served in the Air National Guard as an f 16 and f 10 pilot and now advocates for service members through usjag.org. Speaker 1: Wait wait a second. Someone understands something. So you've got a 24 year old who followed orders, got the COVID vaccine, believe she's COVID vaccine injured, and that's not in the line of duty? Speaker 3: Well, by law, it's in the line of duty. But the army and the national guard abandoned Carolina Stancic for 19 months. Speaker 2: Sorenson says the army and national guard were obligated to retain Stancic until she was better and returned to duty, or she would go through a disability evaluation. Speaker 3: Her case is representative of 100, possibly 1,000 of other vaccine injury cases, but moreover, it's very indicative of the systemic problem of the Department of Defense abandoning injured service members. The vaccine injuries are also very, very political, and the leadership in the defense department did not wanna address that and still does not wanna address that maybe we hurt our own people. Speaker 1: Just wanna be clear, are you saying the US defense department is not taking care of its people? Speaker 3: 100%. Speaker 2: No longer on active duty, Stanzic faced more than $70,000 of medical debt. Speaker 1: Have you been homeless? Speaker 0: About 3 weeks, I was living out of my car, driving up and down the coast, trying to get medical care. Speaker 2: When Stancic eventually settled in Florida, things got worse. Speaker 1: What happened here in September of 2023? Speaker 0: I was going through a really severe flare up where my heart and my blood pressure were just all over the place. Just black out, didn't know what happened, and woke up at the bottom Speaker 3: of the stairs. Speaker 1: You could you could have killed yourself. Speaker 0: Right. Exactly. And that's what I fear. Speaker 1: And I would just wanna read you some text messages that you've, shared with us. I've said it before, but if I was alone, I'd 1000% consider a permanent exit. Did you seriously consider suicide? I did. Speaker 0: I talked about it with my cardiologist, and I just told her, like, I'm ready for this to just be done. Like, I don't know how much longer I can take this. Speaker 1: I can see the tears in your eyes when you're talking about it. Speaker 0: I've been through multiple therapists, and I was denied, mental health care because they said until the stuff with the military gets resolved, like, we can't help you. Speaker 1: The text hit Sorenson hard. Speaker 3: The issue of suicide, which the defense department likes to tout that they're doing something about, and then they throw service members into the position that Carolina Stancic is in. Speaker 1: Did they throw Carolina Stancic away? Speaker 3: They did. She was discarded as trash. Speaker 2: Finally, in October 2023, the Army Human Resources Command concluded. Stancic's heart injury was considered in line of duty by the preponderance of evidence. Speaker 1: The memo states research has confirmed a link between COVID 19 infection and a debilitating heart condition called POTS. POTS was also linked to a lesser degree to COVID-nineteen vaccination. Speaker 0: I jumped to the part where it talks about vaccine, and I was like, that is exactly right. You read that section and you said, that's me. Speaker 1: That is me. I'm vaccine injured. Exactly. And how important is that service connection? Service connection gets you benefits when Speaker 0: you get out of the military. And so without that, I would not get any benefits for these conditions. Speaker 1: Does this army memo open the door to recognizing other service members who believe they are COVID vaccine injured? Speaker 0: I really am hopeful that this will provide them the help and care they need. Speaker 3: I can't understand. I can't explain how any military officer could mistreat our service members like has happened to specialist Stancic. It hurts me deeply because it takes away my faith in our own defense department, our own government, which I swore to to, to serve, and I would willingly do that again. But I'll tell you what, I wouldn't recommend anybody else do it. Speaker 1: That's a very hard thing to say. I know that. Speaker 0: That's alright. Yeah. Speaker 1: Just take a minute. Speaker 2: When our team recently interviewed Stancic, she faced another medical crisis. Speaker 1: We are sitting down just days before you're having major heart surgery. Speaker 0: I'm getting a pacemaker in 2 days. Speaker 1: How does it happen at 24? It's Speaker 0: like, that's not what I expected for myself. I thought I was going to be doing marathons. And I'm literally sitting here, like, not allowed to drive. Speaker 1: You know, based on interviews you've given previously, one criticism is that you're an anti vaxxer. Another criticism would be that you're doing this story because you're trying to push an anti vaccine agenda. Speaker 0: That is not the case. My story, my health is my own. I've had to live these traumas. And so I would never want to ever see someone go through the same thing as me. Speaker 1: For service members who believe they've been COVID vaccine injured, what's the cost of coming forward? Speaker 3: Cost coming forward for those who have been vaccine injured is probably greater than other injuries because of the political environment and the stigma around not following the order to get a vaccine or for speaking up against the vaccine itself after getting it? Speaker 1: What was the cost of following orders? Speaker 0: I mean, it pretty much cost my whole life. And obviously, I'm not the same person. Speaker 1: It's a sacred military pledge to leave no one behind. Were you left behind by the Army and the National Guard? I was left behind and Speaker 0: trampled. They watched it. They came back, walked all over me, and then left again. Speaker 1: That's a very serious charge. Speaker 0: I'm very serious when I say it.

Preemptive pardons are proof of guilt, right Dems? Right media? Right? https://t.co/yu0ktHzbiW

Video Transcript AI Summary
Have you ever heard of someone innocent receiving a preemptive pardon? It seems unlikely, especially when it involves the president's family and associates. Seeking such pardons raises questions about guilt; if someone is innocent, why would they need one? Preemptive pardons suggest that crimes may have occurred, even if they are not publicly known. If the president were to issue these pardons, it might be framed as protecting his family from external threats. However, the underlying concern appears to be about his own and his family's legal troubles. The idea of a permanent pardon for individuals like Rudy Giuliani and the president's children is troubling, especially if they haven't been convicted of any crimes. Many would interpret these pardons as an admission of guilt.

Speaker 0: Have you ever heard of somebody getting a preemptive pardon who was innocent of all crime? Who's just an innocent person? Have you ever heard of that? Just somebody getting a blanket pardon and they're an innocent person? Speaker 1: But no. It's the president's own family. It's, people that have been covering up for the president, in addition to his own family. Speaker 2: Is there an innocent explanation for someone to seek preemptive pardons for family members. Would you do that, if you knew you were innocent and just worried about outside forces? Speaker 3: The the answer to that is gonna be, no. If you haven't done anything wrong, you sit there and go, what do you need a preemptive pardon for? Speaker 4: If he pardons people preemptively, he's essentially telling the public that these people have committed crimes. And we may not be aware of what they are, but the pardon is clear evidence that crimes have been committed. Speaker 5: I imagine if he decides to issue these preemptive pardons, it will be cast in a way that he is protecting his family and protecting their reputations from, you know, villainous exterior forces that are against him. Speaker 6: First off, we should just take a deep breath and acknowledge, the audacity of a president Speaker 7: who's so clearly concerned about his own criminal culpability and Speaker 6: that of his family. Concerned about his own criminal culpability and that of his family members that pardons are a major obsession with him. Speaker 7: The idea of a kind of prospective pardon, this sort of permanent federal get out of jail free card, that that seems to be what we're talking about in the case of this, right, with Giuliani and his 3 eldest children who, as far we know, don't have not been convicted of a crime. Maybe they've committed a lot, and they don't they don't wanna face action. I don't know. It's weird. I wouldn't ask for a pardon. I don't think I deserve one because I don't think I've done anything criminal. But, like, where does that come from? That concept you can just kind of wave your magic pardon wand. Speaker 8: We have Tish James. We have Xavier Pizzera. Mimi Roca is literally my TA in my town. There there will be opportunities to prosecute these people regardless if they if they abuse the pardon power as they are thinking. Hopefully, Ellie, there will be a sky fall on this entire crime family, and there will be another day for them to die. Speaker 9: The president, does indeed pardon, let's say, Rudy Giuliani or any members of his family. Would you see that, and I asked Preet Bharara this question, as essentially an admission of guilt? Speaker 1: Oh, I certainly would view it that way. I think millions of Americans would view it that way. If there was no belief in criminality, why would he think the pardon was necessary? Speaker 5: CNN has learned president Biden will pardon his son, Hunter Biden.

Tyson Foods is the type of company that fired 1200 US workers and hired illegal immigrants. Jesse exposed this earlier in the year. This needs to stop as well. https://t.co/MykNIiyPlx

Tyson Foods is permanently closing its pork factory in Perry, Iowa, resulting in 1,200 job losses in a town of 8,000. While local residents face layoffs, Tyson is hiring asylum seekers from other states, offering them jobs and benefits, including legal assistance for immigration hearings. Critics argue that this practice harms American workers by replacing them with lower-wage foreign labor, contributing to the decline of the middle class. The contrast is drawn between the current economy and the previous administration's focus on American job creation. Concerns are raised about the legality of these hiring practices and the potential impact on local communities.

Speaker 0: Perry, Iowa is about to change drastically, and not for the better. This week, Tyson Foods announced that it will be permanently closing its pork factory in Perry, killing around 1200 jobs in a town of just 8,000 people. So as Perry residents struggle to cope with mass layoffs, Tyson Foods has its eyes on a different class of workers. The company is now offering new jobs to asylum seekers in other states like New York. Bloomberg says Tyson's tracking migrants in a massive database. They scroll through the data like Facebook. You see a worker you like, tap higher. They even had a job fair. Speaker 1: So you're at a Tyson fair in New York City not so long ago where Tyson was basically making this pitch. What did you observe when you went there? Speaker 2: They created a database, for these new asylum seekers in New York City. So these people would come in. They'd learn a little bit about the company. And for the most part, Tyson had already gone through their various details of their application. And so many of them, 17 the day I was there and then, another 70 a couple weeks later, went off to Tennessee to go start their, new jobs as, Tyson production, workers. Speaker 0: Oh, and the jobs come with perks, not just health insurance. Tyson's also offering lawyers to its illegal alien workers and time off to attend immigration hearings. In 2034, of course, they're firing Americans and offering perks to illegals. This was the Democrat plan all along. Speaker 1: Well, first of all, let's just say we are a nation of immigrants. 460,000 open jobs today. Wow. I have 5,000 farm jobs that I need filled so we can plant Speaker 3: the crops. Vegetables would rot in the ground if it weren't if they weren't being picked by many immigrants, many illegal immigrants. Speaker 4: You see even in Florida, some of the farmers and the growers saying, why are you shipping these immigrants, up north? We need them to pick the crops. Speaker 0: We reached out to Tyson for comment, and they said they have a very diverse set of employees, and they're proud of it. Ohio senator and author of Hillbilly Elegy, JD Vance joins us now. I didn't think it was legal, senator, to ax American workers and hire en masse illegal aliens. Speaker 5: Well, it shouldn't be, Jesse, and we're certainly gonna look into whether we can change that assuming Tyson is operating legally, which we don't even know if they are. We don't know the details of this. All we know, Jesse, is that they are firing American workers and hiring illegal aliens to replace them. This is the entire point of illegal immigration, and Republicans, we've gotta hammer this point home. It reduces the wages of American workers by replacing American citizens with foreign laborers who are willing to work at slave wages. It has been the plan, as you said, from the beginning, and what this means is the eradication of the American dream. Every time an American is replaced with an illegal immigrant, it means that an American family loses a good family supporting wage. It means that American companies are literally replacing our own citizens with people who will work for slave wages. That that is not capitalism or a market economy, Jesse. That is the decimation of the American middle class via illegal immigration, and it's happening all over the country. Speaker 0: And this poor town's gonna get slaughtered. All of those people laid off in such a small town, it's just gonna be have a such a tremendous impact. Are they're getting around it legally by saying, we're not hiring illegal aliens. We're hiring asylum seekers. Is that how they do it? Well, that's one Speaker 5: of the ways that they do it, Jesse. And we know that the the Biden administration has made it easier to basically pretend that economic migrants are asylum seekers. It's one of the reasons why we have to change our asylum laws in this nation. But, Jesse, think about how much of a contrast this presents between the Trump economy and the Biden economy. If you go back to the Trump economy, you had American jobs going to American workers. You had wages rising. Under the Biden economy, you have those American workers getting fired and replaced with foreign labor. This is not an exaggeration. All net job creation, Jesse. You heard me right. 100% of net job creation under the Biden administration has gone to the foreign born. So we are taking an economy that produce prosperity for American citizens and turning it into economy that produces prosperity for people who probably shouldn't be here in the first place. And I I bet you know what Tyson isn't doing, Jesse. I bet they're not drug testing the illegal immigrants who are coming in. I bet they're not asking whether they're bringing Fentanyl or drugs into that small town with them. This is the end of the American dream if we let this stuff happen. We've gotta reelect Donald Trump, and we've gotta get congressional Republicans with some spine to push back against this stuff. Speaker 0: Here. Here. Thanks for speaking out about this, and thanks for all your work with East Palestine. We really appreciate

Video Transcript AI Summary
Agriculture contributes 26-33% of global emissions, making it central to achieving net zero. The world population recently surpassed 8 billion, increasing the urgency. Food system emissions alone could cause an additional 0.5 degrees of warming by mid-century. A 2-degree warming scenario could leave 600 million more people undernourished. Reducing food system emissions is crucial to keeping the 1.5-degree target alive. Scientists using physics, mathematics, biology, and chemistry have warned of consequences already being observed. These consequences are materializing faster and with greater intensity than initially predicted.

Speaker 0: Agriculture contributes about 33% of all the emissions of the world, depending a little bit on how you count it, but it's anywhere from 26 to 33. And we can't get to net 0. We don't get this job done unless agriculture is front and center as part of the solution. But with a growing population on the planet, we just crossed the threshold of 8,000,000,000 fellow citizens around the world. We just crossed that in this last year. Emissions from the food system alone are projected to cause another 0.5 degree of warming by mid century on the current course that we are today. A 2 degree future could result in an additional 600,000,000 people not getting enough to eat. And you just can't continue to both warm the planet while also expecting to feed it. Doesn't work. So we have to reduce emissions from the food system to keep the 1.5 degrees alive. Why do we have to keep 1.5 degrees alive? Because scientists, as a basis of physics and mathematics, not ideology and politics or party labels or anything else, as a matter of physics and mathematics and some biology and chemistry have told us. These are the consequences and we already see it happening. And almost everything they've predicted for 30 plus years now is coming true, but the problem is it's coming through faster and bigger than what is in fact predicted.

In Springfield, Ohio, the influx of Haitian migrants is causing severe traffic issues, with residents reporting eight to ten accidents daily. A tragic incident claimed the life of 71-year-old Kathy Heaton, struck by a driver who faced no charges despite driving with expired plates. Many locals believe that temporary driving permits are being issued without proper training, leading to reckless driving. In response, Governor DeWine announced $2.5 million in aid and plans to send more State Highway Patrol troopers. Residents are advocating for "Kathy's Law" to enforce stricter licensing requirements for immigrants.

Haitian accidents caused by "temporary permits" when they have never driven. One person killed already. Why is Gov. DeWine allowing this? Is the $2.5M in aid for the city for what...dead people ? Influx of wild-driving Haitian migrants turning streets of Springfield, Ohio into combat zone: ‘Eight to 10 accidents a day here’ (NY Post - Sept 13) SPRINGFIELD, Ohio — Forget about the ducks and geese allegedly disappearing from public parks. In this beleaguered city, residents say the biggest problem, by far, is that wild-driving Haitian migrants — unfamiliar with US road laws — are turning the streets into combat zones. And the result can be deadly. The family of Springfield grandma Kathy Heaton experienced this firsthand on Dec. 1 — a day after her 71st birthday — when a Haitian migrant ran her down while she was collecting her garbage cans. And the driver got off scot-free. Kathy was struck so violently that both her socks were left behind on the pavement as her body was thrown across the street. Debris littered the roadway, and clumps of hair were found in the car’s cracked windshield, according to the police report. But three days later, prosecutors decided that the driver of the car that hit her – 38-year-old Robenson Louis – wouldn’t face charges, even though Mandy said he was driving with expired license plates. “They didn’t feel that it was anything prosecutable. We don’t know why. The only facts I know are that two prosecutors met and felt there were no charges to be filed. We were devastated,” Mandy said. “I do not think that this man woke up that morning and set out his day with the intention of harming someone. But the fact was that he did,” she added. Louis declined to comment on the accident when contacted by The Post. Mandy and countless other Springfield residents feel the problem is in the roughly 20,000 Haitian migrants who have flooded into this city of just 60,000 people in just a few years. Longtime residents say the immigrants are getting temporary driving permits without having to learn how to drive safely in the US — or even knowing how to drive at all. “There must be eight to 10 accidents a day here,” one resident who asked not to be named told The Post. “I’ve seen cars drive up into buildings and onto sidewalks. I believe everyone deserves help, but we shouldn’t be providing cars and licenses until people know how to drive here safely.” On social media, residents have posted alarming footage showing cars in ditches, smashed up at intersections, flying across the road into oncoming traffic, and even crashed through homes and businesses. Such accounts line up with what Mandy and her family say they’re seeing on a regular basis – and has left them “constantly stressed and anxious” to do things as basic as walking through a parking lot, let alone going for a drive with her young twins. “Haitians are going the wrong way down one-way streets, making unlawful U-turns in the middle of the roadways, damaging property by driving recklessly, there’s been some street signs taken out, people have had their garages wrecked,” she said. They’re thrown into a situation where they’re given a license with minimal education and training on our laws and rules here.” Her mother-in-law has not been the only fatality involving a Haitian driver. In August 2023, 11-year-old Aiden Clark was killed when a 36-year-old Haitian driving without a US license caused the school bus he was riding in to roll over, crushing him underneath. At least 20 other kids were hospitalized. The driving problem has attracted such attention that Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced this week that in addition to $2.5 million in aid, he would be sending additional State Highway Patrol troopers to Springfield to help maintain order on the roads. On Tuesday, Mandy and her husband Chris gave emotional testimony to the Springfield City Commission, asking lawmakers to pass “Kathy’s Law” which would require all immigrants seeking an Ohio driver’s license to go through the same tests and regulations required of first-time American drivers. https://nypost.com/2024/09/12/us-news/influx-of-wild-driving-haitian-migrants-turning-streets-of-springfield-ohio-into-combat-zone/

Speaker 0: The very word secrecy is repugnant in a free and open society, and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret society, to secret oaths, and to secret proceedings. For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covet means for expanding its sphere of influence, on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine, building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific, and political operations. The speaker guarantees a prison cell for those who need to be in prison, potentially far from their home area. When asked how this guarantee can be made with tight numbers, the speaker explains that "Operation Early Dawn" has been initiated. This operation functions on a "1 in, 1 out" basis. As people are released, others are taken from police cells to court. This process is triaged three times a day.

Speaker 0: We will guarantee a prison cell. We will make sure that those people who need to be in prison will be in prison, not necessarily in the area where they live. They may be 2, 300 miles away from home, but we will guarantee people a prison cell. With the numbers are so tight. How can you make that guarantee? They are tight, and that's why we've initiated operation early dawn. So, basically, the easiest way to describe it is 1 in, 1 out. So as people get released, we can then pick up people from police cells and take them to court, and we will triage that 3 times a day.

Speaker 0: Correspondent just said clearly not. When you're leaving a building only 160 yards away, which is perfectly adjacent to the stage in an elevated overwatch platform, which is perfect to try and take a shot from for an assassination attempt. I think that if you look at the water tower that's not being talked about, which could be an actual shooting platform, and this idea that you have a sloped roof is gonna prevent you from doing so. Okay. Let's go ahead and weigh that out for a moment. So you couldn't have put a patrol car that's locked with the lights on in the parking lot of AGR to be a deterrent? You couldn't have put someone on the ground to ensure there's no permissible climbing environment to get them onto the rooftop? They were there for 26 minutes is what was reported. 2 different people who are attending the the rally took photos and sent it to the law enforcement officer. And the law enforcement officer said that when he came onto the roof that the gentleman had had the the assassin would be assassin, pointed his rifle at him. Why would you not have an emergency comms channel through your coordination with the Secret Service to yell, shoot on the roof, shoot on the roof, shoot on the roof. Have your secret service detail come immediately, take the president, get him off the stage, and then allow your counters and IP team to then mitigate the threat. Everything about this at best is gross negligence, but I am not actually taking anything off the table. This is why I think we have to have a j 13 style. Speaker 1: What do you mean by that? Speaker 0: I'm not gonna say what was negligence, what was intent, what was possible. I am from the United States military where we used to what if every single scenario. You don't take anything off the table until it's confirmed. And so at this point in time, when you think about the president's platform, when you think about his elevation, the threat levels that's against him, this is a man who's exposed a 160 yards. Look, Martha, I can take any individual in America and after 10 minutes of training who's never picked up a rifle, they can make a shot in a pie sized plate. If you're talking about the average structure of a man which snipers will actually know about which is 6 by 8, 20 inches across, 40 head to waist, that rifle even if it's not a great rifle and it shoot a 2 MOA. So 1 MOA would mean 1 inch at a 100, 2 inches at 200 as far as your grouping. Even if it was a terrible rifle and had a 2 MOA, you're still only talking about 3.2 inches. Speaker 1: There's no question that that area Speaker 0: should Speaker 1: have been protected. I I wanna play this sound by by Kimberly Cheadle, the, who presides over the Secret Service. And listen carefully to what she says here. Speaker 2: That building in particular has a a sloped roof, at its highest point. And so, you know, there's a safety factor that would be cons considered there that we wouldn't wanna put somebody up on a sloped roof, and so, you know, the decision was made to secure the building, from inside. Speaker 1: That that's ridiculous because as as we just pointed out, maybe we can pop that picture up again on our own. The counter sniper team, one of them, there were 4 counter sniper teams that were on location, was on a sloped roof. Okay? He was they were on a roof that was very similar in fact to the roof that the assassin was on. And in this photo, based on what we know, they were looking absolutely right in the direction, and it and it appears that the shooter was on the other side of the slope. But if if we don't have the capability to see over a 6 inch, sort of centerpiece of a rooftop, we are in serious trouble. I also wanna highlight what she says after that part, that there were 4 countersniper teams as I mentioned, including 2 from Secret Service and 2 from local law enforcement, stationed in or near the building. So they're saying that there was a sniper team possibly inside or near that building. Speaker 0: Look. The bottom line is Speaker 1: I wasn't aware there was someone on top of it. Speaker 0: Whether they're sitting there trying to stay cool and the air conditioner should be doing their job, and I can tell you that slope proof is nothing that the Department of State and the Secret Service and the military doesn't sit on all the time. It's actually not a slope at all in that one case. You're talking about something that you could utilize, rubber bottomed shoes. You could basically utilize a a a platform that allows you to secure yourself in. That excuse doesn't pass muster. This continued cover up does not muster. We need an investigation. We need answers for the American people. We need to ensure that there's no longer any political attempts to cause violence against our president or against anyone who ever runs in the future. This is unacceptable. Speaker 1: And I I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but this kind of thing opens it it it It's so nasty and almost seems tense. It begs all of these questions that start coming up. Oh, well, if they knew there was an Iranian plot, then why weren't they giving the protection that Speaker 0: they Speaker 1: should have? And that's going to lead people down that rabbit hole, which is very dangerous. Speaker 0: That's why the investigation is good to put it to bed Absolutely. To ensure there isn't, but also to determine whether or not there's actual validity behind it. Speaker 1: Are you confident that you're gonna be able to get this investigation? And when when do you I Speaker 0: texted him to be hearing. Today. I asked him that given my unique skill set where I actually had run advanced teams and I'd run counterterrorism or counter sniper teams, that we should actually run this, and I'd love to be a part of it so I can actually look at every single angle of what happened and get truth to the American people. And I Speaker 1: I would imagine that Kimberly Cheadle would be, at the top of Speaker 0: your list. She's at the top of my list. She'd either resign, or we can utilize the home enroll to take her salary down to $1, and hopefully that steps her away. But even if she resigns, that's not gonna stop her from coming before my investigation. Speaker 1: Yeah. You know, we talk a lot about accountability, and I was talking to a former Secret Service, agent again about he said the standards aren't what they were. And there are no standards if if firing isn't a real consequence. Once you have firing as a consequence, then the standards have to be upheld. Speaker 0: As I've said before, DEI results in DIE. We have to understand that this is about meritocracy. It's not about trying to get a quota. It's not about the 30 for 30 that they were planning. We need to ensure the safety and security of all politicians are being threatened and especially when you talk about president Trump. This is an individual. He saved his own life, by the way. When he got hit, he dropped to the ground, lowering silhouette, which is the only thing that prevented him from death. But I can tell you it's divine intervention, and we have to do a better job of getting accountability. Yeah. Speaker 1: Absolutely. Thank you very much. We look forward to following this, story with you.
