Ever hear of the Muslim school that had gender neutral bathrooms? How Sulaiman Ahmed used a ring of “charity schools” to hire family, and turn UK charity law into a personal cash machine. Avicenna. Seraphic. Luqman. Hikmah. Four names. Same network. Same family tree. Then a transition to @ShaykhSulaiman and Sulaiman Unfiltered when the heat came. They never crossed the £623,000 audit line - not once. And that’s precisely how they got away with it. Each “academy” was quietly run by the same circle of people, cycling through company names, trusteeships, and charity filings. They hired relatives, paid themselves, and filed the bare minimum required by law. Because under UK charity law: 💰 Stay under £623k? No audit. 🧾 Keep every financial secret you want. For over a decade, they used the charity system like a laundering service - funneling tuition, “donations,” and charity funds through rebranded entities that disappeared the moment scrutiny came. Avicenna became Seraphic. Seraphic became Luqman. The names changed, but the hands didn’t. A foreign-run school network built entirely on exploiting the blind spots of Britain’s own regulatory system, while employing their own family members at every stage.

Before we start, we have to quickly talk about some boring charity laws. In the UK, charities - including independent faith schools - only become legally required to undergo a full statutory audit if their annual income exceeds 623,000 (for incorporated charities) or 1 million (for unincorporated ones). Below those thresholds, they’re only required to submit simplified accounts or an independent examination, which is far less rigorous and inexpensive. All the schools we will talk about today - consistently operated well below the £623,000 mark, based on numbers from the OFSTED reports. Meaning they never crossed the threshold that would trigger a mandatory audit. This allowed them to file only basic financial statements, often under the “independent examination” level of scrutiny, which made it far easier to obscure financial irregularities or charitable fund transfers without immediate regulatory detection. PREFACE: This is all public information, accessible through UK government databases. I will provide some screenshots, links to all of the evidence will be posted separately in a reply below this thread. Alright, so how do we even know this is the correct Sulaiman Ahmed from X? Well, a Sulaiman Ahmed was the director of a company called ILM Academy Limited, Rouf Ditta was the secretary at this company. It started in 2011 and was dissolved in 2012. This was the first time Sulaiman showed up in the public registry for businesses in the UK. The same Rouf Ditta is currently a project manager at Sulaiman Unfiltered, according to his Linkedin. This proves that the Sulaiman Ahmed related to all of these companies we will talk about today, is the same Sulaiman from X. ➡️

The Avicenna Era 2013: A charity organization called Avicenna Global is formed. The Trustees of this charity were Sulaiman, and some family members. 4 Trustees in total. This is according to a 2017 UK charity commission investigation report that eventually came out in 2021, but we will get to that later. 2014: OFSTED (the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills) does regular inspections at private schools, sometimes by surprise. A report comes with every inspection, and these are public. There was one of these inspections in 2014 at Avicenna academy, they passed. Although some standards were not met. Avicenna Global is the named operator/owner of the school (remember, Sulaiman is a trustee on this supposed "charity"), Sulaiman is named as the headmaster on the report. At the time they had 54 students, with and annual fee of 1,599 pounds. Things are running smooth.➡️

Investigation into Avicenna by the UK gov't 2017: 🇬🇧UK Charity Commission opens a compliance case, citing conflicts of interest when it comes to the controllers of the school, and the trustees of the charity that owned it. The commission investigates their bank accounts, and found the school funds going directly into charity bank accounts, as well as unfair/unlawful hiring practices. Sulaiman and the gang said that they were using the charity by accident initially, but that they went private in 2015. To a partnership that only had trustee A and B, where Sulaiman is named as Trustee A on the report. The exact same year Sulaiman started a private company with a guy called Atabek Sukurov, called Avicenna Global Limited. This is all according to OFSTED reports and the inquiry report. The thing is, the report indicated that they were still using charity accounts to receive funds from the school, between 2015 and 2017, after they said they weren't. 💸 2018: OFSTED inspection shows Sulaiman as headmaster still, 92 pupils were enrolled. Tuition was 1,400 - 1,900 per year. 2019: An official inquiry is opened by the UK charity commission, and the following is found out - The Private company Avicenna global limited, with Sukurov, was dissolved in 2015, and the charity was still receiving funds the whole time, up until 2017. 😅 2017: Sulaiman was the headmaster, and also the owner as a sole proprietor, Instead of the Charity by this point. This is shown in the 2018 OFSTED report. The inquiry also mentioned that in 2017 a new bank account was opened, finally complying with regulation. The Inquiry concluded that the charity ran it the whole time, since 2013. There were 4 trustees, Sulaiman was one of them according to the inquiry. Then there were at least two siblings, and a brother in law. Rouf Ditta is cited as being Sulaiman's brother in law in an earlier OFSTED report. Sulaiman was headmaster, Ditta was Chair. A conflict of interest was noted in the report because Ditta and Sulaiman are Brothers in law. Why does all this charity stuff matter? Well, in the UK, a charity receives huge benefits compared to a for-profit school. The obvious ones, like income and corporate tax exemption are huge. But in the UK there is also a program called gift aid, where on all donations made by UK taxpayers to UK charities, the receive a 25% match. Straight out of the tax payers pocket. Then there is the obvious nepotism that is occurring here as well, facilitated by the charity entity.➡️

2019: The school Brutally fails an OFSTED inspection. Some of the reasons they failed are as follows, direct quotes from the OFSTED inspection report. - Couldn't tell if kids were special needs "There is a mixed view between staff of whether there are pupils in the school who have special educational needs and/or disabilities" -Reckless hiring practices "Safer recruitment practice is not being followed well enough. For example, a teacher has been employed without taking up appropriate references." "Leaders have not completed all checks that they need to on adults working with children. For example, they have not checked medical fitness, and in one case they have not made thorough checks on a person’s right to work in the UK" - Gender shared bathrooms (yes, at a muslim school) and unsuitable facilities. "Pupils aged over eight years old do not have separate toilet facilities for boys and girls. Girls and boys in Years 5 and 6 use the same one set of toilets that younger girls and boys use." "Toilets are not clean enough. The central hall is too cold. This is because the heaters do not work in this area. Pupils say that they are very cold when they are lining up for their classrooms." "In the secondary boys’ toilets, there is no warm water for handwashing." - Unregistered CCTV recording of day to day operations "Leaders do not fulfil all of their legal responsibilities. For example, the school has a CCTV system in operation, but this is not registered at the school address with the Information Commissioners Office." It showed 110 pupils at the time, still 1,400 - 1,900 per year. 2020: Misconduct was officially found, and they were ordered to dissolve the charity. No criminal charges were filed as they said they couldn't find conclusive enough evidence of purposeful fraud.

Seraphic period 2020: Seraphic LTD is formed and Seraphic academy is opened at the same address as Avicenna, with the same URN number. Just a rebrand after the disaster of an inspection. 2021: This is confirmed by an OFSTED inspection that shows seraphic LTD as owner and Sulaiman as headmaster. Rouf Ditta is chair. There were 100 students at 1,950 per year attending the school by this point. Sulaiman also starts getting more politically active on X around this time. According to linkedin, Sulaiman Unfiltered existed by 2022 and Rouf Ditta works there. 2023: As Sulaiman starts to gain traction on X, an account called Gnasherjew makes a hit piece revealing that Sulaiman was the headmaster at Seraphic. Soon after, local media, namely the Sheffield Tribune picked up the story. The same exact year there was another OFSTED inspection, a surprise one. They failed, and it also showed that Sulaiman was no longer headmaster, it was a person named Nasirath Adjibade. At this time, there were 120 students at 2,175 per year each. Rouf Ditta was still the Chair, while simultaneously working on Sulaiman unfiltered beginning in 2022. Sulaiman's company Seraphic still owned it, but not for much longer. It looks like this was a transition period of removing Sulaiman's association with the school due to the social media stuff, but the surprise inspection ruined that when it revealed he still had ownership through Seraphic limited when Nasirath Adjibade took control. A material change request was filed to change the ownership, but it had not been processed in time to wipe all traces of Sulaiman when the surprise inspection came.➡️

Luqman era This brings us to today. A 2024 OFSTED report shows that the owner is no longer Seraphic, but instead, a company called Hikmah education Centre limited. Hikmahs managing director is Nasirath Adjibade. They rebranded Seraphic, into Luqman academy. Same URN number, same address, same headmaster. Except Sulaiman is no longer associated on paper, neither is Rouf Ditta. At this time, they had 156 students at 2,175 each. Guess what? They failed another OFSTED inspection in 2025, July 3rd to be exact. This one was even worse than the failed inspection in 2019. Basically everything in the 2019 complaint still existed- bad education standards, incompetent teachers, broken equipment etc. They were STILL engaging in outright unsafe hiring practices - "Required pre-employment checks on the suitability of staff are not undertaken. This includes conducting appropriate criminal records checks and seeking references." And maybe worst of all, the school was potentially allowing radical extremism - "Staff also lacked understanding of the ‘Prevent’ duty and reporting radicalisation." The Prevent duty is a statutory legal responsibility in the UK for specified authorities, such as schools, local authorities, and universities, to prevent people from being drawn into terrorism. This brings us to now. Hikmah Education Centre Limited is facing compulsory strike off. Meaning it's facing forced dissolution by the UK gov for not filing essential paperwork. Like income and accounting statements for example. Sulaiman continues to work with Rouf on social media, while the school runs day to day with his old trusted employee, Nasirath at the helm.➡️

The entire Avicenna - Seraphic - Luqman network thrived in the shadows of Britain’s charity loopholes. None of these “academies” ever broke the 623k audit threshold, so they never faced a full financial inspection. Year after year, Sulaiman and co recycled names, rebranded the paperwork, and hid behind “independent examinations” that barely scratched the surface. They took advantage of European Altruism and the UK taxpayer to spread Islamic ideology, as well as line their own pockets and employ their own people. In one of the OFSTED reports it read: "All of the students enrolled were British Nationals, mostly of South Asian Origin." According to the numbers on the OFSTED reports, the schools collectively have made over 2 Million pounds in Revenue through tuition fees. Thats is about 2.7 million USD. Now, after all this, Sulaiman and Rouf Ditta want to be involved in the politics of Western countries via their work on social media. Constantly criticising the West, while they take advantage of its luxuries. Get fucked. "the Zios" didn't make you do this shit. You're part of the problem destroying European nations.
