I report that a man with 30 prior arrests who stabbed 41-year-old Stephanie Minter to death at a Fairfax, VA bus stop is an illegal alien from Sierra Leone, who entered the U.S. in 2012 and has a final removal order from 2020. The post says Gov. Spanberger, on her first day, ended Virginia’s cooperation with ICE and canceled 287(g) programs, letting this suspect roam Virginia and costing an innocent woman her life. Full story here.

BREAKING: The man with 30 prior arrests who stabbed 41-year-old Stephanie Minter to death at a Fairfax, VA bus stop earlier this week is an illegal alien from Sierra Leone, who entered the U.S. illegally in 2012 and has a final order of removal dating back to 2020. Gov. Abigail Spanberger, on her first day in office, ended Virginia's cooperation with ICE, and later cancelled all state law enforcement's 287(g) programs with the federal government that allow them to work with ICE to detain illegal aliens. Somehow this guy with 30 prior arrests for many violent crimes and in the country illegally for nearly 15 years was able to roam the streets in Virginia. And an innocent woman is now dead.

Justice Jackson just compared black people not being able to create majority black congressional districts to disabled people not being able to enter a building before the ADA. "They don't have equal access to the voting system. They're disabled." https://t.co/zvN8bJf4Xc

Video Transcript AI Summary
A paradigmatic example cited is the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Congress passed the ADA against the backdrop of a world that was generally not accessible to people with disabilities. Because of that context, it was discriminatory in effect, since those with disabilities were not able to access the buildings. It did not matter whether the person who built the building or the person who owned the building intended for exclusion; that intention is irrelevant. Congress stated that the facilities have to be made equally open to people with disabilities if readily possible. The speaker expresses confusion about why that standard is not being applied in the current context. The idea in section two is that we are responding to current-day manifestations of past and present decisions that disadvantage minorities and make it so that they don't have equal access to the voting system. Right? They're disabled. In fact, they are described as disabled.

I want to remind everyone that E. Jean Carroll once said on CNN that "rape is sexy," and her accusation against Trump resembles a plot from a 2012 Law & Order SVU episode. When questioned, she claimed it was a coincidence, and her lawyers sought to instruct jurors about the episode's existence.

I just want to remind everyone that in addition to once saying on CNN that "rape is sexy," E. Jean Carroll's accusation against Trump is an exact plot line from a 2012 Law & Order SVU episode. She claimed that this was a complete coincidence when asked about it. Her lawyers also tried to get the judge to instruct jurors that there's no evidence in the record that the episode "actually exists."

He notes that 'World play' occurred in the dressing room of Bergdorf, where the woman was trying on lingerie and he would burst in. The exchange pauses for a moment as he confirms details: 'When did you and she have your date?' The answer is approximately six weeks ago, 'Six weeks ago, maybe,' followed by, 'She wrote.' The account centers on a private, intimate moment in Bergdorf dressing room tied to a date roughly six weeks prior, ending with an incomplete remark from the other person.

🚨BREAKING: Never before seen video of January 6 shows Jacob Chansley, the QAnon Shaman, being led through the Capitol by police the entire time that he was in the building. https://t.co/rikoRMWezF

Video Transcript AI Summary
Jacob Chansley, often depicted as a dangerous conspiracy theorist, was sentenced to nearly four years in prison for his role in the January 6th Capitol insurrection. The circumstances of his entry into the Capitol remain disputed, but surveillance footage reveals that Capitol Police did not stop him. Instead, they appeared to assist him, guiding him through the building and even attempting to open locked doors. At least nine officers were in close proximity to Chansley, yet none intervened. Chansley seemed to perceive the Capitol Police as allies, as evidenced by a prayer he offered on the Senate floor thanking them. This contrasts sharply with the narrative surrounding his actions during the insurrection.

You express distress over the lack of American tanks for Ukraine while cities in the U.S. have deteriorated significantly in the past three years. The economy has worsened, and issues like crime and public disorder have surged. It's reasonable to question the focus on Ukraine when domestic problems are pressing. In response, I emphasize that my priority is the United States. I'm running for president because I believe the country is in trouble. She pushes for attacks on nations while remaining comfortably in Washington, benefiting from her father's legacy tied to Middle Eastern conflicts. I don't think it's I don't think it's working out too well. You know, it's interesting. If you give, you know, Liz Cheney, she talks big. Oh, I want war. She always wants war. She lost her seat for congress from a great state. I love that state. I won that state by, like, 50 points or some crazy number. But and she lost to a very good woman who ran against her, Harriet. Video Transcript AI Summary
A report indicates sex trafficking of minors is the fastest-growing criminal enterprise in the U.S., exacerbated by open border policies. A Dallas nonprofit is collaborating with law enforcement to combat these rings. The president of the Shepherd's Watch Foundation stated ordering sex trafficking victims is as easy as ordering pizza and can take as little as 15 minutes via social media and gaming platforms. Victims' faces are often covered with emojis, and many are branded with tattoos. According to the Shepherd's Watch Foundation, up to 90% of sex trafficking victims are migrants. Texas DPS recently found 57 unaccompanied children, and many are vulnerable to traffickers after falling through the cracks. A recent audit revealed 32,000 unaccompanied children failed to appear for immigration hearings over the past four fiscal years, and ICE didn't serve notices to appear to over 291,000 unaccompanied minors as of May. Homeland Security Investigations says sex trafficking impacts various cities nationwide and can occur anywhere. Traffickers move victims throughout the country, targeting cities, small towns, and rural areas.

And with open border policies fueling the crisis, government agencies cannot keep up. Brooke Taylor is live in Dallas with more. Good morning, Brooke. Speaker 1: Dana, good morning. A local nonprofit here in Dallas is working with law enforcement to take down these sex trafficking rings. We spoke to the president of this foundation who tells me that the reality of the situation is that ordering sex trafficking victims is just as simple as ordering pizza. The president of the Shepherd's Watch Foundation says that you could order a sex trafficking victim as fast as 15 minutes. There's ads on social media and even gaming flat platforms that look exactly like this. You could select what age, height, and other really disturbing factors. She says the underage victims will usually have emojis covering their faces and many are branded with tattoos. Speaker 2: There's been a huge paradigm shift, especially in the sex ad. We're seeing up to 90% are mainly migrants where we used to work domestic cases. Speaker 1: And just last week, Texas DPS found a massive group of 57 unaccompanied children. Once they're processed, many are falling through the cracks and then get literally lost, becoming vulnerable to traffickers. According to a recent audit from the office of inspector general, over the past 4 fiscal years, 32,000 unaccompanied children failed to appear for their immigration hearings. As of May of this year, ICE also didn't serve notices to appear on more than 291,000 unaccompanied minors. The Homeland Security Investigations Dallas office tells Fox that sex trafficking is a bigger issue than many realize and impacts many different cities across our country. Speaker 3: It can happen in schools. It can happen in neighborhoods. It's not just any one specific area that you can pinpoint it to, unfortunately. It it it's an epidemic, unfortunately, in society. Speaker 1: And, again, authorities tell us that this is not just a Texas issue. These traffickers will move the victims throughout the country targeting different cities, big cities, small, and rural areas. Dana. Speaker 0: Brooke, it's an important issue. Thank you for covering. Thank you.

I didn't realize this at first but 60 Minutes didn't even edit out a portion of Kamala's world salad answer. In San Diego, there was an exponential increase in significant interest aliens (SIAs), defined as aliens with significant ties to terrorism. The San Diego sector averaged 10-15 SIAs per year before this administration, but went to over 100 in 2022, and even more in subsequent years. The speaker was allegedly told not to release information on this increase or mention arrests, as the administration was trying to convince the public there was no threat at the border. The San Diego area sees 80-90% of the methamphetamine and fentanyl seizures annually for the entire country, and with little enforcement at the border, these drugs were allegedly coming through in mass. In 2022 and 2023, San Diego traffic checkpoints were shut down because resources had been diverted. The speaker also had to release hundreds of illegal aliens each day into communities. To mitigate the problem, two flights a week were provided from San Diego to Texas at $150,000 each.

Speaker 0: In San Diego, we had an exponential increase in significant interest aliens. These are aliens with significant ties to terrorism. Prior to this administration, the San Diego sector averaged 10 to 15 SIRS per year. Once word was out, the border was far easier to cross. San Diego went to over 100 SIA's in 2022, well over that in 2023 and even more than that registered this year. These are only the ones we caught. At the time, I was told I could not release any information on this increase in SIAs or mention any of the arrests. The administration was trying to convince the public there was no threat at the border. Fentanyl is another issue. The San Diego area sees between 80 90% of the methamphetamine and fentanyl seizures annually for our entire country. With little enforcement at the border, these drugs were coming through in mass. During my last year in San Diego, the price for a single pill of fentanyl, for example, went from $10 to $0.25 To make matters worse, during 2022 and 'twenty 3, I had to shut down San Diego traffic checkpoints, which are critical for drug interdiction because the resources had been diverted to the process and release mission. The larger numbers also had and still have a negative impact on the San Diego community. I had to release illegal aliens by the 100 each day into communities who could not support them. To quiet the problem, 2 flights a week were provided from San Diego to Texas. These flights simply brought aliens that would have been released in San Diego over to Texas. Each flight cost approximately $150,000 This was the administration's way to try and quiet the border wide crisis.

NEW: Former Fulton County DA employee and friend of Fani Willis since college says she was definitely in a relationship with Nathan Wade since 2019. This completely contradicts the filings of Wade and Willis in which they claimed it began in 2022. Giving false statements to the court is a crime.

🚨NEW: This is a clip of Fani Willis from 2020 where she says she would fire any employee who sleeps with a co-worker, promises to not date “anybody that works under me,” and said it would be “unfortunate” if taxpayers had to fund sex misconduct lawsuits https://t.co/tEUTM8DVEJ

It's saddening if young women feel judged or uncomfortable at work. I won't tolerate supervisors who don't support and uplift my staff. I won't date anyone who works under me. Society understands that relationships can happen, but citizens are concerned about inappropriate contact with employees. It's distracting and inappropriate for the top law enforcement officer. It saddens me, and it would be unfortunate if taxpayers had to pay for lawsuits. That's how I feel too.

Speaker 0: It's, it is saddening to me if young women felt like they came to work and they were 1, even judged for being a woman. But 2, if certainly they felt uncomfortable within the workplace. Mhmm. That will not be something that is allowed on my watch. Supervisors under my leadership that are not encouraging and building up my staff will not be supervisors long in my administration. And, I certainly will not be choosing people to date that work under me. Let let me just say that, you know, we are at a place in Society where things happen in people's relationships, husband and wife, sometimes there are outside relationships. I don't think that that's what the community is concerned about. Although there, you know, there might be a a moral breaking in that. I think that what citizens are really, really concerned about is if you chose to have inappropriate contact with employees. I mean, there's nothing that I can say on it other than it is distracting. It is certainly inappropriate for the number one law enforcement officer in state. And it just it it really, really saddens me and it will be very unfortunate if the taxpayers of this community have to pay for any of those lawsuits. Exactly. That's the way I feel about it also.
