And as per ACT 130 1955 a County Solicitor is to bring suit on behalf of a County. Let me explain to you the layout of the counting center. It is in the middle of a huge parking lot which sits back on Seaport Drive next to loading docks. It has multimillion dollar connections to the company Power HRG and Super Youth Park Soccer Stadium. The counting center was on the 1st floor in which there were multiple places to bring in ballots in and out of elevators in many rooms in which workers had access. I was there for 3 straight days. What became of concern was the back room which had no observers, no line of sight or transparency into the process. There was no cooperation, complete resistance from election night and every day after. It took until our lawyer got an injunction to get into that backroom in which pre canvassing was transpiring. Even with an injunction, which was a joke, we were granted 5 minutes every 2 hours, and the setup was sitting in a chair 20 feet from any physical ballot. I truly wish I had enough time today to to recreate what I witnessed and felt during those moments, but we did not gather here today just for me and my experience, but rather a collection of experience experiences from Americans like myself. What I hope to achieve is for the public to understand is what we is that we have stuck our necks out, have been intimidated, threatened, bullied, have spent countless hours away from our families, friends, and jobs. We have signed affidavits under penalty of perjury, which should be consideration enough to know that this is a very serious issue. I'm here for one thing only and that is to speak the truth. This is not about party. This is about my country. Every American deserves transparency, truth, and be able to question those in power without fear of intimidation, bullying, or backlash. I hope this committee takes action if needed and justice will be swift to anyone involved in fraudulent activity. The republic is angry, disgruntled, tired, beaten up, and ready to defend this country.

I am a federal whistleblower, who, along with my partner, Greg Centrum were witnesses in the 2020 general election in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. If you can see behind me, this is our book that we coauthored, the parallel election that was published in 2022. And the reason why we put that book out was to, describe, all of the evidence that we collected about the steal of the 2020 election in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, of which we did a sting operation with a whistleblower inside of the Bureau of Elections, and we had linked up with Project Veritas. And we caught Delaware County not only escalating evidence, but also committing fraud in the election. We were codefendants with president Trump in the Philadelphia case, Savage versus Trump at all. We actually won that case. No one else did. No lawyer won that case. Greg and I did. As is Cody Bennetts, we pressed forward for 900 days. We were offered settlement, and we went up against the attorney, Jay Conner Corcoran, and his, plaintiff, James Savage, who is a DNC operative and completely lied in court. Once they offered a settlement, we declined, and then the complaint was withdrawn. And the reason why, we say that we well, we know that we won that case is because, president Trump was attached to that case, and his case was ax was actually stayed. And because of our hard work and because we did not take a settlement, his case was also also dismissed. So the lawfare continues against 2 witnesses, whistleblowers, technically, myself and Greg Centrum. We have filed formal criminal charge referrals to the House Judiciary Committee. We have filed our declarations to the DOJ, to everyone and their mother, Pennsylvania attorney general, office of inspector general. Everyone has our information and has had it for 4 years now. We have not stopped, and they continue with the lawfare against us. And when I say they, I say the political subdivision, local government, and also the defendants in our case, Delaware County, Pennsylvania government body, and their board of elections. So I wanted to give an update very quick. Our there's another defamation case against us in Delaware County. Some of our codefendants are The Federalist, Newsmax, and a few other people, Margo Cleland. And that is just kind of waiting on a judge's, order after we just had a hearing in November. And then the other case against just Greg and I is the malicious prosecution case, which somehow, a government body, even though they were sued in their, in their government capacity, they've decided that they're just going to create a frivolous lawsuit and create, a precedent that just doesn't exist. And that is that a government body can take a personal action against 2 of the people of the United States. 2 of the people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. And if you don't understand what I'm talking about, you really should study the constitution and common law. So where we are with the malicious prosecution case against us is that Delaware County has decided to use reprisal against 2 witnesses, and they're trying to create a case that's absolutely just nonsense. And they want to tap into all of our private, communications. They wanna get into our bank accounts. It's harassment and intimidation of 2 witnesses, and there will be a reckoning for that. But, I just wanna really talk to you guys about what it's like being pro se, in a in a court of law. And we end up destroying these attorneys because they are absolutely moronic, and they're arrogant, and they don't understand the law at all. We've been very successful as pro seligants, and we will continue to be successful as pro seligants. So most recently, we had filed, a motion in this case, and our preliminary objections and so on and so on. And the county has decided yet again, just it's amazing their admissions in their own filings. So we put in our filing that we are targeted. Greg and I are only targeted, just him and I. This is a personal attack. This is reprisal against 2 witnesses. So the county decides to admit this in their own filing. It's pretty magical. It was filed just a few days ago. It's a lovely, New Year's presence. So just let me let me read off the the the bullshit that these people, have filed. Now this is an attorney that I speak of all the time, all the time on my profile on x. His name is Jay Manley Parks. And Manley Parks works for Duane Morris, a very large law firm who's going to be hearing from me very soon. One of Manley Parks' partners is none other than former US attorney from the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Bill McSween. Now Bill McSween has heard from me before, because he had our evidence in the very beginning from 2020, and he was told to stand down by Bill Barr. So, Bill will be hearing from us, specifically about what his partner, Manley Parks, and his, little, sidekick, Nicholas Centrelo, are doing to 2 people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. So let me just read this off for you very just very quickly on on them admitting to the fact that this is a personal, personal thing against just Greg and I. It's just fucking fantastic. So it says, defendants fail to show that any of the individuals named are so indispensable to this action that justice cannot be done in their absence. This case, as described more fully in the county plaintiff's complaint, is to recover significant fees the county plaintiffs have been forced to expend in defending against defendant's serial litigation against the board. Now mind you, they're treating tax dollars as if it's their own fund. So they're already they're already just completely wrong. No other party named in defendant's preliminary objections has any right or interest related to this claim as it is a personal action against defendants only. Further, if any of the other parties have any interest at all, it is not essential to the merits of the issue, which is whether defendants have filed baseless actions against the county play the play ups to profit and further their own media profiles. And because this is a personal action against defendants only, and any recovery would be had against defendants only, Justice can be afforded amongst the litigants without violating the due process rights of any other party. Now for those that are just a little ignorant to the law, Yeah. There's no contract between myself and, the government for them to recuperate any kind of funds, that has to do with litigation. So they're treating this like it's contract law. They're trying to recover funds, which I owe nothing for that fund that they're trying to recoup their money from. So let's just start there. But then it gets really just interesting that they admit to the fact that this is a personal action against 2 people. As if I do not have a constitutional right to petition my government and redress my grievances or have the freedom of speech to go after my government officials. This is just fascinating to me. It really is. Now if you look in my profile, you can see all of the other things that I've caught Manley Parks and Nicholas Centrela doing. And the magical part is, do you know how I found that information? Well, I did right to no request. That's a public records request here in Pennsylvania. And I asked for the billing from Duane Morris, specifically Jay Manley Parks and Nicholas Centrella, guess what I found inside of their own billing in their own words? Well, they were conspiring with other actors, like factcheck.org, like University of Pennsylvania, like the Pennsylvania attorney general's office, like the district attorney of Delaware County. The list goes on of the information that we have and, the the criminality of of this entire, you know, reprisal against Greg and I. And now it's in writing. They have made, it's called a material statement. So I can put now put him on the stand when we go and sue him. Okay? And I'm going to be able to cross examine this man, which I I cannot wait to do that. And then he is going to have to sit there and admit admit that this is something personal against us. Because if not, well, then he commits perjury. So, we've caught them yet yet again. We've, trapped them and forced them, to admit that this is reprisal against 2 witnesses who caught them committing fraud. So, ladies and gentlemen, the, the moral of the story is is that you need to keep exercising your rights. You need to, you know, go into a court of law. You need to exercise your rights. You need to continue to push forward. You need to fight for your rights. And you need to never back down. These people are crumbling, and they are admitting, and they're on tilt. So, I will give you guys a heads, heads up on when I'm going to post the next update. And I'll give you more information, about the other law fair that we've gone through. And I'll give you the updates, on everything else that is transpiring right here in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. I really wish I really wish there was more eyes on Delaware County. He was a heavyset gentleman with a blue light blue shirt on. He had asked him to log in to the, computer system, which is which was the tabulation area, and that's when Jim Savage was plugging v drives into the computer. Speaker 2: A second witness also watched the changing of the votes with the v drives. Speaker 1: He walked in on the 3 days after the election, and he took a bunch of USB USB sticks, and he plugged them into the voting machines. I watched them. I testified to it. Speaker 0: Multiple occasions. I saw this personally. I brought it to the attention of the deputy sheriff who was there stationed. He was a senior law enforcement officer, and I brought it to the attention of the clerk of elections. I brought it to their attention. I objected. And I said, this person is not being observed. He's not part of the process that I can see. And he's walking in with baggies, which we have pictures of and it was submitted to in our affidavits. And he was sticking these USBs into the machines. So, I personally witnessed over that that happened 24 times, over 24 times. We have multiple other witnesses to start including Democrat poll watchers. And we were told, I was told the next day, by, the, solicitors, well, actually not the solicitor, but the attorney that we had secured that they said every election, they leave a couple of USBs in the voting machines and they're brought back and generally the warehouse manager comes over and puts them in. So in talking to, US Attorney General, McSwain and other, law enforcement officers, I found out that was not the case. That generally, you know, more than 2 is unusual. So they denied they did it. But, as of today, 47 USBV cards are missing and they're nowhere to be found. So I was told personally that these 32 these 24 to 30 cards that were uploaded weren't there. Those cards, I demanded that the they didn't update the vote live time. They only updated it about once every 2 or 3 hours. I demanded they uploaded the vote so I could see what the what what the result was and it was, 50,000 votes. And I think as a computer scientist, an American and a patriot, it doesn't matter who those 50,000 votes were. I'll tell you they were Vice President Biden. But what was shocking to me as an American, as someone who has gone to sea, gone to war, that, that could even happen. So, really upsetting to me and the most upsetting was I had, spoke to multiple law enforcement agencies and literally begged, multiple law enforcement agencies to say, go in. And it's in order to prove you're prove that nothing's happening. You need to exonerate yourselves in the process or refute what I'm saying, please. It's very simple process. Just go get the forensic evidence from the computers. It's a simple process. You take the you turn the computer off. It's nondestructive. It takes moments, maybe half an hour, 20 minutes to do it properly and collect the evidence. You open the computer up. You take a a device called a bit blocker. You put it in the hard drive. It's done under the observation of law enforcement officers. They take a forensic image of the drive. Put it all back together. It wouldn't have taken more than an hour to to image all 5 machines. That was never done despite my objections, and that was 3 weeks ago. Lastly, when they said they said, well, we've got all the forensic records and so forth. We just learned 2 days ago that virtually all chain of custody logs, records, yellow sheets, everything was gone. All forensic evidence, all custody sheets in Delaware County are gone. They had a signing party where they sat down and and poll workers were invited back to recreate those logs. And our understanding as of today was that they were unsuccessful in getting them all. So we have a situation where we have 100,000 ballots to 120,000 ballots, both mainland and USB. They're in question. Now, there's no cure for this. There's no remedy for this. As a home charter, we can we could have a reelection in Delaware County for our own representatives within our own town. But there is no cure for that for the President of the United States. And I believe as a citizen and an observer to this that anybody could certify that vote in any good conscience.

Criminal charge referrals against Governor (former PA AG) Shapiro, Gov Wolf, Delco DA Stollsteimer, DOJ, et al mailed via USPS and emailed yesterday and today. These criminal charges along with July 4th, 2023 disclosure and criminal charges submitted to House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan, have sharp teeth because they require formal investigations, and provide leverage to Congress, GAO, and SCOTUS to suspend CIGIE retaliation and election interference against President Trump. Must be acted on within 30 days. It has taken 3 years of lower court cases, FOIA's, RTK's, citizen investigations, and uploading evidentiary base to public record, National Archives, and DOJ. No way around these charges. This is differentiator from all previous cases submitted to state and federal officials and agencies by other election integrity groups / efforts, and what we have been quietly and diligently working on and assembling for almost four years. "They" thought they were "winning" by criminally quashing investigations and court cases, and erroneously figured we would quit by now, or that they could delay us past the Nov 2024 elections.
