As part of this takedown, we've identified and charged defendants operating from Russia, Eastern Europe, Pakistan and other foreign countries. As just one example, we dismantled a scheme involving a sophisticated operation run from Russia and Eastern Europe that strategically bought dozens of medical supply companies in The United States and submitted more than $10,000,000,000 in fraudulent health care claims to Medicare. To make matters worse, these perpetrators used the stolen identities of more than 1,000,000 Americans spanning all 50 states to perpetrate this scheme and submit these false claims. But I'm pleased to report that federal agents intercepted and arrested key members of that organization at US airports and The US Mexico border, cutting off their intended escape routes. The days of transnational criminal organizations using the American health care programs as their personal piggy bank are over.
Third, this takedown resulted in criminal charges against 74 defendants, including medical professionals who fueled America's deadly opioid crisis for personal profit. These are not isolated instances of poor judgment. These are calculated schemes designed to exploit Americans struggling with addiction while enriching the very people who were duty bound to help them heal. We charged pill mill operators who prescribed unnecessary opioids. We dismantled networks of corrupt pharmacies that existed solely to distribute drugs to addicts and dealers, feeding the addiction crisis that has devastated so many American communities.
Fourth, many of the defendants charged as part of this takedown specifically targeted our most vulnerable citizens, elderly Americans in nursing homes, individuals with disabilities, those battling illnesses, and more. And four, that the Russians tried colluding with the Trump campaign. None of any of this was ever true. There was no reliable intelligence to support any of these allegations. Senior CIA officials repeatedly refused to traffic in these allegations, But they were repeatedly overruled by CIA director Brennan and FBI director Comey, who insisted that they be pushed, even without verifiable evidence. The Obama administration cherry picked the intelligence, lied about their sources, misquoted sources, didn't corroborate their claims, suppressed intelligence that ran counter to their narratives, and even used anonymous Internet postings.
Rank and file CIA admitted what they were doing violated their own tradecraft standards. There was a massive pressure campaign that came right from the top. CIA analysts say they received unusual directives from political appointees, the CIA director, and Obama himself. This is how the Russia hoax was born.

Speaker 0: My name is Augustus Dorico. I'm the CEO and founder of Rainmaker. We're a cloud seeding company that is enhancing precipitation via advanced radar and also drones for the sake of supplementing water supplies for farms, cities, reservoirs, and wildlife throughout The United States. Our ultimate vision is to end water scarcity, and we've begun that mission already. I'm testifying to not oppose the spirit of this bill, which I think is well founded, but the current configuration of the bill that I think would impede this mission for ending water scarcity and also for bringing the best in class technology to Florida and the rest of The United States.
And so the first point that I'd like to make is the difference between, solar radiation management, and cloud seeding. And so senator Garcia did bring this up briefly. Solar radiation management is a very new technology. It's not something that's been tested at length. NOAA has done some very initial experiments on its efficacy.
It is attempting to reduce the amount of solar radiation that makes it down to the planet by injecting reflective aerosols into the upper atmosphere. Once you inject these aerosols, they stay in the stratosphere for years. They have effects on the entire climate. The data from these experiments, because the experiments have been so few, is limited. And so the implications of them are not something that are well tested yet.
Cloud seeding is altogether different. The only similarity is that it has to do with the atmosphere. It has to do with the low atmosphere. It's a mechanism, or it's a tool that either freezes the water in existing clouds or condenses the droplets in existing clouds into bigger snowflakes or bigger droplets such that they fall, onto your target watershed or farm. It's a technology that that has existed for eighty years in The United States.
It was patented by GE in 1946, but it hasn't been viable for a long time because we didn't have the appropriate radar to measure exactly what its effect is. I can tell you definitively that there is not cloud seeding going on in the state of Florida because you would be able to see its effect on radar. So the National Center for Atmospheric Research produced some great results from what's called the snowy campaign where they were able to verify cloud seeding's effect, and they saw tens of millions of gallons of precipitation occur from each of their interventions, and that was very, very easily distinguishable on radar. It also is worth saying that it's local, in its scope, and it is very short temporally. So if ever there is cloud seeding going on and you don't like the consequences of it, there are unintended consequences and it's quite well characterized.
So the unintended consequences are minimal. You can stop whenever you like. So that point of differentiation between solar radiation management, which is something that I think the public should scrutinize more heavily, and cloud seeding is important to make from the top. Then the second point I'd like to make is that well, it has to do with the safety of cloud seeding. Right?
Because this has to do with environmental health, particularly pollution. Cloud seeding is conventionally done with a chemical called silver iodide. It's LD fifty, so its lethal dose, is 10 times higher than aspirin. And we're using about fifty grams per each operation. That's as much as can fit in the palm of your hand.
Right? That's less flour than is in a slice of bread. So the amount that accumulates into watersheds is in the parts per trillion after decades of operation, and we have data to prove that from programs that exist throughout The United States. This leads me into another point, which is the precedent that other states have set in cloud seeding permitting and licensing. So I think that per what I said at the top of my commentary, the spirit of this bill to protect Floridians, to protect protect Americans from environmental pollution, that is great.
And I think that permitting and licensing absolutely should exist. It does exist in states like Texas and Utah and Idaho. So this isn't a blue state or red state issue. California has a process as well. New Mexico has a process, and we don't want anybody want Hanley modifying the weather.
So implementing a permitting regime so that it's only done responsibly and safely with best in class meteorological practices, that that makes sense, and we advocate for that. Not only do we advocate for that, we, Rainmaker Technology Corporation, has engineers in all of the states that I mentioned that are actively modifying the weather, that are actively enhancing precipitation for farmers and reservoirs and cities that are undergoing drought. And that that brings me into, like, my third and and closing point. Like, what is this bill about? What are we voting on here?
Yes. This has to do with Florida, first and foremost. I don't think that burdening the state with more regulation, with more permitting on investigation is something that it wouldn't necessarily be excited about. But if it was for the sake of protecting Floridians, that makes sense. I don't think that we want to prevent Florida's access to best in class technology for their agriculture and their water and their wildlife, but more than that it has to do with The United States both domestically and abroad.
No if, ands, or buts. Mar A Lago exists here. Florida is a very consequential state within The United States. And if weather modification is banned here, that sets a precedent to deprive farmers in even more arid regions of the country from getting access to water from cloud seeding. And so if only for the sake of other Americans, for other farming interests, for other cities like Salt Lake, which is currently radically under budget for their water supply and people are getting respiratory issues from the dust kicked up from the evaporation.
Cloud seeding could mitigate that. If this precedent is set here, it could affect other Americans. And not only could it affect us immediately, within The United States, but long term, it could affect us geopolitically Because China has a $300,000,000 annual budget for weather modification research and operations, and if we are to ban this year, if that precedent is set throughout the rest of The United States and perhaps federally, then we will lose control over, the weather, to China. And that's not something that I, as a patriot or I think anybody else in Florida, would advocate for. So in closing, I think that permitting and licensing for cloud seeding, which is a technology that other states throughout the union have adopted, and created, I I advocate for wholeheartedly, but, SRM is something altogether different.

I can't answer the last question for you, but after doing some thorough research, I can answer the first two. His legal name in Indonesia is Barry Soetoro, as shown on this document recorded at the school he attended.
It would have been unlawful in Indonesia to record any but his full legal name on this document. So as far as we know, to this day, in Indonesia, Barry Soetoro remains his legal name. Barry or Barak Hussein, if you will, attended a Catholic school in Indonesia, which was required by law to instruct him in the religion of Islam. Here is a close-up of the document we showed you earlier from the school in which Beri or Barak Hussein was instructed in Islam. The law of Indonesia, unlike that of The United States, does not allow for dual citizenship.
Therefore, we can see clearly from this document that Barry or Barak Hussein was only a citizen of Indonesia and not of The United States. Since Indonesia does not allow proselytizing from one religion to the next, we can also see that Barry was a member of the religion of Islam, and as such, would have been instructed in Islam by the school he attended. So the implications of this is treason. Hang them. I'm sorry, I'm a Christian, but you are treasonous traitor gallows, you know, hang on the own gallows that you have set for us, our Americans. In America, we protect our military men. We protect them.
We don't let them die. We don't call off search and rescues. We don't call off CCO missions to rescue them out of Benghazi. This is absolutely disgusting and I have a feeling that the mainstream media is not going to want to cover this but they're going to have no choice because this information is already viral. That's why we released it last night.
It went viral. The American people want to know what's going on, what has happened under our noses, how much were we lied to. We want to know the truth. It's time to know the truth. And Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration have known that there is a chance that this will come out.
There is a hot chance this will come out and that is why they never wanted president Trump to win. He wasn't supposed to win according to them. They were trying to steal it from him. That's why they're trying to impeach him. That's why they're doing anything even crashing an economy with a pandemic COVID to make sure that he doesn't get reelected.
He will get reelected in Jesus' name. And when these documents do come out, when the Congressman asks to hold hearings, subpoenas will come out. I'm ready. I don't know if you got popcorn ready, Gary, but I got my popcorn ready for justice in this country. This 2020 has been crazy, but hopefully it's full of justice.
Speaker 0: And I wanna look at your Twitter here. You say a member of Congress received a majority of the documents last night. You also said a well respected general that you all know and love said everything that came out is spot on. So you have some high ranking general who says who's confirmed all of this already.
Speaker 3: Yes. This high ranking general confirmed it with Charles Woods. He spoke to Charles Woods this morning and said everything that you have released is spot on. This general is gonna be I'm not going to mention his name, but we all, a lot of people know who he is. He's very well loved.
So spot on, hopefully this is the October surprise people have been rumoring about for years, but this is it, Gary. This is it. And that's why I want to say, want to ask everyone that's watching right now to share this information with anyone that you can, your liberal friends, your lefty friends, let them have a moment to break this down in their minds before it explodes on them on national television and I hope it does. I don't see how they can get away from this, Gary. There's, first of all, I have to say with the amount of audios that I've heard, they cannot have, they can't have any excuses.
There is no justification for what was caught on audio, pictures, documents, documents that John Brennan signed. There's too much information for them to deny that this happened way too much. So, I don't think it's a surprise that Kamala Harris pushed, you know, getting rid of nooses and for treason after the Justice Smollett case. I don't think it's a coincidence that that all happened. We're about to have the most insane revelation of American treason, the biggest that we've ever experienced in this country.
Speaker 0: Now, do we know about the whistleblower himself and how he got the information, his role in it all? I understand that he was actually a falconer. Am I right?
Speaker 3: Yeah. Was how cool is this, Gary? He was a falcon trainer. I mean, who does that? He's a falcon trainer.
I can't tell you much about him, but I will say this. He has been working in The Middle East for over twenty years, has very high level connections in The Middle East. And as you could tell by watching his video, he looks like a wizard, but you know, he has to blend in. So he's very credible. The Obama administration know very, very well who he is.
They're very familiar with him. Now these recordings were literally recorded by Alan. Some of them were not but most of them were phone calls, conversations, documents that he was privy to because he's working in The Middle East and he had a lot, he has a lot of this information for a long time. But I will say the phone calls that I have heard the majority of them are Alan on the phone with these congressmen and, very high intelligence agencies.
Speaker 0: So some more background and, Perot said that a double agent provided DNA to a CIA station chief that it was Bin Laden in Abbottabad, and then they sent in SEAL Team six. And they told only told Obama about SEAL Team six, the kill mission, after it was over. And then the radar was put back up so that they could not go back. It was a one way trip, he said. And he says, we have witnesses who say that Hillary and Panetta were threatening Obama, that if he didn't go along with the kill mission, that they would go to the press and he would not survive politically.
That is when they pulled him off the golf course after it was over. The architects that he states, the whistleblower states, were Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, and Leon Panetta. SEAL Team six killed Osama's double or a decoy based on one of the wives who screamed that that is why they didn't save the body. They threw the body parts over the mountains and John Brennan told everybody to lie. So
Speaker 3: That's right.
Speaker 0: This is huge.
Speaker 3: It is. It's insane. And I wanna have one little correction there about when Obama found out. From what I have heard, what they have told me and what is in the interview as well, Allen said that the, well actually this is an interview they told me privately that this is, Obama found out when it was too late for him to say no. They were the SEAL Team six were already on their way when Obama found out and Clinton wanted this raid wanted this raid done and, had apparently, they had a feeling that Obama was gonna say no to it for some reason and they there's some kind of blackmail there.
I don't know if that's gonna come out, but they sent these guys out from the Department of State, sent them out and they told Obama later while it's it was already too late to say no and everything else he said was correct.
Speaker 0: So Obama was briefed after the mission had already begun. What's really bizarre is that Hillary called this mission. She's the one who was the architect of this mission with Brennan. And then but last minute, the Iranians double crossed and they pulled Osama out, which then created a massive problem for them because now you have SEAL Team six. Everyone's celebrating, like I said before, in front of the White House said Osama bin Laden's been killed.
And now the Iranians go, guess what? Pay up. Pay up. I mean, who knows, like, to the extent of the architect the architecture of this entire operation, maybe that was the plan all along so that they could get billions of dollars funneled back into The United States. I don't know.
I'm just just drawing out these different conclusions that could potentially, be on the mark.
Speaker 3: See, I a good question. I don't know if they wanted to, you know, if they necessarily didn't want Osama to be there, but he was being heavily protected for a long time. We knew where he was. The point is, is that Obama used him as a trophy kill to get reelected and they were sitting on intelligence. They could have grabbed him anytime they wanted.
I don't think it's a coincidence. I don't know that he's not there and that he wasn't there when they got there. So it's a good question. I don't know if we're ever going to find out that information, but it will leave it to the American people to decide who, what really happened.

People knew this was that he was hiding out there and he was being protected.

It is already viral and we still, we don't even have all the documents out yet publicly. It will be slow drops. We will see little by little what has happened. And I'm telling you, it's going to explode everyone's mind, especially I should say, including the Democrats. I know I have a feeling they're going to try to say this is fake news, but they cannot deny the voices they will hear.
They cannot deny the documents that are going to come out. Again, they never thought that Trump would have won and they never thought the or thinking that these documents would ever come out. Pray for Allen's safety. He is out there in The Middle East. So again, he's just, sorry.
