I review a basket that includes WBD, an Archegos favorite, rolled 1/30/2025 to 1/16/2026 and tweaked on the 9th when the focus shifted. The 9th basket trades 3 swaps, 16x on 1/13/2026, totaling $38M (TSLA, SNAP, MRNA, COIN, GME, RIVN, LCID, MSTR, OKLO, BITF). A third basket on 1/20/2026 crosses $100M across 3,000,000 shares (CRWD, NEM, RIOT, SE, PRTY, SCHW, HIMS, APLD, GME, OCDO). RC added 500k shares that day.

@itsalwaysrains - AlwaysSadButTruthful

the big basket im watching on GME includes the archegos favorite Warner Bros. Discovery, inc. they had rolled it on 1/30/2025 til 1/16/2026, but modified it early on the 9th, which is the day the baskets @rnewton7777 commented on was focused on. the basket: US94419L1017 → U → Unity Software Inc. US13462K1097 → CVNA → Carvana Co. US92047W1018 → VKTX → Viking Therapeutics, Inc. US3397501012 → FUBO → fuboTV Inc. US1468691027 → BYND → Beyond Meat, Inc. US88160R1014 → TSLA → Tesla, Inc. US36467W1099 → GME → GameStop Corp. US1431301027 → CFLT → Confluent, Inc. US5738741041 → MBLY → Mobileye Global Inc. US9699041011 → WBD → Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. now, since that date, there has been one basket which was identified on the 9th, which was newly traded in 3 swaps and these 3 were modified 16x on the 13th of this month. this represented $38M in total notional: US88160R1014 → TSLA → Tesla, Inc. US77543R1023 → SNAP → Snap Inc. US5657881067 → MRNA → Moderna, Inc. US18452B2097 → COIN → Coinbase Global, Inc. US36467W1099 → GME → GameStop Corp. US6988841036 → RIVN → Rivian Automotive, Inc. US47233W1099 → LCID → Lucid Group, Inc. US5949724083 → MSTR → MicroStrategy Incorporated US6837121036 → OKLO → Oklo Inc. US0900401060 → BITF → Bitfarms Ltd. and one other basket total return swap which was newly traded on 1/20/2026, but this ones weird. it involved a total notional of $100000000 across 3,000,000 shares of the underlyings in the basket. (neat shit): US12510Q1004 → CRWD → CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. (Class A common stock) BMG667211046 → NEM → Newmont Corporation (common shares, Canadian listing) US76169C1009 → RIOT → Riot Platforms, Inc. (formerly Riot Blockchain) US81282V1008 → SE → Sea Limited (American Depositary Shares) US72352L1061 → PRTY → Party City Holdco Inc. (common stock) US8064071025 → SCHW → The Charles Schwab Corporation (common stock) US4330001060 → HIMS → Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (Class A common stock) US03762U1051 → APLD → Applied Digital Corporation US36467W1099 → GME → GameStop Corp. (Class A common stock) GB00BN4HT335 → OCDO → Ocado Group plc (ordinary shares, London Stock Exchange) neat to see the first baskets placement when those big swaps were supposed to expire, and the last swaps amounts on a day that RC purchased another 500k shares. file is here> (its 8mbf unzipped but 500kb zipped as .7z) https://limewire.com/d/njLdo#ljl0nLawCG

I’m an investor and longtime researcher of Gamestop. I’ve spent years diligencing this topic and have data I believe show market manipulation and fraudulent dynamics. Please review my records and hypotheses honestly, consider my time and effort, and enact honest changes. I believe Gamestop swap baskets show extensive manipulation, with UPI baskets covering much of my Dec ’22–present archives. I appreciate your work and look forward to your next steps with investors’ offerings. - AlwaysSadButTruthful

@itsalwaysrains - AlwaysSadButTruthful

dear @ryancohen, I'm an investor and normal person, but I've spent many years of my life doing diligence into @gamestop and all that pertains to it. i hope that you take these data records I'm providing, and all of my efforts, into honest consideration. I've worked hard and refused to leave, as was asked of me, so consideration of my time and work is all that i ask of you. There is something.. very, very wrong here. Your company is involved in so much fraudulent market dynamics, I believe I've given you all that's required to prove market manipulation. i would greatly appreciate this and it's all I ask from you: simply consider the data and hypothesis's presented and enacting an honest change which we all deeply require. #Gamestop swap baskets are involved in the greatest amounts of manipulation, we as a community, have ever discovered. The records are there for you and your team to peruse. Gamestop basket UPI's involve half of the swap baskets in the entirety of my swap archives from dec '22 to current day.. Besides that, I appreciate the work you are doing, and look forward to see what you and the boys do with the offerings left for investors to receive. Thank you for you consideration and time, if you indeed see this. 🙏 -A humble $gme investor, AlwaysSadButTruthful

credit default swaps were the instrument used to short mortgages. let burry explain these swaps: (1/2) https://t.co/so4oyA1k8W

Video Transcript AI Summary
Specifically, I set out to buy credit default swaps on subordinated tranches of subprime residential mortgage backed securities. We would ultimately use nine different Wall Street dealer counterparties. To be clear well, first I'd say Lehman and Baer, I avoided for obvious reasons, even back then. Goldman Sachs featured very prominently early on. They were a very anxious crew. To be clear, these credit default swaps that I'm buying would rise in value as mortgages are written off and the value of these tranches fell. Goldman Sachs in the spring of 'seven appeared to us to want to make its trade bigger. They wanted a bigger piece of the big short. A lower price, therefore, would benefit Goldman Sachs, and that's how Wall Street works. Incredibly, it would later be reported that more than $60,000,000,000,000, $60,000,000,000,000 in credit derivatives were in effect at the peak.

Speaker 0: Specifically, I set out to buy credit default swaps on subordinated tranches of subprime residential mortgage backed securities. In June 2007, credit spreads started marching higher and then they just took off for once, once Goldman was on the same side as my trade. Then it was AIG's turn to complain about Goldman's marks. Incredibly, it would later be reported that more than $60,000,000,000,000, $60,000,000,000,000 in credit derivatives were in effect at the peak. Now, hyperbole would say that is more than the gross product of the world. But it's roughly equal and who really knows what the gross product of the world is? How could that be? How could it even get close to the gross product of the world? Credit derivatives on an underlying asset could be worth multiple orders of magnitude more than the asset itself is worth because all all asset backed securities, all asset backed derivative securities settled in cash, pay as you go. That was the secret sauce of the doomsday machine.

I found it interesting to consider the implications of Computershare's partnership with SETL, especially since SETL is a key contender for the CBDC settlement system. Notably, the board includes members from the Royal Bank of England, Royal Bank of France, and Citi. I also came across an article about the Bank of England and BIS working on digital currency systems. It raises questions about the institutional investors in Computershare, particularly those involved in the 2008 bailout and their connection to total return swaps. SETL's funding by Citi adds another layer to this complex situation. I felt it was worth revisiting these points.

@itsalwaysrains - AlwaysSadButTruthful

( ̄o ̄) . z Z imagine if @computershare investors looked at CS's partnership "http://SETL.io" and then saw they were 'the' CBDC settlement system contender. and then looked at the board members to see the royal bank of england and royal bank of franc and citi. and then saw this article about bank of england + BIS digital currency systems. https://quant.network/news/quant-collaborates-with-bis-and-the-bank-of-england-on-project-rosalind/ and then put that together with the institutional investors of #computershare being 08 bailed out banks with shorts on #gamestop who appear to own the total return swaps. then pair that together with the idea that setl is FUNDED by citi. what a mess. anyway, felt like bringing this up again. im a stubborn one to bring up talking points that have not been addressed correctly yet.

I discussed how breaking rehypothecate chains could ensure honest margin by preventing blocktrades. Blocktrades are the source of rehypothecation, whether they involve options or swaps, and this impacts margin collateral requirements.

@itsalwaysrains - AlwaysSadButTruthful

@banne_davi17405 @odinthedog2 @rnewton7777 @GameStopEcho in theory this would break all rehypothecate chains, no matter which swap or option they are derived from, and then deliver honest margin since transfers cannot be blocktraded. blocktrades are what are rehpothecated, whether options or swaps. margin collateral requirements.

I learned that collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) are a type of asset-backed security. It seems confusing that collateralized loans are considered asset-backed, but the term refers to how these loans are supported by a diversified pool of debt securities or bank loans. The cash flows from these loans are divided into tranches, each with different risk levels. The riskiest tranche, the subordinated or equity tranche, absorbs defaults first, protecting the senior tranches, which typically have higher credit ratings and lower yields. However, even senior tranches can face significant losses.

@itsalwaysrains - AlwaysSadButTruthful

TIL collateralized loan obligations (CLO) are a type of asset backed security. why tf are collateralized loans asset backed? wtf is this nonsensical jargon? to quote: "Collateralized Debt Obligations: Collateralized debt obligations (“CDOs”), including collateralized bond obligations (“CBOs”) and collateralized loan obligations (“CLOs”), are types of asset-backed securities. A CDO is an entity that is backed by a diversified pool of debt securities (CBOs) or syndicated bank loans (CLOs). The cash flows of the CDO can be split into multiple segments, called “tranches,” which will vary in risk profile and yield. The riskiest segment is the subordinated or “equity” tranche. This tranche bears the greatest risk of defaults from the underlying assets in the CDO and serves to protect the other, more senior, tranches from default in all but the most severe circumstances. Since it is shielded from defaults by the more junior tranches, a “senior” tranche will typically have higher credit ratings and lower yields than their underlying securities, and often receive investment grade ratings from one or more of the nationally recognized rating agencies. Despite the protection from the more junior tranches, senior tranches can experience substantial losses due to actual defaults, increased sensitivity to future defaults and the disappearance of one or more protecting tranches as a result of changes in the credit profile of the underlying pool of assets." https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1752019/000119312521071065/d102433dncsr.htm

I want to clarify that I genuinely like @redchessqueen99. It's disheartening how easily people believe rumors, turning gossip into accepted truths. I'm thankful for the support I received from her during my learning journey. I created a meme to highlight how perceptions can be manipulated, using the example of the woman in the red dress. It's crucial to question everything and verify information. I've shown evidence of manipulation within the community, and I encourage others to think critically about the events we've experienced. These are my honest thoughts.

I was trying to talk to you anon, and you got distracted and led astray. think clearly ffs. wsb was fucked. made stonk. stonk got violated and incepted. psyop removed founder. i prove all who incepted, and am standing up for the founder. ffs, i showed you pinks hiring video. so do tell me what doubts you have left between my words and you receiving them. could it be, simply, your doubts? was FUD instilled in you so that you cant think clearly of our timeline of events? perhaps. perhaps not. only you can say yes or no to that. anyway, I felt this needed said. these are my honest thoughts and opinion. i have 0 concern how this message is received.

why dont i believe in @edwinbarnesc berkshire theory? because berkshire and allstate are the issuers of all the credit swaps holding up 2008, which GME needs to defeat to MOASS. i was hoping he'd reach out, but hasn't. so i'll speak my #truth. #gamestop.

I’m sharing some thoughts on margin calls and block trades. Jon is curious about the details block by block after discussing plans with Cohen. I’m making a connection between bricks and blocks, suggesting that if RC overcomes dark pools, he’s navigating through these blocks. Just some coincidences, I guess.

@itsalwaysrains - AlwaysSadButTruthful

heres tinfoil i guess? margin call ending > after thought. Jon asks if anyone knows whats in there block by block, after talking to Cohen about setting up a plan. lego pieces are called what? bricks. but also blocks. perhaps analogy to brick x brick could be margin calls block by block? if RC defeats the darkpools, he's stepping on blocks to do so. blocks are blocktrades, btw. blocktrades allow for re routing of the orders. ignore me. just cohencidences...

There are several days when the swap expiries I discuss overlap, but I won't disclose specific dates to avoid potential misuse. Today, I want to address some observations regarding spy swaps that seem spoofed. The notional amounts in columns R and S, when compared to columns X, Y, and Z, reveal inconsistencies. Notably, the adjusted prices between new trades and modifications show significant swings, raising questions about their validity. The patterns observed, especially with the ISIN and RIC of $SPY, suggest a possible exploit.

@itsalwaysrains - AlwaysSadButTruthful

there are quite a few days where the swap expiry's of the things i show overlap. although i refuse to show dates for they can be weaponized against you, but since today is one of them, i will now choose to speak on some. it's impossible to know the implications. they appear spoofed. Following the spy swaps, I believe as of now, are key to understanding how the swaps are "spoofed" consider the $5 notional amount but varying quantities from columns R and S. specifically comparing those amounts with columns X , Y , and Z for the total return notional amounts and quantities. something fucky in these. also, the 1/6 expiry spy swaps show something odd in the adjusted totals (column AB) row 28919 is a NEWT(newtrade) and 28920 is a Modification. NEWT shows adjusted price of $460, then MODI swings to $0.000025. 2 week spread between the newt, and modi signal. created 2023-12-01 22:22:32 then 3 days later after that swap trade: rows 28921 is a NEWT(newtrade) and 28922 is a Modification. NEWT shows adjusted as $904.761904761905 , then MODI swings it to $2. 11 days between newt and modi on those. modi on same day for both of those swaps. created 2023-12-04 14:51:00 the last one described is both the ISIN and RIC of $SPY. lastly, row 29293 newt signal then term signal, adjusted price swings between the signals from $623.076923076923 to $16200000, and its done twice. thats a big adjusted price. wut gives? why there 2 of em at the exact same price with this pattern? cc: @TheUltimator5 , this isin + ric thing is an exploit. is the burry bet which JPM bought out in 2008, showing alive in their accounts... and this one shows they were never repurchased according to perplexity's summary of the documents. but, yet, 20:1 in swaps and insurers markets?oof

@itsalwaysrains - AlwaysSadButTruthful

https://archive.ph/OO9n6 imagine arguing about DRS and the technicalities instead of these positions from washington mutual that burry bet on still existing in JPM's ownership structure. that these prove things WAMU's werent closed, but sure.. let's argue about other things.

when the data i linked you above comes due, as perplexity states in the pic, this will topple the treasury underwriters JPM, who have been treasury underwriters since 1893, 20y before federal reserve was concocted. o wait. JPM is working the CBDC tho rite? yeah. so imho, 2008 was a tool to usher in CBDC after financial collapse was engineered. https://www.ledgerinsights.com/jp-morgan-regulated-liability-network-digital-currency/ link to show JPM's placement in the new cbdc system. please, also remember JPM is on the board of SETL, the CBDC settlement system as well. my perspective is unique, and my investment strategy is activist. I greatly respect the way you replied today, i found it kind. but in all honesty i invest why i want how i want where i want with due intention of purpose. Again, notice i have talked about CBDC this entire post. it is something that cannot be undone, and will turn USA into china's social credit system the moment it finishes..

I was recently asked an important question about the financial system, and I believe there's an honest solution to the issues surrounding swaps and rehypothecated instruments. My research suggests that by using our shares of $GME, $AMC, and $KOSS, we can create honest margin collateral and address systemic risks. The key is to move shares continuously among brokers under Apex, which would force clearing costs on them. This approach doesn't require moving DRS positions and focuses on leveraging our shares to create the necessary margin.

@itsalwaysrains - AlwaysSadButTruthful

This is by far, one of the most important questions, and honest ones, i was ever asked. @GCinvests8 , thank you very much for asking it. I am of the opinion, that in the math of these swaps, and the shorts, and the rehypothecated instruments across all levels of the markets.. there exists an honest solution. According to my research, there is a way to use the shares that we own , of $gme $amc and $koss, to apply an honest margin collateral , honest lit registry share amounts, and to stop the illegal crime which is going to death spiral our country and financial system. the gamestop shares are the greatest systemic risk in the whole system. with all the leveraging chains and rehypothecate loops, all that is required is to remove shares from the darkpool, and simply hold them in the broker of choice under apex. comically they were always the weakest link in the entire swap chain setups anyway. ive posted about that so many times, at great length. spoke with @Hey_ross about this in a space once... then never got to talk to anyone again. https://t.co/mt3dDU6xIH the only way the entire chain of swaps i show fails, is if people decide the money isn't what matters, but honest recursion from deceit to truth, then shares must be dogpiled under apex brokers. the must be in-kind transfered from other brokers, and if the "other brokers" are also under apex, then apex has to pay the clearing costs for those. if enough shares have to be cleared at once, then g fucking g. the shares need to NOT stay where they are. they need to move, nonstop, CONTINUOUSLY among the brokers under apex. this creates a hypothetical situation of using share clearances as a way to make apex pay gas fees per share moved. most brokers want anons business, and will pay for the transfer for anons. this method of transfer which would see the game stop, cant be blocktraded into darkpools again, can only be loaned one time (if used to short then margin is 300% sh price) , gets put on lit registry, and accrues an honest margin collateral requirement which must come off the top of apex's net excess capital WHILE paying for share clearing costs broker to broker. this does not require a single drs position to be moved, fuck those. they can stay. this is just for retords like me who stayed in brokers. drs kids can not help us game stop the game. they lost the ability to make margin with them, so they can not call marge. but weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee can. perhaps this is a good reason to own $GME? welcome to the swap thesis. the only way it fails is to margin. shares are all we control in the whole thing, so they are the tool to make the margin.

@itsalwaysrains - AlwaysSadButTruthful

@dildoflexing going to the cftc's site > https://www.cftc.gov/MarketReports/financialfcmdata/DescriptionofReportDataFields/index.htm we can view the net excess amounts of each and every futures merchant, and also notice Webull as an "addition" at the bottom with no submitted capital amounts. if margin collateral required > net excess capital then marge

@GCinvests8 - GC

@itsalwaysrains Wait, so if this is the case, why invest in $GME at all if shorts can essentially continue to roll their swaps and never close? Bull thesis aside. Specifically focusing on short thesis
