HOW MANY HAVE THE VACCINES KILLED? My interview on @IronWillRpt on our recent papers on COVID vaccine toxicity, and demonstrably ridiculous modeling claims that the vaccines saved "tens of millions of lives" @denisrancourt @jmyremets @Marine_Baudin_ https://ironwillreport.com/how-many-have-the-vaccines-killed-dr-joseph-hickey-2/

In a recent @SSTribunal_EN case, an exemption request for a vaccine mandate was denied. The claimant was subsequently suspended for non-compliance. However, the appellant argued that they were not willfully disobeying, as they had chosen the exemption stream and provided additional information. A similar case (2023 SST 1217) also resulted in denial. The full winning case (GE-22-3918) can be found at ocla.ca/wp-content/upl…

2/ @SSTribunal_EN found the appellant did not "wilfully" disobey the employer's policy, because "the door to the exemption request was not fully closed" The door was open for the appellant to provide additional info to "clarify" his exemption request

3/ This is what I argued in my case: not wilful non-compliance, because appellant chose exemption stream of the policy and continued to provide information that was received and evaluated by the employer (My appeal was recently denied, on Nov 23, 2023: https://ocla.ca/is-refusal-to-be-vaccinated-misconduct-under-the-employment-insurance-act-ocla-ed-raises-constitutional-issues-in-social-security-tribunal-appeal

4/ The @SSTribunal_EN's database does contain a case that cites GE-22-3918, in which the appeal was nonetheless denied, similar to my case. It is 2023 SST 1217 (CanLII) https://canlii.ca/t/k0wb9

EI AND VACCINATION MANDATES: The government says I committed "misconduct" by declining vaccination while asking for an exemption to my employer's vaccination mandate. I had my hearing at the Social Security Tribunal @SSTribunal_EN today. 1/
