EI & VAX MANDATES: I just learned of this important @SSTribunal_EN case that for some strange reason isn't available online anywhere! The claimant asked for an exemption. It was denied, and then three days later he was suspended for not being vaccinated. 1/

2/ @SSTribunal_EN found the appellant did not "wilfully" disobey the employer's policy, because "the door to the exemption request was not fully closed" The door was open for the appellant to provide additional info to "clarify" his exemption request
