Speaker 0: So people, have been asking me lately what's the hardest part of, being COVID aware and taking COVID precautions and things like that. And, you know, it's not the masking all the time, the, you know, having to pre organize pretty much everything you do to make sure the environment is safe or, you know, the awkward conversations that you have with people when you ask them to mask or if, you know, kids are coming over to play with my son. If, you know, if it's not that awkwardness of saying, hey, kids. You know, is anybody sick at your house or giving them a mask and whatever else. You know, those things are you know, they're they're they're very inconvenient, and they're very annoying, and they're things that I wish didn't exist, you know, and I wish I didn't have to keep up on the research and everything else. But right now, the hardest, you know, the hardest thing to deal with in this active pandemic is watching people unknowingly get infected over and over again and leaving themselves open to long COVID. So, the statistics are out. Right? It's 1 in every 10 infections leads to long COVID. It's, you know, your percentage of getting infected at 3. 3 times infected is like 38%, and it just rises as the infections, you know, pile on. So this virus damages the immune system and t cells and all the the things that keep us safe from other viruses. So it pretty much weakens the body so that you're susceptible to everything else. And that's why we're seeing all these different viruses popping up and, you know, going off the charts. And, you know, so that's that's the hardest part is that people are are carrying on like it's 2019, and they just don't know. Right? So a lot of people just don't know the gamble that they're taking. And, unfortunately, COVID is the house and the house always wins. Right? So the probability of getting long COVID increases every time there's an infection and these waves of infections are happening closer together and they're happening with higher peaks, and we have a steady flood of COVID infections that basically never goes away, so there's always 100 and thousands of cases. So you could see why that's concerning. I mean, there's so many people who just don't have a clue, the danger that they're in, and, you know, the lack of measures, is really contributing to that, and the lack of education is really contributing to that. So that's the the the hardest thing I'm having to deal with lately is just watching people, unknowingly get infected with the virus that's probably gonna cause them long term damage and who knows what else. I mean, long COVID is terrible. COVID causes brain damage. COVID attacks the heart. There's just so many things that people don't know, and that's pretty much the hardest part for me right now. So
