THE BILL GATES FILES. Over the past day, I have read some of the most insane things I have read in my life. I cannot believe it. Gates said he had "several meetings" with Jeffrey Epstein. The documents show at least 205 dates with meetings or dinners and at least 93 of Epstein's daily schedules with Gates on them. Gates said it was about philanthropy. At least 122 documents mention dollar amounts -- investment funds, hush payments, fund structures, reimbursements. Gates said it wasn't deep. Epstein's assistant Lesley Groff has at least 141 documents coordinating Gates logistics. Gates' own scheduler Larry Cohen has at least 138 documents on email chains with Epstein. These are operational volumes -- not a casual acquaintance. This is going to sound insane. That is because it is. BUT JEFFREY EPSTEIN WAS A CENTRAL INSIDER AT THE GATES FOUNDATION--CRITICAL TO ITS FINANCES AND OPERATIONS. 8 senior Gates Foundation staff had direct, documented contact with Jeffrey Epstein. Not through Gates -- directly and constantly. Gates personally sent at least 42 emails to or through Epstein. The relationship was still active in January 2019 -- six months before Epstein's arrest. Gates has been systematically, relentlessly lying about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Gates paid his science advisor Boris Nikolic $500,000 in hush money structured as a "gift" to avoid income reporting -- and when Boris wanted more, Gates threatened him through Epstein: "Boris can make whatever he wants public at that point and I will explain to the right people what was done to me and by whom." 3. The Gates Foundation's own General Counsel wrote legal memos to Epstein, called their collaboration "our work," and took direction from him on which law firms to use. YES, "OUR WORK". Epstein installed his own girlfriend -- Kathryn Ruemmler, former White House Counsel -- as Gates' personal attorney. She was in a 9-year relationship with Epstein while simultaneously representing Gates, and debriefed Epstein on her meetings with Gates' leadership. 5. Melanie Walker, Gates Foundation director overseeing $315 million in grants, had a 20-year friendship with Epstein, called him "superfly," tried to bring his microcurrency scheme into the Foundation, and forwarded Microsoft insider information to him. 6. The CEO of JPMorgan Chase could not get a meeting with Bill Gates at Davos without going through Jeffrey Epstein. 7. Gates shared his diplomatic itinerary to meet the Saudi King, Crown Prince, and Deputy Crown Prince with Jeffrey Epstein -- who responded with six demands to Bill Gates. And then a dirty joke about a proctologist. 8. In February 2013, Gates spent three straight days with Epstein -- meetings at the Four Seasons, evenings at his townhouse, a planned flight on Epstein's plane to Palm Beach, and a lunch with Woody Allen. His spokesperson later said he met Epstein just "several times." This was an outrageous lie. 9. Bill and Melinda Gates attended a dinner at Epstein's townhouse where "Eva & Celina will stop by but not be seated for dinner" -- unnamed young women dropping in at a convicted sex offender's dinner party. The other guests? A former Norwegian PM now charged with corruption. Earlier that same day, former Israeli PM Ehud Barak was at the house meeting Gates' science advisor Boris Nikolic. 10. And when Bill Gates was having PR problems? Epstein was suppressing negative news stories about him through his contacts. Yes, Epstein was running PR crisis management for Bill Gates. "I never went to his island." -- Bill Clinton, under oath, February 27, 2026 "say PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON was never on EPSTEIN's island" -- Jeffrey Epstein, to a trafficking victim THE BILL CLINTON FILES: CLINTON'S FEB. 27 STATEMENTS UNDER OATH--VERSUS THE FACTUAL RECORD On February 27, 2026, Bill Clinton testified under oath before the House Oversight Committee. He had been held in contempt of Congress one month earlier for refusing the subpoena. It was the first time a former president had been compelled to testify before Congress. For four and a half hours, he was calm. Measured. Lawyerly. He told them: "through my brief acquaintance with Jeffrey Epstein, though it ended years before his crimes came to light, and though I never witnessed during our limited interactions any indication of what was going on, I'm here to offer what little I know" [00:16:00]. He described the relationship as distant: "We were friendly, but I didn't know him well enough to say we were friends" [00:58:48]. He said the contact was limited: "Usually only on the trips. Sounds like a former president who had a passing acquaintance with a philanthropist. Now read the documents. Maxwell told DOJ attorneys under oath: "they met because of me and the plane was because of me" [DOJ-OGR-00022795]. Not Summers. Not Harvard. Maxwell -- the woman convicted of sex trafficking. Clinton told Congress: "I don't believe I met her when I was President" [00:31:06]. She met him during his presidency, at the White House, with Epstein. Doug Band -- Clinton's chief of staff and closest aide -- was also in a sexually charged relationship with Maxwell. Maxwell to Band, 3 AM: "Carol and I were plotting disgusting things with your body" [EFTA02333108]. Band to Maxwell: "boobihead miss you say hi to jeeeeeeffffffffrey" [EFTA02332772]. Band used Maxwell's connection for Clinton's benefit: "imp for wjc/me to get her taken care of" [EFTA02332671]. And the message that shows how the chain worked: Band to Maxwell: "the pres wanted me to tell you to tell jeffrey he says hello and he misses him. Maybe dinner or drinks late next week" [EFTA00578457]. Everything Band saw at Epstein's house, heard from Maxwell, or learned about the operation was one conversation away from the President. When Congress showed Clinton the "spank bottoms" message, he squinted and said: "It says this email is silly. I want to spank bottoms to involved. Who's it from?" [02:52:47]. He denied visiting Epstein's island at least five times during the deposition. At least four independent witnesses say otherwise. Virginia Roberts Giuffre, sworn testimony given three separate times: "We all dined together that night. Jeffrey was at the head of the table. Bill was at his left. I sat across from him. Ghislaine was at Bill's left and at the left of Ghislaine there were two olive-skinned brunettes who'd flown in with us from New York. I'd never met them before. I'd say they were no older than 17" [036-10]. "Were sexual orgies a regular occurrence on the island?" "Yes" [1090-16]. Epstein told her Clinton "owed me favors." A second witness, identified in the record as 435-09: "Former President Bill Clinton was present on the Island at a time when I was also present" [435-09]. A DOJ prosecution memo from March 2011 -- "Preliminary Investigation of Additional Crimes of Jeffrey Epstein" -- states: "President Bill Clinton came to Epstein's house several times and received erotic massages, although not from her, and at least one of these happened while he was still president. Some of these encounters occurred in Palm Beach, some in New Mexico, some in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and some in Europe" [EFTA01249058]. Four locations. While still president. A victim traveled to Africa with Clinton, Epstein, and Maxwell. At the hotel on that trip, according to an FBI FD-302: "EPSTEIN told [her] to go up to her hotel room and take a shower because she had been traveling." He then assaulted her. Clinton was in the hotel [EFTA01245656]. Giuffre described naked photos of young girls openly displayed in the villa during the island dinner where Clinton was present [1090-16]. An independent witness -- Dr. Bledsoe, a doctor on the Africa trip, not a victim -- noted unexplained young women on the plane [EFTA00173826]. Clinton's own characterization of the young women he saw: "I never saw anybody do anything wrong. I thought they were flight attendants" [02:26:44]. Epstein's plane had no flight attendants. The young women on board were trafficking victims. The cover-up. 90+ documents show a coordinated information warfare campaign to suppress the truth. It ran from January 2015 through at least March 2019 and involved lawyers, journalists, newspaper owners, coached witnesses, and Clinton's own former White House Counsel. I was a lifelong Democrat. I thought most conservatives were ignorant or evil or lying. I believed almost everything written in the New York Times, The New Republic, and the Atlantic. I was horrified when conservatives criticized the authorities. Every criticism I saw: I thought all of it was motivated by animus, resentment, self-interest, or ignorance. Whatever truth there might have been in the criticism, I saw as a mere "half-truth": an exploitation of this or that cherrypicked fact being weaponized. Why did I see it in terms of weaponization? Because I was biased: I saw liberal establishment institutions and figures as fundamentally good, so all criticism of them was automatically interpreted as being in bad faith. Didn't the critics know that these institutions or figures were fundamentally good? If they didn't, they were ignorant. If they did, they were evil. It was that simple. This meant that any legitimate criticisms would just be dismissed, as if bouncing off of an impenetrable bulletproof shield. This all changed once I started writing about the pandemic. Soon people started talking about me the way I once thought about conservatives. This led to a complete identity collapse as I came to understand that my old worldview was hateful and ignorant, that I hadn't understood what I had been judging. I cannot forget the hearing that led to my dismissal from medical school a year after I started writing. During the hearing, people talked about me as if I wasn't human. My behavior was interpreted in the worst possible light. Complete fabrications were created. Nobody was concerned with the truth, only horrified at my apparent "unprofessional behavior", which was really a mirror of their unprofessional behavior directed at me. They structured the hearing to make it virtually impossible for me to speak and explain that what was being said was a lie. And nobody seemed to have any problem with this. Why? Because I was bad. If I am bad, then every mistreatment and every violation of the school's own policies became justified. A person who is bad does not deserve any rights. They only deserve punishment. But the thing I remember most was the allusions to my social media activity. They said, "Kevin is driven by resentment from his childhood." I wasn't. I was on good terms with my parents. They alleged that I needed psychotherapy to deal with this trauma. It was a completely fake story that they had constructed about me, to demean me, to marginalize me, to try to explain the views I had expressed: that something terribly wrong had happened during the pandemic. They couldn't imagine that I might have legitimate points. So they reduced me to the same kinds of psychological caricatures that I once reduced conservatives to in my own mind. When I was dismissed, I was broken. But I had help from friends who helped me understand what happened. And I came to realize that a hysteria had overtaken the left. I spent a lot of time reading about show trials, about witch trials, and so on. I also connected with people who had experienced similar things and came to realize that something similar had happened to hundreds of physicians around the country. My story wasn't unique. It was all the same story over and over again. I cannot believe the person I once was. I cannot believe that I could exist like that. I still don't understand how I could be like that, or how millions of people in this country could continue being like that. It disturbs me greatly. One thing I know is that whatever this thing is that is driving people crazy needs to be destroyed. It is hostile to civilization and to our humanity. It causes us to dehumanize each other and try to destroy each other. It is the very same monstrous thing that I once attributed to conservatives. But it had been inside me, and I could now see it inside others. This is something I still grapple with.

Last year, I went on @TuckerCarlson to apologize for the way that the medical community handled the pandemic. Tucker expressed concern that I might lose my career. He was right. Soon after the appearance, a very intense, orchestrated smear campaign was launched by doctors online to have me expelled from medical school. These doctors repeatedly tried shaming and denigrating my school publicly for having me as a student. My school responded by fabricating disciplinary infractions, creating a paper trail to justify my expulsion. I told Tucker that I would tell the truth with a pure heart, regardless of the consequences. After what happened, I will keep telling the truth with a pure heart, regardless of the consequences. Medicine, public health, and medical science are all that I am. I have dedicated my life to them. If that means fighting, I will fight. If that means fighting for the rest of my life, I will fight for the rest of my life. If that means I will lose, then I will lose. If I have no chance against the forces of darkness, then I will still keep fighting against the forces of darkness. Win or lose, I will never give up. It will be my honor to fight for the truth, for the highest aspirations of medicine and public health, for patients and the public, no matter the consequences.

How some pandemic policies cost more lives than they saved: the case of Kai Matthews On May 30th, 2021, 19-year-old Kai Matthews rapidly developed a fever and chills and was brought to a Canadian emergency room by his family [1]. However, he was repeatedly turned away due to the hospital needing to process his COVID-19 test. His illness, which turned out to be bacterial meningitis, was treatable. However, because no treatment was provided, his illness rapidly progressed. He died. The infection-fatality rate at the time in Canada was 0.26% [2], meaning that he would have had to infect 400 people with COVID-19 to cause one death. At the time, the average person with COVID-19 would spread the virus to just 5 people [3]. Thus, while Kai Matthews was almost certain to die without care, he was incredibly unlikely to cause any deaths by infecting others if he had been admitted. The same mad policies that caused the death of Kai Matthews would repeat over and over in other hospitals around the world. As emergency room visits for diabetes, strokes, and heart attacks plummeted, deaths from these conditions skyrocketed [4]. Meanwhile, cancer care, cardiovascular services, infectious disease programs (HIV, tuberculosis, malaria), neurological services, immunizations, and maternal health were disrupted [5]. As scientists recognized during the very earliest months of the pandemic, this led to countless deaths from lack of proper medical care [6-11]. As was the case for Kai, to the degree that the threat of the virus was exaggerated beyond what it actually was, these deaths from lack of proper medical care in many cases may have exceeded the lives saved. In a 2018 paper, Nobel Prize Winner Drew Weissman warned about the potential risks of mRNA vaccines, including the development of autoimmunity and "blood coagulation and pathological thrombus formation". Both the Pfizer and Moderna randomized controlled trials showed signals of coagulation disorders--blood clots--resulting from the COVID-19 vaccine. I had 2 Moderna vaccinations and a booster and was hospitalized for acute pericarditis last year. I was afraid for my life. The medical community minimized vaccine myopericarditis in young men early on. This we now know was a serious mistake. Back in those days, CDC would have still recommended further boosters for me, despite my pericarditis. Because I wasn't insane, I didn't get any additional shots. But some companies did mandate additional shots, based on CDC advice, even to men who experienced myopericarditis. Thankfully this advice has shifted. But this did not happen until after innumerable avoidable vaccine injuries to young men. These mistakes undermined trust in public health. I now trust public health messaging much less. The vaccines were a godsend for older, at-risk people. The data still show that, even if there is an ever-growing controversy about the effectiveness of boosters, which the public health establishment refuses to test using randomized controlled trial designs. But the CDC's messaging for young adults continues to lack nuance and undermines trust in public health authorities and harms young people. Nowhere else in the world are the booster recommendations as aggressive--and evidence-free--as they are from the CDC. I don’t know if my pericarditis was caused by the vaccine, but it is suspicious. I continue to read and learn, and I believe that for older people vaccination might be very important. This despite dissenting views by pro-vaccination figures like Paul Offit, who suggests that even older people should not get boosted. For me, it’s clear that my COVID vaccinations almost certainly caused more harm than good, and I regret having received them. I am reading to learn whether in healthy young adult men, any vaccination makes sense. It is incredibly disappointing to learn that the vaccines that I assured people were safe were not safe, and that I was wrong. When I was told in comments that the vaccine might have been responsible for my pericarditis, I blocked everyone who suggested it. I was emotional and closed-minded and wrong. I should have done better and questioned more and I am sorry.

In his latest interview, Fauci suggests that the Cochrane meta-analysis is "misleading" because: 1. Most of the studies it includes were done before COVID; and 2. "A number of studies actually show that masks do work" for COVID and that "there is a lot of good data that masks do work" for COVID. This is not true. First, it is notable that Fauci's arguments have already completely changed since he last answered this question. But let's talk about the argument itself. It is true that most of the studies that the Cochrane review contained were conducted pre-COVID. But that should not be any consolation. This is because only two additional randomized controlled trials for masks were conducted during COVID. Of these studies, Bundgaard et al. and Abaluck et al., only one showed a statistically significant result. In other words, there is only one COVID masking RCT that suggests that masks might work. Abaluck et al. showed an 11% reduction in symptomatic COVID from the use of surgical masks (but not cloth masks). Yet there has been some controversy even about this finding. Some researchers suggest that its methods were flawed, which led to its finding of a 11% reduction in COVID. Then, there is the question whether Fauci's criticism of Cochrane even masks sense. Why would masks work for COVID but not work for influenza, since influenza and COVID are the same size? So, the picture of the research literature we are left with is this: 1. Virtually none of randomized controlled trials analyzed in various meta-analyses (including meta-analyses by CDC, WHO, and Cochrane) show a benefit to masking; 2. Only one of two of the COVID RCTs show a benefit to masking; 3. This benefit is extremely small; 4. This benefit to might be due to flawed study design; 5. It is hard to explain why this study showed a benefit to masks when all of the prior literature did not. So one thing is for sure: the scientific case for masks is very weak. Masking is still simply not well-supported by strong scientific evidence. We know something else too. Fauci's claim that "there is a lot of good data that masks do work" is simply wrong. There isn't. Fauci is simply not reporting the truth here. Same with "a number of studies actually show that masks do work." No. Only one, flawed study suggests that masks work. Out of more than a dozen. Fauci simply doesn't know how to talk about science without distorting it. And that's the truth.

July 24, 2021 An Australian man was sitting outside on a park bench without a mask when he was approached by police. He was told he was "not in a public place with a reasonable excuse." He was wrestled to the ground, arrested, and charged with "assaulting a police officer". Australia's pandemic policies were based on pseudoscience. Sweden, which did not lock down and did not have mask mandates, had a lower excess death rate than almost every country in the world, including Australia. The suffering inflicted by these authoritarian policies produced no benefit to health and probably harmed it.
