I'm begging you to stop avoiding protein. Carbohydrates will supply fuel for your body, but they simply cannot replace the various responsibilities that have been uniquely delegated to protein. What makes up the collagen matrix lattice that's installed before the body fills it with fluoride and minerals, otherwise called your teeth? Protein. Those skin cells that turn over every three days? Protein replaces and repairs. What regulates and maintains fluid balance after your lyphatic massage and adrenal cocktails? protein. When you cut your beautiful skin and scar tissue takes its place? protein. Your bodies defence against antigens? Antibodies composed of giant protein molecules. Make protein great again.

Study shows that red light therapy allowed 50% of clinical trial participants to cease thyroid medications completely. Chances are you don’t need levothyroxine, you just need some IR light. https://t.co/sC6gRK1RM8

Nature doesn’t emit blue light at night and your man-made home shouldn’t either. If you haven’t switched out your bright lights for amber and red lamps you’re missing out on the lowest low hanging health hack ever. Bright light after sunset = a lack of cell repair through a decrease in melatonin = cortisol up = disease prevalence up by 1000% esp breast and prostate cancer. It’s not good. In the next three years blue light disrespecting is going to be mainstream.

Too much artificial blue light exposure could be the cause of all your problems. Weight gain? Blue light. Irregular periods? Blue light. Slow metabolism? Blue light. Hormone imbalance? Blue light. Eyesight degeneration? Blue light. Insomnia? Blue light. Depression? Blue light. Memory issues? Blue light. Hair loss? Blue light. Headaches? Blue light. Fatigue? Blue light. Itchy eyes? Blue light. Anxiety? Blue light. Nausea? Blue light. Reduced attention span? Blue light.

Thank you for taking the time to listen to me ramble on about blue light. Here's some more rambling on typical blue light symptoms: https://t.co/EjLYVF9sje

* THE FINAL SUN CANCER THREAD * As an Australian women who lives in a time where sun cancer is deemed the number one leading cancer in my country, I have something to say. Maybe it's not the sun? Maybe it's the glass windows altering light frequencies while blocking IRA Maybe it's indoor living Maybe it's the sunglasses Maybe it's chemical filled sunscreen Maybe it's a lack of melanin Maybe it's too much blue light and not enough red Maybe, just maybe we got it wrong We know that melanin is needed in our skin to refract, absorb and reflect light. Melanin is our natural defence against sun damage. So how do we make melanin & why is everyone today so pale? In order to make melanin our body needs sunlight through the eye to release proopiomelanocortin (POMC). A-MSH (Alpha Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone) is then cleaved from POMC where it can bind to MC1R receptors on melanocytes where it communicates to your body to produce a dark pigment which we call a TAN. So what does this mean? It means that if you're wearing sunglasses and you're covering your skin from the sun you will not produce the bodies natural defence against possible sun damage. An author by the name of John Ott spoke about worn glasses ability to alter light frequencies in his work HEALTH AND LIGHT and how throwing away his sunglasses cured his arthritis. Let's tackle the next problem, a lack of red light. IR/RED is emitted from the sun anytime there is light present in our environment and at a higher ratio at sunrise and sunset. Incandescent and halogen bulbs also emit IR light. But IR light is not part of the visual spectrum and we can't see it, but our body entangles with it and uses it to do important things in our body which are quantised. LED bulbs or "energy efficient bulbs cancel out the IR light emission deeming it "waste light" and now only produce blue light in the visible spectrum. IR light is needed by our body to help prime our skin to handle the more intense light frequencies of UVA & UVB that make their way to earth later in the day. What is modern life lacking in? red light. We spend a vast majority of our time indoors under these LED lights and behind glass windows which separates us from the healing benefits of IR light. In fact our society lives in a blue light riddled world. You see nature never gives us blue light without the healing frequencies of red. This is a coupled system. When we start to pull apart these frequencies that all life on earth through evolution has evolved to live and thrive under, this is when we start to see dis-ease. Turns our blue and red light govern apoptosis and autophagy. These two systems are designed to repair and take out bad cells before they manifest into cancer and dis-ease. In other words, when we have too much blue and not enough red we become a ticking time bomb waiting for disease to manifest itself. So what does this mean? if your body is lacking in melanin you're more likely to accumulate damaged cells. If you live an unbalanced light life your body will not be able to take out those bad cells. Melanin & Homeostatic timing With all this taken into account we know that melanin is made in our body to protect us from light damage when our body senses the right light through our skin and eyes. The higher the UV the higher the melanin status in our body (if we do the right things). So what happens when we spend all summer inside, behind glass and under LED lights feeding our body the wrong input signals of light and temperature and then one day we go outside and expose ourselves to the strong UV? our body hasn't done any prep-work or increase our melanin levels enough to handle the the mid-summer sunlight and we burn. Let's quickly chat about sunscreen. Sunscreen is filled with chemicals that block and alter the way light works with our skin. In other words sunscreen is just another version of glass but this time it's applied directly to our skin. The chemicals in these sunscreens also heat up and are absorbed by the body increasing our toxic threshold and damaging our cells. Now if we live a life which is not balanced by red and blue these cells can also manifest into disease.
