At the end, the people with no care about how to make the world a better place will have tens of baby mamas, while those who want to make things better are too busy, and end up with 2 - 4 children from the same woman, max two women. And this is why the gap between the rich and the poor will never close. The ones with lots of children don't have the resources, both mental and financial, to give their offspring the kind of head-start in life that those with fewer children can. Only a few will be able to break out of the rut. Meanwhile the offspring of those with the resources will have to deliberately sabotage themselves to be come poor.
