Eric Spakane, a forensic chemist and forensic document analyst, testified that there were about 25,000 ballots not printed from the official Dominion PDF ballot. He said the printing process and appearance are completely different than what you would get from a first generation PDF printing. He explained that in Maricopa County there were approximately 5,012 or a little over 5,000 different ballot permutations and combinations due to different races and districts, and this is multiplied by two because there is a Spanish version for each ballot. In total, about 5,000 different ballots are created ahead of time and are created in PDF. These PDFs are prepared in advance for mail-in ballots and for early voting, which uses vote on demand, allowing someone to vote in a downtown location using a ballot from their area. He noted that PDFs are high quality, and when printed they should look roughly the same as the PDF, but he found that the quality of these ballots degraded when printed, compared to on-demand or third-party provider printing. Spakane stated that in the group of ballots he examined, the election subcontractor Minion produced ballots for each zone or district involved in the area he looked at in Maricopa County. He reiterated that there were about 5,000 approximately different ballots, reflecting the various races and jurisdictions (e.g., two different senator races, multiple house races, and all permutations and combinations). He claimed that about 25,000 ballots were not printed from the official Dominion PDF ballot, and that the printing process produced marks that did not align with the perfect lines and breaks seen in the PDFs. He observed that early voting ballots and election-day ballots from various polling locations showed printing with breaks in all the same places around an oval, indicating imperfections in the lines at the same spots on every ballot. Speaker 1 stated that these 25,000 unidentifiable ballots alone represent over double Joe Biden's 10,457 vote mark. He framed this as a comparison to the election results. Speaker 2 claimed that in July 2021, and even in June earlier, they suspected that there were 25,000 plus counterfeit or inauthentic ballots. He attributed this to propaganda by the GOP’s attorney and other conservative operatives who allegedly planted the seed that “you can't trust that.” He asserted that everyone up there knew this in advance, even before the hearing, and criticized those involved for not reacting to prevent duplication in 2022, saying they did nothing and allowed it to be done again.

Speaker 0: I found that there were about 25,000 ballots that were not printed from the official Dominion PDF ballot. In other words, the printing process, appearance, is completely different than what you would get from a first generation PDF printing. We had approximately 25,000 ballots that were not created from the PDF that is used for the election process. So in other words, the election provider comes up with ballots and it's specific to a geographical area because the person that lives in this neighborhood might not be voting for the same people that live in that neighborhood or or another neighborhood. So here in Maricopa County, from memory, you had 5,012 or something like that, just over 5,000 different permutations and combinations to the ballots. Then that's multiplied by two because there's a Spanish version that's available for each one of these ballots, but it's the same ballot with the same people just in a different language. So we've got five we'll just say 5,000 different ballots for now that are created ahead of time and those are created in PDF. Now the big reason why is that you have a third party send out mail in ballots so those have to be created in advance And second, for your early voting, you have vote on demand. So in other words, even if I live way out in the corner of the county but I work downtown, I could go to something downtown that could print my ballot from my area and I could vote here. It's convenient. A lot of people do that. These PDFs are created in advance. They're obviously good quality PDFs and when they're printed they should look roughly or exactly the same. In this group of ballots, I find that the quality is severely degraded from what a PDF would be as if printed on demand or if printed by your third party provider who prints these all the time. I'm Eric Spakane, I'm a forensic chemist and a forensic document analyst. That means I deal with all aspects questioned documents, when they were made, if they've been altered, changed or added to, and how long ink has been on paper. I was asked if I had experience in election matters to look at primarily printing processes, machine copied marks, CPS code, which is a counterfeit protection system. And I said that I did, and I traveled to Arizona with three other people from my office that I had. Number one is that there were a series of ballots that I examined the photographs of. And the minion, as the election subcontractor, produced ballots for each of the zones or districts that were involved, at least in the area that I looked at here in Maricopa County. And there were 5,000 approximately a little over different ballots. As you know, in a state there could be two different senator races. There could be 10 different house races. And all the permutations and combinations is what gives you the 5,000. So they create a final ballot for each one of these districts or zones or regions. So that when you go in and you give your name and that knows you're from this area, you would get this ballot to vote on all the issues that pertain to you and only the issues that pertain to you. And I found that there were about 25,000 ballots that were not printed from the official Dominion PDF ballot. In other words, the printing process, appearance, is completely different than what you would get from a first generation PDF printing. As you can imagine, the lines are perfect. So they're perfectly straight, no breaks in them, the circles or ovals as they may be, and they're a solid line. When I examined some of the early voting ballots and election day ballots from various polling locations. There were about 25,000 that did not have printing from this perfect PDF, as you would expect, but instead had breaks in all the same places around an oval. So you can look at one of the ovals and there are imperfections in the line, and they're in the same place on every single one of these ballots. Speaker 1: These 25,000 unidentifiable ballots alone represent over double the amount of Joe Biden's 10,457 vote mark. Speaker 2: In July '21, actually, before that, we, we told them in June. We told them that we suspected from what we're seeing, 25,000 plus counterfeit inauthentic ballots. That was early on in the process. Again, because of propaganda by the GOP's attorney, the GOP, other conservative operatives, they planted the seed inside this that you can't trust that, no, that's not it, etcetera. You'll hear more about it. But every one of the people up there knew this in advance, even of this hearing today. Now the reason I bring that up is they had well over a year and a half to react to this so it wouldn't be duplicated in 2022, but they didn't. They did nothing, and they allowed it. They enabled this to be done again.

Tyler Robinson, who confessed to killing Charlie Kirk, inscribed "catch, fascist" on a bullet, reflecting the media's portrayal of Charlie as a "fascist" for his love of America and freedom. I argue that definitions matter, as Marxist ideologies distort perceptions, leading some to unjustly label peace-loving Americans as "fascists" and justify violence against them. Charlie understood this importance, actively engaging with students in colleges to share his message, setting a noble example for the youth.

@kylenabecker - Kyle Becker

Tyler Robinson, who has reportedly confessed to killing Charlie Kirk, wrote "catch, fascist" on one of his bullets with an Antifa symbol. The fake news media has smeared Charlie Kirk as a "fascist" for years simply because he loved America and believed in freedom. They are partly to blame for Charlie's death.

DeSantis did not say anything about it. Nothing. So it's his sort of his rendition of good people on both sides. Mhmm. Turning Point USA has condemned the group of neo Nazis and said they have nothing to do with the organization, but where was DeSantis? You let them in. So you are complicit. They were outside protesters. They were not in the building, but they were in the mix of people at the thing. If the so called Antifa, who are anti fascists, that's what Antifa stands for, would go there and protest, then Antifa would get a bad reputation. That's why when I hear that Antifa is Right.

@kylenabecker - Kyle Becker

You argue with people that definitions matter and that Marxist professors are poisoning people's minds by refusing to respect history and philosophy, and they look at you like your point is, well, "academic." It is not trivial. There are people who believe that normal, peace-loving Americans who love their country are "fascists" and "Nazis" and therefore they are morally justified in k*lling them. Get it, yet?

@kylenabecker - Kyle Becker

Obviously, CHARLIE knew the importance of it and that is why he went to colleges to tell students himself! What a noble endeavor and a great example for young people to follow.

Europe has changed significantly in recent years, and there's a pressing need for leaders to address critical issues. During Trump's overseas trip, he highlighted the uncomfortable reality of crime statistics related to immigrants in Denmark, Germany, and the UK. In Denmark, immigrants represent 12% of the population but account for 40% of serious crime convictions. Similar trends are seen in Germany and the UK, where foreign nationals have disproportionately high arrest rates for sexual offenses. Some politicians are beginning to acknowledge these troubling statistics, emphasizing the government's responsibility to ensure citizen safety.

@kylenabecker - Kyle Becker

“Europe is a much different place than it was just 5 years ago, 10 years ago.” “They’ve got to get their act together. If they don’t, you’re not going to have Europe anymore as you know it.” Things got AWKWARD on Trump's overseas trip when he brought up Europe's 'dirty little secret' that its leaders don't want to talk about. Starmer didn’t say a word. He just stood there — frozen. Now let’s look at the data Trump is talking about. In Denmark, immigrants and their descendants make up just 12% of the population. But they account for 40% of convictions in some of the most serious crimes: homicide, rape, and violent robbery. That’s not 'incendiary rhetoric.' That’s a hard statistic published by the Danish government. In Germany, it’s the same story. A deep analysis of 21 million criminal suspects recorded since 2014 shows foreign nationals were disproportionately involved in sex crimes: - 36% of rape and sexual assault suspects - 41% of sexual harassment suspects - 80% of forced marriage suspects Again, foreigners make up only 13% of Germany’s population. And in England and Wales, the numbers are even more shocking. According to police arrest data, Sudanese nationals had the highest arrest rate for sexual offences in 2024 — about 1,200 arrests per 100,000 Sudanese-born residents without British citizenship. That’s an arrest rate more than 20 times higher than the general population — and it’s not just Sudan. Afghanistan, Eritrea, Iran, and Iraq round out the top five countries of origin. And these figures only include arrests. They don’t cover convictions. They don’t account for multiple arrests by the same offender. And they certainly don’t reflect the many cases that go unreported. But a few brave European politicians are sounding the alarm. Chris Philp, the U.K.’s shadow home secretary, called the numbers “deeply troubling.” “It is disturbing to see so many horrific crimes perpetrated by foreign offenders, but also so many gaps in the available data,” Philp said. “The first duty of any government is to keep its citizens safe.” The truth is, Trump is saying what millions of Europeans are thinking — but what their own leaders refuse to admit.

Europe is changing rapidly and must address its issues or risk disappearing as it's currently known. It's crucial to prevent the entry of illegal immigrants, who may include murderers, drug dealers, and individuals unwanted by other countries. Taking a firm stance on immigration is essential.

Speaker 0: That'd be the case. I congratulate you. That's exactly because, you know, Europe is gonna is a much different place than it was just five years ago, ten years ago. And they've gotta get their act together. If they don't, you're not gonna have Europe anymore as you know it, and you can't do that. This is a magnificent part of the world, and you cannot ruin it. You cannot let people come in here illegally. And what happens is there'll be murderers, there'll be drug dealers, there'll be all sorts of things that other countries don't want. And they send them to you and they send them to us, and you've gotta stop them. And I hear that you've taken a very strong stand on immigration, and taking a strong stand on immigration is imperative.

SCOOP: Vance Luther Boelter, the alleged suspect in the shooting of two Minnesota Democratic state lawmakers and their spouses, was CEO of a U.S. government subsidized private protection agency known as Red Lions Group. Red Lions Group received over $20,000 in small business loans under the SBA program. Boelter is listed as the CEO of Red Lions Group, which was active in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is highlighted on the Minnesota African Union website. The Minnesota African Union website states that it is "a statewide umbrella organization that is focused on the wellbeing of the immigrant community." Former Minnesota state house leader Melissa Hortman, a Democrat, was shot and k*lled in a "politically motivated" shooting that took place after she was the lone Democratic House lawmaker to vote against illegal aliens receiving healthcare funding. Boelter was reportedly appointed as a member of the Governor's Workforce Development Council by former Minnesota governor Mark Dayton, a Democratic-Farmer-Labor Union member. "No Kings" rally flyers were found in his car, according to reports by the Minnesota State Patrol.

It he might have and further instructs your Department of Justice, other aspects of your government, to investigate some of the malign acts that he participated in, while he was still head of CISA. Speaker 1: This is another one. I don't know that I met him. I'm sure I met him, but I didn't know him. And he came out right after the election, which was a rigged election, a badly rigged election. We did phenomenally in that election. Look what happened to our country because of it open borders, millions of people coming into our country. Russia and Ukraine, that would have never happened. October 7 would have never happened. Afghanistan, the way that they withdrew with 13 dead, but so many killed, actually. I mean, so many so many killed outside of the 13 soldiers, hundreds of people killed. And maybe, I don't know, never but I mentioned it. 42 or forty three people so badly injured, the legs, the arms, blown off the face. And, this is all because of a incompetent group of people that preceded us, and that would have never happened. And this guy Krebs was saying, oh, the election was great. It was great. Well, it's been proven that it was not only not great. When you look at all these lawyers and law firms that are signing, giving giving hundreds of millions of dollars. It was proven by so many different ways in so many different forms from the legislatures not approving to to the that worked from the all of the different, scamming operations. It was a very corrupt election. They used COVID to cheat, and, we're gonna find out about this guy too because this guy is a wise guy. He said, we've we've proved this is the most secure election in the history of our country. Now this was a disaster. And frankly, we should go to paper ballots, same day voting, voter ID. And one other thing, a vote you should get a little certificate that says you're a citizen of our country. You get a citizen piece of paper that says you're a citizen before you can vote. But you want voter ID and you want paper ballots, and you really want same day voting. If you don't have same day voting, they decide to change the air condition. Oh, we're fixing the air let's move all these boxes. We'll bring them back in a few days, and then they don't bring back those boxes. We're gonna have safe elections. We have to have borders. Ideally, we have to have a free press, which we don't have. We don't have a free press. Press. We have a very dishonest press. This will be it's an honor. We're gonna find out whether or not he was right. This was a a disgraceful election, and this guy sat back saying, well, I'm a member or like he's a Republican or something. And right almost right from the beginning, and he he's tried to make the case that this election was a safe election. I think he said, this is the safest election we've ever had. And yet, every day you read in the papers about more and more fraud that's discovered. He's the fraud. He's a disgrace. So we'll find out whether or not it was a safe election. And if it wasn't, he's got a big price to pay. And he's a bad guy. Here's another one. I have no idea who he is. Krebs, no idea who he is. I'm sure he was in the room at some point just like you're all in the room, but I have no idea who he was. So thank you very much. Just those last two are very important, I think, for the country.

I just saw that Elon Musk announced arrests will begin for fraud against Americans. He mentioned someone who stole 400,000 social security numbers and sold them, enabling others to steal from Social Security. It feels like it's about time this kind of crime is addressed!

JUST IN: @ElonMusk announces that people will start being arrested for committing fraud against the American people. "Someone is going to be arrested tomorrow. He actually stole 400,000 social security numbers & personal information from the Social Security database and was selling social security numbers in order for people to basically steal money from Social Security." About time!

Video Transcript AI Summary
Someone is allegedly going to be arrested for stealing 400,000 social security numbers and personal information from the Social Security database. This information was reportedly being sold to enable people to steal money from Social Security. The fraud is allegedly connected to illegal immigrants and voter fraud, as Social Security is the main way identification is established in the United States. Compromising the Social Security system can purportedly allow non-citizens to register to vote and obtain benefits. The speaker claims Democrats are using parts of the government to provide financial incentives for illegal immigrants to come to and remain in the United States, citing Social Security disability, Medicare, unemployment, and IRS refunds without income. FEMA funds meant for Americans in distress from natural disasters were allegedly diverted to pay for luxury hotels in New York for illegal immigrants, who are purportedly still there.

Speaker 0: In fact, I believe someone is gonna be arrested tomorrow. This is someone who actually stole 400,000 social social security numbers and personal information from the social security database. And we're selling social security numbers and all of all the identification information in order for people to basically steal money from social security. And the, yeah, and this is about a particular avenue of fraud for, like illegal immigrants and for voter fraud, because the main way that identification is established in United States is via social security. So if you compromise the social security system, you can basically get people to get de facto registered to vote, even if they're not citizens and to get get a bunch of benefits and to milk the system. It's it's pretty insane. Like, the Democrats basically taken every part of the government that could possibly be bent towards providing financial incentives for illegal immigrants to come to and remaining United States, whether it's the Social Security disability, Medicare, unemployment, even like IRS refunds without any income. It's wild. So, you know, the diverted FEMA funds, which is supposed to be for helping Americans in distress from natural disasters to pay for luxury hotels in New York for illegal to stay there. In fact, they're still there. Those hotels are still active. So,

I found that the House Oversight Project claims the Biden presidency relied heavily on an autopen signature for official documents. They gathered evidence showing all signatures were the same, except for one announcement. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of his presidency.

@kylenabecker - Kyle Becker

House Oversight Project finds the "Biden presidency" was almost entirely run by autopen signature. "We gathered every document we could find with Biden's signature over the course of his presidency," says @OversightPR. "All used the same autopen signature except for the the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year. Here is the autopen signature." This is criminal. The Biden "presidency" didn't have a real president. People should go to jail for this.

"We just hide it..." An official reveals the Department of Education is running a rogue "sanctuary program" for illegal aliens and is hiding information from @DOGE. “If Congress actually knew that we don’t have [citizenship requirements] … there would be a lot of uproar..." https://t.co/fKpRkwzEVq

Video Transcript AI Summary
If we were seen as a sanctuary program, especially one using federal dollars, we'd face a lot of problems. To avoid scrutiny, we strategically omit status inquiries from our federal statutes by subtly influencing bill language in congress. Now, with the new efficiency team's surveillance, communication has moved offline to encrypted apps like Signal, even though we're not supposed to conduct business there. They've installed software to track keystrokes and monitor our calls. If I end up on leave, I'm headed to the beach, taxpayer money well spent! Many in administrative roles are already leaving since we can't do much anyway. If I'm in Mexico, don't worry about it.

Speaker 0: If they actually do Speaker 1: Yeah. I'm gonna actually do. But we don't have that. There would be a lot of problems. Lot of problems. Speaker 0: Why? Because would we would be we would be, like, positioned as, like, being a sanctuary. Speaker 1: Yeah. Like, sanctuary city. We would be we're, a sanctuary program where we're spending federal dollars on at Lake Limerick. Speaker 0: Like, they shut off everyone's access to everything. They're, like, in the building looking through everything. It I'm telling you, it it is insanity. Speaker 1: It sounds like a bad movie. Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. It's like democracy falling should be, like, the title of the movie. I mean, if you wanna have a conversation with somebody, you do have to take it offline, but you're not Speaker 1: supposed to. So I mean, you have to now. Speaker 0: Yeah. So everybody uses that it's Snap on Signal now. Oh. Speaker 2: And you're all on, like, video chat or what? Like Speaker 0: Yeah. So that's it's just like a text messaging app. It's like a WhatsApp. Oh, okay. Speaker 3: But it's encrypted end to end. Speaker 4: Nice. So you can do business stuff on there? Speaker 0: You're not supposed to, but yeah. What I do is I oversee a team of seven staff who develop professional development projects for teachers Wow. In, like, adult education. So GED programs, high school diploma programs, ESL programs, citizenship, correction, different programs like that. Speaker 1: And if they're undocumented, they can do it from you? Speaker 0: They can if as long as they, like, follow the process. So, like, if they're a DACA recipient, then they have to follow, like, the rules for DACA. But if they're illegal illegal, it's gonna be pretty hard. The one nice thing about the program that I work in is, like, we don't ask status, and we've, like, been able to keep that out of our federal statute. Like so we don't ask them when they enroll what their status is. Speaker 1: How did you rate how are you able to do that? Speaker 0: Very strategically, we just provide guidance to the bill, and we're like they'll, like, put something in. We're like, oh, no. That doesn't it won't work for Speaker 1: the program, Speaker 0: so they don't vote then. Like Wow. There's a lot of maneuvering you have to do at the federal level with congress. Speaker 1: People try to push through that you have to do that. Like, congress is trying to push through block. Yeah. But then we block it. So you didn't have to reach the cross party line for that. Well We just hide it in the to hide it in the block. Speaker 0: You can just hide it in the bill. They don't. Speaker 1: They don't. Speaker 0: They mark up a bill, they only read, like, Speaker 1: sex It's not a cruise. Speaker 0: You gotta wait to get the Speaker 1: And so if you can squeeze something in You never do that. Correct. To not ask somebody? Yeah. Wow. That's brilliant. And then they only read the part they wanna they wanna know that. We generally don't know. Brilliant. Then you just take out or put in there that they can't ask status. We Speaker 0: don't actually put it in there. Speaker 1: We just take that out. That they have to ask status. We leave it silent. Silent. We don't say that they can or that they should or that they shouldn't. You just leave it completely out. Perfect. So you'll still you'll still have that So the next the next even though the targeted ed, that's still in place? Yeah. That's good. Yeah. It's really good. Yeah. Because then a lot of funding would be rescinded on that too. Oh, yeah. The ports If they Speaker 0: actually do Speaker 1: yeah. Hundreds actually do. But we don't have that. There would be a lot of problems. A lot of problems. Speaker 0: Why? They would we would be pushed. Speaker 1: We would be, like, Speaker 0: the position of, like, being a sanctuary. Speaker 1: You know, they have, like, sanctuary cities. We would be we're, a sanctuary program where we're spending federal dollars on Italy glimmer. Speaker 0: Big misconception is, like, we set, like, the curriculum, and we set up student learning and everything. We don't do any of that. Oh. Like, we just provide funding to The States, like, to carry out public education. Speaker 1: Where is in relation to the rest Speaker 0: of the world is UX education? Oh, I mean, probably sitting thirties, forties. I didn't know that. Speaker 1: Yeah. Not good. Speaker 0: Like, they shut off everyone's access to everything. They're, like, in the building looking through everything. Speaker 1: They're in the building? Speaker 0: Oh, yeah. Yeah. Like the Doge team. Speaker 1: What is Doge again? Speaker 0: It's Elon Musk's, like, efficiency team. They've, like, moved into the Seventh Floor, which is, the secretary's floor. Speaker 1: Oh. Speaker 0: And for his team, his or her team, like, moved all of the senior leadership staff out of their offices. So, like, they're sitting in the hallways and cubicles now, and the Doge team have, like, taken, like, the prime real estate of the floor. Like, they've put they've put software on our computers that, like, they track keystrokes. So, like, they know exactly what we're saying in real time, like, they put monitors on, like, Teams. So, like, they can listen to the calls that we have with, like, team members or contractors, like Speaker 1: So have you been having them off offline somewhere else? Speaker 0: I mean, if you wanna have a conversation with somebody, you do have to take it offline, but you're not Speaker 1: supposed to. I mean, you have to now. Speaker 0: Yeah. So everybody uses that it's an app called Signal now. Oh. Speaker 2: And you're all on, like, video chat or what? Like? Speaker 0: Yeah. Guess, yeah. I've never heard of the app. Overkill? Speaker 0: Signal? Yeah. Everybody's googling. Speaker 1: Everyone's googling? Everybody. Because they don't want it. Yeah. Because, right, they I Speaker 0: told them that their computers now have, like, tracking on them. Speaker 1: Now we do this. So either going to be allowed to see what they're doing. Speaker 4: What if people would find out? Speaker 0: Alright. And then it might be, like, twenty five seventy five. Everyone's like, what are you gonna do if they if they put you on leave? I'm like, go to the beach, now the taxpayer is done. Like, not. What do want me to tell you? Speaker 1: I'm shocked more people aren't trying to do that. Speaker 0: Oh, there are. Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. Speaker 0: Everyone who's on admin, like, it's like, see you. Speaker 1: They left. Speaker 0: Yeah. Like, we can't do anything anyways. Speaker 1: You're being paid to sip margaritas. Yeah. Speaker 0: So if you if you hear from me and I tell you that I'm in, like, Mexico on the beach, that's fine.

I was shocked to learn that the U.S. Army has diverted over $151 million intended for soldiers' food, with financial records revealing that more than half of the funds collected from junior enlisted troops were spent elsewhere. At various bases, the amount spent on food is alarmingly low compared to what was collected. Army officials have not disclosed the whereabouts of the missing funds, raising concerns about food shortages. It's clear that soldiers need proper meals, and taxpayers expect accountability in how their money is used. The Pentagon's ongoing need for reform is evident, especially given its history of failed audits.

SHOCK: The U.S. Army has diverted over $151 million meant for soldiers’ food, according to the Military Times. Financial records show that more than half of the money collected from junior enlisted troops was spent elsewhere. Food fund allocations at select Army bases: • Fort Stewart, Georgia: $17 million collected, $2.1 million spent on food • Fort Drum, New York: $18.2 million collected, $3.9 million spent on food • Fort Carson, Colorado: $22 million collected, $5 million spent on food • Fort Riley, Kansas: $19.1 million collected, $5.1 million spent on food • Fort Bliss, Texas: $22 million collected, $11 million spent on food • Fort Cavazos, Texas: $42.5 million collected, $11.7 million spent on food • Fort Bragg, North Carolina: $34.6 million collected, $16.6 million spent on food • Fort Campbell, Kentucky: $18 million collected, $5.1 million spent on food Army officials refused to disclose where the missing funds went, despite growing concerns about food shortages on bases. Soldiers require sufficient meals with adequate caloric intake and nutrition. Meanwhile, taxpayers demand that their funds are spent on what the U.S. government claims they are being spent on. The Pentagon continues to be in need of reform. The DOGE's audit of the Department of Defense should be an informative one, since it has failed seven audits in a row. Images: Hots & Cots

I’m frustrated with Judge Kenneth J. Gonzalez, who seems to think he has the authority to dictate military actions regarding Venezuelan gang members. Appointed by Obama, he issued a restraining order against President Trump’s orders to deport these illegal aliens to Guantanamo Bay. I believe this oversteps the separation of powers and undermines law enforcement. Judges who act as if they were elected to oversee the executive branch should face impeachment.

@kylenabecker - Kyle Becker

Here is another judge who is under the delusion the American people had elected him President of the United States. This is Judge Kenneth J. Gonzalez, an Obama-appointed judge who just told the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces that he can't deport Venezuelan gang members to Guantanamo Bay. No one elected Judge Gonzalez to run the executive branch, and especially, the U.S. military. These Venezuelan gang members are illegal aliens, meaning that Judge Gonzalez has not only violated separation of powers, but he is interfering with law enforcement on behalf of non-citizens. This is a temporary restraining order, nevertheless, it is sheer hubris even to interfere with President Trump's military orders. Judges who act like the American people elected them to run the executive branch should be impeached and removed.

I believe that targeting the trusts associated with the Democrats, like the Open Society Institute and the Gates Foundation, would really make them uncomfortable. I think Americans should be wary of these organizations and advocate for the removal of their tax-exempt status. From my experience working at a left-wing institute closely linked to figures like George Soros, I've seen firsthand how deeply anti-American sentiments can permeate these entities, which I view as fundamentally seditious.

@kylenabecker - Kyle Becker

If you really want to see the Democrats squeal, go after their trusts. Open Society Institute, Tides Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Ford Foundation, Gates Foundation... all of it. Americans should distrust these trusts. Eliminate the tax exempt status of private foundations. Take them down.

The U.K. has rejected a national inquiry into grooming gangs, which are accused of sexually assaulting young women and children. I believe one of Trump's key goals as president should be to dismantle pedophile rings and human trafficking in the U.S. He has advocated for the death penalty for child rapists and those involved in trafficking. The ACLU opposes this, and some Democrats voted against deporting illegal aliens convicted of sex crimes. Trump's FBI director nominee has promised to release significant files related to Epstein and others, emphasizing the need for transparency.

The U.K. has voted down a national inquiry into "grooming gangs," which are roving groups of migrants accused of s*xually assaulting and rap*ng young women and even children. One of the greatest things that @realdonaldtrump can accomplish as president is eliminating the ped*ph*le rings and s*x trafficking operations in the U.S. Donald Trump has called for the death penalty for child rap*sts, migrants who k*ll U.S. citizens and law enforcement officers, as well as those convicted of drug and human traff*cking. “These are terrible, terrible, horrible people who are responsible for death, carnage and crime all over the country,” Trump said in November after the election. "We’re going to be asking everyone... to receive the death penalty for their heinous acts." The ACLU opposes Trump's proposal. Furthermore, 159 Democrats voted AGAINST deporting illegal aliens convicted of s*x crimes. Donald Trump's FBI director nominee Kash Patel has pledged to release the Epstein and Diddy files if confirmed by the U.S. Congress. “They are terrified,” Patel said on the @BennyJohnson podcast. The orthopedic surgeon is among nearly 200 defendants accused of participating in a scheme to receive kickbacks for fraudulent medical procedures and billing practices. The lawsuit, filed on December 17, alleges that Hostin knowingly provided fraudulent healthcare services, including surgeries, and billed American Transit Insurance in exchange for kickbacks disguised as dividends or other payments. The company insures taxi companies as well as Uber and Lyft drivers. Hostin’s attorney, Daniel Thwaites, denied the allegations, calling the case a "blanket, scattershot, meritless lawsuit by a near-bankrupt insurance carrier." Thwaites claimed the lawsuit is an attempt to intimidate doctors and avoid paying legitimate claims, adding that Hostin has an “impeccable” record. Sunny Hostin, 56, has been married to Dr. Hostin since 1998. The couple shares two children and resides in a 10-bedroom estate in Purchase, New York. Sunny, a lawyer and former prosecutor, is a senior legal correspondent for ABC News and co-host of The View. Report: The Daily Mail

Democrats are refuting rumors of plans to challenge Trump's 2024 election victory, with Politico stating no such discussions are happening. This follows an op-ed by legal experts calling for Congress to block Trump from presidency due to his impeachment and the Jan. 6 probe, citing the 14th amendment. A failed legal effort in Colorado aimed to remove Trump from the ballot, but the Supreme Court ruled in his favor. Meanwhile, the Electoral Count Act has limited Congress's ability to contest elections, which feels ironic given Trump's strong win in 2024.

@kylenabecker - Kyle Becker

BREAKING: Democrats are denying rumors they are "plotting" to challenge Trump’s 2024 election victory. Politico reports no plans are being circulated, dismissing speculation as partisan fearmongering. This comes as two legal experts, Evan A. Davis and David M. Schulte, recently ignited a firestorm with a Hill op-ed calling on Congress to block Trump from becoming president. Citing his impeachment for “incitement of insurrection” and the now-failed Jan. 6 probe, the scholars argued that Trump is ineligible to serve as president under Section 3 of the 14th amendment. Colorado State Attorney General Jena Griswold, who is under fire for leaking voting machine passwords, led a legal effort to get Donald Trump removed from the state ballot that ultimately failed. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Trump's favor, concluding that "states have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal offices, especially the Presidency." After the contested 2020 election, Congress passed the Electoral Count Act, which relegated the duty of the vice president to a purely ceremonial role to count the slates of electors. The honorary position of President of the Senate at the convening of the Electoral College will be held by current vice president and presidential candidate Kamala Harris on January 6th, 2025. The Congress's decision to limit the ability of Senators and Representatives to contest elections is looking to be an increasingly ironic one, given Donald Trump's convincing victory in the 2024 election.

The "American Relief Act, 2025" has been introduced, a comprehensive 118-page spending bill that extends federal funding through March 2025. It includes enhanced security funding for the presidential inauguration, disaster relief for agriculture and fisheries, and support for community health initiatives. The bill also addresses military readiness, cybersecurity, and infrastructure rebuilding. Notably, it lacks provisions for Ukraine or foreign aid, and while it maintains Medicare funding, it cuts the Medicare Improvement Fund. Overall, it seems like a clean bill amid the usual political chaos.

The Justice Department has stated that J6 political prisoners accepting a pardon from Donald Trump are effectively confessing guilt. In a recent court filing, prosecutors emphasized that pardons do not erase convictions but require an admission of guilt. This announcement coincides with expectations that Trump may grant clemency to over a thousand peaceful J6 protesters. The DOJ's position arose after a defendant sought to delay a jail sentence pending a potential pardon, which prosecutors opposed. I believe Trump should pardon these prisoners and affirm that all Americans are innocent until proven guilty.

Fulton County Superior Court has ruled against District Attorney Fani Willis for not providing records related to her interactions with the J6 committee and Special Counsel Jack Smith. The court found her in default for violating the Open Records Act and ordered her to search for and disclose any relevant documents within five days. Willis claims these records do not exist, raising concerns about potential perjury and obstruction of justice. The court demands an explanation for the absence of these records, hinting at the possibility of uncovering a criminal conspiracy if they are revealed.

@kylenabecker - Kyle Becker

Breaking News.🚨 Fulton County Superior Court has issued a default judgment against District Attorney Fani Willis for refusing to turn over records that could document her collusion with the J6 committee and Special Counsel Jack Smith. The court order states: "By finding the Defendant in default, the Court has effectively declared that she violated the ORA [Open Records Act]. The Court further ORDERS the Defendant to conduct a thorough search of her records for responsive materials within five business days of this Order's entry." "Within the same five-day period, the Defendant is ORDERED to provide the Plaintiff with copies of all responsive records that are not legally exempt or excepted from disclosure. If the Defendant must or chooses to withhold any portion of a requested record, she is instructed to adhere to the procedures outlined in the ORA." However, the Fulton County D.A. claims that such records don't exist, potentially putting her at legal risk of perjury and obstruction of justice. The court makes it clear that it has substantive reason to believe Willis is withholding records: "Defendant is further ORDERED to provide an explanation why such correspondence does not exist in Defendant’s records (or why it is being withheld)." However, if Willis does turn over the records, it could provide proof of a criminal conspiracy. Oh, the irony.

You confirmed you were asked to obstruct justice? No, that’s not what I confirmed. The Mueller report clearly stated there was no collusion or obstruction. That’s not accurate. Did you read the report? No, I haven’t. Then how do you know? Congress members clarified it. I read the entire report, and it lists ten examples of obstruction. That’s not true. Here are the examples: asking Comey to drop the Flynn investigation, firing Comey, trying to remove Mueller, and influencing witnesses, among others. Legal experts agree these are obstruction. How can they determine that without knowing all the facts? The report outlines actions that would have led to charges for any citizen. Attorney General Barr and the deputy AG found no obstruction. A thousand former federal prosecutors, from both parties, stated there was evidence of obstruction that would have led to charges for a regular citizen.

You should read page you should read the page of that states that and and Bob Mueller Wait Speaker 0: a second, Cory. Hold on a second. Hold on a second. Time out. Time out. Speaker 1: Tell Speaker 0: me. There were 10 different examples of obstruction of justice in there. Speaker 1: Not what it said. It did it did not say there were 10 example 10 examples of obstruction. Alison, you're being disingenuous. Speaker 0: Corey, here they are. Let me pull them up on the screen for you since Speaker 1: you didn't read the Mueller report. Put the Mueller report up on the screen, please. Speaker 0: Here we go. Let's not the Mueller report out. Examples. When the president asked Comey to let the Flynn investigation go, When he tried to stop Sessions recusal. That's the one that you were involved in. You may wanna read that part. When he fired Comey. When the president tried to remove Mueller. When the president tried to get Sessions to limit the probe. That's another one you were involved in. When he obscured the purpose of the Trump Tower meeting, when he asked Sessions to reverse his recusal, asking McGahn to deny attempts to remove Mueller, trying to influence cooperation of witnesses including Flynn, Manafort, and Cohen. Those are just some of the examples that scores of legal experts say are obstruction of justice. Speaker 1: How how can legal experts make a determination when they're unfamiliar with all the facts of the case? That's a that is so disingenuous to go and make a predetermination as a, quote, legal expert without having the opportunity to hear both sides of the case. How was that not a predetermination against this president? Speaker 0: Because it lays it out, Corey, it lays it out in the Mueller report all of the examples that any regular citizen would have been charged and convicted of if they were not a sitting US president. You know that part. Right? Speaker 1: I don't know that to be true. What I do know is that attorney general Barr, the deputy attorney general of the United States, decided that there was no obstruction. Mhmm. And I believe in attorney general Barr, unless you're saying that attorney general Barr is not a qualified competent individual that he the deputy attorney general who Bob Mueller presented their case to Uh-huh. Made the determination. Are you calling it to question their credentials? Speaker 0: What I'm saying is that a thousand Speaker 1: scores of legal experts. Speaker 0: Court. What I'm saying is that a thousand, 1,000 former federal prosecutors, Democrats and Republican, a bipartisan group signed a letter saying that there was evidence of obstruction of justice and that any regular citizen would have been charged and convicted.

Victory has been declared in Mosul after intense fighting against ISIS, but the city is left in ruins, prompting concerns from Amnesty International about a civilian catastrophe. The U.S. administration prioritizes national security and seeks better relations with powerful nations. When questioned about Donald Trump Jr.'s meeting with a Russian lawyer, it was suggested that the DNC's actions in Ukraine were equally questionable. The Russian lawyer was deemed a private individual with no Kremlin ties, and the meeting was seen as an attempt to gain opposition research, a common practice in campaigns. Concerns were raised about the lack of disclosure from several Trump campaign members regarding their meetings with Russians. However, it was argued that private citizens in campaigns are not obligated to disclose such meetings. The discussion shifted to the perceived lack of media focus on Hillary Clinton's actions during her campaign.

Speaker 0: Victory declared in Mosul after months of brutal fighting to retake the city from ISIS control. The city is now in ruins or at least parts of it are. Amnesty International calls it a civilian catastrophe. So what will the US do next? Joining us now is Sebastian Gorka, deputy assistant to president Donald Trump. Good morning, mister Gorka. Speaker 1: Good morning. Remember, this is one of the most powerful nuclear nations in the world. We are there to do what secretary Tillerson said. Secretary Tillerson said just before the meeting, the 2 most powerful nuclear nations in the world really should have better relations than we do. We went there in good faith. We pushed them on the issue of the election. They denied it. We have to move on because there are more pressing issues of life and death, and that's what we did. So that's the priority that this administration has. National security comes first. Speaker 0: Mister Gorka, I wanna ask you about something that's been in the news for the past 2 days, and that, of course, is Don Junior's meeting with a Russian lawyer who seemed to be offering up some sort of damaging information about Hillary Clinton. Was it a good idea for Don Junior to meet with this Russian lawyer? Speaker 1: Was it a good idea for the DNC to send its operatives to the Ukrainian embassy? Speaker 0: I'm not sure that Speaker 1: answers my question. No. I you know, if there's a meeting that was wholly appropriate but which led to nothing, let's compare that to the DNC sending its people to the Ukrainian embassy to coordinate oppo attacks against our candidate. I mean, if you wanna see collusion, it's in the DNC. I mean, it is So Speaker 0: but you're so okay. So just let me follow your line of logic. You're saying it's inappropriate for the democrats to meet with a foreign country, Ukraine, but it's not inappropriate for your campaign for Donald Trump to meet with the Russians of hospital Speaker 1: the Russians? Was it who did this woman work for at the time? Do you know? Speaker 0: Well, this is the question. For the Russian governor. Gerka, I mean, this is what investigators are obviously trying to what what is the answer? Who who what is her connection to the Kremlin? Speaker 1: There was no connection. She was a private lawyer who had an interest with regards to the Russian adoption program and used a pretext to get a meeting, with the campaign, which which the campaign representatives almost immediately realized was not done in good faith, that she had another agenda. Speaker 0: That's right. What they wanted What's funny, mister Gorka, is that they wanted the original agenda. They wanted the dirt. Speaker 1: Which is what poll which is which is what political campaigns do, but we don't meet on the soil of foreign nations at their embassies to get opposition research. I mean, if you wanna look at a real story Mhmm. That's the story. Oh my gosh. If you wanna look at a real story, the 100 and 26 leaks of national security importance in the first 125 days. I saw what you did yesterday with Kellyanne, 35 minutes on this one issue. Have you ever, at CNN, dedicated 35 minutes to the 100 and 20 6 leaks against this administration. Speaker 0: Well Speaker 1: Seven times the average of the leaks under the Obama administration, the Bush administration. Now that's a story worthy of CNN coverage. Speaker 0: We obviously cover lots of things along the spectrum, but I know that you do what Kelly Ann holds on, mister Gorka. One second. Because you do what Kelly Ann also does, which is try to deflect back to the Hillary Clinton campaign. I understand that tactic, but the question is that why then, if this was also on the up and up, did the president's son, Don Junior, not not only not disclose it, but didn't actually use the right story when first asked about it. He claimed that the meeting was about adoption, but that wasn't what the real story was, and he's not alone. I mean, let me just pull up this graphic for you of the 7 people connected to the Trump campaign somehow. Michael Flynn, Jeff Sessions, Jared Kushner, Paul Manafort, Don Junior, Carter Page, JD Gordon, none of them adequately disclosed their meetings with Russians until the press found out about it. What's going on? Speaker 1: Nothing. You heard their statements. You heard Don Junior's statements that told you everything you need to know. He's not even a member of the administration. I mean, this is the shocking thing. Again, the amount of time you spend in desperation on a topic that has plummeted you to 13th place in viewership ranking across America. I mean, more people watch Nick at night cartoons than CNN today. Speaker 0: Our ratings are doing just fine. I mean, if you wanna go there, our ratings are doing just fine. But rate what ratings represent is that people are interested in this. And our ratings Speaker 1: Because that is 11, more people are interested in cartoon. Speaker 0: Interested in this. Look. Speaker 1: I'm sure More people are interested in Speaker 0: cartoon than Speaker 1: c n o. Speaker 0: Are interested in watching House of Cards than whatever you're doing as well. However, our ratings are just fine, and the American people say that they're quite interested in what's going on with these Speaker 1: Russian charges. That's not true. If you if you look at the polling if you look at the polling, most people couldn't care less more than 65% of Americans. Though we have not I'm not interested in Russia. No. That's in your bubble. In your bubble. Sure. But that's the bubble. That's not the people who elected Donald j Trump to be president. Speaker 0: Of Americans and Pauls. But then listen. Here's the question, which I don't think you're answering. Why didn't they adequately disclose? Speaker 1: There's no need for private citizen to disclose his meeting in a campaign that happened months before. Speaker 0: No. Those are people that I just He's not a Speaker 1: member of the administration. All connected Speaker 0: to the administration. And they did not disclose it on forms where there actually was a responsibility to disclose it. Speaker 1: Okay. So the the do you have a list of 7 people? Okay. So what about individuals who got half a $1,000,000 to give speeches when their wife was running for president? Why why is that not something you dedicate 35 minutes to? Because you won. Speaker 1: Because Hillary Clinton didn't That's Speaker 0: why the press Speaker 1: is interested in what Speaker 0: you're doing now. You have the person who's deflecting to Hillary Clinton. You're not getting Speaker 1: a number of doesn't win. So if somebody doesn't win, if they commit a crime, it's irrelevant to American national security? Speaker 0: When somebody wins the presidency, it's more relevant. Speaker 1: How does that work? How how does that work? When when somebody is involved in putting TSSCI special access program information onto her private homebrew server in contravention of every federal law to do with classified information. The fact that she doesn't win means it's irrelevant to CNN. I mean, that is fake news. That's when you're selectively choosing what to look at and you downgrade real crimes and don't look at them and spend 9 months looking at something where there's no evidence of anything illegal. Nothing illegal. Not in John junior junior's meeting. None of those meetings was illegal. None of them. So why are you choosing not to look at really important things? Speaker 0: Continues. There's no conclusions yet from Bob Mueller. Speaker 1: The investigation continues behave like an investigator. Speaker 0: Well, I'm not Speaker 1: So why didn't you investigate Hillary Clinton just because she lost? Speaker 0: I'm asking you about your candidate, Donald Trump. Hi, Jeffrey. It's been a while. We should address what’s happened since we last saw you. In October, during a Zoom call with your colleagues from the New Yorker Magazine, you were caught masturbating on camera and subsequently fired after 27 years. You've also been on leave from CNN since then. What were you thinking? I clearly wasn’t thinking well. I didn’t believe I was on the call and thought my camera was off. While that’s not an excuse, it’s part of the story. This was deeply moronic and indefensible.

JUST IN: @RandPaul believes Dr. Anthony Fauci may get a presidential pardon rather than face accountability. Your reaction? https://t.co/9qvBPuG9EJ

Video Transcript AI Summary
Preemptive pardons are being discussed for individuals potentially targeted by Trump, including members of Congress and Anthony Fauci. Although these individuals haven't requested pardons, there is speculation about Fauci's risk due to allegations of lying to Congress, which could lead to felony charges. Evidence from his private emails supports these claims. Additionally, there are expectations that Biden may pardon his brother Hunter, who has a significant criminal history, and possibly himself. The precedent set by Hunter Biden's pardon, which covered all potential future accusations, raises the possibility of similar actions for Fauci and others.

Speaker 0: Preemptive pardons for those in Trump's crosshairs, and it says, those who could face exposure include such members of congress as Jan six committee, senator elect Adam Schiff, GOP rep Liz Cheney, also mentioned by Biden aids, is a pardon for Anthony Fauci, the former head of the n I NIA, d, who became a lightning rod for criticism during COVID. Now we're told that the president isn't part of this formulation, that it's coming from staffers and that these individuals, as far as we know, have not asked for a pardon. But what's your take on the fact that this is under discussion? Speaker 1: I think it's a real possibility that Anthony, Fauci could get a pardon. He is, at risk. I've referred him twice to the the Department of Justice. The Biden administration has ignored it, but we have a great deal of evidence that he lied to congress, which is a felony, push punishable by 5 years. The proof that we have that he's lying is from his own emails. So we have his private emails gotten by court order, and they contradict what he was saying publicly in in a way such that I think we could prove that he has lied to congress, which is a felony. As far as other pardons, I fully suspect the president will pardon his brother coming up too. He's protecting Hunter, who has a criminal record, a long and storied criminal record, taking, $80,000 a year from a large business in Ukraine. I think also there will be a consideration of whether or not president Biden may wanna pardon himself as well. So I think the the Biden syndicate of making money did act illegally, and who knows? Maybe the president will even pardon himself. Speaker 0: Alright. So just real quick. A preemptive pardon before any charges have been brought, you expect that to happen for Anthony Fauci? Speaker 1: After seeing what they did with honor Biden, who has a a host of convictions, a host of wrongdoing, and they gave him a pardon not just on what he's been accused of, of anything he may be accused of over a 10 Speaker 0: year period. That the judge laughed at. It's essentially the same, time period.

This reversal from 2022 gives Democrats 215 seats to Republicans' 220, but with Trump wanting two House members in his administration, GOP control remains shaky. I reported on the alarming bomb threats and swatting attacks targeting several Trump cabinet nominees and elected officials. Matt Gaetz received a pipe bomb threat at his home, prompting a bomb squad response. EPA chief nominee Lee Zeldin also faced a similar threat, which included a pro-Palestinian message. Congresswoman Elise Stefanik was informed of a bomb threat while traveling home with her family. Additionally, CIA director nominee John Ratcliffe and DOD chief nominee Pete Hegseth were targeted. Thankfully, everyone is safe.

BREAKING.🚨 Here are the Trump cabinet nominees and elected officials who have been identified as targets of bomb threats or swatting attacks: • Former AG nominee @MattGaetz: "A bomb squad is responding to the Florida home of former GOP Rep. Matt Gaetz after he received a pipe bomb threat," @MZanona of Punchbowl News reported. "After the sheriff was made aware of the threat, a bomb-sniffing dog was brought over to sniff the mail box, but it was inconclusive. So that’s why the squad is now being brought in. Gaetz — who withdrew his nomination for Trump’s attorney general last week — was not at home, but a family member was." • EPA chief nominee @leezeldin: "A pipe bomb threat targeting me and my family at our home today was sent in with a pro-Palestinian themed message. My family and I were not home at the time and are safe. We are working with law enforcement to learn more as this situation develops. We are thankful for the swift actions taken by local officers to keep our family, neighbors, and local community secure." • UN Ambassador nominee @EliseStefanik: "This morning, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, her husband, and their three year old son were driving home to Saratoga County from Washington for Thanksgiving when they were informed of a bomb threat to their residence. New York State, County law enforcement, and U.S. Capitol Police responded immediately with the highest levels of professionalism. We are incredibly appreciative of the extraordinary dedication of law enforcement officers who keep our communities safe 24/7. We want to share our best wishes to the Upstate NY community for a happy and safe Thanksgiving. We are especially grateful to our law enforcement officers and military families who are on duty over the holiday season.” • CIA director nominee @JohnRatcliffe and DOD chief nominee @PeteHegseth: "We are also told, this is Fox News Digital, that the Director of the CIA nominee John Ratcliffe and Pete Hegseth, the DOD nominee, were among those targeted, too," Peter Doocy reported. Thankfully, all of the Trump team members and their families are safe. The Biden administration is yet to call this peaceful disruption of the transfer of power an "insurrection."

Speaker 0: Multiple Trump picks have been targeted by violent bomb threats and swatting. That according to the Trump transition team. No injuries have been reported. Brian Yenis is live from West Palm Beach, Florida with the latest on all of this. We're beginning to get a little more information, names being added to this list. What do we know, Brian? Speaker 1: Yeah. That's right, Molly. Well, sources tell Fox News that nearly a dozen of president-elect Trump's new administration picks have been threatened at least since Tuesday night, and then we now know the identities of at least 5 of those appointees and nominees that have received those threats. We begin with Trump's pick for CIA director John Ratcliffe, then his nominee for secretary Pete Hegseth, Brooke Rollins, his pick for agriculture secretary, and his nominee for the Environmental Protection Agency, Lee Zeldin, who says a pipe bomb threat was sent to his family with a pro Palestinian themed message and his pick for United Nations ambassador Elise Stefanik. Stefanik is Trump's nominee. I like I said, to be at the UN, her office says a bomb threat was made against Stefanik and her family. New York State, County, and US Capitol Police responded immediately, and everyone is okay. But in a statement, her office said, quote, this morning, congresswoman Elise Stefanik, her husband, and their 3 year old son were driving home to Saratoga County from Washington for Thanksgiving when they were informed of a bomb threat to their residents. The Trump transition team says that there were nearly a dozen people that were targeted beginning on Tuesday night with, quote, violent un American threats to their lives and those who live with them. The threats range from bomb threats to swatting, which is making prank calls to send a heavy police presence to someone's, home. Now according to the Trump team, local law enforcement responded to the threats and visited the homes of the nominees and appointees that were affected. Now meantime, last night, president-elect Trump announced 6 new picks for his administration. Headlining those picks, Kevin Hassett, director of the White House National Economic Council, Jameson Greer as as US Trade Representative, and doctor Jay Bhattacharya as director of the National Institutes of Health. It should be noted, Molly, that the FBI has released a statement saying that they are aware of these bomb threats and SWATe incidents and that they are working with local law enforcement. Molly? Speaker 0: Yeah. The threats to these families more broadly, particularly concerning around the holidays. Brian Yenis, thank you for keeping on top of this for us. John?

Eleven State Attorneys General, led by Ken Paxton, are suing BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street for antitrust violations, alleging they manipulated energy prices. The lawsuit claims these firms used their influence over American energy companies to suppress coal supply, driving up costs for consumers. It also suggests they pressured coal companies to adhere to Net-Zero goals, potentially misleading investors. This legal action could reshape the U.S. government's stance on these asset managers and may lead to lower energy prices through a more deregulated energy strategy.

@kylenabecker - Kyle Becker

MASSIVE: 11 State Attorneys General led by @KenPaxtonTX are *SUING* BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street for anti-trust violations. The Big 3 asset managers abused their market power to drive up the nation's energy prices, according to the lawsuit. "The lawsuit argues that the big 3 asset managers have used their substantial holdings in American energy companies to artificially suppress the supply of coal, which in turn has driven up the price of coal, resulting in higher end costs for consumers nationwide," @WillHild reported on X. "According to the lawsuit, there is verifiable proof that the big 3 asset managers have worked in tandem to leverage their combined ownership power to pressure coal companies into submitting to their Net-Zero goals (like reducing carbon emissions from coal by more than 50%)," he continued. "If the allegations in the lawsuit are true (which I believe they are), it would mean @BlackRock, @Vanguard_Group and @StateStreet are not only guilty of violating antitrust law, they are also guilty of massive fraud by continually misleading investors," he added. The Biden administration had been heavily influenced by Larry Fink's BlackRock, so this represents a titanic shift in policy towards these asset managers. This lawsuit could also lead to lower energy prices for consumers, when combined with an America First, all-of-the-above energy strategy and the deregulation expected to come through @DOGE recommendations under the forthcoming Trump administration. This is a massive lawsuit with huge implications for the relationship of the U.S. government towards these huge asset managers.

The Pentagon's Inspector General has acknowledged misleading the public regarding the delay of National Guard troops during the January 6 riots. Chairman Barry Loudermilk's Subcommittee found evidence that the Department of Defense intentionally stalled deployment and concealed this to protect senior officials. I believe the events were part of a plot to undermine Trump and entrap his supporters. I previously likened the situation to "Reichstag Fire 2.0," a comparison that has proven accurate over time. If I seem wrong, just wait; history often proves me right.

@kylenabecker - Kyle Becker

JUST IN: The Pentagon's Inspector General *CONCEDES* to a House investigation that it misled the American people about National Guard troops being delayed to respond to the J6 riots. "Today, the @OversightAdmn Chairman Barry Loudermilk (GA-11) sent a letter to Department of Defense (DoD) Inspector General (IG) Robert Storch, demanding a correction of the DoD's factually inaccurate January 6 report, as first reported by The Federalist." "After a thorough investigation, the Subcommittee uncovered evidence substantiating that the Department of Defense intentionally delayed the deployment of the D.C. National Guard to the Capitol on January 6, 2021. In addition, the DoD IG concealed the extent and cause of the delay to protect Department of Defense and Pentagon leadership. The Subcommittee found multiple instances where the DoD IG failed to disclose evidence that contradicted the DoD IG's erroneous conclusion." "The DoD IG’s report reflects an alarming failure to adequately evaluate the actions of senior DoD officials, including Secretary of the Army, Ryan McCarthy, who failed to communicate deployment orders to Major General William Walker, the Commander of the DCNG on January 6." “My Subcommittee worked with the DoD IG in good faith throughout our investigation to provide multiple opportunities for the DOD IG to produce corroborating materials or evidence to support their conclusions,” said Chairman Loudermilk.  “Unfortunately, the DoD IG continues to promote an inaccurate narrative that protects senior Pentagon officials and attempts to cast fault on the D.C. National Guard, who were ready and waiting less than 2 miles from the Capitol but unable to respond on January 6 due to lack of communication from the Secretary of the Army.”  "My Subcommittee released transcripts that show that not only were political concerns of ‘optics’ at play, but that DoD officials continued to delay as the riot at the Capitol worsened. The evidence is conclusive: DoD officials misled Congress into believing that help was ‘on the way’ with full knowledge that it wasn’t.” THE BIG QUESTION: *WHY* would the Pentagon delay sending troops to respond to the January 6 "insurrection" at the U.S. Capitol if it was putting the lives of Congressional members in danger? 🤔

I believe the political and consultancy classes need to step aside for fresh perspectives. Despite spending a billion dollars and hosting concerts nationwide, many working and middle-class Americans still struggle to afford basic necessities. We must adopt a bottom-up approach and genuinely engage with rural communities to create a positive agenda. Additionally, I feel strongly that freedom works, and I reject the attempts to silence differing opinions. It's time to acknowledge the failures of the current ideologies and move forward.

@kylenabecker - Kyle Becker

California Dem. Congressman has a brutal "reality check" for the Washington D.C. consultancy class. "The political class, the governing consultant class, the political operative class, I think they need to go and make way for new people." "We spent $1 billion, we have concerts all over the country, and yet, people can‘t afford a house, they can‘t afford a car. We were not speaking to the economic needs of a lot of working and middle-class Americans and there needs to be a much more bottom-up approach." "I think we should spend six months outside of Washington, going to communities, listening to voters in rural America, and really building up a positive agenda but we need to be honest, it was a failure, in terms of the campaign." Or you can just quit pushing your failed ideas and stop causing damage to the country. There's a thought.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The recent election was a significant defeat for Democrats, highlighting the need for a major overhaul within the political and consulting classes. There's a call for new leadership, as the current approach has not addressed the economic struggles of working and middle-class Americans. Despite spending a billion dollars and hosting concerts nationwide, many people still can't afford basic necessities like housing and transportation. A more grassroots strategy is necessary, involving six months of engagement with communities, particularly in factory towns and rural areas, to listen to voters and develop a constructive agenda. Acknowledging the campaign's shortcomings is essential for moving forward.

"In conventional terms, it would be a miracle that Kamala Harris could win with that kind of headwind." CNN's First Exit Poll: 72% of the American public reports being "dissatisfied" or "angry." Wow. You would expect to see these numbers in a CHANGE ELECTION. The exit poll does not tell us who will win. However, it is consistent with favorable conditions for Donald Trump

Nationally, only 7% of voters feel enthusiastic, and 19% are satisfied, while 72% express dissatisfaction or anger. When asked about America's future, 61% believe the best days are ahead, while 34% think they are in the past. President Biden's approval rating stands at 41%, with 58% disapproving of his performance. The high dissatisfaction raises questions about whether voters will direct their frustration towards Kamala Harris or Donald Trump. Given the current political climate, it seems challenging for Harris to win, as she is part of the Biden administration, which has low approval ratings. If she manages to win despite these numbers, it would indicate she has successfully distanced herself from the administration's issues.

Speaker 0: Said, let's look at the numbers on the mood of the country. It's a pretty dour mood in terms of the way people feel things are going in the United States. Nationally, only 7% of voters say they're enthusiastic. 19% say they're satisfied. Look at these numbers. 43% dissatisfied, 29% angry, 72% of the electorate in nationally say they're dissatisfied or angry. What about America's best days, we ask? Are they in the future or are they in the past? 61% of voters in this election across the country say America's best days are ahead of the country. 6 in 10 say say so. 34% say the best days are in the past. And finally, president Joe Biden's approval rating, it's at 41% in these early preliminary exit poll findings. 58 percent of voters in this election across the country nationally disapprove of the way that the incumbent Democratic president is doing his job, Jake. Speaker 1: Alright. Interesting stuff. David Chalian, thanks so much. And let's talk about it with our panel. And Dana Bash, obviously, this is early exit poll data, but still looking at this, which really doesn't deviate so much from polling in general, we've seen. Joe Biden not popular. Most Americans dissatisfied. Speaker 2: One of the questions that I have been asking and then looking at since I started covering campaigns is this, are you satisfied? Are you not satisfied? Right track, wrong track. It is extremely high, the dissatisfied or angry. As David said, if you add those 2 up, 72%. What we don't know know because this is such a different election is whether the dissatisfaction or anger will be taken out on Kamala Harris or Donald Trump because they are both effectively, you know, Harris is part of the current administration, but Donald Trump and the Trump era is very much upon us. We don't know how that's Speaker 1: going to work. I I think that's putting the best spin on it. I think when you see current voters Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 1: Saying that by a 3 to 1 margin that they are dissatisfied with the country Or angry. Dissatisfied or angry. I I gotta say, I think that that's with the present conditions in the country. I mean, in conventional terms, it would be a miracle that Kamala Harris could win with that kind of headwind and also with the president. Remember, she was part of the administration. The Biden Harris administration was 41% approved, 50 8% disapproved. This isn't even close to the 50% that's what he has to do with it. Let me just finish my point, which is which is just that if she is able to overcome those numbers and still win this election, then she has done a remarkable job of somehow separating herself that she's part of the solution and not part of the problem. It's really It's really Speaker 0: It's really
