I claim T-Mobile and its German parent, with WEF links, push DEI/ESG and vaccine passport ideas, misled about the Sprint merger, and discriminated against me for being unvaccinated while I worked there for 17 years. I cite layoffs, record profits, high CEO pay, and video removals as evidence, and I’m exposing these claims as a solo journalist.

@marc_palasciano - Marc Palasciano

Every American Should Know This About T-Mobile 1. T-Mobile US is an American company whose parent company was once 100% owned by the German Government and they’re a significant partner for the World Economic Forum (WEF). (Moving forward - I’ll refer to T-Mobile US as T-Mobile, and T-Mobile’s parent company in Germany is Deutsche Telekom) 2. T-Mobile is helping destroy America from within by utilizing tactics like Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) to influence ideological subversion among the American people. 3. T-Mobile lied to America about the merger with Sprint, they used half-truths to mislead everyone. The T-Mobile and Sprint CEOs lied to Congress by promising to create jobs and lower the prices of rate plans for consumers, 2023 proved those statements to be half-truth lies and I’ll show you how. 4. T-Mobile violated my rights as an American in 2021 and 2022. I worked there for 17 years and was recently laid off in August, but my employment extended through November 2, 2023. T-Mobile discriminated against me for being unvaccinated and barred me from entering the office while vaccinated people were allowed to enter the office, this went on for 10 months and in Frisco Texas! 5. T-Mobile was one of the coolest turn around stories in the history of American business, we went from being on the “List of Companies Expected to Die in 2011” to the “Fastest Growing Wireless Company in America”. But now, T-Mobile should be known for being one of the most corrupt wireless companies in America that’s full of Woke ideology it forces onto their employees. 6. One of the many subsidiaries of Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems, helped the World Health Organization and European Union both create their global Vaccine Passport system. They also have a “Customer Data Platform” that seems to be a perfect system to implement a Social Credit Score. 7. T-Mobile laid off 5,000 Americans in Q4 2023 while they were also reporting record earnings and record cashflow. Within 10 days of announcing the layoff, they also launched dividends and stock buybacks to the total of $19 Billion. 8. T-Mobile’s CEO, Mike Sievert, is the highest paid US telecom CEO, Sievert is awarded annual raises 1200% higher than some of his employees, and his CEO ratio pay is 50% higher than the average CEO ratio pay in America. 9. T-Mobile’s old CEO, John Legere, hustled and manipulated people into believing that he cared about taking down the establishment, but in reality, John Legere was the establishment pretending to be the good guy. After leaving T-Mobile in 2020, Legere partnered with Steve Aoki and 3LAU to run an NFT hustle that made them MILLIONS of dollars. 10. Sprint’s CEO, Marcelo Claure, helped implement the merger with T-Mobile. Claure is a key player for the WEF and he partnered with Softbank’s CEO Masayoshi Son to make BILLIONS of dollars together on the merger with T-Mobile. https://www.marcpalasciano.com/p/every-american-should-know-this-about

Every American Should Know This About T-Mobile I turned down a $150,000 severance package to tell you this -- I’m a former employee whistleblower who is being censored and silenced. marcpalasciano.com

My entire adult life was T-Mobile, my blood is Magenta, I speak up to the establishment for the people! I'm who John Legere used to be, Legere is just like Rage Against The Machine changing to Rage FOR The Machine I expose John Legere in this video Don't Mess With Texans!

Welcome to the first video in my docuseries on John Ledger and T Mobile. It's gonna be a long series with a lot of twists and turns, but let's start with why we're here. Do you remember the days of John Ledger and T Mobile shaking up the industry? Do you remember the loud mouthed CEO who didn't give a shit what people thought? Do you remember the CEO who fought for the frontline and created a cult like following with his employees and customers? I do, because he was my hero. I spent my twenties and thirties being part of the coolest turnaround story in corporate America history, and he was leading the charge. Let me remind you how cool John Ledger was from this CNBC series, The Brave Ones. A lot of people feel that companies themselves are soulless, that CEOs are buttoned down, and that if you do become anything other than that, it's going to hurt your business model. You are a living, breathing example that that's wrong. Hello. Who's this? This is Lisa. Lisa. John. What's up? Oh my god. Can I just tell you you are the best CEO on this planet? Yeah. But that's easy because most CEOs suck. There's a shtick to John, but the shtick is completely in keeping with his company. That's why it's genuine. He's a rebel. He was kind of a cultural alien at the beginning, and he was kind of a rock star in a symphony orchestra. And eventually, the orchestra learned and loved to play rock with him. Legendary. That's the T Mobile I worked for and grew up in. I can still remember being on the Sales floor in March 2011 when I got an email saying AT and T was buying T Mobile. And I was absolutely miserable because I had just left AT and T to go to T Mobile. And then eighteen months later, Mr. John Ledger became the CEO of T Mobile and provided me the opportunity of a lifetime. I started as a seasonal retail sales associate and worked my way up the ladder into multiple positions, eventually made my way into headquarters. I've learned so much in the last seventeen years it's unbelievable. I went from a part time seasonal paycheck to 6 figures, and I also met my wife while I was hustling phones at the T Mobile on Skillman And Abrams. Shout out to the Skillas. To me, that's an example of the American dream. But back to Ledger, my bad, I could go on about this story forever, so make sure you follow, like, and subscribe. Sincerely Ledger, I appreciate you for being who you used to be. I appreciate you for showing me how to have the courage to speak up for the little guy. I couldn't agree more with your statements right here. Them. I am right in your face aggressive to them. But on behalf of people, the assumption is that these high and mighty duopolists that are raping you for every penny you have, if they could do something nice for you, they would. The bitches hate you. I'm telling you. So let's cut the bullshit and get straight to the point of why I'm here. I'm the person you used to be. Magenta is now mine. And to be fair, you did give it up like it was so easy to do. You showed who you really were right there didn't you? The difference between you and me is I bleed magenta. And now I'm going to uncarry your journalism and the news and speak up to the establishment who keeps screwing us little people over. Y'all are making it real hard on me by suspending my ex account, shadow banning me on Instagram, blocking me on Instagram, and whatever else you're doing that I don't know about. People are waking up to the BS and are tired of it. You changed, not me, remember that. You did this to yourself. You changed to team establishment and supported my constitutional rights being violated at T Mobile. You're just like rage against the machine turning into rage for the machine. Nobody in America even cares that my constitutional rights were violated and I was discriminated against The only accountability is me speaking up and it's costing me a lot of money, friends and family I know you left in 2020 but you were still my hero when you turned into the left wing propagandist How did I get it right and all the people that made a lot of money got it wrong? The answer lies within the question Let's see some of the stuff I'm talking about There's wearing a mask because of Covid and then there were people like you who were straight up propagandist for some reason Up. Up. Lot of damage. Certainly an amazing day for a run. Happy Sunday, everybody. Hey. Happy Saturday, everybody. Here's a friendly reminder. Wear a mask. Be a good neighbor. Keep your neighbors safe, and they'll return the favor. And be a leader. Leaders lead. Lead by wearing a mask. That's right. It's slow cooker Sunday. And although I'm home, I'm wearing a mask just to send a message. You serious? I'm keeping these episodes short on purpose to support America's attention span. On the next episode, I'm gonna show you how John Ledger, Steve Aoki, and Blau made millions of dollars hustling NFTs. It's a pretty cool story, especially now knowing 95% of NFTs are worthless and the middle class lost billions while wealthy people made billions. You're an investor collector and NFT strategist yourself. Like, you care. You know, you're in the space. You're a collector. I've seen a picture of your doodle when I walked in. Yeah. And a mutiny. Yeah. And a mutiny. And I've seen a thing you you said recently is that you've made more money off NFTs than you have in your past six albums. Yes. Which is fascinating. Yeah. It's and it's true. And don't worry. I'll give you a quick intro to NFTs on that video, but nothing too detailed.

I turned down a $146,627 Severance from T-Mobile because it would have silenced me I have a GoFundMe linked in my bio that I don't like promoting My hope is someone wealthy recognizes what I'm doing and hooks me up, I'm happily and proudly operating on my savings right now

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker announces plans to start a GoFundMe on November 2 to raise money for severance pay that they declined, acknowledging that nobody owes them anything for their actions but asserting that many people are tired of tyranny and censorship from corporate America. They express a belief that supporters will back them in showing corporate America that this fatigue exists. The speaker claims that in December 2021, T-Mobile censored text messages by blocking customers from sharing links related to vaccine efficacy from the gateway pundit. They state that T-Mobile blamed the action on a content filter, but they view that explanation as a convenient cover-up, especially given that Twitter and Facebook were censoring the same information at the same time. The speaker notes that nearly every statement they have made about T-Mobile in this video and on their X account would likely put them in breach of contract. They anticipate potential backlash for initiating a GoFundMe but emphasize that they are fully transparent and believe being upfront about their actions is important. The speaker frames the move as part of a broader stance against what they see as censorship by large corporations and signals a desire to mobilize supporters to challenge such practices. They acknowledge the potential criticism they may receive for the fundraising effort while reiterating their commitment to openness regarding their decisions and actions. The underlying message highlights a personal choice to publicize grievances against corporate censorship and to seek financial backing to address consequences they perceive from severance-related actions. The overall narrative combines a claim about past censorship by a major telecom, a call for collective action against perceived corporate tyranny, and a transparent, upfront approach to pursuing support through a GoFundMe. The speaker emphasizes transparency about their motives and actions and anticipates scrutiny from others while presenting the fundraising as a response to censorship and a broader fight against corporate control of information.

Speaker 0: Also on November 2, I'm gonna kick off a GoFundMe to raise money for the severance money that I turned down. Look, I know nobody owes me anything for the actions that I've taken on my own accord, But I also know a lot of people are sick and tired of the tyranny and censorship from corporate America. And I believe a lot of people will support me in showing corporate America that we're tired of it. Most people don't even know that in December 2021 t mobile was censoring text messages. They blocked customers from sharing links related to vaccine efficacy from the gateway pundit. T Mobile blamed it on a content filter but in my opinion that was a convenient cover up especially since Twitter and Facebook were censoring the same information at the same time. Pretty much every statement that I've made about t mobile in this video and on my x account would find me in breach of contract. I know some people are gonna flame me for making a GoFundMe and I totally get it But like I told you earlier, I'm completely transparent and being upfront about my actions is important to me.

I started executing my launch plan the next week after being laid off, my first step was making sure the T-Mobile CEO and HR EVP knew my name These people violated my rights, they moved on like it never happened, and they got away with violating Nuremberg Code in America!

Video Transcript AI Summary
Speaker 0 describes his previous online behavior and now presents it on video. He has been trolling T-Mobile CEO Mike Sievert and John Ledger, the CEO prior to the merger, for over a month to ensure they knew his name and who he was. He claims they lied to him and America about the T-Mobile merger. He states that the promises made in front of Congress—to lower prices and add jobs—were lies. He asserts that T-Mobile raised the prices of rate plans and has completed multiple layoffs since the merger went live in 2020. He notes that last week, T-Mobile told customers on certain plans that they would automatically transition to a more expensive plan if they did not call into customer service and opt out. He mentions that Mike Sievert launched Price Lock last year, which was him promising to never raise the price on customers. He criticizes CNN for naming Mike Sievert “CEO of the Year” for 2022, saying that liars support liars. He asserts that T-Mobile and the parent company Deutsche Telekom are not who people think they are, and that T-Mobile US should be thought of as the German government and the World Economic Forum. He states he is cool with gay and trans people, but argues that T-Mobile is on a different level, distinguishing between being cool with gay and trans versus shoving it down society’s throat and forcing people to believe in it. He claims T-Mobile doesn’t care about gay or trans people and argues the company used the agenda to divide people. He questions a discrepancy in corporate spending, asking why the company would pay $25 for gender reassignment but only $12 for in vitro fertilization, concluding that the company “thinks gender assignments are twice as cool.”

Speaker 0: Now let me talk a little bit how I've been running my mouth on x acting like a keyboard warrior. It's time that I start saying that stuff on video. I've been trolling t mobile, Mike Sievert, the current t mobile CEO, and John Ledger, the CEO prior to the merger for over a month now. I wanted to be sure all of them knew my name and who I was. All of them lied to me and America about the T Mobile merger. They promised in front of congress to lower prices and add jobs. Those were both lies. They've now raised the prices of rate plans, have completed multiple layoffs since the merger went live in a 2020. And just last week, they told customers on certain plans that they were going to automatically change their plan to a more expensive plan if they didn't call into customer service and opt out. And to make it even better, Mike Sievert launched Price Lock last year, which was him promising to never raise the price on you. It's sad how easy it is for Mike Sievert to lie to America, but now it makes sense why CNN named him the CEO of the year for 2022 because liars support liars. T Mobile and the parent company Deutsche Telekom are not who you think they are. You should think about T Mobile US being the German government and the World Economic Forum because that's exactly who they are. As I said earlier, I'm cool with gay and trans, but T Mobile is on a whole different level. There's a big difference between being cool with gay and trans versus shoving it down society's throat and forcing people to believe in it. T mobile doesn't care about gay or trans people. They simply would have used the agenda to divide people. Why would a company pay $25 for gender reassignments but only $12.00 for in vitro fertilization? I guess t mobile thinks gender assignments are twice as cool?

Speaker 0 and Speaker 1 discuss the consumer benefits of the proposed merger, focusing on 5G deployment and costs. Speaker 1 states that the transaction will provide a five G network capability that the United States desperately needs, with prices going down and it being in their business plan and commitments to the FCC. They claim 96% of rural America will be covered by the new T-Mobile network. Speaker 2 raises questions about job impacts, saying it is crazy to say 30,000 people will be fired while Sprint has 28,000 employees, implying the math is impossible. They acknowledge appreciation for protecting American workers and question whether AT&T is behind the merger to block it, suggesting AT&T’s involvement. They reference that Comcast added more phone customers in the last year than AT&T and Verizon combined, noting that there is more than just the three traditional players and that moving from two to three makes more sense than two. Speaker 1 emphasizes the strategic importance of leading in five G, citing CTIA statistics that 3,000,000 American jobs are at stake with five G leadership. They argue that if the U.S. does not retain leadership in five G as it did with four G, those jobs could be lost, and they claim the U.S. is behind China and South Korea in five G deployment. Speaker 3 discusses the technical and economic rationale for merging two companies given their unique spectrum position, suggesting the merger will create eight times the capacity compared with what they would have as standalone entities. They describe an economic necessity to lower prices and fill this eightfold capacity, asserting that eight times the capacity will be achieved through the merger. Speaker 1 concludes that every benefit for consumers arises from the transaction: prices will go down, services will expand, in-home broadband competition will improve, rural coverage will expand, rural competition will expand, and jobs will go up. The speakers collectively argue that the merger delivers enhanced five G capability, greater coverage, lower prices, expanded services, stronger rural competition, and increased employment.

Speaker 0: Thank you very much, mister chairman. I'd like mister Ledger and mister Clurry to say what can consumers expect out of this. Speaker 1: Thank you, sir. The transaction will provide a five g network capability that The United States desperately needs. Prices are going down. It's in my business plan. It's also promised in the commitments that I made to the FCC. 96% of rural America will be covered by the new T Mobile network, Speaker 2: which is It is crazy to say that we're gonna fire 30,000 people. Sprint has 28,000 people. Do the math. It's absolutely impossible, number one. Number two, the gentleman to my left, I appreciate what you do in terms of protecting the American workers. You're contractually obligated to support AT and T. And is AT and T behind this to try to block this merger because they know what Speaker 1: is gonna come? Comcast added more phone customers in the last year than AT and T and Verizon together. Comcast, Charter, now Altice. There is more than just the the three players, but going from two to three makes more sense than just having two. What does it mean for The US to win the race to five g? Thank you very much, sir. The statistics from CTIA suggest that there are 3,000,000 American jobs at stake with five g leadership. That being that if we don't retain and take leadership in five g as we did with four g, we can lose those jobs. The US is behind China and South Korea in the deployment of five g. Speaker 3: By mixing two companies, because of our unique spectrum position, that you're gonna create eight times the capacity. We have an economic necessity as part of our business plan to lower prices to fill that capacity, which is gonna be eight times what we would have if we Speaker 1: were standalone. Prices will go down. Services will expand. In home broadband competition will become rural coverage will expand. Rural competition will expand, and jobs will go up. So every piece of what is good for consumers happens in this transaction.

Most people don't know how deep T-Mobile is intertwined into #TheGreatReset and @wef, but I do. - Are you ready to lose your freedom? - Are you ready for the government to control your every move and every dollar you spend with digital currency? - Did you really think COVID was just an accidental pandemic that resulted in the largest transfer of wealth in history, while also launching digital measures to control people? - Did you notice how Artificial Intelligence apps came out of nowhere since 2020? And not just any AI, these apps can pass the bar exam to be a Lawyer, or a medical exam to be a Doctor. - Welcome to the #FourthIndustrialRevolution, where "You'll Own Nothing. And You'll Be Happy". The good news is, humans won't have to work as hard because AI will continue taking over more and more jobs. The bad news is, now a lot less humans are needed on earth. - Did you think Israel/Palestine was an accident? A lot of people don't know that World Wars are a great way to usher in Industrial Revolutions. Meet @tsystemscom, one of @deutschetelekom many subsidiaries. - T-Systems helped both the WHO and European Union with creating vaccine passports and digital identities. - T-Systems has a subsidiary, T-Systems Multimedia Solutions that helps companies conform to Agenda 2030 with robust sustainability plans and cloud computing with automation. - One of my favorite apps T-Systems created is the Customer Data Platform. It combines data from a lot of different sources to create a customer profile. e.g. Social Media, Online Searches, Identity, and Banking. - Nice work T-Systems! It looks like y'all have a robust Social Credit Score system ready to go - I personally experienced being discriminated against by T-Mobile in Texas, I was not allowed to attend a Holiday Party in 2021 due to being unvaccinated, and a "Magenta Pass" and QR barcode were required for entry. (i.e. Vaccine Passport) If you read all of that - I appreciate you!! Please follow me if you appreciated this. My entry into independent journalism is in a video below this post. It's a quick intro to let you know how I think about a few big topics in today's society. I'm brand new at this, I welcome your feedback, suggestions, and even roasting and trolling. #MarcMyWords

Video Transcript AI Summary
Marc Palaciano introduces himself as a first-time video creator entering independent journalism to share his truth-telling perspective. He describes himself as a one-man operation currently learning video basics and dealing with glare, lighting, and production quality. He explains he was laid off from T-Mobile after 17 years, with the company announcing 5,000 layoffs on August 24 and his notice arriving August 31; he remains on payroll until November 3, marking November 2 as his 17-year anniversary with the company. He views the number 17 as a symbol of new beginnings, right paths, success, and gratitude, and says he believes in science from the universe. Palaciano recounts consulting a lawyer during the severance review and discovering that to receive a six-figure severance, he would have to sign away his right to free speech about his 17 years at T-Mobile. He refuses to sign, emphasizing that his future work depends on being able to discuss his life experiences. He asserts he has already breached the contract by speaking publicly about T-Mobile but argues that signing away free speech would be damaging. He hints at ongoing potential breaches from T-Mobile and their lawyers, including Mackenzie & Company, if he accepts the severance. He alleges discrimination for being unvaccinated and being barred from the Frisco, Texas office for ten months, including restricted attendance at events like the 2021 Christmas party requiring a magenta pass tied to a vaccine card. He notes he submitted an exemption form in 2021, offered to take daily tests, and that T-Mobile ended the vaccine mandate in March 2023 after he was finally allowed back in. He asserts he helped T-Mobile’s leadership create dashboards on exposures and vaccine take rates, and claims the company’s rationale was that COVID cases had declined, though he says the company has not admitted mistakes about his treatment. He continues to cite protections and his belief in his right to free speech to critique T-Mobile. Palaciano shares that on November 2 he plans to reveal how John Ledger (the former T-Mobile CEO) partnered with Steve Aoki and Blau on an NFT venture and that 95% of NFTs are now worthless. He intends to launch a GoFundMe to raise money for the severance money he declined, arguing that corporate censorship and tyranny justify public support. He recalls T-Mobile censoring vaccine-efficacy links in December 2021 and states that most statements in his content could breach his contract, while noting transparency about his actions. He characterizes himself as open, transparent, not a grifter, and focused on truth and America’s future. He identifies as a Dallas native, a golf and guns enthusiast, a Tesla nerd, and someone who does not identify with a political party, believing both major parties act for self-interest. He signals a belief in social engineering as a societal manipulation mechanism and plans to discuss DEI and ESG, the Great Reset, and the World Economic Forum, arguing these influence the public more than politicians. Speaker 0: Hello world. My name is Marc Palaciano and this is the first video that I've ever made to share on social media with strangers. It feels pretty weird because I'm not the type of person that shares a lot about myself on social media. But I need to get comfortable with it as I enter this next chapter in my life because I'm betting on myself by jumping into independent journalism or being a truth teller as some of us freethinkers like to call it. So here we are. My first video and my first big hurdle to clear. I'm sure it's gonna be one of my worst videos but the content is what really matters and I'll be making a lot more videos so there's plenty of time to get better at video production. I'm currently a one man band running the entire show, and I've got a lot to learn, like fixing the horrible glare on my glasses, better lighting, and how to make videos you'll appreciate. For those that don't know, on August 24, T Mobile announced they were going to lay off 5,000 people over the next month. I was notified about my layoff on August 31, but I'm on the payroll until November 3. So technically, I'm still a T Mobile employee today. November 2 is my seventeen year at T Mobile. What are the odds of my last day being employed being my seventeen year anniversary? When I look up the significance of the number 17, it's all about new beginnings, being on the right path, success and good fortune, and being grateful. I believe in science from the universe. I'm supposed to be right here doing exactly what I'm doing. It's a really weird feeling and I don't know how to explain it. The second week after being laid off, I met with a lawyer to review the severance document. I had a feeling some of the verbiage within the document would hinder me from talking about my experience in corporate America, and he confirmed I was right. In order to take the 6 figure severance I'm owed after seventeen years of employment at T Mobile, I have to sign away my right to free speech about the last seventeen years of working at T Mobile. For 99.9% of the people, that's no big deal. Sign the severance, take the money, go find another company to work for and move on. But signing away my free speech is a big deal because the next chapter in my life relies on me being able to talk about my life experiences. I may as well tell you my secret that I was holding onto until November 2. I'm not leaving. I'm not leaving. I'm not fucking leaving. I'm not signing that severance document. I can't sign that severance document. It could actually cost me money and a lot of legal headaches down the road. Technically, I'm already in breach of contract hundreds of times with what I've been saying about t mobile. I'm willing to bet the lawyers at t mobile and mckenzie and company are waiting for me to take the money just so they can unleash an onslaught of breaches at me. I include Mackenzie in my statement because T Mobile has been using them for consultation and my guess is Mackenzie is helping T Mobile navigate this layoff nonsense. The verbiage in the severance document allows t mobile to find me in breach of contract if I ever say anything they deem as derogatory and it's up to their discretion. I completely protecting company secrets but blocking me from talking about my life is crossing the line in my opinion. I wouldn't be able to tell you how T Mobile violated my rights by discriminating against me for being unvaccinated and how they blocked me from going into the office in Frisco, Texas for ten months. They pretended like they actually cared about me while they isolated me like a rabid animal. They didn't even let me attend events outside of the office like the twenty twenty one Christmas party at the Stonebriar Country Club that required a magenta pass and a QR barcode to get inside. And the magenta pass was provided to you after you submitted your vaccine card to a third party company. I'm a people person. I thrive off interacting with people. In all honesty they broke me for a while and I had to learn how to fix me while being isolated from people. I'm good now but that's because I'm finally able to be me. I felt like I was in a mental prison working at t mobile after 2020. From September 2021 to July 2022 t mobile treated me like a second class citizen for being unvaccinated. I posted my exemption form that I submitted from September 2021 to my ex account so you can see what I said two years ago. I offered to take a daily test. I knew I wasn't at risk and I knew I wasn't causing anyone else to be at risk. July 2022 was when T Mobile finally allowed me back into the office in Frisco, Texas, and they ended up removing the vaccine mandate completely in March 2023. By ending the mandate, they proved me right. As an unvaccinated person, I didn't need a vaccine or a mask to live my life indoors. I'm not an expert. I'm not even that smart of a person. I just use data and analytics combined with deductive reasoning to determine I didn't need a vaccine and this was a flu like disease. I was even on the business continuity team during COVID. I helped T Mobile senior leadership create dashboards to monitor employee exposures, local level exposures from the CDC, store closures, vaccine take rates, and the list goes on. I know way too much about COVID because of that job, but it helped me make educated decisions that I'm proud of today. Their reasoning for pulling back on the vaccine mandate was because we entered a new phase of the pandemic where cases, serious illness, and death rates had declined dramatically. And they still to this day have not admitted any mistakes for me with the way they treated me. The CEO, Mike Sievert, and the EVP of Human Resources, Dan King, still believe it was the best way to keep employees safe and they strongly encourage all employees and their families to get vaccinated and boosted. I know most people don't care about COVID or the vaccine anymore and I totally get why you feel that way. And there's also a lot of people that regret getting the vaccine and would like to move on from that mistake. But what most people don't understand is that they're now making another mistake by moving on without accountability for being coerced into that mistake in the first place. I'm not going to stop fighting until people admit what they did was wrong. The way t mobile treated me was inhumane, disrespectful and technically violated Nuremberg code. They forced me to learn my American and Texas rights. So now I'm gonna use my right of free speech to call them out over and over and over again until they admit they were wrong or influence a sharp decline in their brand appearance and or stock valuation. I could go on and on about this topic but that's not the point of this video. I'll be making a lot more videos so we'll have plenty of time to talk about t mobile and their corporate tyranny. But before we move on, fun fact. Did you know that in 2001, a bunch of US senators pushed back on t mobile Deutsche Telekom buying VoiceStream wireless because the German government owned 58% of T Mobile Deutsch Telecom and those senators believed a foreign government shouldn't own a large telecommunications company in America. Well, guess what? Those senators were right because the German government is now heavily influencing T Mobile US. The German government was forced to sell ownership to get the Voicestream deal to go through, but they've slowly bought back in over the years and now own 30%. But let's be real, the German government is still connected at the hip with Deutsche Telekom regardless of it only being 30%. In the near future, I'm gonna show you how T Mobile is partnering with the World Economic Forum to usher in the great reset and fourth industrial revolution powered by artificial intelligence. I know. Juicy, Alright. Now let's move on and talk a little bit about me and a few hot topics in today's society. First, I want you to know I'm an open book. I'm a 100% transparent. I'm not here to be a grifter or try to manipulate people. I'm focused on the truth and the future of America. It's that simple. I'm a dumb smart nerd turning 40 years old in December. I'm born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I love playing golf, shooting guns, and nerding out on all things Tesla. I do not identify with a political party. I personally lost all faith in any politician working to make my life better. To me, politicians on both sides are on the same team. That's the team of making themselves wealthier and more powerful. I know that's a cynical view, but that's how I feel after watching corporate America and the government turn on me since 2020. The 2019 version of me would call the 2023 version of me a nut job conspiracy theorist who needs to lay off the Internet. I already know a lot of you are thinking that and it's fine. At this point, it is what it is. I'm confident in my ability to assess topics with a balanced open minded approach and I'm open to others viewpoints and respect the fact that we'll all be different with different beliefs. Now let's get into some of the fun polarizing topics in America today. My goal is to provide just a quick snapshot on where I stand on a few of these topics in today's society. I'm cool with people being gay and I don't care if adults go trans. The way I see it people can choose to live their lives however they want because I also expect to live my life how I want. I know this is a polarizing topic so let me unpack it a little bit. Adults can do whatever they want when it comes to gay and trans. Children should not be allowed to do whatever they want when it comes to gender affirmation. I don't believe in allowing children to medically or surgically affirm their gender. Once you turn 18, have at it. But I still think you should wait until your mid twenties to understand who you really are. Personally I know I was a different person in my early twenties than I am today. Drag shows for kids? Yeah that feels really weird to me. Drag shows for adults? Have fun. Men going trans to a woman and then playing in women's sports? Yeah I'm not cool with that either. We'll talk more about this stuff in the future because I'm going show you why the T in T Mobile stands for trans and why you should call them trans mobile. Religion This is another topic most people stay away from but I want to take it head on and share my beliefs. I believe in God but I'm not sure how to explain it to you. I personally don't identify with a religion but I see a lot of value in religion so please know I don't judge anyone for whatever religion you are. The past three years have woken me up to not wanting to identify with any label. It all feels like tribalism to me. I'm not saying religion is tribalism I'm just saying that's how I feel about labels these days. I'm not here to preach to you or to get you to see things the way I see things. I hope you can appreciate me for who I am and what I believe in. And if you don't, it's cool with me too. Gun rights. In 2019, I would have told you nobody needed an AR 15 and I wasn't into guns whatsoever, which is pretty funny for a Texas boy. But now I have my license to carry, I own multiple guns including a few ARs, and I completely understand why the second amendment was created to protect the people from a tyrannical government. I know a lot of people are gonna disagree with me on my tyrannical government statement, but I'd ask those people to refer back to earlier where I explained how t mobile was able to violate my rights while also being protected by the government and escaping all accountability. Does America have a mass shooting problem? Yes. But are guns the issue? No. A gun is simply a tool that requires someone to manually utilize it. To me, the biggest issue nobody talks about is social engineering. Social engineering is a powerful tool that I'm going to talk about a lot in my content. Social engineering is the system manufacturing and designing thoughts and reactions from people in society. Let me show you what I mean. Only a sick minded person does a mass shooting, but that same sick minded person also saw the last sick minded person go viral from doing a mass shooting. So every mass shooting is really engineering the next mass shooting. We shouldn't know the shooters names. We shouldn't know what they look like. We should they shouldn't go viral. But the big reason all of that happens is because the powers to be want society bickering at each other about gun rights over and over. It's a never ending cycle by design in order to support the lifelong politicians campaigning every two years during election season. I know there's a lot more topics we could discuss, but I'm sure those will come up later as I continue to be an independent journalist or truth teller. Whatever you wanna call it. Now let me talk a little bit how I've been running my mouth on x acting like a keyboard warrior. They've now raised the prices of rate plans, have completed multiple layoffs since the merger went live in April 2020, and just last week, they told customers on certain plans that they were going automatically change their plan to a more expensive plan if they didn't call into customer service and opt out. As I said earlier, I'm cool with gay and trans but t mobile is on a whole different level. There's a big difference between being cool with gay and trans versus shoving it down society's throat and forcing people to believe in it. T Mobile doesn't care about gay or trans people. They simply wanna use the agenda to buy people. Why would a company pay $25,000 for gender reassignments but only $12,000 for in vitro fertilization? I guess t mobile thinks gender assignments are twice as cool. I'm not a fan of war. I'll never be a fan of war. I don't support war. It blows my mind that humanity is still at war with each other. But I've now also learned that war is designed to keep the average person distracted with nonsense while all the people at the top profit from the war. On November 2, I'm gonna show you how John Ledger, the old t mobile CEO, partnered with two American DJs, Steve Aoki and Blau to run an NFT hustle that made all of them millions of dollars. And if you haven't heard, 95% of all NFTs are now completely worthless. It's pretty convenient that a lot of rich people made a lot of money while a lot of middle class people lost a lot of money. Also on November 2, I'm gonna kick off a GoFundMe to raise money for the severance money that I turned down. Look, I know nobody owes me anything for the actions that I've taken on my own accord, but I also know a lot of people are sick and tired of the tyranny and censorship from corporate America. And I believe a lot of people will support me in showing corporate America that we're tired of it. Most people don't even know that in December 2021, t mobile was censoring text messages. I know some people are gonna flame me for making a GoFundMe and I totally get it but like I told you earlier I'm completely transparent and being upfront about my actions is important to me. There's so much more for me to talk about but we'll get into that as we continue down this journey. Alright full disclosure I have no idea how I'm going to make money in this venture but I know I'm supposed to be doing this and I'm supposed to trust that it will work out. My plan was to start with getting advertising money on x, but I've now realized calling out corporate America for their nonsense probably won't work out well for my social credit score on x that pays the advertising money. I didn't really think that went through well enough but I believe people will support me once they hear what I have to say. I grew up in corporate America and was just kicked out and before I got kicked out they violated my rights. I know my story is one that people need to hear more about and like I said earlier it was also influenced by the German government. I'll be writing threads on x, trying to gain more followers by replying to accounts, producing more videos, making info memes, and trying to figure out how to make money. I have a lot to learn there but I'm betting on more people in society wanting to hear truthful news that isn't pushing a political agenda and I feel confident in my ability to provide truthful unbiased news. I'll use my experience at t mobile for the last seventeen years to show you how corporate America turned on the american people. There's already a lot of great news sources and people reporting on diversity, equity, inclusion known as DE and I and environmental social governance known as ESG, but I want to show you how DE and I and ESG impacted my career. I'm passionate about exposing the Great Reset and the World Economic Forum. It's okay if you don't know what either one of those are, but you need to know because they're both influencing you and your children's future way more than any politician in America is. Seriously. I'll talk a lot about social engineering. One of society's diseases right now is reacting to every news source at face value. Refer to the latest swirl with Israel and Palestine, which completely removed Ukraine from the news cycle. Social engineering is a horrible disease that's captured most of America and it's time more people wake up to what's really going on. Think of social engineering as being psychological warfare or brainwashing. There's a great Netflix documentary called Social Dilemma that does an awesome job at introducing you to social engineering. Please know, I won't pretend to have all the answers. I can admit when I'm wrong. And I'm not here to tell you that you have to think the way I think. I know that I'll share information that's valuable to a lot of people, but it's your choice to see the value in what I'm sharing. In closing, I'd really appreciate your support if anything I shared resonates with you. My ex and Instagram account are mark underscore palaciano. I'm pretty easy to find because as far as I know, I'm the only Mark Palaciano in The United States. I genuinely care about you and America's future, and I've learned a lot about how the world works over the last three years. My next video will be on November 2, and I'll start posting videos more regularly after that. Thank you for listening to me, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any feedback, suggestions, or questions for me. Being that this is my first video, I'd like to end it by saying thank you to the people that were there for me over the last few years. You all know who you are. I appreciate you for putting up with me while T Mobile turned on me and violated my rights as a human being. Thank you for supporting me.

I’m a lifelong Texan turned whistleblower who exposed Frisco’s City Council donors. I walked away from a 17-year T-Mobile career, turning down a $150k severance to defend free speech, after earning about $200k. I’ve documented my story across a Substack with 200+ posts and YouTube with 43 videos and 100 shorts. I’ve emailed Texas and U.S. officials and major journalists, but after 30 months I’m still the only one telling my story. My content is free, non-monetized.

A lot of Texans recently found me because I exposed Frisco’s City Council having a lot of Indian donors. Now I’m showing people how I’m a lifelong Texan turned Whistleblower after working at T-Mobile for 17 years. I walked away from the career I built from scratch, I was making $200k when I left in 2023 and I turned down my $150k severance to keep my free speech. I’m one of the biggest stories in America being suppressed and I’ve documented all of it along the way - my Substack has over 200 stories, my YouTube has 43 videos and over 100 shorts. I’ve sent formal correspondence to Texas Elected Officials, United States Elected Officials, and almost every big name Journalist and News Outlet that should care about my story and help me. After 30 months, I’m still the only person telling my story. Hopefully soon I’ll get some help from people with bigger platforms, because I’ve risked everything to speak up and I’ve gained nothing. All of my content is free and my social media accounts are not monetized.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker asserts that Texas lied to prosecute the T-Mobile whistleblower and that the case exposes information Americans aren’t supposed to know. A key claim is that a conservative constitutional judge from Collin County was replaced days before the trial with a retired liberal judge from Dallas, which the speaker suspects allowed a juror to be planted in the jury. During jury selection, defense and state weeded 50 people down to eight, but the judge ultimately selects the jurors. The state prosecution allegedly lied about the gated community entry, claiming a security guard was present and that the speaker snuck in, a claim the speaker says is false and used to portray him as a dangerous stalker. The T-Mobile executive allegedly stated he feared for his life and his family’s safety, yet the speaker notes the executive flew to Bellevue, Washington, to T-Mobile’s headquarters the next day, arguing it contradicted the notion of a genuine threat from the speaker. The state prosecuted by obtaining all of the speaker’s social media from Ex Twitter, Instagram, Substack, and the speaker learned of this only when Instagram notified him. The state and T-Mobile labeled the speaker a violent threat for discussing his guns in self-defense, with a cited tweet and related materials used in the case. The speaker claims that his communications—tweets, videos, a long-form website—were censored, and that he then went guerrilla with flyers and a self-defense stance described as “staccato for self defense.” During sentencing, the state subpoenaed a police officer who arrested the speaker sixteen years earlier for a felony marijuana charge, with deferred adjudication and probation completed in 2008, to portray the speaker as a still-active drug dealer. The state reportedly shared some of the whistleblower story but downplayed that T-Mobile violated Texas Health and Safety Code chapter 81 d by discriminating against the speaker for being unvaccinated. The speaker concludes by urging viewers to share the story, claiming it exposes corruption among elected officials and corporations.

Speaker 0: I figured I'd end 2025 with one final story. The state of Texas lied to prosecute the T Mobile whistleblower. My story exposes too much truth Americans aren't supposed to know, and I'm gonna show you some of those lies in this video. The state of Texas said that I weaponized free speech in the first amendment. One of the craziest things about my case was days before my trial, I learned that my judge was out of town, and now I had a new judge that was gonna sit in place to run my trial. My conservative constitutional judge from Collin County was replaced with a retired liberal judge from Dallas. Of course, I can't prove this, but I suspect changing out the judge is what allowed them to plant a juror in my jury. So you go through the jury selection process where the defense and state weeded out from 50 people down to eight, but ultimately at the end, the judge was the ones who the judge is the person who selects the jurors. The state prosecution lied. They said that the gated community I went into had a security guard and that I snuck in around the security guard, which is a complete lie, but they had to make it seem that way to make me look like some crazy stalker. The T Mobile executive, he said that he feared for him and his family's life, that I was a violent threat to him. And then the next day, he flew out to Bellevue, Washington at T Mobile's headquarters. What kind of father would leave their wife and kids at home if they felt like some other guy was a violent threat? He knew I wasn't. The state what was threatening to him was my free speech and passing out flyers in his neighborhood. The state prosecution got all of my social media from ex Twitter, Instagram, Substack, and the only way I knew about it is because Instagram reached out and told me. And then, of course, the state, they're you know, they have to go through a process, so we saw the warrant, but they got all my social media. Elon's platform handed them everything. The state prosecution and T Mobile said I was a violent threat for talking about my guns in self defense. Here's the tweet right here that they said was a violent threat. I started with tweets and got censored. I made videos and got censored. I started a website with long form writing and got censored. And now I'll go guerrilla marketing on my foot with flyers and have my staccato for self defense. The keywords for self defense. That's not a violent threat. During my sentencing hearing, the state prosecution subpoenaed a police officer that arrested me sixteen years ago for a felony marijuana charge that I completed deferred adjudication for, did my probation. I stopped selling weed back then when all this happened in 2008 and focused on my career. It was just crazy to see how they brought in this police officer from sixteen years ago to make it seem like I was still a drug dealer now. The state prosecution even shared some of my whistleblower story, but they played down the fact that T Mobile violated Texas Health and Safety Code chapter 81 d by discriminating against me for being unvaccinated. Please share my story with someone you know because it exposes elected officials and corporations are corrupted.

Marc Palaciano is starting an independent journalism career after being laid off from T-Mobile after 17 years. He refuses to sign the severance agreement, as it restricts his free speech regarding his experiences at T-Mobile. He alleges T-Mobile discriminated against him for being unvaccinated, isolating him and preventing him from attending company events. Palaciano believes T-Mobile's actions violated his rights and possibly the Nuremberg Code. He intends to use his free speech to hold them accountable. He claims the German government is heavily influencing T-Mobile US and that T-Mobile is partnering with the World Economic Forum to usher in the Great Reset. Palaciano shares his views on social issues, including LGBTQ+ rights, religion, and gun rights. He criticizes T-Mobile's CEO for allegedly lying about the merger's benefits and accuses T-Mobile of pushing a trans agenda. He plans to expose corporate tyranny and censorship, particularly regarding DE&I and ESG initiatives. He is launching a GoFundMe to replace the refused severance and fund his work.

Speaker 0: Hello world. My name is Marc Palaciano and this is the first video that I've ever made to share on social media with strangers. It feels pretty weird because I'm not the type of person that shares a lot about myself on social media. But I need to get comfortable with it as I enter this next chapter in my life because I'm betting on myself by jumping into independent journalism or being a truth teller as some of us free thinkers like to call it. Did you know that in 02/2001, a bunch of US senators pushed back on t mobile Deutsche Telekom buying VoiceStream wireless because the German government owned 58% of T Mobile Deutsch Telecom and those senators believed a foreign government shouldn't own a large telecommunications company in America. They've now raised the prices of rate plans, have completed multiple layoffs since the merger went live in April 2020, and just last week, they told customers on certain plans that they were going automatically change their plan to a more expensive plan if they didn't call into customer service and opt out. I know way too much about COVID because of that job, but it helped me make educated decisions that I'm proud of today. Their reasoning for pulling back on the vaccine mandate was because we entered a new phase of the pandemic where cases, serious illness, and death rates have declined dramatically, And they still to this day have not admitted any mistakes were made with the way they treated me. The CEO, Mike Sievert, and the EVP of Human Resources, Dean King, still believe it was the best way to keep employees safe, and they strongly encourage all employees and their families to get vaccinated and boosted.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Many people want to move on from COVID-19 and the vaccine, including those who regret getting vaccinated. However, the speaker believes it is a mistake to move on without accountability for the coercion that led to vaccination. The speaker intends to continue fighting until those responsible admit wrongdoing. The speaker claims T-Mobile's treatment was inhumane, disrespectful, and a violation of the Nuremberg Code. They will use their right to free speech to repeatedly call out T-Mobile until the company admits fault or experiences a decline in brand appearance or stock valuation.

Speaker 0: I know most people don't care about COVID or the vaccine anymore and I totally get why you feel that way. And there's also a lot of people that regret getting the vaccine and would like to move on from that mistake. But what most people don't understand is that they're now making another mistake by moving on without accountability for being coerced into that mistake in the first place. I'm not going to stop fighting until people admit what they did was wrong. The way t mobile treated me was inhumane, disrespectful, and technically violated Nuremberg code. They forced me to learn my American and Texas rights. So now I'm gonna use my right of free speech to call them out over and over and over again until they admit they were wrong or influence a sharp decline in their brand appearance and or stock valuation.

In 2001, US senators opposed Deutsche Telekom's acquisition of VoiceStream Wireless due to the German government's 58% ownership stake, fearing foreign government control of a major US telecom. Although forced to sell initially, the German government has since regained a 30% stake in Deutsche Telekom. The speaker asserts the German government is still closely tied to Deutsche Telekom. The speaker claims T-Mobile is partnering with the World Economic Forum to advance the Great Reset and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, utilizing artificial intelligence.

Speaker 0: Fun fact. Did you know that in 02/2001, a bunch of US senators pushed back on T Mobile Deutsche Telekom buying VoiceStream Wireless because the German government owned 58% of T Mobile Deutsche Telekom, and those senators believed a foreign government shouldn't own a large telecommunications company in America? Well, guess what? Those senators were right because the German government is now heavily influencing t mobile US. The German government was forced to sell ownership to get the Voicestream deal to go through, but they've slowly bought back in over the years and now own 30. I know. Juicy.

To me, politicians on both sides are on the same team, and that's the team of making themselves wealthier and more powerful. Personally, I know I was a different person in my early twenties than I am today. Drag shows for kids? Yeah, that feels really weird to me. Drag shows for adults? Have fun. Men going trans to a woman and then playing in women's sports? Yeah I'm not cool with that either. We'll talk more about this stuff in the future because I'm gonna show you why the T in T Mobile stands for trans and why you should call them Trans Mobile.

Clip: Guns, Mass Shootings, and Social Engineering #MarcMyWords

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker states that their views on gun rights have changed drastically since 2019. They now own multiple guns, including AR-15s, and believe the Second Amendment protects citizens from a tyrannical government. While acknowledging America's mass shooting problem, the speaker argues that guns are not the root issue. Instead, they attribute mass shootings to social engineering, which they define as the manufacturing of thoughts and reactions within society. They claim mass shootings inspire copycats seeking notoriety. The speaker suggests that mass shooters should not be publicized to prevent further incidents. They believe that the focus on gun rights is a deliberate distraction orchestrated by those in power to perpetuate political campaigning and societal division.

Speaker 0: Gun rights. In 2019, I would have told you nobody needed an AR 15, and I wasn't into guns whatsoever, which is pretty funny for a Texas boy. Social engineering is a powerful tool that I'm gonna talk about a lot in my content.

Clip: Trollin' T-Mobile for Their Lies #MarcMyWords

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker claims to have been publicly criticizing T-Mobile, CEO Mike Sievert, and former CEO John Legere for over a month. They allege that Sievert and Legere lied to Congress and the American public about the T-Mobile merger, specifically regarding promises to lower prices and add jobs. The speaker states that T-Mobile has raised prices, conducted layoffs since April 2020, and is automatically switching customers to more expensive plans unless they opt out. The speaker further accuses T-Mobile and its parent company, Deutsche Telekom, of being aligned with the German government and the World Economic Forum. They also claim that T-Mobile uses LGBTQ+ agendas to divide people, suggesting the company's priorities are misaligned by citing the disparity in coverage for gender reassignment versus in vitro fertilization.

They've now raised the prices of rate plans, have completed multiple layoffs since the merger went live in April 2020, and just last week, they told customers on certain plans that they were going to automatically change their plan to a more expensive plan if they didn't call into customer service and opt out. They simply want to use the agenda to divide people. Why would a company pay $25,000 for gender reassignments but only $12,000 for in vitro fertilization? I guess t mobile thinks gender assignments are twice as cool.

The speaker states that their statements about T-Mobile would breach their contract. They anticipate criticism for the GoFundMe but emphasize transparency.

Think of social engineering as being psychological warfare or brainwashing. There's a great Netflix documentary called Social Dilemma that does an awesome job at introducing you to social engineering.

They've now raised the prices of rate plans, have completed multiple layoffs since the merger went live in April 2020, and just last week, they told customers on certain plans that they were going automatically change their plan to a more expensive plan if they didn't call into customer service and opt out.

On January 13th, an article about me was published by Gateway Pundit. I woke up to find a surge in subscribers and discovered that the article highlighted censorship by T-Mobile, which had removed links to Gateway Pundit in text messages. Jim Hoff, who wrote the piece, shared my story, and I was thrilled to see it. It felt like a significant moment for me, and I couldn't help but express my excitement.

Former T Mobile agent confirms company censorship of the Gateway Pundit, including eliminating TGBP links in text messages to wireless users. And so, yeah, this dude, Jim Hoff, you know, found my story and stuff, and, he went and posted about the censorship, which was really cool, man. Like, I, you know, I even I I made him. He had look, mom, I made it. Like, I was so happy. It was such a great time.

I had an amazing January and February, gaining traction on X and enjoying my journalism. I was excited to share news and information, which led to growth in followers and subscribers. There’s nothing like betting on yourself and succeeding in independent journalism. However, I feel frustrated because T-Mobile and Big Tech have taken that away from me, making it difficult to earn money online. It’s disheartening to lose that momentum and connection with my audience.

T-Mobile is reportedly collecting extensive customer data through its partnership with OpenAI. CEO Mike Sievert recently discussed this collaboration in a Fireside Chat with Sam Altman, promoting the benefits of AI. However, customers should consider whether they want T-Mobile to profile their work performance, economic status, health, and personal preferences. Many may not trust T-Mobile to share their data with outside researchers or to enhance ad relevance using app data. Despite potential concerns, T-Mobile has enabled these data collection settings by default, requiring customers to manually disable them if they wish. Additionally, there are connections between Sam Altman and the World Economic Forum, which is often viewed with skepticism.

Some people still deny the importance of masks and social distancing, despite the existence of misinformation. As someone who has studied biases for 50 years, I understand this issue well. Just like there are experts who study viruses year after year, we should trust and follow their advice. Although unexpected things may happen, we need to adjust and be aware that the virus is real and deadly. To prevent it, we should get vaccinated, wear masks, practice social distancing, and maintain good hygiene. It's not just about our freedom; it's about the responsibility that comes with it.

Speaker 0: There's still people that live in denials. There's still people that don't believe in masks. There's still people out there that say, well, we don't have to do social distancing and all this kind of stuff. There is misinformation out there. And my point of it was basically, look, there's no one that knows more about a bias than I do, because I studied this issue for 50 years. And the same is also with the virus. There are people out there that are experts that study this year after year after year, and that they experienced, like out of the voucher that has been at this, you know, probably for its entire life. I mean, why would you not believe someone like that? So and there's so many other scientists out there and experts in this subject. So I believe them, and I follow them very carefully. And, of course, Sometimes things are happening that are unexpected, so then you have to make the adjustments in order. But I think people should know There is a virus here. It kills people, and the only way we prevent it is is to get vaccinated, to wear masks, to do social distancing, washing your hands all the time, and not just to think about, well, my freedom is being kind of disturbed here. No. Screw your freedom. Because with freedom comes applications and, and responsibilities.

Speaker 0: Hello world. My name is Mark Palaciano, And this is the 1st video that I have ever made to share on social media with strangers. It feels pretty weird because I'm not the type of person that shares a lot about myself on social media, But I need to get comfortable with it as I enter this next chapter in my life because I'm betting on myself by jumping into independent journalism, or being a truth teller as some of us free thinkers like to call it. So here we are, my 1st video and my 1st big hurdle to clear. I'm sure it's gonna be one of my worst videos, but the content is what really matters, and I'll be making a lot more videos. So there's plenty of time to get better at video production. I'm currently a 1 man band running the entire show, and I've got a lot to learn, like fixing the horrible glare on my glasses, better and how to make videos you'll appreciate. For those that don't know, on August 24th, T Mobile announced They were going to lay off 5,000 people over the next month. I was notified about my lay off on August 31st, but I'm on the payroll until November 3rd. So technically, I'm still a T Mobile employee today. November 2nd is my 17 year anniversary at T Mobile. What are the odds of my last day being employed, being my 17 year anniversary? When I look up the significance of the number 17, it's all about new beginnings, Being on the right path, success and good fortune, and being grateful. I believe in science from the universe. I'm supposed To be right here doing exactly what I'm doing. It's a really weird feeling and I don't know how to explain it. The 2nd week after being laid off, I met with a lawyer to review the severance document. I had a feeling some of the verbiage within the document would hinder me from talking about my experience in corporate America, and he confirmed I was right. In order to take the 6 figure severance I'm owed After 17 years of employment at T Mobile, I have to sign away my right to free speech about the last 17 years of working at T Mobile. For 99.9% of the people, that's no big deal. Sign the severance, take the money, go find another company to work for, and move on. But signing away my free speech is a big deal because the next chapter of my life relies on me being able to talk about my life experiences. I may as well tell you my secret I was holding on to until November 2nd. Speaker 1: I'm not leaving. I'm not leaving. Speaker 0: I'm not leaving. I'm not signing that severance document. I can't sign that severance document. It could actually cost me money and a lot of legal headaches down the road. Technically, I'm already in breach of contract Track hundreds of times with what I've been saying about T Mobile. I'm willing to bet the lawyers at T Mobile and McKinsey and Company Are waiting for me to take the money just so they can unleash an onslaught of breaches at me. I include McKinsey in my statement because T Mobile has been using them for consultation, and my guess is, McKinsey is helping T Mobile navigate this layoff nonsense. The verbiage in the severance document allows t mobile to find me in breach of contract if I ever say anything they deem as derogatory, And it's up to their discretion. I completely understand protecting company secrets, but blocking me from talking about my life is crossing the line in my opinion. I wouldn't be able to tell you how T Mobile violated my rights by discriminating against me for being unvaccinated, and how they blocked me from going into the office in Frisco, Texas for 10 months. They pretended like they actually cared about me while they isolated me like a rabid animal. They didn't even let We attend events outside of the office, like the 2021 Christmas party at the Stonebriar Country Club that required a magenta pass and a QR barcode to get inside, and the Magenta Pass was provided to you after you submitted your vaccine card to a third party company. I'm a people person. I thrive off interacting with people. In all honesty, they broke me for a while, and I had to learn how to fix me while being isolated from people. I'm good now, but that's because I'm finally able to be me. I felt like I was in a mental prison working at T Mobile after 2020. From September 20 21 to July 2022, T Mobile treated me like a second class citizen for being unvaccinated. I posted my exemption form that I submitted from September 2021 to my x account, so you can see what I said 2 years ago. I offered to take a daily test. I knew I wasn't at risk, and I knew I wasn't causing anyone else to be at risk. July of 2022 was when T Mobile finally They allowed me back into the office in Frisco, Texas, and they ended up removing the vaccine mandate completely in March of 2023. By ending the mandate, they proved me right. As an unvaccinated person, I didn't need a vaccine or a mask to live my life indoors. I'm not an expert. I'm not even that smart of a person. I just use data and analytics combined with deductive reasoning to determine I didn't need a vaccine, and this was a flu like disease. Their reasoning for pulling back on the vaccine mandate was because we entered a new phase of the pandemic, where cases, serious illness, and death rates have declined Mine dramatically. And they still to this day have not admitted any mistakes for me with the way they treated me. The CEO, Mike Sievert, and the EVP of human resources, Deanne King, still believe it was the best way to keep employees safe and they strongly encourage all employees and their families to get vaccinated and boosted. I know most people don't care about COVID or the vaccine anymore, and I totally get why you And there's also a lot of people that regret getting the vaccine and would like to move on from that mistake. But what most people don't stand is that they're now making another mistake by moving on without accountability for being coerced into that mistake in the 1st place. I'm not gonna stop fighting until people admit what they did was wrong. The way T Mobile treated me was inhumane, disrespectful, and technically violated Nuremberg Code. They forced me to learn my American and Texas rights. So now, I'm gonna use my right of free speech to call them out over and over and over again until they admit they were wrong Or influence a sharp decline in their brand appearance and or stock valuation. I could go on and on about this topic, but that's not the point of this video. I'll be making a lot more videos, so we'll have plenty of time to talk about T Mobile and their corporate tyranny. But before we move on, Fun fact. Did you know that 2001, a bunch of US senators push back on T Mobile, Deutsche Telekom buying VoiceStream Wireless? Because the German government owned 58% of T Mobile Deutsche Telekom and those senators believed a foreign government Shouldn't own a large telecommunications company in America? Well, guess what? Those senators were right because the German government is now heavily Influencing T Mobile US. The German government was forced to sell ownership to get the VoiceStream deal to go through, but they've slowly bought Back in over the years and now own 30%. But let's be real. The German government is still connected at the hip with Deutsche Telekom regardless of it only being 30%. In the near future, I'm gonna show you how T Mobile is partnering with the World Economic Forum to usher in the Great Reset and 4th Industrial Revolution Powered by artificial intelligence. I know. Juicy. Alright. Now, let's move on and talk a little bit about Me and a few hot topics in today's society. 1st, I want you to know I'm an open book. I'm a 100% transparent. I'm not here to be a grifter or try to manipulate people. I'm focused on the truth and the future of America. It's that simple. I'm a dumb smart nerd turning 40 years old in December. I'm born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I love playing golf, Shooting guns and nerding out on all things Tesla. I do not identify with the political party. I personally lost All faith in any politician working to make my life better. To me, politicians on both sides are on the same team, And that's the team of making themselves wealthier and more powerful. My goal is to provide just a quick snapshot on where I stand a few of these topics in today's society. I'm cool with people being gay and I don't care if adults go trans. The way I see it, people Can choose to live their lives however they want because I also expect to live my life how I want. I know this is a polarizing topic, so let me unpack it a little bit. Personally, I know I was a different person in my early twenties than I And today, drag shows for kids? Yeah. That feels really weird to me. Drag shows for adults? Have fun. Men going trans to a woman and then playing in women's sports? Yeah. I'm not cool with that either. We'll talk More about this stuff in the future, because I'm gonna show you why the t in T Mobile stands for trans, and why you should call them trans mobile. Religion. This is another topic most people stay away from, but I wanna take it head on and share my beliefs. I believe in God, but I'm not sure how to explain it to you. I personally don't identify with the religion, but I see a lot of value in religion, so please know, I don't judge anyone for whatever religion you are. The past 3 years have woken me up to not wanting to identify with any label. It all feels like tribalism to me. I'm not saying religion is Tribalism. I'm just saying that's how I feel about labels these days. I'm not here to preach to you, or to get you to see things the way I think see things. I hope you can appreciate me for who I am and what I believe in. And if you don't, it's cool with me too. Gun rights. In 2019, I would have told you nobody needed an AR 15. And I wasn't in the guns whatsoever, which is pretty funny for a Texas boy. But now, I have my license to carry. I own multiple guns including a few a r's. And I completely understand why the second amendment Was created to protect the people from a tyrannical government. I know a lot of people are gonna disagree with me on my tyrannical government statement, But I'd asked those people to refer back to earlier where I explained how T Mobile was able to violate my rights while also being protected by the government and escaping all accountability. Does America have a mass shooting problem? Yes. But are guns the issue? No. A gun is simply a tool that requires someone to manually utilize it. To me, the biggest issue nobody talks about is social engineering. Social engineering is a powerful tool that I'm gonna talk about a lot in my content. But the big reason all that happens It's because the powers to be once society bickering at each other about gun rights over and over. It's a never ending cycle by design in order to support the life Long politicians campaigning every 2 years during election season. I know there's a lot more topics we could discuss, but I'm sure those will come up later as I continue to be an independent journalist or truth teller, whatever you wanna call it. Now, let me talk a little bit how I've been running my mouth on x, acting like a keyboard warrior. It's time that I start saying that stuff on video. I've been trolling T Mobile, Mike Sievert, the current T Mobile CEO, And John Leger, the CEO prior to the merger for over a month now, I wanted to be sure all of them knew my name and who I was. All of them lied to me and America about the T Mobile merger. They promised in front of congress to lower prices and add jobs. Those were both lies. They've now raised the prices of rate plans, have completed multiple lay offs since the merger went live in 2020 and just last week, they told customers on certain plans that they were going to automatically change their plan And to a more expensive plan, if they didn't call into customer service and opt out. And to make it even better, Mike Sievert launched Price Lock Last year, which was him promising to never raise the price on you. It's sad how easy it is for Mike Sievert to lie to America, But now it makes sense why CNN named him the CEO of the Year for 2022, because liars support liars. T Mobile and the parent company Deutsche Telekom are not who you think they are. You should think about T Mobile Best being the German government and the World Economic Forum, because that's exactly who they are. As I said earlier, I'm cool with gay and trans, But T Mobile is on a whole different level. There's a big difference between being cool with gay and trans versus shoving it down society's throat and forcing people to believe in it. T Mobile doesn't care about gay or trans people, they simply wanna use the agenda divide people. Why would a company pay $25,000 for gender reassignments, but only $12,000 for in vitro fertilization. I guess T Mobile thinks gender assignments are twice as cool. I'm not a fan of war. I'll never be a fan of war. I don't support war. It blows My mind that humanity is still at war with each other, but I've now also learned that war is designed to keep the average person distracted with nonsense while All the people at the top profit from the war. On November 2nd, I'm gonna show you how John Legere, the old t mobile CEO, Partner with 2 American DJ's, Steve Aoki and Blau, to run a n f t hustle that made all of them 1,000,000 of dollars. And if you haven't heard, 95% of all n f t's are now completely worthless. It's pretty convenient a lot of rich people made a lot of money, while a lot of middle class people lost a lot of money. Also on November 2nd, I'm gonna kick off a GoFundMe to raise money for the severance money that I turned down. Look, I know nobody owes me Anything for the actions that I've taken on my own accord, but I also know a lot of people are sick and tired of the tyranny and censorship from corporate America, and I believe a lot of people will support me in showing corporate America that we're tired of it. Most people don't even know that In December 2021, T Mobile was censoring text messages. They blocked customers from sharing Links related to vaccine efficacy from the Gateway Pundit. T Mobile blamed it on a content filter, but in my opinion, that was a convenient cover up, Especially since Twitter and Facebook were censoring the same information at the same time, pretty much Every statement that I've made about t mobile in this video and on my x account would find me in breach of contract. I know some people are gonna flame me for making a GoFundMe and I totally get it. But like I told you earlier, I'm completely transparent and being up Front about my actions is important to me. There's so much more for me to talk about, but we'll get into that as we continue down this journey. Hi. Full disclosure, I have no idea how I'm gonna make money in this venture, but I know I'm supposed to be doing this and I'm supposed to trust that it'll work out. My plan was to start with getting advertising money on x, but I've now realized calling out corporate America for their nonsense probably won't work out well for my social credit ScoreOnX that pays the advertising money. I didn't really think that one through well enough, but I believe people will support me once they hear what I have to say. I grew up in corporate America and was just kicked out. And before I got kicked out, they violated my rights. I know my story is one that people need to hear more about, And like I said earlier, it was also influenced by the German government. I'll be writing threads on x, Trying to gain more followers by replying to accounts, producing more videos, making info memes, and trying to figure out how to make money. I have a lot to learn there, but I'm betting on more people in society wanting to hear truthful news that isn't pushing a political agenda, and I feel confident in my ability to provide truthful, unbiased news. I'll use my experience at T Mobile for the last 17 years to you how corporate America turned on the American people. There's already a lot of great news sources and people reporting on diversity, Equity inclusion, known as d e and I, and environmental social governance, known as e s g, but I wanna show you how d e and I and e s g Impact in my career. Social engineering is a horrible disease that's captured most of America, and It's time more people wake up to what's really going on. My ex and Instagram account are mark_palaciano. I'm pretty easy to find because as far as I know, I'm the only Mark Palaciano in the United States. I genuinely care about you and America's future. And I've learned a lot about how the world works over the last 3 years. My next video will be on November 2nd and I'll start posting videos more regularly after that. Thank you for listening to me and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any feedback, suggestions, or questions for me. Being that this is my 1st video, I'd like to end it by saying thank you to the people that were there for me over the last few years. You all know who you are. I appreciate you for putting up with me while T Mobile turned on me and violated my rights as a human being. Thank you for supporting me.
