Earlier today, I stopped by the Lethbridge Correction Center to pick up a document Chris Carbert had put out for me. It's the document that he was served with last week. Notification that crown prosecutors Steven Johnston, Matthew Dalidowicz, and Aaron Rankin have requested to appeal the acquittal of "Conspire to Murder Police Officers". "The relief sought is that the acquittal be set aside and a new trial ordered." Grounds for Appeal 1. The Trial Judge erred in excluding relevant and admissible evidence. 2. The Trial Judge erred in his instructions to the jury. 3. Such further grounds as counsel may advise. I have attached the first 2 pages of the document. I really want everybody to take a look at these pictures. Does anybody see Ottawa or federal crown prosecutors on these documents? Do you see anything federal at all? If you take a closer look, you will see titles such as "Court of Appeal Alberta" or "Alberta Crown Prosecution Service" The point I'm trying to make is that a lot of folks still like to pin this on Ottawa, specifically Trudeau. Well, I have news for all of you who remain willfully ignorant! Alberta Justice is its own entity, it has its own courts and crown prosecutors. We even have our own Minister of Justice and Solicitor General of Alberta, aka Mickey Amery. Alberta Justice administers justice provincial by the standards set in the Federal Criminal Code. The criminal code can be revised by an act or legislation that stems from Parliment. All decisions to prosecutor, appeal, etc. in Alberta are within the jurisdiction of the Alberta Crown Prosecutor Service. So, while Trudeau will go down in history as Canada’s worst Prime Minister, and I definitely won't make any excuses for him, the Coutts prosecutions and the travesty of justice we are seeing before our eyes is a provincial affair. We all like to think that Steven Johnston is buddies with the Prime Minister and keeps him updated daily!! Regardless of all the anger, gossip and speculation the fact stands that the people who are persecuting Chris Carbert and Tony Olienick are on Albertas payroll.

Canada's justice system has been hijacked. Rogue prosecutors are using the powers afforded them to persecute and prosecute Canadians whose views no longer align with the state! These prosecutors remanded 4 Canadian sons 3,246 days and counting, which is almost 9 years combined. Last night, the remaining 2 men were aquited of the allegations prosecutors brought against them. Canadians from all political persuasions should be extremely concerned with the lawfare that is setting precedence in the courts across this country. The Coutts4 proceedings require a full inquiry by Alberta Justice Minister @mickeyamery. Trust has been lost. Only a full public accounting will provide the opportunity for Albertans and Canadians to regain some trust in the institution that was once the cornerstone of canadian democracy. The weaponization of our Justice system by corrupt prosecutors needs to be addressed!!

This post is going to upset many of my conservatives friends who with all their good intentions are still busy playing politics. I understand the game better then most! Politics is a nasty place, often its regarding issues such as tax cuts, infrastructure funding, nominations, party politics etc. Issues that aren't life or death. Unfortunately some in our @Alberta_UCP including our Leader and Premier @ABDanielleSmith continue to advocate "choice" instead of a moratorium on all MRNA covid vaccines. Data continues to emerge that the covid vaccines are far from "safe and effective" as initially advertised. Just south of the border Pfizer one of the biggest providers of Canadians covid vaccines is facing serious legal battles. “Five states — Texas, Utah, Kansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana — suing Pfizer for knowing and concealing the vaccine causing myocarditis, pericarditis, failed pregnancies and deaths. That’s 10% of US states.” The pressure in Alberta politics on the issue continues to increase with very little acknowledgement if any from the Premiers Office that they are listening. This silence is unacceptable from a Premier that was very vocal about the harms of Covid before she landed in the current job. For many it is to late as they face the consequences and side effects, at times even fatal. Premier please implement an immediate moratorium on all covid mrna vaccines! For myself and many others this one issue determines whether you remain fit to lead this province and will be directly tied the ballot question on Nov 2nd. I refuse to continue to play politics with the lives of innocent children, remove access to this poison or face the consequences.

Today, pre-trial commences for our 2 friends Chris Carbert & Tony Olienick. A continuation of possibly the most politized & corrupt prosecution Alberta courts have ever seen. Below is a compressed summary of a few of the injustice's these men have experienced. 1-737 days without bail in remand. This is considered x1.5 times served, so 3 years of incarceration! 2-Alberta RCMP used illegal warrants in the arrests of these men on February 13th & 14th, 2022. Imminent danger wiretaps were used to access the phones of these men, access is only allowed for 36 hours under this provision. Evidence has surfaced that shows otherwise. 3-During the arrests the RCMP did not use proper handling, storage and documentation of evidence. This has become clear in the struggle for disclosure. 4-2 previous co-accused were released earlier this month on guilty pleas, the charges they plead guilty to were significantly less than those on the initial indictment. These charges and pleas would have never resulted in jail time under normal circumstances. Where were these charges 723 days earlier? 5-The special prosecution team, along with Justice David Labrenz, have successfully buried critical evidence and information that may have changed the prosecution. Application #22015128622 and the unredacted disclosure has been sealed by this court. This abuse of judicial power alone demands an immediate investigation. 6-Tony Olienick after two years of suffering and 180 pages of medical records, finally got a proper probiotic! 7-Bail for Chris Carbert was denied a month ago for the 3rd time. Justice Joanna Kubik, a 26-time liberal donor said "her previous decision stands" in a couple minutes' appearance. 8-Special Prosecutor Steven Johnston has ran this prosecution in a very unethical manner. Lack of disclosure at critical times, intimidation of public attendees, huge data dumps on the eve of court, unorganized, and at times clearly running the clock on limited scheduled court hours. 9-ITO 1, the initial search warrant issued during the protest. The rcmp used this warrant in a manner that breaches the Charter rights of those involved. This application was granted on Feb 13th, it was requested with a full publication ban in its onset. How could the information surrounding the search warrants & the arrests become public information in Ottawa a few short hours later when the below order was granted? 49.Further, I request that an Order be granted denying access to this information and materials related to this application be held at the Lethbridge Court Registry located at ................. or until a court of competent jurisdiction orders otherwise. Did the RCMP break the publication ban that they requested when Commisioner Benda Lucki informed members outside the RCMP on intimate details surrounding Coutts. 10-This conspiracy that more then 2 years later is falling flat on it face. The prosecution has failed, the courts have failed and through this all we have seen our complete judiciary fail. It seems like there was only 1 success that stemmed out of these arrests, Ottawa successfully used this "volatile" situation in Coutts to justify the invocation of the EMA. Further allowing them to attack and stomp on the Freedoms and civil liberties of Canadians. I feel the crown has overplayed their hand on this prosecution. While many attempts have been made to keep this travesty out of the public eye the last few weeks have seen anger and frustration come from all corner of the province and country. The show is over, it's time for a full accounting of the persecution that has been allowed to happen under our noses. "Mr. Big" is a covert investigation procedure used by undercover police to elicit confessions from suspects. They build a relationship with the suspect, gain their confidence, and then enlist their help in a succession of criminal acts. This procedure has been used effectively 350 times across Canada since 2008. Brittany & Tiffany, 2 young, attractive undercover rcmp officers were inserted into the Coutts blockade from February 9th to the 13th. They participated in a highly charged event that was filled with anti-covid and anti-government sentiment. Using unknown tactics, they "apparently" uncovered a conspiracy to shoot rcmp officers even though 18 days of engagement between 1000's of protesters and 100's of police officers went off without a single altercation. What did happen was the pictures & statements of UC Tiff & Britt were used to justify and implement the Emergencies Act. An act that affords government powers to preserve our sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity. Being that the situation at the Coutts Blockade was the justifucation for the implementation of the Act one would assume the blockade would see serious response by the power granted under the Act, alas what we know now is that the Act was used to prevent serious embarrassment in Ottawa. 706 days later, 4 men caught up in Ottawa's conspiracy are still waiting for real evidence to surface that proves lives in Coutts, not egos in Ottawa were going to be the real victims. #politicalprisoners #operationexposure
