I’m noting Fox News’s next-gen is in alpha testing. Fake accounts will flood social media without laws or platform action. AI now makes propaganda cheap—under $5 per video and getting better. Should Republicans be offended that a party resorts to this? Source. I’d support content-neutral fraud laws, like impersonating military officers, which would be widely accepted.

The next-gen version of Fox News is in alpha testing right now. Fake accounts like this will be everywhere on social media without laws and action from social media platforms. https://t.co/ZQKnBYHGw3

It used to cost billions of dollars to produce propaganda at scale. With AI, the costs are less than $5 per video, and they're only getting better. One would hope that the prospect of this should offend Republicans. Why would a party have to resort to this? https://t.co/LRL7ZeWgqt

@NajdenovPlamen Definitely need that. Content-neutral laws against fraud (impersonating military officers, etc) would be universally accepted though I think.
