I argue BlackRock bought up vast numbers of apartments and single-family homes during COVID to turn everyone into permanent renters, while the Uniparty pushed crime and illegal immigration, orchestrating a coordinated effort to eliminate homeownership.

@merissahansen17 - Merissa Hansen

The real reason is that BlackRock snapped up tons of apartments and single-family homes amid the COVID pandemic, aiming to turn everyone into permanent renters. The Uniparty did its share by driving up crime and flooding the country with illegal immigrants. Overall, it was a coordinated push to eliminate homeownership.

Vance: If you look at every affordability crisis confronting the American people today, it is traceable directly to a problem caused by Joe Biden and congressional Democrats. We had 20 million illegal aliens in this country taking homes that ought by right go to American citizens.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker argues that the affordability crises facing Americans are traceable directly to Joe Biden and congressional Democrats. The speaker attributes three specific failures to this leadership, presenting them as causal factors behind rising costs and economic strain. First, the speaker claims that homes have become unaffordable because “we had 20,000,000 illegal aliens in this country taking homes that ought by right to go to American citizens.” This assertion links housing affordability directly to immigration levels and a perceived misallocation of housing resources. Second, the speaker contends that tax bills have become unaffordable because “Democrats were raising taxes while congressional Republicans under president's leadership were now cutting taxes.” In this view, tax policy under Democrats is framed as punitive to ordinary Americans, in contrast to Republican tax reductions during the same period. Third, the speaker asserts that food has become more expensive due to “trillions of dollars” being printed and directed into “green scams that made our agricultural economy suffer while Americans were paying higher prices for food.” This claim connects monetary policy and climate-related or green initiatives with increased food costs. Across these points, the speaker emphasizes a consistent narrative: on each major affordability issue—housing, taxes, and food—the administration’s and Democrats’ policies are presented as the root cause. The speaker concludes with, “On every single one of those issues, mister president, I think we've made incredible progress,” signaling a claim of progress despite the cited problems. The statement implies that while the speaker believes progress has been made, the underlying causes identified for each affordability challenge remain central to the discussion.

In 1996, I revealed that the CIA hired drug traffickers to flood the U.S. with cocaine, funding a terrorist group in Nicaragua. This led to the crack epidemic that devastated inner cities in the 90s. Despite facing vilification from mainstream media that ruined my career and marriage, I stood firm. In 2004, I was found dead with two bullet wounds to my head, ruled a suicide. I sacrificed everything to expose the truth, and I urge everyone to remember my story and what I fought for.

In 1996, Gary exposed how the CIA hired drug traffickers, to sell massive amounts of cocaine in the United States, in order to raise untraceable funds to finance a terrorist organization who were trying to overthrow the Nicaraguan government. These massive shipments of cocaine ultimately sparked the crack epidemic that decimated inner cities during the 90's. As a result Mainstream media vilified Gary Webb & destroyed his career which also destroyed his marriage. But he refused to back down. In 2004 he was found dead with 2 bullet wounds to his head. His death was ruled a suicide. This man literally lost everything to give us a glimpse of the truth. Don't let his memory or what he stood for fade.

I see the troubling situation in Bexar County, where I believe the local leadership, particularly Sheriff Salazar, is failing to protect children from the Sinaloa Cartel's trafficking network. I’ve witnessed firsthand the devastating impact on families and children caught in this system. The Texas Legislature is now considering dismantling CPS in some areas due to these issues. Salazar's actions seem to align with a broader agenda that neglects the safety of vulnerable children, and I find it alarming that he appeared at the DNC, seemingly fearful of the President's efforts to combat this crisis.

Bexar County, the gateway to Sinaloa Cartel child sex slave trafficking is controlled entirely by the woke left Democrats like this fake Bexar County sheriff that allows it in the open. This is NOT a law enforcement officer. Salazar is a cog in a machine that funnels minor children through CPS into the Sinaloa cartel run drug and child sex slave distribution network, even taking children away from both parents in the San Antonio area when they can. Salazar and devils like him are the reason the Texas Legislature is examining the complete dismantle of CPS in certain counties in Texas. I've been there, I've heard the first hand testimony of children that somehow escaped it and families caught in a terrible family civil court system that contributed to it. No wonder Salazar got on stage at the DNC scared to death of the President that did more to break apart their apparatus and prosecute those in the child sex trade.

In November 2003, their early childhood program was inspected, leading to a $1.3 million civil monetary penalty. The county has provided them with over $100 million for rental assistance and other programs, but they charge high administrative fees, around 25%. Recently, they received $50 million for an early childhood program, resulting in $12.5 million in administrative fees. Speaker 0: Houstonians, did you know that the NGO Baker Ripley has an offshore investments into the Grand Cayman Islands? Why would an NGO have offshore investments in the Grand Caymans when they're tax exempt? I also discovered back in November of 2 1,003, the program, the early childhood program was inspected by the office of Inspector General, in which, the NGO was ordered to pay $1,300,000 for civil monetary, issues. So the county has been giving them 100 of 1,000,000 of dollars for the rental assistance program amongst many other things and the NGO is charging very high administrative fees about 25% just in the last couple weeks, the county awarded them $50,000,000 for an early childhood program and charged 25% administrative fees which turned out to be 12.5 +1000000 dollars that the, NGO received. I wanna let you guys know that when I was looking through the 9 nineties, the former CEO who works 0 hours is getting paid a $160,000. Her name is Angela Blanchard. I’m sharing an update on the 2024 election regarding Arizona officials. Kari Lake, through her attorney, is demanding a thorough explanation for discrepancies in the ballot counts for the US Senate seat. Notably, the estimate of uncounted ballots increased by 14,666 between two reports on November 8. Additionally, the report uploaded at 3:23pm was initially identical to the earlier report at 1:23pm, raising concerns about the accuracy of the data. Lake is insisting that Pima County clarify these discrepancies and provide a complete accounting of the ballot counts.

UPDATE: 2024 Election Arizona Officials have been Caught Changing the Ballot Totals as Counting for US Senate Seat Continues • Kari Lake, per her attorney, demands a complete accounting as to discrepancies that have been identified in the publicly reported data. Specifically, the estimate of uncounted ballots went up by 14,666 on (Nov. 8) between the reports listed as uploaded at 1:23pm MST (Exhibit B) and 3:23pm MST (Exhibit D). But even more strange than the number of uncounted ballots increasing, at one point, the report purported to be uploaded at 3:23pm (Exhibit C) was initially identical to the report uploaded at 1:23pm (Exhibit B). Without changing the time stamp, two hours later (around 6:00pm MST), the 3:23pm report (Exhibit D) reflected the numbers listed above. Kari Lake for Arizona demands that Pima County provide an immediate explanation of the discrepancies in the numbers combined with complete and accurate accounting of how the number of uncounted ballots increased between the 1:23pm report and the 3:23pm report.

Speaker 0: Marissa Hanson. Okay. Mayor, I will see you here, and it's a glad I'm glad to have someone with common sense now running our city. 264,000 criminal cases were put into suspense due to lack of personnel, and defunding of the police. 4,017 of them were sexual assault cases. 1 of the girls has committed suicide. Last year, the city of Houston spent 35,600,000 on murals and cultural affairs, while you, Abby Cayman, lied to your constituents over manipulated data and crime stats from the 1 safe program. Claiming police response time was a misnomer. I urge you to resign from your position for dereliction of duty and showing fealty to your party instead of your constituents' safety. Secondly, mayor Whitmire, I implore you to start an investigative committee into the emergency rental assistance program. I audited the Guidehouse audited the program. The 1st 6 months, they found that over $1,000,000 had been misappropriated. I still have not received the final report, but they continue to give 100 and 100 of 1,000,000 of dollars into this program to Baker Ripley. And then when I went into their 9.90, I found that they had an offshore bank account in the Grand Cayman Islands. Why does an NGO have an offshore bank account in the Grand Caymans? You raised the new issue. And it was Tiffany. Weren't you part of the emergency rental assistance program? Council member Thomas. Yes. Council member Thomas. Okay. And the NGOs that I have seen from were all hand picked on the board of directors, and they were all transferring the money back and forth to these NGOs and charging admin fees. So by the time it got to the people, they are getting $0.01 like $0.10 to the dollar of what they were really supposed to be going to. And then let's not mention all of the PFM group consulting groups that were having DEI studies thrown out. And now you guys want to raise our taxes? The money is there, and it was stolen and misappropriated. And there should be an investigation looked into these NGOs, and to the members that headed these these programs because where there's smoke, there's fire. And I have all of the proof for it. I have the 990s. I have the 501s. I have I have all the board members. I have it all. I've been investigating this for 4 years, and this is no different than what foreign terrorist organizations do overseas. And if it wasn't

Speaker 0: We now have a ballot item on this November ballot where voters can allow us to invest in maintenance. So that we're maintaining the projects we're building. So So that when people complain about there being too much debris in the bayou and being too much grass in the channel, that we actually have the funds to keep that up. And so as opposed to having maintenance every 270 years, which is what we can afford, we're now going to achieve industry standard of 67 years. And that was a unanimous decision by solar power is one of the areas that we're looking at. It's quickly becoming a big part of the Texas power supply. ERCOT, was able to have enough power over the past high demand time because they had, 20% of power coming from solar. So we received 100 of 1,000,000 of dollars, Harris County and several, other jurisdictions from the federal government specifically for that. We cannot live right now or really soon in a future without oil, without, plastics, etcetera. But the world is moving forward. And whether you look at it from climate change standpoint or whether you look at it from a job standpoint, we want to make sure in Harris County that we're being proactive. For the first time in 30 years, we came together as a commissioner's court and we voted to require that every contract in Harris County be awarded through a process. Whether it's homelessness, whether it's crime, whether it is de letting homes, whether it's early childhood education. We have done a lot of work with that $1,000,000,000 we received from the Biden administration. Many are pilot programs. Many will be discussing this budget season to identify which ones are worthwhile expanding. And as we have 5,000 new high quality early childhood education slots in our community for kids, and to help those families. And been able to increase salaries for all of our law enforcement officers. We're down 11%, aligning with the national trend. There are some crimes that are not trending as quickly as others. But it is an important statistic. Our Violence Persons Warrant Task Force. There were people who had been, charged with a violent crime, who had not been brought into custody. Now help fulfill warrants for nearly 4,000 dangerous criminals who had been tagged as being a violent criminal. And, actually, we have lowered the tax rate for the first time during each of the years that I've been in office. So, so that is that is new. That's something that did not used to happen before I took office. We've also expanded, the homestead exemption as much as we can. Harris County is strong. Harris County is growing. Harris County is resilient. Harris County is united. Is it perfect? No. It's not perfect. But the fact that so many people continue to move here even in the face of the floods and the fires and the freeze and whatnot.

The speaker discusses the critical need for financial support from the west, specifically the EU, IMF, and the United States, to help Ukraine's struggling economy. They acknowledge that this assistance may come with unpopular measures and conditions, but believe it is necessary for Ukraine's economic reform. The speaker expresses optimism about investing in Ukraine, particularly in agriculture, energy independence, and other sectors such as cable, retail pharma, and software development. They highlight Ukraine's potential as a major exporter of agricultural products, particularly wheat, which presents an opportunity for significant returns on investment.

Speaker 0: Economy is in shambles, and and they really need some help from the west. In the next, literally, few weeks, to 6 months, the help from the west, and by that, I mean, the EU, IMF, and the United States will be a critical element in this tug of war between Russia and the west, for the future of Ukraine. Speaker 1: Right. That that helps, though. If it comes from the west, if it comes through the IMF, it's going to come with some Big tags that come along with it. They're going to have to put more pressure on their citizens and probably hurt the economy in the short term in order to reach that longer term Prosperity. So what happens to your investments into the markets in the meantime? Speaker 0: Well, you're exactly right. I mean, there there are some very unpopular moves that, The new prime minister already announced he is making and he will be making. And, yes, of course, there is significant conditionality coming with IMF, but I do believe Ukraine badly needs that. They need this economic reform. We've been investing in the country for a long time. We have significant amount of investment on the ground. We are very excited about the prospects of Ukrainian agriculture. As everybody knows, the global food security crisis is a big issue to for the next several decades. Ukraine is a potential solution or a significant contributor to that. Ukraine has 30,000,000 hectares of arable land. Most of that is black soil, Chernozone, investments in agriculture, investments in Ukrainian energy independence, in LNG trade. I mean, they're in fracking. There are so many areas where Ukraine could do extremely well, but they do need financial support to to, to get some macroeconomic oscillation in order. And after that, I think investments in Ukraine are still very promising. So I'm optimistic even after 20 years of fairly tough investment environment in Ukraine. We've done pretty well, but, certainly, the opportunity, is much greater. Speaker 1: You say you have a few $100,000,000 in Ukraine right now. Where where are those investments? Speaker 0: Well, we our major investment is is in agriculture. We also invested in the cable sector, in the largest cable company in Ukraine called Cable. We invested in retail pharma. We invested in chocolate production, we invested in software development. So there are a number of areas in Ukraine that are quite interesting. You need to keep in mind Ukraine is very much export oriented country. It's very open economy. Experts are 50% of Ukrainian GDP. Agriculture certainly is strictly focused on export. Today, Ukraine is the 3rd largest exporter of agricultural commodity products in the world. It has a potential of becoming the largest exporter of wheat in the world over the next, say, decade or so. And then that's the opportunity to deploy a lot of capital and potentially realize very significant returns.

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) said it banned Smartmatic Philippines Inc., a local unit of its London-headquartered parent firm, due to the threat it posed to the "integrity" of future Philippine elections. The ban stems from an investigation launched by the US Justice Department against former Comelec chairman Andres Bautista for alleged corruption, conspiracy, wire fraud and money laundering, according to the Comelec ruling released to reporters. "Given the gravity of allegations related to bribery and compromised procurement processes, as independently determined by foreign bodies, the Commission recognises the imminent threat to the strength and integrity of our democratic processes," it said.

There is a problem with counting votes in Georgia. A water pipe has broken in the State Farm Arena where they are tabulating absentee ballots. They have already counted 86,000 ballots, but we don't know how many more are left. Election officials say it may take a day or 2 to finish counting. This could delay the result of the election in Georgia, which is now considered a battleground state. It is a big development and a labor-intensive process. The exact number of remaining ballots is unknown, but it seems like there is a lot left to count.

Speaker 1: Nora, this is a, an election return watch party, here on the edge of Atlanta. These are mostly excited Democrats because when's the last time Georgia thought of itself as a battleground state? After a record early returns and have and and essentially a day of problem free voting, there is now Oh, a hitch in the tabulation of votes. I'm standing in Fulton County. Fulton County includes a chunk of Atlanta. Downtown Atlanta is State Farm Arena where the Atlanta Fox play. They are tabulating the absentee ballots of Fulton County, Georgia's most populous county. A water pipe has broken inside the arena. They counted 86,000 absentee ballots. We don't know how many more they have yet to tabulate, but all the tabulation of those ballots has now stopped. We're told by Election officials, they may not finish tabulating those votes for a day or 2. So depending how close the rest of the state is, we may not know The result of this critical battle around state for another day or 2. That is because, again, a water pipe has broken in State Farm Marina. State Farm arenas where they're counting the absentee ballots of Georgia's most populous county, and now the tabulation has stopped. Big development here. Speaker 0: But Mark, do you know how many but how many ballots we're talking about? What that means? Speaker 1: We don't know. We we've we've asked A question, Gail, and we haven't got an answer for that yet. We know that there were 86,000, but apparently it's a very labor intensive process, and what they are telling us is that it's Going to take a day or 2, which suggests to me that they have a lot to go.

In May, an alarm went off at a warehouse in Fulton County, Georgia, where evidence related to the 2020 election was stored. Deputies guarding the warehouse had left their posts, and when they returned, they found the 100-pound steel door open. Fulton County officials have refused to let the public see the ballots stored in the warehouse, but a lawsuit revealed that at least 36 boxes of mail-in ballots were double-counted, totaling over 4,000 votes. The Atlanta Journal Constitution also found hundreds of improperly duplicated ballots. Surveillance footage showed ballots being scanned multiple times, and audit tally sheets were falsified. Additionally, an expert found that nearly 35,000 voters in Georgia illegally voted in their old county. The lack of transparency and potential voter fraud undermines trust in the election process.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: On a Saturday night in late May of this year, an alarm sounded in a big nondescript warehouse in Fulton County, Georgia. The warehouse was an unlikely place for a burglary. It was under round the clock surveillance by both private security and local law enforcement including armed deputies with the Fulton County Sheriff's office. Any unauthorized person entering from the outside would have to get past a locked 100 pound steel door as well amazed of motion detectors. Not easy. But someone tried to do it anyway and at just the perfect moment, 20 minutes after deputies in charge of guarding the warehouse left their posts. By the time those deputies returned to check out the alarm, someone had opened the 100 pound door to the warehouse. So what happened that night night. And why? We still don't know. It's also not clear why the deputies left the warehouse or who took advantage of their absence. We do know that a lot of people might to have had reason to try to get inside the warehouse. Depending on who you ask, the building contains evidence that either confirms or refutes the claim that voter fraud affected the outcome of the 2020 election in the state of Georgia. Georgia is a place that Joe Biden won by fewer than 13,000 votes. That warehouse holds more than a 140,000 absentee ballots. Now what's interesting is that for reasons that are difficult to understand. Fulton County officials have refused to let the public see any of these ballots. An attorney called Bob Shealy has been pushing for transparency. He's filed suit for the right to see those ballots. He hasn't seen them all yet, but what he's found so far demands an explanation. All of us, No matter who you voted for should want to hear that explanation. You can't have a democracy if the public doesn't believe election results. Increasingly, many people in this country don't believe them. The solution to that problem and it's a significant problem is not to scream at these people, call them lunatics, or throw them in jail. The solution is to tell the truth about what happened. The only way to restore trust in our system is with facts. So what are the facts about the election in Fulton County, Georgia. Well, here's the official version. In May, the chairman of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, a man called Rob Pitts, explained that it was not necessary to look at the ballots. In fact, it was ridiculous even to ask to look at the ballots because there already been plenty of recounts and all the recounts reach the same conclusion. Here's this what Pitts said. And if it sounds familiar as you hear it, that's because so many other people in authority have been saying pretty much the same thing. Speaker 1: I mean, I'm really baffled about this. What do they want? We've had 3 counts already. The elections in Fulton County, Georgia, they were open, they were fair, and they were transparent. The votes have been certified. The elections have the election has been certified, it. So, it's over. This will be the 4th one and I can guarantee you that the results of this one will be Just like the results were for count 1, count 2, and count 3. No change. Again, our elections were open, fair, and transparent. Speaker 0: I can guarantee you. We already know what happened. We've counted those same ballots 4 times. The election's been certified. Stop Paul Reddy. And that's the argument that Fulton County has used in court to keep those ballots locked away in a warehouse. It's just it's not true. It now appears there actually was meaningful voter fraud in Fulton County, Georgia last November. That is not a conspiracy theory. It's true. From the beginning, this show has tried to be fact based when we talk about the 2020 election results. So here's what we know tonight, actually. At least 36 boxes of mail in ballots from the November election were double counted in Fulton County. That's a total of more than 4,000 votes. Those numbers come from a group called Voter GA, which along with Bob Chielly sued to get them. The final tally from the double accounts we know about amounts to more than 33 100 votes for Joe Biden and 865 votes for Donald Trump. Now before you dismiss Bob Chielly and voter GA as dishonest partisan actors, keep in mind that the strongly leftist center Atlanta Journal Constitution appears to agree with this at least in outline. The newspaper reviewed the available digital ballot images independently and concluded that hundreds of ballots were improperly duplicated. What does that look like exactly? Well, here's what it looks like. At a press reference yesterday, a consultant with voter GA called David Cross showed how we can be certain that votes in Fulton County were counted more than once. Watch. Speaker 2: What I'm gonna show you here is 2 ballots side by side. One of them is marked for Jason Shaw the mark next to it. You can see it's got the adenacle mark on the second one. And the ballot image is stored up Here on the top left. So this one over here is scanner 5162. That's scanner number 3. Fax Number 235. Image number 19. And that matches 234 image 59. It. So you have the same ballot counted twice in the images and counted in the audit. How that's possible? I don't know. Speaker 0: How's that possible? I don't know. Every Reckoning should want to know because the answer gets to the heart of the integrity of our elections otherwise known as our democracy. We're not talking about a couple of ballots here. We're talking about a lot of ballots, at least hundreds of ballots involved enough potentially to affect the outcome of the election. Merchant. Here's another example. Speaker 2: Here's one of the next ones. Alright. So same fax number 234, number 2 and 235 is number 61. Republican, Republican, Republican, Republican, all the way down to the point where this little spot up in Fannie Loux matches this one over here. So question that that ballot was counted twice. Speaker 0: So what's the explanation for this? Well, if you ask Fulton County, these discrepancies the ones you just saw on the screen were isolated incidents. Just a handful of bad ballots this. Happens all the time. The county claims that any errors were caught in previous recounts. The problem is that neither one of those claims is true. Surveillance footage obtained by voter GA appears to show large numbers of ballots being scanned multiple times. Pay attention. The tape we're showing you to the woman wearing yellow at the desk. According to voter g a, she slides ballots into a scanning machine, removes the ballots, and then reinserts the same ballots. This happens multiple times. Us. The question is, how many times were those ballots counted? Was each vote counted more than once? Fulton County won't answer that question. Now one way to know the answer would be to check what are called audit tally sheets. Tellingly, for months after the presidential election, Fulton County failed to provide more than a 100,000 of those tally sheets including 50,000 of them for mail in ballots. When voter GA finally forced Fulton County to turn over the tally sheets. The conclusion was stunning. Here's what the audit found. Quote, 7 falsified Clyde, audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals. For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden and 42 for Donald Trump was reported as a 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump. The 7 batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump and 11 votes for Joe Jorgensen had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump and 0 votes for Jorgensen. Wait. Did you just follow that? How is that not flat out criminal fraud. We'd love to know because it certainly sounds like flat out criminal fraud. We've obtained photographs last showing what went on during the recount process for mail in ballots at Fulton County. These pictures were taken by a whistleblower who participated in the recount. She said she noticed something ballots that she saw had any creases on them. You can see the stacks of unfolded ballots on your screen now. That's strange because, of course, mail in ballots need to be bent in order to be mailed in. These ballots clearly had never been inside an envelope. And then the whistleblower noticed something else. All of the ballots the whistleblower tells us have been filled out by a printer, not by hand. And many of them supported the exact the same candidates, Democrats, including Joe Biden. Voters VA detected a series of other apparent irregularities in the recount. The group's audit found, for example, that quote, Over 200 Fulton County mail in ballot images contained votes that were not included in the hands count audit results for the November election. Now why is that? We don't know. Keep in mind, once again, the results in the state of Georgia were decided by fewer than 18,000 votes. It was a close race. Every vote mattered. And then there's this. An elections expert called Mark Davis analyzed data from the post office. He found that nearly 35,000 Georgia voters moved out of their county of residence more than a month prior to election Clinton Day. They were ineligible to vote and yet they did. They still voted in their old county. That is illegal. It's not a small thing. Violating election law is something we should care about. And by law, their votes should have been excluded from the total, but they were not excluded. Why are we okay with that? Why are we okay with any of this? We're okay with it because we've been told we have to be okay with it. We're undermining democracy if we ask questions about what happened during the 2020 election. And, of course, that's a perfect inversion of the truth. Without answers to legitimate questions like the ones we just posed and those are legitimate questions. Democracy dies. People begin to understand the this and they've been told is on the level is in fact rigged. And when they believe that, God knows what they do next. So let's find out what what actually happened. Let's find out immediately. Let's find out without shame. It's our right to know. It's our responsibility to know.

Georgia Election Official Refutes President Trump's Voter Fraud Allegations Georgia election official Gabriel Sterling (R) held a press conference to address claims of election fraud the day before the state's U.S. Senate runoff elections. Mr. Sterling disputed President Trump's accusations that the Georgia presidential election results were incorrect, assured voters the Senate runoff elections would be secure, and warned voters not to "self-suppress your own vote." Responding to a question about a phone call between President Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R), Mr. Sterling said, "I personally found it to be something that was not normal, out of place" and "nobody I know who would be president would do something like that to a secretary of state." c-span.org

Video Transcript AI Summary
On the night of November 3rd, 2020, there was an incident at State Farm Arena in Georgia that raises concerns. Initially, everyone was told to leave due to a water main break, but it turns out there was only a minor toilet leak earlier in the day. This false announcement was made to clear the room of poll watchers and the media. The next morning, it was discovered that five women had been scanning ballots for about two and a half hours, repeatedly running the same stack of ballots through the scanner. This raises questions about the integrity of the voting process and undermines the principle of one person, one vote.

Speaker 0: Tell you what occurred there that night that should shock the conscience of every Georgian. Bob, if you would. All right. So this, in the upper left hand corner you can see the time. That's 11:0:5 p. M. This is after everyone was told to go home Because there was a major water main break. That was false. There was no water main break at all. There was a toilet leak about 16 or 18 hours earlier in the day, leaking from the ceiling from a suite above. It was cleaned up. It had no impact on the selection. The water main break, pronouncement was obviously made to clear the room of all poll watchers And the media. So they were told that night that, the vote count would be suspended because The water main break and that they would resume the vote count the next morning. The next morning, everybody was stunned to learn that The people at State Farm Arena, there were 5 women that worked for about two and a half hours from, just before 11 PM Until just before 1 AM, scanning ballots and the disturbing thing about it is that, there were 5 of these desks With women, at each of the 5 desks and we've labeled the first one here, kind of focused on her. She's wearing a purple top, desk 1. This is at 4 X speed so we don't have to sit there and watch, you know, in a slower speed. But you can see But this lady is taking the same stack of ballots and once she runs them through the scanner, there she She sticks them back in and runs them a 2nd time and a 3rd time. And then the lady to her right Wearing the yellow top. We've got a 2nd video that shows that she did the same thing with a stack of ballots on her desk. And, so there's ballot scan number 3 from desk number 1. One man, 1 vote just went out the window at State Farm Arena on the night of November 3rd, 2020.

Speaker 0: Politics anymore. You can get censored, you can be criticized by the media. The word is the words are election fraud. And I'm just going to say them out loud because it's happening not just in my state, but all over the country. And I only have a few minutes to Talk about it. I could talk about it for a very long time, and, I don't think that would be productive. But I can tell really one quick story that will sum up The issues that we are struggling with as it relates to election fraud in my state and I believe across the country. So in Texas we have very specific laws about how you can do mail in ballots. And I can talk about voting machines, all kinds of different ways Election fraud occurs, but the one that I know happens very significantly, at least in my state and I think across the country, is mail in ballots. And our legislature passed when I was in the Texas House, we passed the photo ID law. It's been very effective. Because when you have to show up with photo ID, it works pretty darn well as opposed to showing up with a utility bill. And it's interesting because the argument has been that that's discriminatory. Now as we all know, To check into this hotel, you had to show a photo ID. To get here on a plane, you had to show a photo ID. Pretty much everything you do, and no one looks at it as discriminatory or Illegitimate. Except when you vote, for some reason, the argument is, that's discriminatory, even though we all have to provide the same thing. Well, fortunately in Texas, we passed it. And it it has been, it's been over a decade. It's been very successful. And despite the claims that that voter participation would go down, voter Participation has gone up. Because people trust the system, they're more likely to go vote. Seems very reasonable and it's actually worked very well. It works very well in states that require photo If you do not have that in your state, you have a high risk of voter fraud. So in Texas, they are very specific and I think this is true in other states. Now I'm not talking about California or Oregon, I'm talking about states that actually care about election integrity, like Utah, Senator. We require that you can only mail in ballot for certain reasons. You have to be disabled, you have to prove that you're out of town, you have to have, Over 65 or you are in prison, but you're not a felon. Only reasons you can vote, those are still pretty broad reasons for voting by mail. So when you vote by mail, and I wanna explain to some of you might know this, but it's really important to understand this because the argument is, you guys can't prove fraud. And guess what? The other side, because of the way they do this, is absolutely correct. Because when you typically mail out a mail out, mail on ballot, You have to you have to request by application. You sign that mail in ballot, say, I need this mail in ballot because I'm over 65, or I'm gonna be out of town. And you send it in, and they send you a ballot. You vote, you stick your ballot into an envelope, you sign that envelope, and you Send it back in and they don't have a photo ID, but they can compare signatures. That's what they do. It's called signature verification. It is not ideal. It is not the most safe process, but it is something. And it, it, it, it works okay. Well, what happened during COVID, and it happened in my state, and I want to tell you that story because I think it I think, we were able to stop what other states didn't see or didn't try to stop. We ended up having judges In about 12 different counties, basically, ignore our state law and say, no, because of COVID, we're not gonna follow state law. And by the way, these were all very liberal counties. This was Travis County, which is Austin Harris County, which is Houston Bexar County, which is San Antonio. They decided they would just mail out ballots to everyone. Well, that means in Harris County, we're talking about Close to 2 a half 1000000 ballots. In Travis County, over a 1000000 ballots. In Bexar County, over a 1000000 ballots. Donald Trump won our state by six 120,000 votes. And so we realized that we had a huge issue. We had 12 lawsuits, all in the worst counties, All with judges that were gonna rule against us, including the court of appeals in each area. And I all I could do was say, wow, what a genius strategy by whoever put this together. Whether it was George Soros or somebody else, somebody thought this up because it was too well organized. And it was It was a drain on our resources because we were having to fight in all of these different counties. And I had to go to my team, my legal team, very good. And by the way, The, the win wasn't 75% against, the Federal Government, it was more like 80. I just want to correct that. So I have a very good legal team and I said, Look, we cannot lose a single case. We have 12 cases. If we lose 1 case, they win. I said, it's a genius strategy. We are in liberal courts where we're going to lose. We're in courts of appeals where we are going to lose. It doesn't matter what the law says, and if we lose if we can't figure out how to win all of those cases, We're going to lose the state. And so, we went after it. And we had to maneuver around our Courts of Appeals who were trying to hold up. Travis County was trying to hold up, until the ballots got mailed out, a decision on the merits of the case. And so if that happened, if the ballots go out, The genie's out of the bottle and we lose. Game over. Texas Legislature very likely turns to Democrat. Some of the Supreme Court members, 4 of them are up, we lose 4 of the 9, We're in trouble. And very likely, Donald Trump loses the election. So I called the president in May and I said, hey, you need to know this. I said, I don't have time to deal with other states, but very likely, you're you've got a very good chance of losing Texas by mail in ballots. He goes, there's no way I lose Texas. I won by 9 points. I said, yes. But if they have a chance to mail out all these ballots, and I said, I've got 12 cases, if I don't win every single one of them, I have a feeling you will lose. If Harris County can send out 2,500,000 ballots, they will just count ballots until they get to the right number. Because when those ballots get mailed out, We don't know who sends them in because there's no signature verification. Anybody can sign those ballots. They can grab as many of them as they want, send them in, Claim that they're legitimate and we can't prove that they're not. And so, there's nothing we can do. So you better hope that I went and asked. The reason I'm calling you is not to tell you about the trouble I have in Texas. The reason I'm calling you is because I'm worried that this is going on in other states. And so I can't deal with other states. I can't deal with wherever this is happening, but I'm guessing if it's happening in Texas, and it's such a Significant strategy that I can plainly see in front of me, it's got to be happening nationwide. So I went on my business And in the end, we fought these people, we had some very creative ways of getting around them. We had to try maneuvers we never tried before to get to the Texas Supreme Court, Because 4 of them we're up, and I was hoping that if we could get to them, they would see that they were in trouble. And so we filed this thing called the mandamus of the local district Clerks never been tried that I know of and we mandate with the District Clerks in each of those counties where they were trying to mail out the ballots Directly to the Supreme Court saying, Hey, this is an emergency. We also found our way to the 5th Circuit. And fortunately, the court took it, Totally novel way of getting to them, and they rule in our favor, and we, 1 by 1, we won all 12 of those lawsuits. And so what happened? On Election Day, I'm sitting there watching the election results and for the first time in my life, election counting stopped in numerous states, particularly, obviously, Battleground states. And it was very clear to me. I knew immediately what was going on. It was very clear to me that What they were doing? They were figuring out how many real votes they had, just like they would have done in Texas, and they were just going to count as many mail in Oh, it's because you don't know where those mail in ballots came from. There's no way to prove that they came from the person that supposedly signed it. And so when I saw what happened in all of these states, And I'll give you an example, Georgia. Georgia, if you go back 4 years prior to that election when Trump won, the margin of victory in Georgia was same as it was in Texas, almost exactly, same demographics. This time, Trump won by almost 9% in Texas, And he lost Georgia by what? Whatever it was, 40,000 votes? 12,000. How did that happen? Well, Guess what? They decided to sign a consent decree that said that they would accept mail envelopes with no signature verification, Mail in ballots that weren't following state law and drop boxes. I can tell you what's gonna happen when that happens. You're gonna lose. Because there's no there's no ballot security for those votes. And so, I wish I could say this story was over for me in Texas, we just had our Court of Criminal Appeals, which in our state, we have a bifurcated system where the Texas Supreme Court does civil cases. The Court of Criminal Appeals is the final say of the Supreme Court, so to speak, on criminal matters. And they, all Republican, and by the way, these These are members of the court that no one knows, even Republicans. And as a setup, I should say that Soros has done a very good job. He has elected his D. A. In Austin, which Just Travis County has done it in Bexar County, which is San Antonio. He's done it in Houston. And the reason I know is I used to work with the D. A. S in these counties who were Democrats, who used to prosecute cases. And now suddenly Soros went in and knocked all of them out and put his own people in. So I know that they're not going to prosecute voter fraud. That's what we used to do. We did it from 1951, and by the way I was not the AG in 1951, I have not been there that long. I've been there a while. In 1951, the legislature passed a statute. And, and by the way, my job, I have 4 jobs. And one of them is to do such Things as are required by law. Well, what things are required by law? The things that the legislature passes. The legislature Directed, the attorney general, probably because of political reasons with local D. A. Is not prosecuting voter fraud to prosecute voter fraud. So we had about 900 cases going at the time. And the court of criminal appeals stepped in a year and a half ago, all Republicans, ate one and said, It's unconstitutional for you to prosecute voter fraud. And they said and maybe Mike, Senator Lee can explain this to me. He said, it's a the constitutional violation is separation of powers. Because I'm in the executive branch, I do not have the authority to go to court at all. Which by the way, if that's true, no AG in the country be allowed to go to court. It Truly is a separation of powers. It was the most bizarre finding after 72 years of precedent. And so we are trying to get that fixed, but I can tell you if we do not get that fixed, They will accomplish what they were trying to do with mail in ballots. And so I'm here to tell you my time is up. I'm here to tell you

According to 665.081 of the Texas Government Code, an officer in the state may not be removed from office for an act the officer may have committed before the officer’s election to office. Also, not ONE WITNESS was ever examined by the Paxton impeachment committee. It was all hearsay by paid partisan “investigators”. And they were not required to sign witness affirmation statements before the committee. If we allow the impeachment of Paxton in the manner it is being conducted, it will mean the end of our Constitutional Republic. Speaker 0: Are you aware that 3 of the attorneys vote in Democrat primaries investors, and one of them, switched to be a Democrat in primaries in 2020. Speaker 1: I do not care how they voted in a primary or an election in in Harrison County. What I do care about is their work product, their ability to conduct themselves professionally, and to provide an opportunity to gather detailed information on behalf of the general investigating committee. Speaker 0: Do you see how it could appear or it could be perceived by investors. Anyone in the building or outside the building, when they're Democrats. Could you see how it could be appear that it's a politically Motivated investigations? No. I could also On their behalf. Speaker 1: I could also see that, multiple of those persons that we hired to work for us. Also worked in the US attorney's office for a Republican appointee from a Republican president. So, no. I do not see that appearance. Speaker 0: I believe perception is truth to the person that perceives. So if someone perceives something, it's true to them where whether whether it's the truth or not. And so I think investors. Hiring and and where they're from and the fact that they were fired and that their democrats could create the perception that this was politically motivated. Investors motivated. So I disagree with completely with you. So my understanding is that they did reach out to anyone in attorney general Ken Paxton's office, not from the highest levels or the lowest levels during the their investigation. Is that correct? Speaker 1: So as I explained earlier, and you've heard other explanations in February. Mister Paxton and members of his appeared before the appropriations subcommittee and requested $3,300,000 to fund the settlement, but declined and then to provide any additional information. Now, I do know and we've heard explanation that a almost 400 page document was produced on their website in defense of that lawsuit, and that's where things were. So I So none Speaker 0: of them were just talked to since March when this investigation was initiated? Speaker 1: No, sir. We began with the whistle blowers to learn more information about the claims claims that they had made in their Speaker 0: lawsuit. So we've had a couple of impeachment proceedings over the history of Texas. And in both investors the opposing party was talked to. As a matter of fact, let's just talk 1975. In 1975, they had 70 and 70 to 90 hours of open testimony and meetings you had one day. And those hours that were given, anyone could go watch them and listen to them, and both sides investors were afforded the opportunity to stay their side. In the 1917 case, I believe, they were on the floor in a committee of the whole and the chairman was asked questions by committee members. The reason I'm saying all this is there's no testimony. As a matter of fact, the AG's office tried to go to your committee on the 24th and were not allowed. That's concerning for me. Can you explain why attorney general Paxton's office was not contacted, allowed to testify on their own behalf. Speaker 1: You've got a lot in your questions. So if you'll give me a little Yes. Latitude here to address several different topics. So you talk about 1917, you talk about, 1975. In 1917, it involved a recently resigned governor who's no longer in office. In 1975, it involved a district judge from a single county in the state of Texas. Those both, involved an era in which didn't contain current house rules that were designed to put the power of adopting articles of impeachment into a committee such as general investigating. So, therefore, you involved, as you mentioned, the committee of the whole, and I explained that in the memorandum that we provided, to this body yesterday. Comparatively to a recently resigned governor or a district judge in a single county in the state of Texas, we are talking about an accused person that is currently in the highest elected office for an attorney in the state of Texas. He sits in that office and can use the significant hours granted to the attorney general to do a lot of different things. And that makes it very concerning whenever you're going through this process. Investors. Have you seen in the last few days? We have seen, literally the attorney general, use his agency to in this legislature. We have seen the attorney general Is that is that call people on the floor When Speaker 0: you say that, you're making accusations. I hadn't heard that. I'm not saying it's not true, but you're levying that like that is actual truth. Did he call your office? Speaker 1: No. He did not call my office, but I'm familiar with the fact that there are members on this floor that received telephone calls from the attorney general. Just the last few days. Speaker 0: Are you aware that in 1975, they didn't give us 48 hours to decide. They gave us both sides of the story, and they gave 3 weeks to decide. Why are we given 48 hours to make this decision and be here today? I feel like it's rushed. I perceive that it could be political weaponization. And I'm asking why are we given 48 hours when In 1975, they were given 3 weeks with both sides of the story. Speaker 1: You know, if you look at the investigatory process in 1975. It lasted approximately 50, 60 days. And so I I appreciate the back that for you, it seems sudden and rushed. But for purposes of the committee, we have been working on this since February whenever this legislature was investors to to spend taxpayer dollars to fund, the settlement of a whistleblower lawsuit. Speaker 0: Why didn't we know about that Speaker 1: videos publicly available and the transcripts publicly available. Speaker 0: So why weren't we, as members, not apprised of what was being investigated for 2 months when, historically, the members No. The public knows. Speaker 1: As you are well aware, the committee the house rules, committee rules, and, actually, sections of the government code placed the authority to do investigation with the general investigating committee. And in some instances, as you're well aware, that that is done the confidence both to protect, in those that raised concerns, protect the the process for as witnesses go, and to protect the end result, which is, providing evidence and inviting evidence and information. Speaker 0: So let's compare 2 investigations without names. There was matter a and b. And the matter investors that we disposed of earlier this month, the opposing party, the the party that was being blamed for something, was investors to testify as were the people in and around this individual's office. So both sides came and testified to you or or were given the opportunity. Can you tell us why in this case, they weren't allowed to, but in the other case, it was disposed of the same month. The other case, they were allowed to invest asked 2. Speaker 1: I understand. And, respectfully, you're comparing an apple and an orange. So when you talk about matter in talk about a process, that involved written complaints of workplace misconduct. That is addressed in a housekeeping resolution in the house rules and the committee rules, and it's handled in a very special and specific way. And events. That is not necessarily the same framework in which we're talking about, the articles that we have before us today, which involve also committee functions, but they could be invested in the government code as well as our house rules, but in different sections. Speaker 0: So I believe that they're both also similar in the fact that we removed a duly elected state official, from their seat, and this is potentially what's gonna investors. So I see big, large similarities. A couple of other small questions that I that I wanna close out with is, are you investors that both Trump and Cruz made statements about this today. And I and I and it are you aware that investors. I'm not advised. Okay. They both did. And I'll I'll spare the body some of the statements that Trump made because I I I don't wanna engaged in personalities. But Ted Cruz, are you aware that he's a constitutional attorney? I'm not advised. He investors and and he is he he basically talks about the swamp once, once this individual moved out of their office, and he's showing full support for the attorney general. I'm just wondering if you have any statement about that. When when he he's he's actually seen recently one of the most egregious impeachments in the history of the United States and he's speaking about it. Do you have any statement about that? Speaker 1: I would only direct he and members of the public to go and watch the video of our investor investigators and attorneys providing detailed information to the committee and or read the transcript that's publicly available. Speaker 0: So my last investors. How much did these investigations cost us? Because we were never made aware. We weren't asked about it. Just can you give us an estimation of what was spent invent To conduct these investigations? Speaker 1: I am not advised of that. Speaker 0: Okay. Thank you for being respectful, and I appreciate you, sir.
