I summarize posts alleging that U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan filed a public response to Comeyโ€™s dismissal motion. Exhibits claim Comeyโ€™s notes show knowledge of, and participation in, a Russian probe; burner emails and leaks to the NYT are alleged; several posts mock or defend Halligan and reference court filings in United States v. Comey (1:25-cr-272, E.D. Va.). The thread includes exchanges about media narratives and looming accountability.

๐Ÿšจ Trump U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan files public response to James Comey's motion to dismiss his indictment for vindictive prosecution. Exhibit 13 includes bombshell, damning evidence of then-FBI Director Comey's handwritten note--on FBI director letterhead--evidencing Comey's knowledge of--and even participation in--the Russian collusion criminal conspiracy against Trump.

@mrddmia - ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Mike Davis ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Exhibit 5 gets worse. James Comey, from his burner gmail with his alias Reinhold Niebuhr, states: to me No need. At this point it would shouting into the wind. Some day they will figure it out. And as Jack and Ben point out, my decision will be one a president elect Clinton will be very grateful for (though that wasn't why I did it).

In Exhibit 7, in response to planting a New York Times election-eve hit piece against Trump, then-FBI Director James Comey tells FBI special government employee Daniel Richman: "Well done my friend. Who knew this would. E so uh fun."

Exhibit 10 shows FBI special government employee Daniel Richman (aka "Michael Garcia") is leaking--as an anonymous source--to New York Times reporter Michael Schmidt on behalf of then-FBI Director James Comey. Comey testified to the Senate Judiciary Committee he never did this.

Speaker 0: A FOX News alert reports say three people have been critically injured at a Dallas ICE facility after shots rang out this morning. Speaker 1: Police responded to calls around 7AM local time. Agents reportedly approached the suspect who then apparently shot himself. Speaker 0: Let's go to Griff Jenkins in in studio with some of the information that he's learning. Do we have Griff? Speaker 1: Yeah. Good morning, guys. Lawrence, Ainsley, Brian, this is what ICE fears most, and that is an attack on them. Fox can confirm through ICE sources that there was this attack this morning at the Dallas facility. Shots were fired into the sally port of this facility along the freeway there in Dallas, and the ice confirms that the shooter is down, a self inflicted wound, and that three individuals have been hit. Their condition unknown. We're continuing to try and learn more about this as you look live here and can see the tremendous law enforcement response. But ICE telling me in no, clearer way that they call this, quote, a clear attack on ICE. Now this comes as we have seen a more than 1000% increase of assaults on ice officers. And now this morning, tragically, we're learning that this shooter apparently fired indiscriminately into the Sally Port, unclear whether ice officers or detainees or who may have been injured, but at least three individuals have been shot. The shooter is down through a self inflicted wound. We'll bring you more as we get it, guys. Speaker 0: Griff, just working back back some sources back and forth here. And by the way, this information is very fluid. But from what I'm hearing from my sources, this happened as they were unloading some of these detainees when the shots started to ring out. Are you hearing the same thing? Speaker 1: That's exactly right, Lawrence, and that's why I mentioned that Sally Port. So apparently, it occurred when detainees were being brought into the Sally Port. This shooter, we're not sure exactly where he was located, but was able to shoot into that Sally Port and struck at least three people. That shooter now is down from the self inflicted wound, so we may not know exactly what, his plan was, what they were intending to do other than to shoot people this morning at an ICE facility. We're learning more as we get it. And particularly, we're interested, obviously, in learning about the conditions of the three individuals that were struck this morning.

I believe Judge Jeb Boasberg's recent order is fundamentally flawed and poses a significant danger. He lacks the authority to intervene in deportation cases involving foreign terrorists, and his actions have jeopardized ongoing military operations. His Saturday hearing revealed sensitive information that could endanger lives and undermine foreign relations. I argue that the President has a constitutional duty to disregard unlawful court orders that threaten American safety. Additionally, I suggest revoking Judge Boasberg's security clearance due to his inability to maintain confidentiality.

@mrddmia - ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Mike Davis ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Here is the fatal flaw with DC Obama Judge Jeb Boasberg's order: Even if these designated foreign terrorists are entitled to individual court review before their deportation, which is disputed, the DC court is not the proper court. Judge Boasberg did not, and does not, have the power to do what he is purporting to do. For this reason alone, everything he is doing is lawless. But it is much worse; it is also dangerous. Judge Boasberg ran to his courtroom to hold a Saturday hearing, even though he was not even serving as the emergency judge that weekend. (How did he get this case?) He publicly exposed an ongoing U.S. military, intelligence, and law-enforcement operation with an American ally dealing with the most vicious terrorists (Tren de Aragua) and international gang member (MS13) in the Western Hemisphere. That public exposure put American and allied lives in grave danger. Stunningly, Judge Boasberg even ordered the President to turn around planes full of terrorists over the Gulf of America, without knowing the fuel levels, the security footprint back in America, or other crucial operational details. We saw the enormous security footprint in El Salvador. Why would we have had that same footprint in America, as who could have ever imagined an activist DC judge could or would order the President to return planes full of terrorists? And not completing the mission would have humiliated and politically damaged El Salvador's president, who had hundreds of military, law-enforcement, and other officials awaiting--and who took a significant political and personal risk by agreeing to take these terrorists. Judge Boasberg's Saturday hearing and order crossed the red line. But Judge Boasberg is doubling down by demanding details about the military operation, to which he is not entitled. Judge Boasberg says he has a security clearance, but he definitely does not have the need to know. And allowing judges to meddle in military operations like this is dangerous and unacceptable. Foreign leaders are less likely to work with the President, if they fear an activist American judge may disclose their secrets. This harms the Presidentโ€™s ability to conduct foreign policy and his constitutional duty to keep us safe. The President has a constitutional duty, as the chief executive officer and commander-in-chief, to conduct international affairs, repeal foreign invasion, and protect American lives. The President has a constitutional duty to ignore any clearly unlawful court order that imminently endangers American lives, like Judge Boasberg's orders. Judge Boasberg is refusing to back down. So the House must move forward with impeachment proceedings for his lawless and dangerous sabotage of the President's core Article II powers.

Tina Peters, the former Mesa County clerk, is serving a 9-year prison sentence after being charged with unauthorized access to voting machines, a claim I believe is politically motivated. The judge, Matthew Barrett, cited her political views on election integrity as a reason for the harsh sentence. Meanwhile, Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold, who allowed sensitive voting machine passwords to be publicly posted, faces calls for a criminal probe. I find it outrageous that a 69-year-old woman is punished for questioning elections while those in power evade accountability.

@mrddmia - ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Mike Davis ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Tina Peters, the then-Mesa County, Colorado clerk and recorder, investigated voter fraud after the 2021 Grand Junction municipal election. So hyper-partisan Democrat Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold and Attorney General Phil Weiser, along with a weak Republican local District Attorney Dan Rubenstein, brought trumped-up felony charges against Tina Peters and (falsely) accused her of unauthorized access to voting machines. During this same time, Jena Griswold--a partisan slob--allowed voting-machine passwords to remain publicly posted online for 4 months. Then Democrat Judge Matthew Barrett, poorly rated by his community, was dumb enough to state on the record he sentenced 69-year-old Tina Peters to 9 years in prison because of her First Amendment-protected views on election integrity. Tina Peters is now suffering greatly in prison, because of these sadistic partisans. Fortunately, the Trump 47 Justice Department's Civil Rights Division, along with Colorado Acting U.S. Attorney Bishop Grewell, took the first step today to bring justice to Tina Peters. They filed a statement of interest in her federal habeas lawsuit, drafted by attorney Patrick McSweeney, raising these serious civil-rights problems. Next, the Trump 47 Justice Department must open a federal civil-rights probe, under 18 U.S.C. ยง 241, for this apparent criminal conspiracy to violate the constitutional rights of Tina Peters. This includes investigating Jena Griswold, Phil Weiser, Dan Rubenstein, Judge Matthew Barrett, and all other potential co-conspirators. It is outrageous they've put this 69-year-old woman in prison for 9 years for simply questioning elections. Nobody is above the law.

Colorado Judge Matthew Barrett, a Democrat appointee, sentenced 69-year-old former Mesa County clerk Tina Peters to 9 years in prison. What was her crime? Tina Peters took a screen-shot of the election tabulation source code. (Which should be open-source anyway.) This is the source code Tina Peters was allowed to archive and access as an election record under Colorado law. But Tina Peters got bad advice, and she didn't jump through the right hoops. So Democrat Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold, a partisan slob who also unconstitutionally removed Trump from the Colorado ballot, destroyed Tina Peters' life. Truly a grotesque miscarriage of justice today in Colorado. Colorado is lost to leftists. Here is Judge Barrett's last (poor) performance review: https://judicialperformance.colorado.gov/node/12776

This New York Times headline is false, as the editors know by reading the second paragraph of the piece. This Democrat-appointed Colorado judge--who is widely viewed as a poor judge in the Colorado legal community--didn't sentence former Mesa County clerk Tina Peters to prison for 9 years for "tampering with voting machines." Judge Matthew Barrett told "her he had imposed the severe penalty because she had repeatedly advanced false claims about Mr. Trumpโ€™s defeat and in so doing become a celebrity among those who denied that he lost the race." In other words, Judge Barrett imposed his overly harsh sentence because he didn't like her political viewpoint--not because of her criminal conduct. Judge Barrett, who was dumb enough to say this publicly, violated the constitutional rights of Tina Peters.

What has happened to Tina Peters in Colorado is outrageous, and a criminal violation of our civil rights laws. As Mesa County Clerk, Tina Peters tried to look at election irregularities in Colorado, which is her job under Colorado statute, and accessed tabulation codes in the voting machines. Instead of a warning, the Colorado Secretary of State went to the Mesa County Prosecutor, and put Tina Peters in prison for nine years with the help of a partisan hack judge. The judge admitted he imposed the severe penalty because she advanced false claims about Trump's defeat and became a celebrity among those who denied he lost the race. Speaker 0: Let's talk about this. What has happened to Tina Peters in Colorado is outrageous. It is a criminal violation of our civil rights laws, and that's gonna be the next thing I push for. But let's talk about what happened here. Tina Peters was the Mason Mesa County Clerk in Colorado, sixty nine years old. She, she tried to look at election irregularities in Colorado, and that is her job under Colorado statute. And she had she was able to access the tabulation codes in the in the voting machines, and she didn't jump through the right hoop when she did this. Right? And so instead of giving her a warning or a slap on the hand, which which is what they should have done, this Jenna Griswold, who is this big, fat, slob, Colorado secretary of state, went to the Mesa County Prosecutor, and this slob Colorado secretary of state who should be on a freaking diet put Tina Peters in prison for nine years. And they went to this judge Matthew Barrett, is this partisan hack judge, and slob Jenna Griswold and this Matthew Barrett, this little Democrat cut judge, put her in prison for nine years, and he was dumb enough to say this. Quote, he had imposed the severe penalty because she had repeatedly advanced false claims about mister Trump's defeat and in doing so became do and in doing so become a celebrity among those who denied that he lost the race. In other words, this judge with this fat slob Colorado secretary of state, Jenna Griswold, punished her because of her first amendment rights. Dared to challenge the election. She dared to think the election was stolen. So she got thrown in prison for nine years for this. And so Bishop Gruell, who is the acting US attorney in Colorado, he's my friend's and former colleague, just filed a statement of interest today in Tina Peters' habeas petition pointing this out, that this this is a 69 year old woman. Her health is failing in state prison, and she's being punished because of her protected First Amendment thoughts. These these are thought crimes by this fat slob, Tina Peters, and this Colorado Democrat judge Matthew Speaker 1: Miller. Mean you mean mean Jenna Griswold? Not that you got personal. Speaker 0: Jenna Griswold. Tina Peters. I I Tina Peters is not a fat slob. Jenna Griswold is a fat slob. Speaker 1: No. She's poor Tina is is is wasting away in prison. Let's go back to the judge. Why would a judge understanding, you know, he's gotta be smart enough. Why would he ever say this when that goes to political dissent and proves the thing that we've been saying? Tina Peters is a political he said it. Tina Peters is a political prisoner. Is she not, sir? Speaker 0: She absolutely is. Look. I I split my time between DC and Colorado, and I'll tell you, you know, when when they're not smoking weed here on the slopes of Colorado, I assure you that the legal community is, you know, not writing for the Yale Law Review. Let's just put it that way. So, we have this judge in Colorado, Matthew Barrett, who was dumb enough to stay state on the record that he was going to severely punish Tina Peters at fat slob Jenna Griswold's request because this Matthew Barrett and Jenna Griswold didn't like the fact that Tina Peters, thought knows the election was stolen and actually said it publicly.

I question the sincerity of the resigning DOJ prosecutors. Why didnโ€™t they resign when Biden pardoned his family or freed a criminal who killed FBI agents? Their silence during the targeting of political opponents and the refusal to prosecute Hunter Biden speaks volumes. I also recall Kristen Clarke lobbying to drop charges against the New Black Panther Party without any resignations in protest. I'm working on legislation to reform the DC U.S. District Court, which I believe is severely flawed. I'm considering eliminating the unconstitutional DC Superior Court and reallocating responsibilities to current judges, while also involving judges from across the country for other cases. There's a pressing need to address the 13 vacancies in the DC Superior Court. Additionally, I find recent judicial decisions, like the one from Judge Carl Nichols, to be overreaching and indicative of a disconnect between these judges and the realities faced by everyday Americans.

@mrddmia - ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Mike Davis ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

100% At @Article3Project, we're drafting legislation to "reform" the DC U.S. District Court--the worst of the worst. Maybe we get rid of the (unconstitutional) DC Superior Court, make current DC U.S. District Court judges handle DC street crimes, cut their budgets, and randomly draw U.S. judges from across America to sit by designation for all other DC cases?

The Supreme Court needs to act swiftly to protect the President's Article II powers, as activist judges are undermining the judiciary's legitimacy. A recent ruling by Judge Paul Engelmayer prevents political appointees from accessing Treasury data, based on unfounded conspiracy theories, without allowing Trump's legal team to respond. This order disrupts the Treasury's functioning and elevates unelected bureaucrats over elected officials. Such lawlessness poses a serious threat, and if this ruling becomes permanent, the Trump Administration should consider defiance.

@mrddmia - ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Mike Davis ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

The Supreme Court must step in quickly and decisively on the emergency docket, as activist judges are illegally sabotaging the Article II power of the President. Otherwise, the judiciary will lose its legitimacyโ€”then its funding. (Do your jobs without law clerks, for example.)

@charliekirk11 - Charlie Kirk

New York Judge Paul Engelmayer just forbade all political appointees โ€” including Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent โ€” from accessing Dept. of Treasury data, all based on Blueanon conspiracy theories!! Those theories couldn't be challenged because the order was EX PARTE โ€” meaning Trump's lawyers weren't warned, and couldn't weigh in. Only Democrat Attorneys General were allowed to argue. The judge cites no law or logic to support this unprecedented order, because it defies both. The judgeโ€™s ruling is, in essence, that Scott Bessent simply occupies a ceremonial position without real power, like the King of England. This is a grenade thrown into the functioning of the Treasury Department. It forbids the elected government from accessing information about budget and finances. Instead, only the permanent, deep-state government can know what's being spent. It means Scott Bessent's subordinates have far more power than Scott Bessent does. Democrat pundits who whine about the Constitution are liars, and will shred it the first chance they get. For now, the order is only for the next week, but if a court tries to make it permanent the Trump Administration should absolutely consider defying it. Better yet, SCOTUS should bar this judge from ever hearing similar cases again, and every Democrat lawyer involved should be sanctioned.

Speaker 0: Democrat senate majority leader, Chuck Schumer, leading a group of dozens of senate democrats moving a new legislation to try to reverse the Supreme Court decision that gave president Trump a win and reinforced presidential immunity. Let's welcome to the show, the president of the Article 3 Project. He's Mike Davis. He worked for Supreme Court justice Neil Gorsuch. Good to see you, Mike. Mike, what do you make of this move? Speaker 1: Chuck Schumer once again proves that he is a putz. You cannot amend the constitution through a statute. You have to amend the constitution through the constitutional amendment stat process. And I would say this to these, Biden and Kamala Harris Democrats. Joe Biden's not gonna be in the White House after January 20th at noon. Do they really want the Trump 47 Justice Department prosecuting Joe Biden for his illegal mass parole of over 10,000,000 illegal immigrants into our country and the resulting crimes. Do they really want the Trump 47 Justice Department prosecuting President Obama for the extra judicial drone strike on 2 American citizens, including a minor capital murder. I don't think these, these Democrats wanna go down this path. Speaker 0: So what you're saying is, you know, the Supreme Court ruled presidents are entitled to absolute immunity from prosecution for actions within their constitutional authority. They're entitled to presumptive immunity for other official acts. There's no immunity for unofficial acts. We know all that. But if you're saying Schumer's legislation, if it gets his way, that would jeopardize Biden and Obama for what they did. Right? Speaker 1: Well, that legislation wouldn't go anywhere because Chuck Schumer should know you can't change a constitutional ruling through legislation. But let's just play along and pretend like this legislation would somehow get 60 votes in the Senate and pass the Republican House and get signed by the president. That would put every few former president in jeopardy of prosecution by his successor. That would mean we would turn into a third world Banana Republic. This is how the Roman Republic fell. Speaker 0: I think that maybe this is just a messaging ploy by Schumer to say, oh, democracy is in danger to keep this in the headlines. But you know what? The you know, your point's well taken. I mean, Schumer's legislation goes even further. It would strip he wants to strip the supreme court of its jurisdiction over any appeals that challenge the constitutionality of Schumer's own legislation. What an overreach. Speaker 1: That's clearly unconstitutional. They can strip look. They can the the the Supreme Court of the United States has the judicial power. You can't just take that away from the sup Supreme Court. The Congress can take away appellate jurisdiction from lower courts, but they cannot take it away from the Supreme Court. Speaker 0: Just flat out absurd stuff. I mean, fix America. Right? They're still trying to pursue president Trump on the courts. They don't like the law, so they're gonna attack in the Supreme Court. That's what's happening. Mike Davis, we appreciate you very much. Coming up is Trump's running mate, JD Vance, makes his first trip to the border. And

Judge Juan Merchan is conducting a clearly rigged jury selection process and ensuring President Trump will not receive a fair trial by allowing left-wing activists to be seated on his jury. There is little doubt this biased New York jury will absolutely find Trump guilty for these non-felonies, and partisan operative Judge Merchan will convict him. Mike Davis, a former clerk to Neil Gorsuch, discusses the biased jury selection and unfair treatment of Trump in court. The judge, with ties to Biden, is accused of rigging the process against Trump. Davis highlights the lack of balance in juror questioning and the presence of anti-Trump activists on the jury. He suggests that Trump's legal team will appeal any convictions, but the goal is to damage Trump before the 2024 election. Davis also criticizes the involvement of Matthew Colangelo, a former Biden appointee, in targeting Trump. The situation is described as unfair and politically motivated.

Speaker 0: You're listening to The Greg Kelly Show. Speaker 1: Well, we're joined by Mike Davis. I was just telling you about this guy. He's totally awesome. Very successful lawyer. He was a clerk to, Neil Gorsuch, now a supreme court justice, and he is from the article 3 project. He actually started the whole thing. Mike Davis, welcome. How are you? Speaker 0: I'm doing well. Thank you for having me. Speaker 1: Mike, what do you make of the what do you make of what's going on in the courtroom and the jury selection and, the problems they're having right now, in this farce against Trump? Speaker 0: Well, you have the Soros Fund at Manhattan, DA, Alvin, Brad. We're going to these bogus criminal indictments against a former President of the United States who has happens to be the leading presidential candidate based upon a bogus legal theory passed over by the prior Manhattan DA Cy Vance, the Manhattan US Attorney, the Federal Election Commission, and Alvin himself until Matthew Colangelo got deployed from the Biden justice department as a political appointee, number 3 in the Biden justice department, the resurrected zombie case. And there before, there's democrat Manhattan judge, who donated to Biden against Trump in 2020, donated to another anti Trump cause, whose adult daughter Lauren Rochon, raised has raised a $100,000,000 on her, on her father's criminal prosecution, criminal trial of Trump that he refused to recuse in the face of this evidence of his clear judicial bias. A former Clinton judge from the Southern District of New York went on CNN, Caitlin Collins' show on April 5th and said that judge Marchand has to refuse under New York statute. It's very clear he's refused to do it. And then you have the jury pool. Manhattan's 85% against Trump, 87% against Trump. And this judge has rigged the juror questionnaires where they're asking these potential jurors if they follow Trump on social media, for example, but they're not asking if they follow Biden on social media. This is a clearly rigged process against president Trump. This is part of the democrats, Biden and Biden Democrats' broader welfare and election interference campaign because they fear that president Trump is going to beat Biden like a drum on November 5, 2024. So the Democrats just wanna throw him in prison for the rest of his life. Speaker 1: I did not know that about the questionnaire. I I heard the reports, okay, that they wanna know, do you support president Trump? Do you support the Proud Boys? Have you ever gone to a, MAGA rally? That kinda thing. Thing. You're telling me the questionnaire did not include similar type questions to gauge their support for president Biden. That was not there. Wow. Speaker 0: That is that is correct. And, what they how they think they're gonna get around this is they say, do you have any anti Trump, organizations? Well, people can say, this is what happened with one of the jury foreman and one of the prior anti Trump cases with another Trump defendant is if you if you say that you're anti Trump, people could say, I'm not anti Trump. I just support Biden. And so that's how they get around that. And it is a clearly rigged process where they're absolutely going to find Trump guilty for these non felonies, and this judge is going to convict him because he's a partisan operative. Speaker 1: And it's like, screw you. The people, like, what what are we gonna do about it? Right? What they are they are pulling all the strings, the judicial branch, the media, probably elections too. It's so arrogant because, really, what can the people do right now? And we don't have too many things at our disposal, do we? Speaker 0: No. We don't. Here's what what the American people can do on November 5, 2024. The American people say that we, not these Democrats, prosecutors and these Democrat judges and these Democrats witnesses and these other democrat operatives and these democrats hell holes like New York, DC, and Atlanta get to pick the next president of the United States. Americans get to pick the next president of the United States, not these democrat operatives. Speaker 1: Wow. Alright. So how is this gonna I I just saw a headline. It's unraveling. Jury selection is unraveling. They just had to get rid of 2 that they already that they already selected. Is this is it possible that you could have a mistrial before the trial, like, really gets underway? I know this is technically the trial. What does it mean? What what's happening right now? Is this thing blowing up in their faces? By faces, whose faces, I mean, the prosecution, I mean, the judge? Speaker 0: Well, the problem is this jury questionnaire did not screen out people who have a clear anti Trump bias and these jurors are lying to get on the jury, because they're activist or they're motivated by financial. What whatever motivates them, you have these left wing operatives trying to get on this jury so they can railroad Trump. Right? And they're getting caught because Trump has a very good legal team that's going through these nut jobs social media posts and finding all their crazy anti Trump social media posts. And so that's the problem. This is where this judge one, Rishon, really screwed up and rigged this thing because if they would have if judge Rishon would have asked fair questions like, for example, do you have pro Biden post or do you follow pro Biden organizations, you wouldn't have this problem where you have these these sleeper cells who are getting on to the to the to the juror to this democrat jury in New York and then they get exposed when they have to come off. Speaker 1: So you said, okay. We gotta vote, but there's gotta be something in the system. Like, who's this guy's boss? I mean, like, who Is there any relief? I heard, like, there could be an emergency filing, a petition, this court, that court, maybe the Supreme Court. Is there anything at their disposal, not our disposal, but the defense team? Like, this is this is insanity, and everybody knows it. Is there any way out? Speaker 0: Yeah. I mean, there is a way out. They can file these emergency petitions. It's hard to get relief during the middle of the trial. Trump is certainly gonna have all of these convictions reversed by the appeal appellate courts even if it has to go to the Supreme Court of the United States. So these are bogus legal theories for non felonies, and they're pursuing this lawfare in election interference. There's no way this is gonna get upheld on appeal, but the problem is that won't happen. Those appeals will not get resolved before November 5, 2024. So these these democrat prosecutors like, Alvin Bragg in Manhattan and his henchmen, Matthew Colangelo, who came from the Biden Justice Department, and this democrat judge Juan Marchand who donated to Biden whose daughter is making a lot of money. Lauren Marchand is making a lot of money off this criminal trial. She's raised a $100,000,000 off of her father's unprecedented criminal trial of Trump. They don't care if this gets reversed after November 5, 2024. Their their sole goal is to get a criminal conviction to call Trump a felon before November 5th 2024 and maybe even put him in prison because they're trying to interfere in the election. They're trying to break this process so Trump can't win the election. Speaker 1: It's so incredible. It's kinda heartbreaking too that this is happening. I'm really glad you're on the case. Oh, wait. One other thing, you said that Colangelo guy. Now let me get this straight. Colangelo used to be the number 3 guy at the federal justice department, then he takes a job at the state attorney general's office, and now he's hanging around the Manhattan DA's office. Can you just give us an idea in the legal community just how backwards and screwed up that kind of trajectory is? And the I I I get the only reason would be is that he's on a mission to get Trump. Speaker 0: He is deployed from the Biden Justice Department. He was in the number 3 office. He was the acting number 3 on the parachute team at the beginning of the Biden administration. And then he became the number 2 to the number 3 when the Senate confirmed this radical as the Associate Attorney General Benita Gupta was his number 2. He works for Tom Perez when Tom Perez was Obama's head of civil rights. He worked for Tom Perez when Tom Perez was Obama's labor secretary. When Tom Perez went to be Obama's DNC chairman, Matthew Colangelo went into the Obama White House as a labor relations guy, and then Matthew Colangelo joined the, Democratic New York attorney general's office. Now he's in Bragg Bragg's office to get Trump. Speaker 1: It's so crazy. It is so crazy. Gosh. Well, Mike Davis, we're thankful for you. We're thankful for the article 3 project. Go to article 3 project dot org. Many thanks, Mike, to be continued, and we'll

Speaker 0: Joining me now is Saul Weisenberg, former deputy independent counsel and Fox News contributor, and Mike Davis, former law clerk for justice Gorsuch and the founder and president of Article 3 Project. So, Mike, we heard the arguments today in front of the judge and the defense made the arguments. This is protected first amendment political speech. Now the prosecution is making the argument. No. No. No. It's part of a conspiracy, a criminal conspiracy. And it seems to me that that all comes down to some ability to prove knowing or intent that whatever was said the speaker in this case Donald Trump and his and his, his fellow defendants knew what they were saying was false. Speaker 1: Well, yeah. This Fulton County DA Fannie Willis charged Trump and 18 others with but the problem is it is not illegal to object to a presidential election. It is it's allowed by the electoral count act of 18/87. Democrats objected to republican wins in 1968, 2000, 2004, and 2016. We don't see Al Gore and John Kerry and Hillary Clinton in prison. It's also protected by the first amendment to object to a presidential election. The only place in the world where it's illegal to object to a presidential election is place is a place like China and North Korea and now Washington DC and Atlanta. Speaker 0: But but free speech, political speech, the first amendment solved, that's at the core of so many of these cases. That's that's not just at the core of the Georgia case. That's the Jack Smith case as well, the quote, unquote, insurrection case in Washington DC. Speaker 2: Well, that's what I find disturbing about these cases. You know, basically, it's clear that they must have looked. I'm talking about, particularly in DC. They must have looked at the seditious conspiracy statute. They must have looked at the incitement statute and realized precisely because of strong 70 year tradition of First Amendment law, free speech law, that it would have been virtually impossible to, convict former President Trump. And so they've gone on these other theories that come peril perilously close to convicting somebody and indicting them based on a thought crime. Saying in essence, you claimed you won the election when we know that you really knew you lost the election. So I think it's a pretty flimsy theory, but I think it's gonna be very difficult to knock these motions out at this stage in the proceedings, even though Steve I thought Steve Sadow, Trump's lawyer, did a did a phenomenal job today. Right. Speaker 0: You're referencing in Georgia the this is a pretrial argument. It's probably still gonna go to fact finding within a trial. But but real quick, Salt, to your point, it's all feels very flimsy. And it is flimsy if we presume that the end result is supposed to be justice in a courtroom. But I've been of the opinion the process is the punishment. Dragging him into a courtroom for all these cases in and of itself becomes the punishment. Speaker 2: Absolutely. Absolutely. As the prosecutors are want to say, even when they lose the case, you didn't do the time, but you took the ride. Speaker 0: Right. Right. It's it's, it's also that way in civil trials as well. It's like, it's why people settle out of court. I don't wanna deal with the punishment that is the process of our justice system. Mike, quick, left hand turn here, but a case that caught my attention. The the justice department or is it, yeah. They they've asked Google to turn over the viewers of a video. Reports say from Forbes say the feds ordered Google to reveal the identities of certain viewers to track down some, who were suspects for buying Bitcoin for cash. Here's here's a what this is the description of the report. Undercover agents sent links of YouTube tutorials to a user, then asked Google for the information of who had viewed the videos, been watched like 30,000 times. They want names, address, telephone numbers, and users of Google account activity. They wanted the IP address of those who didn't have a Google account and watch the videos. A, sounds like entrapment, Mike. But b, it's not even about what you say anymore. It's about what you hear and what you see. Speaker 1: Yeah. This is troubling. I mean, it sounds like an illegal and unconstitutional general warrant. If you wanna have the government get information from people, you go to a court with particularized information, particular allegations that a crime has been committed or probable cause that a that a crime has been committed, and I don't see that in this particular instance. Speaker 0: I did I the the forget the judicial system for a moment. The cultural climate that an antagonistic to free speech seems to be for me a watermark here, a moment in American history. Saul, Mike, thank you so much.

Speaker 0: Activists, prosecutors and judges have destroyed the rule of law. The scales of justice, forever broken and imbalanced. The worst offenders, those who have weaponized the legal system for political gain against president Trump. Fulton County DA Fannie Willis has criminalized the first amendment and embarrassed our justice system. Using a witch hunt as a guise to arrest a former president and make him take a mugshot, Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg has let New York City fall to pieces, let crime run rampant, homelessness overtake the city. Manhattan judge Arthur Engerin laughed and smirked as president Trump sat awaiting trial for charges he was wrongly accused of. Worse than that, Biden justice department special counsel Jack Smith. He's trying to ruin president Trump with more indictments and underhanded investigations. And Obama DC judge Tanya Chutkan, issued a gag order stopping president Trump from speaking out against Jack Smith so egregious that even the ACLU spoke out against it. Even now they're resorting to insane legal theories to take him off the ballot. They've gone after a president of the United States. Do you think they'll stop there? Don't let them win. Donate to fight left wing law fair. Support Article 3 Project.

Speaker 0: Okay. We're going to get back to Lindell in a minute. I'm going to go to Mike Davis. Mike, there's a much longer version of this. We're going to play it on tomorrow morning's show because I want the morning audience to see this. Also talks about other people. Laura Loomer as press secretary. He gets into it in quite a bit of detail. You tweeted back, I want to make sure people know Mike Davis gives as good as he gets. You tweeted back, what are you going to do with this guy who, as Raheem brought up A couple weeks ago, was the biggest supporter of the most radical clerics in London when he was there as a reporter and, as a news personality supporting the most radical parts of jihad, what did you say you were gonna do in your tweet? Speaker 1: Well, I think that what I'm going to do, first of all, I want to thank Mehdi Hasan for announcing President Trump's dream team. And number 2, I'm going to add Mehdi Hasan to several more lists. List 2 is indite, list 3 is deport, List 4 is detained and list 6 is denaturalized. We're gonna take away his naturalization, his citizenship, and send it back to the United Kingdom or wherever the hell he came from. But before I do that, I'm gonna put Mehdi Hasan on my board of directors at the article 3 projects because no one has raised more for the article 3 projects than Mehdi Hasan after he did his 24 minute minute hit on me and the Article 3 project. And I I want Mehdi Hasan's listeners to go to article three project.org, article number 3 project.org, and make a donation today. Speaker 0: Are you going to back off anything you're fighting for, for fair elections, for free elections, all the different fights Article 3 has? Are you going to back off 1 inch, sir? Speaker 1: Steve, you know me. I mean, I'm just such a nice guy and so accommodating and such a swamp creature. I think that they're gonna count me And so and so being less less of a warrior, hell no. I'm not. I mean, I was I was born with red hair. Do you think I give a damn If I get punched in the face every day, it does not bother me at all. I actually like it. It emboldens me and I'm just going to triple down. Speaker 0: Mike Davis, social media, where do they go to get Article 3? We're going to play the entire thing tomorrow, hopefully get you back on because it's actually quite, quite smart how they did it, the dream team of president Trump's 2nd term. Where do people get you, sir? Speaker 1: If you want to send Mehdi Hasan to the women's cell block in the Gulag, donate to article 3 project.org. Article number 3 project .org. We don't want him to get beat up as much. We're gonna put him in the women's cell block. You can go to at article 3 project, at article number 3 project on Gettr, Twitter truth. And now that Elon Musk is there, and he can't, and I'm not being kicked off Twitter, at MRD DMIA, m r d d m I a, and thank you, Steve. Speaker 0: Thank you, Mike Davis. I guess over the woman's side of the DC Gulag. He'll join, as you say, our own Tim Miller, from MSNBC.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The video discusses the potential appointment of Mike Davis as Trump's attorney general in a second term. Davis, a conservative activist lawyer, has shown support for Trump's mission to seek revenge on his perceived enemies. The concern is not just about right-wing trolling, but the fact that Davis could hold a powerful position in real life. He has ties to influential groups like the Federalist Society and has worked for prominent figures in the Republican Party. Trump is already considering loyalists for key positions in a hypothetical second term, including individuals involved in plotting a coup and promoting election fraud lies. The Republican Party's embrace of Trump and his authoritarian rhetoric is alarming, with experts comparing it to the tactics of dangerous totalitarian leaders. The segment concludes by discussing Davis's response to reports about Trump's plans to imprison political opponents, highlighting the need to take these warnings seriously.

Speaker 0: Of yes men waiting in the wings to do Trump's bidding. The thousands of loyalists being vetted for a second Trump term, Like Mike Davis, an attorney who is doing the most to prove exactly how he'd serve Trump in his mission to exact revenge upon his perceived enemies with no one to stop him. My friend and colleague Mehdi Hasan recently discussed the conservative activist lawyer Who folks like white nationalist accomplice Steve Bannon are pitching as a potential Trump attorney general, which Davis responded to on social media. He threatened to denaturalize and deport Mehdi, who is British American, adding that he's already got his spot picked out in the DC Gulag And that he'd put him in the women's cell block along with friend of the show, Trump, Tim Miller, who is gay. Now to be clear, The issue isn't right wing legal activists on TV host trolling, although the open fascism and bigotry is pretty appalling. It's the fact that Mike Davis could actually be Trump's attorney general in real life, so just remember that name. As Will Bunch of the Philadelphia Inquirer notes, the gulag touting lawyer takes the abstract warnings that US democracy is on the line in the 2024 election and brings them to life. And he cloaks it in a veneer of respectability, a member of the Federalist Society, the group responsible for our right wing theocratic supreme court majority. He worked for Iowa senator Chuck Grassley when he chaired the senate judiciary committee. He also clerked for Neil Gorsuch and helped get Brett Kavanaugh on the court. But most importantly, Mike Davis List to a t. 1 articulated in a Washington Post piece about how some of the otherwise competent people who served in Trump's White House Do not want to see him reelected. According to the post, Trump has argued that while in the White House, he listened to people he should not have and made bad hires, particularly at the Pentagon and Justice. This time, Trump said he would look out for people who are loyal and smart. A 2nd term in office, people close to him say, would have people who actually support president Trump in the words of 1 adviser. Mike Davis is going all out to prove to Trump that he is one of those people. And make no mistake, Trump is already casting from a list of super loyalists for a hypothetical second term, like Some of the characters who already helped him plot a coup. Trump has already pledged to bring back Michael Flynn, the one time national security adviser he pardoned after Flynn lied to the FBI, you know, before he took the QAnon pledge. And Jeffrey Clark, the indicted Georgia coconspirator who Trump once tried to install as attorney general To promote lies about election fraud. He's in contention for a senior role at justice. Trump might have to pardon him to make that job Offer depending on what happens in Clark's trial next November. Might as well throw in Sydney Powell while we're at it. Also plotting their return, the former Trump staffers involved with the Very much out in the Open Heritage Foundation project 2025. Like ironic white nationalist, Dracula, Stephen Miller, who'd return in a senior role already planning the most spectacular migration crackdown. A 2nd Trump term could also coincide with a fully complicit Republican Congress led by new and openly Christian nationalist house speaker, Mike Johnson. He traveled to Mar a Lago to kiss the ring on Monday, meeting with Trump days after endorsing the 91 counts indicted former president. And in yet another sign of the wholesale Trumpification of the Republican Party, one of the few Republicans who voted to impeach Trump after January 6th, Former Republican congressman Peter Meijer of Meijer of of Michigan who lost a primary over his impeachment vote now says he would support Trump if he was the party nominee. Call it what you will, pathetic, embarrassing. It is, however, the Republican Party pulling it putting its full embrace Around the man who in turn is making fascism and autocracy the centerpiece of his 3rd run for the White House As he did recently, calling his political opponents on the left vermin. The New York Times details how Oratorian language has experts deeply concerned. Quote, they said the former president's increasingly intensive focus on Perceived internal enemies was a hallmark of dangerous totalitarian leaders. He has insinuated that the nation's top military general should be executed and called for the termination of parts of the constitution. If he wins back the White House, he has said he would have no choice but to imprison political opponents, which brings me back to potential 2nd term Trump attorney general Mike Davis, who responded to reporting from our colleagues at Morning Joe about this very prescient warning about Trump's 2nd term plans, including imprisoning his enemies by posting on the hell app formerly known as Twitter, Dear president Trump, your wish is my command. You're telling us they they are telling us who they are. Please believe them. Joining me now is Nicole Hannah Jones, Pulitzer Prize winning reporter for the New York Times Magazine and creator of the 16/19 project. She is the founder of the Center For Journalism at Howard University, which recently hosted the Democracy Summit. And Michael Steele, former RNC chair, MSNBC political analyst, and host of the Michael Steel podcast. Thank you both for being here. Nicole, I do wanna start with you. I recently did
