You're given immense power and an absolutely critical responsibility. Of all of our Federal agencies, sir, I think yours is the one that has the smallest margin of error, because if the secretary of homeland security is unable or unwilling to give these answers, to perform his duties and accomplish his mission, crime surges, chaos ensues, and innocent people die. Mister Mayorkas, that is exactly what is happening on your watch. All of us have been down the border. You took your oath of office since February last year and by the end of 1st year, ICE recorded the highest number of border crossings and the lowest number of deportations in history. Fact. If DHS does not deport illegals, that is apprehending quickly you remove people who cross into our country illegally, that we have no border security at all. If people are allowed to simply walk in here, and live, and work, and collect taxpayer funded benefits and assistance for years upon years and maybe permanently, then in a very short period of time, we'll be totally overwhelmed. And I think it begs a lot of questions about the handling of the DOJ at that time as well as to the, you know, prosecution of Hunter Biden now. They had a veritable gold mine of evidence here of the Biden's working with the CCP and no action, no follow-up. There's a lot more there, but I'll I'll leave it there for now.

Speaker 0: Let me say something that I've never said before in 40 years of broadcasting about my personal politics. I voted twice for Donald Trump, because I thought him to be the less imperfect of 2 candidates. I am at heart a libertarian in the sense that I believe as my grandfather once told me, In this country, you have the right to be left alone. Given the binary choice in the voting booth, I felt Donald Trump was closer to our constitutional foundation and the promise of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness than either of his 2016 or 2020 democratic opponents. I also believed Donald Trump was careless and responsible himself for many of his in trouble.
But I'm deeply angry and resemble of anybody who suggested I or anybody else who made that saying binary choice in a voting booth should be labeled by today's President a semi fascist. I've had good history teachers throughout my in life, I know exactly what fascism is. At its most basic level, fascism embodies a consolidation of political power. It attempts to limit political opposition and it mandates how and what private industry can produce. Again, what's happening in our country today, the union of big tech with centralized government, the shadow banning of conservative opposition, the outright banning of those who question the efficacy of vaccine mandates, the banning of even a former U.
S. President from speaking his voice on some platforms. All that is technically much closer to fascism as in anything Donald Trump did. As we approach the midterms, look for Democrats to increase the frequency of the fascism accusations. Yesterday, the Washington Times reported and I quote, Democrats are tagging their republican opponents with extreme labels ahead of the midterm elections and linking the party to violence, fascism and Nazis.
Another common trait of fascism is the 5th column, the agent provocateur, the person who infiltrates the opposition party, who wreaks havoc to make it appear the opposition is bent on threats, violence and illegality. It happened to then candidate now Governor Glenn Youngkin in Virginia, when a group of never Trumpers from the Lincoln Project showed up at a Youngkin rally dressed up as white supremacists to make it appear that white supremacists embrace young kids. So when you see reports of the Nazi flag seen as some under Ron DeSantis or some other Republican rally, question it just as you would question say, Jesse Smollett for some other perpetrator of fake hate crimes, a phenomenon that is on the rise these days. Take nothing at face value. And finally, there is an informal law of rhetoric known as Godwin's Law that posits that the 1st person in an argument who invokes history's worst episode, Nazism or fascism as the equivalent to some present day conflict, while that person loses the argument.

Speaker 0: We just learned Joe Biden's campaign strategy. Biden's prosecutors have asked a DC judge to set the trial date for Trump's January 6th case on January 2nd. A trial that could end up going for 2 months. And Donald Trump would have to be physically in court in Washington, DC every day for those 2 months, January February. Meaning, the front runner for the Republican nomination would miss the Iowa caucuses, the Nevada primary, the New Hampshire primary and the South Carolina primary.
That means no rallies, no fundraisers. He'd be stuck 9 to 5 Monday through Friday in a DC courtroom. But that's not all. Beginning in late March, Trump would have to be in a New York courtroom sitting across the table from Alvin Bragg, keeping him off the campaign trail through April. And in May, Trump will have to sit back in court for the Mar a Lago documents case in Florida.
President Biden's using these partisan prosecutors to physically prevent his opponent from campaigning. Gross election interference. And Joe Biden still has not even been asked about this once by the media. Biden's Department of Justice even designated Donald Trump a flight risk. When prosecutor Jack Smith got a search warrant to crack into Trump's Twitter account.
He made the case to the judge that Donald Trump, the most famous man in the world who has a Secret Service detail, would somehow flee the country and no one would notice. And you know what? Speaker 0: It is with the highest amount of solemnity that I announce my intention to introduce articles of impeachment today on the head of this America at Last executive branch that has been working since January 20, 2021 to systematically destroy this country, the president of the United States, Joseph Robinette Biden. Joe Biden has deliberately compromised our national security by refusing to enforce immigration laws and secure our border, allowed approximately 6,000,000 illegals from over 170 countries to invade our country, deprive border patrol of the necessary resources and policies sufficient to protect our country. And his administration has willfully refused to maintain operational control as required by the law. He has allowed Fentanyl, the number one killer of Americans between the age of 18 and 45, to overwhelmingly flood into our country and kill around 300 Americans every single day. These aren't just Americans.
These are people's family members. These are their sons, their daughters, their brothers, their sisters, their mothers, their fathers, their cousins, aunts and uncles. These are American families. His administration has lost complete contact with approximately 85,000 unaccompanied illegal alien children. And his policies have forced tens of thousands of illegal children into slave labor.
Where are these kids? No one even knows. It's horror it's horrible. Joe Biden has reinstated catastrophic and disastrous catch and release policies, which have allowed illegals to flood to flood our country and our communities. He ended remain in Mexico and reinstated catch and release.
Under Biden's command, the secretary of homeland security, has illegally granted mass parole to aliens when US federal law only permits parole to be granted on a specific case by case basis. He endangered the lives of Americans by allowing illegal aliens who had tested positive for COVID nineteen, to enter our country and infect American citizens, yet while enforcing strict COVID policies on American citizens. His policies, directives, and statements surrounding the southern border have violated our laws and destroyed our country. Biden has blatant blatantly violated his constitutional duty, and he is a direct threat to our national security. Therefore, Joseph Robinette Biden is unfit to serve as the president of the United States and must be impeached.
