Speaker 0: Describe what they look like? I could. I could, but it would probably take a whole lot of time. The reason I state that, when I got out in 1989, we had cataloged 50 7 different species. Speaker 0: I will start since we have to be brief. I have already given all pertinent information and supporting documentation to the Senate Intelligence Committee and ARROW. They informed me that all of my information will be recorded for public record and shared with Congress. It is that important. In 2010, I was selected to go down to the South Pole Station in Antarctica for an entire year by Raytheon Polar Services as an employee of a third party contractor for the National Science Foundation.
I function in a dual role capacity as tradesman and a firefighter. My responsibilities required me to be more informed than most of my crew and offered me complete access to the facilities. What I learned from this unique experience needs to be shared with the entire world. The technology at South Pole Station certainly can do what it is presented as its primary purposes and unfortunately much more. The IceCube Neutrino Detector is presented much more.
The IceCube Neutrino Detector is presented as a passive listening device for the purposes of the science as presented. But I'm going to skip right through the chase folks. I have provided documentation that proves that the 5,160 what they call DOMs that are embedded in the ice can actually transmit at 2,047 volts each. That gives us a long list of things to consider. It is effectively a multifaceted directed energy weapons platform that I will list rapidly a few things that it can do.
Vehicle detection. We're learning that these off world craft, on world craft, hours or other nations are also emitting neutrinos. So this makes the South Pole station effectively an air traffic control station for this new level of equipment that nobody's discussing. In addition to the ability to detect neutrinos and the exotic vehicles, I provide a documentation that shows that this is also a system for faster than light communications. In the past, Gary McKinnon has hacked NASA, found the off world fleet, the list of captains, and it's apparent that if we have faster than light vehicles moving throughout the system, we're going to need faster than light communications.
This is that facility. Unfortunately, I have other bad news. The season that I was there, 2010 to 2011, we converted from construction to operations and maintenance in both the elevated station and the detector array. Unfortunately, when they first fired it up, that was when we had the earthquakes in Christchurch, New Zealand. There's 2 incidental shots before they were able to target it correctly.
This is an earthquake generating device as well. This is the weapons of war that we have to deal with now and what Raytheon is hiding. There's an ELF system at the South Pole station that when I was arrived I was told it was off dismantled and completely defunct. I am not saying that we need to be scared of anything that's out there. But please understand the military industrial complex is happy to invest all of your money in alleviating their fears. A question of power comes into play for all of these facilities that are present.
I assure you, I knew what was going on. I knew the load demands of the facility and all of these new items exceed the demand for the systems that I was presented. I am doing due diligence and research. I believe there is either secondary power supply there that is either nuclear that was there prior to the start of the Antarctic Treaty, which prohibits such things and or that there is some sort of exotic power supply system there that just is not in the verbiage of the treaty so it negates the responsibility to the parties involved. Speaker 0: This man's name is Joseph Spencer. He recorded this interview in 1989. He was dying, and he actually died the following year in 1990. It's the only time he's ever talked about this on camera. It's about 14 minutes long, and I'll just show you a few clips.

Speaker 1: This transition in my life happened in 1970. The senior black project director was William t Latham, who had worked under CIA executive director Richard Schlesinger. Latham stated that I was a perfect candidate for my new position. I was a foster child and I had no connections to existing relatives. I had no friends or social life.
It was easy for them to erase my past and provide me with a new identity. I gave myself to them as a priest would to his god. But first, my mind had to be erased. I was injected with various forms of mind altering drugs, LSD, heroin, mescaline, morphine, sodium, penicillin, and more. Drug induced hypnosis followed with antigrade and retrograde amnesia.
The goal was to program me to do 2 things, kill and forget. After 9 months of programming, I had become a man in black. What I later discovered was that not all the men in black were human. About a third were alien hybrids. Their distinctive feature was the absence of whites in their eyes, given the impression of empty eye sockets.
This unsettled me, and it took months to adjust to to the reality of alien integration. My assignments largely dealt with UFO sightings in crash sites. When my wand malfunctioned with Samantha, I resorted to strangulation.

Speaker 0: The American people today, if they knew the whole story of what the security apparatus in the United States military and in the United States government were doing to them and to their so called constitutional guarantees, they'd be rioting in the streets. The Defense Intelligence Agency and every one of the, I think, maybe at least 2 dozen major security organizations in our government concluded that beyond the shadow of a doubt, concluded that beyond the shadow of a doubt, this secret must be kept not only from the American people, but from the world population at large. And as a result of that decision, they have created a worldwide conspiracy among governments to keep the lid on this secret. Now let me share with you what some of the 4 major conclusions of the assessment were in 1964. In 1964, they had determined, at least this is in the NATO study.
And I know for a fact that this is the the conclusions that had been reached by our own military as early as 1949. Number 1, planet Earth is and has been the subject of an extensive, massive, a very thorough and detailed study by several several extraterrestrial civilizations. Now that's an attention getter in itself. Number 2. These civilizations have demonstrated an extremely advanced technology, possibly 100 or even 1000 of years beyond our own.
It it it gets better. There seems to be a process or a plan of some kind unfolding. The studies indicated and demonstrated that a development of some kind of program was underway. Evidence collected indicated that the program has been going on for a very long time, possibly 100 or even 1000 of years. And some of my associates, research fellows, and I have concluded it's probably been going on longer than that.
The study concluded that there did not appear to be a major military threat involved in 1964. That if they, whoever they are, were malevolent or hostile, there was absolutely nothing we could do. Because the level of technology that had been demonstrated was so far beyond anything we had in 1964. That we felt that if they were hostile or malevolent, the game was up. It was all over with.
What we are addressing here and dealing with is indeed the major issue of our time. It goes beyond the Soviet this illusion of the Soviet Union. It goes beyond the cold war. It goes beyond politics, the recent election. It goes beyond the famines, the revolutions, the terror in Yugoslavia.
It goes beyond any major human problem that we are currently dealing with on this planet. Because this problem has been with us for 1000 of years and is indeed the major issue of our time. It was supported by approximately 8 inches of annexes, supporting documents, supporting studies, supporting research. There were annexes on radar and electromagnetic effects. There was an annex on optical and light analysis. A beautiful annex on photographic and holographic analysis. There was historical research and evidence.
They went to some of the top people in England at Oxford in Oxford and Cambridge on the historical evidence. There was metallurgical and technical analysis. There were atmospheric physics studies, biological analysis, and autopsies. Speaker 0: That shows that when Nikola Tesla died that this information that he had, which allowed for a car to run out of the ambient energy, was in documents confiscated by the FBI and I have a doc Department of Defense document demanding that the FBI turn these over to the DOD. The FBI refused. At any rate, science continues because the laws of the universe are in fact universal and they can be discovered here or around Alpha Centauri or any place else in the cosmos. By 1928 and 29, Tietowen and Brown as well as the Kalosky Frost experiment in physics in Germany had determined that VHV, very high voltage systems done in a certain resonant field could result in so called electromagnetic gravitic effect, the lifter effect that has been described, which you see in UFOs. They also can create what's called a space time bubble around an object so that you can correct for 1 g.
This is how these objects are traveling at multiples of what any aerodynamic physics would describe and can make right hand turns without killing the occupants. Around this same time, there was in the 1940s and the late 1930s a number of UFO sightings. This included the so called Foo Fighters. Yes. It's a famous rock group.
However, the Foo Fighters took their name from the reports of these objects seen in the theater of World War 2 that were flying around our aircraft. We thought it was a secret weapon of the Nazis. The Nazis thought it was a secret weapon of ours. There is Jimmy Doolittle, the famous general. His nephew is a dear friend of mine and he has testified that General Doolittle was sent by FDR over to the European theater in World War 2, investigated the Foo Fighters and came back and told Roosevelt and I quote, they are interplanetary vehicles.
So by then there began a classified program and which was augmented further by events as mentioned in 1941 and then, of course, the famous Roswell event. Those events led to, as Philip Corso describes, a reverse engineering program, As you all know from the famous Wilbur Smith document of 1951 from Canada, it talks about that flying saucers exist, but there's a high level team headed up by doctor Vannevar Bush that is studying the, quote, modus operandi of these vehicles. These were the most brilliant scientists, Edward Keller, Oppenheimer and others, Herman Oberth amongst others, who are in this team studying how extraterrestrial vehicles move. In October of 1954, a key date I want the committee to remember, we have actionable intelligence from someone who has worked in the National Security Agency and has been in the vault, all of this went deep black because they figured out at that point gravity control. So since 1954, October of that year, we have not needed rockets, jets, internal combustion engines and surface roadways between cities.
I say this with authority that this is the case. Eventually, these breakthroughs in human discovery were complemented by the study of the extraterrestrial material that were retrieved from these events. And contrary to most people's thoughts, the Roswell event was actually a downing of an extraterrestrial vehicle by a electromagnetic system that was hidden in a radar dome that was switched on and this isn't an FBI document that I can provide for the committee and is on the flash drive given to the Congress. The result ultimately was that there were transdimensional physics that began to be studied that deal with the nexus between electromagnetism, energy generation, anti gravity and consciousness. And we have discovered that there is a nexus and that, in fact, there are electromagnetic systems that have been developed that can interface directly with what we call coherent thought the same way that you can interface with a system with lasers which is coherent light where you sync up all the wavelengths.
Ultimately, this these breakthroughs were paralleled with amazing developments in the biological sciences and the experimentation with cloning. And this began many years earlier than was reported from Dolly, the sheep in Scotland. This goes a little beyond I think what this committee wants to look into. However, you need to understand that the technologies that we have and we were discussing are not theoretical. We have actionable intelligence that any committee in Congress or executive action can find regarding current operations.
I just want to go through a list of them very quickly of these facilities and corporations for which we have witnesses who can be subpoenaed by the committees of the Congress. This was developed at the request of congressman Christopher Cox of Orange County and with whom I met and was later further developed for, the briefing for that we put together for President Obama. These facilities are the Edwards Air Force Base and subsections where, on that the dry lake bed where the Lockheed Skunk Works Operations, Haystack Butte, China Lakes, George Air Force Base and the closed Norton Air Force Base were an anti gravity device, so called alien reproduction vehicle for which we have the schematics was seen by Frank Carlucci and others on our witness team. Tabletop Mountain and Blackjack Control and Blackjack Control. The aerospace facilities there are the Northrop Ant Hill facility, Tihon Ranch, the McDonnell Douglas Llano plant, Lockheed Martin, Hallandale plant and the Phillips lab.
At the Nellis Air Force facility, so called Area 51, no one calls it that. There's S-four and S-twelve, Hoot Mesa, Groom Lake and a number of sub facilities. The most important facility is in Utah near Provo, the Dugway Proving Grounds, all of which is underground and the airspace above it is classified. There are no roads into this facility. The New Mexico facilities include Los Alamos National Labs with underground connectors to the so called Dulce area where the biological work is being done and Kirtland Air Force Base and the complex there includes Sandia National Laboratories, Phillips Labs, Manzano Mountain Weapon Storage Facility, Coyote Canyon and the White Sands Complex.
In Arizona, near Fort Huachuca, which is Army Intelligence Headquarters, there is a UGB underground base where one of our witnesses who will testify worked on 9 separate extraterrestrial vehicles that had been downed through advanced electromagnetic pulse weapons and there are several different species of extraterrestrial biologicals stored at that facility. The other facilities and this goes on, include a special compartmented area of Cheyenne Mountain where we have witnesses in our team who can be subpoenaed where that we have tracked extraterrestrial vehicles in our solar system that we're measuring 26 miles in diameter. There are also, facilities in Australia, a key one being Pine Gap, the so called Alice Springs facility, which is mostly a US Air Force facility even though it is in Australia. I recently talked to the Deputy Prime Minister of Australia about this. Also the Redstone Arsenal and the Marshall Space Flight Centre, we have a scientist at the Redstone Arsenal under who works under contract for IT and T who have developed these transdimensional systems.
He was under contract with my project to bring these energy devices out and he was then threatened by a former CIA director and what I call the goon squad that went down there 3 years ago in March.
