You wanna know why it pays for Veterans to know the Uniform Code of Military Justice? If you’re retired status like myself, you can still be held to the Laws, Orders, and Regulations of it. 💯 This is why “I’m not sure I believe that” when Vets like myself show you what’s taking place via Military Laws and Orders paired where they pair with Federal… doesn’t matter. You don’t have to like it. But this is what the Military Generals are using to clean out the mess Civilians let down for so many years. The Military was established to prevent war and to protect the Constitution. So, attitudes towards the military saying, “why hasn’t the military stepped in?” The military isn’t a dictatorship. Stepping in because people lack the education of their foundation and how legislation operates and functions are like parents never teaching their children how to live on their own when times get tough and always doing something for them when it does. The Military is protecting the globe right now, cleaning out tunnels, decimating street crime, destroying bad and ugly buildings, and making sure the Federal Government follows through with the clean out process via Devolution and Reconstitution of the Continuity of Operations Plan aka Continuity of Government. All of the above are outlined in current, bipartisan legislation, Military Laws and Orders, and ALL of CIC Donald John Trumps speeches. And what else does he say? “We’re going to take the homeless off the streets and put them in FEMA camps and give them the attention they deserve and mental therapy and help if needed. Okay… let’s play dumb for a moment. Let’s pretend these things: 1. Presidents only have authority during their Presidency. 2. Commander-in-Chief only has authority while President. 3. ALL Generals will ALWAYS listen to their Commander-in-Chief. 4. All soldiers will always obey the Orders of the President and Officers appointed over them. Let’s look at these facts: 1. DJT had a $770 billion defense budget which included the largest raise for soldiers in history. 2. In 2016, he said he had 200 Generals backing him, and more to come. (Only 14 Generals commanded WW2). 3. Military Justice Act was already in place. It separated Military from Civil Courts/Laws, President from Commander-in-Chief, and CIC from Federal Government. 4. Federal Continuity Directives were already in place first 6 months of his Presidency. 5. DJT revoked Obama’s EO to shut down Gitmo and kept it open with his EO 13823, that’s still alive and active. After DJT said in Dec 2016, “we’re gonna load it up with a lot of bad dudes.” 6. He amended and extended the Defense Production Act on March 2, 2020, and extended it to September 30, 2025, which means ALL funds have been appropriated and set aside aka every time the DPA is invoked, it was paid for by the action on March 2, 2020. 7. The President is the only person who can federalize troops to active duty out of their state, reserve or guard status. DJT federalized the Reserves to Active-Duty. Those orders have not been terminated or resolved hence the NG out of their state status daily. 8. Everything DJT has said: has happened. So, let’s pretend we’re all normies and paint the picture for them. The confused left wing and radical civilians of this nation would say DJT is bat crazy and all kinds of other things. Milley calls him a wannabe dictator. Why are all these foreign aircraft in our Nation without any kind of retaliation type actions? Are people going missing? Captured? Dying? And if “Biden” was in control… where are his Orders? They’re all operating on a foundational order. That’s 50 USC §1550. Which is dated December 20, 2019, with a Memo from July 2021 in the FY of 2020, showing ole “JB” telling the SecDef to obey the orders from §1550. If the SecDef is directly under the CIC and the “President” is telling the SecDef to obey the Orders of §1550 which is the War Powers Resolution Act, where President and Congress declare war, the Declaration from Dec 20, 2019, made that President an Acting CIC. And that acting CIC in the clause of that declaration, federalized HIS troops to active-duty in the 180 day clause of that declaration. That declaration has no resolution and has not been terminated. And if Trump was a “dictator” with ALL the power he had and the 200 Generals backing him… How many wars did he start? How bad was your economy? Did he start any wars as past Presidents to make their economies look better?
