I asked to see copies of Safeguarding reports I'm very aware of the limitations of GDPR particularly when it comes to Safeguarding However a fundamental principle of GDPR and Safeguarding is CONSENT Anybody making a Safeguarding report must ask for consent or explain why they haven't, it is permissable to make Safeguarding reports if you believe there is significant danger, but you must inform the person of your actions Oxfordshire County Council coerced people to make Safeguarding reports to create fraudulent data to cover up their failures This is unbelievably corrupt and criminal

The attempts to cover up their Protected Disclosure I submitted on 1.1.18 were monumental But extended to Dan Rhaux attempting to conduct a competency hearing in a deliberate attempt to dismiss me At that meeting a number of senior managers and elected officers were present. Dan Rhaux had created a 500page bundle of complete Bullshit. I sat in a meeting for around 2 hours while they waffled on and in and on and on Eventually I was allowed to speak. I cleared my throat, smiled and thanked them for their efforts I reminded them that the report was inadmissible because it didn't comply with GDPR legislation. There was no signed document to confirm its accuracy, I smiled again and waited Someone squirmed and coughed, there was a great deal of humming and haaaahing and Someone decided that there was a need for a 10 minute discomfort break... yes I can imagine they must have all shit themselves. They were expecting me to be intimidated. I looked at each one of them and recalled my image of a maggot walker

The meeting had clearly been conducted in an attempt to overwhelm me, What was a 10 minute discomfort break turned into half an hour, clearly the BS had created a sizeable mess Eventually the meeting was reconvened with an admission that the report did breach GDPR legislation Imagine all those senior officers hearing that they were guilty of fraud and trying to cover up their crimes One can't ignore this was Oxfordshire County Council Children's Services creating fraudulent data to cover up serious failures To continue with my SAR
