I questioned what happened to the anticipated "red wave" in 2022. I found alarming statistics: 2,189,483 voters listed who do not exist, and 4,840,975 votes cast from incorrect addresses. There were 1,449,054 more votes than actual voters, and in key states like CA, GA, IL, MI, NY, OH, and PA, 8,479,512 votes were unverified—21.6% of the total. Additionally, 3,038,081 certified votes were later edited, deleted, or transferred to different registration records.

.@VoterGa reveals a Secretary of State document that shows on Nov. 4, 2020 President Trump was up by over 101K votes in GA, with only 13 precincts left to report There were not enough votes to change the outcome, which is what Brad Raffensperger said on the TODAY Show https://t.co/1mCapNrAUN

Video Transcript AI Summary
Yes, that needs to happen. There aren't enough votes left to change the election outcome, as confirmed by the Secretary of State. Megan, can you pull up document UJR X 1151? This shows that 99.5% of the votes have been counted, with only Fulton County remaining and just 13 precincts left. Typically, there are only a couple thousand votes left to count, likely around 1,000. Currently, Trump has a lead of about 101,000 votes with 99.5% counted. This aligns with the Secretary's earlier statements. The document was downloaded from the Secretary of State's site by Voter GA.

Speaker 0: Yes. That has to happen. Yeah. And so it doesn't matter whether there are blue counties, red counties, or whatever is left according to prognosticator. There are not enough votes left to change the outcome of the election. And, that's and that's out of the Secretary of State's own mouth, which is, I think, more important than than mine. Speaker 1: So, does that answer your question? Yes. Speaker 0: Okay. Speaker 1: Megan, let's pull up u j r x 1151. That's number 24. Are are you familiar with this document, mister Fabrito? That's 1152. I think we wanna well, let's see. That's Speaker 0: let me just check it out. Just for a second. I Speaker 1: Is the is this the count that shows the number of boats that are left? I think yes. This is it. This is it. Speaker 0: Right here. So this shows that 9 9 and a half percent of the vote has been, counted. This this this was taken about 2 hours. This is an official publication of the elections, office. That's the what the way they do their results or at least the way they did it in 2020 and since changed. It's this is confirming the secretary Raffensperger's comments at the NBC that I interviewed. It shows you that 158 of 159 counties have, completed reporting. The only one left happened to be Fulton County, and it showed you that only 13 precincts are left to count. And there's typically only a couple thousand, votes, and that's, a high number, probably in less than that per crease in. So, more more likely, about a 1,000. Yeah. But so that's showing you, basically, the same thing that he's saying that, 99 and a half percent of the vote is in. And, at this time, Trump has a 102,000 101,000 vote lead with 99 and a half. Now according to secretary, he had a 103,000 votes with 98% left. So this is consistent. This is what and the point is is that secretary of state's own reporting is totally consistent with what he's told NBC today. Speaker 1: And what's the provenance of this document, 1151? Speaker 0: Well, this is a document that redownloaded from the Secretary of State's Speaker 1: side. That voter GA downloaded from? Correct. And so that

I believe President Trump won decisively, yet swing state Senate seats went to Democrats. The results in Arizona seem off, with Gallego receiving 80K more votes than Lake despite being below Trump. In Maricopa and Yuma, Gallego outperformed Harris significantly, raising questions about where those votes came from, especially with Yuma adding over 8,000 votes after Election Day. In other counties, Trump and Lake performed similarly, which is typical. I feel we need to investigate potential voter fraud and reform our election system to ensure integrity.

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

President Trump won in a massive landslide. But somehow, magically, senate seats in swing states went blue in WI, MI, AZ, NV https://t.co/zMjouOZ77L

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

The results in Arizona are ridiculous. They kept Gallego below Trump but 80K votes above Lake. Lake is extremely tied to Trump who crushed Harris by 5.5 points https://t.co/GFNwKZ0FMp

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

You know why it’s taking so long? They’re trying to figure out how to keep Gallego below Trump, but higher than Lake. And they’re printing all the ballots to match their bogus down ballot result. Ban voting machines, ban extended counting, and prosecute the cheaters! https://t.co/vqcz27znN9

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

Where did the 80K votes come from? Two counties in particular Gallego outperformed Harris by crazy margins Maricopa he got a 65K vote increase over Harris and in Yuma he got a 9,389 vote boost https://t.co/TxQsBlvMzp

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

Yuma, you say? Where there was an injection of over 8,000 votes days AFTER Election Day

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

🚨🚨Yuma County Adding Votes🚨🚨 Outstanding votes almost DOUBLED from 11/7 to 11/8 How does Yuma go from 9,861 votes left to 18,011? And how is it Saturday night after the Election and we still don’t have the “results”? Because they’re stealing it from @KariLake! https://t.co/rbyjHOS1JM

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

Meanwhile, in other counties Trump and Lake performed almost the same as each other, as did Gallego with Harris — which is what normally happens in elections https://t.co/W8hrU7aBAh

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

I think they also shaved off Lake votes in Pima County where she lagged behind by over 20K votes, which seems unlikely. We must investigate voter fraud and reform our election system. Counting for weeks makes for fraudulent results https://t.co/ebJCK9znAw

I noticed a significant increase in outstanding votes in Yuma County, jumping from 9,861 to 18,011 overnight. It's concerning that we still lack election results days later. I believe this indicates foul play against Kari Lake. Additionally, Pima and Yuma counties reportedly added 22,816 votes after the election, raising suspicions of election fraud. With Pima County alone adding 14,666 ballots, it seems clear that the vote totals shouldn't be changing. We need an investigation into this situation immediately.

Pima County recently added 14,666 uncounted ballots, which I see as clear evidence of fraud. The totals should remain consistent, and I demand an investigation. This situation mirrors what happened in 2022, and we cannot let it continue. I advocate for no machines, the use of paper ballots, voter ID requirements, same-day voting, and same-day counting to ensure integrity. Additionally, Maricopa County's addition of 25,000 ballots after Election Day raises serious questions about their counting process.

In 2022, your office sent out mailers to 30,000 noncitizens inviting them to register to vote. They, course, are not eligible to register to vote. That same year, your office used Colorado's ballot tracking system to send messages to specific Coloradans encouraging them to vote when in fact they had already voted, causing confusion that had to be cleaned up by the county clerks, and now this leak of the voting system passwords. Given your office's repeated errors that have damaged confidence in our elections, which you say is paramount, will you resign? Absolutely not, Kyle. May I ask, why are we using these machines, again? Dominion machines “affected nationwide,” Jocelyn Benson says. https://t.co/EPZKKFmnvk

Video Transcript AI Summary
There are significant issues with the programming of Dominion voter access terminals, specifically affecting straight party voting. This problem has emerged recently and is a nationwide concern for counties using these machines. During the testing period and early voting, it became clear that voters must be informed about this programming issue, which requires them to vote in every section of the ballot. This is particularly important in Michigan, where voters can cross over in ways not allowed in many other states. Many colleagues from other states share our frustration and surprise regarding this situation, and we are actively working with Dominion for accountability and ensuring voters are aware of the necessary voting procedures.

And the voter access terminals, of course, not all all the machines, just the ones that are accessible, have an issue with the straight party voting and a programming issue that's, again, affected the machines nationwide. And I think all of us that use Dominion machines were were, were unhappy to learn about this, during the, the testing period and and, as early voting began. So we're working with Dominion to to seek accountability, on that front, and also have are working with our clerks to ensure voters are aware of this, programming issue that will will require them to ensure they are, voting every section on the ballot. Bigger issue in Michigan because we do allow voters to cross over in ways that a lot of other states don't. Because we have straight part it's it's not it's it's not, struck me as I've talked to my other colleagues in other states. They're just as upset about it as we are. So yeah. Or surprised, I think. The DeKalb GOP is appealing a case regarding serious cybersecurity vulnerabilities in the voting system. Raffensperger's lawyers claim he has no obligation to address these issues despite clear evidence of risks. Key concerns include encryption keys stored in plain text, a long-known hard-coded vendor password, and multiple users sharing the same login credentials. These flaws could allow for undetected hacking and manipulation of election results. The GOP is urging the Georgia Supreme Court to enforce stronger security measures and improve transparency in election processes.

This is new??? Two experts testify in DeKalb GOP v Raffensperger that the election system in Gwinnett County, Georgia was remotely accessed from Belgrade, Serbia DURING the 2020 Election Similar activity also happened in Colorado, Michigan, and other states https://t.co/s00FxPLGsP

Video Transcript AI Summary
According to the testimony, Dominion equipment is generally not connected to the internet, but there is evidence of a connection in Gwinnett County, Georgia, during the 2020 election. Non-election personnel have remotely accessed a Dominion system. Dominion emails discuss remotely accessing Gwinnett County, Georgia. There is evidence of Dominion remotely accessing Georgia election equipment in one county, along with involvement in Colorado and Michigan. Dominion can remotely connect to election systems without detection, and this has occurred. The Denver, Colorado server granted access to Belgrade, with questions raised about why Belgrade, Montana, would need to connect to a Colorado file transfer server. Changes to the database server lack an engineering change order, which is important for change management and system integrity.

Speaker 0: And it's your understanding the Georgia Dominion equipment is not connected to the Internet. Right? Speaker 1: That's it. Correct. Speaker 0: So you believe Dominion Voting System components in Georgia are connected? Speaker 1: Some unrelated Dominion documentation. I can specifically tell you that there was there is connection. Speaker 0: Which county in Georgia was there a connection for to the Internet of Dominion equipment? Speaker 1: It would be Gwinnet, if I'm remembering correctly. There were several states involved. Speaker 0: And which time period are you referring to? Speaker 1: This was 2020. Speaker 0: Before or after the election? Speaker 1: During the election. Speaker 2: In your examination of any of these Dominion systems, have you seen any indication of non election personnel remotely accessing a Dominion system? Speaker 1: Yes. Speaker 2: Can you tell us about that? Speaker 3: I too have reviewed a series of emails produced by Dominion in which they're discussing remoting into Gwinnett County, Georgia. Speaker 0: You also mentioned Dominion remotely connecting to election systems, but you don't have any evidence that occurred in Georgia. Correct? Speaker 1: There was one county. I've seen a lot of Dominion emails. I've had to translate Dominion emails from Serbian to English to verify the technical questions I was being asked about them, to verify that it was translated properly. So Speaker 0: So it's your testimony that there there is evidence of Dominion remotely accessing Georgia election equipment? Speaker 1: Yes. On the one county. It was included with stuff that I was researching and reading through considering Colorado. Michigan was also involved and there were other ones. Speaker 2: To your understanding, is Dominion able to remotely connect to these election systems? Speaker 1: Yes. Speaker 2: Are they able to do that without detection? Speaker 0: Yes. Speaker 2: Are you aware of any instances in which that has occurred? Speaker 1: Yes. Speaker 2: Can you identify those instances? Speaker 1: One would be the Denver, Colorado server was granted or requested to grant Belgrade, only Belgrade. I did search. There is a Belgrade Montana. Again, why would Montana need to connect into a Colorado file transfer server as per election system? And there are other components and things that were done in the background concerning the database and the configure of the database server that still do not have an engineering change order. Because if somebody works in an operational environments for a lot of different things, what I will tell you is sometimes things break or you have a problem and you have to fix it. And you you submit a change request or, in this case, an engineering change order that's retroactive. Right? You wanna go back and make sure that you record the process so that you have change management and integrity of the system. If you do not record changes, you lead yourself down a a very bad road.

Speaker 0: So this is very important. This is where it ties in and will show you that I'm not the only one who concluded that this was that Fulton County was intentional. So you'll see that Philip Davis identified approximately 4,000 fake grow, 4000 fake double scan ballots in the Fulton county machine recount. But there's been a very important development. And that development is this. The individuals who filed this case, Joe Rossi, Kevin Mokla, with the advice from Philip Davis, they've now concluded with evidence that those 4,000 ballots were intentionally counted twice in the Fulton's machine recount. So I'm gonna close with one very simple explanation of what happened in Georgia 2020. Very simple. There were 3 vote counts. The first vote count had massive manipulation in it. When they got to the second count, which was the hand count, their digital votes did not match the ballots. So what did they do? They falsified the hand count to match the first machine count. When they got to the 3rd count, which was the machine recount, they had the same problem. Their ballots didn't match their digital votes so they falsified the 3rd count by double scanning ballots. The whole effort was to match that first count.

There are over 20K unsubstantiated ballots in GA's 2020 results, according to a complaint. Fulton County provided "proof" but used serial numbers for different machines, indicating fraud. They falsely claimed the presence of additional tabulators at various locations. The Secretary of State's office didn't release their investigation's findings, suggesting it's all bogus. The proof provided by Fulton County actually suggests tampering with early voting results.

There are over 20K unsubstantiated ballots in GA’s 2020 original results from tabulators that “do not exist” according to the Rossi/@KevinMoncla complaint. Fulton County provided “proof” they exist. Except their proof showed they used serial numbers for DIFFERENT machines. There’s a word for this... Oh yes, fraud.

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

They claimed there was an ICP3 at the East Point Library during early voting. Only problem: there were only two scanners there, according to Fulton County’s own checklist. https://t.co/KsdXqvZ3SZ

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

They did the same thing for a tabulator they claimed was at the South Fulton Service Center polling location. They said there was a third tabulator, when there were only two. https://t.co/v9ItF5HeET

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

Same thing for Wolf Creek Library. They invented a fourth tabulator using the serial number of the third tabulator. No wonder the Secretary of State’s office didn’t release their investigation’s findings to the public. It’s all bogus. https://t.co/Cc8Q3EBLro

In the 2020 Presidential Election in Georgia, there are allegations of election fraud. Issues include discrepancies in ballot counts, injection of fraudulent ballots, lack of proper witnessing and reconciliation, broken seals on machines, destruction of ballot images, and missing and duplicate ballot images. False votes for Joe Biden were included in the hand count audit results. These concerns have been taken up by the Georgia State Election Board.

Summary of Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election in the Swing States GEORGIA: Fulton County DID NOT COUNT THE SAME BALLOTS during the first and second machine count 19,541 distinct ballots appear in one machine count but not the other https://cdn.nucleusfiles.com/e0/e04e630c-63ff-4bdb-9652-e0be3598b5d4/summary20of20election20fraud20in20the20swing20states.pdf

Thousands of fraudulent “presidential only” ballots were injected into the second machine count, with huge margins for Joe Biden This blank ballot pattern appears in at least 8 counties, including Fulton Georgia did not have the votes to justify its original Election “results.” https://t.co/7Z951zkKOc

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

Not a single ballot purportedly cast during early in-person voting was witnessed to and signed off by poll managers in Fulton County, per their own rules There is no reconciliation for these 315,000 votes

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

The machines that tabulated these 315,000 votes had their seals broken and memory cards removed The “results” were then printed out on different machines than tabulated them The ballot images, along with the rest of in-person votes cast on Election Day, were destroyed

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

The second machine count could not confirm Election night totals and was over 17,000 votes short Raffensperger instructed Fulton County to “reconcile” the results and Fulton recertified without divulging the extent of the vote deficiency to members of the Elections Board

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

“Thousands of bogus votes” were ultimately added into the Election results via the second machine count This includes 20,977 unsubstantiated votes of unknown origin The results were missing 17,852 ballot images, and included 3,125 duplicate ballot images that were counted twice

@realLizUSA - Liz Harrington

4,081 false votes for Joe Biden were included in the hand count audit results for Fulton County This and the nearly 21,000 unsubstantiated ballots are detailed in complaints taken up by the Georgia State Election Board, which found them credible

Speaker 0: Coming from the judge who has already predetermined that my client committed fraud before we even walked into this courtroom. I'm not here to hear what he has to say. Then why I exactly am I being paid as an attorney, and why exactly are taxpayer dollars being used in this courtroom? The Answer is very clear. Because miss James wants to stand right here like she did this morning and call my client a liar. Call the company fraudulent and make a name for herself. She said this morning that the numbers don't lie And they won't lie in this case. Well, miss James, I have a message for you. The numbers didn't lie when you ran for governor, and that's while you dropped out. And the numbers don't lie when president Trump runs for office in 2024. And those numbers are loud and clear. This country tree is falling apart. And if we don't stop corruption in courtrooms where Attorneys are gagged. Where attorneys are not allowed to say what they need to say to protect their client's interest. It doesn't matter what your politics are. Everyone has a right in this country to get up and put a defense. I don't care who you are. You have a right to hire a lawyer who can put objections on the record. You have a right to hire a lawyer who can stand up and say something when they see something wrong. Home. But I was told to sit down today. I was yelled at, and I've had a judge who's Unhinged, slamming a table. Let me be very clear. I don't tolerate that in my life. I'm not gonna tolerate it here. And you know what? You shouldn't either. Because not every American citizen gets a camera and a microphone. And what I'm seeing is such a demise of American judicial them, and democracy. Miss James came out this morning and said that she knew mister Trump, and she always calls him mister because it kills her that he was the president. But the 45th president of this country, one of the best presidents we've had, has built a great company. It's worth a Ton more than that statement of financial condition, and she doesn't know how to get out of it because her politics won't allow her. She calls him a bully. She says He's going to bring out racial slurs. He's going to say things today and taunt her. Well, miss James, you taunted him before you came into this, before you saw one record, one statement of financial condition. You taunted him. You said his administration was too male and too pale. Those are her words. She said that she and Michael Cohen, we're going to be his biggest nightmare where I have some news for you, miss James. Michael Cohen folded, lied, and crumbled. Your Our star witness along with all the DAs and corrupt AGs need to be paying attention to what happens when you let us take the stand, when you let My client speak the truth, and the judge can tell me to sit down. And he can try and shorten my client's testimony, but it is loud and clear. They've got nothing. They've got nothing but their politics. She's got nothing but her Soros backing, which we discovered recently, and I am sick and tired of seeing it. Pay attention, America. Pay attention. Because when you're in court one of these days, and you don't have a lawyer that has the microphone. And you don't have a lawyer that can go on TV, and you've got judges gagging them. What are you gonna do? We need to fix this country. And we need to stop what is happening in this courtroom. President Trump is worth a lot more and she wasn't ready before it. She doesn't understand it. And before she rushed to judgment, she should've thought about attacking somebody with over 50 years of real estate expertise who changed single handedly the skyline of New York City. She picked the wrong person, and her politics will fail for it.

Speaker 0: So here's what here's what we know in Gwinnett County on October 11th from 7:30 in the morning to October 12th, a Monday morning at 7:30 or so when they picked up the ballots. Because of the pings, we knew that approximately 2 70 people went to this ballot box. But according to the, cons to the, the custody document, 18 62 ballots were actually deposited. Then all of a sudden, the video shows up and now we get to go in and corroborate it, so we sit there and we watch 24 4 hours of video. Sure enough, 271 people approached that ballot box. And like I said, 1962 ballots show up on the Speaker 1: But if you watched the video, did you see people carrying more Speaker 0: than Sure. But not 1960. Then where Speaker 1: where would the discrepancy in that be then? Speaker 0: We don't know. Speaker 2: There's so many breakdowns in the process. Speaker 1: Tell you that story. Speaker 2: Well, Speaker 0: there is a video at the end that might tell part of it. The at the end of this day, there's an interesting intersection between there there are 2 people that are charged with going and taking the ballots out the ballot box and put them into bags and then take them wherever they're going. Those are the ones who fill out the chain of custody docs. But on this particular day on this Monday morning, another person comes out from behind underneath the camera walks toward the 2 that are there And instead of having it in a, having the ballots in a, a wall in a blue cooler, yeah. Which is what kind of their norm, they had 1962 ballots in 2 black duffle bags. The person whom we don't know who it is comes up, takes the 2 black duffle bags and walks away. Speaker 2: And gives them a cooler. Speaker 1: But who's supervising this? The secretary of state of Georgia, I guess, is supposed to be. Right? Speaker 2: Well, one thing one thing we we often laughed about was, you know, just unpacking these videos was a challenge in and of itself. And one thing we often laughed about was that it it was clear to us nobody was ever intended to look at these videos.

The speakers discuss the numbers related to alleged voter fraud in the 2020 election. They estimate that about 7% of mail-in ballots, which amounts to approximately 4,800,000 votes, were involved in fraudulent activities across states like Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. They claim that this operation is widespread and happening in communities that receive funding from certain foundations. The speakers question who is stopping these fraudulent activities. Overall, they believe that voter fraud was a significant issue in the 2020 election.

What we what we've gotten in testimony from how much people were being paid and so forth, The number breaks out to about 7% of the mail in ballots, and that holds state to state. Now you're gonna have some states that have less, but some states that are overperformers In that same way. And if you look at that just as a as a quick sort of back of the napkin, it's 4,800,000 votes. Speaker 0: Nationwide. 4,800,000 votes. Just in our target states. Speaker 1: Just from what we know. Speaker 0: Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin. Right. That many votes were Trafficked? Or is that correct? Yes. That's that's a serious that's a serious operation. Yeah. Well, I mean, it's everywhere. It's everywhere. Every one of these communities that's receiving money from these foundations that are doing this, They're all doing they're all doing it. It's slightly different grift, but it's all the same thing. Speaker 1: And who's stopping them? I mean, this is if if the the one word I think that characterizes best 2020 is

Philadelphia was the worst. 1,155 mules trafficked ballots to 10 or more drop boxes and 5 or more NGOs where they stash ballots https://t.co/joBZMQBvhS

The worst offender state is Pennsylvania, specifically Philadelphia, in every sense. The speaker explains that 1,155 people in Philadelphia met the criteria of having 10 or more drop boxes and 5 or more organizations. Even if we assume that number is half, it would still be insane. The speaker also mentions the data showing pings crossing the bridge from New Jersey into Philadelphia, which is even more astonishing.

Yeah. 600 would be. Right. What's even more insane is watching the the data, watching the pings come across the bridge in in New Jersey In into Philly. Across state lines?

We received information from various sources, including whistleblowers and individuals with knowledge of the situation. This allowed us to identify the organizations and stash houses involved. In Philadelphia, we observed people going in and out of drop boxes multiple times, with some individuals visiting over 50 times and others over 100 times. Additionally, these individuals were also visiting the organizations connected to the drop boxes. This created a hub and spoke model, similar to airports like Chicago O'Hare, with multiple hubs in Atlanta, specifically 10 of them.

“This is a conspiracy.” Everywhere they followed the same playbook: Set of collectors, use NGOs as stash houses, bundle ballots, then cast them in drop boxes by mules https://t.co/fo9tghk4ij

So we had each of those elements And as we began to, sort of put the pieces and parts together, it really did dawn on us, well, this is this sounds just like what's happening in Atlanta or or in San Luis, Arizona, or all these other pieces and parts that were coming together. And it was amazing once we finally, started to unpack the the the true grift. And as you said, this is a conspiracy. Right? This is organized crime. An actual conspiracy.

The average ballot mule in Georgia made ballot drops at drop boxes 23 times https://t.co/MQsJDgapqn

We bought $2 million worth of data and remained open-minded about being wrong. We considered the possibility that the people involved were simply influenced by internet blogs. We looked for outliers in the dataset, something that would stand out. We determined that individuals who visited Dropbox in Georgia an average of 23 times and also interacted with NGOs met our criteria. NGOs refer to government organizations or nonprofits, like Stacey Abrams' group.

Maybe these were just a bunch of people that were reading all the same Internet blogs. And got a little too excited. Well, right. Well, and say grandma walking by the by the drop box with her dog or something. Speaker 1: Well, it it really so you start to begin to you know, All all life sort of follows the bell curve. Right? So you start to think, okay. Well, what is out so outside the norm? What is so aberrant That it would just stick out like a sore thumb in in terms of a dataset. So what would that look like? Would that be going to the Dropbox 3 times, going to them 4 times, 5 times, 6 times? And we wanted to be have such clear margins, such clear lines that we finally settled out to groups that were going, you know, in Georgia on average of 23 times. So distinctive. And as Greg points out, they also had to go to the NGOs. So they had to meet both those criteria for a certain number of times for us to really drill down and study. Speaker 0: Government organizations, so like a nonprofit. So like a Stacey Abrams group, for example, would That should be an example. Apply under the umbrella.

A lot of this nonsense is being pushed forward and it went through Georgia with John Ossoff and with Raphael Warnock and Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue. So we I I mentioned briefly that if it wasn't for this ballot trafficking operation, it's easy to say David Prude would have avoided a runoff. Absolutely. But there was a runoff. And so there was a whole there was a month 2 months of November December. What's happening in those 2 months? Speaker 1: Well, interesting as it relates to the pings, one of the things that we did in our buy Catherine's suggestion was, let's buy September before before it started. Let's buy October while they were voting, But let's buy November when nothing should have been happening at the ballot boxes, and then let's buy December. What a great control variable Right. Because the patterns, it's just see it do. Exactly. Right. Speaker 0: So they weren't going to drop boxes in November until ballots got sent out in early December. Exactly. Speaker 1: And then you'll find this interesting. 2 of the mules In Arizona made their way to Georgia. Speaker 0: Oh, come on. Speaker 1: Yes. Things don't lie.

And we have, as as people that go to see the movie will soon learn, We have informants who've come forward to describe exactly what happens. And, it's it's just That day in the life, it's just what you do in those communities. Speaker 1: And these collectors and these mules are making between $10.40 a ballot here in Arizona according to the To the testimony that we have, and, that's a lot of money. Tally all that up. Somebody's making some some bank. Speaker 0: Yeah. And one of the most chilling things, I think, in this entire journey for me has been when we interviewed, 2 people who were very familiar with the grift here in Arizona, one of them just from observation, And she just, at one point, just sat back in her chair and just put her finger up. She said round and round it goes. Nobody ever listens. Nothing ever changes. And so we hope to, you know, we hope to help push this over the edge in a way that people can wake up and realize what's happening to our elections.

Speaker 1: Fingerprints on the ballots. Why is that significant? Because Speaker 2: in Arizona several days before this in San Luis, there were some indictments brought and part of the indictment Was brought because they were able to lift fingerprints from the ballots. Speaker 1: So she comes in with latex gloves, comes there, and drops them off.

The illegal raid on Mar-a-Lago was a general warrant, forbidden by the 4th Amendment and detested by the Founding Fathers

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker discusses the violation of the Fourth Amendment in relation to the warrant issued against Donald Trump. They explain that the framers of the Constitution despised general warrants, which were used by the king to search homes and businesses without reasonable cause. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures, requiring warrants to be based on probable cause and specifically describe the place and items to be searched. The speaker argues that there was no reasonable basis to believe Trump committed a crime by possessing classified information. They criticize the Department of Justice for not acting in good faith and resurrecting general warrants. The speaker also mentions a report of innocent citizens being monitored, which they equate to general warrants. They reference an article by Henry Farrell, stating that English jurists rejected general warrants as a tyrannical exercise of power.

Speaker 0: Amendment of your constitution, the Bill of Rights, this warrant that was issued by a federal magistrate judge. The framers of your constitution hated general warrants or what were called writs of assistance. Why? Because they were used by the king to rummage through their homes, to rummage through their businesses in search of criminal behavior. And federal prosecutors have been Chopping away and chopping away and chopping away at this over the years now to the point where they have chopped it off a limb in the case of Donald Trump. Here's what your 4th Amendment says. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue. But upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation and particularly describing the place to be searched and the person or things to be seized. So what's probable cause? That is a reasonable basis to believe a crime was committed. They had no reasonable basis to believe a crime was committed even if Donald Trump had classified information, which he did because it's not a crime. It's not a crime for him to possess it, not under the Espionage Act or any other law. When Donald Trump left the White House, he was president of the United States. When he arrived at Mar a Lago, he was president of the United States. Whatever he took with him, you cannot then turn around and say he violated the Espionage Act of 1917 and try and charge him with espionage. And DOJ did not act in good faith, which is required under these circumstances too. America's founders hated general warrants, hated them, but the government has resurrected them. Remember the other day, there was a report that, oops. We're Sorry. We have a 1000000 cases where innocent citizens were monitored. Remember that? That's a general warrant. Here's a piece from the Washington Post several years ago by Henry Farrell. 4 centuries prior to the US founding, English jurists and legal scholars rejected general Lawrence as the worst exercise of tyrannical power.

They still won’t even show us the search warrant affidavit. Because it would should how they had no probable cause and shredded the Constitution

The speaker presents a search warrant for Mar-a-Lago, describing the property as a mansion with numerous rooms and buildings. The warrant allows for the search of various areas used by the president, first lady, and their staff, where documents could be stored. However, it excludes areas occupied by third parties. The speaker also mentions a redacted affidavit, which refers to the Espionage Act and the unauthorized communication of documents relating to national defense. They express astonishment that the president and former president are not included in the act's scope.

Speaker 0: Now they're in use. Here I have it. Here's the warrant. The warrant says, among other things, the search warrant, not including affidavit signed and approved by the court, August 5, 2022. And in part, it says, catchment a, the premises to be searched, which they mentioned Mar a Lago. It is described as a mansion with approximately 58 bedrooms, 33 bathrooms on a 17 acre estate. The locations to be searched, include the 45 office, the president's office, all storage rooms, all other rooms and areas within the premises used or available to be used by the first lady or the president and his staff, and in which boxes or documents could be stored, including all structures or buildings on the estate. Sounds pretty broad to me. It does not include areas currently at the time of the search being occupied, rented, or used by third parties. This is a huge property. I know. I've been there. That seems pretty broad to me, and here's the affidavit. At least 2 thirds of it is totally blacked out. F see it? Remember this? And this redacted search warrant affidavit, and it says, among other things, under 18 US Code 793, whoever having unauthorized possession of access to or control over any documents or information relating to the national defense, which information the possessor is reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, and on and on. Espionage Act. Any person, but not the president of the United States at the time of the removing of the documents or even the former president of the United States. This is incredible.

The Durham Report exposes the Obama-Biden DOJ and Intel Community for interfering in the 2016 election and running the same playbook in 2020 and 2024. The FBI had no verified intel when it opened the probe on Trump, and the Obama administration had no actual evidence of collusion by Trump when it launched the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. The report finds fault with the FBI over the Russia inquiry and concludes that the FBI and DOJ failed to uphold their mission of strict fidelity to the law. The report blows up any idea of collusion and proves that Hillary and the FBI tried to rig the 2016 election.

Fulton County Counterfeit Ballot Case still alive in Georgia “The citizens of Georgia have been victimized for well over two years by false claims that there is no evidence of election fraud…if there is nothing to hide, all involved should be willing to show us the ballots.”

In 2022, according to Maricopa County: 75.4% of Republicans turned out, up from 2018 68.5% of Democrats turned out, down from 2018 There are more registered Republicans (1,436,852) than Democrats (1,270,544) in AZ Yet...no GOP candidate benefited (Except the treasurer!😂)

Video Transcript AI Summary
In the 2022 elections, voter turnout in our county exceeded the state average and the average turnout since the 70s. Compared to the last three midterm elections, we surpassed the average turnout by 10 percentage points. Republican turnout increased by over 1 percentage point from 2018, while Democratic turnout decreased slightly. Independent and other voter turnout also decreased. Overall, our county experienced historically high election turnout compared to the past four decades.

Speaker 0: So we exceeded the turnout when you compare us to other counties throughout the state. And then I wanted to also just look at the average turnout for elections. So if you go back to the 70s, it's about 56.3% turnout. So in 2022 we exceeded that by about 8 percentage points. But that's just not trying to take in lots of the years what occurred early on and try to bring that percentage down. If you just look at the last 3 midterm elections, 2010, 2014, 2018. The average turnout is actually 54.7%. So, in this election, we actually nearly beat that by 10 percentage points. And then on the last item I just wanted to highlight: turnout based on political party. So, in 2022. Compared to 2018. So if you look at, Republican turnout in 2022, it was 75.4% of Republicans turned out and were able to participate in the vote. That's actually an increase over 2018s, which was one of the highest voter turnouts in recent times. So they were at 74.2%. So, over a 1 percentage increase over 2018. But when you look at Democratic turnout in 2022 it was 69.9%. And in 2018, it was 60 sorry, actually I have this wrong. So, in 2022 it was, 68.5%. In 2018 it was 69.9%. So, actually Democratic turnout went down in 2022. And that's the same with Independents and other voters. If you look at 2018, it was 50%. If you look at 2022, it was 49.3%. So just by looking at some of the data, we find that we had some historically high election turnout as compared to the last 4 decades.
