I’m appalled to learn that Lockheed Martin maintains a spreadsheet categorizing employees by race and instructs managers on how many white employees to exclude from bonuses, regardless of performance. They documented this despite it being illegal.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Disgusting: Lockheed Martin keeps a spreadsheet of employees by race, then instructs managers precisely how many whites they must eliminate from the bonus list, even if those employees performed better than their peers. And they wrote it all down, even though it is illegal.

EXCLUSIVE: Katherine Maher says that she abandoned a "free and open" internet as the mission of Wikipedia, because those principles recapitulated a "white male Westernized construct" and "did not end up living into the intentionality of what openness can be." https://t.co/Ved9mgGvJH

Video Transcript AI Summary
Free and open principles, originating from the open-source community, were initially seen as foundational. However, it's now believed that this perspective is limited relative to broader goals. Despite good intentions, free and open approaches, particularly in Wikipedia, often replicated existing offline power structures. Wikipedia inadvertently rebuilt knowledge around the Western canon, excluding communities and languages due to its reliance on "reliable sources." The emphasis on a written tradition, specific to certain cultures, and the concept of notability, often reflect a Westernized construct that favors certain voices. Radical openness, therefore, did not fully realize its intended potential.

Speaker 0: I started by talking about the idea of free and open as some of our founding principles, sort of free and open source coming from the idea of the open source community. Well, I have come to the opinion and the and the perspective that free and open was a way of looking at the world that was inherently limited relative to what we were trying to achieve. Free and open has the best of intentionality, but in the end, what free and open often ended up doing, particularly in the case of Wikipedia, was really capit recapitulating many of the same power structures and dynamics that exist offline prior to the advent of the Internet. And so what we ended up seeing was Wikipedia really rebuilt this idea of knowledge as a whole around what the Western canon. You see the exclusion of communities of languages because of the ways in which Wikipedia is based on reliable sources. The idea of a written tradition is something that is particular to many I mean, not, sorry, the idea of a written tradition, which is particular to some cultures and not to others. The ways in which we I'd ascribe notability often really comes from sort of this white male, westernized construct around who matters in societies and who is elevated in whose voices. And so some of these ideas of sort of this radical openness really did not end up with the intention really did not end up living into the intentionality of what openness can be.

LEAKED: NSA and CIA officials express their desire to have hermaphrodite babies in order to advance trans ideology. “An intersex birth would be a great opportunity to raise a kid as non-binary and let them choose later.” The people who run the surveillance state are insane. https://t.co/vW0Xi7UVOn

I’ve uncovered logs from the NSA’s secret chatroom where employees discuss various sexual topics, including surgeries and fetishes, during work hours. The chat system, Intelink, has been co-opted by gender activists to discuss kink and sex under the guise of diversity initiatives. Conversations include experiences with surgeries and treatments, as well as discussions on non-monogamy and unique pronouns like "it/its." This raises questions about the appropriateness of such discussions in a government setting. For more details, check out the full story.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

EXCLUSIVE: @GrossmanHannah and I have obtained logs from the NSA’s secret transgender sex chatroom, in which NSA, CIA, and DIA employees discuss genital castration, artificial vaginas, piss fetishes, sex polycules, and gangbangs—all on government time. This is insane. 🧵

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

The NSA maintains a chat system for the "intelligence community" called Intelink. The servers are supposed to be used for government work, but gender activists have hijacked at least two channels—LBTQA and IC_Pride_TWG—to discuss fetishes, kink, and sex, all legitimized as "DEI."

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

One popular chat topic was male-to-female transgender surgery, which involves surgically removing the penis and turning it into an artificial vagina. These male intelligence agents love the feeling of penetration and of peeing with their pseudo-vaginas.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

These trans employees discuss hair removal, estrogen treatments, and breast implants. "Getting my butthole zapped by a laser was . . . shocking," said one trans-identifying DIA official. "Medical science is gonna give me tits one way or another," said a Navy intel employee.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

One NSA official claims to use "it/its" pronouns, meaning that this person does not identify as a human, but rather, feels like a sexless, genderless thing. Other intel employees defend the usage of "it/itself" pronouns, claiming that not using them amounts to trans "erasure."

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Intel employees used the chatroom to discuss "ethical non-monogamy," or "polyamory." Many claimed to be part of sprawling sexual networks and have a rich slang vocabulary about their sex lives. "Some of our friends are practically poly-mers, with all the connected compounds."

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

The Department of Education funded this NGO, which argues that white children must "push through all of the white fantasy that is just part of what it means to grow up in a white supremacist society." They believe that white children are not "innocent." https://t.co/NOUbdhrygu

Video Transcript AI Summary
I have two white daughters, ages seven and nine. Raising them in a white supremacist society means I'm actively working to counter the "white fantasy" they're growing up in. Whites often have fantasies about their identity, feeling entitled and lacking a true understanding of history. White children are often seen as innocent, which follows them through life, while children of color are often adultified and not given the same nurturing. To counter this with my own children, it's important to name racism for what it is: a power dynamic between white people and people of color. White parents shouldn't be afraid to have these conversations.

Speaker 0: And I have two white children, two white daughters. They are seven and nine. And when I think about that question that you asked, what does it mean that's different? I think about how my I'm really trying to force my children to reside in reality. So, that means that they are going to really push through all of the white fantasy that is just part of what it means to grow up in a white supremacist society. As gets talked about quite a lot is that whites have a lot of fantasy about what it means to be white and how maybe they deserve everything that they've gotten. There's a lack of history. Their children are very innocent, and that innocence follows them throughout their lives through schooling and in every single institution, whereas, children of color are even in some cases, as Ferguson, studied, are adultified at very young ages, not even seen as children, as innocents that deserve loving correction or the same nurturing. And so when I think about how what how how to interrupt that with my own children, it comes up in many different ways. One of the different thing one of the things I think that white parents need to not be afraid to do, in which I know that they are, is to actually name racism as a power dynamic between white people and people of color.

The Department of Education funded this training program for teachers, which claims that babies develop racial biases as infants and begin "attributing negative traits to non-dominant (non-white) races" by age 5. They want you to believe that babies are racist. https://t.co/H05pMDVOoN

Video Transcript AI Summary
Here's what research suggests about the development of racial awareness: At three months old, babies prefer faces of the race they see most. By nine months, they struggle to distinguish facial features of other races if not frequently exposed to them. Around age two, children categorize people by race, noticing and absorbing power dynamics. By age three, biases develop, with positive traits often assigned to the dominant race. However, positive messaging can still be effective. By age five, children of all races often show social biases, mainly associating negative traits with non-white races, but they are also capable of acting against racial injustice.

Speaker 0: So this timeline provides an illustration of how racial awareness develops. According to research, three month olds show a preference for looking at faces that are similar to the race they see most often. At nine months, infants are unable to distinguish the facial features of racial groups other than their caregiver unless they frequently see images of racially diverse people. By the age of two, children are putting people into categories based on race, and they are observing and internalizing power dynamics. At age three, children develop biases and begin assigning meaning to race by attributing positive traits to the dominant race. However, children can still respond to positive messaging about their own and others' racial identities. By age five, children of of all races demonstrate social biases primarily by attributing negative traits to nonwhite races. At this age, children are capable of of acting against racial injustice. I just saw that President Trump has signed an executive order that rescinds Lyndon Johnson's EO 11246, which established affirmative action. This order bans federal contractors and publicly-funded universities from engaging in race-based discrimination, including DEI initiatives. This marks a significant change. A year ago, I shared a three-part agenda aimed at promoting colorblind equality in government, and now Trump has acted on two of those points. The next step is to eliminate the "disparate impact" standard across the government.

The nurse, Vanessa Sivadge, spoke out as an anonymous whistleblower and faced intimidation from the FBI. EXCLUSIVE: A nurse at Texas Children's Hospital claims that doctors in the hospital’s child sex-change program committed Medicaid fraud. "The largest children's hospital in the country is illegally billing Medicaid for transgender procedures." A massive scandal. 🧵

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Vanessa Sivadge is a registered nurse at Texas Children's Hospital who has worked extensively with the hospital's "transgender" patients. She taught a child how to inject sex-change hormones. Then she realized she was participating in "deeds of evil and darkness."

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Sivadge was the anonymous whistleblower who denounced TCH's child sex-change program in an interview with me last year. After that, she says, the FBI sent two agents to her home to intimidate and threaten her.

But there was more. She knew that Texas prohibits state Medicaid funds from being used on "gender-affirming care." And yet, she noticed that many patients in the child sex-change program were enrolled in state Medicaid—which, she believed, was a violation of the law.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

This is Dr. Richard Ogden Roberts. According to Sivadge, Roberts has managed a large number of pediatric sex-change patients. For example, he prescribed sex-change hormones to a biological female who identified as "non-binary" and whose records claimed that she was a "male." The patient was enrolled in the state Medicaid program.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

@mcuban - Mark Cuban

We obviously disagree on the definitions. But that isn't the issue at hand. Never in my professional career have I ever heard a CEO of a company of any size infer the following or anything close : " "Equity," on the other hand, treats all inequality as illegitimate and attempts to force group equalization, or "equality of outcomes," through redistribution of wealth and property. " Never. Not close. You are the researcher. Can you show me any interviews with CEOs of American companies where the CEO says anything close to this ? The reason I question this conclusion about DEI is that it's literally impossible for a CEO to even make this happen over a course of years If I wanted to do so in any of my companies I literally would not know how Which is why every CEO I have ever talked to about this refers to Equity as I do.

Harvard DEI administrator Shirley Greene is accused of plagiarizing over 40 passages in her PhD thesis, adding to the university's plagiarism crisis. The full plagiarism complaint reveals more damning evidence than previously reported by The Harvard Crimson. The complaint highlights instances where Greene copied verbatim from another dissertation without proper attribution. This includes lifting an entire table without crediting the original source. The complaint identifies numerous instances of infringement, ranging from minor to significant. Harvard's plagiarism policy is clear, stating that copying language word for word constitutes plagiarism. For the full story, visit City Journal.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

I've obtained documents alleging that Harvard DEI administrator Shirley Greene plagiarized more than 40 passages in her PhD thesis, making her the third black woman at Harvard to be accused of academic fraud. Harvard's plagiarism crisis is spinning out of control. 🧵

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Greene is a Title IX coordinator affiliated with the Office for Gender Equity. She has worked to advance "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," and hosted a panel on "The Past, Present, and Future of Juneteenth" with the DEI department. The Harvard Crimson previously downplayed the allegations against Greene, but I have obtained the full plagiarism complaint that paints a much more damning indictment of Greene’s scholarship than the student newspaper had let on.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

In the dissertation, Greene lifts multiple passages directly from Janelle Lee Woo’s 2004 dissertation, "Chinese American Female Identity." In one section, Greene copied words, phrases, and nearly entire paragraphs verbatim, without proper attribution or quotation.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

In addition, Greene lifted an entire table on "Racial/Ethnic Identity Development Models," a foundational concept in the paper, without proper attribution to Woo. This appears to be a flagrant violation of Harvard's plagiarism policy.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

In total, the complaint identifies dozens of such passages in Greene's dissertation, ranging from minor infringements to what appears to be outright theft of concepts and language.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Harvard's policy is quite clear: "If you copy language word for word from another source and use that language in your paper, you are plagiarizing verbatim."

I have obtained a trove of whistleblower documents from inside Google that reveal the company’s extensive racial-reeducation program, based on the core tenets of critical race theory—including "intersectionality," "white privilege," and "systemic racism."

In a module called "Allyship in Action," Google trained employees to deconstruct their racial and sexual identities, and then rank themselves on a hierarchy of "power [and] privilege," then “manage [their] reactions" through "cry[ing]" and "accessing [their] 'happy place.'"

In a video, guest lecturer Ibram Kendi claimed that all Americans, including children as young as 3 months old, are racist: "To be raised in the United States, is to be raised to be racist, and to be raised to be racist is to be raised to almost be addicted to racist ideas."

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Denial of racism is proof that a person is racist. "For me, the heartbeat of racism is denial and the sound of that denial is 'I'm not racist,'" Kendi told Google employees. "It's a critically important step for Americans to no longer be in denial about their own racism."

In another video, guest lecturer Nikole Hannah-Jones claimed that she created the 1619 Project to verify her "lifelong theory" that everything in the modern-day United States can be traced back to slavery: "If you name anything in America, I can relate it back to slavery."

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Jones claimed that "the first Africans being sold [in 1619] is more foundational to the American story" than "the Pilgrims landing at Plymouth Rock." "If you're white in this country," she said, "you are the beneficiary of a 350-year system of white supremacy."

A Google DEI Lead created an internal document called "Anti-racism resources," containing readings and racial-consciousness exercises. One graphic claims that "colorblindness," "Columbus Day," "weaponized whiteness," and "Make America Great Again" are "covert white supremacy."

Another graphic, titled "The White Supremacy Pyramid," advances the idea that conservative commentator Ben Shapiro is a foundation of "white supremacy" and that Donald Trump is moving society on a path toward "mass murder" and "genocide."

They were surprised to learn that while there are many LGBTQIA characters, there are only a few queer leads. This realization has prompted them and their colleagues to prioritize creating narratives where gay characters can simply exist without their stories solely revolving around their sexuality. Moving forward, the speaker vows to focus more on this issue and hopes that this moment will prevent any regression in progress.

And that was the thing that really got me because I have heard so much from so many of my colleagues over the course of the last couple weeks, in open forums and through emails and phone conversations. And, I feel a responsibility to speak, not just for myself, but for them, to all of us. We we had a we had an open forum last week at 20th where, again, the home of of really incredible groundbreaking LGBTQIA stories over the years where, one of our execs stood up and said, you know, we only have a handful of queer leads in our content. And I went, what? I that can't be true. And I and I and I realized, oh, it it actually is True. We have many, many, many LGBTQIA characters in our stories and and and yet we don't have enough leads, and narratives in which gay characters just just get to be characters, and and not have to be about gay stories. And so, that's been very eye opening for me. And I can tell you, it's something that I feel perhaps had this moment not happened, I as a leader and me as my colleagues would not have focused on. Speaker 0: Earlier this year, I reported a story exposing the child sex change program at Texas Children's Hospital. Doctors and administrators had promised to stop these procedures, but as I discovered through a whistleblower report, they continued to administer puberty blockers and cut up kids as young as 11 years old. The story started a firestorm in the media, and within 36 hours, Texas legislators voted to permanently ban child sex change procedures for minors. My source for the story was anonymous, but after publication, the federal government launched an investigation at the hospital and has threatened this individual with federal prosecution. So rather than run and hide, my source has decided to come forward to reveal his identity, to reveal his name, to reveal his face, to stand up for his whistle blowing, to stand against what's happening at Texas Children's Hospital and others. And so I'm grateful and proud to be joined by Doctor. Eitan Heim, a general surgeon who completed his residency at Texas children's. And so let's just begin. Tell us, who you are, tell us a bit about your background, and tell us how you got here as the whistleblower behind this explosive story. Speaker 1: Well my name is Eitan Heim, and even though it's spelled Ethan, it's pronounced Eitan. But, you know, I grew up in Central Florida. You know, I have a great family, still really close with them and really great upbringing. My dad is a doctor and I saw how much his profession meant to him, and how much he he cared for his patients and I was patients cared that he was taking care of them, so I always wanted that for myself. So that's the reason I went into medicine. So I went to undergraduate and then, medical school in Florida, and then I started my general surgery training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. And for me, you know, this was a huge deal because, you know, I really come from a procedures background and Baylor College of Medicine, the surgery program and there is one of the best in the country. We, you know, we train at some of the best hospitals. Bentov, which is one of the best trauma hospitals. St. Luke's which is amazing as well and then Texas Children's which is the biggest children's hospital in the world where you do some of the the best surgeries especially on some of the sickest children who need it the most. So during my time in residency, I met my wife Andrea. We got married. She's a great lawyer. She's a assistant US attorney in Dallas. So right now, I just finished my residency in June, and started my general surgery practice in a small town outside of Dallas. And it's been great so far. Speaker 0: Great. And so, help, help us paint a picture of what you saw, because you're excited to go to Baylor, you're excited to, to train with these great surgeons. But then at some point, you started seeing your colleagues doing some of these, you know, so called gender affirming care procedures. Take me back to that initial inkling of seeing something and, and having this intuition that something wrong was happening. Speaker 1: Yeah. I think it really goes back to early 2022 because during that time you had these that That was the first time you had these major academic medical centers like Massachusetts General and Vanderbilt get caught up in this huge controversy about their pediatric transgender programs. And once the details were were revealed to the public, it was like the first time that people saw these bubbly young doctors in videos talking about gender affirming mastectomies on kids which is shocking. And then in another video, you saw these same people bragging about how much money they were making. And I think it really started to wake people up to what was happening. So a little bit after that in March of 2022, the Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton had issued an opinion stating that This gender affirming care could be investigated as child abuse. So in response to that, Texas Children's Hospital, the largest children's hospital in the world had issued a statement publicly unequivocally stating they were going to shut down the transgender program. And for me this was a huge relief. I thought that maybe the tide's returning. But it was very soon after that I found out this was categorically untrue. It was only 3 days after They had released that statement that they had implanted a pre pre reading device into an 11 year old girl with gender dysphoria. And this wasn't just one off case over the next couple of months. This only accelerated. And I knew this to be true because I knew the people who were doing the procedures. I was doing surgery at the hospital. And people would tell me about how they were implanting these period blocking devices into 11, 12, 13 year old kids. They told me about how these kids had all these psychiatric issues that were going, unmanaged and just being attributed to this one thing. And, 7 months after they released that statement the head of the transgender program which according to the public did not exist. Was given the opportunity to speak at the hospital's most prestigious lecture series. It's called Grand Rounds. And in it he talked about how he was running this active transgender clinic, seeing patients who were very young and he talked about this algorithmic approach to how he was managing these people. You know with the social transition, puberty blockers for, Alice and kids, hormones and then surgery. And you almost can't believe that they would make this statement publicly and then within the hospital It's such a high priority, but according to the public, they don't even know what's happening. And it was even more peculiar when I realized that The program was even listed on the website, right. And that's important because even the departments of the hospital that treat these ultra rare diseases have a section on the website so that people can go and, schedule appointments and see the doctors but a transgender clinic. Didn't have an appointment, didn't have a page on their website. So it's obvious to anyone paying attention that the reason they were doing this, the reason they were hiding this program was because they knew it was controversial. They knew that the people of Texas wouldn't approve of it. And especially once you know the details of what was happening, right, in the clinics like what's actually happening. That every kid who walks into that clinic is being told that they have to adopt this identity that's based off hatred of their true self. And if they or their family express even the slightest bit of hesitation they're going to be threatened with their own suicide. And if these kids do go down that path, they're going to be turned into chronic medical patients. They're going to be permanently tied to the boundaries of a hospital in order to obtain these drugs or manage complications from surgery. And they're risking their ability to participate in one of the most meaningful human endeavors which is like the the ability to have a family and children. And instead of telling these kids that they're perfect the way they are, that growing up is hard and they can grow up to be something amazing. They're telling them to adopt this false identity that is based off their own self hatred. And they're doing it for their own self righteousness. And once I I knew that was happening it was It was something that I knew I had to do something about because if people knew I had the ability to make a change or speak up about it and they knew I stayed silent then, you know, I could never forgive myself and I don't think my future generations would too. Speaker 0: And tell me a bit about your colleagues. These are people who are highly educated, they're highly intelligent, they have credentials from the best medical schools in the world, including Harvard Medical School, one of your colleagues. And yet they're fanatically committed to this practice of medicine that for me as a as a layman, just, learning about this, looking at some of the medical literature, seems, kind of preposterously under supported. And in fact, many other countries, that are that are are kind of left liberal friends typically appeal to on social programs and other and other policies, are starting to back away from. But describe the mentality of the doctor who is, you know, cutting the arm open of an 11 year old girl, inserting a puberty locking device. Why is this person doing that specifically in your experience? Speaker 1: You know I think to answer that question you have to understand the environment in academic medical centers and how that changed over the past couple of years. Because if you understand that then I think you can answer that question. And in order to understand it you have to understand what happened with COVID because the changes that occurred are what allowed the transgender ideology to proliferate. And what allowed doctors to be able to do this to children on a large scale. And I believe it can be simplified to really 2 important things. First was this prioritization of ideology over evidence. And then second was the censorship of anyone who questioned that ideology with the presentation of evidence. And when I say ideology, the specific specific thing I'm talking about is this belief that truth is subjective. That it's independent of objective reality. So something is true because they say it's true not because they observe it in the world around them. And this is concerning when you see it in a college classroom, but it's much more concerning when it's a driving force behind medical recommendations. And this is what we saw during COVID. The the safety and effectiveness of The interventions they had recommended were not based off reliable, good quality data or or even basic logical reasoning. It was safe and effective because they said it was safe and effective. And when you have medical recommendations that are completely divorced from reality, You can guarantee they're not going to be only ineffective, but also likely very harmful, and that's exactly what we saw. And there's no better example than this than, you know, the high priest of COVID himself, Anthony Fauci, the self anointed embodiment of, you know, the science. And he's someone who I wouldn't let take care of my Goldfish, but somehow he became America's top doctor. And the only reason this was able to happen is because you had the censorship of anyone who questioned that ideology which is a second big change. And it wasn't only the withdrawal of these opinions, right, but it was the demonization of anyone who expressed that opinion who was challenging this ideology. And no place was this more prevalent and more aggressive and occur with a greater frequency than at academic medical centers. So When you consider these two changes as a driving forces behind COVID, you understand that the transgender ideology It's simply a continuation of that. And what they're doing is just taking it to a different level. Because they're claiming to be something to be true which is in the most obvious way untrue. And because you don't have voices within the medical community who are willing to stand up and challenge it you have these things go unopposed and you have these things proliferate. And before you know it, it becomes just a part of the medical standard. When you really take a close look at it, it should have never been in the 1st place. Because people can talk about all the data they want. But at the end of the day, you don't need a randomized controlled trial, you know to tell you not to drive your truck into a pothole. Right? When you look at the underlying idea behind what they're doing It should have never been done in the 1st place. Speaker 0: And what the the actual doctors, surgeons, medical administrators, they're, in my view, not simply mistaken. Not simply this is a, a, a, a, a, a, a kind of exciting innovative form of medicine we're gonna take it to the next level. We were deceived by the data and we've decided to now change tack. They have a an ideological commitment, maybe even something deeper. What do they get out of this? That's something that is always on the forefront of my mind. Speaker 1: I think what they get out of it is meaning. And I think meaning is so important because It's one of those things that every human strives towards, right? We want to find meaning in our lives because we want our lives to have meant something. As we've seen in the past few years, people want that without the work required to do anything meaningful. They want to be righteous without the difficulty of acting in a moral and virtuous way. They want to be able to speak up and and speak out for people who are, you know, you know, oppressed but they they don't want to put themselves in a position where they really have to challenge something powerful. So I think that when you have this abandonment of these traditional Western moral values. It's going to be filled by a void that can be taken up by anything. And in this case people are looking for something that will fill that void and the transgender ideology is what has failed it. But the most unfortunate thing is that the consequences of that is the future of these kids because the future that we had growing up, right, like all those great memories we had, you know, or your first girlfriend, you know, those those things that are fundamental to a normal upbringing are going to be manipulated to such a degree that you don't even know what the consequences are in the future. Speaker 0: Yeah. And then talk about some of these kids, not specifically, but in general as a class, I mean, in your opinion, in your experience and observation, they're coming in obviously struggling. These are kids that have, psychological issues, that have interpersonal issues, sexual identity issues. Talk about kind of what what what are some common themes of the kids that are coming in presenting with these symptoms and then tell me how this either achieves or fails to achieve the stated objectives of making them whole, making them integrated, making them functional. Speaker 1: I think the important thing When you consider any treatment for kids, any intervention that's going to permanently alter their physiology is There's a principle of limited understanding for kids. And it makes sense because kids don't have the life experiences to understand the consequences of their actions, which is why you try to put the right food on the table for dinner or make sure they hang out with the right friends. So when they're going through hard times, when they're struggling with this identity crisis, When they have depression, anxiety, all these issues, it's so important that the adults in their lives put them in the right position to be successful in the future to where they can live their lives and be happy. So you have this situation where you have these confused adolescent children who are going into these clinics who are simply looking for answers. And an answer is being provided for them. Only if they adopt this new identity, these take, if they take these medications and follow them down that path. So all that anger, all that angst, all that anxiety is now driven into this one identity. It's given as the answer to it. So they adopt it, right. It makes them feel good. It's like the, the, illusion of temporary effectiveness Because you're giving them this new community to be a part of. But it's not based off something that's true. Right. And that's the most important thing. And because it's not based off something that's true it can't be sustained for the future. And there's going to be a point where these kids wake up one day right after taking these medications for years after undergoing surgeries after adopting a new name and and you know abandoning the name that's been given to them by the 2 people who've loved them the most and they're gonna wake up and realize they've gone so far down the road and they're gonna they're gonna realize that They can't even recognize their self. I can't imagine how terrifying that would be. And they would think to themselves you know Who am I? Like what's been done to me? Like they look at their body like there's no going back. And The only conclusion is that the people who were supposed to protect them, the people who were supposed to love them, were the ones who had put them in that position. They were the ones who had fed them to the wolves. And we wonder why the rate of suicide is so high in these people. Speaker 0: That's right. And it's not just psychological which is hard enough. These are physiological changes and I'd like you to tell me a bit more about what that means because the the meme or the propaganda line that you hear from the trans activists is that puberty blockers are totally reversible. They're equivalent to taking a couple aspirin and then you stop and everything goes back to normal. But again, from a kind of civilian standpoint, anyone that is, you know, a drug that is blocking a child's puberty, is, I mean it has to be significant. Yeah. It can't be like drinking a cup of, of chamomile tea, and then the hormones in adolescence. Walk us through the physiological consequences and risks of the procedures that you saw happening at Texas Children's. Speaker 1: I think that's a really good point because that's that's one of the most common things you hear. Is that this thing is reversible. But, they often justify the use of puree blockers because they use it to treat other children a similar age with the same medications. But the one thing they failed to highlight is that these other children have identifiable diseases with measurable hormonal abnormalities. Speaker 0: You're talking about precocious Scooperty, right? Speaker 1: Yeah. Exactly. Yeah. So when you give them this medication, right, you take them from a state of disease, like overproduction of a hormone, to a state of health or one that more closely resembles their natural physiology. But when you have a kid without hormonal abnormalities and you give them these medications, By definition, you take them from a state of health, and then you put them into a state of disease. It would be like giving someone with normal blood pressure a bunch of medications that lower their blood pressure, right. But there's something more sinister going on when you think about giving these medications to these children during the time of puberty when they don't have a disease. It has to do with the hormone that's being blocked. So the hormone is it's called gonadotropin releasing hormone. It's referred to as GnRH. And it's released from this structure called your hypothalamus which is a small little almond sized structure one of the deepest parts of your brain. And your hypothalamus is referred to as your command center of your body because it controls all the other hormonal processes. So your sexual function, your reward system with dopamine, your fight or flight response. So although you have these other physiological systems to see, hear, and interact with the world around you. It's the processes that come from your hypothalamus that determines how you feel about the world around you. And put in another way this is, you know, your emotions, right? And But to talk about it in like cold physiological terms would be a mistake. Because it's not just some hormone factory that you could switch on or off without consequence. And the reason is the delicate balance produced from this structure The product of it is so much greater than the sum of its components. Like somehow these tiny little particles swimming through your bloodstream interact with each other to give rise to like being the the spectrum of of human emotions. And think about how important that is during puberty, right? When you're 11, 12, 13 years old. Like how you felt like after your 1st crush in middle school or listening to your favorite album for the first time. Or how you felt getting into your 1st flight after you saw your best friend get picked on. And these are all the things that are so important for growing up. And, you know, it's I don't think it's a coincidence when You look at the Greek derivation of the word hypothalamus because it translates to beneath the inner chamber. And I think if there was one place to protect the human emotional experience it would be here, right, beneath the inner chamber in the hypothalamus. So I think that's why it's so wrong to disrupt these pathways in these children's during such a critical moment when there's no hormonal disease present in the 1st place. Because to disrupt this process is to disrupt one of the most important things that makes us human. Speaker 0: So you're, kind of surgery resident, you see this happening, you hear that they're gonna stop these procedures, they immediately restart them and in fact expand them. You're seeing kids that are being subjected to ideological, psychological and physiological, regiments that are destructive to their health, to their sense of well-being, to their sense of self, that have no support from medical evidence. What do you do? And what leads you to then reach out to me to say, hey, something has gone horribly wrong here. I want to blow the whistle. Speaker 1: So after seeing the changes that happened the past few years in the medical profession I knew that if I didn't do something I didn't know what kind of world I would be delivering my future children into. That even if the risks were really high, which they were and they are, Something has to be done about it. Because if not now, then when? If I don't take a risk, then I'm just passing those conflicts on to my children future generations. So Once I made the decision to do it, I was going to do it because I knew it was wrong. I knew it was a professional obligation of mine because this misconduct was happening on a huge level. It was happening to the most innocent of patients, children. So after I knew these procedures had been happening it was only accelerating. It was a high priority in the hospital, but the public was being deceived about the existence of it. I knew I couldn't go to the hospital because they were they were, the ones who were responsible for it. So and I knew the people of Texas wouldn't stand for it either. I knew they didn't support this kind of thing. So I knew if it was public, there was a good chance something could be done about it. And if there was a chance that this could stop in Texas, then there were then a lot of kids could be protected. So I began reaching out to journalists and I actually couldn't believe how many how how much failure it was. I mean, I you know, people just ignore me for a really long time. Yeah. It was it was pretty remarkable. Wow. Because I thought it was a a pretty It's a big story. Yeah. Big yeah. Big story, right? I mean, yeah, it was. Speaker 0: And what what reasons did they give you for Speaker 1: You know, I don't know. I think they just they were like, Yeah. Who's this guy? Like Yeah. He's a he's a nobody. Trust. Yeah. Yeah. And So it was 5 months later. It took me 5 months dozens and dozens of emails, right, just trying to reach out to people. And it was just a bunch of failure. Yeah, it just kept on going though. And there was a really and I'm not just saying this for the sake of the story, but it's true, right? We were about to give up, but then I was like, all right, we'll just give it one last chance. And then I reached out to your team and then you guys had gotten back to me. And I thought the timing, I mean, just couldn't be more perfect because, you know, we kind of went through that vetting process. And then I remember you had told me about the vote the next week on SB 14, and it was kind of embarrassing because I didn't even know what SB 14 was. I didn't even know it was being voted on. And I guess, you know, for the sake of clarification SB 14 was a law in Texas that was going to ban Hormone based interventions for kids with general dysphoria. Yeah. So I mean, for you, I mean, what was that for you? Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0: For me, it's interesting. Of course, you get emails and and, and I've told my team is always assume that the person reaching out with a story is attempting to deceive you and ruin your reputation. Yeah. I mean that that's like the level of skepticism you have to come. And then big stories especially, controversy stories especially. We know for a fact, you know, from my own experience, I had been doing some of these stories on, kind of, transgender medicine, activism, you know, at hospitals in Chicago and elsewhere. And then the American Medical Association, the Children's Hospital Association, all of the major medical orgs, representing like $1,000,000,000 in annual muscle, sent a letter to the attorney general saying reporters who are investigating transgender medicine are subjecting people to danger. You need to investigate them and force social media companies to silence them. Then it's kind of realizing, all right, this is big because you not only have, exposing these procedures at a major children's hospital the largest children's hospital in the world. But what made it especially big were 2 other factors. One, that the hospital was lying about it. They were denying that they were doing it. They said, we shut this down and they didn't do anything of the sort. Speaker 1: And it was a high priority in the hospital then. Exactly. You were speaking at the most prestigious Grand Round lectures. Exactly. Speaker 0: And so we had those lecture videos and, And then also the fact that it was being subjected to political debate. And so I knew the legislators whom I had spoken with and, and then of course, we timed the publication of the story within, you know, 24, 36 hours before they were gonna go to vote. And and what happened in that, intervening period is that legislators not only voted to ban it, but I know for a fact through some of my other contacts, that when we published the the interview with you, the story featuring your your whistleblower documents, those documents were going by hand to every legislator's office in the state capitol, and even some Democrats came on board to say, hey wait a minute, were cutting up kids because of gender it's like, I mean, look, kind of middle of the road Texas Democrats were shocked when they saw it was happening, and I think they were also deeply offended that the children's hospital receives a lot of money from the state and from the federal government, was lying. That that strikes me as something unconscionable. And so, you know, you know, from my point of view, you know, this is a big story. But from your point of view, too, watching it silently, anonymously, kind of secretly, tell me what happened, and then tell me also what happened. Presumably, you go back into the hospital and people are talking about it. And they don't know that it's you to kind of tell me through to talk me through your emotions and your experience. Speaker 1: You know the it was odd because when it first happened it's like these 2 different worlds that exist because you see the story just blowing up and you see all these people you listen to and admire who are sharing this story and expressing shock about it. It's surreal. And but then in the hospital, although it might be hard to believe most people didn't even know it happened. Yeah. Wow. Yeah. Really most people didn't even know. No one really talked about it because it's if you're in that environment kind of makes sense because when you're a surgical resident, especially on a busy service, you're you're just you're swamped with consults, with surgery and all that. So oftentimes what happens in the outside world stays in the outside world, and you focus so much on just taking care of your patients. Speaker 0: But your colleagues that were doing these procedures, what were they like when you saw them in the halls or in the in the meeting rooms afterwards? Because those folks absolutely did hear about it, right? Speaker 1: No. Most of them didn't. No, really. Which is great. No, no, really. Yeah. But most of those people didn't even agree with what they were doing. Speaker 0: You think so? I know so. I know so. Explain that. What makes you think that or what conversations did you have? Speaker 1: You know, I think that When even if you have people who don't agree with procedure it's an odd thing because they'll do it anyway, and I think they just don't think too much about it. Speaker 0: And It's on the schedule. That's what we got to do. And they Speaker 1: just Yeah. They just do it. And I think that's one of the problems with medicine surgery for the past couple of years because there's consequences to these things. It's so important for doctors to tell the truth and to adhere to the principles that guide our profession. Because there's a saying in surgery and it goes that, you know, Bad doctors make for dirty wounds. Whenever you're taking care of someone you have to confront reality head on. You have to speak the truth even if it's some nasty dirty disgusting wound. You have to go in there you have to clean it out. And that's the only way to make sure that wound heals. And for us it's like The only way to make sure that we can preserve our profession is by confining these problems. And I think a lot of people just don't want to confront the reality of what it really means because it's been so normalized. People don't want to think about what's really happening. Speaker 0: And I've noticed too that, one of the great disappointments that that has kind of beset, you know, me personally in the last few years, you know, reporting on these issues. Doctors had basically remained silent. I mean, I don't think you need an MD from, you know, Vanderbilt to say, Hey, wait a minute. This seems completely crazy what we're doing. You're seeing evidence now mounting that it has negative consequences. You're seeing lawsuits getting filed. And I've asked a number of doctors and I want to ask you the same question. Why on earth are there not more, presumably even politically aligned doctors, conservative doctors. Why aren't they speaking out about this? Why is it up to journalists send podcasters and others, who who are who are on the outside to to to raise the alarm about this. Speaker 1: You know, it's such an important point because The most important people that need to speak out are average doctors, people like me. That's right, right. People who are in the community. And I think it has to do with the changes that we've seen in the medical community over the past couple of years with censorship and the risk of demonization that anyone who speaks out. The the risk to the person is directly proportional to the power they hold. Because the people who are pushing this know that the ones in power, like people who run these academic centers, if they were to say something, if they were do something. If they were to start asking questions, they could really make a meaningful change, right? So the people in these positions know that they will lose a lot. That the risk is not only theoretical, but they're real if they do speak out. Speaker 0: So if you would have if you, you know, you came to me anonymously, but if you were to speak up at the grand rounds, if you were to write a letter to the hospital's general counsel, if you were to write an op ed in the newspaper saying, you know, I'm a surgical resident Baylor, I'm deeply concerned about this. What would be the professional consequences that you would have feared or another person in that situation would have feared? Speaker 1: I think the most obvious thing would be you would be fired. Speaker 0: They would fire you just out of hand. I would think so. Speaker 1: I would think so. Yeah. Would it go Speaker 0: after your medical license? I mean how far are these folks slow Speaker 1: it go. Yeah, I mean I think that would be a possibility but you never know. And it's these these really severe professional consequences. But I think that When doctors are thinking about this risk benefit analysis, when you know, maybe they're thinking about expressing this opinion, Oftentimes they only think about the constants consequences to their career or like their income, right? Like they think, well, I have to say something because I have to preserve my income. I have kids in college. I have a mortgage or whatever. Speaker 0: You spend $500 to get through medical school? Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Speaker 1: You spend all these years going to college. But I I really think that it's an improper risk benefit analysis because It may seem like it's far down the road or theoretical but it's not because these things are happening now. If people don't speak out now There's going to be no profession for our kids to go into. Like if I have children, if like for your kids, how excited would you be if they were doctors, right? If they became a surgeon because It's such an amazing profession. But just imagine if they had to go to medical school or residency or become a surgeon. In order to do that, they had to bend the knee to this to this perverse, to this evil ideology. That if you were operating on someone in 1 room who has this real disease, In another room you have these kids who are undergoing these procedures that are not only completely meaningless but putting them on to a road That is going to turn them into a chronic medical patient. Like, we have to understand that if there's any time for the average doctor to speak out, it's now. Because there's gonna be no profession to pass on to your children if we don't try to preserve it at this point in time. Speaker 0: And so I think it's changing. I've seen through some of the groups that have organized more and more doctor kind of more and more people within the medical profession starting to question, starting to provide rebuttals, starting to undermine a bit of the kind of pseudo consensus that has arisen around trans medicine. And yet the institutions are more captured than ever. I mean the institutions are fanatically obsessed with this. For them it is a red line. They're willing to sacrifice their credibility, willing to sacrifice their professional integrity, and it seems like with so many other institutions, we have this slow moving collapse because of the ideology. I did another, another kind small story of, I think it was University of Minnesota Medical School. They were doing the white lab, white coat ceremony. Yeah. Yeah. And they were repeating as in a mantra. We're going to decolonize medicine. We're going to make sure that race is factored into every decision. We're going to, you know dismantle white hetero heteropatriarchal ways of knowing we're going to have indigenous solutions. And it's like, I'm sorry, I don't want indigenous medical solutions. I don't want to have a witchcraft ceremony or voodoo medicine or a witch doctor. I've seen those things in my travels and my work as a documentary filmmaker. They're beautiful cultural, performances, but they're not going to cure your cancer. Or they're not going to, you know, provide a kind of sterile medical environment to to heal a surface wound, whatever it might be. But you have very smart people that are bought into this. And, that's got to be dispiriting to see your colleagues, even the smartest ones, fall for this kind of ideology. Speaker 1: And it is because the people I worked with are some of the Best surgeons in the world. And Texas Children's is an amazing hospital. You have people who are doing the best surgeries, the biggest surgeries on the sickest kids. The average person who works there has such a big heart. It's hard to even imagine what these people have to to deal with on a daily basis. And it's yeah, it's these small portions, small minorities within these organizations that have been captured by this ideology, but it's starting to spread and the results of it are preventing everyone else from speaking out. And I think the challenge is that when you have people who have committed to this idea, write that you can change a boy to a girl just through the force of their words and the power of their will. That you could change all their chromosomes from one to the other. And everyone has to accept it, but you also have to give them medications and surgery, and you have to put them down this path. You commit so heavily to it that once you question it, you have to come to the conclusion because that's the only conclusion you could come to that you had contributed to a system that had destroyed the lives of these innocent children. So Any questioning of it is opening up that opportunity. It's like whenever you shine a light onto it, It starts revealing this picture that's so horrific that these people will never look at it. They'll do anything to prevent themselves from ever seeing the truth. And that's why you have these people who are so antagonistic towards any type of debate, towards any questioning because they have to go down with the ship. Because to acknowledge the consequences of their actions. It's such a severe, such a severe endeavor that I don't think they'll be able to do it. Speaker 0: So we have your observation accelerating around 2022. You have the controversy. You leak, rather you whistle blow to me information, that to show what was happening. Legislation gets passed within, I think, 36 hours, abolishing these procedures for minors. They have to wind down treatments, and then either go out of state, but can no longer happen in the state of Texas. That's a big win. I know we talked afterwards. You know, celebrated because we're both had desired to see that outcome and, I think contributed to it. You know, you can kind of, you know, put your hat back on and walk into the distance, but then something happens. Then, the stakes raise for you. Tell me what happens next. Speaker 1: Yeah, so the story came out May 16, 2023. And I was graduating from my surgical residency about a month and a half later. The ceremony was supposed to be June 23rd. So yeah not too long after. And you know for those who are unfamiliar with your the graduation from surgical training it's like one of the most important days of your life. Right? I mean It's big. You spent so many years preparing for it. Speaker 0: Now you could be a real doctor. Yeah. Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, you know, you are a real doctor in residence. I know it's true. Yeah. But, yeah, it's you're about to go on your own and Speaker 0: The training wheels are off. Exactly. Speaker 1: Yeah. And you you sacrifice so much during your training. You miss so many birthdays, so many weddings. You lose count of these critical life moments that you'll never be able to get back. But the sacrifice is worth it because you now have this responsibility as a surgeon. You could do so much good for so many people. And that's such a meaningful thing to me. So the day you graduate It's this monumental moment. So the day I was graduating was June 23rd was a Friday morning, and I was in my apartment. My family was in town. I was getting ready for the ceremony later that night. Speaker 0: This is the night before? Speaker 1: No. This is the the day of the graduation. Speaker 0: The day of. Yeah. Speaker 1: The day of. Yeah, this is around like 11 a. M. I think and, all of a sudden, you know, I get an aggressive unexpected knock on the door. You know, I shuffle over I'm wearing some stupid t shirt and some like shorts I had from college. I know who it was and I open it And standing outside are 2 federal agents. They say there was Health and Human Services and that they're investigating a investigating a case regarding medical records and they show me their badges. And it's one of those moments where where time just stops. And and You know, looking back on it, it's like Yuri about political tyranny in other countries. I read about it my whole life growing up. But I knew at that moment it It showed up to my doorstep. And they knew I was graduating later that day. They knew my family was in town. They knew how important that day was to me. But that was the point. This was their form of intimidation. They wanted me to cower in fear. They they wanted to catch me, you know, completely surprised. They wanted me to be be in in in a state of fear. But as they're soon coming to find out they have severely miscalculated. Because you know at that moment, right? You're on you're not thinking about that. You just have to freak out, right? You just you know Speaker 0: what to do. Speaker 1: So invite these people in and we sit down and we started talking and then luckily my wife comes out she's an attorney and She had pulled me aside and she said, Yeah, you know, probably not the best idea. We probably Speaker 0: You might want to not say anything. Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. So Yeah. We politely tell them and then and then they leave and then but they hand me a target letter saying I was a potential target of an investigation. So it was a it was again it was one of those moments that you just can't believe you ever be in a position especially in this country. And that day we decided to fight that we would never beg for forgiveness or leniency for something for for when what I had done was the right thing to do, when it was my professional responsibility, When the misconduct we had exposed was voted to become legal within 24 hours, when the hospital was lying to the public and what these people are doing to these kids is putting them on the road that's going to turn them into chronic medical patients. That I will never ever bow down or bend the knee to people who want to make that make exposing the truth of that into a crime. So ever since then, you know, our life had had changed in a way that we would have never imagined. Speaker 0: And so we had We go to your graduation, right? Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, well, oddly enough, so Speaker 0: You're like, am I gonna get, Speaker 1: you know, are Speaker 0: there gonna be agents lined up at the at the ceremony? Speaker 1: No. That's that's kind of what we thought. So Once we decided to fight and and we were like we're not going to we're not going to let these people intimidate us. That's right. We're not going to beg for forgiveness. So we're like, all right, well what we do? We just gotta go to graduation. So we went out, we bought a couple bottles of champagne. We hung out on our patio, we drank all the champagne, we listened to like this Vietnam War music that would really pump you up like you know creating the Clearwater and Jimi Hendrix and and, then we went to the graduation and we had a great time. And, it was it was fun. And my wife completely broke down during the ceremony when, one of my attendings was speak about me. People thought it's because, she was she was moved by the speech, but it was really because these federal agents had come to our department a little bit earlier. So that was that was quite an experience and then but from there you know I really say that you had, stepped up to the plate, you know, because, when we called you and we told you, you know, you had put us in touch with Marcella Burke who's who's quite a personality, who's representing us now. So what was that like? Speaker 0: She's an attorney she's a kind of a former government attorney Speaker 1: Yeah well so so Marcela Burke, I mean, I can't believe that someone like her was introduced to us at this time where it was so important. Because she she was in Bigelaw, she was a partner, had this huge salary, this amazing opportunity. But she left it because she didn't want to put pronouns in her bio. And she led this exodus of other big law attorneys to start her own firm in order to take cases like this. And it just so happened that she had started her firm a couple months before. And because she's such a fighter, because she has such a strong foundation in the principles she believes in that she was able to somehow be in the circle that you were in. Speaker 0: That's right. Speaker 1: So I mean, you know, I've always wondered what was it for you when Well, I called you that day because it must have been pretty wild. Speaker 0: Well, you know, we talked before the story went out and said, hey, this is a big deal, this is gonna be controversial, people are be very, you know, want to come after, you know, the person. They're going to do an internal investigation at the hospital, we can presume. And, you know, laying out the risks of of you know, obviously protect your anonymity, until you want to come forward. But I think you knew the risks and you're very conscious of it. You had spoken with your wife who's an attorney who also knows the risks and so I think, you know, what I saw is that you were ready, obviously hoping that it didn't come to it, but ready. And then when you called that day, they were thinking, all right, okay, here it is. Like, you know, where where are we? What resources can we mobilize? I called some folks in very high levels of Texas politics. Called, you know, my my lawyers to kind of get a sense of, hey, who's who's around? And, from a couple different points, few people said, hey, you gotta get connected with with Burke. Because Marcela, she knows not only the law, she's not only very aggressive, but she also knows the politics behind these issues. She can get your her clients protected from multiple avenues. And so, you know, I remember talking to her and then putting everyone in touch as kind of carefully as possible and then thinking, all right, well, this is the right person and then we'll see how it goes and then I think after that it kind of disappeared for a while if I remember correctly. Things kind of vanished and that's been my experience with some of these, you know, some of these kind of cases where they'll they'll they'll they'll ramp up, they'll start to threaten and then they'll disappear and so I remember there was a lull and then things kind of escalated from there. Then you get a letter from the the kind of state attorney or you get a call or, you know, remind me what happens after that. Speaker 1: So I wouldn't want to really go too much into details of the specifics of the conversations or anything, but In general, what happens? Yes. The the letter we get was just from the one these agents had given me, but, You know, we weren't quite sure what was going to happen, and over the next few months it became clear to us we had reason to believe that this investigation was not being pursued in order to to pursue blind justice, right. It was being pursued for ideological and political reasons, which is obvious. Yeah. Because what these people have suggested is that heavy criminal charges are going to be brought for something that even on the most the the the loosest sense of the term would be a minor technicality and even that would be a very terrible a very terrible circumstance. Especially because what we exposed was both become illegal and and they were lying to the public, right? Speaker 0: But also all the information there was no person identifying information. I mean anytime a doctor does a report or does an academic paper. You're citing anonymized data. This is standard practice. And even Freud would just change the names in his work and and and to you know, you know, patient A was doing it. It's like, This is so uncontroversial. The lawyers that I talked to said, It's not even close. Only because it's about trans. Are we seeing any action at all? And we're seeing a hysterical legal threats because the Biden administration, the medical associations and the trans activists have taken power at that administrative level and the only way their ideology survives is if they destroy anyone who questions it. And that's the that's the impression that I got as as as you've continued to kind of dance with these folks. In general without, you know, without making your lawyer upset, you know. Tell us then, summarize then what happens after these goons show up to your house and then and then and then after after that. Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. It the assumption must have been that the goal was to just put this person in a position where he's so scared that he's just going to roll over because that's what they want to do. The they want to prevent other whistleblowers in other hospitals from speaking out because people are starting to wake up to what's happening. So you have more doctors who are going to be willing to do this. And we know these agencies have a vested interest in because of the Health and Human Services, Department's public expression of support for the transgender ideology. Right. I mean you just look at their public fees and and it's just littered with support for this kind of thing. So of course anyone, any doctor who speaks out and exposes misconduct happening at hospitals They're going to go after in the most severe way possible. But there has to be a situation where Doctors like me are able to speak out, are able to simply tell the truth, and have a way to fight back. Because for us there was no way for me to fight back. I had to we had to develop a strategy a group of people who are willing to fight alongside of us because we knew we couldn't do it alone. Like we had resources like savings for like 2 months and then we're completely done. There's no way we can do it after that. So we knew we needed people and That's one thing I I realized and which I want to communicate with really to to all those doctors out there who might be listening to this who who might consider the same thing is that once you cross to the other side like you think it's just your life is going to be destroyed and everything but you come to the conclusion that there are so many people out there who are willing to stand alongside of you and sacrifice something meaningful for a cause worth fighting for. And they will support you in any way possible whether it's through connections through, you know, legal defense or anything else. But the other important thing was that we knew we need people to help us out, but we also knew we need a strategy Because we can defend my case, right, because it's obviously these people are pursuing me for political and ideological reasons. They want to prevent other whistleblowers from speaking out. But the defense is meaningless. Without offensive action against people who potentially have abused their authority. That has to be a critical component because There's no way to make this not happen in the future. In order to prevent from happening we have to make sure we hold those accountable which is exactly what we're going to do. Speaker 0: And tell me to the extent that you're are able about that strategy. I mean first off, you are revealing your name, you're revealing your identity, you're going public. From a pure legal standpoint, that's probably create its own challenge. Tell me why you've decided to come forward. Why you've decided to raise this issue publicly and how that fits into the broader strategy. Speaker 1: So my decision to come forward is because once we know that This investigation is being pursued for ideological and political reasons. It becomes unpredictable. Speaker 0: And it's now at the US Attorney's Office. So things are getting more serious. It's not just a bureaucrat. Speaker 1: I refuse to sit by and let the narrative be created by other people. Because we know we're going to be buried by an avalanche of propaganda and people need to hear the truth. People need to hear what happens. Because if people do they're going to see what's happening in the systems that are meant to pursue justice in this country. And there's so many other examples where you see authority in this country being weaponized to target innocent Americans who simply speak the truth. And there has to be a point where average people are unwilling to just kneel and take it. And for me, I refuse. There will be no situation Where I will let these people dictate the the parameters of this story without me telling the truth. Because we know we're not going to get it from them. Speaker 0: And as you're you've made the decision to come forward I mean what I've what I've seen what I've serve as an outsider, is that you have a very partisan, very ideological, left wing assistant US attorney, who is pursuing this case beyond the the the bounds of the law I mean from from from you know you were very careful on how you cited to be a whistleblower to protect yourself, to protect the hospital, to protect all patients. And yet this is not going away. I've seen a dance between the U. S. Attorney's office and between your attorneys, and it seems like from my point of view, you're saying, enough. Come at me or don't come at me, but we're gonna force a decision. I think it's a bold move to come public because you're basically throwing down and saying, I'm ready. I'm confident. I'm gonna I'm gonna publicly come out to persuade people to what's happening is truly wrong, and you're staking your reputation on it. What do you foresee happening now that you're going public? Speaker 1: I think I can't really predict what might happen because, you know, it's beyond our hands. I think the answer to that question has probably already been made and at some point we're going to find out whether we want to or not. But I wouldn't really want to comment too much on the communications between us in the office, but I think, yeah, it It's a bold move. I think that you know it's it's one of those things where you people probably listening to this probably think man that's insane. That's probably crazy. Why would he do that? But I think it's kind of clear when you think about the reality of it, right? We're just telling the truth. That's it. Why should someone be prosecuted for telling the truth? If the justice system increasingly protects criminals from the innocent and just goes after people who say true things and who expose what's happening. Then what kind of world are we delivering our children into? So it may seem like like a bold thing to do for most people. But when you think about what's at stake, This is not bold at all. It's what we have to do. It's what I have to do. Speaker 0: And so it's a test in some sense for, the question, are our institutions functioning? Are they committed to truth and justice and equal treatment? Or has this ideology deranged them to such an extent that they can no longer function for their purpose. And It sounds like you're actually an optimist though. You would not be putting your neck out there. You would not be taking this risk if you didn't believe, at least in a certain regard, that the truth will win, that justice will prevail. Speaker 1: I think I'm an optimist in the sense that I believe in the power of the truth that the best way to live your life is just to say true things and to live in a true way. I don't believe that by us telling a story or by exposing what's true, it would change people who have already been corrupted. I think what we have to do is wake those people up who have been asleep to allow them to see what their country has turned into. That you have people who simply told the truth, who are being investigated by the most powerful federal government in the history of the world in the of the world. And at some point, it's our responsibility to fight against it. Because if we don't do it now, it's it's going to be too late. So I believe in the power of the truth to mobilize good people to action. Because it was other people who demonstrated encourage in the past whether it be recently or in previous generations. That gave me the the strength to know that this was the right thing to do. And that no matter what the consequences are, really no matter what any of the consequences are, that will will never bend the knee to to their ideology or their narrative. Never. Speaker 0: And what do you fear is at stake? Is your, you know, your finances, your license, your liberty? I mean do you worry about getting, you know, thrown in jail? What what what what in your darkest moments when you're when that when the fear creeps in what do you fear? Speaker 1: Well, I think that you know, the finances well, that's already passed on. I mean, you know, we already know that's we don't have anything left, you know. All, you know, a bunch of money we had saved is is is gone. Evaporated. Yeah. So that's one thing. And then the job possible. Very likely. That's a risk. That's a risk I'm willing to take. But again, like I mentioned before, if I don't do it now, what professions they're gonna be for my children. But any risk of of legal risks. It's worth it. What we did to get this clinic shut down protected countless children. And that's true. And if that's something I have to sacrifice for, then so be it. I believe that at least in this country there's enough good people to know that the the right thing won't prevail. So. Speaker 0: Yeah, I mean, I agree and I certainly hope that that is true. And how can people who hear your story, and want to support what you're doing and recognize the the the risk that you're putting yourself in. How can they help? How can they support this this effort? And really this David versus Goliath effort. I mean you're going up against the federal government on an issue where they are totally committed. Speaker 1: What can people do to help? So people can donate to the fundraiser that we've set up and it's gonna go a long way to really push this whole thing forward. Make sure that people are held accountable and that these whistleblowers can speak out and be able to do the right thing without, you know, consequences that will destroy their whole lives. So Speaker 0: Great. And, I know I'll be supporting the fundraiser the minute it launches. That'll be happening right now. I'd encourage everyone else, to chip in what you can, because look, this is, this is a test case. It's a test case not just for your own safety, which, which is important, not only for your own reputation, which I hope you're able to vigorously defend against these attacks, but also is gonna set a new standard because if if you win, we can all win, and those kids that are now not getting, you know, cut up at Texas Children's Hospital. That's done. We can expand that effort to other places and really put a price on this so they were not going to be intimidated anymore. And so, in my experience, with a lot of these threats, with a lot of these actions, with a lot of this positioning, is that if you come out strong as you're doing, if you come out publicly, if you stand behind what you're doing and you make available all the evidence, It's still even in this environment where it's highly partisan, highly ideological, I think it will still prevail. And so, for me this is an essential test case. I hope that everyone can help Chipman. Speaker 1: Yeah. And I think that really in terms of support it. Kind of like what you said, the most important thing is for people to give up that fear. Yeah. That if there's any way to support it, it would be that. Speaker 0: Good. All right. Well, we will, we'll follow-up. If anyone wants to leave comments, great. If anyone wants to leave support, if anyone has any other ideas, get in touch and is there anyone else any way any other way that people can reach you? No really, Speaker 1: you know, helping us out with the fundraiser is going to be the most important thing. Speaker 0: Okay. Good deal. Alright, well good luck.

These actions are clear breaches of Harvard's plagiarism policy, which could result in disciplinary action.

EXCLUSIVE: @RealChrisBrunet and I have obtained documentation demonstrating that Harvard President Claudine Gay plagiarized multiple sections of her Ph.D. thesis, violating Harvard's policies on academic integrity. This is a bombshell. 🧵

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

First, Gay lifts an entire paragraph nearly verbatim from a paper by Lawrence Bobo and Franklin Gilliam’s, while passing it off as her own paraphrase and language. This is a direct violation of Harvard's policy: "When you paraphrase, your task is to distill the source’s ideas in your own words. It’s not enough to change a few words here and there and leave the rest; instead, you must completely restate the ideas in the passage in your own words. If your own language is too close to the original, then you are plagiarizing, even if you do provide a citation."

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Gay repeats this violation of Harvard's policy throughout the document, again using work from Bobo and Gilliam, as well as passages from Richard Shingles, Susan Howell, and Deborah Fagan, which she reproduces nearly verbatim, without quotation marks. https://t.co/K75YPeZwky

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Second, Gay appears to lift material from scholar Carol Swain. In one passage, summarizing the distinction between "descriptive representation" and "substantive representation," she copies the phrasing and language nearly verbatim from Swain’s book 'Black Faces, Black Interests,' without providing a citation of any kind. Gay's use of Swain's material is a straightforward violation of the university's rules, which state that one "must give credit to the author of the source material, either by placing the source material in quotation marks and providing a clear citation, or by paraphrasing the source material and providing a clear citation"—neither of which Gay followed.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Later in the paper, Gay also uses identical language to Swain, without adding quotation marks, as required. "Since the 1950s the reelection rate for House members has rarely dipped below 90 percent," reads Swain’s book, which is the same, excepting an added comma, to the language in Gay’s dissertation: "Since the 1950s, the reelection rate for incumbent House members has rarely dipped below 90%." According to Harvard’s rules, this would be a violation of the policy on "inadequate paraphrase," which requires that verbatim language be placed in quotations.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Third, Gay composes an entire appendix in the dissertation directly taken from Gary King's book, 'A Solution to the Ecological Inference Problem.' While she cites King's book—in fact, King was her dissertation advisor—Gay does not explicitly acknowledge that Appendix B is entirely grounded in King's concepts, instead passing it off as her own original work. Throughout the appendix, Gay takes entire phrases and sentences directly from King's book, without any citations or quotation marks. In total, Gay borrows material from King in at least half a dozen paragraphs—all in violation of Harvard’s standard on academic integrity.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

These are flagrant violations of Harvard's plagiarism policy, which states that students who commit plagiarism will suffer "disciplinary action, up to and including requirement to withdraw from the College." The same standard should apply to the university president. https://t.co/NldCWoVBW2

Richard Nixon fought the chaos of the New Left and won a 49-state landslide. He dismantled the Black Panthers and the Weather Underground. And he saw the threat of the permanent bureaucracy. As I explain in a new film, Richard Nixon, despite his flaws, has much to teach us:

Speaker 0: America is trapped in the loop of 1968. The politics of that fateful year have set the patterns of our national life ever since. During the George Floyd riots of 2020, the politics of 1968 reemerged with a vengeance. The Black Panther Party reappeared as the Black Lives Matter movement. The ideology of the weather underground became the ideology of our prestige institutions and the old Marxist Leninist guerrillas traded in their bandoliers and became diversity and inclusion managers in the Fortune 100. The cultural revolution that began a half century ago is now reflected in a deadening sequence of acronyms, CRT, DEI, ESG that have increasingly become our new official morality. Many conservatives have made an Uneasy peace with this transvaluation of values even as the culture around them in many places has collapsed, But this attitude will no longer suffice. It's time to break the loop of 1968. It's time for counter revolution And there is 1 man reviled in his time who can serve as our guide, the 37th president of the United States, Richard Milhouse Nixon. The year 1968 was a cataclysm, rioting, looting, arson, murder. The new Left's coalition of the white intelligentsia and the black underclass had taken to the streets promising to overthrow the government and establish a Marxist Leninist state. In his presidential nomination speech that year, Richard Nixon set the stakes and appealed to the revolution of 17/76 as the antidote to the chaos of 1968. Speaker 1: My friends, we live in an age of revolution in America and in the world And to find the answers to our problems, let us turn to a revolution, a revolution that will never go old. The world's greatest continuing revolution, the American Revolution. Speaker 0: Nixon called on the silent majority, The forgotten Americans, the non shouters, the non demonstrators to rally behind his counter revolution and he promised to be their champion against the bureaucracy, against the chaos, against the corruption. Over the next 4 years, this coalition would grow from a narrow victory in 1968 to a 49 state landslide in 1972, the greatest political triumph of the post war era. Nixon had mobilized the middle class into a political force and he had a vision for reversing an era of decline much like our own. The first element of Nixon's counterrevolution was the campaign to reestablish law and order. As a candidate, Nixon pledged strength against the forces of crime and violence. His campaign advertisements played to the anxieties of the age. Speaker 2: It is time for an honest look The problem of order in the United States. Dissent is a necessary ingredient of change. But in a system of government that provides for peaceful change, there is no cause that justifies resort to violence. Speaker 0: As president Nixon delivered, He instructed his FBI Director J Edgar Hoover to launch a sophisticated campaign to infiltrate disrupt and dismantle the radical organizations that threatened violent revolution against the state including the Black Panther Party, the Black Liberation Army, the Weather Underground and the Communist Party USA. Although some of Hoover's actions went beyond the rule of law, by the end of Nixon's first term, The administration had successfully dismantled most of the subversive organizations and many of their leaders were on the run, in prison or in the ground. As the Neo Marxist philosopher Herbert Marcuse wrote in 1972, The Nixon administration has strengthened the counter revolutionary organization of society in all directions. The Black Panther Party has been systematically chased down before it disintegrated in internal conflicts. A vast army of undercover agents is spread over the entire country and through all branches of society. The revolution it seemed was finished. For Nixon, however, law and order was only the beginning. By the end of his 1st term, frustrated by the permanent administration in Washington, Nixon had conceived of his most important task, leading a counter revolution against the state bureaucracy. Speaker 1: The idea that a bureaucratic elite in Washington knows best what is best The people everywhere and that you cannot trust local governments is really a contention that you cannot trust people To govern themselves. This notion is completely foreign to the American American experience. Speaker 0: To combat this, Nixon proposed a new American revolution in which the government would be put back into check and power would be returned to the people. As The New York Times noted, Nixon wanted to advance an ideological grand design that would reverse the progression of the new deal and the great society, abolishing the federal programs that threaten to impose the elite consensus on the common citizen. His famous enemies list was a crude proxy for the type of men who wanted to use the power of the state to reengineer society in their image. As Nixon told Henry Kissinger in the Oval Office. Speaker 3: The press is the end. The is the end. The professors are the end. Right? That's the black or a one hundred pound. Never forget. Speaker 0: And in a certain sense, Nixon was right. He realized that in order to have a chance at restoring the principle of self government, conservatives needed to overthrow the establishment and tamed the bureaucracy that desired to manage society from above and he had formulated a plan for achieving this, his new American revolution, breaking up the federal bureaucracy, defunding left wing ideological programs, and sending taxpayer dollars and decision making power back to the states. As Nixon wrote in his diary just after his reelection, this is going to be quite a shock to the establishment, but it is the only way and probably the last time that we can get government under control before it gets So big that it's emerges the individual completely and destroys the dynamism which makes the American system what it is. Tragically, Nixon never achieved his counter revolution. His political career which began in the California desert and ended in the White House was cut short by the Watergate scandal and his subsequent resignation. Speaker 1: I have never been a quitter. To leave office before my term is completed is abhorrent to every instinct in my body. But as president, I I must put the interest of America first. Therefore, I shall resign the presidency effective at noon tomorrow. Speaker 0: These are the images of Richard Nixon seared into the minds of many Americans. His lonely resignation speech, his last meal in the White House, his final departure on the presidential helicopter. But over the years, another story has emerged that challenges the conventional wisdom. Nixon was not the sole author of his fate, but the victim of a bureaucratic coup. Harper's editor, Jim Hogan, Former Nixon aide Jeff Sheppard and other researchers have uncovered tens of thousands of declassified documents that reveal the black hand of the state as a prime mover in Nixon's demise. As Claremont scholar John Marini has long argued, The Watergate scandal was, at the deepest level, a war between the democratically elected president and the permanent state. By the time of Nixon's reelection in 1972, he posed the greatest danger to the authority of the bureaucracy and the administrative Speaker 3: state, Marini writes. And consequently, he had to Speaker 0: be cut state of state, Marini writes, and consequently, he had to be cut down. Nixon had tried to drain the swamp, but the swamp won. Although Nixon failed to realize his ambitions During his presidency, he still holds the key to understanding America's ongoing cultural revolution and how to defeat it. The first step is for conservatives to revive the silent majority that established the political basis for Nixon's counter revolution. Conservatives have an opportunity to build a multiracial, middle out coalition that promises to overthrow the captured institutions of the left and to return power to the common citizen. 2nd, after securing political victory, the next conservative administration must work to radically reshape the Federal Bureaucracy, defund left wing ideological programs, abolish DEI departments and build a patronage system I'm capable of cultivating a new establishment. Finally, the next conservative administration must mobilize federal law enforcement against the left wing radical organizations that engaged in political violence during the summer of George Floyd. What Nixon did to the Black Panther Party, the next President must do to the violent factions of our time. Nixon's call for a new American revolution is more urgent than ever. If conservatives want to protect The American way of life, they must be willing to lay siege to the institutions and reorient them according to their own values. Whatever the odds, it's never too late for counter revolution in our time.

Gender theorist Judith Butler claims that a world in which "men are men and women are women" is a repressive, hate-fueled "fantasy" that leads to "fascism." Queer theory is a war against reality.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Some people may argue that the term fascism is applicable to certain aspects of what we are witnessing today. These individuals believe that returning to a traditional gender binary will bring stability and security. However, this ideal world they long for has always been a fantasy, as it has caused immense suffering and lacked freedom for others. Such a repressive environment is inherently unstable and will eventually lead to change, as people desire to live in freedom and without fear.

Speaker 0: I'm wondering whether the term fascism is appropriate to describe some of what we're seeing. I mean, for those people who want the return to the ideal world where men are men and women are women as Masha says. I mean, they may think that their stability and security resides there in the recapturing of such a world, but that world is always a fantasy because that world was never safe for the rest of us. Right? That that world was producing massive suffering for the rest of us. That world was not a place of freedom for the rest of us. So it was always destabilized by its own repressive character. Right? It was going to explode or it was going to change because people wanna live in freedom and people wanna live without fear.

American culture has been sent adrift. In a new short film, I show how a strange new pattern of psychopathologies has deranged our institutions and plunged our public life into hysteria, narcissism, and moral theatrics—all in the name of "care." Welcome to the Cluster B Society:

Video Transcript AI Summary
In today's society, a cluster of psychological disorders known as cluster B personality disorders has infiltrated our institutions and shaped our culture. These disorders include narcissistic personality disorder, borderline personality disorder, histrionic personality disorder, and antisocial personality disorder. They are characterized by traits such as entitlement, unstable identity, excessive emotionality, and impulsivity. These disorders have been elevated into positions of power and celebrated by our institutions, leading to a society that replaces healthy debate with accusation, enforces compliance through false compassion, and honors victimhood over accomplishment. The rise of these disorders can be seen in our universities, politics, and major corporations. The consequences are a mental health crisis, the spread of disorder through social media, and the justification of violence by left-wing ideologies. This cluster B society, also known as the "longhouse," privileges feminine social strategies and values, leading to an imbalance that rewards identity over merit and moral narcissism over sanity. It is crucial to restore balance and sanity to avoid a world gone mad.

Speaker 0: You're not imagining that the world has gone mad. Healthy debate has been replaced by activist hysterics. Masculinity is condemned as regressive, while men in skirts and heels are celebrated in the public square. It's as if we're experiencing a society wide mental breakdown. It's easy to laugh these outbursts as the ravings of a small, but vocal minority, but the compromised health of our body politic is not a trivial concern. A strange new pattern of psychological dysfunction has infiltrated our most prestigious institutions, are corporate bureaucracies and the highest offices in the land. In short, we're sick. Our society is out of balanced. We've been consumed by a cluster of disorder that appeals to our worst instincts and deranges our most important social We need to recover our sanity, but to do so, we must first know exactly what we're dealing with. Every historical period develops unique psychological characteristics that shape public life. After World War one, we had the lost generation that was shell shocked and disillusioned. In the mid 20th century, we entered the age of anxiety, characterized by a pervasive sense of existential dread in the face of the bomb. And 50 years ago, we saw the rise of the culture of narcissism, which social critic, Christopher Lache described as a society obsessed with ego, desire, and self image. Today, we are witnessing the emergence of something new. What might be called a cluster b society. Like the culture of narcissism, our own digital age has a distinct psychological profile, heavily influenced by the power of social media. The cameras are always on. An audience is always watching. And narcissism has transformed into hysteria, moral theatrics, emotional volatility, self indulgence, and outbursts of violence. Psychologists have captured the spirit of our modern culture in 4 specific psychopathologies, that together comprise the cluster b personality disorders. Narcissistic personality disorder is characterized by a sense of entitlement, obsession with one own self important, and deep feelings of resentment often expressed through moral self righteousness. Borderline personality disorder is characterized by an unstable sense of identity, black and white thinking, feelings of emptiness, and recurring self harm and suicide attempts. Histrionic personality disorder is characterized by excessive emotionality, sexual provocation, and attention seeking, often to serve a pathological need for sympathy. And antisocial personality disorder is characterized by impulsivity, manipulation, disregard for others, and a penchant for violence and aggression that violates social norms. But this cluster of social pathologies is no longer an individual matter. It has begun to shape the patterns and structures of our entire culture, which is quickly becoming a cluster v society that replaces disagreement with accusation, uses false compassion to manipulate citizens into compliance, honors victimhood instead of accomplishment, and enforces the whole scheme with the threat of violence. For most of our history, significant personality disorders were treated as problems and largely relegated to the fringes of society. But in our emerging cluster b society, the narcissist, the borderline, the hysteric, and the antisocial psychological types have been elevated into positions of power and celebrated by our institutions, the new status quo is an emerging leadership class that rules through emotional blackmail. Powerful institutions use the cover of various victim groups to impose their agenda on the rest of us. If we dissent, we're branded as hateful bigots. We're accused of lacking empathy. We're ritualistically banished. While these strategies are contemptible, they're also remarkably effective in controlling what we think, what we say and how we act. And they've slowly transformed our institutions into what psychologist Andrei Lobachevsky calls pathocracy or rule by psychological dysfunction. This has become our new social order. If you look around you'll start seeing it everywhere. The cluster V traits have been formalized entrenched in our human resource departments, government policies, cultural institutions, and civil rights law. This is a recruiting video from the CIA that overtly valorizes the cluster b traits of narcissistic identity obsession, self righteousness, and need for affirmation. Speaker 1: I am a cis gender millennial who's been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder. Speaker 0: In a cluster b society, psychological disorders become markers of distinction, rather than problems to be solved. Politics too has been infected. Speaker 1: We need trans people. We love trans people. Trans people belong here. Speaker 0: This is the state senator engaged in deranged moral theatrics, with all of the attention seeking, black and white thinking, an excessive emotionality associated with cluster b. Speaker 1: So, I want to recognize that your line of questioning, is transphobic, and it opens up trans people to violence by not recognizing them. Speaker 0: And finally, we see Kiara Bridges, a law professor at UC Berkeley who demonstrates the kind of antagonism, emotional manipulation, and accusatory tone that has become a staple of political discourse. The goal is not to arrive at answers, but to browbeat opponents and make them feel bad for denying left wing orthodoxy. The modern university is the primary laboratory for the cluster master be pathologies. On campus, the pathocracy rules. The social critic Heather Macdonald reveals the basic contours of this regime in an essay entitled, The Great Feminization of the University, Macdonald argues that the dramatic rise in the number of female college administrators who now dominate the campus culture has led to a growing obsession with safety, harm, and victimization. Rather than prioritize academic achievement and substantive debate, administrators have elevated nebulous therapeutic concepts such as trauma, white fragility, and systemic injustice. As McDonald notes, when students claim to be felled by ideas that they disagree with, the feminist bureaucracy does not tell them to grow up and get a grip, invalidates their self pity. As a result, American college students have found themselves in the midst of an unprecedented mental health crisis. According to the University of Michigan's Healthy Mind Study, more than 60% of college students meet the criteria for at least 1 mental health problem, a nearly 50% increase since 2013. The more we indulge cluster b style pathologies, the more we replicate them in our institutions. But rather than reverse course, university administrators have only leaned further into this broken model. Students are told that they are always under attack, that their safety is always threatened. And rather than strengthen them for meeting these challenges, administrators fight to sanitize the campus environment, and shut down any speech deemed harmful or offensive. This is the perfect recipe for enabling and encouraging cluster b style narcissism and hysteria. Scenes and sentiments like these have become ubiquitous, and they work. Speaker 2: Men I'm uncomfortable because this event is caring of the fabric of this community that I care about. Speaker 0: As we saw recently at Stanford Law the dean of diversity and inclusion, working in a codependent manner with hyperventilating students, disrupted the speech of a federal judge. The dean accused the judge of causing harm and making her uncomfortable. This is all it takes to justify the mob. It's cluster b powered Pathocracy in action. The cluster b pathologies have a remarkable power of transmission. And like a pathogen leaking from a lab, they've broken containment payment and are spreading to the rest of society. The messaging of our major corporations is looking more and more like the celebration of disorder, whether it's attempting to normalize gender dysphoria, we're rewriting the standards of health and beauty. Social media has only accelerated these trends. Sites like TikTok have become a breeding ground for mental illness, especially in teenage girls who mimic the cluster b behaviors they see online, and have seen skyrocketing rates of anxiety and depression in the real world too. The sudden explosion of transgenderism follows the same line of development. Transgender individuals are 30 times more likely to suffer from the cluster b personality disorders compared to the general population. And more than 50% of mothers with gender dysphoric boys suffer from borderline personality disorder, a remarkable transmission of psychopathology. Much of the recent left wing violence has also taken on the cast of the cluster v disorders. The George Floyd riots were remarkable in part for their psychological tone, wild emotional displays, narcissistic identity rituals, and victimology manifested in the streets. The antisocial personalities have learned how to wield left wing ideology in order to justify their violence and terror. As psychologists have long known, there is a long established link between violent personalities and left wing authoritarianism. The mugshots of Antifa foot soldiers drive home the point. These are not mentally well people. They are the hideous face of antisocial violence, the enforcement arm of the modern left, the political vanguard of our cluster b society. And they will not stop until they've transformed the world in their own image. Anonymous right wing critics have taken to calling this strange new cluster b regime, the longhouse, a matriarchal form of society that privileges the values of care, men concern and feminine social strategies. In an essay for the magazine, First Things, the pseudonymous writer, Lomas, explains that women now outnumber men in professional managerial roles, and vastly outnumber men in human resource departments, men which have outsized influence on professional and cultural norms. The left too is now acknowledging the emergence of the longhouse. In her presidential campaign, Hillary Clinton confidently declared that the future is female. And in an essay for The Atlantic, Hannah Rosen heralded this change with an essay titled, The End of Men. Both were correct. But while some are celebrating this shift, our female future is not an unalloyed good. Despite what we're told, biological sex differences are real, and an imbalance between the 2 has negative effects for everyone. Taken too far, overly feminized leadership produces exactly the kind of cluster b society we're living in today. One in which identity is rewarded over merit, in which victimhood is prioritized over competence, in which antisocial behavior goes unchecked, in which moral narcissism is the currency of the realm. The cluster b society is upon us, and we must find a way out. We must find a way to restore balance, to restore order, to restore sanity, because if we don't, we are resigned to a world gone mad. If you want a picture of that future, imagine this person screaming in your face forever.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker discusses the concept of unstated affirmative action, where colleges or universities prioritize diversity without publicly acknowledging it. They give an example from their law school, emphasizing the importance of diversity during faculty hiring. However, they caution against explicitly stating that a candidate should be preferred for diversity reasons during committee meetings. While this approach is easier to implement for faculty hiring, it becomes more challenging for student admissions due to statistical measures.

Speaker 0: What I mean by unstated affirmative action is what if the college or university doesn't tell anybody, doesn't make any public statements But so on. I'll give you an example from our law school. But if ever I'm deposed, I'm gonna deny I said this to you. When we do faculty hiring, we're quite conscious that diversity is important to us. And we say diversity is important. It's fine to say that. But I'm very careful when we have a faculty appointments committee meeting. Anytime somebody says, you know, we should really prefer this candidate or this candidate because this person would add diversity, don't say that. You can think it. You can vote it, but our discussions are not privileged, so don't ever articulate that that's what you're doing. Well, that works more easily with regard to faculty hiring. With regard to student admissions, it becomes more difficult because of statistical measure.

Texas Children's Hospital secretly restarted its child sex-change program three days after announcing its cessation. The hospital, which promotes transgender medical procedures for kids, encourages puberty blockers and hormones during adolescence, and surgeries in adulthood. Doctors continue to manage a heavy caseload for gender-affirming care, including inserting and removing non-biodegradable drug delivery implants for gender dysphoria in pediatric patients. EXCLUSIVE: Last year, Texas Children's Hospital announced it was stopping "gender-affirming care" on minors. But I've obtained internal records indicating that TCH secretly restarted its child sex-change program three days later—and has continued it en masse ever since.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Texas Children's, which is the largest children's hospital in the US, openly promotes transgender medical procedures for kids, recently hosting a "pediatric grand rounds" titled "Medical and Psychological Care of Gender-Diverse Youth," with Baylor College of Medicine.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

TCH and Baylor encourage doctors to begin treatment with puberty blockers and hormones during adolescence, and then consider surgeries, including breast removal and genital reconstruction, in adulthood and sometimes "adolescents on [a] case-by-case basis."

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

According to internal records, Dr. Richard Ogden Roberts has managed patients ranging in age from 12 to 17 years old for "gender identity" and "gender dysphoria," with indications for "medication," "testosterone levels," "medicine refill," and "specialty services."

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Despite the hospital's statement that it had ceased these practices, Roberts has continued to manage a heavy caseload for "gender-affirming care," including multiple patient visits in a single day last week for "gender dysphoria" and "gender identity,” and another for "HRT."

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Another Texas Children's doctor, Harvard-trained surgeon Kristy Rialon, inserted and removed "non-biodegradable drug delivery implant[s]" for "gender dysphoria in pediatric patient[s]" throughout 2022 and 2023, including the puberty blocker Supprelin, on 11- to 15-year-old kids.

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

According to medical records, Dr. Rialon surgically inserted a "drug delivery implant" on an 11-year-old "female-to-male transgender person" three days after the hospital had announced that it had stopped performing "gender-affirming care."

@realchrisrufo - Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️

Executives at Texas Children's appear to be playing a duplicitous game. They announced that the hospital had stopped performing "gender-affirming care" on minors. But TCH doctors never stopped. Speaker 0: I think we're louder in here than they are out there. Alright. I just like to say I'm from the Seattle, Washington area, and, to me waking up in the morning and hearing protests is like, turning on the coffee machine. And I would say though, this is kind of kindergarten level protest. So if they want to learn something, they should come back with me. But in all seriousness, this is the most significant higher education reform in a half century. I'd like to tell you a story of why it's necessary and what it's going to do moving forward. In the late 1960s, the left wing activists whom These folks are kind of reinterpreting, maybe doing a reenactment of. They launched what they called the long march to the institutions. And the goal was to get entry into the public university system, the public school systems, and treat them as a slush fund for their private political interests. They captured institutions with their ideology. They showed contempt for the voters who were paying their salaries. And for many decades, unfortunately, conservatives did nothing. They were intimidated by this for lack of, other explanation. And so the latest iteration of this Political development was the explosion in 2020 of DEI programs. And as legislators were contemplating the bill to abolish them, I did a series of investigative reports of 5 Florida's public universities, to look into exactly what their DEI bureaucracies were doing. And through public records requests, I found the following. University of Florida, the flagship institute, had created more than 1,000 Separate DEI initiatives. They denounced the United States as a system of quote white supremacy, and even encouraged white faculty to participate in something Thing called racists anonymous, which I didn't know even existed. University of Central Florida Released what they called an inclusive faculty hiring guide. That said that merit in faculty hiring was quote a myth, and advocated for explicit racial discrimination and racial quotas. All in the interest of promoting left wing political concepts. And finally, Florida International University turned its DEI program explicitly into a ground for left wing activists recruiting, Even training students for participating in violent BLM protests and teaching them how to handle tear gas and getting arrested by police. All funded by many of the people in this room with taxpayer dollars. This legislation that will be signed momentarily will immediately abolish all of these programs. Done. And more importantly, we'll put the pursuit of knowledge and truth, not political activism, back to the center of higher education in Florida. And what you'll hear from the media, what you'll hear from maybe the protesters is that somehow this is destroying democracy. Anyone heard that that line of attack? But in fact, they have it exactly backwards. This is about restoring democracy. The basic premise of this legislation is that our public institutions should reflect the values of the public. It's that Florida's farmers and waitresses and truck drivers should not be subsidizing a pure permanent bureaucracy of left wing activists To this who hate them and hate their values, but of course are happy to take their money. And that's why the governor decided to take action. That's why he fought for these once in a generation reform along with legislators that will also help restore balance back to the universities. And unlike many other politicians, unfortunately, even in very red states, He had the courage to stand up to the special interest, to stand up to the DEI commissars that thought they were running the show, and to stand up to the activist media, and fight on behalf of the average voter. And the ultimate question here is a political question that is very simple is, who represents the people in the state of Florida? The DEI bureaucrats who say that America is fundamentally evil, who segregate students by race, and who deny opportunities to individuals because of their ancestry, Or the man who says that everyone should be treated equally under the law, and that our public universities should be oriented towards the pursuit of the true, the good, and the beautiful. I know who I'm with. I'm with the very wise and intelligent voters of this state. I'm with this man, governor Ron DeSantis, and I'm with Richard Corcoran, the leader of new college. I'm with all of you. So thank you. Thanks to the great state of Florida. We have a lot of work to get done.

SCOOP: Texas A&M has created a radical DEI bureaucracy that has condemned the United States as a "white supremacist society," blasted Gov. Greg Abbott as a vestige of "systemic racism," and said its role is to "[take] a progressive stand on issues of social justice." Thread.

I've obtained a collection of documents through public-records requests that reveal a stunning process of ideological capture. Virtually every academic and administrative unit at Texas A&M has adopted DEI ideology and pushed discriminatory measures to promote "social justice."

Following the death of George Floyd, the university leadership pushed the narrative that Texas A&M itself was a systemically racist institution: "Racism, hate speech, safety, and belonging issues are evidence of systemic, cultural problems that are enduring trends at Texas A&M."

The DEI programs are explicitly political and ideological. The School of Dentistry, for example, hosted a guest lecture by University of Texas professor emeritus Robert Jensen, who told the audience that the United States is "appropriately called a white supremacist society."

Speaker 0: But I think at least some of you listening would agree that the wealthiest society in the history of the world that makes no progress on shrinking racialized disparities is appropriately called a white supremacist society.

The academic departments promised to "embed discussion of DEI and anti-racism throughout the undergraduate curriculum," to use a "land acknowledgement statement," and develop a "Black Lives Matter special topics course"—all part of a left-wing activist narrative.

The new DEI orthodoxy has resulted in a policy of widespread racial discrimination and segregation. DEI leaders want to achieve "structural diversity" using racial quotas, DEI statements, activist hiring committees, and racial and sexual preferences.

The final goal of A&M’s DEI programs is left-wing activism. DEI officials have made it clear that their goal is to promote "critical race theory," "intersectional feminism," "decolonizing practices," and left-wing social movements such as Black Lives Matter.

Texas A&M DEI officials have maligned Texas Governor Greg Abbott as a vestige of "systemic racism," pushed social media content telling readers to "stop centering whiteness," and said their role was to "[take] a progressive stand on issues of social justice."
