NEW: a Qualcomm whistleblower reveals the Indian CFO's plans to lay off Americans and replace them with Indians. Qualcomm is a federal contractor and thus an important company for national security. The company recently initiated a hiring freeze and has laid off American employees. Unstated is that the CFO, Akash Palkhiwala, has no intention of hiring Americans and will simply hire in India instead. According to the whistleblower, in one team within QCT, every single general manager is now Indian. The CFO has set a goal to have 30 percent of the workforce in the U.S. and 70 percent in India. Additionally, at Qualcomm's recent 40-year-anniversary celebration in San Diego, roughly three-quarters of the attendees were Indian. Qualcomm's Bangalore and Hyderabad sites are now bigger than its San Diego HQ in terms of employee count. In 2021, Robinson was found to have libelled a 15-year-old refugee at a school in Huddersfield, falsely accusing the victim of having previously attacked two schoolgirls. After breaching an injunction about repeating the libel, Robinson was sentenced to 18 months in prison for contempt of court in October 2024; the sentence length was later reduced after he said he would comply with the injunction in future.

Tommy boy lost his job when he was convicted of assaulting an off-duty police officer in a drunken argument for which he served a 12-month prison sentence back in 2003. He was 21 years old at the time. He took the name Tommy Robinson after the prominent member of the Luton Town MIGs, a football hooligan crew which follows Luton Town. The pseudonym successfully hid his identity and criminal history until the connection was uncovered in July 2010 by Searchlightmagazine.

What is Rubenstein’s fraud case about? In November 2012 Rubenstein and his partners in crime faced multiple charges including fraud, money-laundering and possession of drugs with intent to supply. Talmud Tommy pleaded guilty to two charges of fraud and in January 2014 was sentenced to 18 months of imprisonment. Robinson's fraud amounted to £160,000 over a period of 6 months. Judge Andrew Bright described him as the architect of a series of frauds totalling £640,000. "This was an operation which was fraudulent from the outset and involved a significant amount of forward planning." He described Robinson as a "fixer" who had introduced others to the fraudulent mortgage broker Deborah Rothschild. Rothschild had assisted some defendants by providing fake pay slips and income details.
