In more evidence that Canada is a stupid self-destructing country, Indian man comes to Canada as an international student, drops out due to a low GPA, works as a line cook, and secretly films his female roommates undressing. Both the prosecutor and defence argue for a lighter sentence to avoid jeopardizing his immigration prospects if he applies for permanent residency. 🤡

The guy who was secretly filming his female roommates in the washroom, even his father, a police constable in India, said that back home someone like him would be held accountable. More likely, get the shit beaten out of him.

@ChrisPaulRoney Yeah stupid photo.

@ShellyUrquhart That makes no sense given they're writing about it.

Every one of these losers is Indian, except maybe the woman. Most are under 30. Very likely recent immigrants. Indians are considered model immigrants but that's changing fast. We're importing rapists, criminals and violent offenders from India. https://www.peelpolice.ca/Modules/News/index.aspx?newsId=1ee9ed74-0fca-4036-8f14-e9bd614cace7

Two recent stories raise serious questions about Canada's justice system, a subject of which I've written about for @TheFP . First, is about a Muslim ex RCMP officer who sexually assaulted a 16 year old three years ago. Her family seemed to have allowed the relationship perhaps in the hopes that they would get married. He was 27, she was 16. Is Sharia law taking root in Canada even though it's illegal according to our criminal code? No matter, the officer's only punishment is house arrest for nine months and community service. Second, is about an Indian origin man involved with people smuggling, and the death in January 2022 of a family of four Indians in the freezing cold on the Manitoba US border. He's is now living a normal life in the suburbs of Toronto. And the RCMP have not arrested him. Meanwhile, four white men are languishing in a prison cell in Alberta for more than 700 days with no bail which is unprecedented even despite the charges they face which have not been substantiated by the Crown. They were part of the border blockades during the Freedom Convoy protests in February 2022. Something is seriously messed up in our criminal justice system in Canada. It's only going to fuel the suspicion that minorities get a special deal which is appalling as it'll only fan the flames of anti-immigrant sentiment, and all of us who came as immigrants will face the backlash. Having said that, this is working according to script for Trudeau.

Chrystia Freeland whose grandfather was a Nazi collaborator is asked pointedly by a reporter how many veterans who fought with the Nazis are in Canada and how her government would respond to it. You'd think this is a fairly easy question to answer yet she's visibly uncomfortable and doesn't answer his question.

Question is who has Trudeau not managed to piss off?

Poland is seeking to extradite 98 year Yaroslav Hunka who fought in the Waffen SS on behalf of the Nazis to face trial in Poland for war crimes. Hunka was given a standing ovation in the House of Commons a few days ago as a Canadian and Ukrainian "war hero for fighting against the Russians in WW2". What a shit show by the Trudeau government.

In 2017, the Russian embassy in Canada pointed to the presence of a monument in Oakville Ontario, honouring Ukrainian soldiers who fought in a Nazi Waffen SS unit. The Russian tweet was correct. But incredibly @JustinTrudeau government went into high gear to smear the correct Russian claim and anyone who repeated it as "disinformation". @davidpugliese wrote about this incident in 2018 in the @OttawaCitizen and makes the observation: "But in Canada, the federal government is more than happy to play along with defending Himmler’s SS divisions and Nazi collaborators". https://ottawacitizen.com/news/national/defence-watch/canadian-government-comes-to-the-defence-of-nazi-ss-and-nazi-collaborators-but-why

"The Russian tweet sent bureaucrats at Global Affairs Canada into overdrive as they tried to defend the SS unit and Ukrainian Nazi collaborators. The bureaucrats came up with a strategy. The would label the tweet as “disinformation” and they came up with a plan to spread the word to the news media as part of their efforts to defend Ukraine’s Nazi collaborators." https://ottawacitizen.com/news/national/defence-watch/canadian-government-comes-to-the-defence-of-nazi-ss-and-nazi-collaborators-but-why

"Coverage...has largely focused on the possibility of a journalist committing an act of vandalism...That there is a monument to a Nazi collaborator and war criminal responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands was not the primary focus of much of the coverage". https://x.com/jacobin/status/1589629998914310144?s=20

A few months ago, in Brampton, Ontario, Khalistani supporters took out a grotesque tableau depicting the assassination of late Indian prime minister, Indira Gandhi by her Sikh bodyguards. Zero outrage from the usual progressive folk in Canada on the glorification of the assassination of an Indian prime minister. The same people go into a tizzy when they see placards denouncing Justin Trudeau or see a Fuck Trudeau flag where no violence has been committed.

In less than two weeks, I had to get to the essence of Richard Bilkszto's character. After many conversations with his friends and family, one theme kept coming up over and over again, captured in the last sentence in the quote from his childhood friend Robert McManus: “It’s hard to imagine my life without him. I’m saddened that, in his moment of need, no one defended Richard.” Had it been someone else he would never have sat silently by.” Richard to my mind is a real hero in every conceivable manner. He will not be forgotten.
