We don’t know if the whistleblower’s allegations are true, but this person appears to fit the whistleblower’s description of one of Schiff’s alleged leakers.

At no point does this document say Tucker was paid anything. It shows that a registered PR firm was paid to try and book an interview, which is probably one of the most innocuous and banal things that could ever be listed on a FARA filing and an activity that probably happens 10,000 times a day in politics, if not more.
@seanmdav - Sean Davis
Oh wow look at this the government in Congo paid $265,000 to a PR firm to pitch interviews to CNN and Fox News and the New York Times. What a huge scoop and amazing scandal this is, said the moron. Less than five seconds of searching by randomly throwing in network names shows how stupid this attempted hit is.

So are we ever going to find out what’s going on with the extremely well-connected Ukrainian freedom fighter who nearly assassinated Trump at his golf course in Palm Beach, or nah? Remember that the guy pictured here with the would-be assassin received a Presidential Medal of Freedom from Biden.

According to a source in North Carolina, despite 1,000 troops being ready and authorized to respond in NC, FEMA Region 4 and Democrat NC Gov. Roy Cooper haven’t yet written up the mission orders that the troops need in order to be deployed. So those troops are just sitting around twiddling their thumbs. It’s been 7 days since Hurricane Helene made landfall. What on earth are you doing, @RoyCooperNC and @FEMA?

BREAKING: A source familiar with Trump’s security detail tells @FDRLST that the former and future president’s detail has been asking for beefed up protection and resources for weeks, but has been rebuffed time and again by Biden’s DHS. DHS, which oversees Secret Service protective detail “wasn’t responsive to those requests” for more resources, the source said. Was Biden’s regime behind the attack, or did it deliberately do everything it could to allow it to happen? Developing…

BREAKING: In a major blow to the unelected administrative state, the Supreme Court has overruled the Chevron doctrine, which required courts to defer to the legal interpretations of unelected bureaucrats. “Chevron is overruled.” https://t.co/tqC5EYaUBl

In 6-3 decision issued today, the Supreme Court ruled that 1) a jury must be unanimous in its findings on criminal convictions, and 2) sentencing enhancements cannot be arbitrarily implemented by judicial fiat. The ruling and the rhetoric in the opinion have obvious implications for both the illegal Bragg witch trial against Trump in New York City and the bogus J6 1512(c) charges and sentencing enhancements that corrupt federal judges have announced they will implement if the Supreme Court nukes 1512(c).
@seanmdav - Sean Davis
Liz Cheney ran an op to prevent Trump from doing anything to secure the Capitol, and then went and impeached him and tried to have him thrown in prison, claiming he failed to secure the Capitol (in reality, he wanted thousands of troops, but Pelosi and the corrupt D.C. mayor refused).
@seanmdav - Sean Davis
If presidents aren’t immune from being criminally charged for official acts, as SCOTUS seems to be threatening to rule, then Biden and his entire entourage — including much of top DOJ brass — are 100% going down for what they’ve done during this presidency, but especially for the crimes they committed and then excused with this special counsel. And not just Biden: George W. Bush and Barack Obama better lawyer up, too. Those WMDs didn’t invent themselves, and those kids didn’t drone themselves. Nope, it took presidents to do that. Biden directing his DOJ to indict his chief political opponent for crimes which Biden’s own DOJ says Biden committed, then obstructing justice by intimidating government attorneys and telling them to destroy evidence, and then tying it all up by making sure DOJ let Biden off the hook? Oh you better believe every single person involved in that will be facing prison time. Every last political appointee, lawyer, paralegal, and department functionary involved was clearly part of an illegal conspiracy to defraud the United States and her people. See how easy that is? And all takes to make it happen is one prosecutor and the right jury pool. SCOTUS can do the right thing and toss every last one of these idiotic lawless Biden-directed cases against Trump, or SCOTUS can guarantee that the rest of this country’s short history—this republic is careening toward a cliff with a cinder block tied down to the gas pedal—will be consumed with politicians and judges and their government allies and their families spending every last minute and dollar they have fending off criminal charges from their political opponents. Ruling the “wrong” way on a case? Well that looks like criminal corruption and abuse of office. Appointing the “wrong” person? Clearly that was part of a criminal kickback scheme. Voting for the “wrong” law? Textbook case of being bought off by donor lobbyists. Authoring the “wrong” court decision? Better hope the prosecutor who targets you doesn’t have a hopelessly partisan jury pool in his back pocket that will indict a ham sandwich if it was ordered by someone from the “wrong” political party. That’s the future if Biden is allowed to indict his opponents for crimes his own attorneys say he committed while refusing to charge him for it. This isn’t theory. It isn’t an intellectual exercise or a fun 3am dorm room. This is reality, and it will happen. That is, unless saner heads prevail, and head this nonsense off at the pass. Do any of those saner heads exist anymore in Washington? We’ll find out soon enough.

Understand where we are: they inked a secret deal with Joe Biden’s bagman son to keep him out of prison for money laundering, bribery, tax evasion, and influence peddling, and they’re criminally charging Trump for tweeting at people to turn on the TV.
@seanmdav - Sean Davis
Fulton County leaked the indictment before it was voted on, lied about it after they were caught, and then forgot to redact the names of the grand jurors trying to imprison Trump for tweeting. But I’m sure the 2020 election they ran was spotless.

They arrest Christians for praying outside abortion mills. They convict grannies for waving flags in the Capitol. They shut down your churches and destroy your businesses while they riot in the streets and burn your cities to the ground. They gift weapons to terrorists and then try to ban you from defending yourself. They start pointless wars and kill millions while accusing you of violence. They assassinate presidents and run coups against the ones they can’t kill and then smear you as anti-democratic. They rig elections and weaponize viruses and then censor you for noticing. They cover up their own crimes and then they indict, arrest, and convict the people you elected for daring to challenge them. The country you once loved and fought for — the country whose ideals you were willing to give your life for — that country is dead. And the people in charge today are responsible for its murder. The only question is what are you going to do about it?

BREAKING: Special prosecutor John Durham concluded that “neither U.S. nor the Intelligence Community appears to have possessed any actual evidence of collusion in their holdings at the commencement of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.”
@seanmdav - Sean Davis
MORE from Durham’s 306-page report, which @FDRLST has obtained: “FBI records prepared by [Peter] Strzok in February and March 2017 show that at the time of the opening of Crossfire Hurricane, the FBI had no information in its holdings indicating that at any time during the campaign anyone in the Trump had been in contact with any Russian intelligence officials.”
@seanmdav - Sean Davis
According to the 306-page Durham report, the Obama FBI tried and failed to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on George Papadopoulos.
@seanmdav - Sean Davis
Durham concluded the Steele dossier was a complete joke and that the FBI failed to corroborate any of its key claims: “Our investigation determined that the Crossfire Hurricane investigators did not and could not corroborate any of the substantive allegations contained in the Steele reporting.”
