And at the end of the day, there's several things that could do this.

Cowan goes over this very beautifully in his book Contagion. He talks about the fact that if you don't know what radiation is, if you hadn't discovered uranium and mercury and all that, and you send people down into a mine and they start getting sick, it would look like they're transmitting to somebody, some each other a disease. And you pull them out of the mind and they some of them dive and some of them get better and you think, well, that was a disease there.
But it could have been that there was your contamination with radium or uranium or something down in the mind. Now we understand that kind of ionizing radiation now. What we don't appreciate and because we've been lied to in the same way we were lied to the day for decades about the damages of cigarette smoking by the AMA for example, is EMF is non ionizing radiation. And there's a ton of when people choose to look, there's a ton of evidence. So it turns out the symptoms of COVID could be produced by cellular type EMF toxicity by graphene oxide toxicity that we know is in these so called vaccines that are really the FDA has called viral based genetic therapies.

And these actually help really highlight the problem we have in terms of assessing safety. One was a trial for the chickenpox vaccine, the varicella vaccine.
It was a only a few 100 people, so it underpowered anyway. But doctor Scott says it's got an inert control, but actually was an injection of neomycin, an antibiotic. That's not inert. The second one was Gardasil four trial, which had thousands and thousands of girls and women in the control group. Almost all of them got a an aluminum adjuvant injection, and then there were a few 100, only a few 100 that that were labeled as a inert control, but they weren't.
They got everything that's in the vial except for the antigens in the alum, which included l histidine, plus orbiter, sodium borate, yeast protein, not inert. And then the the third one was a Gardasil nine trial, which finally, by the way, did have a saline injection. The few 100 that got the placebo, but they only got it if they first got three doses of Gardasil four. So, again, not an actual inert control group. The the result is there's zero trials, zero, which were relied upon in this list of sixty sixty one to license a routine injected vaccine on the CDC schedule that included a placebo as well as zero trials of a vaccine uses a control to license a routine injection vaccine on the CDC schedule.

Are my genes being is the DNA being changed in my body? Is that what's happening, or can you explain this to people in layman's terms?
Speaker 1: Yes, that's a distinct possibility. That has been proven in vitro, meaning in the laboratory. We haven't proven that as solidly as we would like in real life human beings, but certainly all of the machinery is there to reverse transcribe the synthetic deadly mRNA in these gene products to the human being. Having said that, you know, I'm not too impressed with Latipo, nor with his Attorney General, Ashley Moody, nor with DeSantis. They're a day late and a dollar short.

Speaker 0: Five gs was introduced in Sweden and many other countries in 2020. This new technology is intended to provide much faster transmission speed, and it uses higher frequencies than three gs and four five gs emit 10 to 100 times higher levels of microwave radiation than previous systems. The five gs started to be deployed without any study being performed previously investigating the health impacts from this new technology.
Speaker 1: I'm a medical doctor oncologist who have been treating cancer patients. My research into environmental agents and cancer risk started with Agent Orange stuff that was used in Sweden too. That was in the 1960s and 1970s. And I met back in 1980s or late 1970s patients with a special type of cancer that had been spraying in the woods with this Agent Orange stuff. And at that time it was not widely known that there was a dioxin problem, a TCDD problem.
I went on with other studies on persistent organic pollutants like PCB and cancer risks and so on and finally during the last two decades or a bit more studying the radiofrequency radiation and cancer risks. So we have published a number of studies on cancer risks, mainly on using the mobile phone and the risk for tumors in the brain, glioma, and also on the hearing nerve, acoustic neuroma, which were confirmed in our studies and also in others to be about two to three times increased risk if you have used the mobile phone for a substantial number of years, ten years or more. And from so that on we have moved to look into the environmental exposure to radio frequencies from mostly from base stations, is a really growing problem with the introduction of five gs.
Speaker 2: I'm a journalist. Usually, you call it like an investigative reporter, and also I've done a lot of documentaries, especially in the field of radio. And so I've been working many years for the Swedish public service, for the radio mostly and some TV also. And then since a few years back, I started my own channel, which is called Volkestradio, the people's radio. I think this was also, you know, in the time when they were introducing five g.
I was acquainted with a guy who was driving around in Stockholm and measuring in people's homes. So I was offered to go along with him for a day. So I brought my recorder and my microphone, and we were riding around Stockholm and meeting people who were complaining about this. There was especially one place in in Sista, a suburb to Stockholm, where a woman, I think of Iranian descent, she was complaining that there was tons of these antennas on on her roof just above her ceiling, and her daughter was waking up in the middle of the night with nose bleeding and and all kinds of problems, and she was really desperate. So I made an interview with her and it was heartbreaking really.
But I didn't feel anything, so I said, could you show me one place in this apartment where you think it's really bad? So she said, well, here is this kitchen table. We don't we don't use this anymore because people who come here, even if they have no prior knowledge, they ask, is there something strange in this apartment? So I said, okay. So I sat there and I started my clock, and I was just in my tape recorder.
And in one minute and two minutes, and nothing happened, three minutes. But then after like four minutes, it started pinching in my hand, in the arm. And it sort of gets stronger and stronger. So so after like seven minutes, I decided, yeah, I do feel something. So I I sort of and and then we thanked her and and then when I came down from the elevator, it was like an an elephant had been standing on my chest.
I lost my breath and I was was completely, how do you say, dehydrated. I couldn't breathe for a few seconds. And that was sort of the first time that I really felt, wow, this really has some impact.
Speaker 0: The fact that five gs was to be deployed without any previous safety studies upset a number of scientists that called for safety studies to be done before the five gs deployment. They were concerned that due to the increasing radiation exposure and the use of new frequencies, five gs would lead to potential serious health consequences. They also stressed that harmful effects from previous systems like two gs, three gs and the four gs were already shown to appear well below the levels expected from the five gs antennas.
Speaker 2: And then I think one or two years later I was moving in here and I was feeling sort of pain in my chest. And I think normally I wouldn't have any I would just wonder why do I have that? But since I was working with this topic, it it came to my mind. What if what if actually this five g tower is affecting me? So I asked one of the people that I interviewed who has this kind of meter, IMF meter, if you could come to my place and measure.
And so he did and he said: Oh, it's quite high actually in your bedroom.
Speaker 0: The Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation was contacted by a number of people complaining of various symptoms such as sleeping problems, headaches, dizziness, heart problems after five gs base stations had been deployed close to their apartments or houses. This is exactly the same symptoms that had been identified in scientific studies during the last twenty five years among people living close to mobile phone masts. Doctor. Lena Tardell then suggested that we should investigate the health effects and radiation levels from five gs. We have this far published eight case studies and one summary of the studies.
Shockingly, these case studies are thus far the only studies that have investigated health impacts on people exposed to five gs in real life.
Speaker 1: This type of research is not done in other places as I know around the world. But these have been case reports, people who have talked about their symptoms after five gs was implemented on the building or on the other side of the street. And they get these typical symptoms as you can include them in the microwave syndrome. Headache, fatigue, difficulties to sleep, etc. There can be muscle pains and problems from the stomach and from the heart of course too.
So there's quite a lot of symptoms and they can develop very quickly when you are exposed in contrast to cancer which we haven't studied which is a long term effect. I mean five gs started some four or five years ago in Sweden 2020 and the cancer effect will come up after ten, fifteen or twenty years. You have both the cancer risk in long term, but you have these acute symptoms which some people develop, others do not. Many may have them but they are not aware of the connection with the radiofrequency radiation. Furthermore this is like classic provocation studies because most of these people have had to leave their office or homes to another place for living and then their symptoms disappear within a very short time, within a few days.
Speaker 3: I have lived in my apartment almost thirty years and I had pay stations near my apartment for many years, three g, four g. But after they upgraded to five g, they put up a lot of more antennas. It was three times bigger, the antenna elements. And what worried me, I saw that they were pointing it directly to my apartment, and they placed it on a house that was lower than the house I was living in. So it was directly in front of my house.
And I measured later on that it was around 22 meters away from my apartment. During the first week, I started to notice that pattern that each night around ten or eleven, I sensed a hard beating of my heart and it continued during all night until I left my home. Speaker 0: Of course, the test, just like Carrie Mullins said over and over again, it cannot distinguish between dead and live matter. It doesn't even look at whole viruses, only at fragments. And the way it was set up, it was guaranteed to produce 100% false positives. That's how they created the cases, and they needed them for the declaration of the public health emergency of international concern, and they needed that in order to use untested new drugs, these so called vaccines on on real human beings, which otherwise wouldn't have been possible. So that that's the whole story right there, and that's how we're gonna get them.
Speaker 1: Well, and I think I think the other point to be made here is they may, you know, we the biggest lie may be even another step and that is that we seek we keep talking about viruses. But keep in mind, we don't have true isolates of viruses, not just for this, but I really I couldn't believe that. I, you know, I listened to Andrew Kaufman and Doctor. Cowan and and and Stefan Lonk and all these guys. And I said, are you kidding me?
After a year of hell, we don't have a virus. But it turns out that and it's that's another it's it's very easy to fool people because it's a complicated technical point. But the bottom line is that the viral genomes that we have for this, what we what they claim is the genome of SARS CoV 2 only exists in silico as a computer programmed genome. And, you know, the the I heard somebody say this, and I think it's pretty cute, and I'm gonna start adopting it and plagiarizing it. And that is that that we've this is a because it is.
This is what really separates you said it. It it gets human beings to fear each other, which is a perfect way to control a population by having them be afraid of each other rather than afraid of the controlling mechanism. And and what they've done is created these little, fake mythical flying unicorns that make us sick. This whole concept of disease become that that somehow I have these things that I breathe out that nobody can see and nobody's ever actually isolated, but we are sure that they are what causes disease. And that when I go into and stand next to you, I breathe on you and you get sick.
We were taught that. I believe that in in, in medicine, you know, forever. But you know what? It turns out when you really look at what's been going on, we don't have evidence for that and part including in 1918 where they could not prove transmission. And they did a lot to try and prove that.
People need to go back and look at that. They they had people that were dying or very, very sick with the 1918 pandemic of influenza, breathe on on volunteers. None of them got sick. They had them they took the, you know, for lack of a better term, snot and goo out of the lungs, and they put them into these volunteers. That didn't do it.
They literally even spun that stuff down and injected into volunteers. It didn't do it. And the other thing is that their horses were getting sick back then. Now influenza does not come from the term of some Latin for some virus. Influenza just means influence.
And if you really go back in time, it seems like, and the horses, by the way, they couldn't prove transmission either. They put, you know, bags over their heads, got the goo, put it on other horses. None of them got sick. What's going on here? We see that with this.
We see people so when I hear one of the problems I'm saying is it's no worse than the flu for for people on the receiving end that are really getting sick. They say, wait a minute. My relative just died. It's really making people sick. And I do see as a treating physician, I see people that are younger having worse problems than I've seen in the past, but I'm you know, for me.
However, what we don't know is what's really causing it, and people need to understand that we haven't proved transmission. We don't have a virus. We don't have a test. We don't have autopsies. What we have is a syndrome of of symptoms, the symptoms being, you know, flu like symptoms, but nothing that's pathognomonic, nothing that's really characteristic of any one disease.
And at the end of the the day, there's several things that could do this. One of them, a lot of things that we might think about is transmissibility that might look to us like transmissibility really aren't. And, I think doctor Cowan goes over this very beautifully in his book Contagion. He talks about the fact that if you don't know what radiation is, if you hadn't discovered uranium and Marie Curie and all that, and you send people down into a mine and they start getting sick, it would look like they're transmitting to somebody, some they're each other a disease. And you pull them out of the mine and they some of them die and some of them get better and you think, oh, well, that was a disease.
But it could have been that there was your contamination with radium or uranium or something down in the mine. Now we understand that kind of ionizing radiation now. What we don't appreciate and because we've been lied to in the same way we relied to the date for decades about the the the damages of cigarette smoking by the AMA, for example, is EMF is non ionizing radiation. And there's a ton of when people choose to look, there's a ton of evidence. So it turns out the symptoms of COVID could be produced by cellular type EMF toxicity, by by Graphene oxide toxicity that we know is in these so called vaccines that are really the FDA has called viral based genetic therapies.
And by an artificially created spike protein that was made in a lab. We know that. I think anybody to deny that at this point is not in reality here. So what we don't have is evidence of this little flying unicorn we call SARS CoV 2.

Speaker 0: I've been doing high risk obstetrics for 43 years. I see a vast number of patients a year. I don't know of any other maternal fetal medicine physician in this country that sees as many patients as I do by ultrasound. At one point in time, this year, I was on track to see 9,000 high risk OB ultrasounds. So I I know what's going on, and I've seen death and destruction like I've never seen before.
The stillbirth rate is measured in terms of live births per 1,000. And really it's come down in my career from about 10 to about almost 5.8 or 6. Now let's go to 2021 and look at the stillbirth rate for Michelle's. This is horrifying. But if you take this death figure and you look at that rate at 29.3, that's sigma that you're looking at is 40 + Sigma, standard deviation.
Let that sink in. This is from Waterloo, Canada. 83 stillbirths, about 4,000 deliveries. It's that exact same thing you saw with Michelle's. If that weren't bad enough, look at this.
I couldn't even put it. There were 13 dead fetuses in 1 24 hour period. 1 24 hour period. 1200 fold increases in menstrual abnormalities. And then when we get into pregnancy, we're looking at a malformations, significant fetal growth slowing, significant reduction in amniotic fluid, fetal cardiac arrest.
So you're saying babies are having heart attacks in the womb? Yes. The vaccine causes a significant inflammatory effect.

Speaker 1: Right. Very good. Thank you so much. And it's a great honor to be asked to to be here and to be in a forum specifically with Peter McCulloch, who I've admired very much from afar. And I've met, Ryan and many of the others, but, you know, very nice to meet you, Peter.
Now from my point of view, I'm I'm an oncologist, which is a clinical oncologist, and it's been a bit of a problem because I've been dismissed when when I've said sensible things. I mean, he's only, clinical doctor. But these people forget that I did I was there at the beginning with HIV, and, I was there in 1984 when Fauci, promised a vaccine in 18 months' time. And so 40 years later, we still don't have it. So I've been through all this, and I found the I was a codiscoverer of the CD 4 receptor, which is how I got involved in COVID in the first place that my, my colleagues, collaborators with whom we'd actually done a very good HIV vaccine and it's, we've published everything on it and actually continue to ignore it for reasons I've only just started to realize more recently.
But I think we are asked to, help do a a vaccine along the same lines. And my first thing with vaccine is less is more. The less you put into the vaccine, the more likely it is to work, and everybody went for the spike protein. Now when we analyzed the spike protein, we found it had and we wrote this all down. We had terrible trouble publishing it.
We couldn't publish it for 3 months. It was turned down by every every journal. We found out there were 6 inserts plus the furin cleavage site, and the importance of this is these inserts all gave the virus a charge of a pH of 8 as opposed to normal 6, which meant it was highly charged and acted like a fridge magnet going on to the fridge with really hyper infectability for human cells. The second thing that we did was blast analysis, and we pointed out the spike protein had 80% homology to human epitopes. And some of these were virtually a 100% like platelet factor 4, which would give you horrible clotting issues, and myelin, which would give you gillainbaray, etcetera.
All these things have been turned out to be true. We prepared a document. We gave it to our government, here through, go. I know it was discussed in cabinet, went to Sage, Witty, and balance, and they all decided to ignore it. So that's where I came from.
So I was I was furious about that because we knew there would be significant side effects. It was just how bad would it be. Well, so, therefore, we know that we had the problems, and Peter was the first to call the, the, myocarditis, stroke problems, etcetera, and, others came out with a variety of things and when it's they started to roll the vaccine down to the fifties and forties, I mean, I protested like mad. I went berserk when they just, suggested giving it to children when it was the average age of death was 82. I mean, the whole thing was like a dystopian or welly nightmare we were descending into.
But what brought me, into this group very much was the boosters, and I've done a lot of work, in vaccines over the year, the Institute of Cancer Vaccines Immunotherapy, which I'm a principal of. And we have an adage that if a virus a vaccine needs a booster, it does work. Come on. My goodness, does that, never been more true than in this case? And patients who have been given these boosters, which I said were boosting against the virus that left the planet at least a year ago, because it was a coxsackievirus, anybody who's read the history of coxsackievirus development knows you get a thing called antigenic sin or immunological imprinting.
So it doesn't matter how many variants you vaccinate against. The immune system only sees the first virus that's disappeared. So it just produces lots of useless antibodies. But more importantly, the booster suppresses the T cell response, and that's where I came in. I started to see in my melanoma clinic patients who'd been stable for years who suddenly came in relapsed.
Sometimes their relapse was quite vicious. I mean, they had very bad disease. We had to retreat them all over again, and the only thing they had in common, we're used to severe depression, divorce, death, bereavement, etcetera, suppressing the immune system and losing control of the cancers. But none of my patients had this whatsoever. They'd all been bullied by their GPs to have a booster just to be safe.
And then I found that there were a lot of people coming down with lymphomas, leukemias. All of them had the booster, and I had 3 friends who only had the booster so they could travel after being locked down for 2, 3 years. All 3 of them are relapsed, and 2 of them have died. So e we couldn't even treat these cancers. That was the other big, they didn't even respond to their their standard treatment.
So that is why I've got really, really vocal. I believe that the using messenger RNA technology for infectious disease is basically a gross medical negligence. It really is criminal negligence now knowing what we do. And it's even worse, the fact that every time I've raised it, I've raised it with everybody. I've been carpeted by the hospital, been carpeted by the Royal College of Physicians, told to be quiet and that I'm upsetting the patients.
So I said, no. I'm not upsetting the patients. I'm doing my job. 1st, do no harm. And I am like the canary in the gold mine, I am seeing harm, and we must stop stop now.
So I'll just leave that as my, my message and a big stop there.
Speaker 0: Doctor Doglish, are other oncologists seeing what you're seeing? You can't be the only one. Are they talking to you?
Speaker 1: Well, first of all, my own oncologist at my hospital were horrified and told me to be quiet, that I was upsetting their pay their patients. When I published my concerns and documented and said, it actually fits because you're getting t cell suppression, you're getting, immunoglobulin switch to tolerization. Have you? I got contacted from oncologists all over the world, from Australia, from South Africa, from America, from Canada, South America, Europe. They all said the same thing, and they all said that they were told it was just coincidence of our section selection of anecdotes and to be quiet.
Now this is what the problem has been with this pandemic. It is being Orwellian control and denial of the facts and the total, prevention of debate. Science is debate till you come to the right conclusion. So following the science or scientific consensus, the these are complete, this enormous. They are absolutely incredible that we've had to put up with this.
I've had plenty of doctors come up to me and said, I would love to do what you're doing. I would love to join you, but I've got a mortgage and 2 kids at school I have to put through. That's what's been going on, but they've been going for the doctors that speak out. I don't care because I'm past my retirement age, so that's why I have no problems whatsoever in in shouting.

So since you've had other doctors contact you, they don't necessarily have to put their name to it, but is it possible for people like you or or a group to have doctors submit, you know, basic their practice data that would show increases in in cancers? I mean, is was that would that be a possible effort that we can undertake?
Speaker 0: There are certainly people I could, ask, and I do know some of the people with the best data, you know, are really bright clinical researchers who've got most to lose. I mean, one of the guys who was joining me, he basically had a phone call from the top saying, if you do this, you will never get another NIH grant ever again. That that is the level of coercion that's been going on. That is his, you know, livelihood. It's just just incredible.
I hear this all the time, the threatening coercion. This is not a free and fair democratic society we live in anymore, and it we cannot allow it to continue like this. This this is, this is something we really have to put back in the bag and never let out again.
Speaker 1: So I one one of the questions you already asked me to ask you is what should local government do in in the Channel Islands? What would you ask that they do?
Speaker 0: The first thing that I'd ask they do is ban all messenger RNA vaccines, ban the whole concept of giving a booster, which is only to, I mean, there is no way in the world these vaccines, prevent infection. We know that from the Cleveland study and many other studies. The more vaccines, the more likely you are to get COVID or some other dreadful infection or, exhaustors, Bell's palsy, shingles of other sites. You know, the it's it's just so obvious to any doctor that's that's seen all this. So that my first recommendation, ban all messenger RNA vaccines for the future, ban all boosters here and now.
Speaker 1: But you understand one of the reasons that they continue to push the boosters, that's one of the techniques so they never have to admit they are wrong. If they all of a sudden ban the boosters of the vaccine, that's a task admission that these things were not safe. They were not effective. So all the all the lies they've been telling us for years will be exposed. I mean, you understand that.

Speaker 0: Yes. Well, when I was at, Andrew had, has had, several parliamentary meetings, And I had discussed with somebody at one of these meetings. I didn't know exactly who he was, but he seemed to be very high up. And I said, why on earth is the government pushing these boosters? And as coldly as you could like, he just said, well, they've spent such a fortune ordering far too many.
They feel they ought to use them up. Now this is even knowing that they're causing severe harm, and it makes the whole thing even worse.
Speaker 1: Have you been following the revelations about the DNA contamination, a different type of DNA contamination that is in is getting the cells, is getting the nucleus, and how that might impact increasing cancer rates. Are are you following that at all?
Speaker 0: Certainly, haven't. I've been, writing in, the the daily skeptic and, the conservative woman. Actually, I wrote one only, yesterday or the day before on where I listed all the ways that a messenger RNA booster vaccine can, cause cancer. It's now up to 8 major described mechanisms. And, the the mo most recent one is worth pointing out is, and and Ryan Cole will know very much about this, is that the early study suggesting the spike protein bound to p53, BRCA and MSH, etcetera, which are suppressor genes.
So if you inactivate these, you can't control cancer. You're basically taking the police out, as it were, has been completely confirmed by a study from Brown University where they show it's absolutely true. And that's another thing. This was shown a couple of years ago, but it was withdrawn and retracted under severe pressure from the n I NIH and big pharma companies. This is what's been going on.
It's unbelievable. Now that binding of, those, suppressor genes could lead to a tsunami of cancer in the next few years. Because if you've got an abnormality in the suppressor gene, you end up with cancer 10, 20 years earlier than you normally have had it. So I'm really frightened what the implications are for this. But the the contamination issue you brought up means that there's no quality control.
I mean, the MHRA, go on about the importance of quality. They have, made it very difficult for a very safe, procedure, a better heat killed mycobacterium thing I've been working on with no side effects at all, but has been shown in randomized studies to be beneficial. They have stopped it being approved because they keep bringing up safety issues and quality control. There were no quality control safety issues as we know from this contamination in the batches. I saw that that, a presentation around the studies.
It's absolutely appalling. As soon as that became evident, they should abandon.
Speaker 1: Have you seen the stories where, government officials and, you know, the people in charge have been attributing the turbocancers? Some people are calling them to accelerated aging. Do you wanna comment on that?
Speaker 0: Yeah. Well, yes. Look. There's no doubt there are chip turbo answers and accelerated. The the absolutely, I've seen it myself.
I've seen 2 this week. I tried to do very little, new practice, but both the patients are new patients I saw this week. They basically had relapse at turbine cancers, I. E, very fast. And again I mean, it's terrible.
I said, can you tell me your vaccine history? They both had not one booster, but 2 boosters, bullied by their GPs for them just to be safe just to be safe. So I think there's Yep. Many ways it could could be turbo because it upregulates PDL 1, which means you're protecting the tumor. I mean, we try to down attack that and downregulate it with our the latest immunotherapies, these Keytruda's and, Octavos, etcetera.
But it actually is activating pathways that's programmed to escape immunotherapy and chemotherapy. And I've seen that in my own patients. I can't believe that their tumors didn't respond to standard treatments, and I knew it was due to the despite now, I know a lot more reasons why.

Speaker 0: Now this is the information that is hidden from the people and that everybody must know with respect to these new pandemic agreements. Number 1, general remarks. Both of these legal instruments are technically international agreements. They are included between 194 member states, but they involve and has as target and objective, the World Health Organization as a third party. Number 2, these agreements are negotiated without taking into consideration the massive and undeniable amount of data and of scientific evidence about the collateral damages of the global pandemic management of the WHO.
And the WHO, as probably most governments, are still today in a state of total denial with respect to these collateral damages. There's no learning, even worse, this new pandemic, legal regime will legalize all the methods of this pandemic period under COVID 19 that have proven to be harmful or wrong. 3rd general remark, on the basis of these two legal instruments, member states will transfer constitutional powers to the WHO in ex in an extent never seen before. WHO will be given full discretion to set up conditions under which all kinds of mandates, including injections of experimental substances, can be made mandatory on a global scale. I come now to the details.
Number 1, WHO's already existing authority to declare a public health emergency of international concern will become massively extended. They will be allowed to declare all kinds of public health emergency under any given reason without any, responsibility to clear standards. This will come under the title and concept of 1 health. So whether to fight a human influenza with a new subtype, or to reduce rising level of c02, or to respond to the loss of biodiversity, or to fight climate change, all of that can give rise to the next pandemic. Public health emergency of international concern, and I refer to the amendments to the article 12 of the international health regulations.
This is pure arbitrariness. This is the opposite of the rule of law. And it comes without a mechanism to correct or to stop this declaration of the emergency. And this is the first point where member states will give away control of their country. In addition, linked to that, in the national legislation, regulatory legislation of the member states, with the declaration of a public health emergency comes the abolishment of ordinary safety standards for medical products.
Point number 2, WHO will be authorized to issue recommendations with legally binding effects. This is legislation. This is legislation directed by directly affecting every human being. We are talking about mandatory testing methods by useless tools, mandatory travel restrictions, mandatory lockdowns, mandatory vaccinations with predefined experimental products, mass quarantines, and so on. This doctrine of mandatory one size fits all will deny all human beings the individual treatment, the right for individual treatment they deserve.
It will also hinder medical doctors to truly care about their patients. This doctrine is totalitarian by design, and we have to oppose it. It is a blank check to literally violate bodily autonomy of every human being and humiliate people on a global scale. Point number 3, censorship. As WHO has already done on the COVID 19, this international organization will be granted the global supreme authority to define truth and science, and to eliminate free speech and free exchange of information under the title of infodemics.
Now, as we all should know, free speech and free information are among the founding principles in every democracy, in every constitution. Without free speech and free information, by definition, there can be no free science, there can be no fair justice, and most of all, there can be no democracy. But this is not all. With this global health censorship, people will never learn and never know about the dangers that are associated with these mRNA based products and other countermeasures. So they will be mandated to take experimental injections without an informed consent.
And this is, ladies and gentlemen, an example of cruel inhuman or degrading treatment as it is absolutely prohibited under mandatory international law as it is written down in the United Nations covenant on civil and political rights article 7, and breach of which can never be justified. Point number 4, in the same time, the new pandemic treaty is a basis for a state directed economy under the vague concept of equity, and it will allow, even create cartels for the pandemic industry that will enjoy guaranteed profits without any liability for the damages they cause, just as we have seen that already under COVID. Point 4, all of the above will become reality without any mechanism to effectively control or stop the WHO. So there will be no checks and balances, but full discretion and arbitrariness to the benefit of WHO, Even full immunity and no accountability. And here again, checks and balances is another of the founding principles in every constitution, which comes here under attack.
So let's speak about point number 6. The next point, fundamental rights, well, that is easily responded. We see some lines in the new pandemic treaty, claiming fundamental rights to be the basic principles of WHO. But I ask you, with such a strict regime of unnecessary promoted emergencies with censorship and with mandatory medical treatment, How will it be possible to protect human rights for a judge who only hears one side and is not allowed to consider even the other side from those brave scientists, most of them, many of them are here in the room. It will be impossible by design.
And associated with that is the fact that the governments will always try to, comply with their international law obligations towards WHO.

So doctors are not allowed to look at health your health anymore, but we need ecologists and veterinarians and, plant, pathologists, etcetera, to be involved.
