I issued a public statement to clarify the facts surrounding my private plane, N888KG, amid the viral social media story. I addressed questions from the FAA regarding the aircraft's operations and ADS-B signal on September 10, 2025, and confirmed the purpose of that flight. I also responded to inquiries from the FBI about any investigations related to the flight and the tragic events surrounding Mr. Kirk's murder. Unfortunately, baseless theories have emerged online, affecting my family. Additionally, I am working to identify the seven passengers on board.

BREAKING: Mr. Maxfield issued a public statement regarding his private plane. “To set the record straight, we provide the following facts.” https://t.co/T7LyqPpz0K

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

Mr. Maxfield has issued a public statement regarding the viral social media plane story that emerged yesterday:

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

To the FAA (Salt Lake FSDO) 1. Was aircraft N888KG operating under Part 91 or Part 135 on September 10, 2025? 2. Did the FAA receive any report of loss of ADS-B Out transmission from N888KG between 19:44 and 20:30 UTC on Sep 10, 2025? 3. Is there ADS-B performance monitoring data confirming whether the aircraft was continuously broadcasting during that time window? 4. Was N888KG operating in airspace where ADS-B Out is mandatory when the signal was not visible on public tracking? 5. Has N888KG LLC or its pilots ever requested or received an FAA ADS-B waiver for Utah or surrounding airspace? To the Pilot - N888KG LLC 1. Can you confirm the purpose of the Sept 10, 2025 flight departing Provo at ~19:12 UTC? 2. Why was the aircraft’s ADS-B signal not visible on ADS-B Exchange from 19:44 to 20:30 UTC? 3. Were there any technical malfunctions of the transponder or avionics on that flight? 4. Was the aircraft operating below 10,000 feet or outside controlled airspace during that period, making ADS-B transmission optional? 5. Will you provide a copy of the flight log and maintenance record for September 10, 2025 to establish transparency? To the FBI (Salt Lake City Field Office) 1. Has the FBI opened any inquiry into N888KG’s flight on Sept 10, 2025 in relation to the assassination of Mr. Kirk at Utah Valley University? 2. Does the FBI have radar and ATC records that clarify whether the ADS-B disappearance was a coverage issue or a transponder shutoff? 3. Was N888KG, its owner (N888KG LLC), or its pilots interviewed in connection with the events of Sept 10, 2025? 4. Has the FBI issued any preservation orders or subpoenas for ADS-B, ATC, or fuel records relating to that aircraft? 5. If no investigation is underway, can the FBI confirm this to eliminate Internet based speculation?

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

“As often happens, unfortunately, in the wake of such terrifying and public events, a variety of baseless theories and suspicions around Mr. Kirk’s murder immediately took hold on social media, including one that has unfairly impacted our family.” https://t.co/Z3eiLlI2Nk

Joe Rogan's interview with Mike Benz overlooked his family history in intelligence, notably his grandfather, Dr. Bruno Uberti, who trained with CIA operative James Angleton. I believe Mike is running a counter-operation to distract from the real issues of AI censorship, using exaggerated stories that serve political agendas rather than addressing the impact on real people. His focus seems to be on personal power rather than genuine solutions, and he appears to infiltrate movements to redirect narratives for his benefit. Ultimately, this self-serving approach harms those truly affected by censorship.

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

Joe Rogan didn’t ask Mike Benz a single question about his Grandfather. James Angleton was an American intelligence operative who served as chief of the counterintelligence department of the Central Intelligence Agency from 1954 to 1975. Dr. Bruno Uberti trained at Area B with James Angleton. Uberti was a former OSS Officer. Dr. Bruno Uberti was Mikes Grandfather.

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

When your grandfather was trained by top spy James Angleton - you are intel adjacent. Mike is running a counter op to make sure people don’t understand the truth about AI Censorship. He tells strange stories to scare people - half of which are not based in reality. All of the stories are political in nature. They never have to do with how real people are actually impacted by censorship. That is another clear giveaway he doesn’t care about the topic at hand. A critical component of this op is to neutralize me and drown me out by amplifying him. He is not a threat. He is an asset. Every time he speaks - it helps the tech companies he lobbies for. That’s why they keep promoting him and also help him get booked. They need him. Look here not there. He also likes to conjure up manufactured sob stories that he is in danger and will be “killed” for telling the truth. He said the same thing as Frame Game too. A check of records shows that this is patently false. No reports filed for fear of his life. No one ever tried to do anything at all. But he loves to tell people he’s in grave danger for telling the truth because it wins sympathy. Mike continues to over emphasize the alleged role the U.S. government played in censorship while downplaying the role tech companies played. He has zero interest in holding anyone accountable for this. The letters he has Jordan write go nowhere. It’s all a distraction to keep you stuck and confused. Look back and ask yourself what progress has been made. The answer is none. He views progress as getting his enemies deplatformed, debanked, and shut down. That is not progress. It is political warfare. He views this as GamerGate - with zero care for the actual victims of censorship. To Mike - the anti censorship industry is a path to power. He saw how successful the censorship “industry” was and wanted in on the glory. At the end of the day - both of these groups care more about fighting each other than solving the actual issue at hand. It is about people and personalities more than policy and solutions. Fundamentally - that hurts the American people who no one seems to care about. Those are the real victims of this. These self appointed leaders never fight for them. Only themselves.

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

In the same way he wanted to be Richard Spencer as Frame Game - he wanted to be Renee as Mike Benz. He cannot stand to see other people get attention. This is why he infiltrates and destroys whatever movement is happening at the time. But most of all - Mike Benz wanted to be Kris Ruby. I didn’t need to play a frame game to tell the truth to millions of people. Mike was filled with jealous rage over this and at that moment realized I had to be taken out. He stopped at nothing to do it. But first - he had to pretend we were on the same side and fighting for the same thing. He had to pretend he would write about The Ruby Files to get me to give them to him. As the days went by and he never wrote about The Ruby Files - I knew something was very off. He said he couldn’t write about my files because my name was on my work. He infiltrated The Ruby Files in the same way he infiltrated the Alt Right. He pretends to be one of you while re directing and moving the narrative to whatever he wants it to be. As long as it’s about him and not you - and as long as he can de throne the leader and face of the movement. He is doing the same thing today that he did as Frame Games. The only difference is the topic and the people.

I’m frustrated with the rampant theft on this app and the lack of accountability surrounding Mike Benz. Many are blaming him for issues they allowed to happen, while those now “exposing” him are doing so for their own gain, without real evidence. I’ve spent years trying to understand my own experiences with him, and it’s disheartening to see influencers who were silent for so long suddenly act like journalists. The real story lies with his cousin's tragic past, which deserves attention instead of the superficial narratives being pushed.

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

Is something wrong with people? Serious question. So sick of the blatant theft on this app. https://t.co/1QKMqafV78

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

The reason why is *not* because of where Mike is from geniuses. The reason why is because none of you have asked him a single question for three years. YOU allowed this to happen. Instead of taking a shred of accountability or responsibility - you blame *him* for your own moral failure and shortcoming. Mike Benz could be from any country in the world. I don’t care where he’s from. This issue is YOU. NOT HIM. YOU allowed this to happen. YOU are responsible for this.

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

Everyone pushing these bs reasons about why Mike Benz is bad are absolutely soul less people. Their reasons are not correct. YOU are bad because you amplified someone you didn’t even know!!! That’s not his fault. It is yours!!!!!

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

Now that everyone thinks it’s cool to write a “Exposing Mike Benz thread” a full three years later is further evidence of the absolute clown show we are witnessing in the influencer class. Where were these people three years ago? Silent. They are only “exposing” him for monetization and furthermore they don’t even know what they are exposing. They are actually exposing nothing because they don’t even know who he is.

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

It’s been three years and I still don’t even know who he is despite spending hours trying to figure this out every day for years. That is the truth. Anyone saying they are exposing him is lying. This is why I don’t use language like this.

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

I literally had my career torched for sounding the alarm on Mike Benz first. Now that influencers think it’s cool to “expose” Mike Benz despite “exposing” nothing - please note that none of them have taken a hit. Their careers don’t suffer. In fact - they are praised for “exposing” someone three years later after someone else did all the work and they all put their name on it pretending they did. This is just absurd. If you want to “expose” something you better bring new evidence to the table and actually have proof.

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

These people are not journalists. The people pretending to “expose” Mike Benz are just as bad as Benz pretending to “expose” others. No one exposes anything. It’s truly the most insane thing I’ve ever seen. They all brag about exposing each other while exposing absolutely nothing and adding no value add to humanity, history, or public record.

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

I never tried to expose Mike Benz. I wanted to know what happened to me after dealing with him. There is a huge difference. I was trying to make sense of something that didn’t add up. Now all of these vultures three years later say “exposing Mike Benz.” These same people were silent for 3 years. Influencers should not be taken seriously. They have zero credibility. Pretend to fake expose each other. Do no real reporting. All while praising each other for fake exposure. I can’t take it anymore.

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

The only thing I care about “exposing” is the truth about what happened to Mike Benz cousin in 1996. That’s the real story here. Mike Benz is irrelevant. A real journalist (me) is able to find the story. The story was never him. It was always his cousin. All of you fake truthers who want to “expose” the truth should be exposing who killed Mikes cousin in 1996. But none of you will do that because who cares about 1996 right? 1991 - Danny C found dead in a bath tub. 1996 - Mikes cousin found dead in a bath tub. Fake truthers - “Exposing Mike Benz 🧵” Anyone who is “exposing” Mike Benz in 2025 is doing damage control because they know I am on to the real story. “Exposing” Mike Benz is another way to deflect and redirect the actual story that matters.

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

In my reporting, I have discovered that Epstein was on a Mindspring server. Who else was on a private Mindspring server during this time period? Scott. Mikes cousin. Who just happened to be found dead in a tub at 22. Benz - Immediately redirects the Epstein story away from this. Censors the real story of Internet censorship. Who set up all of these private Mindspring servers? Why did Mikes family have so many domains? Most of these domains were before anyone could even buy domains - meaning they would have been directly from NSF - who Benz pretends to rail against. Mike has a vested interest in censoring the real story of Internet censorship. Internet censorship does not start in 2016 as Mike would lead you to believe. It starts at the dawn of the Internet. Those who knew the truth were not censored from the public square. They were censored from life. Not just the Internet. Hence why some of them are dead. That is a big distinction. There is a difference between being removed from a social media platform and literally getting killed.

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

Listen up fake truthers. Instead of “exposing” Mike Benz three years later - be useful and actually figure out what happened to Scott Peiken. Your fake threads are equivalent to someone who says they are “exposing” a car crash that happened years ago. If you watched someone die, said nothing, buried the story, and then spoke about it years later - you are exposing nothing except your own stupidity okay. Just stop.

A concerned citizen shared a video of Mike's breakdown during a private livestream, which I found compelling. Mike's cognitive dissonance was evident, prompting me to investigate Scott's case over the next two months. While I haven't uncovered all the answers, I strongly believe this case warrants a formal reopening. Despite pushback from others claiming Mike was lying, I recognized signs of trauma in his account. I successfully located Scott, further validating Mike's truthfulness. The public deserves clarity on Scott's tragic death in his early 20s.

@sparklingruby - Kristen Ruby

A concerned citizen brought this video to my attention after Mike had a breakdown in a private livestream. When I watched this video - I could tell that Mike was telling the truth. He displayed signs of cognitive dissonance between what he was watching and his personal history. I spent the next two months investigating what really happened to Scott. While I still don’t know the answer - I believe this case should be re opened and a formal investigation should take place. The allegations Mike makes are significant and they must be further explored. I had many fights with people over this video who told me Benz is lying. This never happened. There is no cousin. I told them they were wrong - that I know the signs of trauma - and that Benz was telling the truth. I was able to track down Scott which further confirms that Mike Benz did not lie about his cousin. I believe there is a real case here. Scott was in his early 20s when he died. The public deserves answers on what really happened to him.

When I was young, a family member involved in government tech stuff was found dead in his bathtub, ruled a suicide, but my family always doubted it due to difficulties getting answers. Seeing this case now, I'm getting flashbacks because I had a similar experience with a family member in the early '90s who encouraged my family to invest in the internet. He started getting freaked out, then died mysteriously, ruled a suicide. This reminds me of my own situation. People constantly ask me how I'm still alive. It's because of my family member's fate that I even got into internet stuff.

Speaker 0: I had that happen to a family member when I was very, very young. A family member who was involved in seemed to be involved in some government stuff and a very similar thing. Was was told he killed himself in his bathtub. I won't actually, I don't think I should share this. I'm gonna keep going. Speaker 1: There is absolutely no way, no way in hell that Dan Castelero would kill himself. He was very charged up about the story that he was working on. Speaker 2: And you think he was murdered? Speaker 1: I absolutely believe he was clipped. There's no two ways about it. Speaker 3: He told us over the last few months that the story he'd been working on, he'd been threatened. Speaker 2: In the year before he died, Danny had stumbled upon a computer software scandal that led him to a series of high profile crimes. Speaker 0: Fuck. Fuck. Sorry. This is getting weird for me. In the early nineteen nineties, had I had a family member who was involved in tech, computer software stuff. There were a lot of rumors about what he was involved in, related government. And his death was very, very fishy. He was found in his bathtub. And my family had a really hard time getting answers in terms of the autopsy and in terms of the district attorney's office, and have have long believed that it was not a suicide. And it was it was in the computer software space. No. I'm just having weird weird associations just seeing this right now. I'm just gonna keep going though. Speaker 2: Which he said would rewrite US history. Speaker 0: Casalero had been working for almost a year on a book about an international scandal. Journalist Danny Casalero was on to the political conspiracy of the century. Speaker 1: Questions about the CIA. Speaker 3: High ranking government officials. Money in arms, stolen computer software. Incredible allegations of spying on a scale never before imagined. He was about to break open a major story. Speaker 0: Working on a story he called bigger than anything he ever dreamed of. Speaker 2: Danny called this conspiracy. Speaker 0: Robert Maxwell. I think spoke with DOJ, Assad, NSA, special forces, Medina cartel stand oh, fuck. This is probably gonna be the Cali cartel, I bet. I bet that's what that is. Oh, no. Do I have to do thing? I think I do. Oh, I'm just in a bad mood, guys. Sorry. I it's kinda the reason I got into the Internet stuff to begin with, I guess there's only 40 some people here. Don't clip this, guys. Just a weird personal moment. Getting all these weird flashbacks. Listen to this. I was 13 years old when a family member was found dead. It was the person who basically told my family in 1991 that this internet thing is going to be really big. So, you guys should invest in it. You should buy websites. You should should get in on this Internet thing. This is not my family. My family did not was not a technology family other than him. You know, they were normal normal civilian types. But they started an internet business because of what this other family member was telling them. And everyone knew that he was the guy on this because of the stuff that he was involved in. And he had started to get freaked out by stuff. A lot of strange things were happening. And then one day when I was 13, he was found dead in his bathtub. It was ruled a suicide, but nobody in the family believed it. You know, it constantly peppered the autopsy and the DA folks and were told basically to pound sand. Then the immediate family of the family member here got freaked out about something, which never really I was never really brought into. But this was super early days of the Internet. This is the early nineties. And I don't know. I've seen all these things on screen, it's bringing it back. Sorry. I wasn't expecting this tonight. The octopus. Octopus. The octopus. Speaker 2: Octopus. Speaker 0: Yuck. You know? Because I you know? Right? Because this is gonna happen to me. Right? I mean, may not not now, not in the next year or two. Hopefully, not in the next ten years. But, you know, I mean, it's I was at this award ceremony at Real Clear Politics. You know, they gave out this Sam Isat Awards to Matt Taibi and Doctor. Jay Bhattachary and Miranda Devine. And they were kind enough. They brought me on stage. It was very nice. And I took some audience questions. And there were two audience questions in a row that were like, hey. Really wanna get you on my podcast before you die, you know, before they kill you. And it's like, okay. So that was the first question. The next question was like, hey. Really wanna get you on my show because, you know, they're probably gonna kill you. So wanna get you on before they do that. You know, everywhere I go, people are asking me how nobody's killed me yet. And I'm just thinking about my cousin. I wouldn't have gone down this path if it weren't for my family member turning my family into an internet family at the very dawn of the internet and what happened to him and all the really strange aspects of that. But I have to keep watching because I saw all my favorite little watch words in just that little snippet of it.

Speaker 0: The pressure in here in Colombia is for me to not even vote right on the board. Y'all might not know this. A a dark money entity that was created on Tuesday, the day a that the people in Colombia, that the lobby wants me to either not vote or to vote green on this, but my constituents want me to vote red, and they want their tax money spent on core government functions, on their roads, on their schools. That's what they want their money spent on. They don't want us in here trying to play this government planning thing where we and our bureaus can figure out where the job should be, who should be employed, how much money should be allocated where in the private sector. It never works. It's socialism. It's never worked anywhere before. So what are we doing to how do it here? Speaker 1: But wait. Would you consider the fact that South Carolina's track record on bringing major projects into this state is has a winning record, and therefore, again, commerce should be listened to rather than those people back in your district that may not have ever brokered a deal, may not understand what it means of being a project, may not understand economic incentives. So what you're suggesting is we should listen to the people back home in your district rather than the people at Commerce that have been successful at bringing these mega deals to South Carolina. Speaker 0: Mister Rutherford, I don't think that you could have espoused a philosophy that disagrees more fundamentally, than me. I I I I completely disagree with you, and I I think that you believe what you just said. But, no, I, a 100%, am going to listen to the people back home who I represent in this house, and you should listen to the 40,000 people in your, your area and not and not the bureaucrats at Commerce and not the lobbyists and not the multibillion dollar international corporations. You should listen to your constituents like I am. So, yes, I will always fall back on the common sense of the wonderful people from Taylor's and Greenville East Side far more than I will ever to. Unelected bureaucrats, other representatives in here who have been here for far too long and have maybe managed a whole lot of these deals, and far more than I will ever listen to any member out there. They mention that the algorithm used to rank tweets seemed to favor right-leaning terms and flagged certain terms like "MyPillow" and "patriots" as political misinformation. They also mention that regular users with fewer than 10,000 followers were more heavily impacted by the algorithm. They express concerns about potential censorship and question if the code and search parameters have been updated. The speakers mention the recent news about changes in the trust and safety team.

And then there's a section for clean text versus the other section. But I will say, like, the majority of this It's really just right leaning terms. I mean, I don't know any other way to say it. I think I it's just not Ranked equally in terms of what they that's the big table. Speaker 1: So somewhere as broad as just MAGA. Right? If peep you just talked about MAGA or election fraud in any context. Then that was automatically, discriminated against as con as, you know, as content according to your report. Speaker 3: Correct. So I just saw like, for example, I saw MyPillow in in here a few times actually, so I just added that. I see Speaker 2: Woah. Woah. Woah. Woah. Woah. Woah. Speaker 0: Hold on. You saw What? What? Speaker 3: Yeah. So, like, that's but this is a perfect example, right, because programmers are are saying, well, it looks like a a normal database. How is you know, what's wrong with the corpus? Well, here's the thing about the AI corpus. Why is MyPillow a term that is being flagged at all by Twitter for political misinformation? Like, that's the question that people need to ask. It's about all of Speaker 1: Because Twitter knows that patriots get a good night's sleep. Speaker 3: Patriots is another term, by the way. So Speaker 2: if you if you use the word MyPillow, let so let's say all my MyPillow tweets, for example, of which there are there are many, because it's q 4, baby, and we're we're blowing it out because we know that shipping window is coming to a close very soon for December 25th under the tree, but but but hold on. If you tweeted the term MyPillow just by itself, it was automatically flagged in Twitter's guy has misinformation. Speaker 3: Yes. It doesn't necessarily mean they removed it, but it means that someone was looking at it. So you'll see that some of these were kept up, but if you talked about MyPillow, and you talked about election frauds, and you had certain terms like voter or, like, here's another term where I see, FJB. That's in Under the box, it says insult. Or if you use that in correlation with under the box of partisan media, they have GAB under that, they have Newsmax on that. I mean, there's Literally thousands of cells of data that I'm looking at. I would also say that you using the term, Jack, is different than a regular user, doing it because There's 2 sets of rules because I would imagine you're considered, you know, a high profile account like the lips of TikTok that we saw in that screenshot. What's so important about this information and I want people to understand is that regular users under 10,000 followers, The algorithms really hit them in a way that it didn't for other people. Speaker 0: Yeah. You you just get completely you just get completely crushed if you don't have a strong you know, if you if if you're following if you don't have enough voices banging the drums and banging the shields for you. Like, ALX is a good example. Right? Like, we all we all knew it was wrong, and so we took up the mantle of ALX, But there are a lot of people who are done dirty, like, 1,000 of the tens of 1,000 that were done dirty the same way ALX was. And if you don't have an army fighting for you, you're hopeless. Speaker 2: Yes, sir. 100%. Speaker 3: Correct. Yeah. So I think moving forward the question that I have, at least for for Musk, is what has changed with the code and with these search parameters? So I need to understand Is are are these terms still the same for the detection list? Have they have they been completely stripped by the new data science team? Is there a new data science team? If so, who are they? Like, I have a ton of follow-up questions because the truth is in terms of censorship, if this stuff isn't stripped, you're still going to see a lot of the same things happening without these Terms being redone and the data being retrained. Speaker 0: Well, I got rid of stuff you see today. Trust and safety. Alright. Speaker 2: Say that. Yeah. That was the big breaking news. So

Most of the TF “censorship” revelations you see are directly from his lawsuit. It’s unfortunate he is never even cited as the original source.
