In 2018, NBC incorrectly reported that Trump stayed home at Christmas time, the first US president since 2002 to skip visiting the troops. The news went global, but it wasn't true. The media had jumped the gun.
Trump and first lady Melania left the White House Christmas Day to visit US soldiers in Iraq. On Thanksgiving, Newsweek made a similar error, falsely reporting that Trump was spending the holiday golfing at Mar a Lago in Florida, but the reporter had fabricated the golf story. Trump flew to Afghanistan on Thanksgiving to, again, be with the troops, making Trump the only president in US US history to visit troops in a combat zone both on Thanksgiving and so close to Christmas, though the press never reported that. 3 years into the Biden presidency, it's clear. Trump was treated with unique unfairness by error riddled reports in the media, always cutting in a negative direction.

That committee was gerrymandered by speaker Pelosi, operated without a ranking member or counsel to the ranking member. Liz Cheney was granted vice chair status to try to cover that up. The committee then had a series of carefully Scripted by Hollywood hearings, where the entire q and a path was prewritten and meshed with cherry picked snippets of highly edited, audio I'm sorry, video and, audio doctored video.
The committee interviewed a 1,000 plus witnesses, it says, but only about two 100 transcripts have been released. Second, the January 6th committee worked with regime media. The New York Times, Washington Post, CNN and MSNBC, etcetera. In that way, the fake narrative that an insurrection had January 6th was blasted everywhere. Based on secretly recorded, video, we now have on tape Nancy Pelosi's documentarian daughter, and her friends admitting that no real insurrection ever occurred.
The collective effect of the January 6th committee's shameful way of proceeding, plus the reinforcing media blitz, poisoned the jury pool in Washington, DC. Trial venue transfers out of DC should have been permitted. Media narrative mongering, indeed, was also the pre original sin, therefore, of this entire issue because it laid the groundwork work for the January 6th select committee's hatchet jobs. 3rd, many of the defendants were swept up in a vast dragnet that I believe violated the 4th amendment, because it was the equivalent of a general warrant that our framers sought to ban. This was done through the use of geofencing technology and cell phone data warrants sent to telecom providers.
Additionally, many protesters arriving after president Trump's speech, in the ellipse it in the ellipse had finished, did not see any signage that areas normally open to the public were closed that day, setting up a trespass trap for the unwary.

Speaker 1: Narrative that has been set about assaults in the bathroom. It has not come as the result of a transgender Identified student. There is not a single incident that has happened. And if you look at the nation wide data that does not show it as well.
Speaker 0: But not to worry. Since you couldn't locate them, I took the trouble too. See, Loudoun County, Virginia, where last year, under district policy, a trans student was allowed into the woman's bathroom where he assaulted a girl to cover it up. They moved him to another school where he did it again. See Irvine, California last month where a trans student entered the women's locker room and flashed the girls there.
When they confronted him, he mercilessly beat them. This happened again in Gwinnett County, Georgia. This happened again in Oklahoma City. This happened again in Ohio where a trans man was allowed to use the locker room where he was arrested for flashing little girls. The judge dropped the charges after he ruled that this man was too fat for them to see anything.
Last month, in this city, a man using they, them pronouns in a scene straight out of Silence of the Lambs hunted down and killed a female jogger because he, quote, wanted to look just like her. And before you say that these are anecdotal evidence, just note that in a survey of trans inmates in federal prisons, half were convicted of sexual assault and 90% were convicted of violent crimes well above the general prison population. Now it should also be noted that in each of these cases, each of these perpetrators had either changed their pronouns, had undergone transition, or had received gender affirming therapy and accommodations thereof. Why is this important to note? Probably for the same reason.
We recognize as a society that you do not affirm that people with anorexia can be healthy in any way. You do not affirm that somebody with schizophrenia is hearing voices, and you do not affirm that somebody in a manic episode is having great ideas because when you leave somebody to languish in their false mental state, I e men who think they are women, they will inevitably lash out and harm themselves and those around them. Hurt people hurt other people, but I don't wanna pretend and have the hubris to think that I'm gonna be the one to change your mind. I'm happy to our any and all of these examples with you, but you will most likely leave here tonight believing that men can become women, affirming care works and that you made the right vote, but you will no longer be able to look into the eyes of your constituents and honestly say that you are unaware of the assaults that inevitably take place when we declare to women, you have no right to privacy. However, what I was referencing was, by the US government in in all of their Research. So that's what I was referencing, and, yes, I see you're holding that up.
However, the vote, How I based my vote wasn't just solely on that. How I based my vote is what We are required to do when making policy is that we must make policy that is within federal, State, and within our policies. So federal laws and state laws. And based upon the laws that are out there, my vote was not to go forward with that because a policy would have been Against a law, and that is the reason why I voted that way. Thank you.
