Victoria Charity White, 42, from Rochester, Minnesota, was violently attacked by police as she attempted to escape a dangerous situation while being forcefully pushed into the Lower West Terrace tunnel at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. https://youtu.be/zxskx8Xtuig?si=fSJdces4M_yd5I4o Victoria and other patriots were determined to stop the masked intruders who had broken the window to gain entry. Everything that went wrong on J6 was undeniably staged by leftists as a deliberate effort to impose censure and promote unfair bias. With deliberate intent, the Democrats aggressively targeted civilians during a peaceful protest— only to point and cry injustice as these same civilians merely sought to survive the violence that was unlawfully thrust upon them. I suspect cases like Victoria’s are what led some of the involved police to resort to suicide. It’s difficult to imagine the profound feelings of solitude one might experience when facing threats from within a political party, especially when grappling with the guilt of having been involved in violence against the very civilians you are meant to protect. The tragic events of that day should serve as a heavy burden on our nation’s conscience. Yet, in the time that followed, it feels as if many in positions of power focused more on spinning narratives than acknowledging the complexity of the situation that unfolded on January 6th. Every story must be seen and heard— and we must grasp the nettle for the truth.
