I'm exhausted and losing my voice. The team has been working nonstop for three weeks without a break. It's heartbreaking to see so many lives destroyed, especially children. We can only do so much to help them, and it's frustrating not having the right equipment. If we had better materials, we could treat more patients. It's overwhelming to see so many people with terrible injuries in such a short time. Today, we had to amputate someone's shoulder because it was shattered. I hope this ends soon, and I'm sure the whole team feels the same.

Speaker 0: So tired today, losing my voice as well. I think it's partly because the team has been working nonstop, 12 plus hours a day for 3 weeks now, nearly without a single break. But it's also just that relentlessness of seeing so many destroyed lives, so many Shattered bodies and, burnt bodies, particularly in children. It's just such a such a such a tragedy, and, knowing that these people, You know, what happened in a couple of seconds will be with them for the rest of their lives. And, yeah, we can do a little bit to maybe help them. Although it's frustrating, we don't have the right stuff to do a better job, which is Also, something that that gets you after a bit, knowing if you had better kit, you know, better materials, you'd be able to do a better job and deal with more patients. But it's just, seeing so many people in such a short space of time with such Awful injuries. Today, we had to disarticulate somebody's shoulder. That means take the whole arm off at the height of the shoulder because it was it was, you know, shattered and and, couldn't be salvaged to all young young men, and, yeah, just just one of of many. I just hope, and I'm sure the whole team, and I would hope everyone just hopes that this comes to an end soon.

@tigredanatolie Comme s’il recevait des corps déchiquetés dans son hôpital … magnifique mensonge.
