FEMA needs to be gutted and reformed not given more money. My amendment to knock down drones was “shot down.” https://t.co/4INiSyfOYk

Video Transcript AI Summary
Hey, everybody. Tim Birch is leaving. Transportation committee had amendment about knocking drones down if they fly over your property. It was shut down. Had a lot of precautions in there. You know, you couldn't do it in areas, of course, where you're not allowed to fire a gun. It's just this thing's over your dadgum house. It's a property rights issue, folks. Say you're out laying out by the pool and this thing flies over and is taking pictures of you and your family or your kids, your young kids, and it's legal. You ought to be able to knock it down. It's ridiculous. Also, FEMA reauthorization. I voted against it. Throwing more money at a broken system is not a way to fix it. Just shut it down, gut it, and start over. Anyway, thank you all for sending me here. We'll keep working.

Just shut it down, gut it, and start over. That's the way you fix it. Government never fixes anything. I just pour more money into it. Anyway, thank you all for sending me here. We'll keep working.

What’s the deal with these Dadgum NGO’s? Well I’ll tell you. https://t.co/1nsywT7IBh

Video Transcript AI Summary
Tim Burgett discusses 'bad gum NGOs'—Nongovernment organizations—saying they're not non government because you and I fund it; we borrow the money to send to them. He cites Afghanistan, where a bill to defund the Taliban is in the Senate, and says the other side pitched a fit when NGOs were added; we're cutting them off. He claims billionaires who hate what we stand for will put a million dollars in groups with fancy names like 'feed the children,' and that they apply for federal money; an unelected bureaucrat in Washington says they’re legit, enabling billions. Afghanistan alone has over a thousand NGOs; with UN involvement, could be thousands more. He questions spending, asking, 'do you really believe we're spending 10,000,000 on a dadgum drag show?', suggesting money goes back to politicians; there’s a paper trail. 'These executive orders, that's exactly what they're stopping. Scrap the whole thing and start over.'

Speaker 0: Hey, everybody. Tim Burgett. A lot of people ask me, what's the deal with those bad gum NGOs? Nongovernment organizations. They get a heck of a lot of your money, though, and here's how it works. They're not non government because you and I fund it. We borrow the money to send to them. Afghanistan, for instance, where we had the bill to defund the Taliban. It's in the senate now, but and the other side, oh, man, they pitched a fit when we added NGOs. We're cutting them off. Because here's what happens. You got these billionaires who hate our guts, want every destroy everything we stand for. They'll put a million dollars in some group that has some fancy name, feed the children. I don't know. Maybe that's not an accurate one, but, anyway, you get the picture. And so they'll put a million dollars in there, which is nothing to them, pennies on their dollars. And so they they they apply for this federal money, and then they the unelected bureaucrat in Washington says, oh, they got a million dollars, and they're legit. And so then they literally have put billions upon billions of dollars in these things. Afghanistan alone, over a thousand nongovernment organizations are working out there. And you add the the UN stuff, and we think it could be multiples of thousands of organizations working out of there, all this bogus stuff. I mean, do you really believe we're spending 10,000,000 on a dadgum drag show? Where's the money go? Right back in the pockets of politicians. Probably some in Washington. That's it is so there's a paper trail. Somebody's gonna find out about it, but we know it probably goes into dark money campaigns, fighting good Republicans as well. And, anyway, it's gotta stop. And thank you Donald Trump and JD Vance. Dadgummit. Big beautiful bill. These executive orders, that's exactly what they're stopping. Scrap the whole thing and start over. Thank you all for sending me here.

Some random thoughts on those “kids” at ⁦@DOGE⁩ https://t.co/6bCydRnaw9

Video Transcript AI Summary
Happy President's Day, everyone. I'm frustrated with the left's approach to attacking the young individuals exposing waste, abuse, and fraud, including instances of paying terrorists. Instead of addressing the issues, they target the messengers. It reminds me of my dad, a World War II Marine, who only cried when acknowledging the 18, 19, and 20-year-olds who died on those islands were the real heroes, and they saved the world. The Japanese and Nazis had awful plans for this world, and those young Americans stopped them. When the left attacks these folks, remember, they can't attack the issue, so they attack the messenger. We need to call them out before we lose our nerve.

Speaker 0: Hey, everybody. Tim Burchard on the farm today. Happy President's Day. It's national holiday. Just some random thoughts. I just can't get out of my mind that the left is just running down these young so called kids at Doge. And, obviously, it's gotten the better of them and found all this waste, abuse, and and fraud all across our country, paying terrorists billions of dollars. And the left just can't they can't attack the the the issue. They gotta attack the the message carrier. And it and it, it's really kinda gotten under my skin. I keep thinking about these young kids as they keep calling them 18, 19, 20 year olds. And, you know, the only time I ever heard my dad cry, he lived to be in his eighties. He's an old World War two marine, first marine division, fought on Peldoo in Okinawa. You can Google them. They were awful. He never got a scratch externally. It was all internally. He he, had a lot of, I think, survivor's guilt. Anyway, only time I ever heard him cry, he was speaking at an event. They were honoring him, trying to make him out to be a hero, and he said I wasn't a hero. He said it was those 18, 19, 20 year olds that we left on those islands that were heroes. And, every time they were and he would always say, you know, these guys never set out to be heroes. They were just average Americans that did their job. And one kid had lied about his age. He was probably 15 or 16. But you know what? They saved the dadgum world. They saved the world. The Japanese and the the Nazis had horrible plans for this world, and they stopped them. And a lot of them didn't get to come home because of that. So anytime the left wants to run those folks down, they can't attack the issue. They gotta attack the message carrier, and that's that's pretty poor. I just think they're they're whipped, and we know it. You know? And we need to pile it on fast before we lose our nerve. Anyway, that's just a random thought. Thank y'all so much for sending me here. It's cold in Tennessee on the farm today, but it's it's good to be living a free America. And thank God for those kids that save this country and this world. Thank you all for sending me here.

What in the world? 159 Democrats voted against the Laken Riley act. Why would you in favor of rapists and murderers? https://t.co/RDQfds8PI0

Video Transcript AI Summary
I'm heading out to vote on the Lake and Riley Act, which addresses the tragic case of a young girl in Georgia who was murdered by an illegal immigrant. This bill mandates that the Department of Homeland Security detain illegal immigrants charged with crimes like burglary and theft. It also allows state attorneys general to sue the DHS for not adhering to this requirement. Unfortunately, I expect most Democrats to oppose this common-sense legislation. It's crucial for voters to consider the character of those they support. By the way, President Carter's body will soon be lying in state. Thank you for your support.

Speaker 0: Hey, everybody. Tim Merchant leaving the house for one vote, but it's a major vote. The Lake and Riley Act. Do y'all remember Lake and Riley was a little girl over there and young lady, I guess, in Georgia, brutally murdered by an illegal. He'd been arrested in New York City for driving without a license in Georgia for theft, but he was out. And this bill would, require the DHS to detain illegal immigrants who committed burglary, theft, larceny, near shoplifting, and allows the state attorney general to sue the DHS for violating this detention requirement. It's, you know, it's common sense stuff, but it's, a a large I would say the majority of Democrats are gonna vote against the dadgum thing. This I hope people realize what they're doing. They start voting for people and the quality and the character of people's hearts because this is just beyond belief. And this big crowd out here, president Carter's body will be lying in state soon. Anyway, thank you all so much for sending me here.
