And now, now we're in the valley of the shadow. Letitia James does not pursue us because of some legal technicality, she pursues us because she hates what we represent: the unbroken thread of American identity and the sacred right of a people to defend themselves as a nation. For three years, we have walked through this shadow, not as victims, but as witnesses Witnesses to how far this notorious persecutor of Donald Trump is willing to go to silence the truth. How eagerly she sacrifices justice at the altar of ideology. Veed Air Foundation was incorporated in New York in 1999 before anybody thought about lawfare, before anybody had even heard of Letitia James, and we are not allowed to leave without permission. It turns out New York is like Hotel California. You can check-in, but checking out is impossible. Peter and I have even been forced to hire personal lawyers not because we've done anything wrong but because according to New York even our attempts to house our young family can be treated as a conspiracy. In January, my husband Peter Brimelow, who was the editor of vdare.com, took me to President Trump's inauguration. We went to cheer ourselves up, and we needed cheering up after watching vdare.com get destroyed in 2024. Peter and I watched the swearing in from the auditorium at the Heritage Foundation. It was a nostalgic return for us because that's where I was an intern when we first met twenty years ago. We particularly loved seeing the J6 pardons. Peter and I did not attend the January 6 protest, but Wieder did run the earliest debunking of the moral panic that ensued against those who did. The January 6 pardons were not political acts. They were a reckoning with truth. And for a moment I saw the scales of justice trembling toward balance. And then the knife. A couple of days after those January 6 pardons, Letitia James hauled in a former Vidare Foundation board member, a man who resigned in in 2020, and interrogated him in a windowless room in New York for five and a half hours under oath. He was illegally ordered not to discuss it with us. No transcript, no recourse, just the slow and grinding pressure of the state. Let me emphasize here, Vidar has not been charged with anything, let alone convicted. This is how they break you, not with a single blow but with a thousand cuts. But here's what she doesn't understand: we're not fighting against her, we're fighting for the historic American nation. In our fight, we have witnessed miracles. When 21,000,000 people saw my story on Tucker Carlson, it wasn't just exposure. It was Samizat for the digital age. When lawyers and paralegals then appeared exactly when we needed them, saving us half a million dollars, they weren't just volunteers, they were angels in disguise. These are visible examples of the material difference that can be made when supporters like you choose to stand with Vidare. Vidare stands at a threshold. The lawyers call it a process crime, meaning it wouldn't even exist if it weren't for this investigation that Letitia James has thrown at us. We are appealing this fine. Number two: We have appealed our First Amendment case in the federal court. If this appeal is unsuccessful then we can take it to the U. S. Supreme Court where truth still has a chance. Number three: We want to file ethics complaints against Letitia James. It's time to expose her lies to the courts. Letitia James' habitual violation of ethical norms is an open scandal. A year ago, Representative Elise Stefanik filed a 64 page complaint against Letitia James' persecution of Donald Trump. We can match that. Letitia James, as an officer of the court, is not supposed to lie to judges. But she has lied to judges about Vidare, repeatedly. Ethical violations are a very serious matter. Notoriously, Trump allies John Eastman and Rudy Giuliani are facing disbarment for supposed ethical violations while they were defending Donald Trump. But what Letitia James has done to Vidare is far more serious. Before we can see any of these victories though, we have to survive. Survival isn't passive. It's what our writers do when they post pseudonymously. It's what our donors do when they give their money despite the risks. That's zero mentions of the Kavanaugh or Wisconsin parallels since January 6. For that matter, there actually was a violent attack on a major federal building very recently. The May 30 attack on the White House when the Secret Service had to order the Trump family into a bunker and over 60 Secret Service agents were injured. Remember that? But that's gone down the lying press memory hole too. Only one mention in the New York Times since June 1. And we're not aware of any mass arrests or serious punishments. Certainly nothing like the immense witch hunt that's been going on since January 6. Furthermore, if Trump were a democrat, Ashley Babbitt, remember her, would be a saint, if not a goddess. Although you probably don't know this, it's very far from clear that Heather Heyer was deliberately killed at the Charlottesville Unite the Right rally. James Fields appears to have been trying to escape when he drove into the crowd blocking his way. But it is absolutely clear that Ashley Vavid, although an unarmed woman surrounded by security, was deliberately shot by a Capitol Hill Cop. Ashley Babbitt was a decorated veteran and a female business owner. Heather Heyer was an overweight, small time communist. But it's Heyer who has been canon ized with a foundation named after her and endless regime media adulation. Whereas Ashley Babbitt has vanished from the mainstream media after a couple of sneering profiles and insinuations about her private life. Have you heard anything about Heather Heyer's private life? Would you even want to? And remember, this is in addition to two Trump supporters shot dead during the election campaign, in Lee Keltner in Denver and Aaron Danielson in Seattle. Speaker 1: Go. Go. And he was held in solitary confinement for nine months before the trial, not even allowed to meet with his baby son born while he was in custody. His state trial ended in a hung jury, but he was hit with double jeopardy federal civil rights charges, apparently double crossed on a plea bargain deal and sentenced to a savage twenty years in prison. If Trump were a Democrat, the demonstration would be celebrated as mostly peaceful to use the term the lying press invented to describe last summer's deadly anti va BLM riots. In fact, this demonstration really was mostly peaceful and most importantly, it was unarmed. Get that. This alleged insurrection, this alleged coup d'etat carried no weapons. As we stood on the terrace watching protesters attempt to breach the door to enter the main level of the Capitol Building, some nefarious members of the group took to breaking windows, but this was widely condemned by the crowd. Officer was dragged from the doorway on the terrace level of the capital into the crowd and beaten. But in this video, you cannot only see Trump supporters holding back the man fighting with the cop, but you can hear the crowd chant, let the cop go. Remember last summer, some 7,750 quote unquote demonstrations took place in over 2,000 cities resulting in twenty deaths directly and an increase in murders by the thousands and an estimated $2,000,000,000 in damages. There were no shootings by law enforcement and virtually all of the rioters who were arrested had charges dropped. Yet, the left alleges police brutality. So the police have deployed a heavy amount of tear gas and concussion, rounds at the crowd, completely dispersing them from the the top level of the Capitol Building. Here's a protester saying, police worked with them at first to understand the demands of the crowd, only to turn around and deliver entire canisters of mace at point blank range in their faces. Speaker 2: There was three officers that were trying to work with us when I had the megaphone. The other officers told them to shut up, mow us down, and they all sprayed us. They lifted up my gas mask and sprayed me in the face, beating us in the head with batons. Speaker 0: And this brutality apparently resulted in the deaths of three Trump supporters who reportedly had underlying medical conditions. When was the last time you've heard of protesters dying of underlying medical conditions at a demonstration? It happened here because the police mishandled the demonstration. Their names were Benjamin Phillips, fifty, of Ringtown, Pennsylvania, Kevin Greason, 50 5, of Athens, Alabama, and Roseanne Boylent, thirty four, of Kennesaw, Georgia. You've not heard those names because the regime media hasn't been celebrating them or anything about them. So let's back up a second here. You constantly hear that the Capitol Hill protests left five dead. You never hear that all five of them were Trump supporters, including even police officer Brian Syknik who died a day later of causes that federal prosecutors admit they cannot tie to the protest. Two Capitol Hill police officers, Jeffrey Smith and Howard Liebengood, later committed suicide, something unfortunately epidemic among law enforcement officers. If Trump were a Democrat, pundits and lawmakers would be scrambling to appease the protesters as they did for BLM, pushing massive legislation to defund police stations as cities burned and innocents were killed, including police officers. In this case, what is needed is an inquiry into what actually happened in the twenty twenty election and sweeping election reform to prevent whatever fraud there was from ever happening again. Here, we've shown you how the Capitol Hill Protest could have been reported differently if our rulers had wanted that. It would have also been nearer the truth. But our rulers don't want that. Mostly, they come from the poorest countries on the planet. We don't know anything about them really. We don't know if they're pro America. We're sitting here as our country is destroyed and no one's responding. And at some point you have to ask, why? Are the majority of Americans in favor of this? Of course not. In fact, no one's in favor of this. No one will defend this in public. No one will explain why we need it, why it's a good idea, how it's gonna help this country, how your grandchildren will live in a better place because of it. People are just silent It's not even happening. Again, you have to ask why. The answer, of course, is really simple, because they're afraid. They're they have refused to tell us what they're investigating. It's been two years of us just being crushed under this burden of investigation. The subpoenas were, like, 47 points each. They want us to turn over essentially every document that we have interacted with, since 2016. And for a small organization, you know, at our peak, we four full time employees. Right now, we have two. That's Peter and myself. This has just been an absolutely crushing burden. And I will say the the Facebook subpoena was interesting because we had actually been kicked off of Facebook years previous. So we had not even been on Facebook to interact with Facebook in in many years, and they were asking for all of the data that VDAIR had ever accumulated, created while we were on on Facebook, which we had incidentally also requested. Vidar was kicked off Facebook the same day that every one of the people involved in our organization was kicked off, including myself. I had never posted anything political online at all, but they took all my baby pictures, the the the video of my daughter's first steps, which was not saved anywhere else. Facebook still has that. They have, in fact, told my lawyers that we are too dangerous to get our data back, including my daughter taking her first steps. So that was the first subpoena that Letitia James threw the hate Speaker 0: crime scene. May I ask you to pause for one moment and and just clarify something? So Facebook has called too dangerous to possess your own baby pictures. Have has Vidare advocated violence? Is there something we're missing for terrorism? Never. Insurrection, killing people? Speaker 1: Never. Speaker 0: Okay. Okay. Sorry. I I just wanna clarify that. Speaker 1: Well, we've never even been accused of doing that. Right? I mean, people use these scare smear words all the time, white nationalists, white supremacists, racist, xenophobes, whatever it whatever the flavor of the day is. So so we get accused of being those things all the time, which we would argue we are not. But violence is something we have never been associated with. We're even careful to talk about the national divorce because of what implications that might have. I mean, we're living in a very high tense high tension environment right now politically, and I think it's important that people choose their words very carefully and choose their actions very carefully. I think it's entirely justified that a large portion of the American population feels drawn to activism right now, but it needs to be chosen very carefully. Speaker 0: Yes. Speaker 1: And once you destroy something, you can't take it back. And our enemies should remember that too. Once they destroy us, what are they gonna do then? But to go back to the subpoenas, the you know, we have our mainstream you know, when I say mainstream. What I mean is, like, in normal times, when VEDER is just surviving cancel culture and putting out this message that demography is destiny and that America is legitimate and real, that we're a true culture and we have a national identity that's worth defending and that and that immigration has massive negative effects that nobody's talking about. We our operation is about 800,000 a year. In the last twelve months, about, we've had to spend half a million dollars just complying with the subpoenas.
