@wendyp4545 - Wendy Patterson

President Trump, @realDonaldTrump had to create a special Attorney General for fraud who will report directly to him because the two women he nominated to be Attorney General @AGPamBondi and the Assistant Attorney General @AAGDhillon have failed in their positions and the number 3 at the DOJ, another failure Trump can't trust to get convictions, @DAGToddBlanche, is happy that Trump finally appointed someone to come in and finally get the job done. Good luck Collin. There is an Attorney General position opening soon if you do a good job and bring home convictions.

Breaking News: The Republicans in Congress are still sending the Taliban cash every week.

Cash shipments to the Taliban haven’t stopped. Ending it requires an Act of Congress, H.R. 260. What’s the holdup @SteveScalise https://t.co/Mdmw7eLPaB

Video Transcript AI Summary
The US is allegedly funding the Taliban with $40 to $87 million weekly, totaling billions of dollars. This claim originated from an interview on the Sean Ryan show, where "Legend," an Afghan American and former US Army officer, reported that US cash shipments to the Afghan Central Bank were benefiting the Taliban. The cash is reportedly flown to Afghanistan and auctioned off to the Taliban in exchange for Afghan currency. Critics argue that taxpayer money is going to terrorists that the US fought for twenty years, with USAID distributing US cash in Afghanistan. Congressman Tim Birchitt introduced bill H.R. 260, "No Tax Dollars for Terrorists Act," to stop the funding. The bill requires the State Department to develop a strategy to discourage financial support to the Taliban from foreign countries and NGOs. Critics urge the public to pressure senators to act on the bill.

Speaker 0: All you outragers out there actually, for all of America out there, you wanna know why nothing changes? Because you don't hold yourselves accountable. We gave you something to do, a call to action, and you did not do it. You and I are funding a terrorist organization, the Taliban. Let's talk about how The US is funding Taliban. Speaker 1: It all started with this interview on the Sean Ryan show. Speaker 2: On a weekly basis, The United States, the current administration, mister Joe Biden, has been sending $40,000,000. Speaker 3: Why have billions of dollars of your money gone to Afghanistan since the Taliban took power? And you might say, well, that's because America is a generous country, and we send humanitarian assistance all over the globe. Speaker 2: Where are we with the funding? You're the one Speaker 0: that broke 40,000,000 a week. Speaker 2: USAID, US cash in Afghanistan is distributed in honor of Mullahi Botullah, not in the name of the generosity of the American people. Speaker 0: Tim Birchah got involved. Speaker 4: Sean and Legend brought to our attention that at least $40,000,000 per week is ending up in the hands of the Taliban. Speaker 0: Eli Crane got involved. Speaker 3: Biden's state department sent millions of your tax dollars to Taliban. Speaker 0: Marjorie Taylor Green was, like, the last president. Speaker 5: Dollars in cash payments per week are being delivered to the Taliban. Speaker 0: What's the headway on this? Speaker 2: The bill is h r two sixty, no tax dollars for terrorist act. Congressman Tim Birchitt, could not have done this without him. Speaker 4: To president-elect Trump calling on his incoming administration to stop this funding. Speaker 6: You know that we pay billions of dollars a year? You know this? Does anyone know this to Afghanistan? Speaker 0: We really started a conversation here. Essentially funneling cash straight into the Taliban's pockets. Speaker 6: 40,000,000 in cash? Speaker 4: $40,000,000 Speaker 5: a week. We're still actually giving 40,000,000 a week to the Taliban. Speaker 4: Forty million dollars a week. Speaker 0: 40 to 87,000,000 every week. Speaker 3: 3,000,000,000 plus dollars going over to the Taliban. Speaker 0: Everybody that's paying US taxes is now funding terrorism. 40 to $87,000,000 a week to the Taliban. Speaker 4: Forty million dollars a week. Speaker 5: And sending US tax payer money through the Taliban and Haqqani network. Speaker 4: Uncovered $40,000,000. Speaker 6: And what do they do with that $40,000,000, you ask? Well, let me tell you. This is what legend says. Speaker 4: $40,000,000 in cash is flown to Afghanistan weekly. Speaker 3: That our government is sending taxpayer dollars to terrorists that we fought for twenty years. Speaker 1: Your hard earned tax dollars ended up in the hands of terrorists. Speaker 3: Forty million dollars a week. Speaker 2: Should the American people approve or not approve this? Sending $40,000,000 a week. Speaker 3: Stop giving our money to freaking terrorist organizations. Speaker 1: 40,000,000 a week. How did you find this out? Speaker 4: Alright. Well, my friend Legend, an Afghan American and former US Army non commissioned officers traveled to Afghanistan after the collapse and reports that Taliban has been benefiting from US cash shipments sent to the Afghan Central Bank. About $10,000,000 of that, that is 0.1%, has no doubt gotten to the Taliban and I don't care if it's that young penny. I don't care if it's a penny. I mean, for you to sit up here and admit Speaker 0: The Taliban so Al Qaeda, of course, was the organization that planned nine eleven, but they had the explicit support of the Taliban. The oncoming threat that we're facing because we're funding the Taliban. Speaker 4: Yep. Most Americans would say, wait a second. We're not really funding the Taliban. Cash is flown by charter jets in Afghanistan. It's auctioned off to the Taliban in order to exchange it for the Afghan currency. The guy named Sean Ryan, who's a former Navy SEAL, he had a fellow on there and goes by the name of Legend. Speaker 2: And I wanna thank you and congressman Tim Burgess for this initiative. Speaker 6: We pay billions of dollars to essentially the Taliban. Speaker 4: And he goes by the name Legend. Speaker 0: We accidentally gave 239,000,000 to the Taliban. We already know it's much more than that. Speaker 4: And if it hadn't been for you and Legend, it would have not gotten anywhere. Speaker 0: No tax dollars for terrorists. Isn't it amazing we even having to consider this? I get a call from leadership. Say, hey, man. What's going on with this bill? I said, I don't know. I'm waiting on y'all to do something with it. Say, what's up? It's gonna be Speaker 4: up next week. Get ready. Speaker 3: The Taliban is taxpayer funded. Speaker 4: Legend, that's the name he goes by. He's an Afghan American. We formulated this plan because of that. Sean Ryan over at Middle Tennessee, former Navy SEAL, he and another guy named Legend had brought this to my attention. Speaker 5: Which terrorist organizations and what monies have we been sending to them? Only 10,000,000 ended up with the Taliban. Speaker 4: State Department needs to ensure that any dagga made, whether financial or material, does not go to terrorists in Afghanistan. Speaker 0: We're giving tens of millions of dollars a week to the Taliban. Speaker 4: Sending money to terrorist groups. Folks, those people those terrorists will hate us for free. Speaker 1: Stop funding our enemies. Speaker 3: This bill requires the Department of State to develop and implement a strategy to discourage foreign countries and non government organizations, NGOs, from providing financial and material support to the Taliban. Speaker 2: This cash could be stopped right now. It just takes one phone call from the president, but it's not happening. Speaker 0: We've done everything we can do to get it at the top level. It is all the way to the top. It's in every agency. It's in it's everywhere. Everybody's aware. They were to light up their senators and say, hey. Why aren't we funding the Taliban? Where is that bill? Where's Birchitt's bill? And a couple thousand people call you at lunchtime, man, and you get nervous. And that's what they need. They need to get nervous.

Speaker 0: Few weeks is gonna be critical. We're working on the big beautiful bill, the reconciliation bill. A lot of work's gone into this already. You know, we've been working on it for over a year, and now is the is is game time as the the big developments are will be coming together. We're excited about that. I think it's gonna be a great piece of legislation. It's gonna solve a lot of problems. It's gonna be turbo fuel, a turbo boost for the economy, and we're looking forward to getting that done. Florida Speaker 1: congressman Randy Fine sits on that committee, and he joins me now. Congressman, good morning to you. The target date to get this legislation passed has been moved from Memorial Day to July 4, both very easy to remember dates. But the reason behind that, I'm sure, is because there's a whole lot of work to get done. So as you see things right now, what is the biggest hurdle to getting this bill passed? Speaker 2: Well, there's so much we need to cut. I mean, I'm excited that today in the education workforce committee, we're gonna be talking about requiring Americans to repay their student loans. So truck drivers and other blue collar workers across the country who decided to go to work aren't stuck paying the loans for gender studies degrees. I mean, we have a lot to do to solve this existential crisis of how are we gonna keep America from going bankrupt. Democrats caused huge problems, and now Republicans have to fix them. Speaker 1: Well, Democrats have been rallying against this bill as you know. Here's a little bit of what people on the other side of the aisle are saying about what you're trying to do. Watch this. Speaker 3: It will hurt children, hurt families, hurt women, hurt seniors, hurt people with disabilities, close hospitals, close nursing homes. People will die. Speaker 4: Are we really going to rob families who are struggling and shovel all that money to the wealthiest people who have ever walked this planet? Speaker 1: Is any of that true? Speaker 2: Of course not. Look. When you have nothing else to say, you go out and say people will die. I mean, give me a break. You know what will kill people is if this country collapses under trillions and trillions of debt. And for whatever reason, democrats live in a world of sunshine, rainbows, pixie dust, and unicorns where you never have to pay for anything. You can send the bill to your kids and grandchildren. And look. President Trump has said he's not gonna go for that. We've gotta get our budget into balance. We do that one step at a time, and this big beautiful reconciliation bill is the first step to make that happen. Speaker 1: Have there a congressman been any democrats who have reached across the aisle with ideas and tried to work with republicans and and getting some of their priorities into this bill to pass it? Speaker 2: Well, if there are, they haven't been talking to me. I'm the new guy, and my focus is really just making sure that I do my part to make sure those things happen. That's why you're gonna see amazing things in the bill today like saying that if a university gives stupid debt to students to get degrees that they may not be able to pay back, we're gonna put the university on the hook to pay those bills back. I mean, are fundamental changes that we have to make if we wanna save America. That's why people elected president Trump, and that's what we're gonna deliver on this week. Speaker 1: Well, when it comes to, democrats and what they're doing right now, there is one democrat, congressman Sheree Tanager, who introduced seven articles of impeachment against president Trump yesterday. Listen to him here. Speaker 5: Donald Trump has already done real damage to our democracy, but defying a unanimous nine o Supreme Court ruling that has to be the final straw. It's time we impeach Donald j Trump. Speaker 1: So I don't expect you to give Democrats, advice, but do you think that this is the right move for the party to make? It hasn't worked for them in the past. So what do you think about this time around? Speaker 2: Well, look. They're in a clown show competition to see who can run as far to the left as they can. If we ought to be talking about impeachment today, it's about the judges who were standing in the way of the agenda that the American people

The speaker states that supporting US consumers is the reason for their actions, which are part of the dollar being a reserve currency. Regarding the US fiscal situation, the speaker acknowledges that US federal debt is on an unsustainable path, but not at an unsustainable level currently, and the limit is unknown. They state that the US is running very large deficits at full employment, which needs to be addressed sooner rather than later. The largest and fastest-growing parts of federal spending are Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, and interest payments, requiring bipartisan solutions. Domestic discretionary spending is a small and declining percentage of federal spending.

Speaker 0: It's very helpful. The reason we do it is it's really good for US consumers. So we'll continue to do that just as as part of the dollar being a reserve currency, the reserve currency most important, and we will do that. Speaker 1: You mentioned amongst the issues you were focused on was The U. S. Fiscal situation. Well, clearly U. S. Sovereign debt continues to rise. And are your thoughts on the longer term implications for interest rates and economic stability? How much further can we go in terms of national debt before we cross a line that might be unsustainable in the long term? Speaker 0: So The U. S. Federal debt is on an unsustainable path. It's not at an unsustainable level and no one really knows how much further we can go. Other countries over time have gone much farther, but we're now, you know, we're running very large deficits at full employment. And this is a situation that we we very much need to address. Sooner or later, we'll have to, and and sooner is better than later. In terms of, if if I can say from my time working on these issues, it's not the Fed's issue, but the if you look at a pie chart of of federal spending, the biggest parts and the parts that are growing are Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, and now interest payments. And so that's really where where the work has to be has to be done. And those those are issues that can only be touched on a bipartisan basis. You know, neither party can figure out what to do without both parties being at the table. So that's that's critical. All of this domestic discretionary spending, which is essentially where a % of the conversation is, is small as a percentage of of federal spending and is declining as a it's already declining as as a percentage of federal spending. So chairman Nunes has offered to step aside as the lead Republican on this particular probe, and I fully support his decision. Representative Mike Conaway, a senior member of the committee, will now lead this investigation, with respect to the House Republicans on the intelligence committee. But when we get on the other side of it and we take into account the ramifications on our national economic health. It has a very detrimental effect. Our government allowed 2 giant companies controlled by foreign governments to come in and acquire. One of them is controlled by the Chinese, and they bought Smithville out of North Carolina. I believe @AGPamBondi is a plant, similar to Bill Barr and Jeff Sessions. She hasn't fired any Biden holdovers and created a task force with Congress, partnering with Jim Jordan's Judiciary Committee to investigate federal law enforcement agencies. Additionally, she has misled the public about the Epstein files and used @FBIDirectorKash for a raid on an alleged MS-13 leader, who remains uncharged, as a publicity stunt. Recently, she also placed two DOJ attorneys on paid leave instead of firing them.

@wendyp4545 - Wendy Patterson

Why do I believe that @AGPamBondi is a plant like Bill Barr and Jeff Session was: Her lack of firing the Biden holdovers. She teamed up with Congress on a task force she created which is Jim Jordan's Judiciary committee to "investigate the weaponization of our federal law enforcement agencies." The fact that she lied to the American people several times over the Epstein files and she used the @FBIDirectorKash for a raid that she claims was an MS-13 leader, worst of the worst who still hasn't been charged with any federal crimes that she used as a publicity stunt to make herself look better to the public. Here is another "Boston connection" to the Tesla Dealerships. This comes more than a week after Professor Nathen Phillips literally said in a direct quote that destroying the Dealerships was a way to get Elon Musk back. Back for what? Destroying his federal climate hoax cash cow when Musk and @DOGE dismanlteled NOAA.

She was one of the speakers tonight during the @Tesla Takedown call where organizers called for 500 anti-Tesla protests to take place at @elonmusk’s Tesla Showrooms on March 29th. She is the author of a book called “MemeWars”, and she is a “Professor” at Boston University @BU_Tweets. Donovan claims to "study memes" and “disinformation”. During the call, she said “the most obvious meme that no one is talking about is @ElonMusk's black hat”, which she says symbolizes “his black hat attack and data heist of our Federal Government.” She called him a “black hat hacker who has broken into our government.” This woman is a COLLEGE PROFESSOR at Boston University where she teaches “journalism and emerging media studies” in their College of Communication. The whole administration is about promoting corruption. The first thing they did was they got rid of 17 inspector generals in the federal departments and agencies. These are the anti corruption fighters, and they have staffs of hundreds of people who are actually working to ferret out waste and corruption and self dealing and bribery and abuse. And last year, they saved us $93,000,000,000. Elon Musk hasn't saved us $93 in waste, fraud, and abuse. What he's doing is firing people, civil service workers, like air traffic controllers, like FBI agents who did their jobs, with respect to the January 6 investigation, like food and drug safety inspectors. I’ve always voted Democrat, believing their messages about climate change and sustainability. I invested in solar panels and electric cars, thinking I was helping the planet. I followed their dietary advice and accepted their views on abortion as healthcare. Meanwhile, I noticed the mismanagement of resources, rising homelessness, and troubling societal changes. I watched as values shifted, with inappropriate content in schools and a lack of accountability for illegal activities. Now, I’m left questioning how things spiraled out of control.

@wendyp4545 - Wendy Patterson

You voted Democrat your whole life. They told you that carbon is bad and the climate was going to destroy the Earth. They convinced you to buy Solar Panels (from China) to save the Planet. Buy Electric Cars to cut down on your Carbon footPrint. They filled our food with unhealthy substances and told you to stop eating meat so you did. They convinced you that abortion was "healthcare" so you believed them. They charged you taxes at a rate higher than the national rate and you paid them. While you were doing all of that, they mismanaged your water, mismanaged your forest and mismanaged your tax dollars. Homelessness grew, the crack pipes you handed out made it worse and your children became fair game to the elites who wanted a boy but had a girl or had a girl but wanted a boy. You watched Parades where naked men walked down the streets with their private parts hanging out with your children because they turned you can't help who you love into real life Porn. You banned Dr Suess and you embraced gay porn books in your Elementary Schools while teachers who believe being attracted to kids taught your kindergarteners how to masturbate. You welcomed illegals into our country not caring if they used your State as a pass through to my State while you forgave them for looting and robbing your local stores. They chased your insurance companies out of your State and cut the resources that would protect your lives and your homes and now you're wondering how it happened and what went wrong.

If any Democrat or Republican attempts to use the 14th Amendment, Section 3, to disrupt the certification of a duly elected President, they could face serious legal consequences under 18 US Code §2385, which addresses advocating for the overthrow of the government. Chief Justice Roberts anticipated potential issues regarding Trump's eligibility, particularly concerning the 14th Amendment's Section 3, which bars individuals engaged in insurrection from holding office. The Supreme Court ruled against efforts to remove Trump from the ballot in Colorado, emphasizing the chaos that would ensue if states could independently decide on his eligibility. The justices agreed that Congress would need to pass a new statute to enforce Section 3, which led to differing opinions among them. Looking ahead to January 6, 2025, there are concerns that if Democrats control the House, they may attempt to block Trump's certification as president, potentially leading to an emergency Supreme Court case. This situation could have been addressed earlier in March.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Well, they're very severe, and what I wanna bring to the viewers, listeners' attention is the fact that I think chief justice Roberts was prescient. I think he saw that this was coming. And according to leaks to the New York Times to to, Liptak, the reporter there, you know, they they were essentially, you know, trying to close this off back in March. And it seems like, you know, several of the justices in the in the 5 to 6 justice majority got off, of that train. And so what they did was they said they couldn't take Trump off the ballot in Colorado. This is the, Trump v Anderson case. They said that, you'd have to have a new statute. But essentially, they left open the question of whether Jamie Raskin can pull this maneuver on this January 6, 2025. And so it's, you know, amazing that the chief foresaw this. You know, he could apparently shut it down. There shouldn't be these leaks from the Supreme Court. I, of course, I wanna make that clear. But, you know, that would have been a much more opportune time to close this off. If we get to the point where Trump wins and Jamie Raskin pulls this dangerous maneuver where he recognizes he's even gonna have to have protection and guards, you know, which I think, you know, he he doesn't really have as big a threat as he thinks he does, but that he wants to portray it as Maga, you know, wants to to kill him in his bed, then, you know, we're we're we're in a world where the Supreme Court's gonna have to decide an emergency case. And they could have decided this back in March. And particularly, Amy Coney Barrett, she wasn't even happy with the fact that they said a new statute would have to be passed in order to operationalize section 3 under section 5 of the 14th amendment. Speaker 1: Just walk us through the go let's go back for a second. Section 3 of the 14th amendment. Is that what it's talking about? Speaker 0: Yes. Speaker 1: Walk us what does that say? How does it tie to their first effort to take Trump off the ballot? And what Raskin says, well, you took him off the ballot, but you that doesn't mean he's actually certifiable to be president of the United States. Speaker 0: Right. So they tried to take him off the ballot, Steve, in Colorado and in Maine. So the Supreme Court decided this in the Colorado case, that vehicle. Speaker 1: What did they argue? What is section 3 of the 14th amendment say that's so so explosive? Speaker 0: It it says that, you know, if you have engaged in insurrection and you're on a certain list of officials, that then you are, barred from holding office under the United States. The problem is that the president one big problem, and I wrote about this and appeared on your show about it, is the sprint the the, president is not on the list. So it talks about senators, it talks about representatives, and, you know, the president's absent from that. There are a lot of different arguments that President Trump employed. The argument that the Supreme Court ultimately adopted to, you know, invalidate what Colorado had said to try to keep him off the ballot was, If a state can decide for its own sake that it thinks an insurrection happened, and it stops someone from running for president, you're gonna have a patchwork where President Trump is on some ballots and not other ones, and that would be a chaotic system. We can't have that. And all of the justices agreed with that point. That was not 90, which is a tremendous victory. Then, 5 justices said that in order to actually try to enforce section 3 of the, 14th Amendment that has this insurrectionist bar in it, under section 5 of the 14th Amendment, Congress would have to pass a new statute. And that's what peeled off Amy Coney Barrett. She's like, we don't need to reach that question. We can just do the 90 question. But then there's a further question, which is what happens on January 6, 2025? And if Hakeem Jeffries controls the house, what Jamie Raskin is signaling is that they're going to say, well, we are congress, we are the house, and we are, you know, gonna not, vote to allow him to be certified as president because he's an insurrectionist. We're interpreting section 3 of the 14th amendment for ourselves. That's clearly gonna lead to a major emergency Supreme Court case. And what I was trying to point out is that the butt on this could have been nipped back in March.

Days later, the government arrived, well-rested and well-fed, taking over hotel rooms instead of providing them to those in need. To my shock, they then attempted to remove the volunteers who had been tirelessly helping. It's disheartening to see FEMA prioritizing their comfort over the needs of those who sacrificed so much to save others.

@wendyp4545 - Wendy Patterson

Imagine a hurricane that was catastrophic where Americans from outside of the area rushed in to save the survivors, who haven't slept or showered who sleep in their trucks so they could continue their searches as soon as possible and your government showing up several days later clean, well fed, well rested who took over the hotel for themselves instead of giving the rooms to the survivors or the volunteers who needed showers and sleep after days in the mountains on rescue missions. Now imagine those same people who just showed up telling those who rushed in to save people to get out that they don't want the volunteers there. Because that's what happened here in North Carolina and the people who are trying to throw them out are from the government. The people who are in those Hotel rooms are from FEMA.

He also said that Joe Biden did a Photo Op so all airspace was grounded and the volunteers had to stop their rescue missions for Biden's Photo Op.

I believe Republicans need to vote early to avoid potential tampering with machines on election day. Traditionally, that day sees the most Republican votes, but it’s also when Democrats might disrupt our ballots. I suspect they spoil votes by using machines that can't read them and by inserting counterfeit ballots overnight. Additionally, corrupt postal workers may lose Republican ballots marked by the state. If you live in a state that marks ballot envelopes, I recommend taking your ballot directly to an early voting center instead of mailing it.

@wendyp4545 - Wendy Patterson

Republicans have to get their vote in early before they tamper with the machines on election day. Election day is traditionally the day most Republicans vote and the opportunity where Democrats can spoil the votes we cast on that day. They cheat in a couple of different ways. They spoil our votes when the machines can't read them on election day and they insert counterfeit ballots in the middle of the night or as I suspect by loading up the drop boxes that NO Republicans are checking to make sure that they're empty before any ballots are turned in. They also use corrupt Federal Democrat employees in our post office who conveniently lose Republican ballots when the corrupt States mark the outside of the envelope to let the postal worker know if there will be a Republican or Democrat ballot inside of the envelope. If you're in a State that marks the outside of your envelope, don't mail it in. Take it to an early voting center and deposit it in a machine yourself.

I shared my thoughts on Rep. Beth Van Duyne's comments regarding the Save Act and its connection to the Continuing Resolution. I believe we already have laws addressing these issues, and the Save Act seems to serve as a justification for another Continuing Resolution, despite previous promises against it. It feels like a strategy to gain public support for yet another omnibus bill that aligns with the agenda of the current administration.

@wendyp4545 - Wendy Patterson

Rep Beth Van Duyne (R) Texas tells Maria that we already have these laws on the books but somehow if they attach the Save Act to the Continuing Resolution that it would force the Federal Government to comply with it. What does the Save Act do that existing Laws don't? They give the excuse to pass a Continuing Resolution with it included so that the public accepts that there will be another Continuing Resolution after they promised us there wouldn't be another one, for another unconstitutional Omnibus that they already agreed on passing. We already have the laws that are included in the Save Act. They created it in order to get the public to agree with another Continuing Resolution and ultmately another Senate created Omnibus that consists of everything the Harris Biden Shadow Government wants.

I question whether Congress will take action after being misled. This situation adds to the concerns surrounding the response to the assassination attempt on President Trump, particularly regarding the Secret Service's involvement. If Congress wasn't complicit, they should be outraged and hold Rowe in Contempt. However, if they were aware, they might just ignore the issue. Reports indicate that Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe played a role in denying crucial security resources for Trump’s events, despite requests from his security detail.

@wendyp4545 - Wendy Patterson

He lied to Congress but will Congress do anything about it? This is another add to your list of how they reacted after the assasination attempt on President Trump for both the Secret Service and how Congress decides to handle the fact that they were lied to. If Congress wasn't in on it then they should be furious and hold Rowe in Contempt. If Congress was in on it, they'll ignore it and pretend it never happened. "Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe was directly involved in denying additional security resources and personnel, including counter snipers, to former President Trump’s rallies and events – despite repeated requests by the agents assigned to Trump’s detail in the two years leading up to his July 13 attempted assassination, according to several sources familiar with the decision-making."

I believe that elected Republicans have consistently protected Democrats and Joe Biden, even while in control of the House. They passed every budget request from the Democrats, including an unlimited debt ceiling for two years. My investigation suggests that these Republicans are complicit in undermining the sovereignty of the United States, supporting a shift from our Constitutional Republic to a Communist-led governance. This collaboration with Democrats appears to be an act of treason against the principles outlined in the Constitution.

@wendyp4545 - Wendy Patterson

They protected Democrats and Joe Biden the entire time Republicans had control of the House and they passed every single budget request the Communists in charge asked them to pass including giving Joe Biden 2 years of an unlimited debt ceiling. Evidence that elected Republicans have signed onto the Communist plan of ushering our country into the Communist Democracy Governance of the New World Order. My preliminary investigation into the elected Republicans' involvement in the overthrow of the United States and her Sovereignty by colluding with Democrats in funding and protecting Democrats who are implementing "Democracy Governance" the replacement for our Constitutional Republic Rule of Law, has reached its conclusion and the evidence is in their own report and the passage of the bills that were requested by Democrats that have moved the United States away from a Free People under the authority of the United States Constitution into a Communist led Dictatorship with the help and support by elected Republicans that doesn't recognize the United States Constitution. An act of Treason by both chambers of the United States Federal Government. §2385. Advocating overthrow of Government. Speaker 0: The Secret Service detail that's guarding former president Donald Trump. So this coming from Real Clear Politics reporting that a female Secret Service agent abandoned her post in North Carolina to breastfeed her baby during Trump's visit yesterday to the Tar Heel State. The report says about 5 minutes before Trump's motorcade arrived, the site agent who manages security for the entire event did a final sweep of the location. Speaker 1: And while walking the route, the site agent reportedly found the Secret Service special agent in question breastfeeding with 2 other family members present in a room that's supposed to be set aside for official business like an emergency involving the president. The report says the special agent did not have permission to leave her post and gave no warning prior to the event that she needed personal time. Working Secret Service agents are prohibited from bringing children or any family members for that matter on a protective assignment. Speaker 0: Alright. Still working on clarification and details on this, that coming from the reporter for RCP. And it comes about a month after what many consider to be the biggest Secret Service failure in recent American history, the assassination attempt on former president Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania. For details, national correspondent, Alana Austin, just got a response from the Secret Service spokesman on this. She joins us live from Capitol Hill with this story. Alana? Speaker 2: Hi. Good morning, Sean and Emma. And certainly, as you mentioned, there were really just weeks out from the attempted assassination on the former president. And we heard from a whistleblower, if you will, a counter sniper saying he was worried there could be another attack imminently as all of these campaign events, the calendar intensifies here leading up to the November elections. And here's the response I just received from the US Secret Service spokesperson. It is saying all employees of the US Secret Service are held to the highest standards. While there was no impact to the North Carolina event, the specifics of this incident are being examined. Given this is a personnel matter, we are not in a position to comment further. So there were many alarming details of this report that first broke from real clear politics about the family members on-site. Of course, just minutes before this event is really supposed to get underway, the Secret Service agent apparently breaking numerous policies and protocols. I've asked the US Secret Service if they could clarify whether all the details of this report are accurate. And at this point in time, we are waiting for further clarification.

This whole fake trial that had no clear crime to raise it to the level of a felony was all about the conviction so they could call President Trump a convicted Felon. Immediately after the verdict, TV ads calling Trump a felon hit the airways. The fact that it will be overturned on appeal doesn't matter to Democrats because the damage is already done and they got what they wanted by calling Trump a convicted Felon.

Speaker 0: So judge Richon commented when ruling to limit the scope of any testimony that you would provide that, quote, there is no question that this would result in a battle of the experts, which will only serve to confuse and not assist the jury, end quote. From the standpoint of someone who practiced as a trial for attorney for 34 years, I find that to be an extremely bizarre statement because that in fact is the situation anytime you have a case where where expert testimony is needed. In fact, I worked on a case called Nebraska versus Wyoming at 1 point, and Wyoming got over 25 expert witnesses in everything from hydrology to ag engineering to economics to collabial geomorphology Speaker 1: to all Speaker 0: of these things that Nebraska had something similar. Yet the judge, including the United States Supreme Court, was not excluding expert witnesses simply because there was going to be a battle of the experts. Is that your experience as well? That is. And I would point Speaker 1: out 1 thing I mentioned earlier that there are a number of things I would have testified to that would not have gone to legal conclusions, but rather testify about customs practices, about simply reporting dates under the law. And it appeared from the judge's rulings that even this, that kind of testimony would not have been allowed. Speaker 0: He was at when you allowed you to testify to those things, but he allowed mister Cohen to sit up there and say president Trump violated federal election laws, didn't take this.

Testimonies reveal that Stormy's former attorney made the deal with Cohen, a banker opened accounts at Cohen's request, and a low-level accountant listed the attorney fee in Trump's bank register. Cohen claims $130,000 was for a deal with Stormy, but Trump denies knowledge. The trial indicates that Cohen, not Trump, took the actions being attributed to Trump.

The deal was made with Cohen. 2) The banker testified that it was Cohen that asked him to open two accounts quickly, not Trump. 3) It was a low level accountant that listed the attorney fee under attorney fee in Trump's bank register not Trump. The amount paid on that transaction to Cohen was $420,000 for attorney fees in which Cohen is claiming that $130,000 was for a deal made with Stormy that Trump said he knew nothing about.
