Not a "no fly" list, rather a list where individuals on it were suspected domestic terrorists but were still allowed to fly. Instead federal resources were dedicated to them in the form of undercover Air Marshals, bomb sniffing dogs, teams of Air Marshals FOLLOWING innocent Americans from TSA and then from point A to B on domestic flights. People on this list are potentially on it for 15 years, 7 active 8 inactive. Trump DHS discontinued the program but my guess is a similar list still exists. 🚨HAPPENING TODAY🚨 Last year, I exclusively reported with @wmahoney5 that DNI Tulsi Gabbard was added to a TSA terror watchlist. Later today, the Senate Homeland Security committee will be holding a hearing on their follow up to our report. What do we know? Gabbard was followed on at least 5 flights by Federal Air Marshals. On January 15, 2021, TSA Intelligence & Analysis issued a memo formalizing an Administrator's directive to utilize TSA Watch Lists to address “ongoing threats” after the January 6 events. As a result, at least 234 individuals were placed on these lists in connection with January 6, often without specific evidence of their involvement in unlawful activities. 3 current Republican members of Congress matched to the TSA's Silent Partner List. In April 2022, 12 individuals were placed on a TSA Watch List for simply removing their mask on an aircraft.
