During a campaign speech at the National Council of La Raza in 2012, Biden engaged in fear mongering and made baseless accusations against Romney. He attempted to emulate Kennedy's style but failed to mention any plans to help the Latino community or America. The speech included fabricated quotes from Romney and lacked substance. The fact that Romney can praise Biden reveals the political nature of their interactions, as Biden has a history of dividing America.

While campaigning in 2012, Biden spoke at the National Council of La Raza, the largest Latino nonprofit in the country. The speech is on YouTube.
Classic Biden. Insane fear mongering, random screaming. It's the same speech that Biden gives now about Trump (he's a racist, tax cheat, threat to civil rights, etc.) except about Romney.
Biden even tried to sound like a Kennedy a few times.
In the entire 30 minute speech, NOT ONE SINGLE TIME does Biden say one thing that he and Obama were planning to do to help the Latino community or America in general. It was entirely fiction about what would happen to Latinos if Romney won.
I cut out the ten bogus family stories and an entire 7 minute segment in which Biden "quotes" Romney by over and over saying things Romney never said.
The fact that Romney can call Biden a good, decent man just shows how much of game this is to them. Biden has been dividing America for 50 years.

Speaker 0: You and I, we fought side by side to pass legislation to improve the treatment of farm migrant farm workers. As important as those fights were, though, folks, the fight we face today is even more consequential for your community and for America, for the whole country, but especially for the Hispanic community. There are voices among us who fear your inclusion. People fear what they don't know. People fear that that is different to them.
There's a great deal at stake. Close your eyes and imagine imagine what the Supreme Court will look like After 4 years of a Romney presidency, literally, just imagine, like, imagine what it will mean for civil rights, voting rights, and so much more that we fought so hard for so long, whether the attempts at voter suppression will succeed. And if it's up to attorney general Holder, they will not succeed. So much is at stake for you community in this presidential election. Pell Grant Scholarships will be cut for nearly 2,000,000 Hispanics who have them.
19,000,000 poor will be taken off of Medicaid. As many as 8,000,000 people will be cut from supplemental nutrition programs, child nutrition, school lunch programs, childcare, early education, eviscerate. That and so much more will happen if governor Romney wins. If you all sit in your hands this race, It will not be because we didn't know What the world will look like 4, 6, 8 years from now. The consequences will not just be immediate.
They will be long term, And this is not your father's Republican party. This is a different deal. Everybody calls me middle class Joe, and you remember they did that the day I Got to the senate, and it wasn't meant as a compliment. It was meant I'm not sophisticated. I'm just a middle class guy.
This coming from a man until recently had a Swiss bank account and 1,000,000 of dollars invested in the Grand Cayman Islands beyond on security, beyond scrutiny. When his father was a candidate for president in 1968, his father released 12 years of tax returns because he said, and I quote, 1 year could be a fluke, perhaps done for show, end of quote. That was his father. His son has released only 1 year of his tax returns. He wants you to show your papers, but he won't show us his.
It's fascinating. So many questions. I honestly God believe This is a fight for the heart and soul of America. This election is gonna determine the kind of country we're gonna leave for our children for at least the better part of this next generation. Ladies and gentlemen, Don't miss this.
