Today, I challenged Biden's unlawful student loan debt cancellation scheme in court. The judge was engaged and a ruling is expected in the next few weeks. We argued that Biden's previous scheme was ruled unconstitutional and his new plan is still illegal and unfair. The President cannot disregard the Constitution and subvert Congress. This is a threat to democracy and we reminded him that no one is above the law. Stay tuned for updates on the case.

@AGAndrewBailey - Attorney General Andrew Bailey

Some takeaways from court today where we challenged Biden’s latest unlawful $500 billion student loan debt cancellation scheme: THREAD

@AGAndrewBailey - Attorney General Andrew Bailey

Today went well. The judge was engaged in our arguments. He said we could expect a ruling in the next few weeks.

@AGAndrewBailey - Attorney General Andrew Bailey

One of our biggest points to the Court: the Supreme Court ruled in June 2023 that Joe’s first student loan debt scheme was unconstitutional. 10 days later, he issued a Plan B in direct defiance of federal law. Then bragged about it.

@AGAndrewBailey - Attorney General Andrew Bailey

Joe Biden has never been concerned with the rule of law. But the rule of law matters.

@AGAndrewBailey - Attorney General Andrew Bailey

Today, Biden’s lawyers attempted to argue his newest student loan plan is completely different than the one the Supreme Court struck down last year. NEWSFLASH: It’s only different in that it costs taxpayers MORE. It’s still illegal.

@AGAndrewBailey - Attorney General Andrew Bailey

Another point we made to the Court: This unconstitutional redistribution of wealth transfers Ivy League debt onto farmers, truckers, nurses, and teachers. It’s not only unlawful; it’s inherently unfair to those who paid off their debt or don’t have loans in the first place.

@AGAndrewBailey - Attorney General Andrew Bailey

I’m one of those Americans who paid for my education in blood, sweat and tears in service to my nation. This is personal for me.

@AGAndrewBailey - Attorney General Andrew Bailey

After all, “repay” means just that: to give back what is owed. Not for the President to unilaterally saddle working Americans with Ivy League debt.

@AGAndrewBailey - Attorney General Andrew Bailey

A policy question like student loan debt cancellation is something for Congress to decide. They’ve neglected to pass a bill doing so TWICE. The President cannot subvert Congress and do it himself.

@AGAndrewBailey - Attorney General Andrew Bailey

Separation of powers exists for a reason. If the President gets to disregard the Constitution, our nation is at stake. It’s a threat to democracy.

@AGAndrewBailey - Attorney General Andrew Bailey

Today, my team reminded @POTUS that no one is above the law.

@AGAndrewBailey - Attorney General Andrew Bailey

And we’re not done.

@AGAndrewBailey - Attorney General Andrew Bailey

Participants discuss CISA and a link to Tom Alexandrovich, who worked with Israel's cyber directorate. They question whether elections require securing remote access software. Concerns are raised about CISA censoring information, with references to a House report and Grok’s questions about censorship related to the Tom Alexandrovich story. The thread cites several accounts and probes possible US censorship connections.

This is: The President of the United States: —Just signed an order revoking Chris Krebs’s security clearance and has directed @AGPamBondi to investigate him for his role in the overthrow of the U.S. government on November 3, 2020. Krebs was the head of CISA, who weaponized his position and conspired with the FBI and Big Tech to censor—truth, evidence, proof, and testimony about the 2020 election—and who designated November 3, 2020, as the most “secure election in American history.” ——————— Freedom of Information Act: Documents obtained by investigative journalist @yehuda_miller through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) reveal: —A secret meeting organized on election day, November 3, 2020, by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), involving Dominion officials and the FBI, to discuss the overthrow of the United States government with private companies and Democratic groups.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Speaker 1 discusses Christopher Krebs, former head of CISA, claiming: Krebs weaponized his position against free speech in the election context and in the context of the COVID-19 presidential memorandum, and that he might have instructed the Department of Justice and other parts of government to investigate what Krebs participated in while head of CISA. Speaker 1 asserts they did not know Krebs personally, but that he came out right after the election, which was a “rigged election, badly rigged election.” He claims the country’s outcomes included open borders and millions entering the country, and asserts that “Russia and Ukraine, that would have never happened,” and that “October 7 would have never happened,” followed by the Afghanistan withdrawal with “13 dead, but so many killed, actually. I mean, so many so many killed outside of the 13 soldiers, hundreds of people killed.” He says, “and maybe, I don’t know, never,” but mentions it, that Krebs was saying the election was great, adding that “it’s been proven that it was not only not great.” He cites lawyers and law firms signing on, “giving us hundreds of millions of dollars,” and claims the election was proven by legislatures not approving, and other forms from “the all of the different, scamming operations,” describing it as a very corrupt election in which COVID was used to cheat. Speaker 1 contends Krebs claimed, “we’ve proved this is the most secure election in the history of our country,” describing the result as a disaster. He insists they should adopt “paper ballots, same day voting, voter ID,” and proposes adding a certificate showing citizenship before voting—“a citizen piece of paper that says you’re a citizen before you can vote.” He reiterates support for voter ID, paper ballots, and same-day voting. He describes events: if you don’t have same-day voting, they change the air, move boxes, and then don’t bring the boxes back, implying a lack of safety in elections. He asserts that elections must have borders and, ideally, a free press, which he claims we do not have, calling the press dishonest. Speaker 1 concludes that Krebs is a “fraud” and a “disgrace,” and says, “We’ll find out whether or not he was right,” promising that Krebs “has a big price to pay” if the election wasn’t safe, labeling Krebs as “a bad guy.” He also states he has no idea who Krebs is, though acknowledges Krebs “was in the room at some point,” and ends by noting that the last two points are important for the country.

Speaker 0: Christopher Krebs, the former head of CISA. This is a man who weaponized, his position, against free speech in the election context, in the context of COVID nineteen presidential memorandum to the one you just signed. It he might have and further instructs your department of justice, other aspects of your government, to investigate some of the malign acts that he participated in, while he was still head of CSO? Speaker 1: This is another one. I don't know that I met him. I'm sure I met him, but I didn't know him. And he came out right after the election, which was a rigged election, badly rigged election. We did phenomenally in that election. Look what happened to our country because of it open borders, millions of people coming into our country. Russia and Ukraine, that would have never happened. October 7 would have never happened. Afghanistan, the way that they withdrew with 13 dead, but so many killed, actually. I mean, so many so many killed outside of the 13 soldiers, hundreds of people killed. And maybe, I don't know, never but I mention it. '42 or forty three people so badly injured, the legs, the arms, blown off the face. And, this is all because of a incompetent group of people that preceded us, and that would have never happened. And, this guy Krebs was saying, oh, the election was great. It was great. Well, it's been proven that it was not only not great. When you look at all these lawyers and law firms that are signing, giving giving us hundreds of millions of dollars. It was proven by so many different ways in so many different forms from the legislatures not approving to to the that worked from the all of the different, scamming operations. It was a very corrupt election. They used COVID to cheat. And, we're gonna find out about this guy too because this guy's a wise guy. He said, we've we've proved this is the most secure election in the history of our country. Now this was a disaster. And frankly, we should go to paper ballots, same day voting, voter ID. And one other thing, a vote you should get a little certificate that says you're a citizen of our country. You get a citizen piece of paper that says you're a citizen before you can vote. But you want voter ID and you want paper ballots, and you really want same day voting. If you don't have same day voting, they decide to change the air condition. Oh, we're fixing the air let's move all these boxes. We'll bring them back in a few days, and then they don't bring back those boxes. We're have safe elections. We have to have borders. Ideally, we have to have a free press, which we don't have. We don't have a free press. We have dishonest press. This will be it's an honor. We're gonna find out whether or not he was right. This was a a disgraceful election, and this guy sat back saying, well, I'm a member or like he's a Republican or something. And right almost right from the beginning, and he he's tried to make the case that this election was a safe election. I think he said, this is the safest election we've ever had. And yet, every day you read in the papers about more and more fraud that's discovered. He's the fraud. He's a disgrace. So we'll find out whether or not it was a safe election. And if it wasn't, he's got a big price to pay. And he's a bad guy. Here's another one. I have no idea who he is. Krebs, I have no idea who he is. I'm sure he was in the room at some point just like you're all in the room, but I have no idea who he was. So thank you very much. Those last two are very important, I think, for the country.

@GreenEyesinTN @DecentTruth @KimWexlerMAJD @dsauce @TrueNorth444 @getdownmidtown @Theonlyme333 @Vltra_MK @CanariesBlue I believe so. @icu_luci - ICUlUↃI

@GreenEyesinTN @DecentTruth @KimWexlerMAJD @dsauce @TrueNorth444 @getdownmidtown @Theonlyme333 @Vltra_MK @CanariesBlue As an example, if one were to try and access software on a voting machine from Venezuela--that would be remotely accessing software. Especially the part where we find out the site (http://findingmanny.com) shares a related domain (and Port 80) with the Jewish Federations of South Palm Beach (JFSPB). JFSPB is yet another branch of JFNA and is otherwise commonly referred to as “South Palm Beach MOSSAD”. (http://jewishboca.org) 💥Because if there’s one thing we can NEVER have enough of, while Global supremacist Jews are planning (and committing) fucking genocide and biological terrorism against the White race, it’s another goddamned “Holocaust documentary”. And the fact that you filmed it with and for the “South Palm Beach Mossad” is just icing on the fucking cake as far as I’m concerned.🤦🏻‍♂️ *I also love how “Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts”, a.k.a. “David Rubenstein (Kennedy Center Chairman)”, is showing up as your first follower. *I love how fucking Chinese and Jewish The Epoch Times turned out to be. And that its CFO was just indicted last year (June 2024) for “allegedly” laundering damn near $67 million fucking dollars, much of which through… *drumroll*… cryptocurrency. *I also loved to discover that between 2012-2016, The Epoch Times received at least $900,000 from Renaissance Technologies. A USAID employee criticized Trump in a personal blog, labeling him a “reincarnation of Mussolini and Hitler” and expressing a desire to “eliminate” his supporters, whom she described as racist, sexist, and homophobic. In various writings from 2016 to 2018, she condemned Trump's fitness for office, accused him of lacking empathy, and criticized his immigration policies. She also discussed the implications of his actions regarding nepotism and conflicts of interest, providing archived links as evidence of her claims.

@nataliegwinters - Natalie Winters

In a July 2016 piece - “#StillNotTrumpThough” - she declares “it must not be Trump” and that he is “absolutely unfit to run our country.” “He reminds us of a reincarnation of Mussolini or pre-genocidal Hitler, if not a pre-war Milosevic (but without the breaking country to add momentum), and is lauded, just as they were," she continues.

@nataliegwinters - Natalie Winters

She then calls to "ELIMINATE" his supporters, smearing them all as racist, sexist, misogynistic and homophobic: “If your argument to support Donald Trump is that “he says it like it is”, or “some of his stuff makes sense”, “he says what everyone else is afraid to say,” congratulations- you’re probably a racist. Or sexist, or misogynistic, or homophobic, or classist, or ableist. You represent the problem we are trying to eliminate. You represent the privilege we keep talking about.”

@nataliegwinters - Natalie Winters

In a January 2017 piece, she discussed Trump's death and claimed he had "no empathy" and gives "power to hate." She says he is "in violation of nepotism and emoluments laws and almost every other imaginable conflict of interest legislation." https://t.co/Awz8GcrMGp

He is a fucking fed lying through if his fucking teeth. His job is to protect the government. Ask him where his footage from that day is and the footage that Jayden X gave him. He is a fed, his lawyer is a fed and ask him how he knows that the ops in this video isn’t one of the 200+ agents dressed at trump supporter already in the Capitol before the first breach that Higgins told us about. Steve is a bald face liar and a fraud. And Steve has only stolen Gary Mcbride’s work to make a name for himself.

Video Transcript AI Summary
On January 6, 2021, at 2:41 PM, a Capitol Police officer drops a handgun magazine on the ground just before protesters enter the Capitol. Despite being in close proximity, other officers fail to notice it. As the situation escalates, the magazine gets kicked aside, and a protester picks up what appears to be a handgun, pointing it at several officers, who remain unresponsive. The protester seems confused and eventually leaves the area. Meanwhile, a window is smashed, presumably linked to the earlier dropped magazine. Throughout the footage, there are instances of data morphing, rendering parts of the video unclear during critical moments of the day.

Speaker 0: January 6, 2021, 2:41 PM. Watch closely as this United States Capitol Police officer is about to drop a gun magazine on the ground moments before election theft protesters make entrance into the capital. Pay attention to his hands as he will quickly toss it to the side. There it is, a magazine for a handgun. Do you see it? Now watch as another officer walks right beside the magazine, almost stepping on it, while another stands feet away and doesn't notice a gun magazine laying on the ground in the heart of democracy. Now this officer seems to be looking towards the protesters who have assembled at the door to his right. What logical reason could he have for having dropped the magazine and left it there? Why has the other officer not alerted him of the dropped magazine? Now he inches back towards the handgun magazine. He is within just a few feet of it now. Now we will see 2 additional officers running towards the door with the first two officers as some of the very first protesters make entrance into the capital. All 4 ignore or don't notice the magazine. There is another item on the floor that is believed to be a gun by some and a glove by others. This man will also ignore the magazine laying on the ground. As the protesters enter, the police move backwards near the magazine. During the pushing and shoving, the magazine seems to get kicked backwards and eventually kicked aside by 1 officer, as another item appearing to be a handgun is noticed by 1 of the protesters. He actually picks it up, looks around, steps towards the police, then points a gun towards 5 police officers. Did the thrown magazine fit this gun? Miraculously, the cops don't react. He doesn't seem to know what to do next. He keeps looking down towards the ground as if he is missing something. He will meander around for a minute, then pull out a hat and put it on. He looks at the ground a few more moments and then leaves the area. What did the camera aiming towards the door show, you may ask? A window is smashed. Presumably, this is the gun we saw earlier being dropped through the broken window on the ground. An issue throughout all the January 6th footage, I have noticed, happens here. It's called data morphing. It happens all throughout the footage and at the most consequential times and places throughout the day. Like right now, one of the first break ins at the capitol on January 6th, the most consequential day in American history, making the footage useless at certain points.

@BenKaxton @TPC4USA Yep. We’re gonna burn the whole fucking thing to the ground. Definitely don’t check my feed for @shipwreckedcrew receipts. You may see some alarming details therein. PS: And whatever you do, do NOT search for Corbett and/or DesJardins either. Might find USAID/CIA LARPing as FBI.

@TPC4USA @DecentBackup @BenKaxton @shipwreckedcrew He already "brought it" Steve, why is that difficult for you?

@TPC4USA - Steve Baker - TPC

@GreenEyesinTN @DecentBackup @BenKaxton @shipwreckedcrew He didn’t bring anything. Nothing that relates to me. Just accusations and conspiracy theories. Can you not tell the difference between facts and theories?

@GreenEyesinTN - GreenEyes in TN for Trump!

@TPC4USA @DecentBackup @BenKaxton @shipwreckedcrew Yes, I can tell the difference. I also know a lot about normal basic daily living and more than I care about abnormal psychology and you, Steve, are very abnormal. You, Steve, set off so many red flags, you just don't seem to realize it.

@TPC4USA - Steve Baker - TPC

@GreenEyesinTN @DecentBackup @BenKaxton @shipwreckedcrew Oh? Name one red flag. (This will be fun.)

@TPC4USA @DecentBackup @BenKaxton @shipwreckedcrew The door conversation is what first put you on my radar. Remember that? @HolaKetty @mama_aries2 . But since that conversation is gone now you got a certain account suspended, let's go with this: explain your thought process behind the "but" rhetoric in your raid thread. https://t.co/IPJvhf0oZZ

Researchers believe they've found 19 million tons of Lithium buried in Arkansas soil. * Attention Arkansians * Be prepared for a massive new swarm of iIIegaI "refugees" brought in specifically to drive your property values into the gutter. You'll be told you're racist for wanting to maintain the property you worked your whole life to build. In the meantime, expect a massive increase in rapes/robberies/violent assaults, which shall continue until no one wants to live in Arkansas. You have nothing to worry about. https://thepostmillennial.com/19-million-tons-of-lithium-may-be-buried-under-arkansas?utm_campaign=64494

19 million tons of lithium may be buried under Arkansas “Lithium is a critical mineral for the energy transition, and the potential for increased U.S. production to replace imports has implications for employment, manufacturing and supply-chain resilience.” thepostmillennial.com

Or was it REALLY one/some of DAN LOEB’s buddies who JUST SO HAPPEN to CONTROL PEGASUS at SENATOR INVESTMENT GROUP, and were SERIES B2 CO-INVESTORS in FTX alongside him? You know, kinda like DOUG SILVERMAN, the MANAGING PARTNER & CO-CIO at SIG, who moonlights for CNAS BoD/MOSSAD. https://t.co/ska50irIwA
