"When fees skyrocket, it's not the average user but a handful of big players who reap the rewards" -Base gas fees are burned (they are not distributed to stakers) "they can raise the 'gas fees'" -Gas fees are determined by a market for block space. No one "sets" the gas fees... the market determines it as a function of supply and demand. Steven, please educate yourself before you talk smack. You sound like a fool and a bad actor trying to cause ruckus from nothing but hot air and lies.

In a January 2019 meeting, CloudParc's CTO, Tom Wong, acknowledged that Steven Nerayoff, a key figure, had mixed intercompany finances. This resulted in delayed payments for Cloud Parc Inc employees, like myself, who had to wait until March 2019 to receive compensation for work done in October 2018. Despite this, Cloud Parc Inc continued to operate under the false pretense of being a legitimate company, when in reality, they were bankrupt.

In a January 2019 meeting, CTO of @CloudParc Tom Wong admits that @StevenNerayoff was mixing intercompany finances. Whether or not employees of Cloud Parc Inc got paid was entirely dependent on Steven's external investments. Perhaps Mr. Nerayoff would like to share with the class why I had to wait until March of 2019 to get paid for the work I performed in October of 2018. And why Cloud Parc Inc continued to operate under the auspice that it was a legitimate company when it reality they were bankrupt. And I'm not even selling my evidence as an NFT like someone else I know ;) #NerayoffGate

Steven has invested in various companies, particularly in the cryptocurrency market. He has sold one of them, and the transaction will close by the end of January, providing him with liquidity to pay us. However, currently, there is no money coming in from the ICO raise, leading to a liquidity crunch. Therefore, the November and December invoices won't be paid until the end of January. This has happened before, and cash flow issues have been resolved in the past. It would be helpful if you have savings to rely on during this period of delayed payment. Ultimately, each person needs to make their own decision based on their individual financial situation.

Speaker 0: Like I said the last time, like, Steven, he he has invested in a number of different companies, especially when the cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency market was better. And he has sold one of them, and the transaction is going to close as of end of January. So he's gonna have, you know, the liquidity, to be able to pay us at that time. But as of, you know, right now, there's no money coming in from the the ICO raise, and, you know, there there's a liquidity crunches right now. So the November and then right now, the December invoices they won't get paid until you know, we're looking at end of January when Steven's transaction closes. Alright. Yeah, that definitely makes A lot more sense when it's kind of reexplained. And and that's something that, you know, if that's something that's happened before, in the past, you know, from time to time, we've had some, you know, it's essentially cash flow issues, and, you know, and then they will get resolved. So in terms of savings, you know, I I think I was calling for Mike. You know, basically, like, you know, it would it would help, obviously, if you if you have some cash that you've saved up. Because you're you know, basically, you're not gonna get paid for a little while. Right. And and again, you know, we all have to decide for ourselves. So if you're if you're you know, we're all in different situations, and, you know, if, if cash is gonna be an issue, you have to decide and and, do do what is right for you.

In my first crypto project, I received $1 million from my old boss. I wanted to create something truly anonymous, but things went wrong. I hired a respected dev team and advisors, including Steven Nerayoff. He promised a listing on Bittrex but disappeared. Turns out, he was exploiting projects for listing fees. We lost money and had to find a backup exchange, Cryptopia, which later went bankrupt. The dev team also failed to deliver. Despite the setbacks, I learned to never give up and eventually became a millionaire. The crypto journey is unpredictable.

@Cryptoking - Crypto King

Story Time - A Million Dollar Failure Most of u know my 1st project in #crypto was an utter disaster. As the mind that put it together no one is to blame but myself, however, what went wrong was no fault of my own. My old boss sent me $1,000,000 to begin (this was my 1st ‘Story Time’ post). #BTC was never truly anonymous and I wanted to start something that was. I found a respected dev team in Miami along with advisors and consultants galore. The dev team was paid handsomely ($250,000 + tokens broken into 5 payments) and the rest was for consulting, advisors, marketing and exchange listings. All the sudden the dev team had moved to a glorious office, had a mural painted, hired new employees and had been living ‘luxuriously.’ The advisors and consultants were the BEST in #crypto for 2017/2018. One had a television program streamed worldwide (he worked hard so not dissing him at all) and the other was @StevenNerayoff. I was told Steven was connected to now bankrupt Bittrex and his relationship with the founder would guarantee a listing. He was paid over $250,000. A #Bittrex listing at the time rivaled a #Binance one and Binance didn’t accept pay to list (nor do they now). Binance was less than a year old and Bittrex was what all US users flocked to. Steven linked the team with Bittrex and TG chats started in their private channels. These discussions continued until 1 week before the alleged listing would take place. Then they went ghost, stopped responding entirely. Steven it turns out was exploiting projects for listing fees and delivering only on a small % of them. He’s since been arrested and jailed for a plethora of charges u can google em if curious. He had a coke habit like a California blonde and who knows where the $250k went. He sent his ‘henchmen’ to intimidate another project, they claimed to be former Mossad and literally broke into someone’s home while they slept to demonstrate their ‘power over the situation.’ This led to his arrest by US authorities. The same tactics he tried to use to intimidate me he tried on another project and they decided to report him. I don’t cooperate or speak to authorities and decided I’d burn the bridge instead. So the project was $250k+ out and the main listing would not take place. FML. This caused an immediate emergency and backup exchange was sought. Cryptopia was selected and similarly paid handsomely. I don’t remember the amount exactly but it was over $100k. DEX exchanges did not exist at the time so every project needed somewhere to trade. Not more than 3 months later they were “hacked” allegedly and their bankruptcy proceedings began. I still have multiple #Bitcoin on their trash exchange 5 years later 😤. So almost $420,000 later and back to square one, no exchange listing and an enraged community (rightfully so). I was fuming, how could these exchanges and advisors act so incompetently yet be highly recommended? Crypto was corrupt, as most enterprises are. Well we still had a dev team that was inked for a multi year deal. The problem? They blew most of the $$ building their team, office, and never mentioned their financial struggles as we were their only client. The final payment they asked for in cash cause it would be easier to pay their employees. The day after I dropped it off I received a text, “Sorry we don’t have funds to continue.” But I just paid u AGAIN… Now the devs, the advisor, the exchange, all paid handsomely didn’t keep their word and I had little to no recourse. I was still on the hook for $1m to the big boss that funded this project. Over the course of 1 month the project went from being what would have been a major success to one that’s price was plummeting. Life Lesson: Karma is a bitch. Steven is in jail, the dev team fell apart, Bittrex is bankrupt and I’m a millionaire 6 years later. The journey is never as u expect. Never give up on urself even if u have to throw in the towel on a project and rebuild.

The SHIB Founder's connections to the CCP, Wanxiang, Vitalik Buterin, and more were established on-chain in 2018, two years before the launch of $SHIB. The Shiba Inu Deployer wallet, which initiated the token, was set up in February 2018 and primarily traded CryptoKitties. Notably, the wallet sent ETH to various interconnected wallets, including one linked to Vitalik Buterin, CCP official Roger Lim, and Binance Dev/Stakefish Founder Satofishi. These connections raise intriguing questions about the origins and intentions behind SHIB. Stay curious for more updates.

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

🚨SHIB Founder connected to CCP, Wanxiang, Vitalik Buterin and more back in 2018 on-chain - 2 Years Prior to $SHIB's token launch 🚨 In this short thread, I'm going to lay out the proof that the SHIB Founder is closely related and connected to Crypto's biggest cartel 👇 🧵/8

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

The Shiba Inu Deployer wallet, which launched the token $SHIB on July 31st, 2020. The Deployer wallet 0xb8f2 was originally setup 29 months earlier, on February 18th, 2018. For the first year or so, it was solely used to trade CryptoKitties, outside of 2 Eth transfers. 2/8 🧵

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

I was curious, and decided to look into the very first outbound Eth transfer that the Shib Deployer wallet made. Less than 24 hours from the wallet being created, it sent Eth to another wallet - 0xF230. 0xF230 then sends the ETH to 0xaad3, which is the last trx it made. 3/8🧵

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

Here is a look showing the trail where ShibaInu Deployer sent 0xf230 Eth and then 0xf230 turned around and sent 0xaad3 that same Eth. Remember, this all stems from the 1st ever outbound trx form the ShibaInu Deployer, 2 years and 5 months prior to SHIB every being launched! 4/8

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

Wallet 0xaad3 then sends the ETH received in its only Outbound trx ever to wallet 0x2135! This is where it gets interesting. Up until this point, each individual wallet has only ever recording 1 outbound transaction, showing their strong connection. What about 0x2135? 5/8

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

To recap so far, ShibaInu's Deployer wallet sent Eth to a wallet less than 24 hours after being created. That eth was sent to 2 different wallets ending up in wallet 0x2135, where it was intended to go after some mixing efforts. But something is different about 0x2135👇🇨🇳🚨 6/8

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

Wallet 0x2135 is connected to: Multiple Vitalik Buterin wallets CCP official Roger Lim (HATES the West) Satofishi, Binance Dev/Stakefish Founder Wanxiang (Gensler gave them special Broker Dealer license) LingLing & Multichain Dev (Crypto Cartel) Maker DAO Multisig & More 7/8

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

Not only did one of Ethereum's core Dev's, Christoph Jentzsch launch THE DAO, but ANOTHER one of Ethereum's core DEV's, who had keys to the Ethereum Foundations Wallets, interacted with THE BLOCKCHAIN BANDITs wallet, PRIOR to the DAO Hack. This wallet was the first wallet to EVER interact as an Owner, with the Ethereum Foundations wallet.

A Core Dev with access to Vitalik and ETH's wallets, as well as 1Inch and GnosisSafe, is allegedly sending on-chain messages to major exploiters, urging them to launder money through @pulsechaincom. Proof suggests that the owner of pulsechaincom.eth is biricik.eth, who also has access to @1inch and @gnosisSafe. The same wallet is linked to other addresses, raising questions about their ownership. This connection is concerning, and more information will be shared soon.

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

Why is one of the Core Devs with Keys to Vitalik and ETH's Wallets, as well as 1Inch, GnosisSafe, and others sending on-chain messages to the largest Exploiters to get them to launder their money thru @pulsechaincom? Proof in the 🧵below. I believe I know why 1/7🧵

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

This Pulsechaincom.eth wallet is owned by biricik.eth, who has Founder level access/Keys for @1inch @gnosisSafe $ETH & @VitalikButerin. You can clearly see below where they are communicating about laundering Exploit Funds thru @PulsechainCom. Proof they own pulsechaincom.eth 🧵👇

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

Here you can see wallet 0x1e9f Set the Ownership of Biricik.eth to the current wallet address of 0x5f78. This is also the wallet address used to originally register biricik.eth. Okay, so wallet 0x1e9f is also Biricik.eth. What else do they own? 👇 https://etherscan.io/enslookup-search?search=biricik.eth 2/6

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

Below, you can see that 0x1e9f is also the owner of 0x63616.eth. Do you want to know who also registered and owns pulsechaincom.eth? 3/6

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

Of course Biricik.eth, Vitalik's right hand man who controls the keys to the Multi-sig for Ethereum, @1inch, & @gnosisSafe is the owner of Pulsechaincom.eth. You can see below the ENS screenshot with link included. https://etherscan.io/enslookup-search?search=pulsechaincom.eth 4/6

And in case you needed further proof they are connected, here is the wallet holding both 0x63616 and pulsechaincom.eth Link and photo provided. Do you want to know what they have been up to? The Shiba Inu Deployer wallet, which launched $SHIB token, has connections to various entities, including Vitalik Buterin, CCP, Roger Lim, Satofishi, Binance Dev, and more. The wallet's initial outbound transaction led to a series of transfers, ultimately ending up in wallet 0x2135. This wallet is linked to multiple Vitalik Buterin wallets, CCP official Roger Lim, and others. These connections raise questions about the founder's association with crypto's major players.

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

🚨SHIB Founder connected to CCP, Wanxiang, Vitalik Buterin and more back in 2018 on-chain - 2 Years Prior to $SHIB's token launch 🚨 In this short thread, I'm going to lay out the proof that the SHIB Founder is closely related and connected to Crypto's biggest cartel 👇 🧵/8 https://t.co/NnqFQ6XXQZ

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

2/8 🧵 https://t.co/ePDCKdBHa8

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

3/8🧵 https://t.co/0ZZXgpBDDv

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

4/8 https://t.co/tK4cjNPxtj

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

Wallet 0xaad3 then sends the ETH received in its only Outbound trx ever to wallet 0x2135! This is where it gets interesting. Up until this point, each individual wallet has only ever recording 1 outbound transaction, showing their strong connection. What about 0x2135? 5/8 https://t.co/sfhdmjFyiw

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

To recap so far, ShibaInu's Deployer wallet sent Eth to a wallet less than 24 hours after being created. That eth was sent to 2 different wallets ending up in wallet 0x2135, where it was intended to go after some mixing efforts. But something is different about 0x2135👇🇨🇳🚨 6/8 https://t.co/zD3TvMKwe9

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

Wallet 0x2135 is connected to: Multiple Vitalik Buterin wallets CCP official Roger Lim (HATES the West) Satofishi, Binance Dev/Stakefish Founder Wanxiang (Gensler gave them special Broker Dealer license) LingLing & Multichain Dev (Crypto Cartel) Maker DAO Multisig & More 7/8 https://t.co/eib84d1CQN

In a recent post, @ethereumJoseph claimed that Ethereum's move to Proof of Stake would result in a significant reduction in carbon footprint. However, there are allegations that this move was intentionally delayed to deceive retail investors and accumulate more ETH. The accuser insists that Ethereum knew about the scalability issues from the start but chose to wait. Despite making serious accusations, the accuser wonders why they haven't faced the same discrediting tactics used against them. They believe they have proof and cannot be silenced. #MyTurnNow #RealTruth

@StevenNerayoff - Steven Nerayoff

THE LIE: @ethereumJoseph brags about Eth’s move to Proof of Stake as “biggest minblowingly large reduction in carbon footprint in the history of technology.” THE REAL TRUTH: they purposely delayed “the biggest carbon reduction” in order to continue defrauding retail investors & amass more ETH before their ultimate move to POS. They knew it didn’t scale from the beginning, and ignored my direct insistence to upgrade back in 2015, instead waiting because it didn’t suit them yet. ❓I’m making heavy accusations. Why aren’t they now discrediting me like they did for years? ❓Why not have negative articles written about me like the countless ones they did on the fabricated crime that was needed to silence me? Because I am telling the truth, they know I can’t be silenced & I have proof. So instead they (1) ignore me (2) make sure others ignore me (3) suppress me & (4) assure that the press ignores me. In a series of questions to Commissioner Pierce, the author seeks clarification on various issues. They inquire about the Commissioner's knowledge and support of the SEC's persecution, express concerns about the lack of response to certain questions, and request assurance of support as a whistleblower. The author also offers their expertise to help balance industry needs and government mandates. They emphasize the importance of justice, accountability, and restoring the agency's integrity. The article concludes with a plea to do what is right.

@StevenNerayoff - Steven Nerayoff

Commissioner Pierce, respectfully, I have some questions for you. 1. You said “I did not support bringing the case, but have been unable to speak publicly about my concerns while the case has been in litigation.” My litigation is over. Did you know and/or support the SEC’s persecution of me? If you did that would be concerning to me. If you didn’t it should be concerning to you? I would appreciate a simple answer to whether you knew the SEC was behind getting me prosecuted. I’m not accusing you of anything I genuinely want to know if this could have been kept from a sitting commissioner. When you see my evidence you will understand why it’s so concerning. 2. I taught members of the SEC about how ICOs should work as I invented it & the utility token. My last message to a person who turned out to be a government agent is below. Like @LBRYcom I came in to serve my country & instead was an easy target without culpability but apparently making life difficult for those who didn’t want clear ways to adhere to the security laws as I provided with these two inventions. Thankfully I had the good fortune to work with former Chairman Joe Grundfest one of the few remaining ethical leaders we have. Your commission ignored his pleas to not prosecute @Ripple . Instead they prosecuted them and tried to silence me as I could expose what they did to them and it’s not the only scandal I could & will be exposing, “I urge people who have suggestions about how the Commission can right its course on crypto and innovation more broadly, to send them my way.” I am in a fairly unique position on how to balance the needs of the industry & the government’s mandate to protect the public given my experience & background. I assisted @WarrenDavidson on his valiant efforts of the Token Taxonomy Act (large bi-partisan support) largely based on my inventions. I am offering my services to work with you directly to show you ways to balance these objectives. One thing that must be included is a “safe harbor” as Warren understood was crucial. The bills in Congress codify an arbitrary decentralization authority with no basis in jurisprudence into the SEC and that is a non-starter. 3. You have always been a friend to crypto & we admired you for your stance. Yet certain questions you have been asked you failed to respond. One would be if you were a whistleblower is there anything you would blow the whistle on? Another was why you said all high value assets should go on Ethereum? I give you the benefit of the doubt because of your support of crypto but these are questions a commissioner should want to clarify as the inference is obviously not positive if ignored so I’m asking these two questions again. 4. I would like your assurances that if I come in as a legitimate whistleblower you will personally support me even if it includes corruption implicating the agency. This you are bound to do but I’d like to hear that you will. Of course the merits of my claims will not be decided by either of us. I can’t imagine how you could not agree to this as it’s legally protected but I’m asking that you personally will speak to my attorneys & do whatever is in your authority to allow my claims to be given a fair hearing & not buried. Finally, despite what the agency has done to my life I am still willing to work towards productive resolutions for the industry. Let me be clear, I am not looking to create as much legal damage as possible though one could hardly blame me but it’s not how I operate. I want to see justice, those involved to be held accountable & changes so nobody else has to go through what I did. There is no need to destroy what is left of the integrity of the agency. There is a need to restore it to the American people who you serve and for that matter so do I as an American Patriot and a world citizen. Thank you for taking the time to read this & I look forward to a response you feel is appropriate. God bless, let’s do what is right while there is time. @JohnEDeaton1 @BoringSleuth @Leerzeit @mascotto89 @digitalassetbuy @AshleyPROSPER1 @MoonLamboio @DigPerspectives @sentosumosaba @NerdNationUnbox @cowboycrypto313 @blackberryXRP @VersanAljarrah @MrManXRP @xrpcoupe74 @UtilityTheory @ZachRector7 @Crypt0Senseii @SpartaJustice @thorpshannon87 @XRP_Productions @XRPCryptowolf @Ripple_XRP1 @petervincer @attorneyjeremy1 @filanlaw @JohnEDeaton1 @belisarius2020 @freddyriz @JWVerret @Rachel_IC @TheProblem @DAIPerovitch @s_alderoty @bgarlinghouse @chrislarsensf @JoelKatz @CPOfficialtx @CoinDesk @decryptmedia @DefiantNews

The most powerful forces on the planet sought to suppress us by maliciously targeting me, thinking it would silence us all. Despite their extreme power and vast resources, we emerged victorious. Their actions forced us to dive deeper and uncover widespread corruption on an unprecedented scale. What we have uncovered continued on and on, unlike what we originally imagined. Now, we're stepping back into the light, ready to share EVERYTHING we've discovered. Together we can blow this case wide open. The wait is over. Together, we're about to reveal truths that will change the course of history. The world is about to learn what we've pieced together starting tomorrow. Get ready: The perception of yesterday will be drastically altered. The world as we know it is about to change. 🚨🇺🇸🫡 🇨🇳 #DeepState #Corruption #CCP @JamesOKeefeIII @OKeefeMedia

The problems with Ethereum, the SEC investigation, and the ETHGate movement are due to the founders' greed and manipulation. My invention aimed to avoid legal issues, but Ethereum violated key terms and allowed fraudulent ICOs. The NFT craze is an example of this corruption. Ethereum is built on deceit and it's time for it to fall.

@StevenNerayoff - Steven Nerayoff

UNVEILING ETHEREUM'S DECEPTIVE EVOLUTION: The problems with @ethereum, the announcement of the @SECGov investigation, and the ETHGate movement are all due to the founders' greed and willingness to allow our revolutionary project to become nothing more than a deceptive database controlled by a few to manipulate many. ☝️🚨 When I architected the ICO and implemented it with Ethereum, I did this to help them bring Ethereum to life. I saw the endless possibilities of positive change and none of the negatives that they had up their sleeves. My invention was to avoid legal and regulatory issues because, like today, we still lack clarity from the SEC and others regarding the stance on crypto. So, imagine how careful we had to be in the early stages of blockchain. ⚖️ 💣First, if my invention was followed, we wouldn't have issues today; Ethereum would still be the base of crypto. But they decided to skip steps and violate several key terms that have corrupted it. 💣Second, @ethereumJoseph and others took my invention, replicated it, creating many fraudulent ICOs, and creating significant problems in the industry. Look at the NFT craze; that was a handful of people creating tokens and rug pulling them. Look at that market now; where is the money, where did the value go!? Ethereum is built on deceit and lies, and they think you're all dumb enough to not be the wiser. Well, I am, and I am saying to all of you, don't allow this to happen a day more. The Ethereum house of deceit must fall once & for all!💥💣

Gary Gensler's plan to classify Ether as a security is seen as a cover-up of the SEC's corruption involving Ethereum. The plan would conceal illicit activities, including favoritism towards Ethereum and conflicts of interest. Gensler's attempt to erase the history of corruption and criminal activity involving Ethereum and the SEC is concerning. It is important to hold everyone involved accountable.

@StevenNerayoff - Steven Nerayoff

🚨GENSLER’S PLAN: THE FREE PASS SPEECH TO THE GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD🚨 📜 THE PLAN: Gary Gensler's plan is designed to conceal the SEC's corruption involving Ethereum. Gensler gives Prometheum a 'magic bullet' license which offers Ether as a security, pretends his hand is forced (by his own actions) & then justifies classifying Ether as a security with the move to proof of stake despite it being deemed as such since the ICO. 🙈🙊🙉 COVERUPS: A ‘few’ of the illicit activities Gensler’s plan would coverup include: - SEC’s favoritism to Ethereum & Prometheum, both effectively controlled the CCP affiliated entity Wanxiang. - Gensler’s admission of Lubin’s speculative ICO purchases which first turned ETH into a security. - Hinman’s DAO Report (coverup for the DAO Hack) clear conflicts of interests & Free Pass Speech. - Ethereum’s internal docs showing it wasn’t decentralized. - The motives behind the Ripple enforcement action. - Why Gensler said XRP (and not Ether) was a security while Chair of the CFTC. - The SEC’s illegally lead false prosecution to silence me which I defeated & exposed 🤫 ✏️ THE SEC PURGE: Gensler is attempting to conceal the trail of corruption & criminal activity involving Ethereum, Lubin, Vitalik, the SEC, himself, and others prior to the Merge in 2022. Like Ethereum’s planned ‘Purge’ to erase data from the blockchain older than one year, Gensler is attempting to erase all this history. 🤯 ACCOUNTABILITY: Ethereum has been tainted since the day of the ICO & appears to have colluded with the SEC to continue the charade of decentralization. To deem ETH a security from 2022 onwards & ignore all the illicit actions prior is a coverup of unprecedented proportions right in our faces. This cannot be allowed & everyone who participated in these actions must be held accountable. 🚀💣 https://fortune.com/crypto/2024/02/07/sec-prometheum-ethereum-broker-dealer-gary-gensler-coinbase/

ETHGATE WILL NO LONGER BE SUPPRESSED: I hope you all enjoyed this year's @EthereumDenver, the last one before your idols are outed as the criminals they truly are. As of today I am officially open to speaking on all podcasts and taking all interviews. Give me the hard questions. My first goal, after being framed and falsely prosecuted by the DOJ, and subsequently beating my case with prejudice, was to re-establish my credibility, which had been tarnished at the hands of infamous fraudsters like Vitalik, Lubin, and more. Now, with the abundance of credible evidence implicating the Ethereum Foundation, this long path ends. If you thought my claims behind the screen were merely 'claims,' well, now I'm publicly sharing all my information and answering all the hard questions under the spotlight. It's rare for a first-hand witness to such crimes to share his side of it. If those implicated weren't worried before, they better be petrified NOW. While my primary focus remains on protecting investors and fostering integrity within the crypto space, drawing parallels to conspiracy theories unfairly diminishes the serious concerns raised by ETHGate. ETHGate has garnered significant attention and continues to build momentum. Dismissing our claims as seemingly unbelievable overlooks the substantial evidence @BoringSleuth and I have amassed, which is irrefutable. Despite skepticism from many individuals, the absence of evidence to contradict our findings proves that ETHGate is way different from other debunked conspiracy theories. I am committed to engaging in further discussions and prepared to take whatever steps are necessary to validate these claims. Our efforts are crucial for the cryptocurrency community, investors, and the sovereignty of America. The opportunity to shed light on this matter carries immense importance due to its significant implications. Prepare for the most significant government and financial disclosure to date. Rest assured, everything I present is based on legitimate findings, and I eagerly anticipate the day @CGasparino and I can reconcile our differences. Let’s move forward and leave the past behind.🤝🙌

Though vague, the revelations have already raised questions about the SEC's credibility. One of the critical points revolves around the integrity of the current SEC leadership. Niroff made comparisons with former SEC chair Joe Grundfist. This raised concerns about whether the agency upholds the same standards it once advocated. Furthermore, Nirov claimed it's challenging to identify the number of investors that participated in the Ethereum ICO, fueling speculations that some whales might be concealing their true positions. This revelation raises significant questions about the transparency of the ICO process and the potential implications for Ethereum.

The speaker discusses the potential risks of decentralized technology. They explain that while this technology aims to liberate individuals and give them control over their personal information, it could also be used by centralized powers to trap people. The speaker suggests that governments could create their own centralized blockchain, turning their currency into a permissioned cryptocurrency. This would allow governments to have complete knowledge of individuals' transactions and diminish privacy. They mention the example of the Marshall Islands, which passed a law for a decentralized currency but most governments may not be willing to give up control over their monetary policy. The interviewer mentions that Joseph Flubin, a co-founder of Ethereum, disagrees with this pessimistic view, considering it fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD).

Speaker 0: Okay. We're gonna talk about something, that you haven't talked about publicly yet, so this is the place. It's a little bit of a contrarian point of view, and I want you guys to remember where you were when you heard this. You are concerned about, yes, this This technology has great disruptive potential, but we have to go into it with our eyes wide open because this technology that's supposed to sort of liberate us, Free us from the middlemen. Allow people to take control of their personal information, their digital information. It could also be used by centralized powers to entrap us. Please explain that. Speaker 1: So, yeah. This is I haven't talked about this. See, I mean, if you look at it logically, I mean, if you're A, let's say, entity like a government. And you're looking at this, what we're doing in terms of decentral. And this is Unusual because there's this technology revolution that had a philosophical underpinning. You know, some people call it libertarianism or whatever you wanna call it, but it was about liberating. And it was about having freedom, and it was about being kind of outside the system or this new system. And it's it's really kind of ironic, but if you'd look at it logically, if you are the system, You could actually use this technology to do the exact opposite. So if you would have if you were a government, you could have actually a government blockchain. You could turn the euro or the dollar or whatever it is into a crypto, that is permissioned just by the government. And now they it's it's The exact opposite. They don't you don't need to file your tax returns. They'll just tell you what you owe, and they know your address. They know every transaction you've done. They know who you've transacted with. I mean, it's The level of, privacy has has diminished greatly in that in that environment. There are a couple of Examples right now that are fringe, to be sure, but the governments that are looking in the one particular is the Marshall Islands, where they passed a law to actually have a fully decentralized Currency that would not be in their control. So it's think, you know, you know, almost like a a crypto gold standard, but they would be, Set with a certain inflation rate, and that's it. They they get a certain amount of the tokens, and that's the rest of it. But that's really letting go of your own monetary policy. I'm not sure that most, governments are willing to do that at this point. Speaker 0: Fascinating stuff. Now I should say that I talked to Joseph Flubin, one of the cocreator, cofounders of Ethereum earlier today, and I I told him about that, and he said, that's just FUD. That's showing fear, uncertainty, and doubt. He's not He's not quite sure he sees it, in such a dystopian light. Maybe in certain countries, but but not around the world.

Speaker 0: I'm going to drop a bombshell right now, and I'm going to make a statement. Well, it's what we discovered as we kinda we kinda tripped into this. But the famous Dow hack, which Bill Hinman was the first thing that he did when he got there. He wrote the Dow report to kinda cover over the whole Dow the Dow incident. That Dow hack was an inside job by members of the Ethereum Foundation, And whoever was controlling the Bitcoin wallet from the ICO, is directly implicated, but it had to involve quite a number of people. And so there was no Dow hack. That was a complete inside job and they benefited from it in a whole host of different ways. Again, this is news to me. Can you, prove this Like through on chain kind of analysis instead of just subjective, you know, certain stage of evidence? Not my opinion. I mean, that's the beauty of blockchain. I mean, it's not it's not my opinion. You know? And you can you can look at the wallets. You can see you know? I'll give you one example. You know, one of the wallets that's connected to I'm not gonna make any individual accusations on this first show. Right? But one of the wallets that's connected to a certain individual actually communicated with the hacker's wallet, you know, 10 days before. And another one of the individuals at the Ethereum Foundation, you know, set up the contract for the hack and set up, you know, the the the mullets. So, you know, that's like yeah. None of that makes any sense. You know, there's there's a lot more. I mean, I'm just giving you some anecdotal stuff that absolutely doesn't make any sense. So, you know, there there's there's a ton more than that.

Conclusion: More than 1/3 of Ether is owned by the 🇨🇳disguised through the use of many entities. Lubin’s web is the other major Ether owner. @BoringSleuth using on-chain data joins others that believe or heard that a couple of players control Ethereum. This also implicates an orchestrated strategy between the foreign players & government actors that has resulted in the issuance of an unprecedented magic bullet license to U.S. markets to a company effectively controlled by these same foreign actors.

@BoringSleuth - TruthLabs 🫡

This was all premeditated. Remember, Prometheum is an extension of Wanxiang. Their entire tech was built by Wanxiang and in their own Filing state that they are completely dependent on Wanxiang. Why is this important? Wanxiang was Ethereums biggest hidden whale (depending on if you call Lubin hidden or not). Wanxiang wears many masks: Prometheum, InBlockchain, AMTD, PreAngel VC, ChinaLedger, Longling Capital, LingLing, Yunbi/Peatio, Binance, 100’s of exchanges… you get the point. It’s all one group, who had a ton of Ether to offload. They controlled a much greater amount than 12.5% of the ICO, and their share grew with mining as the overwhelming majority of the 40M+ ETH from mining flowed back to these CCP connected entities. The Dao hack and the succeeding DAO report by Hinman gave Prometheum the story the SEC needed to eventually give Prometheum the lone Special Broker Dealer License for digital Assets. If you recall, Wanxiang (Prometheums Daddy) has many political connections, even being the first company to do a deal with Hunter Biden, but their publicly reported political connections go back to at least 2012 in the A123 Systems Sale between Bill Gates, MIT, the Us Gov, and Wanxiang. I should also state that Prometheum owns the Domains KillTrump.eth and KillTrump.Crypto, which they purchased while Trump was still a sitting President. What were their plans for these domains? Is that not a fair question? To date, they still have access to US Markets. Prometheum is just one of their tools setup to offload their masked CCP red stained Ethereum Ponzi tokens onto Americans thru American markets thru the approved Special Dealer Broker License of Prometheum. The Dao exploit and Hinman’s DAO report may just indeed show a touch of their methodical approach to accomplishing this. Stay curious my Friends 🫡

TRAITORS AMONGST US @ArryinSeattle & @SimonYuSEA from @stormxio colluded with the government to falsely accuse me including fabricating evidence used to prosecute me. They assisted the authorities in fabricating charges that ruined my life & forced me to battle the government for 4 years. This allowed them to keep all of my tokens worth hundreds of millions at one point. In doing so, they also enabled the government’s witch-hunt against crypto. They didn’t just sell me out they sold all of us out! For money they risked prosecution & prison of all the important people in crypto which is ultimately what the government wanted. When pressured into cooperating I told the government to go f@ck themselves & never cooperated risking over a decade in prison. But these two didn’t seem to care if dozens of innocent people went to prison so long as they could steal my tokens. They thought they got away with their actions as they never expected me to be back. But I am after I got my case dismissed with prejudice which is so rare we couldn’t find a comparable case to mine. I just filed a lawsuit against them for the value of my tokens (link below). They also never suspected that I recorded the negotiation in which they alleged I extorted them. So thank you so much for supporting us, and I I'm really looking forward to future. So thank you. Speaker 2: This is what you guys said. Right? You wanted the 1,400,000,000 tokens plus the 30,000 worth of ETH, which is 808,000,000. I'm saying we're gonna give you more since we already wrote it down, 2,250,000,000 tokens. So I don't know why you're arguing because you're getting more. Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I I'm still on my 1st cup of coffee. Speaker 0: Okay. So I'm assuming that person was who, Steve allegedly extorted. Speaker 1: Yeah. The that was the extortion. Right. If if Steve didn't have the video of that, they would have testified at trial that during that Skype That that Steve had extorted them when, basically, they're offering him more than he asked for, and he's shocked because, you know, he's he's looking to to get what he's entitled to, but they're offering him even more than they asked for. We owe a debt to @BoringSleuth He is one of the only honest sleuths in crypto. He’s helping me prove some of my allegations & finding frauds that nobody but the perpetrators knew about. I can prove much without on-chain analysis without pricing fraud but other crimes & corruption. The real frauds need to be proven with certainty. I may know or suspect certain frauds in hindsight but it’s his (and his team) on-chain analysis which irrefutably proves the fraud. And I can often guide him given my knowledge filling in that one missing piece. We each needed the other to complete our puzzles. He’s doing this despite the risks to him. We both understand what we are up against & have accepted our fate or responsibility to cleanse crypto & the world of these criminals who are harming society as their crimes are so audacious. When this is over crypto & the world owes much to this man. You really should be following what @stevennerayoff is saying. I say this because Steven has what I lack, and I have what Steven has lacked. Steven provides first hand narrative behind the early days of Ethereum, where he worked directly with Vitalik Buterin and Joe Lubin, among others who founded Ethereum. Much of Ethereum's original structure, and internal decisions around Org structure, Token design (GAS), were concepts created and directed to the Ethereum founders. He also understands their financial situation as they navigated being a startup without runway, and the timing of in which they had what they had, and what they needed to survive. This is all documented, and in due time, you will all get to see it. What I, and my associates have is the opposite of Steven. We have the On-chain receipts, that provide the depth and evidence to back up Steven's evidence. For instance, perhaps, ethereum needed money to extend their Runway at the time of The DAO hack. Not only hacking the DAO, locking up a ton of Ethereum, but also Trading a massive position against ETH was a way to immediately provide CASH to the Ethereum Foundation. Cash essential for them to provide the runway needed to survive a Bear Market. Perhaps, they got too comfortable with this model: Rugging their own protocols to extend the life of their Blockchain built on stories, theft, and fraud. As Rick James once famously said, "Greed is a Helluva Drug"... Okay, maybe he said "Cocaine is a Helluva drug", but you get the drift. Speaking of Cocaine, did you see the problem that came out this week on LUBIN!? Massive drug problems correlate highly with criminal activities, just sayin. In closing, pay close attention to Steven. I believe you will start to see a well rounded picture of the actual Truth begin to form, and show the TRUTH behind the Foundation Ethereum was built on. Always Stay Curious My Friends, Boring Sleuth

The SEC's actions against me were unlawful. They investigated me without cause, fabricated evidence, and led a criminal prosecution, exceeding their regulatory scope. They withheld evidence and issued illegal subpoenas to hide their wrongdoing. During my prosecution, they pressured me to implicate innocent industry leaders. The SEC's misconduct must be addressed.

@StevenNerayoff - Steven Nerayoff

🚨SEC HAS GONE COMPLETELY ROUGE🚨 👨‍⚖️Think the SEC’s actions in this case were bad? Allow me to give you a mere glimpse into just some of the illegal acts the SEC committed against me that I uncovered. Most of this is publicly filed in my motion that finally got the case dismissed after 3 1/2 years. 🕵️‍♂️Tried to “Find” a Crime: The SEC investigated me for years, often under false pretenses, despite no indication of wrongdoing & found I didn’t do anything wrong. But being an honest businessperson didn’t stop them from continuing to come after me. 👇 🤥Led Fabrication of Crime: The SEC, with FBI & DOJ, fabricated evidence to create a crime that never happened leading to a malicious prosecution of me for 3 1/2 years. 👮‍♀️Led a Criminal Prosecution: The SEC is a civil regulatory agency, yet it led a (fabricated) criminal prosecution against me, which is outside of their scope of enforcement. 📄Withheld Evidence: Documents I requested from the SEC were denied because the DOJ lied in court filings saying the SEC wasn’t part of the prosecution. ☠️Issued Illegal Subpoenas to Hide Evidence & Their Role in my Prosecution: The subpoena was issued *on a criminal matter* which is outside of the scope of the SEC’s jurisdiction as a civil agency. They then filed that subpoena under a different, unrelated case so as to conceal its existence. Yet Congress won’t issue a legal subpoena against the SEC. 🧙‍♀️Led a Witch-Hunt Against Crypto: During my prosecution which was led by the SEC I was under extreme pressured to give information on the leaders of the industry despite having no reason to believe these people committed any crimes. I was forced to risk decades in prison by refusing to cooperate. 🤯The SEC admits they have 14 Gigs of data on me despite supposedly not involved in my case?! Then they say I have to wait at least three years before they will even begin to review my request for those records! Make it make sense?!?! 🤬 This is just a sampling of the illegal activities the SEC did against me…when will they be stopped?! 🤷‍♂️👆 #SECStabilizationAct @WarrenDavidson @PatrickMcHenry

@SplitCapital - Zaheer

The SEC intentionally lied about “existential dangers” from a crypto firm and made up stories in order to get a restraining order against the firm. The court is looking to sanction the SEC if they don’t produce a legitimate reason for their lies. Truly remarkable. https://t.co/FKMndzBPPu

The government, along with private actors like Vitalik and Lubin, tried to discredit and imprison me to cover up a larger issue. This was not a conspiracy, but a comprehensive plan involving corrupt interests. The objective was to control a supposedly decentralized protocol, benefiting the government and banks. Massive frauds were committed, while distractions and false prophets like Vitalik were used. Ethereum's lack of progress is intentional, as it's more profitable to commit fraud than to build functional DAPPs. My prosecution mirrored these efforts, involving individuals like Clayton and Hinman. This is proof of their involvement.

@StevenNerayoff - Steven Nerayoff

It’s Real & Not a Conspiracy 🔴 The government with private actors such as Vitalik & Lubin discredited & tried to imprison me to cover up this exact issue. My life was destroyed because I knew too much. I plan to hold people accountable & anyone I find was involved is on my legal radar.   🔴 This was not a conspiracy. Red herring arguments are blurring the real issue. Joe bribing an official is too simplistic. This was a comprehensive plan of government & private actors with an alignment of corrupt interests. No need to bribe anyone. Everyone just did things that were either conflicted or outright illegal to benefit. Clayton & Hinman hypocritical & disgusting about-faces putting million in their pockets is in your face. Bribes are red herring distraction & personally infuriating if it discredits me. End it!   🔴 Let’s set the record straight. The “DAO Report”, “Free Pass” & going after Ripple were part of a much bigger plan. As for Ripple the government, banks, ConsenSys & Ethereum all wanted to replace it but couldn’t catch them in a fair fight so they had to do the DAO Report, free pass & the lawsuit. This was much bigger than one goal of Ethereum versus Ripple.   🔴 What was the overall objective? Having control over a protocol the government blessed as decentralized but controlled by a few parties to serve the needs of all involved. Ultimately government & banks get one main protocol which they pretend is decentralized, permissionless & public but in fact had players like Lubin & Vitalik that would do what they wanted as it was concentrated & controlled both effectively & actually.   🔴 Beyond the government, it served the needs of massive frauds committed through Token Foundry & untold other parts of crypto which is beyond the scope of this but it’s on chain so people can figure it out. The main reason they haven’t “figured it out” is because almost everyone is being paid to distract “look over there”. In turn the government looked the other way while they committed massive fraud. At the same time many of these actors such as Hinman & Clayton have become fabulously wealthy as a result of the corruption they led.   🔴 I REPEAT: VITALIK & LUBIN COULD NOT HAVE BELIEVED ETHEREUM WAS DECENTRALIZED AT THE TIME OF THE HINMAN SPEECH. 🔴   🔴 Why is anyone concerned about Ethereum if Lubin & Vitalik are held accountable if it’s decentralized unless they know it’s not. If Satoshi showed up & was arrested nobody would care.   🔴 They also turned Vitalik into a false prophet who has accomplished nothing but to distract the public from the fraud. You heard how lost he & Lubin were on the recordings. My advice which proved to be dead on target years later but Vitalik went to China & Lubin used his limited IQ bandwidth to copy my invention to churn out untold  fraudulent ICOs.   🔴 Why have they done nothing with Ethereum? Simple. It’s more profitable to “pretend” to build an ecosystem while committing massive frauds then create DAPPs people will use. Look at the track records of all the ICOs. They profited untold billions but achieved nothing. These are facts. Public got fleeced & they profited while most projects just died off. Rinse & repeat.   🔴 My false SEC led prosecution with DOJ & FBI mirrored events in these efforts & by the same people. Why? Because I was the one person who could unravel at least the free pass. Some involved Clayton, Hinman, Marc Berger, Valerie Szczepanik, Jon Daniels, Jon Enright, Marc Bini, Andrey Spektor, S/A Jordan Anderson, S/A Andrew Cropshor. 🔴 And my alleged co-conspirator, “government agent” Michael Hlady. 🔴 Look at what I just accused above. If it’s false surely someone will come after me? They won’t bc it would be legal destruction for them. This is proof. @AshleyPROSPER1 @MoonLamboio @sentosumosaba @Ripple_XRP1 @NerdNationUnbox @Leerzeit @cowboycrypto313 @blackberryXRP @Fame21Moore @MrManXRP @jungleincxrp @BoringSleuth @xrpcoupe74 @UtilityTheory @ZachRector7 @Crypt0Senseii

How about you grow a fucking pair of balls and tell your community not to be conspiratorial? Maybe you should do that. And you say, I should go on And give some lawyer on YouTube the time of day to spend an hour or 2 on his channel to let him rant at me And connect all these dots and strings about how 1 commissioner did something or said something versus another commissioner. And that obviously is evidence that the entirety of the US government is engaged in a great conspiracy against the XRP community?

But the DOJ, SEC, & FBI prosecuted me for 3 1/2 years for a crime THEY fabricated. Despite proving this, the sham prosecution continued under “current” agency heads. Please go after THOSE bad actors as well. I was targeted due to my knowledge of high-level SEC corruption. My case was dismissed after proving the FBI, DOJ & SEC colluded to fabricate the crime for which I was being prosecuted. This reflects a broader issue of rogue US government agencies. There's a need for increased oversight & bipartisan legislation to tackle this systemic corruption. If not for my irrefutable proof of my innocence I would have been wrongfully convicted & spent decades in prison, a threat as serious as any in the crypto world. I just received the letter below from the SEC. They admit to already finding at least 14 GIGABYTES of data as a result of my FOIA request. In their words, a minimum of 112 boxes full of papers found by the same SEC who the DOJ in court documents said was not involved in my investigation at all?!?! Their response to my request of documents which they must give me by law? They will start the process of looking in at least 3 more years 😂😂😂😂 When will you all start to go after this insane, obvious corruption as well?! Crypto needs real use cases to thrive. Utility tokens and ICOs were essential for ecosystem growth. I created "Decentralized News" as a powerful example of a real-life use case in an age of censorship. Tokens have value because of their future utility. We need killer DAPPs to make tokens truly valuable. Ethereum's challenges can lead to positive change by creating use cases, decentralizing leadership, strengthening community relations, and sharpening focus.

@StevenNerayoff - Steven Nerayoff

Crypto Needs Real Use Cases My focus since entering crypto has been on improving people’s lives. Ethereum & crypto will only thrive if it has applications people want to use. I created the Utility Token & ICO out of necessity & they proved essential to grow the ecosystem. I used an NFT with the calls again out of necessity to prevent altering. I call it “Decentralized News”. I wanted to show the power of a real life use case that’s become important in an age of censorship. Utility tokens are used to do things we couldn’t otherwise, not simply trading. Imagine when electricity was discovered we didn’t invent the light bulb but simply traded electricity. That’s the state of crypto today. The only reason tokens have value is the future promise of utility. If you want your tokens to be really valuable then we need killer DAPPs. I hope Decentralized News will be one of them but we need many. The issues facing Ethereum poses many challenges but also opens doors for positive change. If handled well, Ethereum can strengthen by creating real use cases, decentralizing leadership, strengthening community relations, and sharpening its focus.

In the next 12 months, the focus will be on launching the main blockchain for Ethereum and improving the ecosystem with infrastructure like name registration, reputation systems, and data feeds for financial contracts. They also plan to release Ethereum 2.0 in 2016, which will have more advanced cryptography protocols to address scalability issues. The speaker acknowledges the challenge of every node processing every transaction and hopes to find a solution in Ethereum 2.0. If Ethereum becomes too popular before the launch, they have a concept called lite client that allows secure blockchain usage without a full node. They aim to ensure the currency's security even with a limited number of full nodes in the network.

Speaker 0: Tell me, where do you see Ether in, let's say, or Ethereum in 12 months and in 5 years from now? Speaker 1: Yeah. 12 months, I would say so the 1st 6 months are going to be heavily dedicated to getting Ethereum actually To the point where we're ready to launch the main blockchain, get Ethereum one point o out. Once that happens, the focus is going to heavily shift pretty much entirely On the space of applications. So, I've already talked about some of the different sort of infrastructure that we need in order for Ethereum to really work. Things like name registration, reputation systems, security, also data feeds for financial contracts are very important. So all these different ecosystem details that can make the the ecosystem so much better, that's something that we'll be probably working on all the way through 2015. At the same time, another important point is that, you know, Ethereum one point o is not the end. We've got quite a lot of good context in cryptography, and, we are Probably, almost certainly going to release Ethereum 2 point o sometime around 2016 or so, which will Hopefully, have, much more advanced cryptography protocols that will really solve the scalability issue to a much greater extent. Mhmm. Like, scalability, you know, we're doing all that we can. But at the same time, there is this fundamental issue that every node has to process every transaction. And, for 2.0 we're gonna see if we can break that. Speaker 0: And, what if it becomes way too popular and there's way too many people using it beforehand? Wouldn't you run into that Probably faster than you expect? Speaker 1: So, the nice thing is is that Ethereum, ETHAN one point o, it's it's sort of gracefully decays. So there's this concept of a lite client, where you can down use the blockchain securely without having a full node. Mhmm. And, that's, something you can do with Bitcoin. But that's something that we're going to be very specifically, explicitly supporting in in Ethereum. So, how to basically make the currency still fully secure Even if there might be only like a 100 full nodes running in the network on

@nitinp1974 @13tenet31 Vitalik slept on my couch & copied my inventions. Him & SBF are images. They’re not smart bc something seems off, something is off. The recording shows his & Joe’s stupidity & ignorance. Hear who understood Ethereum, me or them. Oh yeah, I’ve since got rid of all my couches. 😁

@13tenet31 Did Vitalik invent anything? No he did not. Ethereum never scaled bc of him. Only killer app was issuing Utility Tokens on ICOs both of which I invented. Vitalik & Lubin sabotaged crypto. Their focus was merely to issue hundreds or thousands of fraudulent ICOs fleecing people.

@0xKakumei @13tenet31 lol. That’s my AI company. I have 46 patents / inventions in mostly in AI - machine vision in particular. Some are smart city & parking related others much broader. You’ll be hearing more about those soon & my metaverse which utilizes this technology. It’s next level.

Everything I do is toward helping the humanity even if it’s for profit. Very often, like with Ethereum, I decline compensation. I’ve created more market cap & called early projects (Ripple included in 2014) than probably anyone but money simply is not what motivates me. And a lot more people want to see me fail right now than succeed. I know this. I will succeed & eventually they will see it was to their benefit all along. XRPArmy is unusual in seeing this now.

Elizabeth Warren gaining power domestically and potential regulatory changes under a Biden presidency could negatively impact the crypto industry. The SEC's actions and proposed legislation without a safe harbor provision are concerning. The legislation could lead to increased centralization and give the SEC the power to label everything as a security. There are allegations of fabricated evidence and a setup against Steven, who claims to have evidence that Ethereum was not decentralized when the SEC declared it as such. The implications could involve potential legal action against Vitalik and Joe Lubin. Steven plans to release a recording and transcript of a conversation that sheds light on the situation. Bills like the one introduced by Emmer could be game-changers, but the lack of a safe harbor provision in current legislation is problematic for the industry.

Speaker 0: I do think that what we're seeing with Elizabeth Warren gaining more power domestically, if Biden somehow wins and stays president for another, 5 years in total, it's not good for what the regulatory outlook is for the crypto industry. Speaker 1: Steven, thoughts? While Steven jumping on, make sure anyone oh, go ahead, Steven. Yeah. We can hear you, man. Yeah. Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, I think what the what the SEC is doing, they're fighting these cases. But what you have is this legislation that has no safe harbor that's Actually codifying this absurd, you know, morphing of into centralization, and And they're putting that into the legislation. So what they're fighting for in the courts, they're actually backdooring in the legislation, And they're gonna have the ability to just you know, he becomes the king, and he says you're a security. You're not well, he's gonna basically say everything's a security. Anyhow, and it'll be codified. And, like, nobody's kinda really paying attention to that. And, you know, Loomis is like, With all due respect to her, she seems like she's, you know, our friends in the industry, but but let me just Speaker 1: Who's a friend of the industry? Speaker 2: Who are you talking about? The senator I'm gonna Speaker 1: say in Speaker 2: other words, in terms of sponsoring the bill, look, you know Oh, yeah. That's the Speaker 1: the new bill. The yeah. That that new bill, I I read Credit in the agenda. Scott, did you see that bill that, that Steven is referring to? Speaker 3: Hold on. Wait a minute. Steven Steven, Even now we've got you in our net, so there's nowhere to run, nowhere to hide you anymore. I've been reading a lot of articles, that you've been, talking about Ethereum, not the articles have been pretty vague. Is there anything we should know about? Speaker 1: Yeah. We've seen you we've seen you pricing pricing Ethereum and and, Speaker 2: Switching topics. Let's first of all, let me be clear. I'm not the the the articles may say what they say in terms of a theory. This is not a conversation about me and Ethereum, the protocol. Right? So I'm not anti Ethereum. You know, I put my heart, blood, sweat, and tears into Ethereum, and I think everybody knows the contributions I've made to that. It's about specific people. If you have questions about that, I can answer that. You know, that we're beating up here. Speaker 3: Yeah. Tell me. Tell me. Speaker 2: So, Mario, last time on my spaces, you were asking a very good question. You were asking about, you know, when did they, Vitalik and Joe, when did they start distancing themselves for May? And when do they start discrediting my my role? And the the answer to that question was, like, mid 2017. And then when I got prosecuted, for everybody who doesn't know, we proved that there was multiple agencies that fabricated a crime to prosecute me. That was late 2019. So that was two and a half years before that. Now you're asking why. I wanna make sure because I know how everybody knows the whole story. So, you know, one Speaker 1: of the Imagine imagine they imagine they don't. So maybe ask her it in a way that kinda sums up the story briefly for people that don't know. Speaker 2: So I was involved in the very early days of Ethereum, from, like, literally the very 1st month. My I created the utility token and the ICO for Ethereum. And then I also and that was in 2014. And then in 2015, I Vitalik called me. And we're actually everybody should know we're gonna be dropping this. It was a 3 hour conversation with he had it was they were going under. So he asked me to restructure the entire Ethereum Foundation to save it, and I've got the whole thing recorded. I'm going to drop it. We're doing it as an NFT. It's free, But everybody can have it. So when are you Speaker 1: when are you dropping it? Very brief. When are you dropping it, Steven? Speaker 2: In, like, the next 4 or 5 days. Speaker 3: Oh, shit. Okay. Funkmaster flex, Speaker 1: the next tape, Speaker 3: and then I But let's go first, but I I think this is actually carry on the story. Let's carry on the story, because I Speaker 2: think it's gonna wake up. I think it's gonna wake up a lot of people in terms of, you know, like this is not about, you know, like this isn't a personal thing. Right. But it's going to wake up a lot of people in terms of what really happened back there. Like, people can make their own decision. I've got it quarter. Right? And so you can see, like, what did Vitalik, what did he know, what did Joe know? And so it's a it's a kind of a piece of history, But it'll also give you some perspective on what was really happening back then. Now you can fast forward. And now I'm going to just Flat out say, you know, there was you know, a lot of people have heard about this eth gate where There's, you know, Eve's got this free pass from the SEC where the SEC came up with This, argument that they actually took my utility token argument and somehow talked at it into something was a security, and it's no longer a security because it's decentralized now. And that's what Hinman gave a speech for. So is everybody familiar with that? Speaker 3: Yeah. That's the Yeah. The Hinman speech, I think people are aware of. Yeah. Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, so I'm gonna Speaker 3: That's a speech where Hinman basically said that ETH wasn't a security because it's decentralized. And that's what Ripple Speaker 2: was back into Speaker 3: the Hinman speech and said, you know, if Ethereum is security wise, Ripple is security or XRP is security. Sorry. Speaker 2: Right. So, I'm going to make the the I'm gonna be very blunt, and I will show the evidence On what I'm about to say, for legal reasons, I can't tell you exactly what it is, but I will show it to you. It's It's it's like weeks. It's not it's not months. And number 1, Ethereum itself Did not believe it was decentralized when that speech was given, nor was it decentralized, nor could Joe or Vitalik have believed it was because there's internal documents that indicate otherwise. And the only person that understood and had access to those documents and understood that was me. And if you follow the fabrication of the crime against me, which I proved from the government's own documents, it The SEC was leading it. The FBI, the DOJ, everybody into this industry should care about what happened because They weren't only after me. They were after, you know, well, everybody who's a speaker on here pretty much was on, on the list. They They wanted everybody. I mean, I told Rand at the time, and I know I sounded like a crazy person, but it's true. They were looking to get as many people in this industry as possible. And that all started at the very same time, Coincidentally, when Hinman got to the SEC and the people that were leading the charge at the SEC was Hinman in my prosecution. Speaker 3: So, Steven, just, I just wanna I just wanna hone the discussion in a little bit. Your your this bombshell that's about to drop, Is this all around the fact that they knew that Ethereum wasn't decentralized while Hinman said that it was? Speaker 2: Well, that's part 1. They knew they there was, requirements that they had to do that they did not do specifically related to whether or not it would be decentralized. Speaker 3: And what are the and what are the and what are the implications? I mean, we're now 5 years forward. What so what are the implications of the fact that it wasn't 5th? Why? What are the Well, Speaker 2: Anthony, the implications are let's go back. Alright. So let's go back for a second. Let's Go back to the ICO. The ICO, I think it's pretty clear at this point. And I set it up. Okay. But and it was perfectly fine. And I had the product narrative, and I set all the pieces in place, except if you listen to Gary Gensler, He personally has said that Joe Lubin put bought 9 a half percent, and there's no speculative buying That turns it from a product into a security. So now you've got a securities offering. Okay. So now when you go into, is it centralizes and not decentralized, and you got people like Lubin and Vitalik going out and telling it's decentralized and it's a public market for it, you're now under the securities laws. I'm not gonna make an accusation in terms of what laws are broken. Is it securities fraud? Is it market manipulation? Is it what you know, that's for the lawyers to figure out, But you're no longer in crypto land. Speaker 3: Okay. But I mean so so are are you insinuating that, potentially, there's gonna be Just against Vitalik and Joe Levin? Speaker 2: Well, that's, you know, that's up to the DOJ, even the part and the SEC. Here's the here's the thing. The SEC claims that they had nothing to do. Just so you guys understand what's going on here. The sec claimed That I was crazy. They had nothing to do with this. None of this happened. And then I requested all the information that they have on me, Which they said they didn't have any. But then by law, they had to tell me they have 14 gigabytes of data on me In just a 5 year period, what the hell is 14 gigabytes if they had nothing to do with my prosecution? That makes sense. Right. Okay. I think everybody can Speaker 3: see that. But I'm just trying Speaker 2: to work out what I'm Speaker 3: trying to I'm trying to I'm trying to unravel the Potential implications because what what what I've what I've been gathering is that you've been holding a lot of information, and you're about to drop a bombshell. I'm just trying to work out what the collateral damage of the bombshell is gonna be. Speaker 2: Well, you've got people that have something that's, but you know, actually go back to the, you know, a lot of people miss the first Hinman speech, and that was the Dow report. The Dow report, for those who don't know, there was a Dow where it was basically, you know, like a venture fund, And people put, like, 15% of all the ether into the DAO, and then there was a hack. And there's questions about whether or not the hack was an inside job or not. Let's put that aside for a second. But you've got securities violations there. And Hinman paper that over with the Dow report, Which doesn't make sense because he said basically they're grandfathered in in 2016, 2017, but then he goes after Ripple in 2013. Like, that's completely inconsistent. Those are inconsistent positions. Speaker 3: Steve, you also said something like, That, they fabricated or they created a fake case against you. Speaker 2: Absolutely. Speaker 3: If I remember reading the details of your case, Wasn't your case an extortion case against the, Biden that was led by a project? Speaker 2: Yeah. That project was a setup. That project is called storm x for everybody to know. Simon Yu is the CEO. Aaron Yu was the president. The whole thing was a setup. And when did it start? May of 2017, the same month that Hinman got there. And that coconspirator Speaker 3: of this Go ahead. And why do you Sorry. Why do you think that why do you think that he went Against you, why do you think who do you think he went against you or what? Speaker 2: Oh, so we have proof. We got in the government's documents, we have proof. And my attorneys on here that I don't know if they can speak or not, Mike Scotto, if we can put them into speak mode. But, We found this is unprecedented. We found proof that the SEC, the FBI and the DOJ fabricated the evidence, literally fabricated Like, there were documents that we found on FBI letterhead that I had nothing to do with. I never even knew existed, and those are the documents they prosecuted me on. There was no crime. The crime never happened. The discredit. So I'm going to be very clear. The discrediting and the prosecution was to take me out because I'm the only person who could reveal this whole east gate saga and what they did. And they're working with Hinman, that to get themselves those regulatory pass because the regulatory pass is not valid. Speaker 3: And, Steve, when are you gonna drop this? Because I we need to we need to wrap soon, and I see Dave Weisburdens got his hand up. So just, when Speaker 2: No. That's That's something, you know, that's what's the frustrating part is that it's it's kind of up to my attorneys. I'm gonna be dropping the recording Of the restructuring very shortly, I I will tell you I have the attorneys that I have are people that There are names that everybody on this call knows. They're luminaries. You know, they're like the top of the industry. So I'm anticipating in december where we'll be filing it and all the proof will be there. But there will be Some major press about this before the end of this month that will expose all of Except he won't have it necessarily Speaker 1: Ryan, should we, Ryan, should should we drop the recording, Ryan, on a space? How how long is the recording for Yeah. Steven? How long is the recording for, Steven? Speaker 2: Almost 3 hours. 3 hours. Speaker 1: Hour space. Speaker 2: And it comes with the transcript too. Speaker 3: Dave, I see your hands up. Your hands been up for a while. Speaker 2: In fact, Mario, I'll tell you what, I'll I'll send it, just just so I'll send it to you and you can take a look at it first. And then If you want, we can just talk about it on another spaces. Speaker 1: I'll check. Speaker 2: Rand, what Speaker 1: do you think? I Speaker 2: mean, I know I'm not both of you. Of Speaker 1: And if you look at Emirates, so that's the thing I was talking about earlier. I think, Steven, you mentioned it. Emirates, bill, that he's he's called Gensler ineffective and incompetent. So he's introduced an amendment. So the nonpartisan amendment passed he's already passed the house with no opposition yesterday. Okay. Is that so I'm just constantly seeing all those bills. Are we seeing any progress there? Could that really make change to the regulatory framework around crypto? Because this is something that Scott keeps up with and He's not here on stage. Dave, Steven, anyone can give us more clarity on those bills and how important, they could be. Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, I think they change, they're game changers. They basically put all of the authority in Kensil's hands or whoever, you know, the SEC. And really the big issue is, like, if you go back to Warren Davidson with the Token Taxonomy Act in 2019, the key there was he had a safe harbor provision. And almost every regulatory regime around the world has a safe harbor. If you check off these boxes and you want a license to an exchange, you want to do utility token or whatever you want, then you are in the safe harbor or harbor. This does not have that. So basically, this confusion land that we're living in, they're codifying that into law. So, like, this is a horrible legislation. Issue. If if they did that and then they had some kind of safe harbor where it said if you were you fulfill these requirements, your utility token, or you fulfill these requirements, You're an exchange that doesn't have to register with us. That would be fine, but you notice they're not doing that. So they're what they're trying to win in the courts, they don't really care about the track. Like, you know, I mean, they the Ripple, you know, handed them their, you know what, in the courts. Right? And good for Ripple. But it doesn't really matter. That's one loss, and Ripple is the winner, but the rest of the industry is gonna lose with this legislation. Speaker 1: Yeah. That's my point. Speaker 2: And then I would also say when they were, There's another issue is that if they appeal this, you the chances of them going to the 2nd Circuit like, who knows what happens at the 2nd circuit. Right? But then you've got another issue at the Supreme Court. You've got a conservative Supreme Court. And so everybody is saying, like, they're gonna just go appeal. This is not just an SEC issue. If they go to the Supreme Court and they lose, you're talking about this is something that would affect every executive administrative agency and their authority. So this is not just an SEC issue. So I don't even think this Against on issue to decide whether or not he goes to the Supreme Court. Speaker 1: I appreciate that update.

Ok can you be more articulate than a Neanderthal? You don’t care about Ethereum. Otherwise you would care about what I’m saying. This is not anti Ethereum but hope to save it and crypto. After years of taking shit & being discredited let me tell you something, I’m more responsible for Ethereum’s ecosystem existing than anyone. Get that through your articulate well mannered skull. And I’ve got the receipts to prove it. I created the utility token & ICO . You should be thankful. What did you do Mr. Ethereum? When look at the records it says “Designer (Web/UX/UI)”. Wow, where would we be today I’m crypto without your contribution? For someone who’s done shit in this space you certainly have a big damn rude mouth. Do you not care that I proved to you Vitalik lied to all of you about my role and caused you to all discredit me? Why would he use you like that? You trust someone who does that? Here is the proof he lied & I’ve got more coming. You know how all the people around SBF felt who supported him. Well multiple that by 1000 & that’s how you will feel soon enough for supporting these fakes & clearly you just think short term price you don’t give a shit about crypto. Go back to your cave or be more respectful. https://x.com/stevennerayoff/status/1719309855532491218?s=46&t=g102eMvRJLOAjqErkVioYw

@Leerzeit - Mr. Huber🔥🦅🔥

Isn't it funny that with Ethereum there was an actual written Investment contract, but the SEC decided to set that one aside and pursue the losing path with @Ripple? @Marc_Fagel https://t.co/VImPx3BSAG

@StevenNerayoff - Steven Nerayoff

@Leerzeit @Ripple Ok this is the tip of the tip of the iceberg. I have all the docs & correspondence with the lawyers. Wait, did the lawyers create this agreement or did someone else? Hmmm 🤔

@StevenNerayoff - Steven Nerayoff

@Leerzeit Hey @skswave hope you’re well. Technically it was the purchase of s product to be delivered at a later time. The terms of the purchase agreement were violated & that turned it into a securities offering. Given who violated it may make it securities fraud.
