Title: Understanding the Rationality Behind Fear of Males In discussing "Transphobia," it is crucial to acknowledge that a phobia is an irrational fear disproportionate to the actual danger. However, our fear of males is a rational and normative response rooted in evolutionary biology. Throughout history, men have been responsible for the majority of violent crimes, making women naturally cautious. This innate danger-recognition system should not be dismissed as transphobia. It is essential to recognize the validity of women's concerns without resorting to labels that stifle debate. Let's reject the misuse of the term and focus on understanding each other's perspectives.

@Psychgirl211 - Dr P

X: It's time to talk about 'Transphobia' 1. This word has been imbued with so much power that it shuts down all thought and debate. 2. A phobia is an IRRATIONAL fear of something, that is out of proportion to the actual danger presented by that thing.

@Psychgirl211 - Dr P

3. Most phobias have their roots in our evolutionary biology - we tend to be phobic of things that could kill or harm us: snakes, insects, heights, germs, etc. 4. In every human society, about 98% of murders, rapes and violent crimes are committed by men. Most victims are female

@Psychgirl211 - Dr P

5. Evolution has, therefore, endowed women with a keen awareness of the danger posed by men. Fearing males is an adaptive survival response. 6. To help keep us safe, we've also evolved an almost instantaneous ability to recognise human males, regardless of how they 'present'.

@Psychgirl211 - Dr P

7. Women are now being told we must shut off a psychological and biological response mechanism that has evolved over millions of years. 8. When we object, we're accused of 'Transphobia'. However, our fear of males is an entirely RATIONAL and NORMATIVE response.

@Psychgirl211 - Dr P

9. As a clinical psychologist, I have treated and helped people with all manner of phobias, which were interfering with their daily lives. 10. But it is neither irrational nor out of proportion for women, in general, to be afraid of men.

@Psychgirl211 - Dr P

11. We need to reject the entire premise of 'Transphobia'. It is a meaningless word, used, cave-man like, to bludgeon women into passivity and submission. 12. If, without any rational basis, we hated 'Trans' people, the correct word would be TRANSODIUM, not Transphobia.

@Psychgirl211 - Dr P

13. It's probably too late to reframe the meaning of the word but ladies especially, can we stop being terrified of being called 'Transphobic'? 14. Its use has been a masterful example of psy-ops, by the TRAs against us.

@Psychgirl211 - Dr P

15. And if it wasn't for the 'phobia' (ie inbuilt danger-recognition system) of our female progenitors, none of us would be here today. 16. Should you be scared of a man in a dress in the loo, or changing room, or hospital ward next to you? Hell yes, you should!

Kids who once followed Covid rules are now breaking them, joining antisemitic rallies and bullying. They're driven by groupthink, media influence, and the belief that demonizing others is social justice. This generation lacks critical thinking skills and is easily manipulated, posing undeniable dangers.

@MSmelkinsonPhD - Margery Smelkinson, Ph.D.

Some have remarked that kids easily complied with the Covid rules. They stayed home, masked up, got vaxxed, etc. But now these same kids are flouting the rules to join antisemitic rallies, bully, some calling for genocide.  From rule followers to rule breakers. But are they? 🧵

@MSmelkinsonPhD - Margery Smelkinson, Ph.D.

These outcomes may be different but the reasons behind them are the same.  They are doing what's in fashion.  They are doing what is aligned with the groupthink.  They are buying what they are sold in the media.  They are silencing and ostracizing dissenters.

@MSmelkinsonPhD - Margery Smelkinson, Ph.D.

They are told that demonizing others is a form of social justice. From Covid to now, it has become clear that we are raising a generation of people that cannot think for themselves and can be easily manipulated. The evident dangers of this are now undeniable.

Jimmy Stewart, famous for his role in "It's A Wonderful Life," left Hollywood to join the US Army during World War II. Despite being assigned to non-combat roles, he insisted on flying combat missions in Europe. Stewart became one of the most respected and decorated pilots in his unit. However, his wartime experiences took a toll on his mental health, leading to PTSD. Returning to acting, he found solace in portraying George Bailey, a character struggling with similar issues. Stewart's performance was deeply personal, reflecting his own inner turmoil. Despite his struggles, he went on to become a beloved and accomplished actor. Let's remember the sacrifices of Stewart and all those who served their country during wartime.

@Judianna - Judianna

For all the fans of “It’s A Wonderful Life” and Jimmy Stewart . . . Just months after winning his 1941 Academy Award for best actor in “The Philadelphia Story,” Jimmy Stewart, one of the best-known actors of the day, left Hollywood and joined the US Army. He was the first big-name movie star to enlist in World War II. An accomplished private pilot, the 33-year-old Hollywood icon became a US Army Air Force aviator, earning his 2nd Lieutenant commission in early 1942. With his celebrity status and huge popularity with the American public, he was assigned to starring in recruiting films, attending rallies, and training younger pilots. Stewart, however, wasn’t satisfied. He wanted to fly combat missions in Europe, not spend time in a stateside training command. By 1944, frustrated and feeling the war was passing him by, he asked his commanding officer to transfer him to a unit deploying to Europe. His request was reluctantly granted. Stewart, now a Captain, was sent to England, where he spent the next 18 months flying B-24 Liberator bombers over Germany. Throughout his time overseas, the US Army Air Corps' top brass had tried to keep the popular movie star from flying over enemy territory. But Stewart would hear nothing of it. Determined to lead by example, he bucked the system, assigning himself to every combat mission he could. By the end of the war he was one of the most respected and decorated pilots in his unit. But his wartime service came at a high personal price. In the final months of WWII he was grounded for being “flak happy,” today called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). When he returned to the US in August 1945, Stewart was a changed man. He had lost so much weight that he looked sickly. He rarely slept, and when he did he had nightmares of planes exploding and men falling through the air screaming (in one mission alone his unit had lost 13 planes and 130 men, most of whom he knew personally). He was depressed, couldn’t focus, and refused to talk to anyone about his war experiences. His acting career was all but over. As one of Stewart's biographers put it, "Every decision he made [during the war] was going to preserve life or cost lives. He took back to Hollywood all the stress that he had built up.” In 1946 he got his break. He took the role of George Bailey, the suicidal father in “It’s a Wonderful Life.” The rest is history. Actors and crew of the set realized that in many of the disturbing scenes of George Bailey unraveling in front of his family, Stewart wasn’t acting. His PTSD was being captured on film for potentially millions to see. But despite Stewart's inner turmoil, making the movie was therapeutic for the combat veteran. He would go on to become one of the most accomplished and loved actors in American history. When asked in 1941 why he wanted to leave his acting career to fly combat missions over Nazi Germany, he said, "This country's conscience is bigger than all the studios in Hollywood put together, and the time will come when we'll have to fight.” This weekend, as many of us watch the classic Christmas film, “It’s A Wonderful Life,” it’s also a fitting time to remember the sacrifices of Jimmy Stewart and all the men who gave up so much to serve their country during wartime. We will always remember you! Postscript: While fighting in Europe, Stewart's Oscar statue was proudly displayed in his father’s Pennsylvania hardware store. Throughout his life, the beloved actor always said his father, a World War I veteran, was the person who had made the biggest impact on him. Jimmy Stewart was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 1985 and died in 1997 at the age of 89. H/T @mustangmarine

The rise of a worldview incapable of condemning evil is explored through the lens of the Harry Potter series and the disavowal of author JK Rowling. Many former fans, particularly those identifying as trans, have adopted the worldview of Voldemort, the antagonist character. This worldview rejects the concept of objective good and evil, instead emphasizing power dynamics and the oppressor-oppressed lens. The disavowal of Rowling and the refusal to condemn the Hamas atrocities are seen as manifestations of this critical theory worldview. The rapid disavowal of Rowling suggests a growing influence of critical theory among readers.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

Thread. 1. Over the past month, the Hamas atrocities have revealed a shifting of worldviews in the West in ways that were not as broadly recognized as before the attacks, although the signs were there. Many now ask, “How did we get here?”

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

2. I believe the Harry Potter series and the @jk_rowling disavowal saga offer a window to the rise of a worldview in the West incapable of condemning the Hamas atrocities.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling 3. Here is my thesis: many former Harry Potter fans have adopted the worldview of the antagonist character Voldemort, and this mirrors growing adoption in the West of a worldview incapable of condemning evil.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling 4. The Harry Potter series takes place in a world of magic people hidden among the ordinary “muggle” world. It involves an existential battle between good and evil with a host of smaller battles among various characters personifying the imperfect human condition along the way.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling 5. It is well-written, and for many in a whole generation, it was their first foray into relatively heavy reading for young adults.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling 6. You can see how this series would captivate young adults seeking escapism from normal young adult stress, especially for LGBT-identifying youth. Such readers would obviously be likely to identify with a magic community hiding its identity from the “normal” world of the 2000s.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling 7. However, and painting with broad brush, many if not most trans-identifying or adjacent former fans now disavow author JK Rowling over her defense of sex-based differences and rights.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling 8. The evolution of both the attachment of trans-identifying readers to Harry Potter and their eventual disavowal of JK Rowling is reviewed in detail in the podcast The Witch Trials of JK Rowling by @meganphelps. I won’t rehash that here.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling @meganphelps 9. What I do want to highlight here is that not only have many readers disavowed JK Rowling, they have also adopted the worldview of Voldemort, the leading antagonist in JK Rowling’s work.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling @meganphelps 10. Voldemort seeks to subjugate the muggle world and root out any muggle blood from the magic community. He describes his worldview in the first book when he invites Harry to join him, saying, “There is no good and evil, there is only power and those too weak to seek it.”

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling @meganphelps 11. Voldemort is a textbook critical theorist. He doesn’t believe in objective good or evil. Instead he views the very concept of good and evil as at most a tool of those in power to maintain such power through purported social moral justification.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling @meganphelps 12. Under such worldview, nothing can be objectively good, and nothing can be objectively evil. Instead, the only absolute lens through which to judge the world is power. The ascendant oppressor-oppressed lens (which focuses of who holds power) applies this same view.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling @meganphelps 13. The readers who disavow JK Rowling largely do not view the world through the lens of good and evil. They view it through the oppressor-oppressed lens, with themselves being the oppressed.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling @meganphelps 14. Under such lens, they can “contextualize” any evil action (such as death threats against JK Rowling) so long as it serves the ends of the oppressed. It such case, in their view, the action is not evil.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling @meganphelps 15. This ideology propelled Voldemort to power, as he continued the similar critical theory ideology pushed by another evil character Grindelwald a few generations prior.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling @meganphelps 16. Grindelwald also sought subjugation of the muggle world. In today’s speak, we would call it “decolonization” of muggles. His “contextualization” for such efforts rested on the magic community’s historic “oppressed” status at the hands of the muggle world.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling @meganphelps 17. Notably, protagonist character Dumbledore (an academic intellectual) was initially enamored by Grindelwald’s grandiose plans until eventually disavowing the objectively evil means by which Grindelwald used to impose his worldview.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling @meganphelps 18. In the real world today, the same readers who disavowed JK Rowling now largely fall into groups who “contextualize,” rather than condemn, the Hamas atrocities. You see this, for example, in the “Queers for Palestine” movement.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling @meganphelps 19. Their refusal to condemn the Hamas atrocities relies on the same worldview as Voldemort. It is the fruit of a critical theorist worldview that does not believe in objective good or evil.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling @meganphelps 20. The rapid disavowal of JK Rowling by her readers is likely associated with the rise of a critical theory worldview among such readers.

@CreedVol - CreedVolunteer

@jk_rowling @meganphelps 21. If you adopt the worldview of Voldemort, it makes sense that you will eventually disavow JK Rowling. If you deny the existence of good, you will eventually disavow all that is good. If you disavow good, you will eventually justify evil. END.

The first card drawn grants a Palestinian state, but one person suggests starting a war against the Jews instead. After losing the war, the option to stay in the Jewish state or live in no man's land is presented. The person chooses to become a refugee. Israel eventually grants autonomy in the West Bank and Gaza, but the person opts for continued violence. Israel offers a Palestinian state multiple times, but the person refuses. The video ends with a disturbing comment about joining a terrorist attack. The person plays the victim card but ultimately loses the game.

Speaker 0: Hey. Wanna play the Palestinian experience? No. I hated the last game we played. Trust me. It's really easy. You're playing a Muslim in British Palestine, and your mission is to form a Palestinian state. Seems really difficult. Let's draw the 1st card and see. The UN gives you a Palestinian state. It's right where you live right now, and it's the same size as the Jewish state. If you accept, you win the game. No. Let's start a huge war against the Jews. Are you serious? Yeah. I don't want them living Next to me, let's kill as much as we can. Okay. You lose the war in some of the territories the UN gave you. Do you wish to stay in the Jewish state and gain full citizenship? Or go live in no man's land with limited rights. I don't wanna live with Jews. Refugee it is. Do you want to form a peaceful society? No. I want to trade terror. Right. Well, after decades of bloodshed, Israel has granted you autonomy in the West Bank and Gaza and even gave you weapons to form independent security forces. Cool. Thanks. Do you use the opportunity to form an organized society? Or no. I wanna give this terror thing another chance. I see. Wow. Israel has offered you a Palestinian state in ninety percent of the West Bank, all of Gaza and some other territories. If you accept, you win the game. No, thanks. What the Never mind. Israel was sick of you killing Jews in Gaza, so they withdrew from them completely and left you all the advanced facilities and agricultural infrastructure they build there. Do you want I wanna use it to build rockets. You're making this game so much harder. Also, I want to elect Hamas to rule over me. Hamas, the terrorist organization who swore to destroy Israel and kill all Jews. That's the one. Wow. For some reason, Israel once again offered you a state in all the West Bank plus other territories. Nope. If you accept, you win the game. No way, Moses. Once again, Israel offered you you know what? Let's move on to the next card. Hamas is planning a massive attack against Israel. Do you try to stop them or I wanna join in. What? I want to join in. Why? I heard the Israelis are having a huge party someplace really close. So I want to rape a Jewish girl, kill her, throw her in the back of a pickup truck, then take her to Gaza so that all her friends could spit on her semi naked corpse while another friend fills everything so we have something to show our rankings. You killed 1500 Israelis and kidnapped 240. Nice. The Israelis are now absolutely furious and they retaliate big time. They are so aggressive. Anyway, take this. Are you playing the victim card? Yep. Okay. You get tons of likes on TikTok, but you lose the game. I can't believe the Israelis didn't let me win. You might say, the juice made me lose.

Speaker 1 disagrees, stating that children are not being sterilized. Speaker 0 questions why protecting children from irreversible harm is considered fascist. Speaker 1 argues that without necessary care, children would be miserable and potentially suicidal. Speaker 0 requests evidence to support this claim, but Speaker 1 does not provide any. The conversation ends with Speaker 1 accusing Speaker 0 of propagating anti-LGBTQ propaganda.

Speaker 0: Sterilizing shit that you support. Speaker 1: Why do you think we should sterilize shit? Why do you think you have the right to control a child's body? What's a trans body? A child's body. You're enforcing parents control over a person's body. Speaker 0: So are you familiar with the fact about this? About how children are being sterilized? I don't think you're familiar with this. Really? Yeah. Speaker 1: You're factually correct. You're factually correct. Think Speaker 0: that? Like what? Speaker 1: Children are not being sterilized. Speaker 0: Oh, really? So I'm filming right now, but I could bring up the consent forms that these children signs the genetic code, I'm sure, it says right on there that security blockers across the formals are sterilized. This isn't some secret knowledge? All the trans health experts themselves will tell this issue. The truth that's used is trichology. Oh, I was just walking by and you called me an epic sausage. I thought you might like that with Speaker 1: some of the issues. Speaker 0: So, again, what is fascist about trying to protect children from irreversible Speaker 1: harm? I'm the nurse. That's you are absolutely causing children to commit suicide, which is why you are propagating it. So this is Speaker 0: what I hear every time I talk to some mass trans actress like yourself. The only thing they can ever say is that kids are gonna kill themselves if we don't mutilate say sterilize them? But there's no data to support that at all. In fact, if you look at the only studies that have ever been done Speaker 1: If you look at the rates it's of trans suicide and trans mental health for kids who need this life saving care? Life saving. Yes. Life saving care. Think? It's life saving. Speaker 0: How so? Speaker 1: Because without it, they would be fucking miserable. They would. And you got Speaker 0: some data on Speaker 1: the fuse. I don't have it on me at the moment, but I have seen these studies and I have read these studies. Yes. I have. Well, maybe you could send them Speaker 0: to me later because I've been briefed. Speaker 1: Not wanna have any contact him? Speaker 0: Oh, so you don't actually wanna prove any of your points because you actually have no evidence for anything. Speaker 1: Understand. Can I also Speaker 0: do you Speaker 1: know about half of these kids? Why to propagate anti LGBTQ anti LGBTQ What do you mean? Propaganda. He's trying

To foster peace, tribes historically arranged marriages between leaders' children. A few dozen such unions could greatly benefit the region. However, maintaining harmony within households remains a separate challenge.

@JulianMalins - Julian Malins K.C.

Well you could try making peace. In the past peace treaties between warring tribes were often accompanied by a lot of arranged marriages between the children of the tribal leaders. A few dozen such top level marriages would do the region a power of good. Of course, domestic harmony is another matter.

Something never talked about: the 1,500,000 white Europeans taken into slavery by the Muslims after 1750 https://t.co/SWvXjoD5Zf

Video Transcript AI Summary
In the late 1700s, the United States faced the issue of its sailors being taken as slaves by the Barbary states in North Africa. Around 1.5 million European and American slaves were estimated to have been taken between 1750 and 1850. Thomas Jefferson and John Adams confronted the ambassador in London, questioning why this was happening. The ambassador's response was that the Quran permitted them to do so because the Americans were considered infidels. In response, Jefferson sent a navy to crush the Barbary states. It is important to note that Islamic fundamentalism is not a result of American democracy, and blaming the US for it is a false narrative.

We estimate 1 and a half 1000000 European and American slaves taken between 17/50 and 18/50. Jefferson and Adams went to their ambassador in London and said, why do you do this to us? The United States has never had a quarrel with the Muslim world of any kind. We weren't in the crusades. We weren't in the war in Spain. Why do you do this our people in our ships while you plunder and enslave our people. And the ambassador said very plainly, mister Abdul Rahman, said, because the Quran gives us permission to do so, because you are infidels, and that's our answer. And Jefferson said, well, in that case, I will send a navy which will crush your state, which he did. Islamic fundamentalism is not created by American democracy. It's a lie to say so. It's a masochistic lie, and it excuses those who are the real criminals, and it blames us for the tax made In seventeen

Critics of Israel often claim they are unfairly labeled as antisemites. However, it is possible to criticize Israel without resorting to antisemitism. Here's a guide: advocating for violent uprisings against Jews, denying historical facts, calling for the elimination of Israel, supporting indiscriminate violence, spreading false narratives, and ignoring the rights of Israelis and Jews are all examples of antisemitic behavior. By avoiding these actions, one can engage in constructive criticism and contribute to peace and coexistence.

@yaelbt - Yael Bar tur

I’ve heard a lot of people complain recently that they can’t criticize Israel without being accused of being an antisemite. In fact, it’s very easy to criticize Israel without being called an antisemite, I do it all the time. Here's a helpful guide: 🔷 If you advocate for an “Intifada”, which means a violent uprising against the Jews in their homeland – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say Israel is “Occupying Gaza” without knowing that Israel forcefully removed all 9,000 of its residents from Gaza in 2005, and since then the only Jews living in Gaza have been 229 hostages that Hamas kidnapped - you’re an antisemite 🔷 If you chant from the “River to the Sea”, meaning the elimination of the sovereign state of Israel and home to its 9 million residents – you’re an antisemite 🔷 If you think indiscriminate violence against civilians by a bloodthirsty mob is a form of "resistance" – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say there is “ethnic cleansing” without understanding that Israel does everything to minimize civilian casualties including pleading with the local population to evacuate before an attack - you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say there is “genocide” without saying that if Hamas lay down it’s weapons today there would be peace, but if Israel does the same it will be eliminated - you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say “Free Palestine” without acknowledging the Palestinians refusal to in fact “free Palestine” themselves by signing all the offers Israel offered it over the years asking for only peace in return – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say Israel is a “white supremacist” country despite more than half of Israeli jews being from Arab and north African countries – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say Israel is a “settler colonialist” state, despite Jews being indigenous to the land and Israel being a sovereign country for 75 years – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say indiscriminate violence against civilians by a bloodthirsty mob is a form of resistance – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you call Israel an Apartheid country without acknowledging that Arab-Israelis have equal rights and freedom of religion in Israel, and are freer here than in any other Mid East country – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you refuse to acknowledge the worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust and instead call it “the situation” or “the tensions in the Middle East” – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say you oppose Israel because you stand with Muslims, but never made a peep about hundreds of thousands killed in Yemen, Syria, Sudan, Iran etc. – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say you stand with Palestinians, but don’t demand rights for Palestinians in Syria and Lebanon where they have none -- you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you refuse to believe the IDF, but think Hamas is a legitimate source of information – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you believe everything Hamas says, except their charter where they say they want to kill all Jews - you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say murdering 1,400 men, women and children and kidnapping 229 is a response to Netanyahu being “right wing” – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If your response to a massacre is to call for a "ceasefire" instead of the immediate release of the hostages and dismantlement of the perpetrators - you may not be an antisemite, but you're really dumb. 🔷 If you say Israel attacks indiscriminately, and not in precise airstrikes against Hamas targets that happen to be purposly placed in schools, hospitals, and mosques – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say Israel attacks just to “punish” Palestinians, and not in order to prevent more harm to Israelis from stockpiled weapons and terrorists – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If the only Israeli perspective you are willing to listen to are a few fringe Israeli academics or artists who hate their country – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say you “stand firmly” against antisemitism when the perptrator is someone from across the political divide, but mix words over Palestinians massacring Jews in Israel – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say you oppose “victim blaming” but feel the need to put horrors of October 7th “in context” whenever they are mentioned – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you’ve ever said “believe all women” but demand to see autopsies before believing women were raped in front of their friends’ eyes – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you’ve ever proudly declared that “hate has no home here” but don’t speak up against harassment of your Jewish friends– you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say you support indigenous people yet don’t care that Jews have had a steady presence in the land of Israel for thousands of years - you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say you're an LGBTQ+ ally…I can’t even do this one, it’s too stupid. 🔷 If you’re more concerned with exactly how many babies were beheaded instead of why the babies lost their heads – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say people are brainwashed by watching Fox News, but that Palestinians who are fed a steady diet of Jihad-glorification and Jew-hatred in their textbooks and children’s shows are freethinking freedom fighters – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say Gaza was “stolen” from a country called “Palestine” and not won in battle against Egypt, who controlled Gaza until 1967 when they tried to destroy Israel – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say Arab terrorism against Jews is solely a response to settlements, meaning it only began in 1967 when Israel won a war against Jordan (West Bank) and Egypt (Gaza) after they tried to destroy Israel – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say there was a sovereign country called “Palestine” with a president and a flag before 1948 instead of the British Mandate of Palestine – you’re an antisemite (and also ignorant). 🔷 If you say poor living conditions and lack of food in Gaza are the fault of Israel and don't mention Hamas spends billions of foreign aid dollars on weapons I you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say Israel cuts off electricity to Gaza, without acknowledging that Israel itself provides the electricity in the first place, and that Hamas repurposes virtually all the electricity and fuel for terrorism – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you blame Israel for Gaza running out water, but not Hamas who ruins the water infastructure and takes the water pipes and repurposes them as rocket launchers – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you compare the bloodlust of Hamas, an elected government that controls Gaza, to a few fringe extremists who exist in Israel like they do in every society – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you are afraid to call out Hamas terrorism because you think it’s offensive to Muslims – you’re an antisemite, and also racist. 🔷 If you don’t call out Egypt, which shares a border with Gaza through which they could send relief and take all the refugees, but refuse to - you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you call to “end the blockade” without acknowledging that the blockade is only on 2nd use materials, and is a response to the smuggling of weapons aimed at Israel into Gaza – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you compare death tolls like they’re basketball scores without acknowledging that Hamas is the source, and that they use their own people as human shields, preventing them from leaving dangerous areas despite the IDF warning them to - you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say you worry about Palestinian refugees but not about tens of thousands of Israeli refugees from the north and south who have had to evacuate their homes because of Hamas & Hezbollah – you’re an antisemite. 🔷 If you say you’re not an antisemite but merely an antizionist, meaning you oppose the mere existence of a safe haven for the Jews in their ancestral homeland alongside it’s neighbors - well, you get the idea. If that doesn’t help – know also that you are also hurting Palestinian chances for afree and independent state. You are actively pushing for war and fighting from the comfort of your home, instead of peace and co-existence. How does that feel?

In a distressing encounter, a PCSO visited my home, asking about drugs and my sticker. This upset me, as I've experienced rape and ongoing battles with suicide. My eldest rushed to my side. I accidentally recorded the whole conversation on video. The PCSO seemed offended by my LGBT sticker and was unaware of the LGB Alliance. She showed me her trans/pride lanyard before leaving abruptly. I received internal emails with lies about safety. The PCSO had been in my Close multiple times but only noticed my sticker recently.

But but they can't they can't do it. But then you'd have to Okay. Where you are in your thinking is very much needing a lot of enlightenment and reading. I find that very offensive, and I'd like you to take it off. But why do you find it why do you find it offensive? Because you're trying to tell people in the real world, not inside your house, outside, That trans people don't exist, that it's an idea, it's ideology, and that it being half off women, which it isn't. And it's not a point of view. That's that. So I think that is quite damaging because what you're actually doing is trying to give other people the idea of what you believe, which I think you need to do a lot more reading on, personally. And now because somebody's you about it? You're gonna keep it there because you feel that that's your right to do so. No. I don't. I want to no. But it's been it's It's faded. It's been there for so it's been there. You're this so now I'm I have alright. Can I? You can express your views in your own world. This is not inside your world, is it? Being born in the wrong body causes immense suffering and various disorders. Transitioning is not a choice, just like being gay. It's not something one wakes up and decides to do. It causes distress, suicide, and mental health crises until individuals find the courage to be their true selves. Offending trans women is not the intention, but rather acknowledging their existence. Comparing it to putting a sticker saying "lesbians don't have penises" is off-topic. The point is not to look at the sticker, as it implies that trans women are an idea and not real.

A detransitioner has filed a lawsuit against Dr. Jason Rafferty, Dr. Michelle Forcier, Thundermist Health Clinic, and others. The plaintiff, LU, had multiple psychiatric disorders and sought help from Thundermist. LU experienced negative effects from testosterone treatment, including physical and emotional distress. LU is now suing for medical malpractice and lack of informed consent. The lawsuit highlights the importance of thorough evaluation and informed decision-making in gender-affirming care.

@LeorSapir - Leor Sapir

IMPORTANT: 🚨🚨🚨 A detransitioner has just filed a lawsuit against Dr. Jason Rafferty, Dr. Michelle Forcier, Thundermist Health Clinic, and others. This is a major development, as Rafferty is the author of the @AmerAcadPeds policy statement on "gender-affirming care." 🧵

@LeorSapir - Leor Sapir

The plaintiff, LU, had multiple psychiatric disorders, including dissociative identity disorder, ADHD, OCD, and bipolar disorder, when she sought help from Thundermist Health Clinic in Rhode Island.

@LeorSapir - Leor Sapir

She had just "escaped from over 18 years of physical, sexual, and psychological torment at the hands of a cult and its leadership, which began for her around age 6." Among other things, the cult had subjected her to conversion therapy to try to "cure" her of being lesbian.

@LeorSapir - Leor Sapir

In his clinical notes, Rafferty acknowledged: LU's "current goals are for... (testosterone) and 'top surgery' but describes internal turmoil between alters [multiple personalities] about meaning of gender identity that likely requires additional support and exploration."

@LeorSapir - Leor Sapir

Rafferty nevertheless approved her for hormones, stating: "it is this provider’s perspective that Testosterone would be indicated based on history, and with essential psychological supports in place."

@LeorSapir - Leor Sapir

After a brief hormone high period (T is thought to have antidepressant properties), LU "began experiencing dangerous mood swings, fits of anger, more frequent bouts of depression, and feeling even more disconnected from herself and her sexuality than she was prior to the [T]."

@LeorSapir - Leor Sapir

"The facial hair and other bodily responses to the testosterone were more severe than advertised, and she quickly realized that the treatment was not going as promised."

@LeorSapir - Leor Sapir

When LU inquired about discontining T, she was met with "cold, disinterested apathy" from Rafferty, according to the complaint. Thundermist allegedly provided her transportation to & from the clinic when she wanted to transition, but not when she wanted to detransition.

@LeorSapir - Leor Sapir

After seeing Michelle Forcier, who also ignored the red flags and approved her for T, LU moved out of state and began receiving mental health therapy. This helped her "see that her desire for a male body was not gender dysphoria but body dysmorphia brought about by...

@LeorSapir - Leor Sapir

a late puberty, childhood bullying, trauma from sexual assaults, and an unhealthy perspective that she could never achieve the beauty of all the women she encountered on social media and TV." By that point, however, the damage from T was done.

@LeorSapir - Leor Sapir

LU now suffers from "body disfigurement, ongoing estrogen deficiencies, painful premenstrual dysphoric disorder, suspected osteoporosis, development of painful skin nodules from testosterone injection sites, an onset of severe histamine sensitivity resulting in...

@LeorSapir - Leor Sapir

chronic severe allergies, suspected infertility, reduced sex drive, chronic hot flashes, genital pain and discomfort, chronic joint pain, and a host of emotional and/or psychological injuries including newly onset body dysmorphia,...

@LeorSapir - Leor Sapir

as to the changes testosterone brought about her body, [and] significant emotional distress impacting many of her relationships."

@LeorSapir - Leor Sapir

LU is represented by @detranslaw, a boutique law firm specializing in gender medicine, and is suing for medical malpractice, gross negligence, and lack of informed consent.

Arabs must move beyond seeking sympathy for Gaza's children. We must acknowledge our moral failure in not controlling Hamas, which killed non-combatant Israelis. To achieve Arab-Israeli peace, non-Palestinian Arabs should intervene. We must show acceptance of a Jewish state, concede disputed territory, and seek a better future for all. The Palestine disaster stems from a lack of leadership and alternatives to war. We must help remove Hamas and present a plan for the future. We must learn from past mistakes and offer a better solution. Global perception sees Islamist terrorism as the problem, not Israelis. We must engage with the world, not just each other. Palestine should be approached as a problem requiring pragmatism and a focus on the future, not just principles and the past.

@hahussain - Hussain Abdul-Hussain

As Arabs, our message to the world cannot be restricted to eliciting global sympathy for the children of Gaza. We cannot depict ourselves as helpless children, behind whom we hide our failure to control our Hamas thugs who massacred 1300 non-combatant Israelis. This is a moral failure that the world sees but that we try to hide behind the “rights of the Palestinian people,” rights that none of us are willing to articulate. Free Palestine can mean anything, from an Arab Palestinian state living in peace next to Jewish Israel to an Arab Palestinian state instead of Jewish Israel. For Arab Israeli peace to happen, and since Palestinians are either children, or Hamas thugs, or useless corrupt Mahmud Silicon-Face Abbas, non-Palestinian Arabs should step up to save the Palestinians from themselves and save the region ongoing sorrow. We, Arabs, have to show the world that we are at peace with the idea of a Jewish state, that we are willing to concede what we believe – rightly or wrongly -- is ours (1948 territory), that we genuinely want bygones to be bygones, without secretly holding grudges and passing them to our children. We must seek a better future for ourselves and our kids, as well as for Israelis and their kids. The Palestine disaster (nakba) is not a disaster of land loss or military defeat. It is a disaster of absence of leadership that can articulate the Arab alternative to war and death. We ask the world to stop the Israeli war on Hamas, but what do we offer as an alternative to stopping the war? Just let those Hamas thugs who massacred 1300 Israelis get away with their crime (because there is a history of dispute)? Ask Israel to go back to October 6? Knowing that Hamas can break out of the Gaza fence and repeat its massacre any minute? Hamas must go. We Arabs must help get rid of it, and most importantly, we must show that we have a plan for the day after Hamas. Let’s learn from the mistake of Iraq and Arab Spring countries, that once what we have is gone, what comes next looks worse. Let’s preempt the worse by offering the better. As long as we, the Arabs, do not have answers to all these questions, the world will manage things without us. It does not matter if all of us, 1.3 billion Muslims, think that Israel is at fault. What matters is global perception, which clearly thinks that Islamist terrorism is the problem, not Israelis dancing at a music festival. And we, the Arabs, are not even talking to the world. We are talking to each other, patting ourselves on the back for being utopian and principled on Palestine, while we are in fact idiotically out of touch with reality. We insist on our backward message, then act surprised why many of our states are failing and why we are migrating in droves. Please stop treating Palestine like religion, like we have to stick to our principles to win credit in the afterlife and to garner social acceptance among each other (Arabs and/or Muslims). Please think of Palestine like a problem that requires troubleshooting, compromise, pragmatism, and most importantly, looking toward the future, not the past.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker responds to a video that portrays Israelis as the bad guys. They provide a historical context to explain the changes in land ownership between Israelis and Palestinians. In 1936, the Arabs revolted against the British and tried to kill Jews. The British formed the Peel Commission, which proposed a two-state solution, giving the Arabs more than 80% of the land. However, the Arabs rejected the proposal and continued to wage war against the Jews. In 1947, the UN divided the land, giving the Arabs the majority of developed areas. The speaker highlights that Israel won subsequent wars but did not take additional land. They argue that the Palestinians and Arab nations have consistently rejected peace offers, and Israel has made efforts for peace. The speaker hopes people will research and understand the history.

Speaker 0: Alright. So I was tagged and specifically asked to make a video, responded to people using this map to try to paint Israelis as the bad guy. Like this video says, Palestine in 1947 and now map tells everything. No. It actually doesn't. And look, I get it. You just take a look at this map, you would be like, oh my God, the Israelis has just been taking all the Palestinian land. And, yeah, if you're a total fucking idiot who's just ignorant of all history, I could see why you would think that. So let's have a little history lesson so y'all can actually understand what you're looking at here. Because losing land like this doesn't just happen in a vacuum. No. There's a specific reason for each and every one of these fucking changes, and surprise, surprise, every fucking time is the Palestinian's fault. And look, just a warning here. We're about to do some learning. I'm about to give you some facts. So liberals, since I know you're not very big on those, you may wanna leave before you actually fucking learn something. Alright. Let's take a look at the 1st map you see which is labeled as 1947. The first lie it shows you on this map is it calls it Palestine. It wasn't called that. There has never been a nation in this area known as Palestine. This was simply the area owned by the British that was given to the Arab people. And these little white areas over here, yeah, those are tiny Jewish settlements. Back in 1936, all of this was owned by the British. And it had a mixture of mostly Arab with a tiny bit of Jewish. In 1936, the Arabs revolted against the British and tried to murder all these Jews. So in response, the British formed what is known as the peel commission. The appeal commission decided that the only way to have peace was to give each people their nation. So an Arab state and a Jewish state. And the funny thing is the way they divided it up is a map that's left off this for some reason. So this was how they chose to divide up the land. The Arabs got all the orange here, and the Jews got this little bit of blue. Like, at this point in history, the peel commission had determined that the Arabs got more than 80% of the land. That's pretty fucking fair, but the Arabs didn't think so. Because while the Jews completely accepted this division, The Arabs revolted yet again and went back to trying to kill every Jew. And we continued on like that for about another 10 years. In 1947, the British brought in the United Nations, and surprise, surprise, UN decided that the only way to end the violence was a two state solution. So in November of 1947, this is how the UN divided up the land. The Arabs had got to keep all the land that they had said was important to them, and the Israelis got mostly useless ly useless undeveloped desert. I know it looks like the Israelis got more land here, but at this time in history, most of this was just undeveloped sand. The Arabs basically kept every fucking city, every developed piece of farmland, every agricultural point in water source, and nearly every holy site. It's a pretty good fucking deal. Right? Now just like back in 1936, the Jews accepted the proposal and the Arabs decided to wage war. But this time, it wasn't just the Arabs in the local area launching the attack. No. Instead, it was all these Arabs, plus Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, and Syria. All of the Arab nations surrounding this tiny little Jewish settlement waged war on them. But insanely enough with all those nations against it, Israel won. And here's the best part. Even though they had defeated all of these nations bent on their annihilation. They didn't take a single inch of land from them. No. They just carried on trying to build a nation in the land they were given. Now what they did do was occupy some land of the people in their country who would just tried to murder them. That's how we get to the 3rd map. Now at this point, this area of land here was actually controlled by Jordan, which you can't tell, but it's actually this country here that's in the gray. Now in 1967, the Arabs decided to try the Israelis again. This time it was Egypt, Jordan, and Syria versus Israel. Their stated goal at that time was the complete and total annihilation of the Jewish state. They vowed to drive them into the sea. This conflict would come to be known as the 6 day war. And wouldn't you know it? The Israelis beat that ass. At this point. The Israeli government was actually completely divided on what they wanted to do with the land they acquired. Half the government wanted to return the West Bank to Jordan and Gaza to Egypt in exchange for peace. And the other half wanted to give it to the Arabs who had originally been in the region and were now calling themselves Palestinians, with the ultimate goal to have them build their own country and have peace. Like, I want you to think about that for a second. The Israelis had just defended themselves for the 2nd time against multiple countries bent on their annihilation, and none of their thoughts were about keeping the land for themselves. They were simply trying to decide who they could give it to that would bring the most peace. And you know what? The Arab league didn't even wait for them to make that decision. Because in 1967, Arab League issued their famous three nose. Those were no peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel, and lastly, no negotiations with Israel. So the Israelis had every right to keep everything because they had defeated them in war, and they never even considered it. Then spend about the next 30 years where the Arabs suicide bombed the Jews, trying to kill as many of them as humanly possible. Throughout that time, the Palestinian Liberation Organization, the PLO, Yeah. They just said no to everything Israel offered. But then in 2008, the Israelis offered even more. Israel offered all of Gaza, 98% of the West Bank, and even included additional farmland that Israel had already set up. The current leader at that time, Mahmoud Abbas? He said no. Now even without any agreement on the table, in 2005, the Israelis left Gaza and gave it to the Palestinians. And instead of developing this little chunk of land that could have been an amazing port. No. They just turned it into a terrorist base camp. The following year, they elected Hamas to be their ruling party, and they spent every single bit of their nearly $2,000,000,000 a year in international aid on weapons. And since that time, this little strip of land has launched more than 47 100 rockets into Israel, killing 1,000. So what the fuck did you expect Israel to do? Just keep dying by rockets from land they gave away. Just keep accepting that the people who live next to them were trying to murder them. Israel has tried repeatedly to give up massive amounts of land for peace. The Arabs don't want peace. Hamas and the Palestinians don't want peace. They want the annihilation of the Jewish people. And it completely blows my mind that the people who have no problem I'm calling everyone a fucking Nazi over the last 10 years are now protesting in favor of the people who want to unalive every Jew on earth. And here's the thing, I'm still holding out hope. I hope that the people participating in these protests are just ignorant of the actual history that they just don't know what the fuck they're talking about. Because the alternative is really fucking scary. It would mean that people recognize all the steps that the Israelis have taken for peace. All the things the Jews have done just so they can live without the fear of being murdered. They have seen how absolutely unreasonable the Palestinians and the Arab nations can be, that they see the only reason these Error people have rejected this is because they hate the Jews, and they wanna drive them into the sea and murder every one of them, yet they still support them, And that's really scary. I think that these people are really that evil. I sincerely hope that this video reaches some of you people who port Palestine. And I really hope it reaches those of you who were supporting it just because you didn't know. And I also really hope that you'll do your own research, that you won't just take my word for it and you'll look it up yourself. Because I know what I'm saying is true, and I know that Israel is not the problem here. And if you do your own research, you will too.

In recent years, there has been a noticeable shift in the left's rhetoric when it comes to addressing sensitive issues. They seem to avoid criticizing terrorists involved in Jewish genocide. This change is concerning and reprehensible. The left's previous stance on silence being violence has now transformed into accepting silence during unfolding events. They also downplay details, like the number of beheaded babies, claiming that specifics matter. The concept of academic freedom, once seen as oppressive, is now considered crucial for universities. Similarly, the left demands immediate condemnation of attacks but now argues for delayed statements due to ongoing investigations. They also defend graduate students from consequences, labeling it as cancel culture. The "believe all women" mantra is now met with skepticism, demanding physical evidence. The left's call for active anti-racism is contradicted when they refuse to denounce terrorists. They also hold Israel responsible for preventing violence, disregarding the agency of affected communities. Lastly, the left's condemnation of oppression is contradicted by their view that all Israeli Jews are valid targets. This shift in rhetoric is concerning and needs to be addressed.

@RobertMSterling - Robert Sterling

It’s been amazing this week to watch the left invert every rhetorical device they’ve used since 2020, all to avoid having to criticize terrorists dedicated to Jewish genocide. It would be hilarious, if it weren’t so reprehensible. 2020: Silence is violence. 2023: People can’t be expected to comment on every situation. It’s okay to just keep silent, especially while events are still unfolding. ———————— 2020: If you’re nitpicking small details instead of focusing on the big picture, you’re doing so to avoid your complicity in atrocities. 2023: 40 babies weren’t actually beheaded. 40 babies may have been killed, and some of them may have been beheaded, but that’s not the same as 40 getting beheaded. Details matter. ———————— 2020: Universities must proactively take a stand and speak out in opposition to racism. “Academic freedom” is a false concept used to enforce oppression. 2023: Universities need to maintain neutrality and ensure that they do not make any statements that jeopardize the principle of academic freedom, which is a paramount virtue in the realm of scholarship. ———————— 2020: You must immediately and forcefully condemn an attack, even if investigations are ongoing. 2023: You can’t expect us to release statements opposing an attack within four days, when the facts are still being discovered. Israel hasn’t even allowed UN investigators at the scenes of these “alleged massacres.” ———————— 2020: People are responsible for their words, even if they are just working-class teenagers in small towns. Freedom of speech doesn’t mean freedom from consequences. 2023: Graduate students at the most prestigious university in the world are just kids and cannot be held accountable for statements they sign. This is cancel culture. ———————— 2020: Believe all women. 2023: Where is the physical evidence of these “alleged rapes”? ———————— 2020: It’s not enough to be non-racist. If you are not actively anti-racist, it means that you are, in fact, racist. 2023: How dare you question whether I support terrorists just because I haven’t actively spoken out against Hamas freedom fighters. ———————— 2020: We don’t get to tell people in affected communities how to deal with their pain in the aftermath of violence. 2023: It is Israel’s responsibility to ensure that violence doesn’t escalate. ———————— 2020: Anything that disproportionately affects one group of people is oppression and must be condemned. 2023: Settlers—a term that includes all Israeli Jews—are not civilians and are therefore all valid targets for attacks.

Dear Western funders of UNRWA, supporting Palestinians for years has perpetuated their refusal to accept new realities and borders. By indulging their belief in a non-existent "right of return" and their goal of eradicating the Jewish state, UNRWA and its funders have fueled terrorism. We urged Western diplomats to see the truth, but were met with dismissal. It's time to stop indulging the Palestinian cause and encourage them to focus on nation-building instead of destruction.

@EinatWilf - Dr. Einat Wilf

Dear Western funders of @UNRWA - What exactly did you think you were supporting all these years? When you sustained, nourished, supported and indulged Palestinians, generation after generation, in the belief that uniquely among the world’s peoples in the wake of WWII, they don’t need to accept new realities, new borders, and move on with the lives; that they possess a non-existent “right of return” into Israeli sovereign territory, that their land was “stolen” and that they have the right to take it “back” by “all means” - what exactly did you think the outcome would be? Peace? Two states? Ever since the publication of “The War of Return: How Western Indulgence of the Palestinian Dream has Obstructed the Path to Peace” @Adi_Schwartz and I met with numerous Western diplomats from the countries that fund UNRWA. We explained to them that the Palestinian ethos, as sustained by UNRWA, has always been focused on a singular goal: no free Jews in the land, no sovereign state for the Jewish people on any part of the land between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea. Hence “Free Palestine” and “From the River to the Sea”. We explained that by indulging Palestinians in the notion that the war of 1948 is not over, that they are somehow, now into the fifth generation “refugees” from that war, and that they possess a non-existent “right of return” into sovereign Israel, by which they can undo Israel’s existence, UNRWA and its funders are ensuring that there will always be new recruits for Palestinian terrorism, whether Fatah or Hamas. We explained the UNRWA provides ideological sustenance and international legitimacy through the letters “UN” and continuous Western funding, for the Palestinian belief that Israel is a temporary aberration in the region and that the clock on it could be turned back through “return”. Almost everywhere we were met with dismissal and disbelief - “it’s just about the occupation”, “they need better conditions in Gaza”. We begged those official to stop “Westplaining” and give Palestinians the respect of taking them at their words, actions and key decisions for over a century and realize they all amount to one thing - a singular dedication to eradicating the Jewish state. If anything will come out of the current hellscape, let it be that the world will see the Palestinian “cause” for what it is, stop indulging it, and maybe, just maybe finally lead them, 75 years too late, to “embrace defeat” (the name of John Dower’s book about Japan in the wake of WWII) and become a people focused on building a nation rather than destroying one.
